The employee probably didn't feel like working or it was her husband who doesn't know but friendliness is an important part of this job well the food is good but unfortunately you usually have to count to see if the amount you bought is there and with the hot wings you also have to check if it's the amount you bought it's a shame that you can't trust them I think I won't go there anymore but will go to another KFC it's much more pleasant

Honestly not my favourite food. Best thing is the coleslaw salad. Burgers were ok but nothing special and the cheese and bacon weren’t on the burger even though I specifically ordered it. Store in general looks pretty clean, worked were more or less friendly. Will not necessarily have to go back but ok for emergencies.

I've been very disappointed the last few times I've gotten food there. The fries are absolutely disgusting, so soggy you'd think they'd only been in there for 30 seconds. Then they tried to rip me off at the Drive-Thru because they supposedly forgot to give me the bucket that the Filet Bites were in. That's how it was with this restaurant for me.

We placed an order with you today at 5:50 PM via Uber Eats. The delivery time was stated as between 6:40 PM and 7:00 PM. At 7:15 PM, we called and were told it would take about another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we haven't received a message or any other information about the delay. The order is worth over €60, and your location is within 15 minutes of ours.

Very disappointing! We ordered from KFC, and the stated delivery time was just over an hour. After almost two hours, there was still nothing. No information, no delivery, absolutely unreliable. This is unacceptable – never again!

We ordered via UberEats at 5:50 PM, and the delivery was supposed to arrive between 6:40 PM and 7 PM. We called at 7:15 PM and were told it would take 15 minutes. We ordered a crispy bucket (10 crispies with 2 dips), 9 of which were actually crispies, and the last one was a breaded bone (see picture below). The food was cold when delivered - slightly warm.

The KFC is great: super friendly staff, freshly prepared food, all-you-can-drink options, and reasonable prices. The restaurant is very clean and feels modern, except for a few minor things, like some of the lamps and the crushed ice machine, which is a bit worn or even damaged. Restrooms are available and, compared to other restaurants that use Urimat restrooms, are tolerable. The restaurant has a drive-thru, self-service kiosk, and a standard cash register.

Really delicious food and, of course, very good service. Super friendly and mostly cheerful. I can't understand the other reviews at all. I often go to KFC and always go to this one. Above all, you get your food very quickly and it's delicious. They also offer a wide selection. If I could, I would give it six stars. Very good service, delicious food, plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, friendly, hygienic, and tidy. Super.

I took my whole family there because I was hoping to find a new chain whose food everyone would enjoy. The food was very bad. None of the 11 people liked it at all, and the adults all had stomachaches because the meat was probably undercooked and the food was simply unhealthy. But we spent over €100 on it :( That's really sad, man.

I always say I don't eat there anymore, but I still go back every now and then 🙃 I don't know, but maybe they should heat the meat a little longer, just a tip 😅

Delicious, crispy chicken, just like you'd expect from KFC. The portions are generous, the menu selection is great, and the food comes quickly. Perfect when you're craving something hearty. Friendly service and a clean branch – we'll be back!

Update 08/23/25 The store is a mere shadow of its former self. Gone are the days of delicious chicken pieces with their original breading. Instead, we've got dried-out products, whether wings, chicken pieces, crispies, or bites. Too much breading, dry, lukewarm, just plain bad. Plus, the service is no longer decent. Side order substitutions aren't possible, and the fries are soggy and lukewarm. Yesterday we bought two buckets, spending almost €45. No napkins, a whopping 1 ketchup, 1 mayo, and a wooden fork for the coleslaw extra. One star is way too many for this quality. And this is happening again. We live nearby and used to shop at this branch regularly. That's over now. Since the change of management, the quality has deteriorated. Quality assurance, as is usual in fast-food restaurants, doesn't seem to exist here, or it doesn't work. This was definitely a waste of money. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this store. It's Kentucky, after all; the selection is familiar. Shopping is convenient via the drive-thru. Unfortunately, not everything is always perfectly fresh and seasoned. Be sure to check your order at the drive-thru; occasionally, an item is forgotten.

When I ordered four burgers, two of them only used the crust instead of the whole bun. The burgers weren't even warm anymore... Unenthusiastic employees, who don't prioritize speed (unenthusiastic). At least the employees are nice...

Not a nice place. I prefer to avoid KFC Mühlhausen. We ordered a wrap from the menu. I wanted a Pepsi with it, which only tasted like syrup. The food was okay. For over €10 for a bit of coleslaw and a wrap, in my opinion, given the quality, ambiance, and service, it's definitely overpriced and not worth the money. I will definitely not be a customer here in the future!

It doesn't smell good inside. The guy at the cash register isn't even wearing socks or shoes, but rather has his shirt on and slippers outside. The chicken sticks are inedible. Soggy. The fries are soggy. No ketchup or mayo with the fries. No wet wipes. Disgusting.

I've always been completely satisfied. The service was prompt, whether in the restaurant or at the drive-thru. I was always satisfied. The delivery was also top-notch. Consistently good.

KFC was actually always my favorite fast-food chain, but I'm constantly disappointed by this KFC. Service - nonexistent. It's so disgusting inside and the atmosphere so oppressive that you just want to get out. And the worst part - the food. The fries and Chicken Crispies were completely inedible. Both were undercooked (see picture of chicken). The portion size is also a joke, as you can see in the picture. This is terrible and should be closed.

When much else is closed on a Sunday evening... Then KFC is the option. Unfortunately on the day there were IT problems so we didn't get the correct food, but it will definitely be different next time. The employees had a huge task keeping track of orders.

Great atmosphere. Two Lieferando delivery drivers are arguing over who gets to take what. As a regular customer, you have to wait. An obscure pile of papers on the counter represents X additional orders. The display board isn't being used, so you have to listen to the argument...

The food is good. That's the only reason we go there. It feels like there's only one small, black-haired woman who takes care of the cleanliness of this place. She also stands behind the counter and sells the food. The restroom looks accordingly. There must be some good people in the kitchen too, because the food is good. Dear KFC, fire the three guys at the cash register and replace them with employees like this small woman. Then the atmosphere will also improve.

Ordered via Lieferando on 25th May. Please be warned…over an hour to deliver locally, under-cooked French fries (inedible) and no full-size original chicken pieces in bucket (everything spicy). Unacceptable quality and service for the price paid!

The fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken pieces were also only lukewarm and some were very dry. For the prices they charge here, I could go to a "real" restaurant.

One star is too many! Dirty, unhygienic. The milkshakes we ordered were disgusting, they tasted like an old freezer! After the report, the pseudo-boss said that their milkshakes taste just as old. Absolute disrespect for the customer. He said he wasn't interested in opinions and that you could write whatever you wanted on the website. Avoid KFC unless you want food poisoning. Zero professionalism, you can only get sick in this dirt.

True, everything has always been okay so far, but last night I wanted to get something to eat there 15 minutes before work, I understand if there isn't much left, but the employee asked me what I would like. I then told her what I wanted but that wasn't available anymore and after 3 attempts to order something I asked what else there would be and she said give it 3 minutes because she still had to ask, yes there are only chicken pieces left. All well and good, but then people ran out with huge bags and got there 1 minute ahead of me.

Everything is very dusty and unclean. The food is delicious but there is too much breading and the toilets are peed. If I had a dust allergy I would pass out here

Unhygienic, outrageous and absolutely unacceptable Four of us ate in this KFC branch today and I am deeply disappointed. First of all, the order took all of 35 minutes, which is far too long for a fast food restaurant. When the food finally came, we discovered two long dark brown hairs in 2 Zinger Burgers - a clear violation of basic hygiene standards. We alerted an employee with black hair, who appears to be the branch manager, to the incident. Her reaction: She turned away without comment and served other guests as if she hadn't been told anything. No apology, no solution – just disinterest. When we then tried to get up because we were literally sick, a young, Arabic-speaking blonde employee shouted loudly at us in front of all the guests that we had to clean up our table. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but simply disrespectful. Since we had complained, she was watching us the whole time. I spoke to both of them again at the counter. The reaction of the black-haired employee was: “What should we do, it can happen” – in a condescending tone. No sense of responsibility, no regret, no insight. Conclusion: This branch has serious deficiencies in terms of hygiene, customer service and professional behavior. Cables hang from the ceiling, cameras have been removed otherwise the matter would have been on camera. Hair should be neatly tied back, kitchen hygiene must be taken seriously, and staff should urgently be trained in customer service or replaced. Such an experience is absolutely unacceptable - we definitely won't be coming back.

Three out of five had diarrhea and stomach pain after visiting this branch

The shop is dirty, there is rubbish and salad on the floor everywhere, the tables are not cleaned regularly, the food is always stomach spoiling for some reason, I don't know what they put in the food but every time several people have it With those I was here with, I wouldn't recommend brutal stomach pain or diarrhea.!

One star is still too many! The men's toilet is an absolute disaster. The stench is so pungent that it makes your stomach turn - you completely lose your appetite even before you eat. And anyone who goes in after eating has to seriously pull themselves together not to vomit everything back up. Don't you have money for cleaning staff? This is just disgusting and completely unacceptable for a restaurant. Never again!

The chicken pieces, coleslaw and mashed potatoes were quite good. Unfortunately the fries weren't crispy and a bit cold. The atmosphere wasn't exactly inviting and the drinks counter wasn't clean.

Absolutely underground... Ordered food as delivery via Lieferando. Ordered at 6:58 p.m. and stated a delivery time of approx. 35-50 minutes. It showed 60-90 minutes after ordering. 9:30 p.m. still no food. Call to the restaurant in vain, call is blocked or not answered. Never again KFC, never again Lieferando!

We went there as a family for lunch on Sunday. We purchased the Family Bucket menu. There was no similarity between what was in the box and what was on the menu. The staff simply took whatever they could get their hands on. The men's room upstairs was not clean. The hand dryer didn't work. I will never come again. Note: I have been a customer of KFC for many years and know what I eat.

My grandson (6 years old) is visiting grandma and grandpa. So far, McDonalds has been a must. I convinced my grandson that we should go to KFC. He really liked the food, especially the fries. I ordered 1x Super Deal Bucket for €9.99 and we were both really full. And, also important, the young lady behind the counter is very friendly and very nice. So: the future mandatory appointments are at KFC and no longer at McD (over the years McD has become a really bad dive bar, see also their reviews)

This team at KFC is simply great! Every time I'm here I'm greeted with a friendly smile and served quickly. You can tell that the employees put their heart and soul into it - whether at the checkout, in the kitchen or when serving. The order is always prepared fresh and hot, and even at peak times the team remains professional and well organized. I'm particularly impressed by the team spirit - you can see that everyone is pulling together to offer guests the best possible experience. Big congratulations to this great team! Long waiting times hair in the food in the kitchen was smoked

So I was here with my work colleagues from the late shift, and I unfortunately have to say that it was a complete disaster. The order went mostly fine. The ambience is also quite good with the glass windows. That's it for the positive aspects of the restaurant. I almost didn't see my work colleagues upstairs anymore. The lighting was a joke! Plus the drinks were a complete disaster. There was hardly any carbon dioxide in the soda drinks, and you couldn't taste the syrup concentration anymore. I alerted an employee to refill these. His answer was that the carbon dioxide is constantly there. Then I don't want to imagine what it was like for the other customers in the restaurant. In addition, the tray was partially covered in mold, which had also eaten into it (see attached picture!) and the fries were also very soggy and over-salted. The chicken drumsticks were satisfying. I don't recommend it in this condition. Please change my criticisms immediately so that a return visit could possibly take place again in the future.

I ordered 2.5 hours ago and no one is answering my call. The order was placed at 7:09 p.m. and then confirmed at 8:11 p.m.... And at 9:10 p.m. I get a cold meal. Just cheeky.

Absolute disaster! There are usually 2-3 employees in the store who seem to be so overwhelmed, even though most of the store is always empty. Noticed several times on site. Delivery is even more disastrous... Waited 2 hours for food even though KFC is 5 minutes away by car! Tried to call 5 times, no one answered. The food was then delivered, almost cold, after 2 hours by a dubious man in sweatpants who didn't say a word. Absolutely not recommended!

I am giving 2 stars for this KFC. Their service is like 5 stars because they gave me a free food when I face my card payment issues. When we talk about taste means I didn't like it anymore.
