Das gottlosestes McDonald in Deutschland, jedes mall bei menu kauf wird was vergessen, jedes mal, obb es bigmacc menu ist, oder hapy meal, oder jetzt fifa wm,jedes mall entwedrr pommes, oder der ganze bueger oder die Geschenke, in großen kreis umfahren...

Schmeckt zwar gut, aber die Sandwiches sind miserabel zubereitet, der Service ist nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern auch inkompetent, und die Bestellung ist meistens unvollständig.

Wie ? Egal was ich bestelle entweder kommt es falsch oder gar nicht... leider bemerkt man das erst zuhause. Chicken Dog bestellt Deutschland Bürger bekommen (Bacon drauf. Das Ding musste in den Müll weil ich kein Schwein esse) Cola Zero bestellt und Cola bekommen.

Ich hatte telefonisch einen Tischservice bestellt, aber die Bestellung kam verspätet an, und der Lieferant forderte mich auf, sie selbst abzuholen. Ich fragte, warum ich hineingehen solle, wenn das der übliche Service sei, und wurde unhöflich behandelt. Die Tische waren sehr schmutzig, und der Servierwagen war voller Müll, der überall auf dem Boden verstreut lag. Ich werde diese Filiale definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.

Bestellung war nicht vollständig und teilweise falsch. Kommunikation war schwierig durch Sprachbarriere. Restaurant war leider insgesamt nicht sauber.

Total unfähiges Personal ! Es gibt schon eine Bestellungsliste was in die Tüte muss und trotzdem vergessen sie 2 Sachen ! Nie wieder!

Der Mc Donalds ist der schlechteste was es gibt war am 13.6.26 mehrere Tische schmutzig der Bestellbildschirm funktioniert nicht richtig dann müsste Ich 25 min auf mein Essen warten war in der Zeit von 2 mal bei denn Damen und Herren und habe nachgefragt es waren 12 Keute in denn Laden die Mitarbeiter hätten was besseres zum tun da die hohen Damen und Herren vom Mc Donalds vorbei kommen zur Kontrolle nach 25 Min kann mein Essen es war noch warm es gab keine Entschuldigung und auch kein Eis kaum waren die Damen und Herren vom Mc Donalds da würden Tische und Boden geputzt

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung bei McDonald’s. Das Restaurant scheint unterbesetzt zu sein. Wir haben über 40 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet, und sie war immer noch nicht fertig. Das Essen wirkte zudem nicht frisch. Das Personal war unfreundlich und wenig professionell. So lange Wartezeiten sind für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann diesen Standort leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr unfreundlichen Personal , ich war am McDrive dieser Filiale., nach Bestellaufgabe und Bezahlung sollte ich etwas nach vorn fahren und auf der rechten Seite warten wo kein ausgewieser Parkbereich ist ( direkt im Ausfahrbereich ) obwohl gerade aus linke Seite nach dem Schalter , 2 ausgewiesene Plätze waren. Dort parkte ich auch und wurde dafür rassistisch u. persönlich beleidigt da es ja klar war das nur Schweizer nich kapieren wo man zu stehen hat wenn man es scho sagt. Der Versuch zu erklären das ich auf den ausgewiesen Platz stehe , bekam ich zuhören , er sagt wo stehen & wo nicht es ist seine Filiale und sein Land und seine Regeln. Für mich absolut respektlos !! Der Filialenbetreiber sollte dringend Personalschulungen veranlassen!!!

Essen war Standard aber sehr schnell am Platz. Die Toiletten sind unterirdisch ekelhaft, riechen penetrant nach Urin erinnert stark an ein überdimensionales Dixiklo, Festival-Feeling pur. Seife war auch keine in den Spendern. Gilt für Herren- und Damentoiletten.

Sonntag, ewig (5 Minuten) am Mc Drive gewartet, die Autos hinter uns sind wieder weggefahren, die Frau im Auto vor uns wurde unfreundlich angeredet. Montag dann auch Mc Drive, Pommes ohne Salz, bei der Bestellung habe ich gesagt das ich kein Ketchup brauche, das Ketchup war in der Tüte, dafür aber keine Servietten.

Es geschah Gestern, an einem regnerischen Dönerstag. Ich ging in die Filiale um mir eine Portion des Saftes von Herrn Grimace zu genehmigen, doch dann sah ich sie. Birdie und Grimace befanden sich zu zweit auf dem Gelände. Birdie war gerade dabei das wertvollen Elexier, welches für den Grimace Shake benutzt wird, zu gewinnen. Dies erweckte meine Neugier und ich begann den Grimace näher zu inspizieren. Er war ein runder flauschiger Wonneproppen, welcher mir ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht zauberte. Sein Shake war einfach bezaubernd und ich konnte mich kaum davon abhalten den Shake in einem Schluck herunter zu schlingen. Dies war eine Lebensverändernde Erfahrung. Vielen Dank Herr McDonels

Servicekräfte sehr ausbaufähig, teilweise sehr genervt und es wird ständig etwas vergessen im Mc Drive. Location ist gepflegt und sauber.

!! Horror Cola mit Extrabeilage !! Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem letzten Besuch bei McDonald's. Schon beim Drive-in wurde ich in die Wartezone geschickt, obwohl das Restaurant kaum besucht war. Das Highlight war jedoch meine Cola – voll mit Ameisen! Ja, richtig gelesen. Während ich meinen Drink genoss, krochen plötzlich Ameisen in meinem Becher herum. Das ist für mich einfach unakzeptabel und absolut unhygienisch. Ich erwarte bei einem Fast-Food-Restaurant Sauberkeit, aber hier wurde ich total enttäuscht. Da stellt sich die Frage was man noch alles nicht auf den ersten Blick sieht. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis miserabel. Ameisen in der Cola – das ist definitiv mein letzter Besuch bei diesem McDonald's. Absolute Katastrophe!

Eigentlich kein Stern mehr wert. Das war definitiv das letzte mal. Ich bin eigentlich keiner der irgendwas bewertet. Letztes mal hat Salat und Cheeseburger gefehlt, daheim erst festgestellt. Heute bestellt, ausnahmsweise alles drin, aber wozu tue ich Burger personalisieren wenn es eh nicht durch geführt wird. 2 mal Big Mäc ohne Soße bestellt, auf dem Bon steht ohne Soße, daheim angekommen festgestellt, genug Soße drin. Geht nicht sowas, vor allem wenn Kind es nicht verträgt und rein beißt. Entweder hat derjenige der es zubereitet keine Lust oder keine Ahnung.

Gestern gegen kurz nach 11 Uhr mittags, habe ich im Drive gewartet und gewartet. Kein einziges Auto war vor mir und auf dem Parkplatz waren höchstens 7 Autos. Trotzdem wurde ich fast 10 Minuten lang nicht am Schalter bedient. Das war übrigens schon das zweite Mal. Bin dann durch gefahren und ab nach Derching zum Mac Donald. Dort war alles wie immer gut.

Das Essen ist, wie MC Donalds Essen eben ist. Jedoch sollte man aufpassen, wenn man einen Mehrwegebecher bestellt und bezahlt, das man auch einen solchen bekommt. Ich wollte vermeiden, das das Getränk weggeworfen wird, da es im falschen Becher war. Bei der Rückgabe wurde dann verweigert den Pfand zurück zu geben. Das nächste Mal, schüttet ihr halt das Getränk weg - so jedenfalls nicht mehr.

Das Essen ist okay aber die Hygiene im Gastraum und den Toiletten ist absolut unterirdisch. Man kann den Uringeruch beim Essen genießen, an den Wänden und bis in die Steckdosen kleben Essensreste und Soße, Boden und Sitzgelegenheiten sind dreckig und teils stark abgenutzt. In den Toiletten riecht es als ob noch nie geputzt worden wäre und der Boden klebt. Personal wirkt bemüht und freundlich. Der Kaffe hat den typischen Geschmack von nicht sachgemäß gereinigten Kaffeemaschinen (säuerlich-bitter).

Ich bin gerne dort. Es ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Ich liebe den Kaffee beim Mc :-)

Unterirdischer Service und mangelnde Hilfsbereitschaft im Notfall ​Eigentlich würde ich am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Wir waren heute hier, obwohl das Restaurant absolut nicht voll belegt war. ​Wartezeit: Trotz geringem Betrieb hat die Bestellung ewig gedauert. Absolut unorganisiert. ​Qualität: Als das Essen dann endlich kam, war das Eis (McFlurry) bereits halb geschmolzen und völlig weich. Bei den Preisen erwartet man wenigstens, dass die Kühlkette bis zum Tresen hält. ​Menschlichkeit/Service (Der größte Kritikpunkt): Meine Begleitung hatte akute Kreislaufprobleme. Wir haben zweimal höflich um ein einfaches Glas Leitungswasser gebeten, damit sie ihren Kreislauf stabilisieren kann. Beide Male wurden wir eiskalt abgewiesen mit dem Hinweis, wir müssten uns ein Mineralwasser kaufen (was bei der aktuellen Wartezeit viel zu lange gedauert hätte). ​In einer Notsituation einem Gast ein Glas Leitungswasser zu verweigern, ist nicht nur schlechter Service, sondern schlichtweg erbärmlich. Hier steht der Profit scheinbar über der Gesundheit der Kunden. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

leider fehlt bei fast jeder Bestellungen etwas. Es ist nicht nur einmal passiert, sondern so gut wie bei jeder Bestellung. Bei Reklamation unfreundliches Personal. Außerdem kommt es oft vor, dass das Essen nicht frisch wirkt. Das Brot ist teilweise hart und die Pommes sind kalt oder alt. Das sollte bei McDonald’s eigentlich nicht passieren, da man hier eine gleichbleibende Qualität erwartet. Würde mich nicht wundern wenn das Restaurant bald wegen Mängel schließen muss

Man muss ja leider immer einen Stern vergeben. War heute mit meiner Frau dort, wegen einem Eis und einem Kaffee. Vor Ort nichts los. Diese Bestellung an diesem Portal voll nervig die ganze Prozedur dauert ewig. In dieser Zeit hätte ich meinen Kaffee zweimal trinken können. Trotz wenig betrieb dauerte es ewig bis wir unsere zwei Sachen bekamen. Leider wurde mein Kaffee in einem Pappbecher gemacht obwohl wir angaben das wir im Lokal essen wollen. Also erstmal Kaffee neu machen in einer Tasse. Wertend ich meinen Kaffee trank habe ich mich mal im Lokal umgesehen und musste feststellen dass das Personal nur untätig rum läuft und stellenweise auch in Straßenkleidung das geht aus hygienischen Gründen gar nicht. Ständig haben sich auch andere Kunden beschwert dass die von Ihnen gemachten Bestellungen falsch waren. Stimmt da was nicht mit bestell Tablett nicht oder liegt es an den Mitarbeitern. Ich persönlich war schon mehrere Jahre in bei Mac Donald und ich ärgere mich über mich selbst dass ich wieder dorthin gegangen bin.👎👎👎👎

Wir sind nach einer Shoppingtour kurzerhand dort hingefahren. Wir gehen generell bevor wir etwas Essen auf die Toilette um die Hände von den Kindern und uns zu waschen. Da kam uns schon der erste Schock. Beide Toiletten Herren sowie Damen, waren dermaßen verdreckt, dass einem das Essen vergeht und es hat gerochen wie auf einem Bahnhofsklo. Uns ist klar, nicht das Personal macht die Sauerei, sondern die Gäste (wo ich mich manchmal Frage ob es bei denen auch so aussieht) dennoch wäre, wenn es stündlich wie auf dem Putzplan der ausgehängt ist, angebracht die Toiletten grob zu reinigen. Es waren nämlich Toiletten verpisst, verschissen der Boden war voll mit Papiertüchern, Toilettenpapier war nicht vorhanden einfach alles ekelhaft. Nachdem wir dann im Gastraum an den Terminals bestellen wollten, haben wir uns nach Sitzplätzen umgesehen. Was soll man sagen... die Tische waren voller Reste und klebrig. Wir sind rückwärts wieder raus und sind nach Derching gefahren, wo wir ja eigentlich immer hinfahren, da hier einfach das Personal total freundlich und auf "Zack" ist. Hier werden sofort bei verlassen der Tische die Tische abgewischt und dem Gast sogar beim Aufräumen der Tablets geholfen. Toiletten sind hier immer sehr sauber. In Derching ist weitaus mehr los doch da mangelts an nichts. Können sich mal ein Beispiel daran nehmen.

Einfach bei -4 Grad draußen die Heizung komplett aus. Was ist hier los?

Wir brauchten Hilfe, da sich die Self-Order-Automaten ständig aufgehängt haben, aber der Manager dort wollte uns nicht einmal helfen. Interesse und Respekt: null.

Ich habe die Nase voll von diesem McDonald’s-Standort, wo die Bestellbildschirme nie funktionieren oder nur sporadisch, oft hängen sie sich auf. Aber heute, nachdem wir die Angebote aus der App genutzt hatten und gerade bezahlen wollten, ist er wieder abgestürzt. Wir haben den Kassierer gerufen, er hat geschaut, gesagt wir sollen kurz warten, und ist dann nicht mehr gekommen, um zu helfen. Ich empfehle diesen McDonald’s nicht einmal meinen Feinden.

Veganen Burger aus dem Sortiment genommen und die Touch screens funktionieren überhaupt nicht! 👎

Das schlechteste Restaurant in Augsburg und Umgebung. Dreckig, und man kann sich in der Damentoilette nicht einmal die Hände waschen! Überall steht Wasser auf dem Boden. Die Portionen sind ein Witz.

Im Drive sagte die Dame die Spielzeuge könnte man nicht sortieren und so war die Enttäuschung vorprogrammiert...

Sehr unkoordiniert und schlechter Service. Für eine kleine Bestellung muss man mindestens 40 Minuten warten und storniert kann die Bestellung auch nicht werden. Ich möchte einem keiner weiterhelfen. Jeder sagt, der kennt sich nicht aus.

There were three of us here. Firstly, two vending machines were already broken...this led to congestion and confusion. The ordering machine we used was broken. The toilet, which smelled of a porta-potty, wasn't exactly pleasant either, as the dirty sink was clogged and the water was overflowing. When we finally sat down at a table and waited for the four things we had ordered (an ice cream, a cookie, a Coke, and a coffee), nothing came. After Brigitte complained several times to the far-away cashier, she was blatantly lied to her face...after half an hour, Brigitte finally brought us the food herself!!!!!! The mug wasn't included with the meal we had ordered specifically because of the cool new limited-edition Friends mug. All in all, a disastrously massive building!!!!

Had table service. There were no napkins on the tray! Fries were lukewarm. The McSpicy at regular price is a real joke. Tasted OK. The restaurant looked like a battlefield. Even though it wasn't very busy, no one took out the trash, high chair, etc., or cleaned. It took about 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. But who knows how long it had been like that. I hope the restaurant management reads this.

We were there today, and it was so dirty. (There was salad from long ago in the crack on the bench.) The floor and the tables were simply disgusting. It's always possible that there were still crumbs or something similar left from the previous occupant (that doesn't bother us), but everything was absolutely sticky.

We were just at the McDonald's Drive-In on Meranerstrasse First, we were treated really rudely at the counter. She spoke in a single tone and said, "Wait!"!!!! Then she made us wait until we finally asked when she would be able to take us in!! Until we went to the counter to pay without her taking our order. As if that wasn't enough, she continued to yell at us!!! We just wanted to buy ice cream for our children, and she wouldn't even sell us that!! She slammed the window at the counter and left us standing there, letting other employees tell us there was no ice cream!!!! I've never heard of McDonald's not serving ice cream!!!! Absolute impudence!!!!! Such a rude woman doesn't belong there! McDonald's on Meranerstrasse with such a rude employee, well, I don't know, you should really think twice!!!

The restaurant is brutally dirty and smells disgusting. The floor is dirty, and employees walk past papers on the floor. There are no numbers for table service anywhere on the order monitors, even when employees are asked about it.

This store is a total disaster. Some panels work, but they use 20-year-old technology. Vouchers are not accepted.

The food was disgustingly soggy. The nuggets tasted like they were yesterday's. The burger was scattered in the bag. And the fruity Happy Meal was also forgotten. A perfect visit, I'd say.

Worst McDonald's in all of Augsburg. I specifically ordered in advance, but the cashier was completely overwhelmed with the two people in front of me who only wanted Chicken McNuggets. Then the debit terminal didn't work. Instead of sending the other customers to the order terminal, it took 15 minutes for them to be served again. Then it was finally my turn and I wanted to enter my pre-order code, but the order didn't show up in the system. On to the self-service terminal, which was as slow as a sloth on tranquilizers. Finally finished ordering, my order number wasn't on the overview. At some point, the slow server came over to me and said they called out that my order had been ready for a long time. Unfortunately, she spoke at the volume of a deaf-mute. The end result: cold slow food instead of fast food after almost 40 minutes, and the sauce I paid for wasn't even there. Never again!!

Very good McDonald's in Germany, very clean and well-prepared, better food than in France.

The employees who were there during our visit all spoke only a few words of German. It was very difficult to communicate because they couldn't understand me. We're in Bavaria, so I expect at least a good command of German; that doesn't work in the service sector. I find it disrespectful to the customers!!!

She claimed her name was Kiki. Our little transaction took place in the restroom here at the branch on Meraner Straße. For €45, I got almost the complete package. Blonde, well-built, and talented lips. I like greasy pickles on the double cheeseburger. At the end, we had the milkshake.

Very dirty, with staff wearing no gloves or covering their hair when preparing or serving food. Hygiene is a foreign concept.

The outdoor play area has unfortunately been closed for a year. The indoor play area, EyePlay, has been closed for years and has never been in operation. Unfortunately, children are disappointed every time they visit. It's a shame! Children's birthday parties are not organized or reserved here; you just show up and order as usual.

Apparently, McDonald's has learned to improve here. See other reviews. The fries were well-filled. Table service was quite fast, even though there was a lot of fries. There were even fresh flowers at the table. So why 4 stars and not 5? Quite simply, the food has become very expensive these days, even with vouchers, and the taste of the TS has also deteriorated considerably. Overall, though, you can eat here.

The decor is reminiscent of a Barbie house, which makes this branch one of the less beautiful I've ever seen. This is the tenth time I've been to this McDonald's. They haven't offered lactose-free milk for several years. I find it ridiculous. Please change that. You can find lactose-free milk in every McDonald's around the world, except for this one. It's ridiculous. What kind of service is this? Please change it.

I ordered two burgers, nuggets, and fries to go. Unwrapped them at home 5 minutes later – despite a long wait at the counter, both burgers were cold and the wrong fries were packed…

Our former favorite McDonald's in Lechhausen has unfortunately declined completely in recent months. Most of the errors were minor, like a forgotten product, which was then quickly and kindly corrected. Today, the employees weren't unfriendly either; it was simply chaos. I don't know what caused it, but I've never had such an incorrect order at McDonald's. 1 potato with a fries, 1 cheeseburger, 1 shaker fries, and 1 Philly cheese stack were missing. Most of these errors were subsequently corrected. With all the messed-up messes, I forgot to mention that the shaker fries were also missing (my mistake). I didn't feel comfortable asking, and only then did I look at the corrected bag at home. That's when I noticed that the cheeseburger was still missing. Even with the correction, they made mistakes!! While eating at home, I also noticed that my double patty with big tasty bacon had three patties. By the way, we ordered a Samurai Mac - they made us two. Truly horrifying!! A lot of chaos. The only positive point was the friendly and hard-working manager on duty. The Philly cheese stack took so long to correct that he personally jumped behind the counter, made the burger himself, and politely wished me a nice evening. Respect for that, and hence two stars.

Please train your employees in product preparation. My chai latte turned out to be a coffee drink consisting of a latte macchiato plus a chai concentrate. That's wrong. Chai is always a tea drink plus milk and spices. Now I'm sitting on the train, annoyed, and don't want to drink this horrible drink for 4.39. Thanks for nothing.

Yesterday I was really hungry, and my friends were looking forward to Big Tasty Bacon. I've had a stomach ache and digestive problems for two days, and so have my friends. In total, I spent about €50 on the stomach ache. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I have to.

I waited a very long time for the food, and it wasn't particularly good. After eating it, I had severe stomach and abdominal problems. I can't recommend it to anyone.

Dirty toilet, asked staff to clean it. Everything was a bit dingy.

The restaurant was dirty, there was no soap in the restrooms, and it wasn't cleaned (the trash cans were overflowing). The ordering machine was missing receipt paper, so I had to ask an employee for help. The food tasted disappointing: the fries were watery, and the meat in the burger was tasteless. Overall, a very negative experience. I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Here, as a guest, you really feel like you're doing a lot of work and are unwelcome. The burgers are carelessly slapped together, the table service is wordless, and you have to ask for the sauces you ordered, but you have to get the napkins anyway, and they don't provide them. It's practical to take a few extras, since the customer also cleans the table themselves.

You get kicked out of the restaurant 20 minutes before closing time. We just ordered at our table via the app at 12:30 AM. The food was brought to us at 12:40 AM with the words, "You have to take it with you," the manager said, "we close at 1:00 AM." Outrageous Service at the Drive-Thru – Absolutely Unacceptable We occasionally visit this location's drive-thru for a quick coffee or snack. Unfortunately, the customer service, especially from one particular employee on the headset, is consistently a disgrace. Instead of being friendly or at least neutral, she greets us with a condescending and rude manner – every single time. On our last visit, we were asked to wait a minute, which would have been perfectly fine. This unfriendly attitude is not an exception; it's clearly a systematic approach with this lady. We hope every time that she's not working – and unfortunately, we are regularly disappointed. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable when dealing with customers. If someone is clearly incapable of treating people with respect, they shouldn't have direct customer contact. It's sad that you have to prepare for unpleasant interaction in advance when you just want to quickly order something. This is how you drive customers away – permanently. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, because it's long overdue.

How can a McDonald's be so bad? The burgers and fries were completely cold. The sauces were missing. The sauce thing can happen, but when I go to the counter and say the food is cold and the manager tells me, "There are no warm burgers, they're always like that," that's a really modest and cheeky statement. Oh, and before that, we were given the wrong order at the table. Bad, worse than the restaurant.

We visited this McDonald's during our stay in Augsburg. The food was okay – everything was freshly prepared, and the wait time was absolutely reasonable. What we did notice negatively, however, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area didn't seem particularly well-maintained, and using the restrooms was unfortunately very unpleasant – there was a strong, unpleasant odor and a lack of cleanliness. Overall, it was okay for a quick stop, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of hygiene.

Absolutely no recommendation!! As the last reviews say, the McDonald's in Lechhausen is really not good. I haven't been here for quite a long time (now I remember why) today I just ordered breakfast from the drive.. when I arrived there was a rejection: "just a moment, thank you." Then I had to wait a whole minute and I had already pre-ordered with my cell phone. Then the lady was finally back on the headset and took the order. I was allowed to continue to pay. I had to wait another 3-4 minutes (why does it take so long? I'm used to something different on the drive at McDonald's). When I drove off, I was missing the glass from the promotion that was currently running and the pancakes were old! Almost all of them were cold and dry. Thanks for a not so good start to the day.

So, how antisocial are you? We ordered at 7:45 p.m., the delivery time kept changing and now you have canceled the order? So that doesn't work at all!

I have no idea what's going on here but it's absolutely disgusting! We picked up food less than 30 minutes ago. Then we drove home and ate, and by chance I found 1 ant in the Sprite that was still alive through the lid of the Sprite (where I was already drinking from it!!) and 2 on the inside lid that were also still running around!! What is wrong here please?? Absolutely disgusting

Very lovingly furnished McDonald's, despite the fast food chain, there are little flowers on all the tables and very nice and helpful staff.

We always go to McDonald's in Europe. But this branch is so dirty, the floor, the windows, the walls. ... the staff is slow and unfriendly, we cleaned the table ourselves. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have gone again. It took a long time. The store is a disgrace for McDonalds. Unfortunately, we read the recessions too late. Luckily, food preparation is mechanized. We hope the kitchen isn't so dirty.

I'm not much of a review writer. But the ladies and gentlemen here are literally begging for it. The store is just dirty underground toilets. Service can't even be described. The crux of the matter here is the expenses. It's rare to find so much incompetence in one place. One employee says he is new, “he is the only one who is trying to get the complaints under control” and the rest of the team including management can be forgotten. Even the dessert ice cream order chops. The last visit here.

The quality, the cleanliness and the service - it gets worse every year. If the employees behind the counter are louder, shouting and laughing than the customers at the front eating, that says it all. Ketchup is sometimes forgotten, and so is curry sauce. There is uncleanliness and disorder at the counter.

Unfortunately, there were very long waiting times and then half of them were missing. Drinks tasted like soap. Nuggets were absolutely tasteless. Burgers were ice cold. Not worth a visit anymore. We wanted to eat something quickly, but the food came at a snail's pace, it had nothing from the fast food restaurant. After half an hour the food arrived and half was eaten, once the toys from two happy meals, then all the sauces, a raspberry dumpling. Some of the burgers were cold. The staff did everything when asked, but it was very annoying, especially since we were there with two small children. A McDonald's with poor service...unfortunately. In addition, it's difficult to get out when the drive is full, plus take into account the waiting time...

This was the second time I ordered via the app and picked up at the McColl's Drive-Thru, and some of the ingredients were missing, and some were the wrong ones. The Fanta didn't taste like Fanta... I had to throw it away. I have no idea what happened to the store, but it used to be much better.

Normal McD branch. However, staffed by poorly trained staff. Eating out alone or as a couple shouldn't be a problem as long as everyone takes a menu. But with larger orders or more people it becomes too complicated. Several times now there have been missing items in the order. For larger orders, it is best to compare the items with the receipt and let us know immediately. That doesn't make the visit any more pleasant, but at least you get everything you ordered and not just half.

Good production, always available with the latest offers. The staff is friendly and responsive. It would be worth considering for visitors to make the daily life of employees easier. Thanks to the McDonald's team.
