To our surprise, it was only open until midnight on Thursdays.

The outdoor play area has unfortunately been closed for a year. The indoor play area, EyePlay, has been closed for years and has never been in operation. Unfortunately, children are disappointed every time they visit. It's a shame! Children's birthday parties are not organized or reserved here; you just show up and order as usual.

Very dirty, with staff wearing no gloves or covering their hair when preparing or serving food. Hygiene is a foreign concept.

Apparently, McDonald's has learned to improve here. See other reviews. The fries were well-filled. Table service was quite fast, even though there was a lot of fries. There were even fresh flowers at the table. So why 4 stars and not 5? Quite simply, the food has become very expensive these days, even with vouchers, and the taste of the TS has also deteriorated considerably. Overall, though, you can eat here.

This is the tenth time I've been to this McDonald's. They haven't offered lactose-free milk for several years. I find it ridiculous. Please change that. You can find lactose-free milk in every McDonald's around the world, except for this one. It's ridiculous. What kind of service is this? Please change it.

The decor is reminiscent of a Barbie house, which makes this branch one of the less beautiful I've ever seen. Our food, or rather our burgers, arrived completely destroyed even though there was no one there. That probably also explained why our food was gone after just 5 minutes. Our former favorite McDonald's in Lechhausen has unfortunately declined completely in recent months. Most of the errors were minor, like a forgotten product, which was then quickly and kindly corrected. Today, the employees weren't unfriendly either; it was simply chaos. I don't know what caused it, but I've never had such an incorrect order at McDonald's. 1 potato with a fries, 1 cheeseburger, 1 shaker fries, and 1 Philly cheese stack were missing. Most of these errors were subsequently corrected. With all the messed-up messes, I forgot to mention that the shaker fries were also missing (my mistake). I didn't feel comfortable asking, and only then did I look at the corrected bag at home. That's when I noticed that the cheeseburger was still missing. Even with the correction, they made mistakes!! While eating at home, I also noticed that my double patty with big tasty bacon had three patties. By the way, we ordered a Samurai Mac - they made us two. Truly horrifying!! A lot of chaos. The only positive point was the friendly and hard-working manager on duty. The Philly cheese stack took so long to correct that he personally jumped behind the counter, made the burger himself, and politely wished me a nice evening. Respect for that, and hence two stars.

Please train your employees in product preparation. My chai latte turned out to be a coffee drink consisting of a latte macchiato plus a chai concentrate. That's wrong. Chai is always a tea drink plus milk and spices. Now I'm sitting on the train, annoyed, and don't want to drink this horrible drink for 4.39. Thanks for nothing.

Yesterday I was really hungry, and my friends were looking forward to Big Tasty Bacon. I've had a stomach ache and digestive problems for two days, and so have my friends. In total, I spent about €50 on the stomach ache. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I have to.

I waited a very long time for the food, and it wasn't particularly good. After eating it, I had severe stomach and abdominal problems. I can't recommend it to anyone.

The service staff could be improved; some were very irritated, and things were constantly forgotten at the drive-thru. The location is well-maintained and clean.

This store is an absolute disaster. My McFlurry cup was one-third full. When I asked if that was normal, I was told it was a new policy. This store is an absolute pigsty... both visually and in terms of customer service.

Here, as a guest, you really feel like you're doing a lot of work and are unwelcome. The burgers are carelessly slapped together, the table service is wordless, and you have to ask for the sauces you ordered, but you have to get the napkins anyway, and they don't provide them. It's practical to take a few extras, since the customer also cleans the table themselves.

!! Horror Coke with an extra side dish!! I'm really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. I was sent to the waiting area at the drive-thru, even though the restaurant was barely busy. You get kicked out of the restaurant 20 minutes before closing time. We just ordered at our table via the app at 12:30 AM. The food was brought to us at 12:40 AM with the words, "You have to take it with you," the manager said, "we close at 1:00 AM." So I'm not allowed to stay in the restaurant for 20 minutes until closing time, even though I ordered 30 minutes before closing time? We were presented with a fait accompli here, with our order paid for and prepared.

Outrageous Service at the Drive-Thru – Absolutely Unacceptable We occasionally visit this location's drive-thru for a quick coffee or snack. Unfortunately, the customer service, especially from one particular employee on the headset, is consistently a disgrace. Instead of being friendly or at least neutral, she greets us with a condescending and rude manner – every single time. On our last visit, we were asked to wait a minute, which would have been perfectly fine. But when my friend briefly cleared his throat, we were immediately accosted over the intercom with the comment that he "shouldn't cough in her ear." We were sitting in our car – how could anyone possibly be considerate of that? When we pulled up to pay, the same tone continued – brusque, irritable, and completely inappropriate. This unfriendly attitude is not an exception; it's clearly a systematic approach with this lady. We hope every time that she's not working – and unfortunately, we are regularly disappointed. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable when dealing with customers. If someone is clearly incapable of treating people with respect, they shouldn't have direct customer contact. It's sad that you have to prepare for unpleasant interaction in advance when you just want to quickly order something. This is how you drive customers away – permanently. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, because it's long overdue.

How can a McDonald's be so bad? The burgers and fries were completely cold. The sauces were missing. The sauce thing can happen, but when I go to the counter and say the food is cold and the manager tells me, "There are no warm burgers, they're always like that," that's a really modest and cheeky statement. Oh, and before that, we were given the wrong order at the table. Bad, worse than the restaurant.

We visited this McDonald's during our stay in Augsburg. The food was okay – everything was freshly prepared, and the wait time was absolutely reasonable. What we did notice negatively, however, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area didn't seem particularly well-maintained, and using the restrooms was unfortunately very unpleasant – there was a strong, unpleasant odor and a lack of cleanliness. Overall, it was okay for a quick stop, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of hygiene.

Absolutely no recommendation!! As the last reviews say, the McDonald's in Lechhausen is really not good. I haven't been here for quite a long time (now I remember why) today I just ordered breakfast from the drive.. when I arrived there was a rejection: "just a moment, thank you." Then I had to wait a whole minute and I had already pre-ordered with my cell phone. Then the lady was finally back on the headset and took the order. I was allowed to continue to pay. I had to wait another 3-4 minutes (why does it take so long? I'm used to something different on the drive at McDonald's). When I drove off, I was missing the glass from the promotion that was currently running and the pancakes were old! Almost all of them were cold and dry. Thanks for a not so good start to the day.

I have no idea what's going on here but it's absolutely disgusting! We picked up food less than 30 minutes ago. Then we drove home and ate, and by chance I found 1 ant in the Sprite that was still alive through the lid of the Sprite (where I was already drinking from it!!) and 2 on the inside lid that were also still running around!! What is wrong here please?? Absolutely disgusting

Very lovingly furnished McDonald's, despite the fast food chain, there are little flowers on all the tables and very nice and helpful staff.

We always go to McDonald's in Europe. But this branch is so dirty, the floor, the windows, the walls. ... the staff is slow and unfriendly, we cleaned the table ourselves. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have gone again. It took a long time. The store is a disgrace for McDonalds. Unfortunately, we read the recessions too late. The quality, the cleanliness and the service - it gets worse every year. If the employees behind the counter are louder, shouting and laughing than the customers at the front eating, that says it all. Ketchup is sometimes forgotten, and so is curry sauce. There is uncleanliness and disorder at the counter.

I'm not much of a review writer. But the ladies and gentlemen here are literally begging for it. The store is just dirty underground toilets. Service can't even be described. The crux of the matter here is the expenses. It's rare to find so much incompetence in one place. One employee says he is new, “he is the only one who is trying to get the complaints under control” and the rest of the team including management can be forgotten. Even the dessert ice cream order chops. The last visit here.

We wanted to eat something quickly, but the food came at a snail's pace, it had nothing from the fast food restaurant. After half an hour the food arrived and half was eaten, once the toys from two happy meals, then all the sauces, a raspberry dumpling. Some of the burgers were cold. The staff did everything when asked, but it was very annoying, especially since we were there with two small children. A McDonald's with poor service...unfortunately. In addition, it's difficult to get out when the drive is full, plus take into account the waiting time...

This was the second time I ordered via the app and picked up at the McColl's Drive-Thru, and some of the ingredients were missing, and some were the wrong ones. The Fanta didn't taste like Fanta... I had to throw it away. I have no idea what happened to the store, but it used to be much better.

Normal McD branch. However, staffed by poorly trained staff. Eating out alone or as a couple shouldn't be a problem as long as everyone takes a menu. But with larger orders or more people it becomes too complicated. Several times now there have been missing items in the order. For larger orders, it is best to compare the items with the receipt and let us know immediately. That doesn't make the visit any more pleasant, but at least you get everything you ordered and not just half.

Good production, always available with the latest offers. The staff is friendly and responsive. It would be worth considering for visitors to make the daily life of employees easier. Thanks to the McDonald's team.

I used to love Mc Donald's when younger, yesterday I had the worst cheeseburger ever, frenchfries cold, burger too. The pictures of the past tell another story than reality. No salad, no tomatoe, no sauce. The bun is like carton box.

Waited almost 40 minutes at the McDrive even though I was in the third row in front of the ordering counter... and then half of the order was wrong.

Unfortunately, only in this restaurant in this chain does it seem that customer friendliness and appreciative handling of food are not valued. The burgers are carelessly thrown together, the fries are loose in the bag and the McFlurry looks like a white pile with sprinkles. After a few times and the hope of improvement, I had to evaluate. It's not possible to have a conversation because there's a very big language barrier and there's not enough staff, and what little they have doesn't respond to customers.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to!! I ordered a Mc Tasty BACON, without tomatoes, after half an hour of waiting our order came, mc tasty bacon came without bacon, after I complained about this it came with bacon and (obviously) unordered tomatoes! After I went back and said that I was allergic, the reaction from the cook was -> burger on & tomatoes just down... end result I ate my brother-in-law's fries... RUDE!!

The food and the friendliness of the staff are really good, if it weren't for the hygiene, the toilets are catastrophically dirty, it's a shame that the children's corner doesn't have any toys or any type of activity for the children. It would be ideal if the owner could create a small indoor playground.

Wir haben dort telefonisch zwei Wochen zuvor reserviert für einen Kindergeburtstag nur zum Essen. Deko sollten wir an dem Tag vorher oder an dem Tag Vormittags vorbei bringen. Dies hat mein Mann gemacht und konnte sich sogar noch den Platz raussuchen. Als wir an dem Tag Nachmittags auftauchten war nichts reserviert von weder war der Tisch eingedeckt (Teller Becher und Serviette). Der Chef wusste von gar nichts und suchte die Deko 25 Minuten lang. Man kam uns mit nichts entgegen einfach enttäuschend für unseren 3 jährigen Sohn sowie für uns .

Very friendly staff, but the days when Mc's hygiene standards were at least superficial are long gone. The toilets could also be in a motorway parking lot.

There were four of us there for lunch. My order was not made correctly twice. But thanks to the very nice lady who corrected this as quickly as possible each time, these errors were quickly corrected. Very capable staff. I would recommend.

Terminal ordering is very slow and the display reacts very slowly. Ordering at the other terminal was no better.

Worst McDonald's around. The staff is horrible, in the drive you sometimes don't even get served despite calling several times and standing in front of the window. If you then drive away, something is shouted at you. Toys in happy metal are simply forgotten and you have sad children at home, and ordered food is simply not packed. You have to wait forever for 2 small burgers, although they are always on display in every McD. If you ask how long it will take, the window is slammed in your face because you are pressed for time to get 2 cold burgers . It costs a lot of money to get such junk! This store is terrible. 😣 PS: I don't need an answer from a Marlon who wants to pass on everything, it leads to nothing in the store anyway, otherwise it wouldn't have been this bad for years. There is clearly a need for action other than forwarding Google reviews that 2/3 of them probably don't even understand.

Was at Mac Donald's for the first time. When I arrived I was surprised by the breakfast. What I don't like is the toilets, they were dirty

I'm looking forward to delicious food after a long time, which I haven't been to McD. But I received my order WITHOUT a single paper napkin!!! Ordered peach yogurt bag, got apple bag. Burger meat thrown in one left one right. So after one bite, pretty much everything fell out of the bun, even though half of the vegetables were in the box and not in the burger!! This visit confirmed to me that I won't be going to McDonald's again for a long time.

To say I am deeply outraged would be an understatement. I was in the restaurant on Sunday, September 25th, 2024 and placed my order at around 6:56 p.m. I ordered a McSundae chocolate with caramel sauce. I received the ice cream around 7 p.m. However, I was aware that the cup would not be completely full. But what I got was pure disgrace. I'm very angry and I certainly won't buy anything there again. Just grabbed a quick cheeseburger for each of us from the drive. We had to wait a few minutes for this order, which is actually a sign of freshly made burgers since we ordered two without pickles. Food was brought to the car, we drove off and everyone got their burger. All of them were cold, one had the sauces somewhere in the packaging but not on the burger and more than half of the cheese was just thrown on somewhere. The MC Donalds in Augsburg Lechhausen has been by far the worst there has been for years. And apart from everything, the price of a cheeseburger is not justified. 10 euros for 4 pieces. This branch should finally be closed, staff are constantly changing, fewer and fewer speak the language and despite the many complaints over the last few years, nothing is happening.

Absolute impudence! We ordered 20 McPlant nuggets and received 20 meat nuggets. Only after several discussions was the manager called in. Of course the staff threw the nuggets right away before the manager came. My tip is to call the manager immediately and keep the goods for as long as possible! In general the staff was unfriendly.

We ordered 20 McPlant nuggets. Received 20 NORMAL nuggets. When we went to the checkout and asked politely because it was clearly meat. We were simply told it was McPlant. When we tried it again we clearly determined that it was meat. We're back at the checkout. And we asked if we could please get new McPlant, then we were told they didn't have anything vegetarian or vegan. We gave the nuggets back and the staff immediately threw them away. Then we asked for new ones again and the staff refused to give us any. We then spoke to the manager and wanted new ones or our money back. After several discussions we got our money back. Disgusting and an outrage!! I ordered plant-based nuggets and meat nuggets came. I had to complain twice and was tried to brush me off on the grounds that the other nuggets would look different. Only when I split it in half, showed him that it was clearly meat and asked the manager, did he throw the nuggets away very quickly. After my description to the manager, I was told that the plant-based version is no longer available today!

This place is getting worse, and it's never been very good. Lately the burgers have been arriving completely dismantled. With the McRib, all the BBQ sauce is stuck in the cardboard and on the burger, the bread and meat are lying all over the place in the packaging. I took a special photo of my BigMac today, what is that supposed to be? Two rolls directly on top of each other, the contents underneath, the bacon lying next to it in the cardboard... it's unbelievable what is delivered here, if you even receive the items you ordered at McDrive, often other things or less end up in the bag. The last Fanta apparently had hardly any syrup (?) and was more like water with a subtle note of Fanta. I've also had cola here that's completely non-carbonated. And if you do eat on site, the cleanliness of this establishment is absolutely not impressive. If you now look at the reviews from the last few weeks and months, McDonalds itself should urgently take a closer look at this branch.

Can you turn a blind eye? But what doesn't work at all is cleanliness. By breakfast (around 8:15 a.m.) all the tables and benches were dirty. Breadcrumbs everywhere, smeared tables and dirty floors. There was no soap in the men's toilet, and the inside of the toilet was smeared with Scheixxe. Top! Maybe a compensation for the lack of soap ;-) My daughter had soap in the women's toilet, but the faucet was broken and the water sprayed out and the drain was also blocked. Prices are also becoming more and more expensive. In general, unfortunately, many of the localities in the area are in this condition. It used to be quite nice, but today it's a must if you really want it to be an "experience" for the children - even if it's negative.

I ordered with a good friend, she got 2 fries instead of 2 currlyfries, went to the guy and he just threw 1 currlyfries in and said free? Then I look outside in my bag and a burger was thrown in and the packaging next to it was then allowed to put the burger back together again. I'm not going in again otherwise I would have shaved my head from aggressiveness.

Branch nicely decorated and very clean. Food was good and freshly prepared. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous staff. Unfortunately you don't see it often anymore.
