Hier sollte man nicht essen, völlig unorganisiert.

Burger sind gut. 3 churros bestellt und mitgenommen. Dank eurer Inkompetenz ist das Treppenhaua voll schokolade gewesen, mein zuhause ebenso. Ihr seit so inkompetend, dass ihr Churros transport mit schokosauce nicht gewährleistent könnt. Dadurch das die Sauce ausgelaufen ist, war alles mit sauce. Chilies aufpreis auf pommes habe ich gezahlt, aber bekomme normale pommes. Einfach inkompetent. Ihr könnt keine gute Leistung gewährleisten.

Sehr guter Service und super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Manager spricht kaum Deutsch und versteht nicht wenn man ihm erklärt, dass es ein Problem mit dem Terminal gab und die Treuepunkte-Bestellung abgebrochen wurde aber die Punkte trotzdem eingelöst wurden. Sagt dazu nur "ja das Essen können sie hier bestellen". Nach dem Essen geht ist mir auch immer sehr schlecht. Vielleicht sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service im Burger King in Augsburg. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Sydyk bedanken — er war freundlich, höflich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Bestellung kam schnell, alles war frisch und lecker. Man merkt, dass er seine Arbeit mit guter Laune macht. Solche Mitarbeiter machen den Besuch wirklich angenehm. Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Essen war frisch und qualitativ gut, Service war super und der Außenbereich sehr angenehm zu sitzen, mit genug Platz.

Burger Sauce war abgelaufen oder falsch gemischt. Hatte den King des Monats. Hat richtig sauer geschmeckt und nein, es waren keine sauren Gurken. Onion rings waren auch nicht wirklich gescheit frittiert. Und der Burger wurde extra gemacht. Hab circa 12 Minuten gewartet.

Bei 🍔 king in augsburg lechhausen war alles soweit gut. Wir haben den drive Terminal benutzt und es lief alles zur unserer Zufriedenheit. Essen war frisch und kam zügig raus. Gerne wieder danke.

War früher besser. Bin jetzt 2 mal richtig enttäuscht worden und komme nicht mehr.

Reinste Zeitverschwendung. Gibt alles in die Terminals ein und dann kommt ne Fehlermeldung. Bei DREI VERSCHIEDENEN TERMINALS. Da funktioniert gar nichts.

Bestellterminal funktioniert nicht, es löscht vor Bezahlung die Bestellung. An der Kasse ist nur Barzahlung möglich, somit konnten wir keine Essen bestellen bzw. bezahlen.

Kurz und gut, perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür. Komme gerne wieder.

It's Burger King, after all. Anyone who gives it more than 2 stars probably has no taste buds.

Chilly chessburger taste good , but cold

Unfortunately, the meat burgers currently taste like gas. This is because the machines aren't being cleaned properly or the grill burner isn't burning correctly. It wasn't like this before; I've been there three times and each time there's this aftertaste of gas.

So, the cheese stars (on sale) for €1 each are outrageous and absolutely disgusting! During my short break, all the doors were flung open (it's winter) and I had to spend my break in the cold... totally unnecessary...

Of the three Burger King restaurants in the Augsburg area, this is the best! It has self-service kiosks and a children's shop. The food is average, the service is average. At Halloween time, they even have decorations. Burger King has a tough time in the Augsburg area; McDonald's restaurants are far superior.

I used to come here a lot when I was younger, when everything was still new. Now it's all very run-down, unkempt, and sometimes broken. Everything is sticky, and you really only want to eat outside. What's also tough is that the people at the drive-thru counter barely speak German and certainly don't understand it! When I asked what shakes were currently available, the first response was "it has mayo" and the second time, "I don't understand." Should I come in and make my own food from now on?

Hmmm, typical fast food where "everything" tastes the same... I came to try the kebab burger, but it wasn't available. The burger I ordered was simply boring. The Coke, which was supposed to be ice-free, was ice cold (as judged by the service), and the fries were very salty. The caffe latte (soup) came in a much smaller cup than half the Coke. It was a disaster. And the coffee taste was very weak. I generally understand why GM got such a low rating. After visiting this place, I agree. Probably okay for FF fans. Not for me.

I was in the men's restroom at Burger King, and there was a woman's underwear covered in shit lying behind the heater. Disgusting and outrageous. Poor Germany. Baaaahhhhh

Five stars only because this shop is truly the very last of its kind. Last time I was there was on election Sunday. At 12:30, no lights, a single fryer on, all stations empty, and best of all, not a single employee there. Seven customers in. Instead, five employees were outside smoking. When I asked, all I got was "we're on our break," and then I got a kebab. People! Anyone who tries to spend their money here has unfortunately lost. The end, never again. Sorry, small addendum. I'm talking about a period of about 15-20 minutes.

Avoid the 6 p.m. rush hour on Fridays next time—otherwise, the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious ;) The kids will be entertained after dinner (slide outside and a large climbing/play kitchen inside).

We visited the restaurant on a recommendation and were very pleasantly surprised. It was relatively quiet at the time. The staff were very friendly and hard-working. You can order at the terminal or directly. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The accessible restroom (changing table and fixtures) also appeared very clean. They even have small disposable pads for the changing table. For children, there's a wooden play area modeled after a Burger King drive-thru. You can climb there and also play burger-frying. It's really nicely done. Outside, there's a climbing frame with a tunnel slide. The entire restaurant gave a clean, well-maintained impression. I'd had a completely different experience at another Burger King in Augsburg.

Fast food. A break on the road.

The staff gets the orders mixed up. Maybe they're talking too much to each other and not focusing enough on their work?

We were very surprised by the staff. We wanted to order an ice latte, but they ran out of ice cubes. They were kind enough to run over to the gas station to offer us some. Since we didn't have time, they offered us free shakes, fries, etc. Very, very friendly staff!

With the new outdoor play equipment, it is really great for children

We were very impressed with the staff because I have allergies, and they were the first to make it possible for me to eat a burger. They're the first to have an allergy list. We'll be going back soon and hope that these two particularly lovely and friendly people will be there again to make it possible for me. I'm really looking forward to it being possible again 😊😊😊

Two cheeseburgers without cheese... just bread...

The order was incomplete! Complaints were useless.

I've been waiting at the checkout for over 30 minutes, only for one person. Unfortunately, when I asked, there weren't two cashiers, but there were 10 people inside talking among themselves. I had to order at the counter, and the order is ready, but no one says anything. We really need new managers here who do their jobs properly and don't use it as a casual meeting place.

I think this is the best Burger King I've ever had. Very friendly staff, and the food has always been top-notch.

often forget to put burgers in the bag

We very rarely eat at a fast-food restaurant like this. So I was a bit silly ordering from the vending machine. I didn't choose my sauce or drink. We were helped really well, and everything was easily swapped out. The lady was extra friendly, too. Really good. Thank you.

The wait was far too long for a fast food restaurant, even though there were hardly any other customers there. When I finally got my food, the burger was lukewarm and carelessly thrown together. Fries soft, greasy and far from crispy.

Been waiting for my ice cream for 30 minutes. I'm the only one in the entire store...

Not really staff, not well trained, food wasn't as ordered and waiting time was too long.

Chilli cheese nuggets were undercooked and tasted brutally disgusting. I was also given completely the wrong burgers. Unfortunately by far the worst BK in Augsburg and the surrounding area.

I'm at a loss for words, I haven't been there for probably 7 years, we don't need to talk about what clientele is there, but now I'm the only adult there and I don't have a migration background. It wouldn't be a bad thing, but the fact that I'm completely blasted by kc Rebell -Daddy is back. And that’s in the children’s corner! I wouldn't let my child eat here. This is the last one!!

Today I ordered the Long Chicken Menu, which everything was fine, and I also ordered a hot brownie, which is normal with ice cream. When I picked up the food the guy just gave me the brownie without ice cream, when I asked him about it he looked at the receipt and said "no, it doesn't come with ice cream, if you want it with ice cream you have to pay a euro more" at a price of 3.69 that's outrageous, let alone you could have chosen whether you wanted ice cream or not, you couldn't, service is bottomless, the only thing that tastes good is ketchup. Waiting times are also sick, waiting for 15 minutes because it was cold.

The benchmark is the evaluation of a system restaurant and they do their job well. Reasonable quality and good employees. Tables could be cleaned more often.

Maybe before it was bad..but now its lit. Service is fast,working under god know which condictions,ambient is fine,burgers are nice,just pommes is little worse than Mcdonalds..but still,burger king is the king.

We ordered today, 2x 2 Whoppers in the menu. The food came cold. I got churros to take away. The churros were fried in fries oil. They smell and taste like fries. As you can see from the pictures, there are even fries included. The icing on the cake is that these churros aren't even done. I'm very disappointed.

Very rude employees, Afghans, disrespectful to customers

I tried to not comment but i can’t hold it anymore. 9/10 they get my order wrong. I use the bestellautomat, it s everything on the paper, why is it so hard to put everything on the plate? I irder a menu, i know i have to go back for the sauce becouse i dint get it or for the drink becouse it s wrong, the churros becouse it s the wrong flavour and so on. I get it, you are tired and people make mistakes but still, i am in the restaurant with three friends, and 2 other customers, there is no rush. If i buy fries with chilli cheese wit 2xextra sauce i get the same product like i didnt add anything. The worst thing is if i go back to get what i ordered and payd for, i get that dead look. I used to come here twice a week but i am considering to go to McDonalds 1km away.

This time we only used the drive-in facility. In my opinion, however, this seems quite outdated, as the employees had to repeatedly ask to speak louder - even though we could hardly understand the employees. The service at the drive-in was relatively friendly, but seemed a bit listless at work. The food was okay: the fries were fresh and so were the burgers. Unfortunately we received the wrong drinks, which was probably due to the error-prone intercom system.

In my opinion, the Whopper is still one of the best burgers among chain burgers. And the fries are, for whatever reason, better compared to other chains. Service is not entirely attentive, I ordered cola twice, once with ice, once without! Both came without! The austere ambience doesn't always entice you to sit in, Burger King also offers all of its burgers in vegetarian versions. I will definitely get one of my next Whoppers there again.

Staff barely understands what you order at the drive-thru. I always missed friendliness here. It always takes an average amount of time to get your order, even though there was only one or even no one in front of you and the restaurant is quiet. I don't want to eat or order there anymore. Burger King food tastes usual, but the burgers are repeatedly put together sloppily. The food is sometimes only served just lukewarm. Tables and benches, unfortunately, as so often, full of grease streaks and dapper, and crumbly, dirty.

Almost everything that can go wrong goes wrong in the toilet! It hasn't been renovated in years, there are still old, germ-prone plastic handles everywhere. Unfortunately, no disinfectant for the toilet seats, no disinfectant for the hands and no automatic soap dispenser, water dispenser or paper towel dispenser. Just a very old, non-hygienic hand dryer. Unfortunately for me, the soap dispenser was also empty.

Unfortunately, this location can't call itself "fast food"... Again and again, no matter what time of day or night, you have to wait a long time for the food in the drive-in. If you're lucky you'll still get warm food, apart from that it takes months The ice cream/shake machine is probably being repaired... The employees are “always trying hard”... The logistics definitely need to be worked on...

We recently went to Burger King in Augsburg-Lechhausen and I was absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh and super tasty, just as you would expect from Burger King 😃 We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, who kept a cool head even when there were so many people! The branch was clean and well organized, which created a pleasant atmosphere. All in all, a great visit – I’ll definitely be back 👍🏻

Food was ok. But they should definitely work on cleanliness. Tray cart overflowing with garbage. Tables dirty, some with leftovers and rubbish on them, floor dirty. Toilet stinks and dirty, especially the floor. Either work on hygiene or close. We won't come again.

Fries were very light and not even close to being done. Burger tasted okay but 4 hours later I wasn't feeling well anymore and the food wanted to come out very quickly. Since I hadn't eaten anything else it must have been the BK. . .

Ordered a double, received a single... It took a while, but I received a completely new menu 👍🏻

I ate there today (around 10:30 p.m.) I got everything fresh and the employees were so nice and really friendly. 2 employees at the checkout gave me friendly advice. the food was so delicious! Burger King is always coinflip, sometimes really good, sometimes so mediocre

I had previously ordered a Big King Menu at the drive, completely normal price, at first I wanted to give me a medium drink instead of a large one. After I pointed this out to him, he changed it and apologized, but still packed small fries. Why are you doing this???? Do you want to save or???????

Despite the long wait, a burger was missing from our order even though we paid for it. Unfortunately we only noticed it when we got home. Next time, definitely check the order on site!

Pretty good Burger King, but it's often busy and if you don't go through the drive through it can take a while. Otherwise stable loading

I enjoy this location because from the 3 times I ordered there, I got fresh fries and burgers in a pretty short amount of time. I just like when they make it fresh.
