McDonald's in Stuttgart

Unfortunately the food doesn't taste fresh and not tasty...last time we got wraps for 13€ man there were a few salad leaves and 1 nuggets

I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Disgusting and absolute disgrace to sell meat dried up like car tires and then not pack half of it even though it was paid for!

One star is way too many! Where should we start! 1. Personals who can't speak German. And having contact with customers is not possible at all. 2. Burger was explicitly ordered without salad, what was on it was salad and what was also cold! In response to the complaint, (had to wait 5 minutes until the INcompetent branch management took pity on me) Said this incompetent and unfriendly lady (no name tag). Put down the salad! 3. the store smelled like garbage, the floor was sticky 4. Extreme waiting times from ordering to eating were around 35 minutes and the store wasn't even really full. Conclusion. Incompetent staff. What's more, their answers are very cheeky and rude! Food is served cold thank you never again

Waiting time impossible Waited 25 minutes for a McMenue... I would have had this five times at another McDonald's

Ordered online, paid for and order not yet complete.

Food was good and quick, the employee (an older lady with brown hair) was very friendly and helpful! Actually, it would be a successful visit... if it weren't for the presumed shift leader (April 26, 11:00 a.m.). He shouts at his employee in front of the customers and puts her down. Disrespectful behavior... you lose your appetite! Such people have no place in leadership positions and certainly not directly in front of the customer.

I don't understand how I can wait 30 minutes at McDonald's for 3 chesseburgers.

The branch itself is ok, but something is always forgotten at the drive-thru. The fries and nuggets were forgotten in my menu, but I received the sauces with them. Thank you for that.

They have come up with a new concept. There was always an employee in the service area who asked about the well-being of the guests. I thought it was great, but some guests were overwhelmed (just not usual). Preparation is still quick and the parking situation was fine. But I generally find it very unpleasant how the burgers look and that the quality of the fries leaves a lot to be desired. But there isn't much that can be done locally. Highly recommended for a short spontaneous visit. Toilets were also checked approximately every 5 minutes

We came to a restaurant and ordered two milkshakes. We paid and after a five minute wait we were told there were no milkshakes and that we could have ice cream instead - but we didn't want ice cream. We were told to wait and ended up waiting 30 minutes for our milkshakes which we never got! Terrible service, absolutely no organization. A person with oriental appearance treated the staff very disrespectfully. We just spent our money for nothing and got nothing - worst place ever!

It's ok in itself, but the burgers always come lukewarm and the cheese doesn't melt on the patty. I tested this more than 5 times, always the same.

I was at the MC Drive in the evening, despite two counters it took what felt like an eternity until I was able to order.

Very friendly service staff. Even came to the table and asked if everything was okay.

The branch was remodeled. Since then nothing has worked at all. Better to avoid. You can only be annoyed.

Has been freshly renovated. Ordered food must be checked at the drive service. Although it wasn't a big operation at the time.

Mismanagement, grossly understaffed. Obviously, profit maximization is planned at the expense of the service. Staff can't do anything about it. Horribly long waiting times.

Incompetence always at the highest level. I order a burger without cheese and without disgusting sandwich sauce, what do I get? Exactly what I didn't order. It's not the first time this has happened in the store.

Ordered fries with a table display and picked them up cold when they were served. Lustoise's staff... Another attempt today. Unfortunately, guests who arrived much later than me received their food sooner than I did. Lots of staff but no structure... Rating remains.

At first I thought what was going on here, but after a young lady told me that there had been a football game, everything became clear to me. This isn't meant to be a smartass, but maybe two more men would be better. Because the staff was already heavily overloaded. But I have to take my hat off to that, very very nice. If I imagine that there are not only nice, patient customers, then I think that's a great achievement. The managing director should take something like this into account and reward it. Such kindness is no longer a given. And if you were to analyze how many customers are unfriendly and rude, you would assess the performance of the men and women behind the counter completely differently. I think 5 stars are still not enough.

This is now the second time that something is missing from my order. The last ml was missing a burger…2€ not the end of the world. This time I drove to Mc's through a downpour, arrived home soaking wet only to find that two burgers were missing from my order. Now I'm sitting here completely wet and still hungry. Thank you very much for nothing.

The quality of the food is well known, as is the ambience. What is unfortunately added is an extreme waiting time of well over 1 hour. The wrong food was delivered, but it bordered on being ridiculous. There was little proper response from above.

Last shop, you wait over half an hour to pay, and then the time comes and suddenly the order is missing. Service looks different.

Clean, comfortable McDuck. The menu is the same as everywhere else. Anything hot that should be hot. It works almost around the clock. Parking, public transport nearby. Now, if only the floor cleaning machine were quieter, it would be just great....

The monitor to display the orders was not working. The burger was OK, the fries were almost cold. On many tables there were still packaging and leftover food from customers who had already left.

I ordered a plan nugget and a donut and got normal nuggets and a cookie - I guess I don't even eat meat! This is the second time this has happened. I know the employees have a lot to do, but please pay attention to things like this. (By the way, I only noticed it when I got home because I ordered it to take away)

"Minus 5 stars" is actually what I want to give, unfortunately it's not possible. The staff was completely overwhelmed. They couldn't manage to make 3 cheeseburgers. Cheese nachos had a very strange, moldy taste. The consistency was very unusual. I wanted an alternative to the complaint. Was rejected. The same thing was handed to me again. This time even worse than before (see picture). The lady at the counter was super arrogant and unfriendly. We're not coming anymore. Absolute 0 recommendation.

Can't say anything negative about this MC. Came in almost exactly 12 noon on a public holiday, toilets clean, service friendly and the food arrived quickly and well made. I've experienced something different.

First the positive: We got what we ordered. After 40 minutes!!!! and only lukewarm. So quick and fresh, it's definitely something different! The overwhelmed team couldn't even manage to pay out the deposit for the reusable cups! Not recommended!

At night after a concert you have to wait over an hour for the food you ordered. This can no longer be called fast food. Even when the number of people decreased significantly, nothing happened.

"Brother iiigggghhhh" - hygiene not so much Ordered there today, burger with extra cheese, it wasn't on it, so complained. The lady at the counter then lifts the bun and meat with her hands and notices that the cheese is missing. So a second person takes the burger with cheese and brings it back to me. When I said that I didn't want it anymore because two other people without freshly washed hands had touched it umpteen times, I inherited a lack of understanding and was reluctant to buy a new one. “Great” service - NOT The new burger was good as usual 👍🏼

Employees in the newly renovated restaurant are obviously overwhelmed with processing orders. Perhaps better staff could provide temporary help.

The staff is very committed. We're trying to get everything cleaned up quickly. Toilets were clean.. A good branch. Otherwise about MC... Everyone knows the chain!!!!

Lukas (pole) at the drive counter is the best, the rest are unfortunately a catastrophe and absolutely unfriendly and most of them can't speak German.

I was there for breakfast yesterday. The lady who served me was very, very friendly and customer-oriented. The food arrived hot and not cold, as has unfortunately happened in other McDonald's. Kudos to this nice employee!

It takes 30 minutes for 4 menus to be displayed. The staff is absolutely unmotivated. Apparently there are also problems with the Cola drink because everyone is complaining. I've been waiting for my menu for 30 minutes and the shop is empty. I'm writing this review for a long time. I've never experienced anything like this. Never again Hedelfingen McDonald's!

Fine dining prices, slow food speed and microwave ready meal quality. All of this combined can only be found at this McDonald's branch. It used to be my regular branch but now it's just a joke.

I would like to be able to order my food from a person and then even pay in cash if necessary. Unfortunately, this minimum level of service is not available there! Instead, the order only goes to the stupid machine - and payment only goes by card. I then gratefully gave up (and will continue to do so in the future!) and continued driving. By the way, the (very friendly!) employee explained this to me in English and didn't even speak to me in German. Actually, I expect that people in Germany will initially communicate in German...

No other McDonald's will leave you as disappointed as this one! Out of 10 visits, 2 (if you're lucky) are okay. The burgers are usually totally dry or stale, and what the hell did you do with the Mc Rib 🤬? The sauce has become completely runny and no longer tastes good. At first I thought it was an isolated case but after ordering it probably 5 times I'll give up and not buy it again (it's really so bad compared to before that I throw it away after 2-3 bites despite ordering extra sauce). People always forget something at the drive-in, if you're lucky you just get a dip... I don't know what you're doing wrong, but I would recommend the employees + boss, for example. to send to Mc Donalds in Croatia, the quality I experienced there this summer is something you can only dream about here.

Bought 2x McMilkshake and 3x Iced Coffee Shake Choc on five different days and got something different each time. The foreman/boss is at the machine every time and every time it goes wrong. Craziness!!!

There is a parking space in front of the store where you can wait and have your food brought to you. After 45 minutes no one brought the food. If you're not in a position to run something like that, then it's best to just leave it alone and remove the seats. Lousy shed

Top! Always friendly staff, short waiting times and open virtually 24/7. I've never had any problems here, and if something is wrong, it's taken care of quickly and easily.

In terms of taste, the vegan burger cannot compete with the Rebel Whopper from BK and, as an occasional vegetarian, I don't like it at all. The service was quick and friendly. Ordered today from Mac Drive for a family of 4 and again something was missing. To the ko... and today again 2x nuggets too few!!!

A wait of over 15 minutes in MC Drive and only 3 cars in front of me. A disaster since the renovation. From now on I would rather go to Fellbach.

Terrible place, all the tables are covered in crumbs, garbage, the employees don't give a damn. We waited 25 minutes for our order, although usually (at other McDonald's) they bring it to us in 5-10 minutes. And absolutely no one is in a hurry to carry them
