McDonald's in Augsburg

Ich habe 1 Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet und es ist nichts angekommen. Essen sehr gut und lecker aber die Lieferanten verfahren sich oder brauchen zu lange um das Essen zu liefern. Bitte bessere Lieferanten einstellen

Personal super gestresst und unhöflich. Saßen draußen weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Die Mitarbeiterin setzt sich neben uns und raucht eine obwohl mein Kind am essen ist. Sie hat zwar gefragt aber die Antwort war, dass mir das nicht recht ist. Sie setzte sich dann hinter mein Kind wo es noch mehr Rauch abbekam. Natürlich kann man Raucher draußen nicht vermeiden, aber vom Personal????

Double royal ts bestellt beim reinbeißen dann bemerkt das nur 1 patty drinnen ist und der war kalt genauso wie beim Rest der Bestellung leider war ich schon daheim sonst hätte ich das ganze nochmal angesprochen

Ich war live dabei und habe gesehen, wie der Burgerbrater keine Handschuhe trug. Natürlich habe ich das Ding in den Müll geworfen.

unhöfliche Kassiererin Wir haben 95 € für Sandwiches und Getränke ausgegeben. Wir fanden ein Sandwich mit Pommes und Insekten. Die Kassiererin hat meine Chips zweimal gewechselt. Dann fanden wir es im Sandwich Dann haben wir alles weggeworfen, weil ich widerlich war. und die Kassiererin mit beschämender Respektlosigkeit

Leider wird jedesmal etwas vergessen

Habe mir 2 Menüs bestellt und nachdem meine Nummer angezeigt worden ist, wollte ich nur fragen ob es meine Bestellung ist. Ich bekam keine Antwort. Die Filialleitung meinte, das sie keine Fragen beantworten müssen. Ein Lächeln, mit einem "Ja, es ist ihre Bestellung, guten Appetit!" hätte mir gereicht. Aber anscheinend ist es heutzutage, zuviel verlangt. Danke, ich kann auch wo anders essen.

Kein Tischservice, Boden dreckig. Tische krümelig. Ansonsten nette Deko. Mitarbeiter wirken sehr genervt. Essen kam schnell und war ok.

Am Abend von Ostersonntag auf Ostermontag über eine Stunde auf die Bestellung gewartet, wie geschätzt 30-40 andere Besteller…(!!) Es haben nur 3 Service Leute gearbeitet…geht’s noch…?

Die Damen an der an der Ahbohstation waren sehr unhöflich weil die Spielzeugen fasche waren, ich kann’s verstehen wenn viel los aber trotzdem habe ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt..

Wir haben heute zu zweit draußen gesessen und per App bestellt. Unter anderem war ein Big Tasty Red Steakhouse dabei. Nach ca. 10 Minuten kam das Essen, aber der Big Tasty Red Steakhouse hat gefehlt. Stattdessen wurde uns ein Philly Cheese Stack gegeben. Ich bin damit zur Theke und habe ganz normal gesagt, dass die Bestellung vertauscht wurde. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte direkt überheblich und meinte, das könne gar nicht sein, da es sich um einen Aktionsburger handelt, der nicht mehr verfügbar wäre. Dass der Burger aber ganz normal in der App auswählbar war, hat ihn überhaupt nicht interessiert. Ich habe dann gefragt, ob man den falschen Burger wenigstens gegen einen normalen Big Tasty tauschen kann. Auch das wurde abgelehnt mit der Aussage, ich sei selbst schuld. Der Mitarbeiter war durchgehend überheblich, unfreundlich und offensichtlich an keiner Lösung interessiert. Statt irgendwie entgegenzukommen oder den Fehler zu klären, wurde einfach abgeblockt. Beim Weggehen wurde mir sogar nochmals hinterhergerufen, dass ich selbst schuld sei. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn ihr ein rein geworfenen herzlos gemachten burger haben wollt geht da hin

Gemeinsam mit Freunden wollten wir unseren Sanifair-Wertbon einlösen. Zunächst haben wir am Kiosk bestellt und sind anschließend zur Kasse gegangen, um den Bon zusammen mit unserem Kassenbon einzulösen. An der Kasse wurden wir jedoch von einem älteren Mitarbeiter bedient, der von Anfang an sehr genervt wirkte. Als meine Freundin ihm den Bon reichte, riss er ihr diesen regelrecht aus der Hand und erklärte in einem unfreundlichen Ton, dass der Wertbon erst ab einem Einkaufswert von 5 € eingelöst werden könne. Diese Regelung können wir nachvollziehen, auch wenn sie uns vorher nicht bekannt war. Das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters war jedoch absolut unangemessen und inakzeptabel.

Habe einen Burger bekommen komplett schief und konnte selber Puzzle spielen dann um einen Burger zu erneuern 10 Minuten warte Zeit das geht garnicht keine Lust zu arbeiten mein restliches Essen ist komplett kalt geworden einfach nur schlecht

Sehr sehr unfreundliches personal, man wird schon beim reinkommen angepampt. Ich würde am liebsten null Sterne vergeben wenn das gehen würde. Sehr dreckig, Müll steht herum

Die Toiletten... Absoluter Müll! Nie wider.. absolut widerlich!!

Wir haben fast eine Stunde auf unsere Bestellung gewartet, und dann war sie auch noch falsch. Wir hatten zwei Cheeseburger und vier Chickenburger bestellt, aber nur einen Cheeseburger bekommen. Die restlichen waren Chickenburger. Außerdem hatten wir Soßen bestellt, aber keine bekommen. Ich bin total sauer und werde da nie wieder hingehen.

Bestellung per App war nicht möglich... ich erhielt die Info, dass dieser McDonalds geschlossen sei - das hätte mir bereits ein Zeichen sein sollen! Die Burger waren matschig und mäßig warm, ich musste wegen dem Monopoly Sticker (der uns laut Monopoly Spielangabe zustand) rumdiskutieren. Das fand ich wirklich unpassend. Wir hatten große Probleme einen Platz zum essen zu finden, da Tische und Sitzbänke total verdreckt und verklebt waren (Morgens um 10.30 Uhr!). Generell einer der versifften McDonalds in Augsburg. Man teilte mir bei der Bestellung mit, ich könne warten, bis mein Essen fertig sei und zeigte auf die Sitze (wo man sich normalerweise hinsetzen kann zum warten)... Leider lag dort ein rießiger zusammengerollter dreckiger Teppich. Uferlos! Wirklich eklig hier. Meine Nachbestellung an den Tisch hat man ignoriert, stattdessen die Nummer durch den McDonalds gebrüllt. Ich bitte sie inständig diesen McDonalds gründlich zu reinigen!

Also erstens habe ich mir was zum Essen bestellt um 21:30 da hieß es die Lieferung kommt bald jetzt haben wir 2 Stunden danach und ich habe heraus gefunden das die Lieferung nur bis 22:00 Uhr annehmen dann schreibt das auch auf euer Profil bei Lieferando und storniert die Lieferung dann auch weil bis jetzt ist noch nichts storniert worden ich möchte mein Geld wieder haben.

Monopoly Sticker werden hier vor Ausgabe von den Mitarbeitern abgerissen ^^

Ich bestelle Kids Menu und zwei Cheeseburger zum mitnehmen, komme zu Hause an und hab vier Chicken Mc Nuggets statt zwei Cheeseburger, wie dumm zum lesen und einpacken kann man eigentlich sein! Nie wieder, muss man denn echt alles prüfen beim Kauf?! Unglaublich

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Wir waren vor ca. 11 Monaten in Ihre Filiale, es war Sehr gute Besuch und von mir hat es fünf Sterne bekommen. jetzt waren wir bei der Filiale nochmal, aber leider waren die Tische, Stühle und Boden Sehr schmutzig . Ich habe an der Kasse gesagt ob jemand Tische und Stühle reinigen können? Die junge Mitarbeiterin meinte unfreundlich: das ist nicht mein Problem. Auf diese Grund muss ich leider meine Rezension korrigieren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Eine sehr unhöfliche und unfreundliche Frau mit Brille und kurzem Haarschnitt, vermutlich Rumänin. Sie ist ständig wütend und spricht abfällig mit Kunden sowie Lieferanten von Uber, Lieferando und Wolt. Ich werde eine begründete Beschwerde einreichen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, am 21.10.2025 gegen 19:00 Uhr war ich mit meinem Freund und meiner Nichte in Ihrer Filiale in der City-Galerie Augsburg. Wir warteten etwa fünf Minuten an der Theke, wurden aber weder begrüßt noch bedient. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Theke (etwa 50 Jahre alt, dunkelhäutig, blonde Haare, Brille, groß und schlank) war sehr unfreundlich. Kurz danach schrie dieselbe Mitarbeiterin meine Nichte (geistig behindert) an, als sie kurz die Toilette benutzen wollte, und schickte sie hinaus. Dieses Verhalten war respektlos und beschämend. Ich bitte Sie, den Vorfall zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass so etwas nicht wieder vorkommt

habe einen vegetarischen wrap bestellt, da ich vegetarier bin. naja war seit heute leider unfreiwillig nicht mehr. das habe ich jetzt schon öfter mitbekommen, dass diese filiale es scheinbar nicht so genau nimmt mit vegatarischen varianten

I sometimes get my lunch from you! I recommend ordering and paying at the screens! I once ordered at the counter and was immediately yelled at for apparently not expressing myself clearly! What I also don't like is that there are no table tents... The food is very good, it comes out quickly, and there are plenty of seats!

Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star, but at this McDonald's, even that's too much. The employees there are completely overwhelmed, whether it's busy or not! Do they even have someone there to coordinate things properly? Sometimes you wait what feels like an eternity for your order! And it doesn't matter whether you order in person or via the app. And the place is never really clean. The floor, in particular, is always sticky! The McDonald's on Königsplatz works much better! The employees were pretty weird... They gave me and my family strange looks the whole time, and the worst part was, there was a half-eaten nugget in our 20-piece chicken nugget package. None of us had even touched it before... Not recommended.

I ordered a plant-based meal because I haven't eaten meat for a while. Instead of my plant-based burger, I received a meat burger, which I unfortunately didn't notice until I bit into it. When I complained, I got the right one, but it was clear the staff weren't really interested. I will definitely never eat there again.

Saturday, May 17, 2025 Cold fries, one Big Mac with salad, one without salad?? The "place" hasn't been cleaned in a while. There are NO RESTROOMS, or rather, the doors are locked!

Service was zero stars. Fries were old and cold. I wanted a straw for my son, but they don't provide one here. Cleanliness was okay.

A pancake on Sunday morning takes 20 minutes?! Very very very bad!

I had ordered a Minecraft menu with a COLLECTIBLE FIGURE which was NOT included. I then complained about this and all I got back were unfriendly comments like: Yes, bad luck or is it honestly sad to complain about a figure!? That's why you order this menu??? This store is just UNDERGROUND and I would like to give it 0 stars. The employees also said that it would apparently be in the app, which of course it wasn't anywhere! Definitely not worth recommending!!!!!

Just plain bad service I ordered a Minecraft menu and we didn't get a Minecraft figure I ate then went back and complained but they just say we can't do anything and that it's sad that people are complaining about a toy but why am I ordering the menu for because of the figure otherwise I would have taken one without a figure so absolutely stupid and there's rubbish lying around everywhere yes it's the worst McDonald's I've ever ordered and eaten at 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 really a stupid shop, best no stars but you have to give the shop a little bit of success!!!!!!!!!!

Underground service! After we ordered twice at the table, we were warned to pick up further orders ourselves at the counter. The employee was visibly annoyed. Then why do you offer table service?

Employees at the checkout are nice and calm despite the large crowds and special customer requests. However, the deputy management is unreasonable. The deputy manager personally was in the kitchen without a hairnet and adjusted hair several times while preparing the food (I hope no one had hair in the food). Her statement (excuse) was “I have to go back and forth often.” The restaurant is on the ground floor and is therefore suitable for people with disabilities. Employees really try hard to keep everything clean and tidy.

Eating a burger on a Saturday night is probably not a good idea. I ordered the McSmart menu with a double chicken burger and the pans were torn and had too much sauce on them. You could eat it, but it wasn't attractive. At least the preparation was quick and the cashier was pleasant.

Yesterday evening (January 2nd), we quickly grabbed something to eat here on the way home. We were shocked at how dirty the store was. Almost every table was littered with tablets and rubbish, there was rubbish everywhere on the floor and there was even leftover food from the previous person on our food tray. Even with the low expectations for a fast food restaurant, we were horrified! That was the dirtiest store I've ever been in... The branch management should be ashamed of themselves!

Repulsive and abysmally disgusting, just like every McDonald's branch these days... The employees (none of whom of course speak German and are not remotely suitable for the hospitality industry) have the same "qualities" as the "food" on offer...

We went into the store and the floor was incredibly sticky... I once ordered a happy meal for my daughter at one of the terminals and just a blueberry muffin for myself. When I tried to move away from the terminal it literally took my shoe off (it was stuck to the floor) I walked the rest of the way on tiptoe so as not to have to stick again... Happy Meal tasted ok and the blueberry muffin crumbled in my hand... it had definitely been sitting there all day (we were there in the evening) I know it's nice and juicy from other McDonald's.

No toilet in the store itself, just at the other end of the shopping center and then you have to pay 70 cents for it. This is subpar even by McDonald's standards.

Another Mc D. that is very dirty. I haven't been going to Mc D for 10 years because many branches are not clean! And this branch is so dirty at 2 p.m. that you're stuck to the floor from the entrance to the seating area at the back! Not to mention french fries napkins etc on the floor! I'd say that there wasn't any cleaning/floor mopping there at least the day before! After I pointed this out to my friend who wanted to eat there, she luckily canceled her order and we quickly left the store. Reaffirmed my boycott of Mc D! If the floor can't be kept clean, I don't want to see what it looks like behind the counter!

Absolute incompetence of staff, especially the shift management with the circus hairstyle. I ordered with cash at the terminal and didn't get a receipt. I then went to the checkout and pointed it out, then everything was fine and I should wait for the note or the order to arrive shortly. (I was asked what I ordered and the cashier looked at the screen above the burger counter and nodded). After a few minutes there was a happy guessing session as to whether one of the finished orders belonged to me, then it was “ahhhh, no cash payment coming” When I then refused to order again, the shift manager yelled at me and forced me out of the store. Anti-aggression training might be very helpful. Of course, mistakes can happen on both sides, but HOW do you deal with the situation? And then as an alleged leadership position.

The cleanliness of this MCDONALD'S restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. When we asked whether tables and chairs could be wiped, a wet cloth was handed to us. The service was provided at zero. We entered the restaurant at 4 p.m. which wasn't very busy.

Every time I go there there is some problem with my voucher. In every other branch, what the order is is immediately displayed on their screen. The employee couldn't even inform me sufficiently about the sticker campaign, let alone scan my coupon. You can tell he tried hard, but no one in there was interested

Food literally bottomless. Because of this food, I have been in the hospital for days with vomiting and severe stomach pains that lead to cramps. I know it's just a fast food shop but if the food is just pure fat and has no other taste, something like that shouldn't be released to humanity, at least this branch. By the way, my milkshake was broken because the milk was sour (expired).

Ordered 10 burgers (2x chicken burge 8x cheeseburger) and got 8, but of course 10 were charged. It's a disgrace, that's €5 after all. I wonder if the employee can count to 10? Of course the order can be checked, but why should I do that? If I order 10 burgers, then I want to get 10 burgers. And strangely enough, there are fewer and fewer burgers!

I was just there with my daughter and my daughter accidentally reached over the counter to the straws without asking and wanted to take one, just before I tried to pull her away to me because after all she shouldn't reach over there, an employee clapped on her hand and said in a loud tone, “Straws are only for Shake’s fingers.” Bottom line, this behavior is an absolute no go, it's probably not working properly anymore! You should be happy that I refrained from filing an ad!!!

Fries taste like nothing, we ordered cocktail dip, got the wrong dip, ice cream was completely crumbly, the burgers fell apart and there was too much ice in the cola. When we ordered at the machine it hung up shortly before paying and restarted. 😊

Essen wir McDonalds ist einfach gut. An den Autoatmen keine Tisch Tafeln. Tische Dreckig sowie der Boden. Heute wollte ich mit einem Bekannten inruhe essen bei McDonalds wir bestellte wie immer Pommes ohne Salz da es uns nicht schmeckt. Als ich mein essen abholen war am Schalter wurde ich unhöflich 3 mal gefragt warum ich kein Salz möchte. Es geht die Mitarbeiterin 1 nichts an was ich möchte und nicht und 2 wurde ich geduzt. Ich werde nicht mehr zu diesem McDonalds gehen.
