Unfortunately, the upper floor is closed off in the evenings, which restricts access to the restrooms. The disabled restroom is still available, which I believe is illegal.

I work at the Cube Store, directly across the street, and regularly go to McDonald's for breakfast or lunch. I can't say anything bad about it, as I've never noticed anything bad about it. Quite the opposite: you're greeted politely with a smile. In the morning, it's clear that not everything is always running smoothly; in our store across the street, they're also just getting everything ready for the day. From 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., it's really hell at McDonald's! I wouldn't want to work there for the money they earn! Lapp, IB Zentrum, Dekra, everyone in the industrial area comes to eat! Waiting is simply a must. We're talking about food that's freshly prepared and can't be left standing for long. ``` Everyone calm down a bit, they're only human, in a business where not everyone can or wants to work, and yet they do a great job as a team!❤️

Absurdly bad McDonald's. No order arrives correctly. Something's always missing, or entire parts of the order are simply completely wrong. It's a bit like Russian roulette; you never really know what you're going to get (of course, it's especially funny when you try to order a vegan meal at this dump). But the biggest insult is that they don't even answer the phone anymore.

An absolutely fantastic restaurant! You feel welcome the moment you enter. The ambiance is stylish, cozy, and relaxed at the same time. The service was attentive, friendly, and warm, without ever being intrusive. The food was a real highlight: fresh, creatively presented, and of the highest quality. Each course was perfectly balanced, and you immediately notice that the food is cooked with passion and the finest ingredients. I particularly recommend the medium-crispy fries and the perfectly cooked M-Burger with the slice of cheese. The value for money is also excellent: for the quality, taste, and excellent service, it's worth every cent. In conclusion: A restaurant you absolutely must visit. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Employees ignore you, and your order wasn't processed until 20 minutes later, after you asked. It was quiet. Then the employee becomes even more rude when you ask them to please put the second sauce you ordered on your tray.

I tried to contact the restaurant by phone 20 times - voicemail. Filed a complaint with Lieferando - waiting for my refund. Terrible. Better not to order from them via Lieferando.

Absolutely disappointing! We received an extremely unfriendly welcome at the drive-thru – you immediately got the feeling that the employees were completely uninterested in their jobs. No smile, no "hello," just an annoyed atmosphere. Very unpleasant! Even worse: an order worth around €30 was missing two chili cheeseburgers and a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until we were on the highway – so driving back wasn't an option. For us, that was the last time we visited this McDonald's restaurant. That's not how you treat customers – especially not when you work in a chain restaurant, where quality and service should be standard. Never again!

Mistakes can happen – but if it happens twice, I can't understand why. You pay a lot of money and expect to receive the products you ordered. Honestly, this is just annoying and, in my opinion, a disgrace. It can't be that difficult to put together an order completely and correctly, can it? Fortunately, I got a refund through Lieferando – their customer service was, as always, very reliable. It definitely wasn't their fault. This McDonald's should urgently place more emphasis on careful order processing and customer service. This kind of behavior must not become a habit.

No, I went there yesterday with friends to eat. We were really hungry and wanted something to eat. We ordered and waited for more than 30 minutes. Most of my order was wrong. The burgers were simply missing. We complained about that, and then I even got a plant-based meal even though I hadn't ordered it. When our friends' orders arrived, they were also wrong. We complained about that, and when they brought them back, they were wrong again. They took the receipts. When we tried to complain, it wasn't possible because we needed the receipts. We didn't really want to argue, but we did it anyway. But they weren't interested. They said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely beneath contempt. This is a normal time for a normal restaurant, but not for a fast food restaurant. Fast food looks different in my opinion. Order wrong several times, you are sent to the side in the drive-in and sometimes 3 cars behind you get the food beforehand and you are simply forgotten. Never again, the employees don't want to work and it shows. I wouldn't have a New Year's Eve at this hourly wage.

I work in the fast food sector myself and know that sometimes things go wrong, but this was really too much. I ordered through Wolt and the food arrived. The milkshake was missing and Wolt Support gave me a refund. No topic can ever happen. I started eating and when I bit into my burger I saw something green. Pooh! I can't even say what it is but I spit it out straight away. Contacted Wolt support again and luckily they were very friendly and accommodating. Sometimes things go wrong but I won't order from here again.

- I'm here about 3 times a week and I always eat the same thing :-/ I don't like the standard burgers at Mäcces, but BurgerKing is worth it. Mostly land on nuggets. - Otherwise I really like the McCafe, but you can't really pay attention to the money - extremely expensive - how much does a large cappucino cost 4eur? If you take 2eur for it, the margin is already abnormal. The thing can cost more than 1 euro. It's still an (uncomfortable) Mäcces with an abnormal volume level - I'm not in a café here, so it's an impertinence to think you can price at café level here. - Overall, the price/performance ratio at Mäcces is generally no longer right. I usually leave with a bill of EUR 25-30 and sink EUR 400/month here. Everything has become incredibly expensive. Yes, there is inflation, but I still prefer not to see the margins, otherwise I'll just get upset. Less ADVERTISING + DIVIDEND and lower prices and, above all, more money for EMPLOYEES and better working hours and conditions, that would be something! If you need constant advertising for a business, something is fundamentally wrong. Fun fact: In 2023, McD sunk around USD 400 million in advertising and paid out around USD 6.2 billion in dividends. Hello, McDonald's is actually a very controversial restaurant with one or two myths or assumptions. I can only share my experience here: Today I was in the fast food giant No. 1 on my list and I was happy, the first thing I saw where I came in was 3 terminals out of order, so I was happy "Yay, even more queues" then true It was finally my turn, and then an employee came and simply turned off the screen and told me I should order at the checkout. Then the order was ready, I went to my seat and tried the supposed cola, well it tastes kind of strange... It's iced tea! I went to the checkout and complained, they rudely asked for the receipt and gave me a new Coke... But that's not the end! Then I opened my Chickenburger and thought, there's something green on it! Is that salad?! 🥗. I went to the front with the burger and complained again, "The burger is wrong, please read the label and the receipt without salad and sauce please." So I waited and got a new burger, I went to my seat and looked at it, there's sauce on it! I went to the checkout for the third time and complained again, after an unfriendly "fuck off" the employee gave me my old burger with salad. And all this for 7.97€ McDonald's? Is the money worth the unfriendly service?

Comfortably furnished and very clean. Eat the way Mc is :-) What's annoying is that the loud honking signals that the fries are ready, for example, are turned off very late - you have this background noise pretty much permanently.

First waited 5 minutes for 6 pieces of chicken nuggets even though the shop was empty. Then the sauce was missing from the tray. When I pointed this out to the employee, she just pointed to the tray and said, “It’s on the tray.” But the sauce wasn't on the tray, otherwise I wouldn't have said anything. Instead of an apology, there was 20 seconds of gaslighting and insinuations that I had stolen a sauce. Then I finally got my sauce. It couldn't be more unfriendly.
