McDonald's with very friendly staff. Fresh food. Nicely decorated, given the limited space.

I'm never eating there again, I'm not eating that rubbish anymore. Thanks, now I have food poisoning.

McDonald's isn't what it used to be. The price-performance ratio is inadequate. The portions are getting smaller and more expensive. However, the service deserves 5 stars. Friendly staff and minimal waiting time. All the tables were clean, too.

This time there was the wrong burger in the bag and the drink was missing entirely. Out of four items ordered. Seriously??? And unfortunately, this isn't the first time... and of course, nobody answers the phone...

I ordered a Big Mac online with double sauce but no salad... what I received were four burnt patties without sauce and a half-eaten bun... sorry, never again, and I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru... the restaurant was empty.

It's best to ALWAYS check carefully to make sure everything is included!!! It happens so often that items are missing... sauces, fries, burgers... every time there's a huge fuss at home with the kids, and it's getting really annoying, especially since you're paying for it. But the franchisee must be happy. It's REALLY ANNOYING, especially lately.

It's the same thing every time...🤦🏽‍♀️ You order something and half of it doesn't arrive. You call and complain that something's missing, and they transfer you to a number that doesn't exist. Very disrespectful!!

I ordered in-store, initially overpaid because the coupons didn't work (I ordered at the counter, not at the machines), and then they forgot something from my order. This isn't the first time I've been missing something I paid for. The staff are friendly, but that doesn't make up for paying more and not getting what you paid for.

An employee yelled at me because I ordered the wrong drink (I ended up with nothing).

How many times have I ordered at the MC Drive-In! We always had to wait and wait in the parking lot! And often the fries, ketchup, or even the nuggets were missing! The manager here changes constantly...and regularly...so the last one told me: Please come back and you'll get the menu again! But after three weeks, none of the employees, not even the manager, knew ANYTHING! SAD...

I didn't even get a hello back and I wonder if everyone lives on Jobcenter

We were really surprised. It wasn't busy, but everything was brought to our table fresh and hot! We weren't expecting this!

A bit hectic but you get the food brought to the table if you eat there

The worst order of my life. I waited two hours for the food, and it was already cold by the time it was delivered. I had no choice but to throw it in the trash. I paid for two drinks and didn't get any. There was no sauce or ketchup, despite ordering and paying. When I called, no one could or would help me. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Never again!

09/07/25 update I've deducted another star from my original review. To put it simply, it's gotten even worse... This McDonald's only gets 2 stars from me for the following reasons. Well, sometimes I honestly don't know what to think about various managers... but this one apparently doesn't have his store under control. If companies have internal control, this is definitely the best McDonald's in Stuttgart and the surrounding area. No control, you wait forever for food, it often doesn't seem fresh, the store is negligently understaffed. Record time in the drive-thru: 25 minutes for 1 McDonald's and 1 milkshake. You won't find any motivation here.

This MC is perfect for a family outing. You order, and you wait at least 30 minutes. Let's say if things are going well. Otherwise, it can easily be 45-60 minutes. Then, of course, the food arrives cold. Because it was prepared by the "chef" and then sits there for ages. On top of that, there's a lot to experience. You see other customers complaining, and a completely unprofessional (I think) store manager. He just stands around and has nothing better to do than put down the other employees in front of all the customers, yell at them, and treat them with complete disrespect. I recommend he change jobs! You'd better get involved yourself. All in all, I don't think I'm exaggerating, the worst MC in Germany.

I was there yesterday afternoon with my grandson and daughter-in-law. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in all of Europe!!! The food was cold, the cappuccino I got there in a small cup was also cold and undrinkable!!! Colored water with a lot of cold milk. The whole place is disgustingly dirty!!! The tables outside are beyond destined for the bulky waste!!! I immediately backed out of the restroom. Every motorway service station (across Europe) is sterile in comparison!!! And the staff behind the cash register, an older gentleman, hard of hearing, rude, and cheeky!!! The rest of the staff were completely unorganized. They were running back and forth, it seemed like everyone didn't know what to do. I waited 25 minutes for the food and coffee. I would have loved to leave immediately. But since my grandson really wanted something from McDonald's, I did it myself.

Terrible! I had to wait 25 minutes just to pay! The employees didn't make any effort, were far too understaffed, and not at all focused! Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.

We tried this McDonald's for the first time today and were extremely disappointed. The bacon we ordered was left on the Royal Cheese. There was simply no meat on the Big Mac; how that could happen is beyond me. The nuggets were hard and the fries were soft and wet. I can't give this place more than one star.

It looks unfriendly. The service is faulty and very slow. Waiting 30 minutes for three menus is far too long.

Stay away from the drive-through! It's a completely disorganized junk shop. It's supposed to be quick when you go through the drive-through. But at this junk shop, you should plan on at least 10, preferably 20, minutes for even a simple order.

I was served today by a woman (Asian?) who was rude and disrespectful! She didn't let me finish my order and just threw my order on the tray. There were fries all over the tray, and half of my drink was gone. I've never experienced anything like that at this McDonald's!

Totally clean, the ordering terminals are super fast and the employees are friendly and even have time for a smile and a little joke

When ordering at the drive-thru, you have to pull over immediately after paying so that the system that tracks the customer's wait time thinks everything is moving super fast. Regardless of whether someone is standing behind you or you're alone in the drive-thru. The employees then carry the food to your car.

Waiting over 30 minutes for a fast food order isn't acceptable in my opinion. Orders that came after us were served before us, and some had even already eaten before we received our order. At least today, unlike usual, every order wasn't immediately marked as "ready for pickup."

Most McDonald's have become truly abysmal in terms of the speed with which you get your food. This one is still one of the better ones. It's not as fast as it used to be...but it's okay. Therefore, it's my first choice in the area.

A good tasty McDonald's, but very slow. Even if you are alone in the establishment and your order is the only one, you have to wait 10-15 minutes, even though it is fast food. So calculate your time, especially if you come here by bus. The workers are nice, someone even speaks English, the food is tasty, the only minus is the time it takes to order.

Oh, if you have to wait 20 mins in McDonald's for food, then there is something wrong the way orders are handled. Nothing special, pretty regular with long waiting time. And yeah, you have to remind the staff about special goodies which come in different meals.

Today's shift manager (clearly recognizable by his clothing) repeatedly spoke loudly and aggressively to several employees directly between the tables. I personally found this very unpleasant and felt uncomfortable in the restaurant. I left as quickly as possible.

The most incompetent employees in the world definitely work in this branch. We ordered vegan configured plant based burgers via a delivery service. When they were delivered there was cheese on them. So we had to call and complain. The employee on the phone was very nice and accommodating, but we had to come by ourselves to get our replacement burgers because there was no longer a delivery service on site. When we arrived at the branch, new burgers were prepared. This time there was no cheese on it, but there was sandwich sauce, which we also had removed during configuration. So you had to prepare these four burgers a third time. I really can't believe what kind of people work there. 🤣

The man at the checkout was very accommodating, I was a little overwhelmed with the menus, but he patiently explained everything to me. Can't quite understand the negative reviews, as at least today the service was great.

I went to this McDonald's today. I have to add that I very rarely eat at McDonald's. My opinion is that prices have risen sharply and what is on the tray is becoming less and less. The Chessburger had no taste and was very small, the fries were salty and cold.

We were here with friends and our children. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our order. Ketchup, mayo and the toy were missing. Plus, instead of an apple, we got this fruit nonsense for dessert. Our friends had to wait even longer and their fries were missing too. Also, the dessert was swapped again. The cheeseburgers were cold and definitely not fresh. We are absolutely dissatisfied and will definitely not eat here again!

The 1 star rating is a current general criticism of McDonalds and not just this branch. The main point of criticism is the chili nuggets, which have now been reintroduced. These taste terrible. It may even have been processed incorrectly, it simply tastes old and not at all like the nuggets that were available last time. Several people in my environment were able to independently confirm this to me. McDonald's should urgently make improvements here and investigate the case. Unfortunately, the Big Tasty in this branch was also rather modest. The cheese wasn't melted, which is just not great. Too much sauce for me, while the crispy chicken was delicious for me, but not enough sauce... Overall, McD has unfortunately increased in price again, which makes it really expensive. In my opinion, the branch here looks more like a branch at the airport, there are only 2 seating areas on the ground floor, there is also a 1st floor. There are no numbers available for table service. Overall, unfortunately not a great branch, but I've experienced worse there. Accessibility by subway and by car is quite good.

We've been there 3 times now and our order has always been forgotten. And it took over 30 minutes, even though there wasn't much going on, very unfriendly staff. When we asked, our order was processed, but it took forever.

Worst service at a McDonalds I have ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes for an order on site because ALL employees felt they had to get involved in a Lieferando order. The guests on site don’t matter. And then answer cheekily when you ask why it's taking so long...then be served cold fries...to be honest...either close the location, no one will miss it, or replace ALL THE INCOMPETENT employees.

A cheeseburger was missing from today's order. The other three were wrapped in chicken burger paper. I had to check for myself what I had brought and explain to the kids that cheeseburgers were in there. A month ago a chicken burger. Two months ago the sauce. Guys, do you come to work drunk?

Worst Mekkes in Stuttgart! I last ate there 3-4 years ago. Unfortunately it didn't work the last 3 times because there was either a language barrier or I waited 10 minutes at Mc Drive and no one took my order. As I drove to the front, my colleague looked at me like I was a car and said I had to wait further and now I had to go back to the back of the queue. That was in January 2025. Before that in June 2024 around 11 p.m. I wanted something to eat in the evening and I walked in and there was some kind of private party from the employees... after waiting 10-15 minutes I still couldn't pick up my order and they ignored me and waved me off ..... An absolute joke. Ordered food and after waiting for 30 minutes the food was still not there when asked. When the answer comes, you should wait. Ordered takeaway food on January 6th, 2025. Unfortunately, some products were missing and not for the first time. An online complaint was submitted on the same day. So far nothing has come back. Very unfriendly employees on the phone. It's sad that you don't value your customers.

At least one burger is repeatedly missing, unfortunately it was only noticed at home. Employees are unfriendly, visitors are viewed disparagingly and there is obviously gossip. I've been there a few times and out of 8 orders, 6 were incomplete. Today was definitely the last time I was there! They don't deserve one star, -1 would definitely be too much for this McDonald's!

There was no more tepid apology from an employee in a white T-shirt. When my grandchildren visit, they want McDonalds. Otherwise I would never go to this really bad dive bar!

Disgusting and incompetent!!! Nothing works... you can't order at the terminal (everyone is broken), the cash register got stuck when ordering and hamburgers were made instead of cheeseburgers. These were opened again in front of me, put cheese on them and brought back again. The toilets stink like hell. Simply disgusting and not recommended.

Disaster the employee washes his hands under the soda dispenser with soda. Eating takes 20 minutes even though you are alone in the store. Customers who come in after that will be given priority. No air conditioning in the summer Employees sweat (which is human) but in the hygienic area you should try to have air conditioning.

All the time I was dissatisfied with the professionalism that is always talked about in the fast food restaurant chain, but I liked the food more because that is the only reason why I came to MecDonalds and an aspect that I can't understand, regarding iced drinks do you offer in OCTOBER? So I can pay the dentist thousands of euros later? Not already Heinz SCHMIDT!

So I'm here for the 3rd time in 2 months and the same picture emerges. If you want to wash your hands before eating in the men's bathroom, no soap in the dispenser and no paper towels. If you're lucky, there's a loose packet of soap that you can at least use to wash your hands. Now that wouldn't be as bad as there's a hand dryer hanging on the wall. Unfortunately, it looks like it's only there for decoration, as it doesn't work. I don't have to say much about the food, if you come here you get the same thing as everywhere else at McDonald's, something quick if there's nothing better. Regarding the service, I have to say that you could also throw paper towels on the tray if you already know that the customers have nowhere to wash their hands and the food is greasy. Otherwise, most of the employees are trying hard, some are friendly. Last but not least, when you want to hand over your tray and get to the cart, it is usually so full that even if you are a Tetris master and a forklift driver who is loading shipping containers with small items, you are still unable to fit your tray in it. Conclusion: Probably the only thing that works at least halfway is the MC Drive. However, customers who go in expecting what used to work at McDonald's, namely service, will probably be very disappointed.

Were there on Friday evening. It was empty. Ordered for €40. Burgers were cold, fries were hot. Nuggets were warm.

There was an endless rush, the shift manager was always friendly, courteous and helpful, the employees worked extremely quickly and had an incredible amount of work to do

Unfortunately the staff are extremely confused and take up to 8 minutes to place an order even though the store is empty. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. An employee could also wipe and clean the table... that's better!

The French fries here are always freshly fried and are one of the best at McDonald's👍🏼

Food comes in 9 minutes, it was still warm, but it was missing fries, cola and I ordered these pepper fries...I only got normal ones. I reported the errors and the manager checked (!!) that I wasn't lying or something (even though there were a thousand people in a long line!/ Also, the fries were unsalted and BigTasty was too old. All tables and benches were dirty. An employee smoked outside next to guests even though the other side was empty, no guests. Sad experience. We're not coming anymore.

Ladies and Gentlemen on [6.09.24] around 6:15 p.m. I placed an order online in your restaurant in Stuttgart Mühlhausen and selected it for pickup. Despite this pre-order, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. During this long waiting time, I was provoked and laughed at several times by one of your employees. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of respect for your customers. It is particularly disappointing that other customers who ordered after me also received priority service. Why is the pickup screen always broken here

As always, McDonald's here is simply great. Nothing is missing and the order is prepared quickly

I have to give some praise here. You actually think that all products in all branches taste the same. However, the cheeseburger here tastes exactly like it did in my childhood. The fries were super fresh and crispy. Full marks for the food. The drinks could be colder.

Food only lukewarm, the drink lacks carbon dioxide, the burgers were carelessly thrown into the box and when you first try to bite off the sauce oozes left and right over your fingers. I think it was my last visit here.
