McDonald's in Augsburg

Unfortunately, the visit was a disaster. We had to wait far too long for our food – even after repeated inquiries, part of our order simply didn't arrive. A friend of mine had to wait a whopping 45 minutes for her food – and as if that wasn't bad enough, she ended up being yelled at by a member of staff. That's unacceptable. No accommodation, no apology – instead, rudeness and chaos. Absolutely disappointing. We certainly won't be back.

Positive: The food was good and on a McQueen's level. Contrary: Not enough staff for so many customers. It takes far too long for the food to arrive (40 minutes), and that has nothing to do with fast food. I understand that it takes a long time because there aren't enough staff, but here's the worst part: people who ordered 20 minutes after us got their food first. We complained, and the staff immediately started yelling and shouting at us rudely, not understanding that it wasn't that it took too long, but that people who ordered after us got their food first. Now, about the ambiance: It could be cleaner. The outside seats, in particular, should be dried after the rain. This place was my childhood home, and the food is always good, but the service and the employees' pay should be better. If I could give half stars, I would give it 2.5 stars.

At 2 p.m., service was sooooo slow. 🤣

I ordered a coffee. I didn't get it, so instead, the staff walked through the restaurant with my coffee. Now I'm coffee-less and speechless at the same time.

I went in at 9:12 a.m., ordered a latte macchiato grand from the display and paid with a card at 9:15 a.m. At 9:30 a.m. I went to the counter to ask where my coffee was. Before I could ask, I was told the latte was coming soon. I got a latte at 9:34, but I wanted to drink it in the branch. I got the cup and I suspect that this is the wrong size. Because of the sunshine, everything outside was cordoned off, so you couldn't sit outside. Sorry, but I was the only customer there. It took far too long for a latte, and you can't go out, and sitting outside isn't an option either. The music was far too loud inside, making it difficult to understand phone calls.

I was yelled at by an employee because I had to go to the bathroom. What kind of service is that? It's absolutely unacceptable.

You should make sure you hire people who don't harass women. My friend was at the McDonald's drive-thru and called me. She was scared because one of the employees was making disgusting remarks and harassing her, despite her repeated rejection.

Stank of urine, everything was dirty, even though I was the only customer. The fries were cold. According to my statement, the lady took them out of the fryer. That doesn't change the fact that they're cold. I don't think the owner cares how the employees rip off customers. Dried-out nuggets. Anyone who comes to this branch has only themselves to blame. Wasted money for a disgusting atmosphere, dry, cold food. HENDRIKX RESTAURANT GMBH & CO. KG. Dried-out fillet or fish. Dried-out nuggets; they were thrown in the fryer for the second time. Cold fries. Employee denies everything.

Order was issued incorrectly. Paid for two Chicken Big Mac meals, but only received one, and one Crispy Chicken meal. No complaints accepted. Staff mistakes are simply tolerated; the customer is nothing here.

This was the most disgusting branch in Augsburg. We were almost the only customers there last night, apart from a few passing cars. The store was far too dirty for the time of day and the number of customers. Almost all the tables and surfaces were dirty and greasy, the floor was covered in crumbs, the napkin dispenser was empty, and the restrooms (see photos) were filthy.

Unfortunately there is someone working there called Mohammed which I know is super unfriendly and disrespectful just because I asked for the price for his reception unfortunately one star also so much

This store is unable to pack what you order. Something is always missing, but really every time. The store management is ABSOLUTELY incompetent. I called and complained, but ACHMET just hung up.

From what was once the best branch to the worst? The pretty young woman behind the counter is very careful to protect her red fingernails. Therefore, no "delivery" to the counter. In any case, she's not having a heart attack from her leisurely work routine. It's a good thing her colleague keeps trying to push her, otherwise she'd be chatting endlessly in the kitchen about vacation and other things.

I've been there four times now – each time hoping it might get better. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The burgers were cold or lukewarm at best every single time, the cheese not even remotely melted – you wonder if they've ever even seen the grill. The restrooms? A disgrace. Unhygienic, dirty, sometimes without paper – simply unpleasant and absolutely not what you'd expect from an international chain. The service? Just about okay. Friendly, but slow and uncoordinated, but at least the minimum was met. And then the terrace: dirty tables, trash on the floor. You don't get the feeling that anyone here takes responsibility or cares about cleanliness. Overall: If you expect hot food and clean restrooms, you'd be better off going somewhere else. A shame.

If you order takeout, they intentionally leave something on the side, like they forgot something, and I heard them in the background saying that they would intentionally leave it on the side and eat it if I came back to complain.

The best McDonald's in town. The food is prepared quickly and served hot. There aren't many people there. There is a playground for children. Free toilet with pleasant conditions. Very friendly service. Cleanliness is constantly guaranteed. 5/5!

The "restaurant" is unfortunately very dirty, which is due to understaffing. This may also have been the reason for the extremely snippy way in which the complaint regarding my fermented-tasting milkshake was handled. I wasn't willing to demand a replacement, but merely to point it out. But without at least smelling it and throwing it directly into the trash, then putting out a new one without asking is unfortunately not the right way to handle a complaint. I wish you continued good business, but please with more self-reflection.

This was the most disgusting branch in Augsburg. We were there on your Thursday at 11 a.m. and were the only customers apart from a couple of drive-through cars. The store was far too dirty for that time of day and the number of customers. All of this at 11 a.m., with no customers, while three employees were on the premises having private conversations. I'm assuming no one cares. The filth definitely didn't come from that day.

Yes, I really enjoyed this McDonald's today. Friendly, nice staff. Hot, fresh food. Atmosphere: typical fast-food restaurant, but nice and clean!

I've never encountered a friendly employee at this McDonald's. They've all been unfriendly. They don't even know what the term "chai latte" is, which they have in their menu. After a long discussion with several employees, I still haven't received my drink because no one understood what I wanted. Now that's what I call incompetence.

Typical McDonald's dishes available. The large portion of fries was smaller than usual, but tasted as usual. The service was friendly. Hence 2 stars. Rest: The toilets were extremely disgusting, the whole floor was sticky, it smelled, toilet bowls were very dirty. I cannot recommend this McDonald's.

It was unbelievably dirty, and the personnel would rather do anything but serve you your order. My shoes are sticking to the floor as I walk, and I can't move around too much cause I'm afraid to dirty my clothes. The burgers are a mess, they seem not to be able to put all the ingredients together without them all falling inside the box, leaving me with only the bread and one piece of meat. Organization and service should be completely revised (start cleaning please). Enter the toilet at your own risk.

My statement when I told you about the McDonald's was "Getomci" Unfortunately, after entering, the interior didn't smell pleasant. The look of the interior wasn't inviting either. Therefore an order with table service. Unfortunately, my seat outside wasn't very inviting either. There were still leftovers on the tables and the tables were sticky. Since I had 30 minutes to wait, I was able to watch an employee come out several times and bring something to other tables. After 25 minutes the tables were cleared by the said employee. I then went to my table and cleared out my ToGo bag, all the sauces forgotten. I then spoke to an employee who gave me no apology again I then left the dessert. For my part, I'll eat at Subway next time

I was happy when it arrived until I unpacked it... 2 large fries, both of which were only half full, then completely dripping in fat and then still cold. Unfortunately there is no other way to clean, sticky floor in the restaurant, tables not clean. Unfortunately, fries were only lukewarm and soggy, but were exchanged with a grim look.

We wanted to have a quick evening snack at this restaurant. As soon as we entered we noticed that the floor in the entire restaurant area was sticking. The order itself was processed quickly. The fries were cold and soggy. After our complaint we got fresh ones.

Food good as always but the toilets are really lacking…. Everything was pretty well packed in the morning and some of it was pretty messed up

Rating: (0) star I recently went to the McDonald's branch on Donauwörtherstrasse in Augsburg and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered ice cream there and were shocked when we received our cups. They weren't even half full, which is absolutely ridiculous. Later my friend ordered ice cream again and was served by someone else. This time the cups were full to the brim. This inconsistency in service is unacceptable. It was also very hot that day and it was impossible to sit inside as the air conditioning was probably not turned on. Sitting outside was not a better alternative as the entire outside area was full of smokers. It was disgusting and we couldn't enjoy our meal in peace. We ended up having to go to our car to eat. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I will avoid this branch in the future.

The coffee was missing from my Iced Coffee Shake Caramel 0.4l and half the milkshake consisted of ice cubes. Despite special requests, the burger was neatly stacked and nothing was missing.

Since the staff is small, orders are processed slowly and the waiting time is quite long. Otherwise the food is good.

We just ordered online and didn't get everything. When I asked what was happening with the rest, I was told that there was a lot going on and that I had to write about what was missing next time and that we would get it for free. As a reminder, here we are in Germany. It is probably the minimum requirement that an employee should speak German! Clearly not the case here. The employee couldn't even pronounce the number correctly. Then the next thing, first the employee, an older lady with glasses and reddish hair, makes our milkshake first. This stands around for ten minutes until the rest has been prepared. I didn't accept the milkshake because it had already melted. She opened the lid, the milkshake was just about to run out, her statement: it was simply filled completely, it didn't melt, it must be like that. Yes, of course. Made a new one and lo and behold, the milkshake wasn't full to the brim. Of course, the lady didn't respond to my statement "you can't fill it to the brim, they're automatically filled to size." Rude, they make fun of customers and give out melted milkshakes. No order, no system. All mixed up. We certainly won't go there anymore. Ciao cocoa.

Yesterday I was with girls at McDonald's who took my order incorrectly and were very unfriendly and I waited a long time until we got the food and everything was wrong. I asked the employee what that was supposed to be and he said yes, that could happen and said I would do it him everything new and I waited for it for about 15 minutes and was also angry, I went there, opened it, then he said we'll finish it now, I said I've been waiting for 15 minutes and I want my money and I don't want to wait for the food anymore, he said Wait like another 10 minutes I'll bring him the food 😡 it was clean said he wanted my money he said no that's not possible and after a long discussion they had the food ready and it was completely wrong I left it lying around paid for nothing and collected money and that They still had food there too So I advise against going there, the employees and the boss there are very unfriendly and they only understand half of it and very disrespectful!!!!!!

I was in March, it was 9 degrees outside and it was cold inside. It seems that the heating is not working. Two air heaters were improvised but they did not cope. We are waiting for summer, maybe it will be better and I will give 5 🌟

Ich wurde als Stinker betitelt. Was soll das denn? Die Mitarbeiter können nicht deutsch sprechen, außer paar Zahlen bis 10. Extrems unverschämt. Der Laden roch unangenehm!

Hab bei keinem anderen Mac Donald soviele Defizite gesehen wie bei dem in der Donauwörther Str. Es fehlt immer etwas. Beim Mac Drive muss man immer nachsehen ob alles in der Tüte ist. Trockene Burger und fast kalte Pommes sind dort an der Tagesordnung. Bis man dann drin ist und das fehlende bekommt, ist das Essen kalt. War immer wieder so dumm dort wieder hinzugehen. Das Essen ist teurer als im Restaurant. Eigentlich sollte man bei diesen Preisen astreines essen erwarten. Ist aber leider nicht so. Zum Glück ist das bei anderen Filialen nicht der Fall.

Sauberkeit auf absolut untersten Niveau. Habe so etwas noch in keinem Restaurant erlebt . Tische , Stühle und Boden total versifft . Toiletten spotten jeglicher Beschreibung . Katastrophal ist noch untertrieben

Leider war dieser Besuch bei euch nicht gerade toll. Fangen wir mit dem positiven an, das Essen war wie man MC Donalds kennt. Was die Mitarbeiter an der Nugget Station können sollten ist zählen. Da bei zwei 6 er Packungen nur 5 drinnen waren. Durch einem kleinen Hinweis an der Theke wurde das defizit behoben. Was ich besonders nicht schön fand war die Sauberkeit in der Lobby, die Tische hätte eine kurze Reinigung bestimmt gut getan. Zum Glück waren die Tabletts sauber. Genauso hatte die Toilette auch die beste Zeit des Tages hinter sich. Vielleicht war es nur bei meinem Besuch so. Ihr könnt das bestimmt besser. Vielleicht gib ich euch an diesem Standort mal wieder die Chance.

Wie kannmanbei jeder 3,4ten bestellung IMMER etwas verkacken. Entweder man sorgt dafür, dass Mitarbeiter des gescheit erledigen oder man sollte sich nicht wundern dass die GF genauso ein Nutzloser haufen wie unsere Regierung ist. :) Wenn ich alles zusammenzähle was in meiner Bestellung falsch war oder sogar gefehlt hat, hab ich bestimmt mehrere Hundert € umsonst gezahlt bis jetzt. :D hoffe die ungerechte kohle schmeckt euch!

Das Letzte. Das mal Pommes oder ein Burger kühl daherkommt kann passieren. Aber es sollten schon die richtigen sein undcwenns dann doch mal passiert wird man unhöflich am Telefon abgewimmelt 😡

Ausreichend Parkplätze, Essen wie gewohnt und auch Sonderwünsche haben gut geklappt. Essen war frisch/heiß. Ambiente ist gut, 1 Stern Abzug für die zu geringe Raumtemperatur. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Der MC liegt gut an einer grossen strasse, hat einen Parkplatz und Drive In. Man wird schnell bedient und findet meistens erinen Platz. Es gibt einen aussenbereich mit Kinderrutsche. Im Innenraum ist auch eine Spielecke für Kinder, ein Wickeltisch in der Toilette. Im Prinzip ist es sauber hier.

Unfassbar eigentlich. 6 Mitarbeiter gezählt, die lieber mit Luftballons spielen und ratschen anstatt die extrem schmutzige Lobby zu putzen. Man kann kaum darauf laufen. So klebrrig sind die Fliesen. Alle Wägen voll, Softdrinklache auf dem Boden. Aber alle haben die Ruhe weg. Wenig los zu diesem Zeitpunkt.

Ich liebe Mc Donalds, aber die Erfahrung heute war nicht gut. Habe erst falschen Burger bekommen, der neue Burger war dann direkt kalt, Käse war auch nicht geschmolzen, was eine Enttäuschung! Habe noch nie so einen schlechten Burger gegessen 😞 Schade!

Essen wie immer. Sauberkeit lässt zum wünschen übrig. Boden klebrig Tische sehr schmutzig. Bei der Bestellung werden Sachen vergessen dazuzugeben. Der Müllwagen ist sehr voll. Mit Mehrweg sollte das Personal noch mal geschult werden. Wenn jeder mitmachen würde im Restaurant könnte man sehr viel Papier sparen. Das Pfand von 2 € bei Becher Abgabe bekommt man ja wieder

Waren am Mcdrive bei einer unglaublich unhöflich Dame die uns sogar dazu gebracht hat einfach weg zu fahren und zu einem anderen mcdonalds zu fahren.

Hygienezustände Katastrophal! Boden voll mit Getränken, Eis etc. der Boden hinter der Theke an der Eis und Café Maschine voller dreck und Krümmel. Alles Tische kleben. Ekelhaft sowas sollte man dem Gesundheitsamt melden ! Hier essen Kinder sie sollten sich schämen
