There's not enough seating in the restaurant, and the large dining room is closed. It's cold downstairs, and there's not enough room for everyone. They yelled at me and kicked me out. It's a disgrace; these people don't want to work.

The staff are extremely unfriendly and almost give off a dangerous vibe. As a customer, you feel like you're being treated like a criminal. Complaints are met with laughable responses. My fries were served cold, and when I complained, they were simply reheated in hot oil. Endless arguments ensued, and in the end, the staff became truly angry and rude. Food scraps are scattered everywhere, and when I asked them to clean the table, they just gave it a half-hearted wipe. The Arena Manager needs to address this, otherwise, unpleasant things could happen!

It used to be very satisfactory here, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly lately. Orders were frequently incomplete. After sometimes finding entire packs of nuggets or drinks plus sauces missing, we now always check our orders for completeness immediately. This is obviously annoying when you only notice it at home and shouldn't happen (especially not repeatedly). The atmosphere is unfortunately appalling. (Absolutely terrible.) From intoxicated and sometimes even drinking teenagers in the restaurant to a lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Eating in the restaurant is currently out of the question for me. Even the restroom, despite paying extra, is far from pleasant. No toilet paper and overflowing trash cans. I understand that during peak times, for example on Saturday evenings, doing a good job is very difficult, but I still hope that this criticism will be taken to heart.

I went there on November 4th, 2025, to get the nuggets with the three hot sauces that are currently part of the Spicy Challenge. The terminal showed them as available. Immediately after receiving my order, I checked it and noticed I only got one of the three sauces. When I asked, I was told the others were currently out of stock. Okay, that can happen, but then the terminal should clearly state that the product is unavailable, or at least the employee should inform me. Instead, they quietly and secretly just pack one sauce, probably hoping the customer won't notice until they get home and won't bother coming back. Very disappointing, I can only say. Edit: I've sent a complaint to customer service about this. Let's see if anything comes of it. It's not about the price of the sauces, but the principle of simply withholding unavailable products.

I was there yesterday and ordered chicken nuggets and a McFlurry from the machine. Surprise, they were out of McFlurry. When I asked the clerk for a refund, he rudely told me to leave. They charged me €3.99 yesterday... they should be ashamed of themselves.

If you want to eat in, you should have a rag with you to clean the table, otherwise you might end up sticking to it. And the hygiene conditions in the kitchen are obviously a complete disaster, otherwise it's impossible to explain how something that doesn't belong in a shake gets into it. I just think it's a shame that I was already on the tram and couldn't resolve the situation there and then. In addition to this review, I'll be filing a complaint with the manager at McDonald's head office. Who knows what else the employees are cooking up in the kitchen. This McDonald's has been retrained in ALL areas: customer service, hygiene, everything.

McDonald’s at Fuggerstrasse 2 in Augsburg offers a fantastic experience! The staff is always friendly and quick, the food is served fresh and hot, and the restaurant is clean and pleasant. The location is perfect for taking a short break after a stroll through the city. I particularly appreciate the quick ordering options at the machine and the short waiting time. Totally recommended for a quick and tasty snack in the city center!
