Absolute rubbish, waited over 45 minutes

Fries and hamburgers were cold...after complaining, I was reluctantly served and unfortunately not hot either

I've been waiting for an hour for a Mc Smart menu. Disastrous here, I'd rather go to town

I ordered a plan nugget and a donut and got normal nuggets and a cookie - I guess I don't even eat meat! This is the second time this has happened. I know the employees have a lot to do, but please pay attention to things like this. (By the way, I only noticed it when I got home because I ordered it to take away)

"Minus 5 stars" is actually what I want to give, unfortunately it's not possible. The staff was completely overwhelmed. They couldn't manage to make 3 cheeseburgers. Only after half an hour and several questions did I finally get the food and it was completely cold and stale If you are too incompetent to run a fast food restaurant then leave it. I will never order anything there again! I don't recommend anyone to order anything there, you'll only get cold food and very overwhelmed staff

Can't say anything negative about this MC. Came in almost exactly 12 noon on a public holiday, toilets clean, service friendly and the food arrived quickly and well made. I've experienced something different.

Cheese nachos had a very strange, moldy taste. The consistency was very unusual. I wanted an alternative to the complaint. Was rejected. The same thing was handed to me again. This time even worse than before (see picture). The lady at the counter was super arrogant and unfriendly. We're not coming anymore. Absolute 0 recommendation.

First the positive: We got what we ordered. After 40 minutes!!!! and only lukewarm. So quick and fresh, it's definitely something different! The overwhelmed team couldn't even manage to pay out the deposit for the reusable cups! Not recommended!

We've been here twice, twice we waited forever for our order. There's a granny on delivery, who doesn't seem to be in a hurry, as if on purpose. They work slowly in the kitchen. I decided to “save” time and pick up the order myself: it didn’t work

Super! I'm glad to have Mc's here, especially because of the opening times. The food has always been good. PS: To the negative comments. If you order from Mc's, it's your own fault.

Every time my order comes with fries, are they only half filled? When I pointed this out to the employee, I was turned away and then ignored So please?!

At night after a concert you have to wait over an hour for the food you ordered. This can no longer be called fast food. Even when the number of people decreased significantly, nothing happened.

Reorganized is at the top here. Waited almost 1.5 hours for the order and asked countless times where the food was... Others still got there sooner. Simply terrible!

"Brother iiigggghhhh" - hygiene not so much Ordered there today, burger with extra cheese, it wasn't on it, so complained. The lady at the counter then lifts the bun and meat with her hands and notices that the cheese is missing. So a second person takes the burger with cheese and brings it back to me. When I said that I didn't want it anymore because two other people without freshly washed hands had touched it umpteen times, I inherited a lack of understanding and was reluctant to buy a new one. “Great” service - NOT The new burger was good as usual 👍🏼

Employees in the newly renovated restaurant are obviously overwhelmed with processing orders. Perhaps better staff could provide temporary help.

Lukas (pole) at the drive counter is the best, the rest are unfortunately a catastrophe and absolutely unfriendly and most of them can't speak German.

The staff is very committed. We're trying to get everything cleaned up quickly. Toilets were clean.. A good branch. Otherwise about MC... Everyone knows the chain!!!!

So far OK. Big Mc. is the best. The thin fries are really great.

Terrible shop. You don't have huge expectations, but it's really subpar. The employees have no plan at all. Completely chaotic. Waited almost 30 minutes for a small order. Our order was also initially forgotten. Then everything was cold. Disgusting. Never again.

I was there for breakfast yesterday. The lady who served me was very, very friendly and customer-oriented. The food arrived hot and not cold, as has unfortunately happened in other McDonald's. Kudos to this nice employee!

It takes 30 minutes for 4 menus to be displayed. The staff is absolutely unmotivated. Apparently there are also problems with the Cola drink because everyone is complaining. I've been waiting for my menu for 30 minutes and the shop is empty. I'm writing this review for a long time. I've never experienced anything like this. Never again Hedelfingen McDonald's!

Fine dining prices, slow food speed and microwave ready meal quality. All of this combined can only be found at this McDonald's branch. It used to be my regular branch but now it's just a joke.

I would like to be able to order my food from a person and then even pay in cash if necessary. Unfortunately, this minimum level of service is not available there! Instead, the order only goes to the stupid machine - and payment only goes by card. I then gratefully gave up (and will continue to do so in the future!) and continued driving. By the way, the (very friendly!) employee explained this to me in English and didn't even speak to me in German. Actually, I expect that people in Germany will initially communicate in German...

No other McDonald's will leave you as disappointed as this one! Out of 10 visits, 2 (if you're lucky) are okay. The burgers are usually totally dry or stale, and what the hell did you do with the Mc Rib 🤬? The sauce has become completely runny and no longer tastes good. At first I thought it was an isolated case but after ordering it probably 5 times I'll give up and not buy it again (it's really so bad compared to before that I throw it away after 2-3 bites despite ordering extra sauce). People always forget something at the drive-in, if you're lucky you just get a dip... I don't know what you're doing wrong, but I would recommend the employees + boss, for example. to send to Mc Donalds in Croatia, the quality I experienced there this summer is something you can only dream about here.

Not a long wait, very tidy and almost always full

Bought 2x McMilkshake and 3x Iced Coffee Shake Choc on five different days and got something different each time. The foreman/boss is at the machine every time and every time it goes wrong. Craziness!!!

There is a parking space in front of the store where you can wait and have your food brought to you. After 45 minutes no one brought the food. If you're not in a position to run something like that, then it's best to just leave it alone and remove the seats. Lousy shed

Top! Always friendly staff, short waiting times and open virtually 24/7. I've never had any problems here, and if something is wrong, it's taken care of quickly and easily.

In terms of taste, the vegan burger cannot compete with the Rebel Whopper from BK and, as an occasional vegetarian, I don't like it at all. The service was quick and friendly. Ordered today from Mac Drive for a family of 4 and again something was missing. To the ko... and today again 2x nuggets too few!!!

Clean since it was set up, the food is warm, even the fries are delicious again. The only thing I complain about is that there are few parking spaces, the road is under construction and MC has electric parking spaces, family, app users.

At first I was pleased to find a business that is open practically non-stop. But. Terminals, all, out of service. I want to order MID MENU at the counter. Nice service staff. Mini playground for children. Order- Terminals and editing display display work. Sitting outside possible. Coffee delicious. Very few parking spaces available in the evenings. Most people then use McDrive. Toilets clean. General cleanliness ok, I say. Can be endured. But maybe you can do something with the many flies. It's already annoying to have to chase them away while eating. -⭐️ due to background noise in the evening (okay in the morning) I deducted one star because of the constant honking and beeping of the food processors. And that's generous. I don't know this at all from other branches. At first I thought there was trouble in the parking lot because it sounds really aggressive and the machines also make a lot of different sounds, long and piercing, but also a lot of short high sounds. It's a shame you can't upload an audio file here. That was a real concert (at least tonight). Until someone jerks the deep fryer or switches something else off. This gets super annoying after 10 minutes. I wouldn't voluntarily read a newspaper over coffee here in the morning. There is definitely also (at least subconsciously) stress on the body when you work here. In the morning the honking and beeping wasn't a problem.

I thought I would give the store another chance, but on my second visit after about 2 years I got another stomach infection. Eating there was a complete disaster. Better avoid eating there.

This branch itself is very chic with its furnishings. But the visit was a disaster. Of all the order terminals, only one has it!! Functions. All others were either off or touch didn't work. Accordingly, the rush for the one. I ordered my order to be delivered to the table. When the order was ready, the employee from the counter through the whole thing. Called the store and told me to get up and get it myself. Ordered McFlurry with KitKat and peach sauce. After ordering it said: No more peach sauce. -> Caramel as an alternative. Then when I had the Flurry in my hand I realized: Forgot KitKat. Go back again and complain. Answer: KitKat off. Alternative: just Oreo. In the end it was just a few last crumbs from the package, it was so ridiculous. Conclusion: For me one of the worst McDonalds visits ever. I do not come anymore! McDonald’s should train its franchisees better!

This is not McDonald's. This is a dump. The employee brought the order and placed it right in a puddle of dirty table. When asked to clear the table, he said okay and went on to collect orders. I recommend choosing another eatery for a snack.

The lady who worked at the drive-in counter at 4:10 on June 4th made us go through the drive again because she was too incompetent to scan a voucher for the promotion. That's a disgrace and to send her through the drive again because she can't do her job properly. Best McDonald's ever! Always friendly and everyone tries to get the food ready very quickly, even at 3am! The employee Anjay in particular was very friendly and professional. You notice his aura and love for his job! Cool sayings and very nice!!!

All terminals for ordering are broken. Chicken McNuggets were burnt and dry. Ordered a vanilla shake and another time I only got a strawberry shake and water. Have been there several times now and it's the same every time. The staff is also unfriendly and more than just incompetent.
