All tables are dirty but staff are standing and chilling with colleagues, catastrophe totally dissatisfied!!!!

All the time I was dissatisfied with the professionalism that is always talked about in the fast food restaurant chain, but I liked the food more because that is the only reason why I came to MecDonalds and an aspect that I can't understand, regarding iced drinks do you offer in OCTOBER? So I can pay the dentist thousands of euros later? Not already Heinz SCHMIDT!

So I'm here for the 3rd time in 2 months and the same picture emerges. If you want to wash your hands before eating in the men's bathroom, no soap in the dispenser and no paper towels. If you're lucky, there's a loose packet of soap that you can at least use to wash your hands. Now that wouldn't be as bad as there's a hand dryer hanging on the wall. Unfortunately, it looks like it's only there for decoration, as it doesn't work. I don't have to say much about the food, if you come here you get the same thing as everywhere else at McDonald's, something quick if there's nothing better. Regarding the service, I have to say that you could also throw paper towels on the tray if you already know that the customers have nowhere to wash their hands and the food is greasy. Otherwise, most of the employees are trying hard, some are friendly. Last but not least, when you want to hand over your tray and get to the cart, it is usually so full that even if you are a Tetris master and a forklift driver who is loading shipping containers with small items, you are still unable to fit your tray in it. Conclusion: Probably the only thing that works at least halfway is the MC Drive. However, customers who go in expecting what used to work at McDonald's, namely service, will probably be very disappointed.

For the 3rd time in a row there were ancient Planet Nuggets, 13€ ended up in the trash because they were so hard and disgusting... Thanks for nothing!!

Were there on Friday evening. It was empty. Ordered for €40. Burgers were cold, fries were hot. Nuggets were warm.

There was an endless rush, the shift manager was always friendly, courteous and helpful, the employees worked extremely quickly and had an incredible amount of work to do

Unfortunately the staff are extremely confused and take up to 8 minutes to place an order even though the store is empty. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. An employee could also wipe and clean the table... that's better!

The French fries here are always freshly fried and are one of the best at McDonald's👍🏼

Food comes in 9 minutes, it was still warm, but it was missing fries, cola and I ordered these pepper fries...I only got normal ones. I reported the errors and the manager checked (!!) that I wasn't lying or something (even though there were a thousand people in a long line!/ Also, the fries were unsalted and BigTasty was too old. All tables and benches were dirty. An employee smoked outside next to guests even though the other side was empty, no guests. Sad experience. We're not coming anymore.

Ladies and Gentlemen on [6.09.24] around 6:15 p.m. I placed an order online in your restaurant in Stuttgart Mühlhausen and selected it for pickup. Despite this pre-order, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. During this long waiting time, I was provoked and laughed at several times by one of your employees. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of respect for your customers. It is particularly disappointing that other customers who ordered after me also received priority service. I expect from you a written apology for this incident and an explanation of how you will ensure that something like this does not happen again in the future. Kind regards Sandal

Why is the pickup screen always broken here

As always, McDonald's here is simply great. Nothing is missing and the order is prepared quickly

I have to give some praise here. You actually think that all products in all branches taste the same. However, the cheeseburger here tastes exactly like it did in my childhood. The fries were super fresh and crispy. Full marks for the food. The drinks could be colder.

Food only lukewarm, the drink lacks carbon dioxide, the burgers were carelessly thrown into the box and when you first try to bite off the sauce oozes left and right over your fingers. I think it was my last visit here.

So either the employee can't speak, or he's just generally unfriendly. Cheeseburger not even close to lukewarm, fries that don't deserve the name. Sorry, but I don't have to put myself through that.

The boss argued loudly with the delivery service in the presence of guests; for the few guests who were present, it took a relatively long time for the order to arrive. The outside tables hadn't been wiped, everything was sticky. It's a shame because the food was good, the fries were fresh.

I ordered a simple menu, there was hardly anything going on and it took more than 20 minutes until I had my order. The waitress couldn't do anything and the food gave me an upset stomach afterwards. Absolutely not recommended to eat here as I prefer to eat the dirt from the street

Staff overwhelmed/long waiting time/ McRib lukewarm like the fries. Chocolate shake at the beginning/at the bottom/with coffee flavor??? Otherwise the taste is indefinable. Neither vanilla nor chocolate!

Ordered today at self service at around 5:45 p.m. Number 256 appears in the display as being processed and then ready for collection on the display. So I go ahead to pick it up. The employee points out to me that the numbers are called out - so why is there a display? So I wait over 10 minutes and go forward again. My order has disappeared and the employee doesn't know anything. So you start again from scratch. Long waiting times and incompetent employees and a display that makes no sense. But no one cares what you write here anyway. A great modern well organized branch (irony). Unfortunately, exactly the same thing happened to me last time, so it's not an isolated case.

I had the best McPlant ever here.

An entire menu was missing when ordering. It's happened several times, I just thought it was due to stress and people can forget things, but I'm starting to think it's a rip-off. After a phone call to ask if someone could deliver the menu to us, they said we didn't have enough drivers and the employees weren't entirely motivated and simply didn't care that they had forgotten it. They thought that the boss would say so. It's better to find another McDonald's. You should think about exchanging managerial positions.

It doesn't seem to matter where you go, the cash register doesn't seem to actually work anywhere... And no matter what you order at the drive-thru, you always have to wait in the parking lot somewhere. It's almost no longer...

If zero stars were possible then I would give zero. Inflation makes everything more expensive, but there is no understanding that the citizens have become smaller and the price is still the same. Our food was brought to the table where the guy first spilled the cola, which was not yet carbonated. The nuggets were soggy and had probably been lying around for a while. If you complain, the only thing that comes up is that you should calm down and see if you did something wrong yourself. 32€ for miserable food, next time we'll get 3 kebabs, at least you'll get enough and you won't have stomach cramps.

There was simply a complete menu missing when ordering, i.e. citizens, wrong fries and the only thing that was right was the drink, great. Simply godless

McDonald's... you basically forget to pack something when you drive in. You basically have to check, park, run in and pick up what you ordered afterwards...

My review from 2 years ago was deleted by Google today. Someone probably doesn't want to polish up their image through better performance, but rather by suppressing critical reports. I can't say whether it's better today, but that's what we experienced back then. If you pay in cash, you won't get any information at the 'kiosk' that your order will only be processed if you have paid at the counter. That was the case for us and other guests. It's probably on the receipt, but everyone looks at their big, bold pickup number. It's fascinating to see some staff walking back and forth without doing anything while guests wait. Head coverings are only worn in the back area and the employees who are drinking walk around among the others without masks. People quickly smoke at the open door and then go back to the action without washing their hands. We didn't pack any napkins or drinking straws, which I assumed was because nothing was on display. The food was okay, just like McDonald's tastes.

Very bad food, good but you can't sit outside because the sun bothers you because there aren't enough parasols outside and it's too warm inside. Going to KFC is better and there are enough parasols outside at KFC

I was there with my children and had a larger order. This is the second time in a row that I've come across someone new, which isn't a bad thing, but now he stood there and examined the order for a long time, putting things in and out until the food was finally very cold. A really disgusting shop, the smell makes me sick 🤮. I didn't even go in to get some ice cream. What is this ordering system supposed to do, work on your own and then pay dearly? Update 04/21/2024 That's not possible, at 6:10 p.m. the delivery car races through the Bachhalde at excessive speed and then through the Tal fire station because of the driving ban. A good advertisement... bravo

McDonald's... delicious food, dirty restaurant. ..

You had to wait a very long time for your food. After half an hour I asked and then they started processing my order. Be careful of the parking lot in front of the restaurant. I was there in the evening and didn't see that parking is allowed there for a maximum of 2 hours and this is automatically recorded by license plates at entrance and exit.

This is truly one of the worst McDonald's branches. I liked going there years ago. But that's absolutely not possible anymore. The employees are very unfriendly and even more unmotivated. The self service stations are usually defective. Ordering at the counter is absolutely not welcome. I was nearby and thought I'd give it another chance. But afterwards I was annoyed.

Unfriendly employees, baseless threats to young guests and an unclean environment. Orders are also often mixed up or issued incorrectly.

Well, I think the food is very tasty, but when you order something you sometimes forget a lot of things.

Facility works, building very noisy. Extremely loud background noise when students are there. Parking is very poor, only for small vehicles and narrow.

At fast food restaurants you shouldn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to order and then hear "just a moment" - and then wait again... for the food! So didn't order anything straight away.

Hello first of all to the store manager in this branch, first of all I would like to inform everyone that no employee in this branch can speak German, let alone be friendly or say hello, say goodbye or courteous or know their manners!!! I wanted to order something in the drive with my husband and the lady who was working on February 11th at 7:30 p.m. is the unfriendliest person I have ever heard or seen. She also couldn't exchange a word with us. We had already presented coupon numbers and actually spelled the letters like we did in first grade. She didn't understand a word, we only stood there for 5 minutes for 3 coupon numbers and in the end because she was too incompetent she told us yes, the coupon doesn't work and she won't get it. Hey, what's wrong with her! As a service provider, I pay you to serve the poor guests who have to be served by such people in this branch. By the way, all I can say to the woman in the drive is that I can't help it that you don't speak German. Please take your mood out on yourself. -100,000 stars cheeky that you even have to give one star for such a review of the poor owner of this branch. You should probably look for new employees or work yourself.

Since a camera has been hung at the entrance, people have been paying meticulous attention to how long they have parked there. 2 hours are allowed. We were there for 3 hours. We ordered something twice during our stay. A fine of €40 arrived in the mail. Since we were there with two cars, the stay cost us a total of over €100. Submitting receipts didn't help, there's no goodwill. I would say that the price-performance ratio is pretty bad in my case.

Meine Erfahrung bei McDonald's war in letzter Zeit bedauerlicherweise von schrumpfenden Portionen und steigenden Preisen geprägt. Früher konnte man sich auf großzügige Portionen verlassen, aber heute ist der Burger kleiner, die Pommes sind kleiner – im Grunde genommen ist alles, was auf dem Tablett landet, geschrumpft. Die Reduzierung der Portionen hat zu dem Gefühl geführt, dass man nach einem Besuch bei McDonald's nicht mehr wirklich satt ist. Dies ist besonders enttäuschend, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Menüpreise im Vergleich zu früher deutlich gestiegen sind. Die Kosten stehen nicht mehr im Verhältnis zu dem, was man auf dem Tablett bekommt. Die Menüs sind teurer geworden, aber die Erfahrung ist nicht mehr so befriedigend wie in der Vergangenheit. Das Verhältnis von Preis zu Leistung hat sich deutlich verschlechtert. In Anbetracht dieser Entwicklungen überlege ich mir ernsthaft, ob ich weiterhin McDonald's als meine bevorzugte Fast-Food-Option wählen werde. Es ist schade zu sehen, wie einst großzügige Portionen und erschwingliche Preise einem Gefühl der Unzufriedenheit Platz gemacht haben.

Früher war es hier besser. Das Essen ist wie in jeder Filiale aber der Service hat sich verschlechtert. Wer möchte schon während er auf sein Essen wartet sehen, wie sich das Personal zanckt. Dazwischen latschte die Putzfrau in normaler Straßenkleidung zwischen den Burgern und der Fritteuse Richtung Feierabend. Lecker! Es ist auch jedem der sein Essen to go nimmt zu empfehlen, am Auto alles zu kontrollieren. Es fehlt immer was. Die absolut peinlichste Aktion die das Personal in dieser Filiale brachte war beim aktuellen Monopoly-Gewinnspiel. Da wurden doch tatsächlich die Sticker abgezogen. Nicht der komplette, nur der obere Teil auf dem der Code steht. Wie peinlich ist das denn? Habt ihr es so nötig?

Meine Burger 🍔 waren nicht so besonders lecker bin eher selten bei McDonalds wers mag

Genauso vergessenswert wie jeder andere Megges, aber das ist ja genau was ihren Charme ausmacht

In letzter Zeit habe ich bemerkt, dass die Qualität des Services bei diesem McDonald’s etwas geschwankt hat. Nichtsdestotrotz finde ich, dass die Qualität und Zubereitung des Essens generell gut ist. Zwar scheint sich die Beständigkeit kürzlich ein wenig verbessert zu haben, aber ich würde jedem empfehlen, bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen oder im Drive-In immer einen kurzen Blick in die Tüte zu werfen, um sicherzugehen, dass alles korrekt ist. Das ist natürlich nur meine persönliche Erfahrung und Meinung.

Wenn ich Salat bestelle, bitte ich um frischen Salat und das Hähnchen darf beim Caesar-Salat nicht fritiert sein. Der Käse ist schlechtester den ich je gegessen habe.

Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, als wir die Bestellung an der Theke abgeholt haben, habe ich gesehen, dass neben der Bestellung Soßen liegen. Und zwar die Gleichen wie die bestellten. Mitarbeiter drauf angesprochen, ob das unsere Soßen sind. Kann ja Mal passieren, dass man vergisst was einzupacken. Mitarbeiter hat behauptet, dass es nicht unsere Soßen sind und er unsere bereits eingepackt hat. Tja, Zuhause angekommen waren natürlich keine Soßen drin. Man sollte eigentlich davon ausgehen, dass Mitarbeiter einem die richtige Auskunft geben, wenn man sie schon drauf anspricht aber falsch gedacht. Sehr schade.

Recht dreckig, insbesondere die Toiletten, der Monitor mit den Bestellnummern funktioniert schon länger nicht mehr richtig. Das Essen wird auch immer schlechter, macht gar keinen Bock mehr

Sauberer McDonalds, sehr angenehm

Vor 10 Jahren habe ich schon einmal einen Post verfasst und folgendes geschrieben: "Ich war nun schon des Öfteren in diesem McDonalds Restaurant, aber ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Der Service ist gelinde gesagt schlecht. - Schmutzige Tische, Stühle und Fußböden. - Also ich habe immer min. 15 Min angestanden. - Pommes Frites = pappig und kalt - Burger = kalt - Bedienung irgendwie abwesend - Coupons gibt es nie" Heute 10 Jahre später sehe ich das Ganze nicht viel anders. Stimmt! Das Restaurant ist bei schönem Wetter gut besucht und die Mannschaft hat bestimmt alle Hände voll zu tun.

Hatte si viel Hunger und da ein McDonalds vor der Türe ist bin ich kurzerhand durch den drive gefahren. Das Essen war schon besser. Schmeckt mir leider nicht mehr so. Wie es anderen geht?? Nach innen gehe ich schon lange nicht mehr. Dort gefällt es mir gar nicht mehr. An der Auto Kasse sehr freundlich.

Sehr sauberer nicht überfüllter Mc Donalds in Mühlhausen mit Lieferservice. die Speisen sind immer warm, hier und da kann es sein das im Stress mal was vergessen wird, aber die Leute sind dort sehr kulant. Bestellung geht via Terminal und EC karte, ebenso auch bar. es ist hier sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Personal spricht kaum Deutsch man bestellt Pommes und bekommt einen Mix aus Pommes und Netzkartoffeln . Man spricht das Personal drauf an und bekommt die Antwort man solle es essen. Nach einer Diskussion bekommt man endlich seine Pommes

Wir haben den Kaffee im Porzellan serviert bekommen.

Sehr gut gelegener Laden jedoch sind hier die Mitarbeiter gnadenlos überfordert. Weder der tischservice noch die Bestellung von unserer blinden Kollegin konnte ordentlich durchgeführt werden. Erst als ich die Mitarbeiter direkt darauf angesprochen hatte, konnte die Kollegen ihre Bestellung aufgeben. Die Tische sind zudem nicht sauber.

Ein typischer MC Donalds eben Speisen frisch und Eismaschine funktioniert im Normalfall auch immer.

Für ein schnell Restaurant echt langsam. Drive in fehlt öfters was man bestellt hat.
