The worst McDonald's branch I have visited. The weird toilet system is unbelievable. You pay to eat there, but the toilet is blocked until you pay a 50 cent coin. And if you don't have the coin with you, there is no other option. A toilet is the minimum you expect from a restaurant. And after paying you get a 50 cent voucher for next time. Of course only if there is a next time with this terrible service. The waiting time for food is not what you expect from McDonalds.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and would rate it 3 stars. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing; the interior was not as tidy as I would have expected. The staff was relatively friendly, which was a positive aspect, but the most frustrating part was the restroom. It costs 1€ to use, yet it was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, while the service was decent, the lack of cleanliness, especially in the restroom, really brought down the experience. I hope they can improve these issues in the future.

Normal McDonald's with nice employees. Even when many people ordered, we received our order quickly and completely.

We showed up to eat on Sunday at 9.30pm. I'll start by saying that we close at 1.00am. We sat outside and there are tables. After 5 minutes one of the staff arrives and tells us that the room outside is closed... in the meantime Having received the receipt and booked the food, we went inside to sit in the upstairs room which was closed.... the bathrooms could no longer be entered, so the room below where the sandwiches were collected was also full of people... Moral of the story, 4 adults and 4 children ate standing up... I don't think the other side behaves like this... ....

I couldn't eat in peace because of the bees, they were everywhere.

Good McDonald's with fast service and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you with your choice. The food meets the chain's standards, always fresh and tasty. The place is clean and cozy with comfortable seating. The only small negative point is that it can sometimes get a bit crowded, especially at lunchtime, but that doesn't really detract from the impression. Overall, a great option for a quick and quality snack.

Visit on July 28, 2024: A lousy dirty shop might come to mind when someone wants to use the paid toilets. A truly shameful picture for a global corporation and the Augsburg franchisee. One can only hope that work is done more correctly in the kitchens! One toilet cannot be locked and the other toilet is missing a seat. As an added bonus, the opening bar is missing from the entrance door! Is the facility also maintained/repaired or is it just about maximizing profits at the expense of the customers?

Incredibly rude, slow service, our order arrived incomplete and when we complained we were called stupid and the rest of our order was thrown onto our tray. Service completely failed.

I'm actually very relaxed when something isn't as expected, but today I almost exploded. Another guest came with me right away and answered his emails on the phone, but had already finished eating. Then a security employee came and asked the guest to leave because he had already finished eating and threw the gentleman in a very uncharming manner way out. I then asked the employee whether he would do the same to me once I had finished eating. Nothing came of it except that it was a fast food place. To which I said, no one wants to spend 2 hours here and I had never experienced anything similar in a McDonald's. But I don't want to have to rush out of the fast food joint after the last bite. Above all, no one will order additional food such as café, cake, ice cream, etc. It's McDonald's loss, not mine, but I thought you were smarter. It's not possible since you're the only ones doing it. So I just go to other fast food outlets, where I can stay seated and order some ice cream, because I don't want it to be at the table with the main course (it melts). To be honest, I don't understand why the upper floor always has to be closed in the evening. The seats on the ground floor are far from enough for your customers. Sales shouldn't be a problem so that enough staff could be employed to keep the upper floor open in the evening. The cleanliness of the tables on the ground floor leaves a lot to be desired. It seems like there's no cleaning here for hours. I hope management does something about it.

Very unfriendly staff, drives customers away from their seats during the meal, even though the restaurant was not very full. Toilets also cost money for guests and are also very unhygienic and not maintained.

Very nice staff, especially at the counter. Good food, always freshly prepared. Staff very helpful in the lobby. Paying for the toilet is justified because the toilets are often demolished. You can redeem the coupon at the checkout or have it paid out. I just wish there were more seats. All in all a great restaurant. I'd love to visit again and again.

A standard McDonald's, at least with many terminals and outdoor area. You always get your food pretty quickly and you can almost always find a seat, usually on the second floor. The cleanliness sometimes leaves something to be desired and everyone sneaks through the children's entrance to the toilet.

Excellent. Bright modern interior, lots of self service and seating, very very fast service. There is lots of outdoor seating and great views of the square. There is an air conditioned upstairs with toilets but you have to pay for these.

Very bad McDonalds! Very rude and arrogant employees. They got the order wrong, instead of Sprite WITHOUT ice cream with ice cream and wrong sauces. When we said it didn't fit, we were insulted and the employee said "is that so important?" Yes, it is. Then he shouted and insulted us in front of the other colleagues and imitated us. Then he threw the sprite on the table and half of the sprite was on me and my girlfriend. VERY disrespectful. I hope he gets fired. It was probably the manager (man).

I ordered plant based nuggets but received normal ones. But I only noticed it after the 3rd nugget, which is just stupid because I'm actually a vegetarian. I then wanted to complain, but instead of being apologized for, they just pointed out that it was my fault because I didn't look at the package. I like how the animals are painted on the wall here. Hmmm delicious, what can I eat? Unfortunately a bit inaccurate, an oops must have happened, the shredded chicks, the antibiotics and the udder of the dairy cow were missing. A pity. Only a 5 in art here. Generally we would be kicked out of the upper floor to be given Happy eppileppi therapy (see video). Here I am missing the trigger warning for the barrier-free experience. Doesn't matter. One positive thing was that a man carried a door through the area. Conclusion: Always happy when there is no alternative and it is cold.

It definitely takes too long, it doesn't work that way 🧐 It sucks, especially in the morning. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Visit in March 2024: Unfortunately I can only agree with the previous speakers. The restaurant had not yet been cleaned at 10 on Sunday morning from the day before, i.e. tables stuck to the floor had not been washed. The upper area was cleaned but locked. We asked an employee to wipe the table and she did so because she had no other choice, and this was reflected in her motivational attitude. Somehow I feel sorry for them having to work there. I think it's a shame that after so long and criticism, nothing changes in the management of this restaurant. Of course, it's definitely not easy to run a restaurant in a place like this, but then you should leave it alone if it doesn't work out well.

Hello, I was there yesterday at 10 p.m. There wasn't really much going on but we still had to wait a long time. In addition, they forgot the glasses for me and my friend. The tables weren't clean, the benches were sticky and the food had been stored for far too long. It was hard as rock. Only after a complaint was new food prepared. The toilets are not free and also not clean. Never experienced such a bad McDonald's branch.

Here, going to the toilet costs 50 cents. The toilet is then completely filthy. Sticky dirt on walls, floor, mirrors, sinks...everywhere. There is definitely no cleaning going on here. Disgusting!!! And, as I said, for 50 cents.

We got our food quickly. But what is an absolute no go: even customers have to pay 50ct for the toilet. Although these can be redeemed when you place an order, that is of no use if you only want to use the toilet after you have finished your order. Apart from that, the cleanliness is subpar. Urine on the floor of the urinals, chairs sticking in the toilet bowl, another toilet no longer even has a seat. The whole floor is sticky, there is no paper to dry your hands, the soap dispenser is empty. This simply shouldn't happen, especially if you don't treat paying guests like that. I don't accept the excuse of "damage to property" and "public use". There are better solutions, for example using a barcode on the receipt or numerical codes.

Seit ewiger Zeit mal wieder dort gegessen. Cheeseburger sind echt klein geworden, und hatte ich leckerer in Erinnerung. Pommes waren super. Die Kassenzettel finde ich echte Papierverschwendung. Muss das sein? Und als Gast für die Toilette zu bezahlen, finde ich unverschämt. Könnte man ja mit dem QRcode der riesigen Rechnung lösen? Tische waren meist schmutzig. Kaum ein sauberer zu finden. Machte generell eher einen schmutzigen Eindruck. Natürlich war auch sehr viel los... kleiner Bonus...

Ich habe zu mitnehmen bestellt, zu Hause war ein doppel Hamburger royal ts, für 7 Euro, nicht da, also.. Danke

Meine Pommes die ich 5 Minuten später bestellt habe kamen 10 Minuten vor meinem Kaffee. Ich musste 15 Minuten warten und alle Nummern sind vor meine Bestellung gesprungen , bei Nachfrage kam nur, es sind sehr viele Bestellungen. Sie kann nichts für mich tun. Sehr unfreundlich und das Essen ist auch nicht wirklich gut.

Der Monitor hat als erstes nicht richtig funktioniert danach wurde mir Statt einer Sprite eine Fanta gebracht, kann ja mal passieren das man was verwechselt aber nicht wenn die Fanta nach alten abgestanden Wasser schmeckt und zum Himmel stinkt. Statt 2 Cream Taschen wurden mir 2 Apfeltaschen gebracht. Die Nuggets waren auch schon kalt und im großem und ganzen bin ich einfach nur enttäuscht worden. Aber die Decke war schön. Ich kann diesen McDonald's nicht empfehlen es sei den sie wollen enttäuscht werden

Vergleichsweise gutes McDonald's Restaurant. Bestellung und Zubereitung funktioniert je nach Andrang sehr zügig. Viel Umsatz, deshalb sind die Burger/Pommes meistens sehr frisch. Gute Organisation! Ein dickes Minus: Toilette 😵 Unüblicherweise werden 50 Cent genommen. Dafür erwartet man dann aber auch eine saubere Toilette. Genau das Gegenteil der Fall. Extrem dreckig!! Werde ich künftig meiden!

Die Tische werden alle mit einen Lappen abgewischt ohne mal das Wasser zu wechseln und auch das ganze Lokal ist nicht gerade sauber

Essen ganz gut. Aber Mitarbeiter gefühlt tot. Könnte selbst ich schneller machen. Mussten fast 25 Minuten auf das Essen warten. Leider war es auch sehr voll, weswegen wir ersteinmal ewig einen Platz suchen mussten. Haben dann einen gefunden. Der Platz war sauber und bequem, aber der Tisch hat etwas gewackelt. Alles in allem in Ordnung 3 Sterne.

Das essen ist wie bei jede mc Donalds auch, ziemlich gut. Was mir nicht gefällt, Personal. Die meisten sind voll unfreundlich. Wenn man Gutscheine hat, in der App oder coupon funktioniert es in dem mc Donalds gar nicht.

Ewig auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Dann waren die Speisen höchstens lauwarm. Dann zu Burger King und heißes Fastfood genossen.
