It's absolutely beautiful there, one of the nicest McDonald's restaurants I've known since my time as a craftsman, and I go there again and again.

Unfriendly employees with ponytails

We ordered takeout. After waiting ages, we noticed at home that some items were missing from our order. Very disappointing, it used to be better.

This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars in my opinion. During our visit, there was complete chaos: orders were mixed up, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the processes were extremely disorganized. To make matters worse, we had to wait over an hour for our food. Our experience was therefore very disappointing. In addition, the meat wasn't cooked through. When we complained, the employee, presumably the shift manager, reacted extremely unprofessionally and almost defensively. To make matters worse, there was a clear lack of hygiene: the staff weren't wearing gloves while preparing the dishes, which we found completely unacceptable.

We ordered online and a sandwich wasn't delivered, even though we paid for it. Double-check your online orders. Freeloaders.

I waited 30 minutes for one (!) cheeseburger and a Coke. Absolutely ridiculous.

Cold food, overwhelmed staff, and unfriendly service, which isn't really surprising given the incompetence of the "shift manager" (Tuesday evening, November 25, 2025). On [insert date], I went to the branch to purchase the advertised 20-piece chicken nugget meal. To my surprise, the staff informed me that this meal was supposedly unavailable. However, upon inquiry, it was confirmed that all components of the meal – French fries, Coke, and chicken nuggets – were fully available. It is therefore incomprehensible why the meal was not sold despite the availability of the products. This behavior strongly suggests that customers are being deliberately pressured to purchase the products individually at higher prices. I consider such a practice to be misleading, unprofessional, and possibly even illegal. I therefore request a written statement and an investigation into this incident. My experience at this McDonald's restaurant: My drink was filled well below the fill line. When I asked about it, I was simply told that was normal because I hadn't ordered ice cubes – which I find unacceptable. My colleague also didn't receive any sauce with his meal. The table we sat at was dirty, and because of the size of our group, we unfortunately couldn't move to another table. After we inquired about the underfilled drink and the missing sauce, some time passed – so after about five minutes, our food was no longer really hot. In addition, another couple who had ordered through the drive-thru returned because half of their large order was missing. Overall, a disappointing visit – this restaurant urgently needs to improve its cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer service.

The staff member wasn't friendly. And after the meal, two people in our group had mild stomach problems. I don't even want to know what's going on in the kitchen from a hygiene point of view...

As always at McDonald's Eaten something and then hungry again? No problem, there's a charging station right outside, the combination was perfect at that moment. Otherwise, I only ever get a coffee there.

This McDonald's is by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. Aside from the subpar food, this McDonald's is unbelievably slow. It's a disgrace that I even have to call this fast food. It's almost meditative. If I need to bring a yoga mat next time, please let us know.

The staff were very friendly and cheerful. I have to say that there was far too little sauce in the McWrap, but unfortunately there was also far too much sauce. You couldn't even notice the mustard at first, but it would have been really nice if they could spread it on the wrap. Otherwise, everything was pretty good, except for the prices, which are getting increasingly outrageous.

The nicest McDonald's we've ever seen. Spotlessly clean, even flowers on the tables, and very friendly staff.

The fast-charging station in the parking lot is a great addition! Eating and driving on with a full battery. What more could you want?!

I had to wait a very long time for my food—almost half an hour, a bit too long for a fast food joint, and my fries were cold when they finally arrived. A drink was also forgotten, but I asked for it.

Very good MC. They even have two parking spaces for ordering via the app, which is then delivered to your car.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of flies in this McDonald's.

I'm a teenager and I go to Mc's quite often with friends. Sometimes the burger looks perfect, and sometimes it looks like someone stepped on it, but they taste good. Unfortunately, the service isn't that good because some people simply don't speak German. Many Indians work at my Mc's branch and they're still learning German (no hate). I usually pay €6.50 because I love the Mc's Smart Menu, but if I go, it's around €10-15.

I placed an order today at 8:20 p.m. and received an order confirmation. I waited almost two hours, and when the store closed at 10 p.m., my order was simply canceled after 10 minutes. Unacceptable behavior, no way to contact them, never again!

I can't recommend it. The service was very unfriendly, unmotivated and unreasonably slow for a fast food restaurant. It's a huge disgrace!

So, I can understand the negative ratings. The staff are very, very nice; we and the other guests were asked several times if everything was okay and if there was anything missing. The store was also very clean. I think everyone has good and bad days, but I find it very inappropriate to write such bad reviews because of that. In any case, the visit made me happy ;)

I ordered ice cream at the Heiligenwiesen branch and was very disappointed. The portion was extremely small and didn't match what you'd expect from McDonald's (see photo). For the price, I expected a normal amount. It's a shame; I'll think twice about ordering from here again.

Air conditioning set to very cold and it's drafty.

The assistant manager is extremely unfriendly, refuses to accept a deposit and simply ends the conversation. Absolutely unfriendly and not customer-focused. She thinks she's superior to everyone else and speaks disrespectfully to the customer.

Never met a more antisocial employee. Friends, trust me, I'd rather go to Burger King.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the service. The system has been acting up for a long time. Some orders that have been placed disappear after a few minutes, and you wait up to 20 minutes for your order, after which others receive their orders even though they ordered after me. And the staff barely responds, or act as if they don't understand you, or simply ignore you.

McDonald's like any other. I recommend it.

Better bring your time. I stood in line for 15 minutes at the McDrive for a quick coffee.

A typical chain restaurant. Two things worth noting: A. A pleasant place to dine in the air conditioning in the height of August in a country where most restaurants do not have air conditioning. B. The great and kind help of the waitress/table cleaner in the restaurant, who assisted my son in bringing the trays to the table and in explaining various questions we had. She was very welcoming and the restaurant was blessed with such an employee, whose name we do not know.

If you want something quick to eat, this is the place to go. Everyone is very friendly.

Not bad at all. Maybe this place used to be hell according to other people's reviews, but now it's quite good. Yes, it's still a McDonald's and to get full you'll have to pay at least 10 euros. (If it's good quality - all 15) But compared to competitors, you really do get full and if you're lucky with active promotions, you'll even get to try interesting food. During my entire stay, I saw exactly 1 (one) fly, the toilet and tables were very clean. The staff is friendly and brought the order to the table almost instantly with a smile. In general, they're really great now. If it weren't for the inflated price like in all McDonald's and the endless stream of screaming schoolchildren, I could safely give it 5 stars.

I really enjoy coming here. Very fast and very clean.

The employees are very slow and overwhelmed when there are more than five orders in the system. They even delete them to make it look like they were finished and picked up quickly, which leads to dozens of people waiting at the pickup point. The fries and burger were good, but the milkshake was way too warm. I'd rather go somewhere else next time. Oh yeah, we had a 40-minute wait!!!

Just ordered food for delivery and the two large fries were only half full...for those prices that's just not acceptable.

I'm really disappointed with the condition of the restroom at McDonald's. It's sad to see how some customers leave the restroom area—dirty, unkempt, and in a truly disgusting state. The toilet seat is often dirty, and sometimes it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in hours or even longer. This isn't what you'd expect from a well-known fast-food restaurant. More frequent checks and cleaning would be highly desirable. Hygiene should be a top priority, even in busy restaurants—especially in the restroom. It's really hard to feel comfortable or even use the restroom in this condition.

I had to wait a full 20 minutes for my food at McDonald's. That's way too long for fast food. Totally disappointing!

Unfortunately, our visit today was very unpleasant. There were an extremely large number of flies in the restaurant – they were everywhere: on the tables, in the air, and even near the bar. This made the experience truly unpleasant. We don't know if we'll return in the future. It's a shame, because we've had better experiences so far.

Since the renovation, the seating has become quite uncomfortable. The terminals are so close together that during rush hours, you feel quite cramped while ordering. The staff is super friendly, and the food was okay to good. There were quite a few annoying flies in the food area.

No matter how long the line inside is, no employee feels responsible for the cash register. They only process drive-thru orders. We waited 45 minutes for them to order, and then another 40 minutes for our order to arrive. Employees just stand around, staring into space or chatting amongst themselves. Many are also outside smoking. Working? Serving customers? No one feels responsible for that. Tables are dirty, no one cleans up. Register is full, no one takes orders. Everyone is waiting for their orders, no one serves them. Restrooms are filthy, no one cleans. Drinks have been spilled on the floor, no one cleans up. What's wrong here?

Dandruff has increased from 5-6... So it's absolutely useless...

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our order—which is unusually long for a McDonald's. When the food finally arrived, a large portion of our order was still missing. This is especially frustrating after such a long wait.

A very clean McDonald's with friendly and helpful staff. You rarely experience that, especially at fast food chains.

Orders are often made incorrectly. Old burgers are served.

Really bad. The fries were disgusting, the fish burger had so little sauce and was dry, the staff wasn't great either, and only some customers had glasses. One of the worst places around. Next time, I'll go straight to Burger King.

One star is way too many! Where should we start! 1. Personals who can't speak German. And having contact with customers is not possible at all. 2. Burger was explicitly ordered without salad, what was on it was salad and what was also cold! In response to the complaint, (had to wait 5 minutes until the INcompetent branch management took pity on me) Said this incompetent and unfriendly lady (no name tag). Put down the salad! 3. the store smelled like garbage, the floor was sticky 4. Extreme waiting times from ordering to eating were around 35 minutes and the store wasn't even really full. Conclusion. Incompetent staff. What's more, their answers are very cheeky and rude! Food is served cold thank you never again

Food was good and quick, the employee (an older lady with brown hair) was very friendly and helpful! Actually, it would be a successful visit... if it weren't for the presumed shift leader (April 26, 11:00 a.m.). He shouts at his employee in front of the customers and puts her down. Disrespectful behavior... you lose your appetite! Such people have no place in leadership positions and certainly not directly in front of the customer.

The branch itself is ok, but something is always forgotten at the drive-thru. The fries and nuggets were forgotten in my menu, but I received the sauces with them. Thank you for that.

They have come up with a new concept. There was always an employee in the service area who asked about the well-being of the guests. I thought it was great, but some guests were overwhelmed (just not usual). Preparation is still quick and the parking situation was fine. But I generally find it very unpleasant how the burgers look and that the quality of the fries leaves a lot to be desired. But there isn't much that can be done locally. Highly recommended for a short spontaneous visit. Toilets were also checked approximately every 5 minutes

We came to a restaurant and ordered two milkshakes. We paid and after a five minute wait we were told there were no milkshakes and that we could have ice cream instead - but we didn't want ice cream. We were told to wait and ended up waiting 30 minutes for our milkshakes which we never got! Terrible service, absolutely no organization. A person with oriental appearance treated the staff very disrespectfully. We just spent our money for nothing and got nothing - worst place ever!

Ordered fries with a table display and picked them up cold when they were served. Lustoise's staff... Another attempt today. Unfortunately, guests who arrived much later than me received their food sooner than I did. Lots of staff but no structure... Rating remains.

At first I thought what was going on here, but after a young lady told me that there had been a football game, everything became clear to me. This isn't meant to be a smartass, but maybe two more men would be better. Because the staff was already heavily overloaded. But I have to take my hat off to that, very very nice. If I imagine that there are not only nice, patient customers, then I think that's a great achievement. The managing director should take something like this into account and reward it. Such kindness is no longer a given. And if you were to analyze how many customers are unfriendly and rude, you would assess the performance of the men and women behind the counter completely differently. I think 5 stars are still not enough.

My buddy and I had lunch. In the evening it came straight out of unfamiliar places. 10/10 if you have stomach blockages. THAT flushes everything out Beware of food poisoning

This is now the second time that something is missing from my order. The last ml was missing a burger…2€ not the end of the world. This time I drove to Mc's through a downpour, arrived home soaking wet only to find that two burgers were missing from my order. Now I'm sitting here completely wet and still hungry. Thank you very much for nothing.

The quality of the food is well known, as is the ambience. What is unfortunately added is an extreme waiting time of well over 1 hour. The wrong food was delivered, but it bordered on being ridiculous. There was little proper response from above.

This is the best Mc in Stuttgart, I hope everyone goes there at least once, the staff is very nice
