Worse staff can't be found anywhere!!!!! Absolutely cheeky, awkward! Food cold! Order not complete. And then communicate through the boss or branch manager. Never again

At first I was pleased to find a business that is open practically non-stop. But. Terminals, all, out of service. I want to order MID MENU at the counter. It was not possible because they only have a breakfast menu. So what is non-stop operation for? In the morning, I will also buy Kaiserka with ham next door at REWE. I was just wasting my time visiting this useless establishment.

Nice service staff. Mini playground for children. Order- Terminals and editing display display work. Sitting outside possible. Coffee delicious. Very few parking spaces available in the evenings. Most people then use McDrive. Toilets clean. General cleanliness ok, I say. Can be endured. But maybe you can do something with the many flies. It's already annoying to have to chase them away while eating. -⭐️ due to background noise in the evening (okay in the morning) I deducted one star because of the constant honking and beeping of the food processors. And that's generous. I don't know this at all from other branches. At first I thought there was trouble in the parking lot because it sounds really aggressive and the machines also make a lot of different sounds, long and piercing, but also a lot of short high sounds. It's a shame you can't upload an audio file here. That was a real concert (at least tonight). Until someone jerks the deep fryer or switches something else off. This gets super annoying after 10 minutes. I wouldn't voluntarily read a newspaper over coffee here in the morning. There is definitely also (at least subconsciously) stress on the body when you work here. In the morning the honking and beeping wasn't a problem.

I thought I would give the store another chance, but on my second visit after about 2 years I got another stomach infection. Eating there was a complete disaster. Better avoid eating there.

This branch itself is very chic with its furnishings. But the visit was a disaster. Of all the order terminals, only one has it!! Functions. All others were either off or touch didn't work. Accordingly, the rush for the one. I ordered my order to be delivered to the table. When the order was ready, the employee from the counter through the whole thing. Called the store and told me to get up and get it myself. Ordered McFlurry with KitKat and peach sauce. After ordering it said: No more peach sauce. -> Caramel as an alternative. Then when I had the Flurry in my hand I realized: Forgot KitKat. Go back again and complain. Answer: KitKat off. Alternative: just Oreo. In the end it was just a few last crumbs from the package, it was so ridiculous. Conclusion: For me one of the worst McDonalds visits ever. I do not come anymore! McDonald’s should train its franchisees better!

This is not McDonald's. This is a dump. The employee brought the order and placed it right in a puddle of dirty table. When asked to clear the table, he said okay and went on to collect orders. I recommend choosing another eatery for a snack.

The lady who worked at the drive-in counter at 4:10 on June 4th made us go through the drive again because she was too incompetent to scan a voucher for the promotion. That's a disgrace and to send her through the drive again because she can't do her job properly. I just ordered a Big Tasty Bacon from Volt and just got a half-eaten burger delivered! 😂 I cleared everything up with Volt and got my money back, but I will never order/eat here again.

Service is subpar...three employees are scratching their heads and can't manage to take the orders at the checkout. It should be said that several guests tried to place the orders. All terminals for ordering are broken. Chicken McNuggets were burnt and dry. Ordered a vanilla shake and another time I only got a strawberry shake and water. Have been there several times now and it's the same every time. The staff is also unfriendly and more than just incompetent.

Very bad experience. The three of us in the car were pretty cheerful... The middle-aged lady at the Mc'Donalds counter felt so offended by our good mood that she THREATENED us several times not to order. Sentences like “do you want to cook at home” were said just because we as passengers were in a good mood and had to laugh. We later explained to the lady that we weren't laughing at her, but at our own jokes. In the end, she sent us away. Absolutely rude and rude. That was by far the worst experience I've had with one McDonalds had to do it. This situation was simply unacceptable.

We were at this store on the night of March 28th to March 29th. Unfortunately we found the door closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 5 a.m. Only the McDrive was open, but all hell broke loose there because of the Scooter concert. Absolutely not recommended. Would love to know why they had the store closed at 1 a.m.

I would give zero stars if that worked. We took a relaxing stroll to McDonald's at night but this quickly turned into a horror evening because we waited a whopping 45 minutes for our food in this fast food establishment and were blamed for the delay after we asked for our food for the third time The nice colleague probably couldn't find us even though he walked past us at least 5 times. His favorite words were: "have to wait" absolutely not recommended but anyone who eats at McDonald's is lost anyway (me)

I was just driving in and the gentleman was extremely unfriendly and passive aggressive from the start. We asked as usual whether something could be adjusted with the coupon and we were approached. The employee's unfriendly manner made me very angry. I expressed that accordingly. It's absurd to talk to customers like that. As the process continued, the employee refused to take the order and didn't want to tell me his name. Now we left without being able to order our food. Because the employee refused to do his job.

Worst MC anyone! Lack of parking spaces! Never there again. Almost slipped on the toilet, disgustingly tasty floor.... Service - for fast food, waited a very long time for the "food", since then unfortunately we have had stomach/intestinal problems - before that we were doing great. The only positive thing was the friendly grandpa who brought the food. The room was really cold that you had to sit there with your jacket on. I don't want to know what we ate yesterday 🧐🥴😵😢🤢 That's it for MC!

The terminals have been broken for months - when will they finally be repaired?

Super fast food temple in Stuttgart. I ordered compudings at the counter because the owl at the counter looked at me diagonally from the left. The food was totally 80s, fries with ketchup. Today we already have it with quinoa nonsense and Pepsi instead of Cola. I took the trash with me and then wanted to hand it over to the drive-in with my 3 Series, logically. But there were some bumps that I couldn't get over because I don't drive a rental car, for example an A-Class. And then a Hugo comes along and shouts. Aaalter, come on down, card payment didn't work either.

This review is “purely” about the delivery service, and unfortunately this is rarely/usually not available. Then they shouldn't advertise it.

Ordered at the Mc Drive counter, 4 items with 1 drink...forgot one! Today around 2:00 a.m. from the Mc Drive Smart menu (two small burgers, a fries and a drink) and an extra Mc Chicken ordered. Paid, drove off in Hedelfingen, looked in the bag up in Sillenbuch... what was in it? Two small burgers, the drink, an extra Mc Chicken and a mayo. And what was missing with the mayo?!!! The french fries!!! Bravo, masterpiece?! You can't even manage to put together 4 items plus a drink as an order?! Really now?! And what now? Do you think I'm going to drive 5 minutes down from Sillenbuch again because of this... French fries?!!! No way, but it's not the first time, it's happened before... even at a late hour! The first time I thought ok, it can happen sometimes, but again today?! Apparently you really have problems processing orders at such times?! No more with me in the future, find other people you can alienate, I will “warmly” recommend you. Update: When we got home, we took a closer look, the Mc Chicken was missing, there were 6 pieces of chicken nuggets instead... the crowning glory!!! Masterpiece!!!

Cheese from the Big Mac was next to it. Chicken nuggets unsalted and cold. Service insults customers in Yugoslavian and they are more interested in smoking in front of the door than serving customers. Wet floor, no warning sign.

Wartezeiten sind ok. Die Bestellterminals funktionieren allerdings nur schlecht. Mitunter sind die Bestellungen nicht vollständig. Ist auch nicht verwunderlich, wenn bis zu drei Leuten an einer Bestellung arbeiten und eine dann bspw. wieder zum Drive geht. Heute erst fehlte wieder ein Burger. Ärgerlich.

Erstmal krieg ich einen burger zu wenig und dann sehen die noch aus als wenn sie mit dem fuß belegt wurden. 1 stern ist noch zu viel für den laden

Zwei von vier Terminals kaputt und bei einem, der zwei Terminals funktioniert weder das Einscannen von Coupons, noch richtig die Bezahlung der EC Karte. Die Essensausgabe hat auch noch ewig gedauert und die Toiletten sahen absolut nicht aus, als würden sie zu einem Restaurant gehören. Immerhin hat das Essen normal geschmeckt, macht das ganze davor, leider nicht besser. Würde mir wünschen, dass sich den Problemen annimmt, weil nach den anderen Rezessionen, ist das Dauerzustand. Schade

Einmalig nur top zu empfehlen sogar der Möchtegern Chef der kleine Inder ist einmalig .Der Mann der niemals lacht.

Wie bei jeden McDonalds steht und fällt das Erlebnis mit der Tagesform der Mitarbeiter. Ich hab in jeglichen Filialen schon alles gesehen. Von sauber bis dreckig von kaltem essen und warmen essen, es ist immer eine Lotterie!

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation im Drive thru.

Die Dame am Drive-In ist die kompetenteste Person die je in diesem Laden gearbeitet hat!!!!! Ein Minuspunkt habe ich aber: Ein Lieferfahrer hat mich fast umgebracht, weil er die Gegenspur zum überholen benutzt hat. Als ich das Lokal anrief hieß es nur „war bestimmt von andere McDonald’s“ - weil es ja so viele McDonalds in Wangen/Hedelfingen gibt, ge…. mit der Polizei im Lasen auftauchen schien mir dann zu übertrieben, aber das man alles sofort abstreitet ist faul!

Nach einem Konzert lange Wartezeiten aber was solls, es wird ja frisch zubereitet.

Normalerweise bewerte ich keinen MC Donalds's, aber in dem Fall war ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich kenne dieses "Restaurant" schon seit ca. 15-20 Jahren, aber so wie es vor 2 Wochen aussah, hat mich wirklich geschockt. Die WC's waren total versifft und der ganze Essensbereich zugemüllt. Das muss doch nicht sein, auch mit wenig Personal hat man so etwas unter Kontrolle zu halten. Ich hänge ein paar Bilder an, denn die sagen bekanntlich mehr wie 1000 Worte.

Naja, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht die freundlichsten und das Restaurant sieht OK aus. Essen hat mal besser geschmeckt, habe mir aber nicht viel erwartet.

Es hat sich wirklich einiges verbessert. Bin zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Und meine Bestellungen wurden seit längerem, korrekt eingepackt. Danke !

Recht sauberer McDonalds mit nettem, der deutschen Sprache mächtigen, Personal. Mit Tischservice das mit einem lächeln serviert wird! Die Burger sind keine Bausteine bei denen nur noch die Anleitung fehlt, sondern schön sauber zusammen gestellte Burger. Eine der besten Filialen die ich bis jetzt besucht habe.

Sehr freundliches Personal am Drive-In Schalter.

Alle vorhandenen Bestellterminals sind extrem ruckelig und langsam. Das war bisher in keiner Filiale der Fall. So wird der Bestellprozess nicht beschleunigt - im Gegenteil. Zudem hat an keinem der Terminals der QR-Code-Scanner funktioniert und es gab nach Bezahlung auch keine Quittung. Nicht ankreiden tue ich den Burger, der ohne Soße bestellt wurde, aber mit serviert wurde. Kann passieren, alles gut. Aber die Krone setzt der unangenehme Geruch auf den Toiletten auf. So ansprechend wie auf einer Autobahnraststätte... Das geht echt gar nicht... Sauber geht anders. Ich werde diese Filiale zukünftig meiden. Schade. Der McDrive war jedoch bisher immer super.

Der Service ist flott, die Mitarbeiter haben das Essen schnell fertig gemacht. Haben am Automaten bestellt, diese sind mit der Zeit allerdings schon Recht angeschlagen, da sollte vielleicht mal der Touchscreen gereinigt oder kalibriert werden, bei manchem muss man öfters drücken bis es reagiert. Parkplätze sind die meiste Zeit ausreichend. Der Filiale hat trotz Bundesstraße viel grün um sich. Es wäre echt schön, wenn es wieder mehr Frühstück geben würde, das war auch immer sehr gut.

Ist immer gut nach dem LKA vorbei zu gehen.

Noch nie so eine nette und gut gelaunte Drive-In-Mitarbeiterin bei der Bestellaufnahme wie Heute (Di.04.07. gegen 20:30) erlebt!! Danke an die blonde Dame mit Zopf und Brille, die den Kunden ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert!! So macht FastFood wieder Spaß!

Einer der besten McDonalds wo ich jemals war. Keine Ahnung warum aber hier schmeckt es irgendwie frischer und besser. Haben wir alle 4 so empfunden. Was fehlt ist die Bedienung am Platz. Und die Bestelldisplays sind etwas störrisch hier.

Der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Angestellten sind unfreundlich, antworten auf Nachfrage patzig.

Neues Bestellsystem dauert ewig und dann essen kalt und matschig. Bäh. Schlechter Mc Wenig Parkplätze und durchfahrt überlastet.

Ne, geht eigentlich gar nicht. Langsam, konfus, nicht wirklich sauber, alles so schmierig, aufmerksames Personal? Fehlanzeige. Lebende Sprache? Fehlanzeige. Parkplatz eine einzige Katastrophe, völlig überfüllt durch umliegende Läden. Chaos pur. Einziger Lichtblick ist der Refill Automat mit unzähligen Getränken zum ausprobieren. Hier kommen wir nicht mehr her.

Auch dieses Restaurant ist auf das neue System umgestellt. Es ist einfach toll, die Speisen werden erst nach Bestellung zubereitet und mir dann zum Tisch gebracht. Was ein tolles Erlebnis und was ein grandioses Design! Danke
