Very friendly staff at the checkout and the food is delicious, we love coming here.

This is a complete disgrace! Half of the delivery was missing and still hasn't arrived after two hours! The customer service is absolutely terrible!

Unfortunately, it's not always due to the chicken. It's happened quite a few times.

The food was okay, but the service was abysmal. For an American chain that should prioritize customer satisfaction, we didn't feel very welcome. It started with the fact that when I ordered a bucket, I expected it, and when I complained, I didn't want to be grinned at and told, "What a waste of paper!" Ordering was difficult anyway, as the server only spoke broken German. Cleanliness isn't exactly a top priority either. So, all in all, not a very pleasant experience. 😕

The food was exactly what you'd expect from KFC - 5 stars. However, no forks for the coleslaw, no napkin on the tray, and a 0.33cl cup for a large drink? I've definitely had better service. The restaurant was clean, but unheated (with an outside temperature of 5°C), which meant the food got cold quickly and made the experience unpleasant.

Very unfriendly. If you don't want to work with people, there's probably an assembly line somewhere where some of the employees here would be better off.

I cannot recommend this branch. Very long waiting times (30 minutes) and unfriendly staff. We placed an online order for €90, and of the four chicken buckets, three were filled with soggy fries instead of chicken. Unfortunately, we only noticed this at home. We were really disappointed for such a large corporation.

Worst experience in a fast food restaurant

One of the worst KFCs in Augsburg and Germany. Employees who don't speak German and can't properly explain what's available. The employees don't tell you whether you can have a burger or a wrap. On top of that, the menus are confusing because you can't see whether you get mayo or ketchup with the fries, since the employees themselves don't know, so they just ring everything up (it's not their hard-earned money, after all). When you ask and are told to pay for the wrong mayo packets because the employees apparently don't read or look at the order, that's the last straw. To get such poor service, including cold food, at these prices is an outrage. You're better off getting two half-chickens from a stand and some homemade fries; it's cheaper, hot, and, most importantly, tastes better. Therefore, after my third attempt at KFC – never, ever, ever again.

Not convincing. I only went because my wife really wanted chicken. The crispy chicken breast is a classic, and it's good. Everything else is either out of date or very expensive for fast food. The concept is completely outdated.

One of the worst places I know. Dirty inside and out, both in the restaurant and in the restrooms. The food takes some getting used to. The restrooms are from the 90s and are dirty. Everything's broken. It's terrible how anyone can still exist here. The prices are really expensive. The burger cost €7 and was really poorly prepared. It was cold and the taste was questionable. Never again!

Food delicious, shop dirty, service can hardly speak German

This was our second time there. The hot wings were fresh and hot, my husband's burger was delicious, but the fries weren't cooked this time. The cashier was nice, but there was a language barrier. Three people came over, talking loudly on their phones over the speakerphone, so we sat further away. After a while, I approached them and asked them to keep their voices down so they could enjoy their food. This was then possible, albeit with some apology.

Zero stars would be too much! Two hours after eating, I'm sitting on the bowl with diarrhea and terrible stomach pain – absolutely disgusting. The stuff they sell as food is dry, inedible, and you could use the rolls as weapons, they're so hard. I've rarely seen such a mess – food inspection is needed immediately! An absolute disgrace and a disgrace!!!"

I often enjoy going to the fast food chain KFC. I've been there countless times in different countries and cities. But this one was truly top-notch. From the cleanliness to the friendliness of the employees. The food was truly amazingly delicious.

Food ok. Chairs are already very worn out. (One point deducted) The waiter had to ask a colleague about offering vegetarian menus because they were not labeled. Order only at checkout. No terminal. (Total one point deducted) Free WiFi available. As well as refill for drinks. You can take your own napkins and drinking straws (cardboard).

I rarely get fast food, and today's experience confirms that. The fries were terrible, I ordered three chicken pieces for almost €10, and I got three hot wings. Drive-thru, my mistake, also my mistake for not asking for the receipt.

The wait at the drive-thru was unacceptably long. And this was the third (and, for me, last) time.

Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Hot wings day (5 for €2.99). The wings were freshly fried, there was no wait, and the restaurant was almost empty.

Well, two Zinger burgers, three hot wings, and small fries with a Coke cost €20. The employee was slow and forgot one of the two burgers, which was then refilled while I was still eating. I can overlook that, but it gave me a stomach ache and diarrhea later! Unfortunately, that was my last visit. On the positive side, the restaurant itself was clean, and you can refill your drink for free!

No real hygiene, the place looked disastrous. Some of the employees were rude... There were six of us there... and they were upset about how much we ordered. So, it was a truly unpleasant visit. The burgers were tasty, but the fries were simply soggy and unsalted...

The food was good. Service was OK. The entire restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. The floor and tables looked clean, but all the surfaces were sticky, including the floors, tables, chair backs, upholstery, etc. Not a hygienic place in my opinion.

Friday evening, 10:00 PM, nothing going on. Drinks were empty, had to call twice before they refilled. Fries were just old and disgusting. No salt... Service was very unfriendly, and the employee simply couldn't understand me. Not recommended!!!

Actually better than expected with the pieces of chicken being really big and the Thursday special a great deal imo. I couldn't finish it all in one go! So I'll have chicken breakfast :) I love that they're open so late as well. Super friendly lady at the cashier.

Always very friendly and quick service. Every now and then there's something free, e.g. E.g. coffee, cappuccino, etc. So every now and then when I have to go to Augsburg, it's definitely a point where I always go out for something to eat

6.90 for a Zingerburger with a bun twice the size of the meat. It's just a rip-off: the company should find a dedicated franchisee again...

The Lsden is no longer recommended; we used to enjoy it. Food was cold, staff too stupid and unfriendly. It's a shame we don't come anymore. We're going somewhere else now.

It was around 11:30 p.m., and the people working there were playing all kinds of music at a very loud volume. It was like being in a monkey enclosure. When I asked if they could turn the music down, they turned it down for five minutes and then turned it up all the way again. The fries had apparently just been freshly made, but they were still cold, and the young men were very unfriendly. 2 stars for the food because the packaged coleslaw was great.

The playground and slide are constantly closed. As long as there are long lines, nothing will change. It's best to avoid this place.

KFC, you really don't need to go there anymore. The chicken pieces were okay, but that was it. The fries were soggy, my wife's Sängerin classic was lukewarm, and the Pepsi, just Pepsi, almost no carbonation, even though it was carefully limited. Our decision: KFC won't see us again, and rightly so after the scandal in Denmark. This is completely unacceptable.

I was there 15 minutes ago (Saturday evening, 7:30 p.m.), and after explaining five times in the drive-thru which voucher I wanted, I thought everything was fine. Until, upon opening my order, the filet bites I'd originally ordered had been replaced with mere hot wings. Since this is a result of pure incompetence on the part of the employees, I recommend not visiting this restaurant! Anything above 1 star is a lie.

We cycled from Fischbach to the KFC store and were absolutely pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and cheerful – that really made our visit special. The food was delicious and fresh, as expected. Many thanks to the great team there – we'll be back!

Waiting for almost 30 minutes and nothing is happening. A customer has been waiting for an hour and has already complained, received a refund, and left. The food arrived incorrectly, with the sauce and topping missing.

I waited forever for the food and was treated rudely when I asked how long it would take! After half an hour! The drinks were just water and tasted bad. The food was old and tasted like cardboard.

I didn't have a good experience here. I've been here several times and I've always been disappointed! The fries were raw, the burger fell apart in my hand, the drink machines were broken, and some were defective.

I ordered food from this KFC last night and everything arrived on time, so far so good. However, after we ate, I suddenly felt really sick. I then had to vomit almost continuously until the early hours of the morning. My stomach itself is still extremely irritated. I haven't had one at any KFC yet and I've been to one very often. I'm really mad!! Had zinger menu and burger box. The chicken in burger was half the size of the bun, the 3 wings were rather mini. When I complained to the employee, she shrugged her shoulders and wasn't really helpful. I got a new burger that was a little better. Although there wasn't much going on, the tables weren't cleaned and the chairs were full of crumbs. I often eat at KFC lately and I've found the professionalism lacking. Cashiers lack German language, problem solution 0. The customer has to give in.

Dispensing drinks... Everything just wasn't clean there either. The whole counter, someone actually wiped it once, probably before we came... I have no idea what, it was all completely smeared. If I had read what the previous speakers said, I wouldn't have ended up there yesterday. Things used to be great. And if the operator read it, he might change something.

Hello, After a nice evening of bowling, we decided to go to KFC. Unfortunately, it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience. The food is quite expensive compared to other fast food chains, and there were no ordering screens, which made the ordering process much more difficult. This quickly made the queue quite long. Additionally, during our visit we were approached by a religious woman who honored us with a religious speech. She even sat down at the table with us and wanted to invite us to a church service - that was really disturbing. Unfortunately, the general atmosphere in the restaurant was also not particularly inviting

You're too stupid to place an order within 30 minutes, just leave it be. For the branch manager, hire people who are capable.

We were in this KFC branch again. Unfortunately we weren't thrilled. We only got small hot wings, something like that has never happened to us in other KFC branches and they weren't even really hot. In addition, only small drink cups are given out. It's a shame that it's now very difficult to find good KFC branches.

I have known this shop for 23 years. At first it was a great shop with nice service and a cozy atmosphere. But what has been developing over the years is just sad. Staff very unmotivated and bored. Food was also better. It was just as cold in the store as it was outside! Had ice cold feet and hands 🥶 so we really saved on heating costs. Will not visit this store again.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food was full of oil, not fit to eat, and was not crispy. The juices had a bad taste and were tasteless, just water and sugar. As for the bathrooms, they smelled bad and were not clean and disgusting. I will not come back again, and the amount is very large for the meal. Bad bad.

I was just at KFC in Pfersee. I don't know why they only employ dyslexics, but we had to spend five minutes debating with them whether the coleslaw was included or not - even though they were holding the receipt in their hand and it was clearly written there. Unfortunately, you cannot award negative points, Because nothing fits in this branch! A Family Friends Bucket was ordered to take away, effective travel time to the point of consumption was 10 minutes. The staff hardly understands a word of German, which isn't a bad thing, there are enough pictures and with a little good will it will work (I thought). Nevertheless, two out of three supplements were incorrect. The fries were completely cold and floury (definitely no longer fresh when packed). Almost all of the chicken pieces were moderately warm, the meat was completely dry and the breading was soft. Anything but hot, juicy and crispy like you're used to. If we hadn't been in a hurry, I would have brought the food back!
