Man muss die Tische selbst abwischen, es ist überall schmutzig.

Mitarbeiter können ihren eigenen job nicht? Ich muss ihr ekrlären was sie machen muss und sie versteht es nicht und geht einfach weg,

Schnelles und günstiges Essen, sauber und nett

Das schlechteste McDonald's, in dem ich je gegessen habe, langsamer und schlechter Service, unhöfliches und unorganisiertes Personal.

Waren dort, als quasi nix los war. Dennoch waren die Burger so schlampig belegt, dass sie schon beim rausheben aus der Box zerfielen und die Gitterkartoffeln waren labberig und nicht gesalzen. Keine Ahnung, wie man ohne Zeitdruck so schlecht arbeiten kann. Werden dort nie wieder hingehen.

Bis zum Umbau war in Göggingen wirklich alles beim Mci besser. Seit dem Umbau geht hier einiges schief. Eine kleine Bestellung mit Chicken und Pommes kann bei Fastfood nicht 20-25 Minuten dauern… damit ist einfach der Sinn verfehlt… im McDrive wurden alle schneller bedient… aber wenn man parkt und es sich drinnen holen will, artet es in einen Restaurantbesuch aus statt Fastfood…

Das Lokal ist sehr schmutzig (Tische und Boden kleben), zumal es so sehr gestunken hat, dass ich mich dazu entschieden habe, obwohl das Wetter schlecht war, draußen zu essen. Nach meiner Bestellung musste ich länger warten ( +15/20 Min.), dabei konnte ich in der Küche beobachten, wie der Mitarbeiter nach jeder Zutat sich die Finger abschleckt. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat beim Pommes-Bereich geputzt, leider blind, da er mehr damit beschäftigt war, die Kunden zu beobachten. Mein Burger war kalt, der Salat war alt, die Nuggets zu stark erhitzt und in Fett getränkt, sodass sich das Fleisch innen mit einem Biss von der Panade gelöst hat (das Fleisch war wie Gummi), leider ungenießbar. Mein Burger habe ich gerade so noch runtergewürgt, die Nuggets wurden entsorgt, die Pommes waren genießbar, allerdings ohne Soße, dies wurde leider mal wieder vergessen. Das war mein letzter Besuch in diesem Lokal.

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben es ist schon mehrmals passiert das wir über Lieferando bestellt haben und immer die hälfte fehlt. Wir rufen an und teilen dies mit,werden am Telefon nur abgespeist mit ja kommen sie beim nächsten mal vorbei.Geht's eigentlich noch ich habe das bezahlt und möchte dann auch mein zeug haben!!! Heute wieder wir rufen an ist eine sehr sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon und sagt nur ja was sollen wir jetzt machen. Natürlich wollten wir unser bestelltes essen haben was fehlt, die Antwort darauf war nur ja geht jetzt nicht und die Dame legt einfach auf Sehr kundenunfreundliches Personal und verarsche (Betrug) das wir das essen zahlen und die hälfte nicht bekommen also so geht das wirklich nicht!!!

Zuerst vergaßen sie, uns unsere Bestellung zu bringen, dann wollte ich nach einem Luftballon für mein Kind fragen und sie sagten mir, ich solle warten, ich wartete und sie suchten nie danach und gaben ihn mir nicht.

Generell normaler McDonnalds aber statt plant based Nuggets 2 mal die normalen erhalten und statt hafermilch matcha Latte einen mit kuhmilch erhalten…

Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten sehr langsam, und die Hälfte der Speisekarte ist nicht verfügbar. Die Hälfte meiner Bestellung wurde mehrmals verwechselt, und am Ende habe ich trotzdem nicht das bekommen, was ich bestellt hatte. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch wenigstens einen Gutschein - dabei bekommt man in jedem anderen McDonald’s einen Voucher für lange Wartezeiten oder falsche Bestellungen. Ich habe drei Mal wiederholt, dass ich das falsche Getränk bekommen habe, und beim vierten Mal wurde mir schon wieder ein anderes gebracht. Beim nächsten Mal komme ich definitiv nicht mehr hierher.

Die Arbeiter arbeiten super langsam und bringen die falschen Bestellungen.

Der Automat gab leere Quittungen aus, dem Kind wurde kein Strohhalm für sein Getränk gegeben, und nur ein Terminal funktionierte.

Der Laden sollte laut Öffnungszeiten um 09:00 Uhr öffnen – offenbar gilt das hier jedoch nicht. Ich stand kurz nach 9 Uhr bereits zweimal vor der Tür und wurde vom Mitarbeiter gesehen, dennoch wurde nicht aufgesperrt. Als nach und nach weitere Mitarbeiter eintrafen, wurde mir zunächst mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüsselchip nicht gefunden werden konnte. Diese Aussage stellte sich jedoch schnell als unwahr heraus, als kurz darauf doch problemlos geöffnet wurde. Ein derartiger Umgang mit Kunden ist schlicht inakzeptabel. Nach der Bestellung folgte direkt die nächste Überraschung: Die Fritteuse sei noch nicht aufgeheizt. Da stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, was vor der offiziellen Öffnungszeit im Laden gemacht wird. Der allgemeine Zustand des Geschäfts lässt ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft, Oberflächen wirken fettig und sind sichtbar mit einem Ölfilm überzogen. Insgesamt entsteht ein ungepflegter und wenig einladender Eindruck. Wenn man sich die bereits vorhandenen Bewertungen ansieht, scheint dieses Problem kein Einzelfall zu sein. Hier besteht seitens des Franchisegebers bzw. Betreibers definitiv dringender Handlungsbedarf.

Essen okay, MC Donalds eben 🤷🏽‍♂️ Leider läßt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Toiletten unterirdisch, Abräumcontainer brechend voll, obwohl nicht viel los war.

Noch nie so ein verdrecktes Lokal gesehen. Selbst die Tableaus auf denen man die Bestellung aufgibt kleben. Von den Tischen und Stühlen und Bänke ganz zu schweigen. Selbst der Boden klebt. Die Toilette sehe ich mir lieber nicht an.. pfui

Vom Bestelldisplay, Sitzbänken bis zum Boden ist alles klebrig und dreckig.

Verdeckt ist kein begriff mehr. 16 leere tische trotzdem wird nicht drübergewischt. Die sitzmöglichkeiten ebenso verdeckt. Der boden klebrig. Das bestelldisplay klebt ebenso. Eklig! Nie wieder! Pfui

Da arbeiten Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Dies versteht kein Deutsch. Hören sehr schlecht. Ich bin selber eine Ausländer. Aber von denen den Art mit den Kunden. Umzugehen. Die sind einfach unfreundlich.

Ich finde die dort arbeiten sind respektlos wie die mit mir geredet habe immer fällt was beim Essen der Boden klebt wenn man es betreten stinkt es ich gehe da niewieder mehr hin

Diese Filiale ist nicht im stande das was man bestellt auch einzupacken jedesmal fehlt etwas aber wirklich jedesmal Die Filialleitung ist ABSOLUT untauglich habe angerufen und mich beschwert aber ACHMET legt einfach auf PS wissen anscheinend auch nicht das auf einen cheesburger Zwiebeln drauf kommen Liebes Management achtet doch bitte das ein Minimum an deutscher Sprache vorhanden ist und die Mitarbeiter verstehen was sie machen sollen Es nervt nur noch das jede aber wirklich jede Bestellung nicht korrekt ist

Guter moderner, kleiner Mäckes. Service Team immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gastraum sauber und gepflegt. Essen ist immer frisch und Geschmackssache. Drive in vorhanden. Hochstuhl vorhanden.

Ich habe einen schwarzen Tee bestellt, bekommen habe ich ein Grün Tee , ich habe das sofort angesprochen doch die Dame hat mich ignoriert das finde ich nicht in Ordnung und das Grün hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht

Es geht weiter, auch im Jahr 2026. Bitte geht dort nicht hin, ihr werdet hier nur krank, weil die Heizung defekt ist. Der Filialleiter freut sich wenn die Gäste sich erkälten. Finger weg! Das Essen wird immer falsch rausgegeben.

Hälfte vergessen und man kann die Coupons nicht vom Handy auf dem bestell Bildschirm ziehen also mussten wir die Coupons an der Kasse einlösen und den Rest an den Automaten bestellen sehr ungünstig und sehr aufwändung und der neu hinzugefügte schoko milchshake schmeckt nach spülmittel ich habe schonmal einen hier bestellt und an dem hier war sicherlich etwas anders aber wenigstens habe ich mein geld vom milchshake zurück bekommen trzd besser als manche andere

Mc halt. Wer ernsthaft gutes Essen erwartet ist hier falsch. Wer viel zu viel Geld für billiges Essen ausgeben möchte ist hier am richtigen Ort.

Fettige Fusspuren aus der Küche in den Gastraum, am Tisch geleitet man aus vor lauter Fett am Boden . Einfach unakzeptabel!

Das Essen und der Service sind in Ordnung. Leider bin ich nach der eisigen Kälte und dem langen Fußmarsch sehr enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit und der Heizung. Man muss beim Essen eine Jacke tragen, weil es so kalt ist.

If that's all there is on a burger, it's just sad. It was opened to see what was on the new burger. Obviously, there wasn't much. Unfortunately, I can't say why a piece of the breading was missing. The burger was ordered as intended. No ingredients were canceled! Unfortunately, a complaint wasn't possible because it was a takeout order.

The food tastes good but you have to wait a VERY long time for it and when you order there they take a lot of time. I recommend you order from a different McDonald's!!

This is the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to! When you walk in, the door is covered in cobwebs. Once inside, you're stuck to the floor. Something spilled here, and nobody cares. Employees are chatting instead of someone mopping the floor. Then it stinks so much of urine. It makes you sick! Isn't there a food inspector or a TÜV (German Technical Inspection Agency) here? This store should be closed! We left without buying anything. Simply awful!

In the morning, nobody wants to work, or the ladies are offended by customers, or in many cases, inexperienced staff.

From what was once the best branch to the worst? The pretty young woman behind the counter is very careful to protect her red fingernails. Therefore, no "delivery" to the counter. In any case, she's not having a heart attack from her leisurely work routine. It's a good thing her colleague keeps trying to push her, otherwise she'd be chatting endlessly in the kitchen about vacation and other things.

The food is absolute garbage, I lost my appetite right from the start! Close this store, please! The way food is treated is disgusting. 1 star is too many! My kids didn't get chilled drinks in the high outside temperatures, and despite asking, there was nothing cold. The employee was very rude, and the shift manager that day didn't care at all! Never again! Fries were soggy, disgusting, and cold. Nuggets were cold, and he had a foot on his foot, inedible. The food supervisor and the French company should close this store! And the entire unfriendly staff is also useless!

Unfortunately, the visit was a disaster. We had to wait far too long for our food – even after repeated inquiries, part of our order simply didn't arrive. A friend of mine had to wait a whopping 45 minutes for her food – and as if that wasn't bad enough, she ended up being yelled at by a member of staff. That's unacceptable. Positive: The food was good and on a McQueen's level. Contrary: Not enough staff for so many customers. It takes far too long for the food to arrive (40 minutes), and that has nothing to do with fast food. I ordered a coffee. I didn't get it, so instead, the staff walked through the restaurant with my coffee. Now I'm coffee-less and speechless at the same time.

I went in at 9:12 a.m., ordered a latte macchiato grand from the display and paid with a card at 9:15 a.m. At 9:30 a.m. I went to the counter to ask where my coffee was. Before I could ask, I was told the latte was coming soon. I got a latte at 9:34, but I wanted to drink it in the branch. I got the cup and I suspect that this is the wrong size. Because of the sunshine, everything outside was cordoned off, so you couldn't sit outside. Sorry, but I was the only customer there. It took far too long for a latte, and you can't go out, and sitting outside isn't an option either. The music was far too loud inside, making it difficult to understand phone calls.

You should make sure you hire people who don't harass women. My friend was at the McDonald's drive-thru and called me. She was scared because one of the employees was making disgusting remarks and harassing her, despite her repeated rejection.

Stank of urine, everything was dirty, even though I was the only customer. The fries were cold. According to my statement, the lady took them out of the fryer. That doesn't change the fact that they're cold. I don't think the owner cares how the employees rip off customers. Dried-out nuggets. Anyone who comes to this branch has only themselves to blame. Order was issued incorrectly. Paid for two Chicken Big Mac meals, but only received one, and one Crispy Chicken meal. No complaints accepted. Staff mistakes are simply tolerated; the customer is nothing here.

This was the most disgusting branch in Augsburg. We were almost the only customers there last night, apart from a few passing cars. The store was far too dirty for the time of day and the number of customers. Almost all the tables and surfaces were dirty and greasy, the floor was covered in crumbs, the napkin dispenser was empty, and the restrooms (see photos) were filthy.

Unfortunately there is someone working there called Mohammed which I know is super unfriendly and disrespectful just because I asked for the price for his reception unfortunately one star also so much

I've been there four times now – each time hoping it might get better. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The burgers were cold or lukewarm at best every single time, the cheese not even remotely melted – you wonder if they've ever even seen the grill. The restrooms? A disgrace. Unhygienic, dirty, sometimes without paper – simply unpleasant and absolutely not what you'd expect from an international chain. The service? Just about okay. Friendly, but slow and uncoordinated, but at least the minimum was met. And then the terrace: dirty tables, trash on the floor. You don't get the feeling that anyone here takes responsibility or cares about cleanliness. Overall: If you expect hot food and clean restrooms, you'd be better off going somewhere else. A shame.

If you order takeout, they intentionally leave something on the side, like they forgot something, and I heard them in the background saying that they would intentionally leave it on the side and eat it if I came back to complain.

The best McDonald's in town. The food is prepared quickly and served hot. There aren't many people there. There is a playground for children. Free toilet with pleasant conditions. Very friendly service. Cleanliness is constantly guaranteed. 5/5!

The "restaurant" is unfortunately very dirty, which is due to understaffing. This may also have been the reason for the extremely snippy way in which the complaint regarding my fermented-tasting milkshake was handled. I wasn't willing to demand a replacement, but merely to point it out. But without at least smelling it and throwing it directly into the trash, then putting out a new one without asking is unfortunately not the right way to handle a complaint. I wish you continued good business, but please with more self-reflection.

This was the most disgusting branch in Augsburg. We were there on your Thursday at 11 a.m. and were the only customers apart from a couple of drive-through cars. The store was far too dirty for that time of day and the number of customers. All of this at 11 a.m., with no customers, while three employees were on the premises having private conversations. I'm assuming no one cares. The filth definitely didn't come from that day.

Yes, I really enjoyed this McDonald's today. Friendly, nice staff. Hot, fresh food. Atmosphere: typical fast-food restaurant, but nice and clean!

I've never encountered a friendly employee at this McDonald's. They've all been unfriendly. They don't even know what the term "chai latte" is, which they have in their menu. After a long discussion with several employees, I still haven't received my drink because no one understood what I wanted. Now that's what I call incompetence.

Typical McDonald's dishes available. The large portion of fries was smaller than usual, but tasted as usual. The service was friendly. Hence 2 stars. Rest: The toilets were extremely disgusting, the whole floor was sticky, it smelled, toilet bowls were very dirty. I cannot recommend this McDonald's.

It was unbelievably dirty, and the personnel would rather do anything but serve you your order. My shoes are sticking to the floor as I walk, and I can't move around too much cause I'm afraid to dirty my clothes. The burgers are a mess, they seem not to be able to put all the ingredients together without them all falling inside the box, leaving me with only the bread and one piece of meat. Organization and service should be completely revised (start cleaning please). Enter the toilet at your own risk.

My statement when I told you about the McDonald's was "Getomci" Unfortunately, after entering, the interior didn't smell pleasant. The look of the interior wasn't inviting either. Therefore an order with table service. Unfortunately, my seat outside wasn't very inviting either. There were still leftovers on the tables and the tables were sticky. Since I had 30 minutes to wait, I was able to watch an employee come out several times and bring something to other tables. After 25 minutes the tables were cleared by the said employee. I then asked for 30 minutes where my food was at the counter. After lying back and forth, I was handed a ToGo bag. NO sorry no sorry. I then went to my table and cleared out my ToGo bag, all the sauces forgotten. I then spoke to an employee who gave me no apology again I then left the dessert. For my part, I'll eat at Subway next time

I was happy when it arrived until I unpacked it... 2 large fries, both of which were only half full, then completely dripping in fat and then still cold. So I have to be very annoyed. I was just at McDonald's and bought two pieces of 20 chicken and 2 fish burgers and 2 milkshakes. I paid about €40 and opened the bag at home and there was only one piece of chicken in it. I'm really annoyed and especially chicken costs €10.49

Unfortunately there is no other way to clean, sticky floor in the restaurant, tables not clean. Unfortunately, fries were only lukewarm and soggy, but were exchanged with a grim look.

We wanted to have a quick evening snack at this restaurant. As soon as we entered we noticed that the floor in the entire restaurant area was sticking. The order itself was processed quickly. The fries were cold and soggy. After our complaint we got fresh ones.

Rating: (0) star I recently went to the McDonald's branch on Donauwörtherstrasse in Augsburg and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered ice cream there and were shocked when we received our cups. They weren't even half full, which is absolutely ridiculous. Later my friend ordered ice cream again and was served by someone else. This time the cups were full to the brim. This inconsistency in service is unacceptable. It was also very hot that day and it was impossible to sit inside as the air conditioning was probably not turned on. Sitting outside was not a better alternative as the entire outside area was full of smokers. It was disgusting and we couldn't enjoy our meal in peace. We ended up having to go to our car to eat. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I will avoid this branch in the future.

Since the staff is small, orders are processed slowly and the waiting time is quite long. Otherwise the food is good.

The coffee was missing from my Iced Coffee Shake Caramel 0.4l and half the milkshake consisted of ice cubes. Despite special requests, the burger was neatly stacked and nothing was missing.

We just ordered online and didn't get everything. When I asked what was happening with the rest, I was told that there was a lot going on and that I had to write about what was missing next time and that we would get it for free. Now my question is, who should remember this at McDonalds? That was the last time we ordered online...

MC, like everyone else, is always fast and delicious.

Not recommended, toilet extremely dirty, food so well other branches are much better. Very unfriendly staff and the team leader is also very unfriendly.
