I ordered for my all family on kfc drive and they didn’t put burgers also zinger burger Menu complete missing I ordered but they didn’t put .there also 2 burgers missing from Bucket L .Also one fries 🍟 missing from wings box .I spent 59 euros for nothing

This was our second time there. The hot wings were fresh and hot, my husband's burger was delicious, but the fries weren't cooked this time. The cashier was nice, but there was a language barrier. Three people came over, talking loudly on their phones over the speakerphone, so we sat further away. After a while, I approached them and asked them to keep their voices down so they could enjoy their food. This was then possible, albeit with some apology.

Zero stars would be too much! Two hours after eating, I'm sitting on the bowl with diarrhea and terrible stomach pain – absolutely disgusting. The stuff they sell as food is dry, inedible, and you could use the rolls as weapons, they're so hard. I've rarely seen such a mess – food inspection is needed immediately! I often enjoy going to the fast food chain KFC. I've been there countless times in different countries and cities. But this one was truly top-notch. From the cleanliness to the friendliness of the employees. The food was truly amazingly delicious.

I rarely get fast food, and today's experience confirms that. The fries were terrible, I ordered three chicken pieces for almost €10, and I got three hot wings. Drive-thru, my mistake, also my mistake for not asking for the receipt.

Food ok. Chairs are already very worn out. (One point deducted) The waiter had to ask a colleague about offering vegetarian menus because they were not labeled. Order only at checkout. No terminal. (Total one point deducted) Free WiFi available. As well as refill for drinks. You can take your own napkins and drinking straws (cardboard).

The wait at the drive-thru was unacceptably long. And this was the third (and, for me, last) time.

Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Hot wings day (5 for €2.99). The wings were freshly fried, there was no wait, and the restaurant was almost empty.

Easy to reach, sufficient parking, plenty of staff who work quickly.

Well, two Zinger burgers, three hot wings, and small fries with a Coke cost €20. The employee was slow and forgot one of the two burgers, which was then refilled while I was still eating. Actually better than expected with the pieces of chicken being really big and the Thursday special a great deal imo. I couldn't finish it all in one go! So I'll have chicken breakfast :) I love that they're open so late as well. Super friendly lady at the cashier.

Always very friendly and quick service. Every now and then there's something free, e.g. E.g. coffee, cappuccino, etc. So every now and then when I have to go to Augsburg, it's definitely a point where I always go out for something to eat

It was around 11:30 p.m., and the people working there were playing all kinds of music at a very loud volume. It was like being in a monkey enclosure. When I asked if they could turn the music down, they turned it down for five minutes and then turned it up all the way again. The fries had apparently just been freshly made, but they were still cold, and the young men were very unfriendly. 2 stars for the food because the packaged coleslaw was great.

We cycled from Fischbach to the KFC store and were absolutely pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and cheerful – that really made our visit special. The food was delicious and fresh, as expected. Many thanks to the great team there – we'll be back!

I waited forever for the food and was treated rudely when I asked how long it would take! After half an hour! The drinks were just water and tasted bad. The food was old and tasted like cardboard.

Hello, After a nice evening of bowling, we decided to go to KFC. Unfortunately, it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience. The food is quite expensive compared to other fast food chains, and there were no ordering screens, which made the ordering process much more difficult. This quickly made the queue quite long. Additionally, during our visit we were approached by a religious woman who honored us with a religious speech. She even sat down at the table with us and wanted to invite us to a church service - that was really disturbing. We were in this KFC branch again. Unfortunately we weren't thrilled. We only got small hot wings, something like that has never happened to us in other KFC branches and they weren't even really hot. Tables are wiped with the same rags as drink stations. Tables are not cleaned. You can run your finger over a table like that and you can feel this film.
