The prices are outrageous these days. I wouldn't buy anything there anymore without coupons and special offers.

Unfortunately, the outdoor area is no longer usable; there's no wind protection and no functioning roof to offer even partial protection from the rain. It's a real shame, as it used to be a regular meeting place for many people on their terrace.

I wanted to order something in the evening, and they prepared the food so carelessly that it really didn't taste good. Now, one could argue that it's McDonald's and that's why it doesn't taste good, but it was bad even for them.

We were just there, drinks were unavailable, the food was wrong, and to top it all off, we had to watch as a man grabbed the McCoys on his plate and, because he didn't like them, sent two back. However, he'd already eaten them all, and the McDonald's employee simply put the other two back in the display case – completely unhygienic and against all guidelines. It was disgusting. The next person got them. We won't be coming back. The atmosphere has become very noisy and uninviting since the renovation.

We've been disappointed several times now. Our children choose their Happy Meal gift using the app and look forward to it – only to find something completely different in their order bag at the store, without any explanation. When we ask, we're always told the selected items are supposedly unavailable. Why are they then shown as available in the app and easy to add to the cart? This leads to unnecessary frustration and disappointed children. It's very unreliable. And what would be the harm in at least mentioning that the chosen gifts aren't available when the order is handed over? And that's not all: We have to check carefully every time to make sure everything has actually been packed, because items have simply been "forgotten" several times. This constant checking shouldn't be necessary with a reliable service. Overall, the whole thing seems unprofessional and untrustworthy. The app's availability and the on-site procedures urgently need to be improved.

I've been standing in the McDonald's drive-thru for 30 minutes. There's one car in front of me. What's going on?! Are you ripping people off? Never again. This is the last straw.

It's just a McDonald's, what can you expect? The food tastes good, the atmosphere is typical McDonald's quality, a bit unclean but not too bad, it's very fast and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, but it is much more expensive than before.

Unfortunately, half of our order was missing! We ordered the Friends menu, but unfortunately, the fries and the figure were missing. We also ordered the spicy challenge, but they unfortunately forgot all the hot sauces, which completely defeated the point of the spicy challenge. I would highly recommend checking your orders beforehand so you don't end up like we did and only notice it when you get home.

I've been waiting for my normal, not-so-large order for over 25 minutes. I've asked the staff twice when I dropped it off about my order. I didn't get a response, they just kept silent and stared at me, basically completely ignored me... Just now, an employee came over and showed interest - what am I waiting for? I gave my order number and received my order in 4 minutes. When I dropped it off, I asked again why the other two colleagues had ignored me. When I answered, everyone was silent again... Never again... I've never had the worst service....

I met a very nice employee today. The man immediately approached us when all the ordering machines were occupied and offered to take our orders at the cash register. He was very attentive to many customers. I was surprised; I've never experienced such warmth at McDonald's before.

Okay for pedestrians. Not suitable for wheelchair users due to the lack of step-free access. At least from my perspective, the large parking lot could easily be improved with minimal remodeling.

It wasn't busy during our visit, so we chose a table and delivery service. It took less than 5 minutes 👍, friendly 👍, and not stressful 😃. Restroom, well, better not go there. Spending fifty euros for one adult and two children? Well, personally, it's not worth it for me; we're talking about fast food here 😔, but once a year, for the children's delight 😊, close your eyes 😉

I arrived three weeks ago, and a faint iron smell greeted me at the entrance. The flies buzzing everywhere didn't help my impression. The floor and benches were sticky. No thanks, never again.

We received quick and friendly service outside, and our order was brought to our table promptly, which was quite pleasant on a Saturday evening. The restaurant itself made a decent impression overall, although the tables could have been kept cleaner: they were unfortunately a bit sticky and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The food was exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's—reliable in both taste and quality. The ordering process via the on-site terminals is particularly positive: it's clear, well-structured, and significantly less complicated than ordering via the app. The atmosphere was rather quiet that evening; surprisingly, for a Saturday after 8 p.m., there was little activity, both inside and outside, which made for a pleasantly relaxed experience. Overall, a solid visit with some room for improvement in the area of cleanliness.

It's quite common for something to be missing from your order, so you should trust that the order will be delivered properly. Of course, you could check it, but if you're in a hurry, there's no time for that. But then again, a burger is a good idea... 🫤

Incredibly dirty even in the morning right after opening.

Checking your order is a must. THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING! Always. It's truly a mystery to me how this works.

Just another disaster! The ordering machine no longer gives you a receipt with a number on it, and you have to remember the number. The screen with the pickup numbers is broken and black. The food is cold. Instead of preparing orders, the employees stand at the counter, chatting with friends over coffee. When you ask if the items in the bag are included, to find out if it's your order, you just get a questioning look and no answer. And as expected, something was missing again. Not to mention the wait. It's total chaos.

First of all, it was quite crowded. The restrooms were dirty, the smell was unpleasant, the trash cans were overflowing with paper towels, the tray carts were full and littered. And worst of all, the countless flies constantly attacking you or your food were quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, you can't eat there anymore, though that wasn't always the case.

It's ok. Not really a cheap place to go for a quick bite. The seating is ok. Nice outside area but honestly I won't go again because of the prices being too high.

You can have a bad day... the lady with the short hair at the drive-thru seems to have them more often than not. Absolutely unfriendly... the food didn't taste all that good anymore 🙃

July 19, 2025 Takeaway: 0.5l Fanta, cup only just over half full, completely watered down and not even remotely resembling Fanta. When poured out, it was almost transparent with a slight yellow tint.

During our visit last weekend (June 2025), cute little button eyes that belonged to a rat peered at me from under the refrigerator. Well, we probably won't be eating there again anytime soon.

McDonald's canceled my order after 1.5 hours, when other restaurants had already closed. I was left hungry. So, I don't recommend it.

The hygiene conditions here are truly borderline. Eating inside is completely out of the question. Flies are like a cowshed, and have been for months.

I usually only use the drive-thru or, in an emergency, the restroom. Depending on when you arrive, the restroom is either spotlessly clean or filthy. I think it's positive that there's a wheelchair-accessible restroom. When ordering at the drive-thru, I find it strange that they don't understand "Sandwiched Cheese Toast" or "McFlurry" Smarties. I've gotten other things there :-(

We really don't expect much from a fast-food chain, and we've been going to this McDonald's a lot since we were kids...but today it was truly disgusting. Everything was covered in flies; we were even warned by others as we walked in. We thought they were exaggerating...but they weren't! The fries were cold and tasted stale, the meat sour...we left the food at some point, and I went back with some and gave it away. One employee's reaction was "okay"...he offered to serve it again (which I obviously didn't want), looked at the fries, and even agreed with me. The other employee (I suspect the manager) unfortunately had little sympathy. That's it for now, me and my McDonald's!

If you like eating in the dirt with flies, this is the place for you! From stains to crumbs, you can now also get flies for free on the house, swarming around your food and shitting on it. The staff couldn't care less. They preferred to stand behind the counter, laughing and having their own party, rather than worrying about hygiene. Today, there was absolutely nothing going on in the store. Accordingly, the food came relatively quickly. So I can't understand why no one thought of cleaning up the dining area. The flies were flying all over the store, landing and spreading themselves out everywhere. The floor and seats were stained and dirty, and (almost) no one cared. At some point, a man came over and started sweeping – possibly because he saw me taking photos. The restrooms also always smell unpleasantly of urine. The last time this branch was spotlessly clean, and I wondered what had happened, I saw the franchisee sitting with his delegation. Then it became clear to me why the store was suddenly so clean and why two or three employees suddenly seemed to be putting a premium on cleanliness, which is very unusual, since most of the time the tables aren't even wiped properly or the storage bins reliably emptied. Given the poor conditions in the dining room and restrooms, I don't even want to know what the kitchen must be like. As references, I have branches in Austria and Italy, for example, which I visited on vacation a few weeks ago. They were super clean and well-maintained. No comparison to the branches in Augsburg. Dear franchisee, to get a realistic impression, you should pay an unannounced visit to your branches. Things are sometimes no different in other branches.

Certain dishes (wraps, cheese balls) were out of stock, and no selection was possible. Meal glass—no matter the color—was unavailable because it was out of stock. Restrooms were not clean, the wait for food was endless, tables were occupied or dirty. Staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Prices within 1 week for McSmart increases madness

If you eat THERE, everything is okay. But if you order via Lieferando, the biggest catastrophe. There is always, really always something. Things are missing, the food is cold or no sauces are packed. The order is accepted but the delivery boy isn't there...then the food sits there for 45 minutes and disappears in its own mushyness. This has nothing to do with “fast food” anymore. The shift manager always tries to compromise politely and generously, but it's slowly becoming annoying.

Food is the quality you know. Service at the Drive Inn and when having deliveries is subpar. At the Drive Inn, the information is generally not given correctly until asked. Have it delivered today and not receive the entire order.

Yesterday at lunchtime we got something to eat, 2 burgers - nothing dramatic. However, 2 hours later I got stomach cramps and was in the hospital for food poisoning. Since I only ate the burger all day, that's easy to pin down. I'm done eating McDonald's.

The service is terrible. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. the order is not big. However, the order was not fully awarded.

We were here on a Saturday lunchtime. The toilets smelled incredibly bad, the floors were totally sticky and there was mold on the silicone joints. In the dining area I saw tables with brown smears as I walked past. Overall, it was anything but appetizing, I've never experienced anything like it at a rest stop, especially at a McDonald's. We won't be coming back.

Old popular and well-known shop. Even at peak times, the employees remain calm and keep an overview.

The McDonald's is located on the B17. Unfortunately, every time I've been here, one of the dishes/drinks I wanted to order wasn't available. I find that annoying. Most of the time the majority of the seats are occupied. McCafe's seating area is small. Otherwise the cleanliness and the price performance are like any McDonald's. I find the access from the parking lot a bit complicated.

Very friendly and fast team. The table service was like in a restaurant. During our short waiting time, an employee with a blue shirt came, greeted us and told us that he would be with us soon. We had to briefly consider whether we were really in a McDonald's because we didn't expect such personal service. When he needed our order he was extremely accommodating, funny and friendly. If I could give zero stars I would give zero. We accidentally missed the ordering point at the drive in, were then very rudely told to drive back without saying good evening or anything else, and then asked if we could come in instead. When we went in, the shift manager in charge called out “close the door”. He then asked us provocatively if it was our first time here. I've never experienced what kind of customer approach this is at McDonald's

I found the visit on 12/8/24 at 4:00 a.m. very unpleasant. Because the branch manager was very unclear and rude. In addition, during further discussions he became very provocative and was very aggressive towards the person. I don't want to experience something like that again...

Food was prepared and brought to the table fairly quickly. Employee was friendly. The meat in the cheeseburger has become much smaller and the price has increased. Price performance poor!!!

I was there with my son 2 weeks ago because we had an appointment in Augsburg. We ordered over the counter and the food was ready quickly. The lady even wanted to help me carry it. Very great and not a given! I found the store very clean 😊

An absolute disgrace. Waited over 2 hours for the order (on Lieferando the waiting time is stated as 35 minutes). Tried to cancel, employee of course barely understands German and is extremely rude. After repeatedly asking to cancel the order, she simply hangs up. impudence. Then called twice more, no one picked up. Apparently the order only came in at 5:42 p.m., it was strange that I received my order email from Lieferando at 4:02 p.m. I ask for clarification and processing of the incident.
