Bin hart geworden wegen Crispy Cheese Burger.

Die haben eine fette Rutsche im Außenbereich gebaut und ich habe diese noch nie im Betrieb gesehen. Immer ist die abgesperrt seit Jahren kann man die Rutsche nicht benutzen. Was soll das denn? Absolut Kinder unfreundlich!

Nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Die Hähnchenteile sind inzwischen winzig klein, die Panade trieft nur noch vor Fett und die Preise sind mittlerweile völlig überzogen. Für das, was man bekommt, ist das eigentlich eine Frechheit.

Das Essen ist grundsätzlich noch sehr lecker, jedoch wurden meine letzten Besuche zur Geduldsprobleme und endeten immer in einer kleinen Enttäuschung, weil immer etwas falsch war oder fehlte. Vorletztes Mal wurde mir ein Upgrade (doppelt Fleisch auf dem Burger) berechnet, was ich nicht bestellt hatte. Gestern haben wir zum ersten Mal online vorbestellt. Als ich ankam, war die Bestellung weder fertig noch in Vorbereitung. Die Dame an der Abholung wusste von nichts und schickte mich an die Kasse (wozu? Es war bereits online bezahlt worden). Kurz bevor ich dran war, wurde ich aufgerufen - ohne weitere Info. Nach weiteren 15min hatte ich endlich mein Essen. Den Sinn vom Vorbestellen habe ich nicht verstanden, denn ich musste genau so lange warten wie ohne Vorbestellung. Als ich dann nachhause kam fehlten 2 Crispys - toll. Da ich nicht wieder mehrere Kilometer zurückfahren wollte hat nun KFC etwas mehr verdient. Zudem muss ich mittlerweile bei jedem Besuch sehr lange warten - mit Fast Food hat das nichts zu tun. Und die Pommes waren früher definitiv besser. Zusammengefasst: das Hähnchen bleibt lecker, der Rest wird immer schlechter und die Preise immer höher. Bei der nächsten Enttäuschung werde ich wohl ein paar Kilometer weiter zum großen M fahren, auch wenn das Hähnchen dort nicht ansatzweise so gut ist - aber wenigstens ist meine Bestellung dort immer richtig und schnell bei mir.

Alles war dreckig. Die Tische, der Boden und die Toiletten. Dabei waren lediglich 11 Gäste da.

Hähnchen hat nach Frisöse geschmeckt 3 Teile und 1 war nur Knochen . Kartoffelpüree lächerlich ohne Soße . Der zinger war zusammengedrückt und nicht im Brötchen drin .

einfach alles ist schlecht. Es ist zu teuer. Es dauert ewig. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen kein deutsch und haben kein bock. Man kann nicht draussen sitzen

Sehr ruhiger und schöner Ort mit angenehmem Ambiente und freundlichem Personal. Innen herrscht Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Das Essen ist lecker und bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Allen gut service und gate mit arbieter

Das Personal ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Manager sind sehr kooperativ und das Essen ist stets frisch und lecker. 10/10

Haben extra online zum abholen bestellt und gezahlt, nur damit uns vor Ort gesagt wird, dass das Produkt (Kebab) nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Frechheit! Sprit verfahren und Geld ausgegeben damit ich etwas bekomme was ich nicht möchte.

Sorry aber werde in Zukunft einen anderen Kfc aufsuchen Hotwings zum Teil nicht durch und vom Zinger Burger erst gar nicht zu Reden bei allen drei Bürgern das Filet nicht durch

Leider sind die Burger und Portionen ziemlich geschrumpft. Die buckets sind eher Show geworden, ds ist kaum mehr was drin. Die sog. Gutscheine via App lohnen sich meines Erachtens nicht mehr. Schade

Habe 10 chicken tenders bestellt mit pommes und getränk und habe nur die tenders bekommen! 2 von 3 sachen vergessen ist der wahnsinn. Ich meinte zur dame am register dass ich bitte meine pommes haben möchte, sie meinte dann sie bringt uns diese in ein paar minuten zum tisch. 15 minuten später bin ich mit dem essen fertig, wedernoch getränk und pommes sind bei mir gelandet. Im laden war sogut wie nichts los. Danke nie wieder

War nach länger Zeit wieder da, war sehr enttäuscht die Pommes waren labbrig und die Hähnchenteile extrem klein., Also sehr enttäuscht

Der Service war hervorragend und schnell!

Mittags kaum Gäste vor Ort und trotzdem über 10 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssen. Ein Burger fehlte der an unseren Tisch gebracht werden sollte.Nachdem fast vollständig zu Ende gegessen musste ich mir den Burger selbst am Router holen.Das in der Mittagszeit mit etwa 20 Gästen!

Essen war schnell fertig und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Die Pommes waren knusprig und das Chicken frisch. Manchmal etwas voll, aber insgesamt solide Fast-Food-Qualität und gut für den schnellen Hunger. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Toller Laden. Der Crispy Kebap benötigt ein bisschen mehr Liebe bei der Zubereitung. Vorne nur Chicken und alles andere hinten rein gestopft!!! Wäre eigentlich geschmacklich echt gut, aber Ihn so zu essen macht überhaupt keinen Spaß. Pommes waren einfach zu weich.

Der Laden wirkt sehr veraltet, das Essen, besonders die Pommes waren zu weich und leider nicht lecker.

My food wasn't ready, so I only got a cup, then eventually just the bites, and half an hour later, half-burnt crisps.

It's getting worse and worse! The value for money is... catastrophic! The hot winged things are getting smaller and smaller (I'd guess they're only half the size they used to be), but the price keeps going up. The restrooms are only half functional (the sign in the men's room says "You can wash your hands in the women's room"), not to mention the cleanliness 👎! I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

Hello dear management! Unfortunately, even one star is too much to give. You have four employees in the branch, including a shift supervisor, who are visible to customers. The employee at the drive-thru is knowledgeable. The new employee at the counter has no German skills; how can you leave her alone? She can't complete a single order without mistakes and requires assistance! The employee at the pick-up counter is also inexperienced. He starts preparing several orders, puts them on the counter, the items get cold, and so he has to handle each order multiple times and start over. The shift supervisor assembles the orders for delivery but constantly has to help the new employee. I understand that it's difficult to find employees, but please at least go to your customers, train the employees first, and then leave them to their own devices. This simply doesn't work! The quality of the chicken parts is getting worse and worse; the bones are bloody, but the prices are still quite high! I'd rather not show you the photos.

We were hesitant to go in because of the bad reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was relatively busy at lunchtime, but there were plenty of staff. Ordering was a smooth process; we had our food after 5 minutes. Everything was hot and tasty. While we were eating, a staff member walked through the tables wiping them down. We didn't use the restrooms, so I can't comment on those, but otherwise it was really good.

Today we almost got salt poisoning. We've never had so much salt and pepper on the filet bites and the Colonel chicken. You could only eat half of each. Complaining and getting a replacement didn't help if the rest was the same. Last time we were in Lechhausen, the products were just as bad, and they also had this weird-tasting cheese sauce on them. Yuck! No thanks!

Unfortunately, cleanliness is not a priority here, and the staff is poorly trained and therefore quickly overwhelmed.

The toilets smell awful. There's only one employee handling payments and serving, so the wait is extremely long. They give out 0.3-liter cups because they don't have any larger ones available…

Way too expensive for what you get. The fries are awful! The only good food here is burgers and coleslaw. The whole place is filthy and disgusting inside.

The food is okay, the service is abysmal. For an American chain that should prioritize customer satisfaction, we didn't feel very welcome. It started with the fact that when I ordered a bucket, I expected it, and when I complained, I didn't want to be grinned at and told, "What a waste of paper!" Ordering was difficult anyway, as the server only spoke broken German. Cleanliness isn't a top priority either. So, all in all, not a very pleasant experience. 😕

The waiting times are outrageous! 40 minutes for a few wings…

Ordered food at a restaurant. Waited over half an hour to pick it up. Part of the order was handed over after 15 minutes. It was cold by then. That's definitely not fast food. Absolutely unacceptable.

Food service takes forever! I waited over 20 minutes each time I visited. Only one employee handles the food service, even when the place is packed. The tables are dirty and aren't cleaned. Very poorly organized. 🫤

We ordered a Megaburger Box and added extra hot wings because they were on sale today. Delivery was quick, but everything was cold. First, the fries were in a small bag. I specifically asked if they were the large fries, and they looked at me, smiled, and confirmed. When we unpacked our burgers, they were the wrong ones. I went to complain. At first, the cashier was surprised, but then, after she admitted we'd received the wrong burgers, I got the correct ones. The burgers were freezing cold; only the tiny chicken patty inside was lukewarm! It's a shame to pay so much for something like this!

The food was exactly what you'd expect from KFC - 5 stars. However, no forks for the coleslaw, no napkin on the tray, and a 0.33cl cup for a large drink? I've definitely had better service. The restaurant was clean, but unheated (with an outside temperature of 5°C), which meant the food got cold quickly and made the experience unpleasant.

Very unfriendly. If you don't want to work with people, there's probably an assembly line somewhere where some of the employees here would be better off.

Worst experience in a fast food restaurant

I cannot recommend this branch. Very long waiting times (30 minutes) and unfriendly staff. We placed an online order for €90, and of the four chicken buckets, three were filled with soggy fries instead of chicken. Unfortunately, we only noticed this at home. We were really disappointed for such a large corporation.

One of the worst KFCs in Augsburg and Germany. Employees who don't speak German and can't properly explain what's available. The employees don't tell you whether you can have a burger or a wrap. On top of that, the menus are confusing because you can't see whether you get mayo or ketchup with the fries, since the employees themselves don't know, so they just ring everything up (it's not their hard-earned money, after all). When you ask and are told to pay for the wrong mayo packets because the employees apparently don't read or look at the order, that's the last straw. To get such poor service, including cold food, at these prices is an outrage. You're better off getting two half-chickens from a stand and some homemade fries; it's cheaper, hot, and, most importantly, tastes better. Therefore, after my third attempt at KFC – never, ever, ever again.

Not convincing. I only went because my wife really wanted chicken. The crispy chicken breast is a classic, and it's good. Everything else is either out of date or very expensive for fast food. The concept is completely outdated.

One of the worst places I know. Dirty inside and out, both in the restaurant and in the restrooms. The food takes some getting used to. The restrooms are from the 90s and are dirty. Everything's broken. It's terrible how anyone can still exist here. The prices are really expensive. The burger cost €7 and was really poorly prepared. It was cold and the taste was questionable. Never again!

The offer wasn't ready, the wait was too long, and the staff weren't particularly friendly. Not again.

Food delicious, shop dirty, service can hardly speak German

This was our second time there. The hot wings were fresh and hot, my husband's burger was delicious, but the fries weren't cooked this time. The cashier was nice, but there was a language barrier. Three people came over, talking loudly on their phones over the speakerphone, so we sat further away. After a while, I approached them and asked them to keep their voices down so they could enjoy their food. This was then possible, albeit with some apology.

Zero stars would be too much! Two hours after eating, I'm sitting on the bowl with diarrhea and terrible stomach pain – absolutely disgusting. The stuff they sell as food is dry, inedible, and you could use the rolls as weapons, they're so hard. I've rarely seen such a mess – food inspection is needed immediately! An absolute disgrace and a disgrace!!!"

I often enjoy going to the fast food chain KFC. I've been there countless times in different countries and cities. But this one was truly top-notch. From the cleanliness to the friendliness of the employees. The food was truly amazingly delicious.

Food ok. Chairs are already very worn out. (One point deducted) The waiter had to ask a colleague about offering vegetarian menus because they were not labeled. Order only at checkout. No terminal. (Total one point deducted) Free WiFi available. As well as refill for drinks. You can take your own napkins and drinking straws (cardboard).

I rarely get fast food, and today's experience confirms that. The fries were terrible, I ordered three chicken pieces for almost €10, and I got three hot wings. Drive-thru, my mistake, also my mistake for not asking for the receipt.

The wait at the drive-thru was unacceptably long. And this was the third (and, for me, last) time.

Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Hot wings day (5 for €2.99). The wings were freshly fried, there was no wait, and the restaurant was almost empty.

Well, two Zinger burgers, three hot wings, and small fries with a Coke cost €20. The employee was slow and forgot one of the two burgers, which was then refilled while I was still eating. I can overlook that, but it gave me a stomach ache and diarrhea later! Unfortunately, that was my last visit. On the positive side, the restaurant itself was clean, and you can refill your drink for free!

No real hygiene, the place looked disastrous. Some of the employees were rude... There were six of us there... and they were upset about how much we ordered. So, it was a truly unpleasant visit. The burgers were tasty, but the fries were simply soggy and unsalted...

The food was good. Service was OK. The entire restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. The floor and tables looked clean, but all the surfaces were sticky, including the floors, tables, chair backs, upholstery, etc. Not a hygienic place in my opinion.

Friday evening, 10:00 PM, nothing going on. Drinks were empty, had to call twice before they refilled. Fries were just old and disgusting. No salt... Service was very unfriendly, and the employee simply couldn't understand me. Not recommended!!!

Actually better than expected with the pieces of chicken being really big and the Thursday special a great deal imo. I couldn't finish it all in one go! So I'll have chicken breakfast :) I love that they're open so late as well. Super friendly lady at the cashier.

Always very friendly and quick service. Every now and then there's something free, e.g. E.g. coffee, cappuccino, etc. So every now and then when I have to go to Augsburg, it's definitely a point where I always go out for something to eat

6.90 for a Zingerburger with a bun twice the size of the meat. It's just a rip-off: the company should find a dedicated franchisee again...

The Lsden is no longer recommended; we used to enjoy it. Food was cold, staff too stupid and unfriendly. It's a shame we don't come anymore. We're going somewhere else now.

It was around 11:30 p.m., and the people working there were playing all kinds of music at a very loud volume. It was like being in a monkey enclosure. When I asked if they could turn the music down, they turned it down for five minutes and then turned it up all the way again. The fries had apparently just been freshly made, but they were still cold, and the young men were very unfriendly. 2 stars for the food because the packaged coleslaw was great.

The playground and slide are constantly closed. As long as there are long lines, nothing will change. It's best to avoid this place.

Everything smells dirty and they gave me a hot wing but I was supposed to get three, they said I'd already eaten two.

KFC, you really don't need to go there anymore. The chicken pieces were okay, but that was it. The fries were soggy, my wife's Sängerin classic was lukewarm, and the Pepsi, just Pepsi, almost no carbonation, even though it was carefully limited. Our decision: KFC won't see us again, and rightly so after the scandal in Denmark. This is completely unacceptable.

I couldn't really complain about my visit. The staff were friendly, the food took a while to arrive, but at least it came hot. The hot wings were standard KFC quality, which was also very good. Overall, I can't complain about the visit. (Restrooms were available, even if they weren't the cleanest.)

I was there 15 minutes ago (Saturday evening, 7:30 p.m.), and after explaining five times in the drive-thru which voucher I wanted, I thought everything was fine. Until, upon opening my order, the filet bites I'd originally ordered had been replaced with mere hot wings. Since this is a result of pure incompetence on the part of the employees, I recommend not visiting this restaurant! Anything above 1 star is a lie.

We cycled from Fischbach to the KFC store and were absolutely pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and cheerful – that really made our visit special. The food was delicious and fresh, as expected. Many thanks to the great team there – we'll be back!

The play slide was closed. We came specifically to eat and the children played on the slide. But it was closed, which made us very upset and spoiled our mood. Please warn us in advance about such inconveniences.
