Food was prepared and brought to the table fairly quickly. Employee was friendly. The meat in the cheeseburger has become much smaller and the price has increased. Price performance poor!!!

Very nice after refurbishing. Usual Mc food. If u know what u will eat, the rest is very good. Nice outdoor sitting area, even if along the town highway. McCafe' available too. Conveniently located in a small shopping area, with ARAL petrol station & several supermarkets, very close to old university & not far from new university area & Augsburg exhibition facilities. Update. Convenient drive through as well

I have been coming here for many years and believe that you are the night shift manager - the bald man. I would particularly like to highlight your hospitality - no matter how busy it is, you always remain friendly and accommodating. It's really rare to meet such a great employee. On Sunday at 6:30 p.m. it was pretty full and therefore loud. The staff was quick and very friendly, the burgers and fries were fresh and hot. The taste and ambience are just plain, but clean and friendly

I was there with my son 2 weeks ago because we had an appointment in Augsburg. We ordered over the counter and the food was ready quickly. The lady even wanted to help me carry it. Very great and not a given! I found the store very clean 😊

I ordered two MC wraps, one was just crammed into its paper, the other was half empty and stuck in the paper. 10€ for that. I don't think I'll come here to eat again.

An absolute disgrace. Waited over 2 hours for the order (on Lieferando the waiting time is stated as 35 minutes). Tried to cancel, employee of course barely understands German and is extremely rude. After repeatedly asking to cancel the order, she simply hangs up. impudence. Then called twice more, no one picked up. Apparently the order only came in at 5:42 p.m., it was strange that I received my order email from Lieferando at 4:02 p.m. I ask for clarification and processing of the incident.

UPDATE 8/30/2024 The owner wants to encourage the local team to fix the problem. Well, nothing has happened to date - see attached photo. This can only be described as worse and better. Original review McMuffin Bacon Egg is outrageously expensive at €2.99. Toilets have a bad smell, water at the sink is a sparse trickle, you can't wash your hands there. This seems to be the new MC trick - save water, prevent hygiene.

Things went very quickly in the mDrive, which was great. Food itself is just like McDonald's everywhere else. The parking lot is medium-sized and sufficient.

The consumption in the restaurant was okay. But the seats and tables were so stuck together that I had to drink my coffee standing up. The employee who brought everything to the table wasn't particularly interested in this. If you order coffee in a restaurant, it should under no circumstances be brought in a paper cup! The coffee experience was also better in terms of taste.

Feedback two years later, we gave Mcces another chance, and: disappointment - all of the 3 fries we ordered to take away were only half full. We feel really ripped off. A large fries costs almost €4. The fries aren't cooked properly. And there wasn't even anything going on. I can only advise you against this branch. The large fries I ordered do not correspond to the usual portion size, I feel a bit deceived. Unfortunately, this was only noticed at home and it would have been crazy to spend again on fuel costs (which are already high anyway) to complain about the fries.

I just ordered 2x mcmuffin fresh chicken to take away and when I unpacked them at home, the chicken was missing from both burgers!! How do you do something like that?

You order two types of ice cream, but get the same thing twice and are wondering whether you are now obliged to accept "double ice cream" because the employee thinks that's right? The error culture there is apparently so well hidden that no one can find it - everyone passes on the error like hot (or in this case cold) ice cream. Sure, the receipt shows the error, but who believes the receipt? As if he knew anything! At the end it says: "Mistake? No, it's your fault for complaining in the first place!" Yes, of course, I should be grateful that I got an ice cream at all - it's best to wear a sign around my neck: "Thanks for letting me complain!"

The long opening times make this McDonald's a little cold-light oasis for night owls who want to fill their stomachs with fast food before going to sleep - driver provided. The service staff are still in a good mood and friendly even at late hours.

Unfortunately, this is now an unkempt branch.... No serving, straws empty, napkin dispenser empty, and the soap in the toilets empty, but it matches the trickle at the tap too many coincidences at once

Went there shortly before breakfast ended, but still got everything <3! Very friendly and attentive service! Even during short stops in the past, everything was always tip-top.

McDonald's does not produce food.

It has happened several times that something was forgotten. I don't see why I can't get paid meals. My opinion is based on several previous experiences. That's it.

The premises are the most beautiful of all the McDonalds in Augsburg! Can be recommended. the food is like everywhere except the pizza pockets. Otherwise complete recommendation. Just nice!

A McDonald's as it should be. I go here often. There's always a lot going on here, so a lot of things are fresh and warm. Toilets are sometimes not so clean and the collection points are overflowing, mainly due to the rush. The McDonald's app also works well with this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant.

Well, what can you say... It's just McDonald's with very fluctuating service and cleanliness. Today was e.g. B. No soap in the dispenser and service staff on site, I'm just saying succinctly, yeah, you'll have to take a look. Price/performance is just worth 2 stars for what is on offer.

You are now paying a lot of money for your offer. But the things are not edible. The output temperature of at least 60 degrees is maintained. The LRA / health department should come by and check. A corresponding report will be issued.

I'm not going anymore, like a piece of shit.... fries cold. Tasted like Ar... and Friedrich. Service completely cheeky. Instead of Cola Zero I got normal Cola and I had no complaints. Ordered Big Mäc without cucumber, there was still cucumber in it. If you complain, yes they did bite.... for the last time maggi. I'd rather eat a sausage roll.

I wanted to get myself a little midnight snack at 12 o'clock at night. I had checked the opening hours, which are limited to 1am during the week, so the store should be open. But when I wanted to enter, they just said that the store would only be open until 12 p.m. today, for no apparent reason.

Only after 20 minutes of waiting for our food were we informed that what we had ordered was no longer there.

Absolute impudence. We ordered in Mc Drive, then they send us to the parking lot to wait because they are too incompetent to keep to the times. Point #1 sucks. 3 breakfast menus were ordered, 6 mini pankaces were missing, I ordered 2x chocolate exteriors, 1x caramel came. It's not possible, €8.88 for a Coca-Cola and an apple floe, 0.5 each. You'll never see me again, that's an outrage, you're more likely to go to Rewe or the competition... Absolute rip off... Toilets are anything but hygienic, especially in a store where food is served. I didn't take any pictures of the toilet.

Everything is full of flies, endless flies, dirty floors and tables, the terrace is suffocating with garbage and full trays... how disgusting can it be?

My ice cream sat on the counter for 5 minutes because the other things weren't ready yet and without a cup holder it was dumped in the bag. Fries were fresh and tasty but without salt. Otherwise, I'm happy to be with you.

Well, unfortunately the first burger box was already stuck to the paper on the tablet, and both burgers were definitely not fresh either, because they were, if at all, still lukewarm. The curly fries weren't fresh either, and there was a lot of breakage, but nothing curly, which was really disappointing and I know why I prefer the grill competitor.

We're here for the first time today. And compared to the others, well. My husband ordered the Big Mac menu and liked the curly fries. When we asked, we were told it would take 1 minute. Then another 1 minute. After 15 minutes, I and my son had already finished our menus and didn't feel like waiting for the Curly anymore. So that's where we were last time. And cleanliness has also lost a few stars.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly and made sure that your order was brought to your table quickly. Otherwise, it's just the typical McDonald's dishes that you get here and they're as hot as you want them to be!

Everyone knows what they are getting at MC D and that is intentional and a good thing. But everything is implemented very well here and the employees are really quick. Pre-ordering via the app and picking up at the MC Drive work perfectly. I don't even have to look in the bag and double-check the order because I'm sure the service staff won't make a mistake. Yes, it was really ok here, I have to say. Fast service and ordering went great. Clean tables and surroundings. Which isn't in every store. I would be happy to recommend this one.

Food is okay, toilets are always dirty, and something is almost always forgotten on MC Drive! Especially with HappyMeal, the toys are often forgotten and you cry, which is annoying. Just now again, forgot the cheeseburger and toys 😡

A great McDonald's to be. When we arrived, about 10:40am on a Saturday, we were told by a very friendly lady that only breakfast food is served until 11am. It is only from 11am that food like hamburgers and cheeseburgers are served. We had a very tasty McMuffin Fresh Chicken. We can only recomnebd the McMuffin Fresh Chicken.

Das Restaurant ist eigentlich sehr schön, der Service ist allerdings unterirdisch. Ein Beispiel von vielen: Wir haben bei unserem letzten Besuch beim Drive-In eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die wegen Verständigungsschwierigkeiten seeeehr lange gedauert hat und dann leider nicht vollständig erfasst war. Dies fiel bei der Ausgabe auf und dort war es dann nicht möglich das fehlende Menü noch mit aufzunehmen. Der Hinweis, dies dann durch erneutes Anstellen in der jetzt langen Schlange des Drive in, die wegen der langwierigen Bestellung entstanden war, nachzuholen, sagt wohl alles über den Service aus....

Das Essen war sehr gut aber was nicht so gut ist sind die Toiletten die sind unter aller Sau ist echt schade bin eigentlich nicht pinimel aber sowas geht überhaupt nicht wenn der Kot an der tür klinge ist 🤮🤢

Sehr leckeres Essen. Vorallem wenn man einmal nicht sehr viel Zeit haben sollte extrem praktisch.

Leute sind freundlich wiegern sich aber auch auf nachfrage und hinweis den versprochenen Rabatt zu geben. Ist bisher nur bei Freunden aufgetreten, die den Soldatenrabbat in anspruch nehmen wollten.

Die Burger werden wie auf den Werbebilder frisch gemacht. Habe Hamburger Royal TS gegessen und diese waren so lecker wie nie zuvor. Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Vor ein paar Jahren war dies noch nicht so. Mittlerweile bester McDonalds den ich kenne.

Immer eine Frage der Sichtweise. Es ist ein MC und ich kann es weder von Qualität noch Ambiente mit einem gehobenem Anspruch vergleichen. Der Käsekuchen hat gut geschmeckt und der Capu auch. Die Bedienung war zügig und freundlich.

Ich hatte Pommes, 1 Cappuccino und 1 Keks für 11 Euro. Das war praktisch auf der Heimfahrt und auch lecker; aber ich finde bei SB in Warteraumatmosphäre auch nicht preiswert.

Klassischer MC Donalds und mit MC Café, liegt jedoch an einer sehr hektischen Lokalität und ist deshalb oft voll.

MC Donald's war zwar schon immer unpersönlich, aber so kühl und alles digital verarbeitet, bietet der MC Donalds kein schönes Ambiente mehr zum Hier Essen. Und die Verkäufer die da sind, können zum Teil kein richtiges Deutsch, und davon unabhängig, fand ich den minimalen Service des Essen herausgebens, denn mehr hat die Dame nicht zu tun, ziemlich unfreundlich, gelangweilt. Ansonsten MC Donalds Essen wie man kennt ist klar, was vllt noch positiv zu sagen ist, das MC Caffee ist fast schon ein Caffee innerhalb des MC Donalds und zwar übelst teuer, aber sehr leckere Sachen, American way of sweets 😋

Kam zum Kaffee trinken. Habe zum „hier essen“ bestellt. Kam zuerst im Pappbecher, wir haben den Mitarbeiter darum gebeten im Glas zu bringen, da ja der Sinn dabei war im McDonald’s zu trinken. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns komisch angemacht warum wir das am Schalter nicht gennant haben, obwohl wir eine Tischnummer zum hier Essen bekamen? Am Ende wurde es ungewollt ausgewechselt aber wie auf dem Bild zu sehen hat der Kaffee nicht nach Latte Machhiato geschmeckt. Vom Aussehen brauchen wir gar nicht erst zu sprechen. Für 4.20 € ein Reinfall.

Teilweise lange Wartezeiten da das Personal teilweise überfordert scheint zudem wurden mehr Mals Teile der Bestellung vergessen. Nachdem man die Mitarbeiter darauf hinweist reagieren sie nur genervt und entschuldigen sich dafür auch nicht. Daher kann ich diese Filiale keinem weiterempfehlen.

In Deutschland many better Macdonald's. Clean.

Wenn die Cafe Produkte bei McDonald teurer sind als in umliegende Frühstück Cafes, dann stimmt wohl was nicht.

Die Curly Fries waren sehr lecker, Burger/Wrap ok, aber nicht so gut. Der Mann heute Abend an der Theke und im Cafébereich war sehr freundlich und charismatisch.

Diese McDonalds Filiale ist immer für eine Überraschung gut. Ich bestellte Big Tasty ohne Schinken, als ich reinbiss bemerkte ich den Schinken, mir wurde vom Angestellten neue Tasty angeboten, aber ich habe drauf verzichtet und ganze Menü liegen lassen. Als ich beim McDrive mitgenommen habe, war im Pommes eine Wanze. Als die Angestellte mir die überfüllte Tüte in mein Auto reicht, fallen die Pommes auf mein Sitz und Boden. Meine letzte Erfahrung, im mitgenommenen Menü waren die Shrimps steinhart. Da ist man schon froh, dass in dem Augenblick kein McDonalds Angestellter zum abreagieren da ist. Wenn an der Cafetheke nicht mehr bedient wird, sollte man zumindest den wartenden dort Bescheid sagen oder Schild mit dem Hinweis stellen.

Essen war sehr frisch und heiß. WCs sehr sauber. Immer gerne wieder.

Sehr schnelle Zubereitung. Leckerer Cappuccino (aber mittlerweile richtig teuer - 4,20 € für Regular Size). War ganz schön voll, aber ein Tisch war noch frei.

Das Essen ist typisch MC Donalds, der Hunger treibt es rein, der Anstand behält es drin. Zumindest bis man zur Toilette kommt, da kann einem alles vergehen. Der Service ist eine einzige Katastrophe, von unvollständigen Bestellungen hin zu unfreundlichen, bis hin pampigen Personal!

Wenn man was schnell zum Mitnehmen bestellt und einfach wenn man Zuhause ist bemerkt, dass da 3 Sachen fehlen. Echt Schade…bis jetzt schlechtester Mces in ganz Augsburg. Edit: Mir wurde jetzt geraten, dass ich wenn ich meine Bestellung erhalten diese direkt durchsehen soll…ich meine ich bitte euch…ich soll noch wegen eurer schlechten Arbeit mir Extraarbeit machen? Das klingt jetzt wahrscheinlich recht überheblich oder so, aber ich sehe es nicht mehr ein. Vielleicht gibt es Menschen, die können nicht auf andere Menschen zugehen können, um zu reklamieren (zum Beispiel Autisten). Achtet mal mehr, dass die Bestellungen richtig sind als Leuten mehr Kummer und Arbeit zu machen. Ich meine die Antwort vom behappyTeam war jetzt auch keine Provokation, aber ich habe es einfach satt, dass manche ihre Arbeit oft nicht richtig machen.

15 min Wartezeit am Drive als einziger Kunde für einen kleinen Kaffee. Außerdem gibt es hier häufig Verständigungsprobleme, aufgrund mangelnder Deutschkenntnisse des Personals.

Es ist und bleibt ein McDonald's aber die Mitarbeiter sind schnell und freundlich. Der einzigste Punkt Abzug ist die unglaublich schlecht geplante warte zone (drive in) aber durch die top Mitarbeiter geht es trotzdem schnell weiter. Das Lokal ist gut aufgeteiltelter, auch die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Ein guter McDonald's

Unkompetente Mitarbeiter. Ab und zu sollte man dem "Kunden" ein Ohr schenken und nicht gleich dagegen schießen.
