Was für ein köstliches Essen! Und das zu diesem Preis. Wirklich ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Sehr Nettes Personal was auch auf die Wünsche der Kunden eingeht. Über dass Essen kann man sich nicht beschweren sehr lecker und sehr deftig.

Das Essen war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Das Honig-Chili-Hähnchen (Nr. 95) erhält 6 von 5 Sternen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Geschmacksexplosion auf dem Gaumen! Was für ein tolles Restaurant. Durch Zufall haben meine Frau und ich heute Abend dieses tolle Restaurant entdeckt. Wir haben uns draußen an einen Tisch gesetzt und der überaus nette Mitarbeiter brachte uns sofort die Speisekarte. Meine Frau hat ein vegetarisches Gericht bestellt und ich hatte Lamm. Der Reis war klasse, das Lammfleisch total lecker und gut gewürzt. Auch meine Frau war mit ihrem vegetarischen Gericht mehr als zufrieden. Da meine Frau eine Weizenallergie hat bekam sie Linsenchips statt wie ich Brot. Paprika ist sehr gesundheitsschädlich für meine Frau, deshalb wurde dem Koch aufgetragen, dass er eine extra neue Pfanne benutzt - Klasse! Dreimal wurde nachgefragt ob wir zufrieden sind und alles in Ordnung ist. Wir sind uns einig, hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal.

Kleiner sympathischer Inder, mit guten schmackhaften tollen Essen wann zwei Tage in Wismar und haben es geschafft jeden Tag da zum Abend zu essen

Das Essen hat uns gut gefallen, der Service war auch gut, jedoch etwas zu langsam, dafür gab es einen Stern abzug.

butter chicken ist sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, mango lassi auch sehr erfrischened. mehr käse beim cheese naan und mehr knoblauch beim garlic naan wäre nett aber sonst ziemlich nice.

Super leckeres Essen, total zuvorkommendes nettes Personal, witziges Ambiente in einem alten Stadthaus und hab ich schon erwähnt wie gut das Essen ist? Gute Portionen, viel Auswahl, tolle Lage in der Lübecker Innenstadt. Lohnt sich herzukommen!

Ich hatte das Mittagsmenü – Chicken Tikka Masala – und meine Freundin bestellte die vegane Platte mit Aubergine. Als Asiatin kann ich bestätigen, dass die Küche authentisch ist. Das Essen war köstlich und wunderschön angerichtet; das Restaurant ist gemütlich und sauber, und der Service war herzlich und freundlich.

Der beste Ort, um indisches Essen zu genießen. Wir haben Rajma Thali bestellt und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ein gutes Essen zum vernünftigen Preis

Eigentlich gute authentische indische Küche. Aber für Selbstverständlichkeiten wie scharfe sauce und yogurt fürs entschärfen wurden uns heute 6€ extra berechnet - das ist wirklich übertrieben. Wir gehen leider hier nicht mehr hin. (Rezension von einem Berliner!)

Das Essen sehr schmackhaft und ziemlich 'original'. Service schnell und freundlich. Ambiente kann man in dem kleinen unteren Teil des Restaurants wohl nicht erwarten - und nach oben ging es mit Rollator nicht. Aber das beste war der überraschend günstige Preis. Ein echter Tip zwischen obligaten Griechen und Italiener in der Lübecker Altstadt.

Wir sind eben in dieses Restaurant reingegangen, wurden gefragt wo wir gerne essen möchten unten oder oben ,wir haben uns für oben entschieden. Dort saßen wir dann 5 min ca bis jmd hoch kam ,der uns anguckte und nichtmal Hallo sagte. Er erledigte etwas und ging dann wieder runter. Immernoch saßen wir dort mit unseren zugeklappten Karten . Nach weiteren 10 min war uns das zu blöd und gingen wortlos runter und dort zur Tür ,wo man uns nur anguckte vom Personal was gerade nichts zu tun hatte. Sehr schade,denn die Karte hatte uns schon angesprochen.

Alle 4 Hauptgerichte hätten mehr Gewürze vertragen. Qualität und Konsistenz vom Essen gut.

Das Essen (Butter Chicken, Fisch-Biryani und Knoblauch-Naan) war geschmacklich gut. Trotzdem war der Besuch insgesamt enttäuschend. Uns wurde gleich zu Beginn mitgeteilt, dass wir den Tisch nur eine Stunde nutzen dürften, wegen angeblicher Reservierungen. Da wir ohnehin nicht länger bleiben wollten, war das zwar kein Problem, aber andere Gäste wurden darauf nicht hingewiesen. Das hinterließ einen merkwürdigen Eindruck.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber wir fühlten uns vom Service unfair behandelt. Die Aufforderung, nach einer Stunde zu gehen, galt offenbar nicht für alle Gäste. Sehr unangenehm.

Leider sehr schlechter Service. Reservierung mit Kinderwagen, vorher alles abgesprochen und Vorort dann mehr als enttäuscht wurden. Wortlaut vom Kellner: Wir haben keinen Platz für einen Kinderwagen oder stellen sie den ruhig nach draußen. Gleich haben wir noch andere Reservierung und da benötigen wir Platz. Problemlösung findet auch nicht statt, da einem gesagt wird, so ist es und man kann es nicht ändern. Eine Entschuldigung vom Kellner fand auch nicht statt.

Wir sind spontan dort eingekehrt. Das Essen war köstlich, wir hatten Lamm, und das Mango-Lassi war hervorragend! Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

We ate "Lamm Saag" and "Lamm Korma" with Lasse Mango, all was absolutely delicious. The staff was super helpful and attentive, and the prices quite affordable. 10 of 10!

A very nice Indian restaurant with excellent cuisine. The place was busy – currently, only the downstairs seating is in use. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent and pleasantly mildly spiced. Alcoholic beverages are not currently available, but that doesn't detract from the overall very positive impression. We'll definitely be back!

Last December, I discovered this restaurant by chance and had to eat there again the very next day. I was only in Lübeck for two days!!! Today I chose a lamb dish, and it was just as delicious as last year. Highly recommended.

The tandoori dishes here are delicious. After visiting once, I definitely wanted to go back, and it was just as good! The service was very friendly, and the prices were perfectly reasonable.

The most delicious Indian restaurant I have ever seen!

I've rarely eaten so well. The portions were absolutely sufficient, as you could order as much rice as you wanted at no extra charge. People who have something to complain about here probably can't be pleased anyway. Regards

So far, I've only been to the restaurant. There's little space on the ground floor. There's more seating on the first floor. It's very simply decorated. However, the service is extremely attentive and friendly. The food is delicious, and you can choose the spiciness. The price for lunch is unbeatable. I paid €8.20 for Kashmiri chicken, naan bread, and dips. The mango lassi, fruity and with the right consistency, was also plentiful and reasonably priced. The outdoor area turned out great. I often spend my lunch break at Masala Darbar, my favorite Indian restaurant in Lübeck. The staff is always friendly, the food incredibly delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. You can even choose how spicy your food is. Highly recommended.

Let's start with the positive: Opposite you can buy delicious licorice... :-) Now to the restaurant: I can hardly understand the positive reviews or I explain them by saying that many people seem to have never had a good Indian meal... There were five of us there with one child. Our dishes were not declared to be spicy and yet some of them were left watering... The portions were very small (bowl half full) and we had to reorder the rice several times. The rice had pomegranate seeds, 50% spices and parsley. That was a bit too much. We all felt very nauseous afterwards (burping, stomach ache and flatulence were also part of it). A supposedly vegan dish looked exactly like the non-vegan one and there was definitely ghee in it and to top it all off, a piece of chicken. Probably all the same Basic sauce. In addition to the poor quality, we now ask ourselves how big the lunch portions actually are? Foxgloves?? It was also way too expensive, I think... 15 € for what felt like five bites... We often go out for Indian food, but even one or two snacks were 1000 times better. My son suspects that the reviews are bought. I think it depends more on the area. Such quality would have no chance in Berlin. In my opinion, the restaurant benefits from the location and the fact that it otherwise looks pretty poor... then I'd rather have KFC... and I say that as a vegan... But then you'd better get fries and spend the money on sweets. That puts you in a better mood... I actually like giving good reviews. But I can't think of anything good here.

It is a very nice restaurant that integrates perfectly into an old German townhouse. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The division into different floors is great if you want to eat a little more quietly or with a crowd. Definitely worth another visit.

There is really good food here, presented on a menu in which the two ends of the spiciness scale are labeled “German-spicy” and “Indian-spicy”. The impressions aroused by this were fully fulfilled, very friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere.

A few weeks ago I had dinner at Masala Darba with my colleagues. The food was, as always, very tasty. What I have to note, however, is that card payment is only possible from €20 onwards, at least that's what the waiter told me. Since I had previously looked on the Internet and didn't see any restrictions on the website, this totally surprised me. As a result, I was "forced" to increase the amount to €20 with a tip because I didn't have any cash with me. Surely one of my colleagues could have loaned me money, but that's not the point. If it is stated that I can pay by card, then I expect that too.
