The food was good. All drinks were out of concentrate. Apparently the hygiene of the tables is not taken seriously. A lot of the previous visitors were still standing around, the atmosphere was a bit dingy. The food itself was good 👍

The food was fine as usual. Unfortunately, the sift drink dispenser only came out with water and all the tables were dirty, smeared with leftover food and not cleaned at all.

Only got half of the food. The food was also cold. Staff sucked. The staff is the best example of rudeness. The toilets aren't clean either.

I forgot a sauce (basically no problem) but when I went to the staff and said that I was missing a sauce, it was literally slapped on the counter without a comment. staff are more busy chatting than picking up a mop and cleaning the sticky floors. Unfortunately, the toilets weren't clean either and it had been 4 hours since the last signature. Shaky tables and broken chairs were of course even more annoying. It was 5:00 p.m. and not too busy. So unfortunately I couldn't understand the uncleanliness and the unmotivated staff. Too bad

A visit to the Kentucky Fried Chicken fast food restaurant left me with mixed feelings. While there's no denying that the food was tasty - the famous Twister is always a treat, after all - my positive experience was marred by the long wait for my order. The half hour I spent waiting was clearly too long. In the past, waiting times were not so pronounced. I wish there were more efficient solutions for collecting orders so that such unnecessary delays could be avoided. All in all, the experience could be much better.

I particularly like the quick service, even at peak times. The team is always friendly and strives to create a pleasant atmosphere. Way too slow to wait half an hour for a bit of food

Drive in wasn't as good as going in yourself. During the drive in, people often forget things or save on the packaging and then throw everything in one pack even though there should be 3. It's nice that people are thinking about the environment, but if we ask beforehand we can make the 3 portions into one, it would be nice, especially if 1 person has to leave after 5 minutes to go home

If you're unlucky enough to get a small fillet, you'll pay €15 for two lukewarm buns with a bit of cheese in a run-of-the-mill "quick" restaurant. At least you don't have to buy a parking ticket for the 20 minute wait. Given the prices, that won't be long in coming.

When you decide to order takeout fast food on a Friday evening, you want to be home as quickly as possible. Of course, this is difficult to implement with a certain number of visitors on such days. After over 30 orders, including my colleague's, had long been ready, I still had to wait. After 15 minutes, the maximum processing time appeared to have been reached and my order was shown on the screen as "Ready for pickup". Of course I went to the pick-up station, but the employee waved his finger in my face in the negative and said "it's not ready yet". No "I'm/we're sorry, we need something else for the order". To explain: My order consisted of a voucher that included 2 chicken sandwiches, fries and a drink. After 18 minutes, the employee held out a cup in my direction and said I could get my drink. I refused and insisted on picking everything up when it was ready. He seemed to insist that I take the cup and became increasingly forceful. When he started to get aggressive, I asked for a shift manager who apologized and canceled my order. After 20 minutes, an employee came forward with my food loosely in her hand and looked at me confused. Fast food and service were away this evening.

The staff understands next to nothing about the order, but somehow it always works. Cleanliness etc. is also a foreign word... Unfortunately, as quality declines, it becomes more and more expensive.

In my opinion the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable. Portions were very small, but the taste was ok...toilet wasn't really clean. You could have ice-skated on the greasy floor... When our children were playing in the play area, mice appeared outside. The mice were on the outside wall near the stones (side where you can eat outside). Children thought it was great, I missed the food.

I have to say Kentucky isn't what it used to be! The quality is more than just bad! The price goes up and the rest gets worse. The last few times I thought I wanted KFC, I regretted it afterwards, just like yesterday. The coleslaw is now a disgrace! The burgers are simply inedible, the hotwings are more than just bad! And every time you forget to pack something in Pfersee, it's really sad! And the drinks, what the heck? 98% water and 2% Sevenup? That's disgusting, I drank a sip and threw the rest away!

Saturday, around 5:00 p.m., the chairs are virtually empty, a few customers are gathering in front of the counter. You still look and discuss things, then you order. There are no long lines, so ordering can be done quickly. Unfortunately, the employees barely understand German and although vouchers are presented directly, ordering is a bit difficult. And even though several orders have just been placed, we can pick up our food very quickly. (During the short waiting time we sat at one of the tables. We didn't want to eat there. The entire restaurant doesn't seem clean.) The entire meal was a disappointment! The fries were soggy, the crisps should have been fried longer, and the burgers weren't a special experience in terms of taste. Absolutely no recommendation! We have decided not to go to KFC again.

The same friendly staff has been around for years and the food has remained unchanged. After prices went up at all fast food chains, I can understand that KFC is following suit. The quality is even higher than the other two well-known chains.

Totally normal KFC as we know it. Sanitary facilities are mostly tidy, staff is always friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes.

I wasn't there but ordered via Lieferando.de. A bucket for 19 euros with hot wings. Delivery on time etc. everything was perfect. The driver was friendly too. But what I found in the bucket beats pretty much everything I've ever experienced. Several feathers in the wings. That doesn't work at all and I've completely lost my appetite. I will never order there again and I can only advise everyone not to eat there.

The only thing that's good about the store is the furnishings. Staff speaks Romanian in front of customers, leaving customers standing. Cold fries, cold burgers because the food was left on the warming plates for too long. We went to the store and ate there. Don't eat in this store again. 🤮

OK, now you've completely screwed it up for me. They don't accept AMEX credit cards... They're a huge chain and don't accept American Express??? Very shabby, I'll probably go to the competition after all. AMEX owners don't even need to go in here. A huge disgrace. Old review: Well, what can I say, the food is great, but the price just isn't right anymore... I love the crisps, they are so delicious, but if you choose the Chick and Chill offer (10x crisps) then that's currently 15, 99 EUR and therefore around 1.60 EUR per crisp, that is really a very expensive price for a fast food chain. I used to go to KFC regularly (ask my scales) but now it happens to me that I say "no" quite clearly and then I easily forget about KFC for a whole year. At some point I'll feel like it again, but the price means I'm no longer a loyal and regular customer. Maybe KFC will rethink its pricing policy at some point, because the store is nowhere near as full as it used to be. I'm excited and will watch what's happening a little longer before I feel like trying to put chickens on the list of endangered species again.

Where should I even start?? The service was really slow but nice. The Hotwings were very very very... small, tasteless and thrown away completely carelessly. The food gets cold from the switching back and forth. Since the guy who prepared everything may not have understood anything or may not be able to read or understand German. Hello folks. Anyone who wants to waste valuable time, suffer a nervous breakdown or be mentally broken has come to the right place. What feels like 5 minutes after driving in there is a note on a DIN A4 sheet saying that card payment is currently not possible. Everything would be fine if you weren't standing 100 meters in the driveway entrance with a car behind you and no cash in your car. Then the most beautiful thing of all. YOU STAND at the drive-in for 25 minutes and they manage to give food to exactly one person in 25 minutes. Fast food reinvented. Back then, not even my father broke me down with my math homework as much as I did that half hour without eating at the end. Tip: MAKE YOUR SIGN DIRECTLY AT THE DRIVEWAY AND SO BIG THAT YOU CAN READ IT EVEN WITHOUT A TELESCOPE AND PLEASE ASK YOURSELF AGAIN WHY YOUR STORE GOES UNDER THE GREAT TERM “FAST-FOOD”. Ps. 10:00 p.m., I had a real craving for chicken, so I made my way to KFC. Arrived there, no queue, one man at the order register, one man at the serving desk. There is not much going on. The usual dirt, tablets everywhere that haven't been put away, napkins on the floor everywhere, yes, that's always the case. I picked out what I wanted on the homepage beforehand. The man at the order, I show him the 2 boxes I want. He didn't want to give them to me and after a long discussion gave me 2 boxes from the offer. I was always a KFC fan, but unfortunately the offer is no longer suitable. The app is terrible, the prices are way too high and the spicy breading hasn't been available for a long time.

I'm very disappointed, I ordered the kids menu and there was still blood in the 4 spicy-tender Original Bites! That's not possible at all. I then went to the checkout to complain about it, unfortunately the employees didn't understand German until the foreman came and then gave me fresh bites. Won't go there anymore.

Not even if you try to order in English. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The seats and chairs are usually still covered in leftover food from former guests, such as fries or breading. You can also often find leftover food under the table. The drink dispenser is also usually dirty, so it's better not to put your cup down and hold it in your hand while you drink with your other hand. Quality of the food: Basically ok - good, depending on how you feel on the day. You also have to pay close attention to what you order. So last Tuesday around 8 p.m. (Hotwing Day) I ordered Hotwings (there used to be 6, now only 5). I received the following - see picture. The fries are intended to illustrate how big the wings actually were. Something like that is just a complete rip-off. There was almost no meat on the wings and after biting once or twice there was nothing left on them. Of course I could have complained about the food, but to be honest, it was far too unpleasant for me to attract the attention of other guests and explain to the lady with all my might that I had been sold more bones than meat. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer right and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. This has nothing to do with fast food either (waiting time was almost 10 minutes because the fries weren't ready). This branch tries to make quick money with poor service. Anyone who continues to eat here has only themselves to blame, at least as long as the quality and service have not improved. For €35 you can get better food in other restaurants, such as Grill & Chill on Kobelweg.

I have rarely experienced such incompetent staff as here. If the two chimpanzees had stood at the counter, ordering would most likely have been much easier and fewer things would have been packed incorrectly.

My girlfriend loves KFC, so I've eaten here a total of 3 times now and have been bitterly disappointed every time. Tables dirty every time, fries inedible, bacon hard as leather, quarter cobs of corn instead of half, something missing from the order twice, the chicken pieces lukewarm and a stomach ache after every meal. There is a lack of a supervisor who monitors what the staff is doing there.

What can you write about KFC? Not really friendly service, the place is so-so clean and the food is actually pure poison and way too expensive... but... it just tastes so damn good and I keep coming back, even if I hate it.
