Auf keinen Fall hier bestellen! Ich habe bereits mehrfach hier bestellt per Lieferservice. Jedes Mal wurde die Bestellung angenommen, und dann kam kurzfristig die Nachricht, dass es ein Problem gab und die Bestellung nicht ausgeführt werden kann.

Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse die nicht die Produkte kennt und die Kunden frägt was ein Zwinger ist. Kaum Deutschkenntnisse, leider ist der Laden unzumutbar geworden.

Das Hähnchen war einfach fantastisch. Ganz anders als in Tschechien. Knusprig und leicht scharf.

Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals im Kentucky Fried Chicken in Augsburg Oberhausen (Ulmer Straße) und bin jedes Mal echt zufrieden gewesen. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und genau so, wie man es von KFC erwartet – vor allem die Hot Wings und Burger sind richtig gut. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Bestellungen meistens schnell fertig sind und nichts fehlt. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn es mal voller ist. Der Laden selbst ist sauber und ordentlich, was bei Fast Food nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden, was die Lage zusätzlich praktisch macht. � Das Örtliche Insgesamt eine super Adresse, wenn man Lust auf Chicken hat – komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Ich war am 17.03.2026 gegen 14:30 Uhr in der KFC-Filiale in der Ulmer Straße 32–34 in Augsburg. Nachdem der Kunde vor mir bedient wurde, wurde ich von der Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse vollständig ignoriert. Sie begrüßte mich nicht, erlaubte einem nachfolgenden Kunden, eine Metallflasche mit einem kostenlosen Getränk zu befüllen, und wandte sich anschließend von mir ab. Sie stand mit dem Rücken zu mir und führte keine erkennbare Tätigkeit aus – es erschien mir, als würde sie Pause machen. Nach längerer Wartezeit habe ich den Laden ohne Bestellung verlassen. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als äußerst unhöflich und respektlos. Aufgrund dieses Erlebnisses werde ich in nächster Zeit keine KFC-Filiale mehr besuchen und werde auch Freunden und Bekannten keine Filiale mehr empfehlen.

So wie immer leckeres essen frisch und knusprig Personal freundlich habe nicht auszusetzen Werde gerne wieder kommen

Ich sage nur unter aller Sau. Die Bedinung kann nicht mal zählen, wenn man 18 Hot Wings bestellt und man bekommt nur 15 Stück im Anhang schicke ich noch ein paar Bilder mit Wie die Hot Wings ausschauen richtig widerlich danke KFC Zudem kann ich nicht mal ein Foto posten, da die Hotwings circa 6 Stunden Alt sind das würde jeden Appetit verderben. Gerne kann KFC mich anschreiben. Kann gerne Den Dreck wiederhaben. Beweisbilder existieren, können aber leider nicht hochgeladen werden

Somehow, the taste of KFC here is completely different from what we eat in Baden-Württemberg; it's really delicious (you can taste the spices and other combinations). Friendly ladies, quick attention. We really enjoyed it; we drove all the way from Baden-Württemberg to Augsburg Oberhausen just for this KFC.

The fries were half-cooked! The mashed potatoes with gravy were watery mush! For that price, it's an insult! The quality is steadily declining!

I'm really disappointed, I just had two double cheeses without a second fillet, really banana.

It's not like it used to be. We just ordered through Uber Eats, and it was simply bad, dry, and cold. The fries were soggy and cold. The Twister Wrap was cold. It was inedible. The last few times, something was always missing from the order—whether it was sauce or a portion.

It's hard to know where to start. I used to live in Larnaca and I quite liked going to KFC there. But here, practically everything is the exact opposite: the quality, the ambiance, and the service are terrible.

Absolutely terrible. The chicken pieces were very dry. The staff tried hard, but were completely overwhelmed. I waited almost 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant.

I've been to this KFC a few times now, and each time it's been a disappointment. The atmosphere isn't particularly pleasant due to its location near Oberhausen train station, but what bothers me most is the service. The employees seem unmotivated, are very slow, and unfortunately, often unkempt. As a customer, you just don't feel comfortable. The food isn't great either—I used to find the quality at KFC much better. These days, you mostly only get limp chicken, the fries are undercooked, and overall, the value for money isn't good at all. One thing is for sure: I won't be going here again.

KFC isn't what it used to be. Prices are up, quality is down. What a shame...

The food is great, and the service is great too. But I think it was 40 degrees Celsius in there. I really feel sorry for the poor employees who have to endure that all day.

Only ok as an emergency solution

Well, I think today was the worst visit I've ever had here... First they sell you a children's menu, only to realize when you're putting together your order that the main item on the menu is out of stock - the toy... But only after asking. If I hadn't explicitly asked, I wouldn't have noticed until I got home. Well, they gave me a little extra chicken as a substitute - halfway okay for me, but absolutely stupid for the kids, of course. But to top it all off, you realize at home that some things had been forgotten. Unfortunately, not the first time, but the most ripped off. Mr. Geiger, please make sure that guest satisfaction counts again in your restaurants, like it did years ago!

Disappointing Service and Lack of Customer Service During my visit to the KFC in Oberhausen (Augsburg), the overall impression was unfortunately negative. From the outset, the employee at the counter showed little friendliness or willingness to serve. While my companion's order was taken promptly, I subsequently had to wait about 20 minutes before I was even spoken to. When I asked if I could order, I was simply answered with a curt "Wait." After ordering, the wait for the food was another 15 minutes, without any information or feedback from the staff. I also had to pick up the food myself at the counter. It was also incomprehensible that my companion's meal included ketchup at no extra charge, while I was charged 50 cents for the same item. When I asked, no comprehensible explanation was given. At the end of the visit, I asked for a drink cap, which was handed to me in an unfriendly manner without any comment. In summary, the visit was characterized by unprofessional behavior, long wait times, and a lack of customer focus. Improvements in service and communication would be desirable.

No longer recommended. Especially not to order. Often you wait for over an hour (everything has already been ordered and confirmed that the driver is on the way) and then you get the SMS “The order has been cancelled” which has happened 3 times so far. In addition, the quality is no longer worth it for the price.

The shop looked pretty dirty. You don't get the food on a plate or a paper plate, but on a tray - like a dog. Even the trays weren't properly clean. The salesman looked like he wasn't enjoying the job. The fries were not sorted before preparation, so even the damaged fries were fried out of the packaging and served alongside the nice, clean and neatly cut fries. Only sweet drinks were offered - still water or mineral water was missing. Conclusion: For the money you could rather buy a ready-made grilled chicken with fries from the butcher and enjoy it like a human being in a real shop.

I'm so disappointed with this branch. I went to KFC on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. The employee was so unfriendly. I ask the branch management to blame the employees, how to pack a bag, even a five-year-old knows how to pack a bag properly. In the past, people wore hairnets, but today they don't give a shit about hygiene. The employees don't even put on gloves when they get the hot wings. I paid for the hot wings. I then threw them away. You can't expect that from any customer.🥵🤬

I didn't eat here. But I wanted to note that there is no parking option here. It's better to go to one of the other restaurants if you're traveling by car.

The staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating. I was very positively surprised. If it takes a little longer, the staff apologizes and sometimes you even get something to drink. It was truly outstanding; I hope the KFC stays open and the staff continue to be as friendly.

There were three of us and we wanted to order number 7 three times with additional coleslaw. When our number was called and I went to the counter, it was explained to me that there was no fork or spoon and therefore unfortunately no salad, I could use a corn on the cob. We canceled and left. I've been a KFC fan service for a long time - but sorry, service is different!

Honestly the worst experience ever... Completely forgot a menu, you had to repeat yourself 5 times because the saleswoman didn't check anything. Eating took forever... Only half the meat on the burger. So incompetence personified. Don't come back.

The best KFC I've seen so far, very friendly, competent staff who prepared our hangover breakfast very quickly. The ambience is Oldscool as if time has stood still. Another big plus point when waiting for the order was that free drinks were served. I will visit the store again on my next visit to Augsburg. 5/5 stars.

Fantastic experience at KFC on Ulmer Straße! The food was fresh, hot and super tasty. We were particularly impressed by the famous Crispy Chicken. The service was friendly and quick, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also impressive. I would definitely like to come back here!

👍🏻 The staff was friendly and the toilet was clean. ❌ The opening hours were incorrect (last Saturday, September 7th, 2024, the restaurant opened at 1 p.m.). ❌ I was particularly disappointed with the portions: The Hot Wings, Crispys and Original Bites were only the size of nuggets, which was significantly smaller than shown in the advertising images. ❌ The fries were also not edible as they were cold and limp. Given these negative aspects, I would hesitate to visit this KFC again.

Is a kfc. Meets the needs of satisfying your hunger but it's not a nice restaurant

I used to love going to KFC But now the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Everything is very unloving, a small drink costs €3.50!! Unfortunately the coleslaw is no longer what it was :( The tables in the restaurant were all dirty, even though there weren't even any customers there.

I always go to this KFC when I'm in town because it's just awesome. The KFC is very easy to reach by public transport, is usually very clean and you don't need to complain about the staff. The only catch: the price. The food there is clearly too expensive for what you get, but it's perfectly fine to eat there once in a while and you often get generous discounts. Otherwise, this KFC can only be recommended.

Super quality is no coincidence

By far one of the worst hotels we have visited. We arrived and were immediately told our booking was in the other building, which we initially thought nothing of until we saw the room. An old outbuilding. Room the size of a storage room. No closet, a rotten smell in the room, mold everywhere in the bathroom. The bed is probably just pallets with a cheap mattress. Consultation with the organizer, no understanding/accommodation. Absolutely not recommended at all. On the booking there are completely different pictures of the rooms that you ultimately get.

The last trash is the branch!!! We ordered for the third time and after saying “30-45 minutes” nothing was there after over 1 1/2 hours. When asked, they said “your driver is now driving to the restaurant”. Twice it took 2 1/1 hours, the third time it was simply canceled. NEVER order there, absolute disgrace, worst shop ever!

I go to this KFC very often and have never been disappointed. The restaurant was reasonably clean and well-maintained and the staff wasn't overly unfriendly. The food is great but too expensive, therefore only 4 stars, but still recommended.

Yesterday afternoon/evening I was back at the Kfc on Ulmerstrasse. As expected, there was a lot going on on Hotwings Tuesday. But still the employee was very polite and nice. As always, my order was ready quickly. Despite the amount of customers, the restaurant was very clean and tidy. I'd love to come back.
