Hervorragendes Frühstück das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Preise innerhalb von 1 Woche für McSmart erhöht Wahnsinn Edit: leider ist die Qualität extrem schlecht besonders Abends kriegt man quasi alte Burger die rumstanden, quasi nach dem alten Mcd System und leider haben die Getränke mittlerweile kaum Kohlensäure. Dazu passieren beim Mcflurry andauernd Fehler bei den Toppings. Wahrscheinlich Augsburgs schlechteste Filiale wobei die anderen nicht wirklich besser sind. Besonders seit dem Umbau ist die Filiale extrem schlecht geworden, dazu ist das Ambiente katastrophal von der Parkplatzsituation brauchen wir gar nicht erst Anfang und schade das es die beworbenen E Ladesäulen nicht gibt. Der Franchisenehmer scheint total überfordert zu sein

Sehr sauber, das Essen gar sehr gut und der Service war klasse.

Ich hole mir hier ständig Essen. Normalerweise bestelle ich über die App und hole es einfach ab. Leider habe ich jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal eine Coca-Cola ohne Eis bekommen, die abgestanden, sehr alt und heiß war.Beim zweiten Mal macht es wirklich keinen Sinn, dass Sie das den Leuten aufzwingen, und ich habe ehrlich bezahlt.

Das essen war trocken und nicht lecker. Wurde das erste Mal im McDonald’s enttäuscht.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bestellung Nr. 286 wurde unvollständig ausgegeben — der bezahlte Burger „Philly Cheese Stac“ hat gefehlt, obwohl er auf dem Kassenbon stand. Ich hatte nur drei Happy Meals und diesen Burger bestellt, also war es keine große oder komplizierte Bestellung. Trotzdem wurde sie nicht richtig kontrolliert. Ich musste extra zurück zum Restaurant fahren und dadurch Zeit und Benzin verschwenden. Der Burger wurde mir zwar nachträglich gegeben, aber ich habe keinerlei Entschädigung für den Fehler bekommen. Sehr schlechte Kontrolle der Bestellungen und schlechter Kundenservice.

Der nette Herr mit der Glatze war mega nett und sympathisch. Essen war 1A und es waren die besten Pommes die wir je hatten. Der Veggie Burger war auch einsame Spitze. Der Herr bleibt uns positiv im Gedächtnis. Unserer Meinung nach hat er sich eine Lohnerhöhung verdient. 5/5 Sterne!

40 Min. Wartezeit für ein Cheeseburger-Menü. Der Besitzer spart wohl an Personalkosten, während die Mitarbeiter total im Stress sind. Völlig unorganisiert und Unverschämt!

Das Essen war lecker un das Personal super nett und aufmerksam. Als wir mit unseren Pommestütchen gehen wollten kam sofort ein Angestellter zu uns und hat angeboten eine Tüte zu bringen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen:)

Seit dem Umbau ist es total ungemütlich, da es total kalt ist und überall zieht.

Zum wiederholten Male fehlt etwas in der Bestellung, wenn man zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Zu viel war komischer Weise noch nie drin. Super ärgerlich, wenn man es Zuhause feststellt. Dafür habe ich leider kein Verständnis. Unbedingt bei Abholung alles akribisch kontrollieren. Schade

Leider kommt es bei unseren Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen bei McDonald’s immer wieder vor, dass etwas fehlt. Früher haben wir das oft erst zu Hause bemerkt. Dieses Mal haben wir uns entschieden, den Inhalt direkt vor Ort zu überprüfen – und leider hatten wir recht. In unserer Bestellung fehlte eine große Box mit 20 McNuggets. Wir sind zurück zur Kasse gegangen und haben darauf hingewiesen. Die Box wurde uns zwar gegeben, allerdings kommentarlos und ohne eine Entschuldigung. Im Gegenteil – man machte uns noch darauf aufmerksam, dass wir nicht vor der Kasse stehen sollten. Ich verstehe natürlich, dass es oft sehr voll ist und das Personal unter Stress arbeitet. Aber ein einfaches „Entschuldigung“ wäre wirklich das Mindeste gewesen.

Hier isst man gerne. Sehr sauber, Spielbereich für Kinder im Außenbereich ist neu. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Team. Hier kommen wir gerne öfter her. Einfach top👍😃

Der MC-Drive Mitarbeiter der am 26.02.2026 um 23 Uhr ist einfach Klasse, so nett, freundlich u. außergewöhnlich hat noch nie ein McD Mitarbeiter die Bestellung entgegengenommen. Weiter so 😄👍🏽

WOW welch ein Service sowas haben meine Freundin und ich in meinem Leben noch nicht erlebt und positiv überrascht 😁 der Chef persönlich begrüßt einen freundlich beim Eingang, frägt nach ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist und erfüllt sogar die Extra Wünsche 😀 "Schokosauce" Essen wurde über app bestellt und zack am Tisch und das Heiß. Echte 💐 Blumen am Tisch. Auch das Müll Trennung system finde ich prima Besser als in manch anderem Restaurant 👍 Von uns gibt's tausend 🫶 💫 💫 💫 💫 Danke danke danke für soviel Herzlichkeit

Sehr nettes Personal wo sogar der Chef noch Persönlich für die Gäste da ist. So einen guten und freundlichen Gesamteindruck, dass da einem die Gäste wichtig sind hatte ich noch nie bei einem McDonald's. Gehe hier gerne wieder öfters hin.

Ich war hier im Jahr 2023 im Mai gewesen ich war nur als Kunde das Essen getestet da hab ich mir ein BigMäc Menü bestellt und war alles Super lecker und auch der Service war gut

Der Chef des Standorts ist mit einer der herzlichsten Menschen die ich jemals getroffen habe! Nachdem Umbau ist der McDonald’s Göggingen der schönste in ganz Augsburg. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Das Essen schmeckt gut, wie in einem McDonalds halt. Es ist aber immer gut angerichtet, heißt der Salat etc. liegt auch wirklich AUF dem Burger und nicht verteilt in der Schachtel daneben, wie es leider nicht in allen Filialen selbstverständlich ist. Seit kurzem ist auch renoviert worden, das sieht sehr gut und modern aus. Ich versteh nur nicht die Sitzaufteilung nicht so ganz und ich finde es auch nervig, dass die Eingangstür versetzt wurde. Ich will jetzt immer zuerst durchs Fenster laufen, bis mir wieder einfällt, dass die Tür jetzt 5m weiter ist.😅 Ebenso sehen die Sitzbänke jetzt zwar deutlich besser aus, aber die sind freistehend und über 6 oder 7 Tische durchgehend. Das schwingt meiner Meinung nach extrem, das heißt jedesmal wenn sich an Tisch 1 jemand hinsetzt, spür ich das an Tisch 7 auch noch. Hätte man besser lösen können. Was ich aber sehr gut finde, dass man einen extra Bereich für die Lieferservice Fahrer eingerichtet hat, um es von der normalen Theke/Kassenbereich für die Kunden zu trennen. Das macht es ruhiger und nicht so hektisch im Restaurant, da mittlerweile fast jede Minute ein Fahrer kommt. Das wird hoffentlich bald in noch mehr Filialen umgesetzt 👍

Essen ist typisch mc Donalds halt. Sind ja alles standardisierte Zubereitungsprozesse. Was allerdings auffällt es gibt keinen einzigen sauberen Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeit überall liegen Papierfetzen und Brösel die Tische sind alle verschmiert mit Essens bzw. Getränkeresten. Und das war auch schon letzte und vor letzte Woche so!

Sehr nette Atmosphäre! Der „Chef“ ist kundenfreundlich und hat uns super bedient. Kommen aus einem anderen Bundesland und waren sehr überzeugt von dem McDonalds hier:)

Unfortunately, the outdoor area is no longer usable; there's no wind protection and no functioning roof to offer even partial protection from the rain. It's a real shame, as it used to be a regular meeting place for many people on their terrace.

Die Preise sind mittlerweile eine Frechheit. Ohne Coupons und Aktionen würde ich dort nichts mehr kaufen.

Wollte abends was bestellen und die haben das Essen so ohne Liebe gemacht und es hat echt nicht geschmeckt jetzt könnte man argumentieren das es mcs is und es deswegen nicht schmeckt aber es war selbst für die schlecht

Completely renovated, but previously well-maintained. Modern, quiet atmosphere, good food.

Very clean environment, much better than before. The employee was very friendly, welcomed us, and brought the food directly to our table. We didn't have to wait long. Thank you to the McDonald's team!

We were just there, drinks were unavailable, the food was wrong, and to top it all off, we had to watch as a man grabbed the McCoys on his plate and, because he didn't like them, sent two back. However, he'd already eaten them all, and the McDonald's employee simply put the other two back in the display case – completely unhygienic and against all guidelines. It was disgusting. The next person got them. We won't be coming back. The atmosphere has become very noisy and uninviting since the renovation.

We've been disappointed several times now. Our children choose their Happy Meal gift using the app and look forward to it – only to find something completely different in their order bag at the store, without any explanation. When we ask, we're always told the selected items are supposedly unavailable. Why are they then shown as available in the app and easy to add to the cart? This leads to unnecessary frustration and disappointed children. It's very unreliable. And what would be the harm in at least mentioning that the chosen gifts aren't available when the order is handed over? And that's not all: We have to check carefully every time to make sure everything has actually been packed, because items have simply been "forgotten" several times. This constant checking shouldn't be necessary with a reliable service. Overall, the whole thing seems unprofessional and untrustworthy. The app's availability and the on-site procedures urgently need to be improved.

I've been standing in the McDonald's drive-thru for 30 minutes. There's one car in front of me. What's going on?! Are you ripping people off? Never again. This is the last straw.

It's just a McDonald's, what can you expect? The food tastes good, the atmosphere is typical McDonald's quality, a bit unclean but not too bad, it's very fast and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, but it is much more expensive than before.

We waited over an hour for our food because the systems were down. And then, and then... we only received two chicken burgers even though I ordered three. At least I got the third one after I complained.

Everything's full of these car posers, you can't find a parking space anywhere, and you have to endure rude comments. As a woman, it feels very uncomfortable. I'm definitely not going there again; I'd rather go hungry.

Unfortunately, half of our order was missing! We ordered the Friends menu, but unfortunately, the fries and the figure were missing. We also ordered the spicy challenge, but they unfortunately forgot all the hot sauces, which completely defeated the point of the spicy challenge. I would highly recommend checking your orders beforehand so you don't end up like we did and only notice it when you get home.

Lack of understanding of the order, cold food and incorrect order, the replacement involved adding a product that was not part of the order

I've been waiting for my normal, not-so-large order for over 25 minutes. I've asked the staff twice when I dropped it off about my order. I didn't get a response, they just kept silent and stared at me, basically completely ignored me... Just now, an employee came over and showed interest - what am I waiting for? I gave my order number and received my order in 4 minutes. When I dropped it off, I asked again why the other two colleagues had ignored me. When I answered, everyone was silent again... Never again... I've never had the worst service....

I met a very nice employee today. The man immediately approached us when all the ordering machines were occupied and offered to take our orders at the cash register. He was very attentive to many customers. I was surprised; I've never experienced such warmth at McDonald's before.

Okay for pedestrians. Not suitable for wheelchair users due to the lack of step-free access. At least from my perspective, the large parking lot could easily be improved with minimal remodeling.

It wasn't busy during our visit, so we chose a table and delivery service. It took less than 5 minutes 👍, friendly 👍, and not stressful 😃. Restroom, well, better not go there. Spending fifty euros for one adult and two children? Well, personally, it's not worth it for me; we're talking about fast food here 😔, but once a year, for the children's delight 😊, close your eyes 😉

I arrived three weeks ago, and a faint iron smell greeted me at the entrance. The flies buzzing everywhere didn't help my impression. The floor and benches were sticky. No thanks, never again.

It's quite common for something to be missing from your order, so you should trust that the order will be delivered properly. Of course, you could check it, but if you're in a hurry, there's no time for that. But then again, a burger is a good idea... 🫤

We received quick and friendly service outside, and our order was brought to our table promptly, which was quite pleasant on a Saturday evening. The restaurant itself made a decent impression overall, although the tables could have been kept cleaner: they were unfortunately a bit sticky and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The food was exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's—reliable in both taste and quality. The ordering process via the on-site terminals is particularly positive: it's clear, well-structured, and significantly less complicated than ordering via the app. The atmosphere was rather quiet that evening; surprisingly, for a Saturday after 8 p.m., there was little activity, both inside and outside, which made for a pleasantly relaxed experience. Overall, a solid visit with some room for improvement in the area of cleanliness.

Checking your order is a must. THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING! Always. It's truly a mystery to me how this works.

Just another disaster! The ordering machine no longer gives you a receipt with a number on it, and you have to remember the number. The screen with the pickup numbers is broken and black. The food is cold. Instead of preparing orders, the employees stand at the counter, chatting with friends over coffee. When you ask if the items in the bag are included, to find out if it's your order, you just get a questioning look and no answer. And as expected, something was missing again. Not to mention the wait. It's total chaos.

First of all, it was quite crowded. The restrooms were dirty, the smell was unpleasant, the trash cans were overflowing with paper towels, the tray carts were full and littered. And worst of all, the countless flies constantly attacking you or your food were quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, you can't eat there anymore, though that wasn't always the case.

It's ok. Not really a cheap place to go for a quick bite. The seating is ok. Nice outside area but honestly I won't go again because of the prices being too high.

You can have a bad day... the lady with the short hair at the drive-thru seems to have them more often than not. Absolutely unfriendly... the food didn't taste all that good anymore 🙃

July 19, 2025 Takeaway: 0.5l Fanta, cup only just over half full, completely watered down and not even remotely resembling Fanta. When poured out, it was almost transparent with a slight yellow tint.

During our visit last weekend (June 2025), cute little button eyes that belonged to a rat peered at me from under the refrigerator. Well, we probably won't be eating there again anytime soon.

McDonald's canceled my order after 1.5 hours, when other restaurants had already closed. I was left hungry. So, I don't recommend it.

We had to wait a very long time for our order, which caused quite a queue with people waiting for their food. Nothing was missing from our order, which was good; we've had it differently before. The floor was very dirty, which is something you notice very quickly when you're waiting for a long time.

The hygiene conditions here are truly borderline. Eating inside is completely out of the question. Flies are like a cowshed, and have been for months.

I usually only use the drive-thru or, in an emergency, the restroom. Depending on when you arrive, the restroom is either spotlessly clean or filthy. I think it's positive that there's a wheelchair-accessible restroom. When ordering at the drive-thru, I find it strange that they don't understand "Sandwiched Cheese Toast" or "McFlurry" Smarties. I've gotten other things there :-(

It's actually very difficult to eat there, everything is full of blowflies. I haven't been here for a while and I'm appalled by the fly plague!

We really don't expect much from a fast-food chain, and we've been going to this McDonald's a lot since we were kids...but today it was truly disgusting. Everything was covered in flies; we were even warned by others as we walked in. We thought they were exaggerating...but they weren't! The fries were cold and tasted stale, the meat sour...we left the food at some point, and I went back with some and gave it away. One employee's reaction was "okay"...he offered to serve it again (which I obviously didn't want), looked at the fries, and even agreed with me. The other employee (I suspect the manager) unfortunately had little sympathy. That's it for now, me and my McDonald's!

DISGUSTING. Everything inside is full of flies. They don't put the trays away—they're full of flies. You sit down and get your food, and suddenly there are all these flies. Worst store I've ever been to. FLIES everywhere. So disgusting, tablets everywhere with flies on the leftover food... disgusting

If you like eating in the dirt with flies, this is the place for you! From stains to crumbs, you can now also get flies for free on the house, swarming around your food and shitting on it. The staff couldn't care less. They preferred to stand behind the counter, laughing and having their own party, rather than worrying about hygiene. Today, there was absolutely nothing going on in the store. Accordingly, the food came relatively quickly. So I can't understand why no one thought of cleaning up the dining area. The flies were flying all over the store, landing and spreading themselves out everywhere. The floor and seats were stained and dirty, and (almost) no one cared. At some point, a man came over and started sweeping – possibly because he saw me taking photos. The restrooms also always smell unpleasantly of urine. The last time this branch was spotlessly clean, and I wondered what had happened, I saw the franchisee sitting with his delegation. Then it became clear to me why the store was suddenly so clean and why two or three employees suddenly seemed to be putting a premium on cleanliness, which is very unusual, since most of the time the tables aren't even wiped properly or the storage bins reliably emptied. Given the poor conditions in the dining room and restrooms, I don't even want to know what the kitchen must be like. As references, I have branches in Austria and Italy, for example, which I visited on vacation a few weeks ago. They were super clean and well-maintained. No comparison to the branches in Augsburg. Dear franchisee, to get a realistic impression, you should pay an unannounced visit to your branches. Things are sometimes no different in other branches.

Certain dishes (wraps, cheese balls) were out of stock, and no selection was possible. Meal glass—no matter the color—was unavailable because it was out of stock. Restrooms were not clean, the wait for food was endless, tables were occupied or dirty. Staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests.
