First, our order for a chicken burger, which was properly paid for and noted on the receipt, was not handed over. Despite a friendly inquiry and presentation of the receipt, this burger was not handed over to us. The staff responded neither in a solution-oriented nor customer-friendly manner, but in an unacceptably rude manner. Any further inquiries were brusquely dismissed, which left a very bad impression. In addition, we received a Fanta Zero instead of the regular Fanta we ordered, without any prior communication or confirmation. Even when we addressed this issue, no assistance was shown. As long-standing customers of your establishment, we are not accustomed to this kind of behavior. We expect a certain minimum standard of service orientation, courtesy, and the correct execution of a paid order from an internationally renowned company like McDonald's. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met in this case.

We were cheated out of a chicken burger (even after asking, we didn't get one) and given a Fanta Zero instead of a regular one. The staff were also very unfriendly. We've now paid €15 for two fries and the wrong drink.

Of course, I threw the shake away immediately. For me, McDonald's is now completely over. The service is terrible, the speed is like that of a sloth, and often you simply can't be understood due to the language barrier. If you want to eat in, you should have a rag with you to clean the table, otherwise you might end up sticking to it. And the hygiene conditions in the kitchen are obviously a complete disaster, otherwise it's impossible to explain how something that doesn't belong in a shake gets into it. I just think it's a shame that I was already on the tram and couldn't resolve the situation there and then. In addition to this review, I'll be filing a complaint with the manager at McDonald's head office. Who knows what else the employees are cooking up in the kitchen. This McDonald's has been retrained in ALL areas: customer service, hygiene, everything.
