McDonald's in Stuttgart

Unglaublich großes „Ein-Stern“-Erlebnis! Das Essen war kalt, wie immer, und die ältere Frau bettelt immer noch vor den schmutzigen Toiletten um Geld. Während ich mein labbriges Menü gegessen habe, hat sie mehr verdient als ich in einer Stunde. Dabei sind die Toiletten wirklich dreckig, und von den drei Pissoirs funktionieren nur zwei. Die beiden normalen Toilettenkabinen sind geschlossen. Außerdem gab es keine Papierhandtücher.

War gerade da, der komplette Laden fast leer, kein Kunde am Counter, 4 Mitarbeiter sind frei. Ich hatte 20 min bis zur SBahn um die Ecke. Ich gehe zum Counter und bestelle das beworbene Deutschlandburger Menü und Chicken Wings. Ich bezahle und dann wird mir mitgeteilt, ich solle kurz warten. Nach 15 minuten bin ich ohne Essen gegangen, da ich sonst meinen Anschluss in Bad Cannstatt verpasst hätte. Fast 15 Euro für NICHTS! Wenn es 15 Minuten Wartezeit dauert, erwarte ich, dass dies dem Kunden vor dem Bezahlen mitgeteilt wird, zumal wenn bei Kartrnzahlung nicht storniert werden kann. Ich bin echt genervt!

Heute beim McCafe habe ich eine Maus umlaufen gesehen. Wahnsinnig!

der Moment, wenn du die Treppen hochläufst und sie mal nicht vor dem WC-Eingang steht wie ein Security-Checkpoint mit „Brother, give me Geld“

Ich war überrascht, dass es hier keine Kioske gab, aber ansonsten war alles gut.

Der Mitarbeiter war nett. Wings waren frisch gemacht und das wars dann auch mit guten sachen. Der Burger hat ne ewigkeit gebraucht (es war nix los) für dass das er dann geschmeckt hat wie 2 tage alt. Die hälfte der Zutaten haben im Burger gefehlt, es war legit nur bissl salat mit majo und dem alten patty. Wenn man aufs Klo muss is darfst du oben 50 ct da lassen für das dass du dann absolut versiffte Herrentoiletten vorfindest. Das Licht flackert keine begehbaren klos waren in funktion und ein ein stehplatz war deffekt. Ja es is "nur" mcces ich erwarte kein 4 sterne luxus essen aber das is halt auch nich das wahre. Müsst ihr wissen.

Gute Lage. Die Kartoffeln waren geschmacklos.

Echt runtergekommen aber Mitarbeiter alle samt ziemlich freundlich, essen war warm und wie sonst auch immer bei McDonalds

Man soll ja immer das Gute am Anfang sagen deshalb: Das Personal war sehr geduldig und nett z.B. wollte ein Kind eine pinke Flasche haben aber hat eine grüne bekommen und die Bedienung war so nett dass sie dem Kind die Flasche getauscht und das Kind die pinke hatte.Aber die Männer Toilette war sehr komisch und Eckelhaft. Bei dem Wasserhahn (Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist) ist das Metall abgeplatzt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind verschmutzt bis kaputt z.B. Die Stuhllehne einer Person hat gewackelt. Aber es war im ganzen OK

In meinem Burger war Zwiebeln denn ich nicht bestellt habe und in meinem Eis waren komische eklige Stückchen drin

Der Service war absolut furchtbar. Sie haben uns den ganzen Inhalt der Happy-Meal-Box einfach hingeworfen. Sie haben nicht gefragt, ob wir Apfelmus oder Püree möchten. Der Kassierer hat uns mit einem so finsteren Blick angeschaut, als ob wir ihm eine Million schulden würden.

Sauberkeit und Hygiene unzureichend. 🤮👎 Essen geschmacklich mangelhaft. 🤮👎 Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich und genervt. 👎👎👎

Mc Donalds eben , mit erhöhter Ebene aber sonst ok Toiletten etwas klein geraten

Einfach nur widerlich. Sie gaben mir keinen Strohhalm für mein Getränk, und als ich danach fragte, bekam ich auch keinen.

Ich war am 23.02.3026 Kundin in Ihrem Restaurant in Stuttgart. Nachdem ich ein Menü bestellt hatte, wurde ich im Toilettenbereich unhöflich aufgefordert, Münzen zu geben. Dabei handelte es sich nicht um eine offizielle Gebühr – auf dem Tisch lag lediglich ein Zettel mit der Bitte um Münzen. Ich bin grundsätzlich nicht dagegen, etwas Geld zu hinterlassen, aber der Ton und die Art, als wäre ich verpflichtet zu zahlen, empfand ich als sehr unangenehm und unhöflich. Als Kundin fand ich diese Situation enttäuschend.

Service am: Fasnetumzug für das es so Überfüllt war , sehr Professionell und Kundenfreundlich. Gut mußte länger als Gewöhnlich warten ,ich aber den Umständen entsprechend Nachvollziehbar. Obergeschoss viel Sitzplätze auch genug Platz an Fasnet. Toilette Sauber . Komme Regelmäßig einmal pro Woche wenn ich in der Stadt bin .

So teuer alles mittlerweile. Es ist immer sehr laut dort, das missfällt mir sehr.

Die Pommes haben mir geschmeckt, aber die Soße im Inneren des Hähnchenburgers hat mir nicht gefallen.

Die Überlegenheit der Menschen ist unbrauchbar und aggressiv, sie müssen nicht mehr tun

Nie wieder! Nachdem man leider den wunderbaren McPlant Burger aus dem Programm genommen hat, habe ich es heute mit McVeggie versucht. Pfui Teufel kann ich da nur sagen. Schmeckt wie zusammengepresstes furztrockenes Hühnchenfleisch mit drei Streifchen Salat und einer „neuen“ Sauce, die nach nichts schmeckte. Der McPlant Burger dagegen war immer richtig gut belegt mit Tomaten und Käse und einer leckeren Sauce. Was soll das?

Ich war heute das erste mal dort. Es war eine Maus bei dem oberen Stockwerk und als man das Personal drauf aufmerksam macht wurde man nicht ernst genommen und es wurde gelacht. Es ist echt widerlich.

MÄUSE! Meine Partnerin und ich haben hier bestellt und sind hoch in das Obergeschoss um an einen der Tische zu essen. Plötzlich läuft eine Maus an meinen Füßen vorbei und versteckt sich unter den Mülleimern neben dem Waschbecken. Im Obergeschoss sitzt auch ständig eine ältere Putzfrau, die einen guten Blickwinkel zum Laufweg der Maus hat. Als ich die Putzfrau auf die Maus ansprach sagte sie nur "Maus? Okay, okay." Danach saß sie einfach weiter und unternahm nichts. Nachdem wir fertig gegessen haben, bin ich runter zur Bestelltheke um dort das Mäuseproblem zu schildern. Hier ist das Gespräch: Ich: "Oben läufen Mäuse rum!" Kassiererin 1: "Maus? Hmmm, okay." Ich: "Vielleicht wollen sie etwas tun, damit die Maus weg ist." Kassiererin 1: "Hmmm, ja vielleicht" Kassiererin 1 zu Kassiererin 2: "Der Mann sagt oben ist eine Maus." Kassiererin 2: "Welcher Mann?" Kassiererin 1: "Der hier." Kassiererin 2: "Ach was." Damit hat sich das Thema für die Mitarbeiter beendet und keiner hat sich darum gekümmert. Sollte ich dort jemals wieder eine Maus sehen, werde ich das Ordnungsamt dazurufen. Herr Betzien, ist das die Art wie Sie Ihre Gastronomie führen?

Es gibt keine Selbstbedienungskasse. Nach der Bestellung erhält man keinen Gutschein mit Code. Alles dauert ewig. Ich habe nur wegen der kostenlosen Toilette einen zweiten Stern hinzugefügt.

Ein typisches McDonald's, ideal für einen schnellen Imbiss während eines Stadtbummels. Das Restaurant ist geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine klassische Speisekarte, Getränke und Desserts sowie Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder wenn man im Zentrum von Stuttgart schnell etwas essen möchte. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service schnell. Für alle, die Fast Food mögen oder einfach nur einen Snack für unterwegs suchen, ist dies ein praktischer Ort.

Bin mit der Einstellung ist hat mcdonalds rein gegangen. Jedoch wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht. Man wird in dieser Filiale noch von ECHTEN Personen bedient was ja heutzutage echt eine Rarität ist. In dieser Filiale gibt es keine displays zum bestellen trozdem geht die Bestellung schnell und einfach. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Zweiten Stock haben mich zu dem auch positiv überrascht. Leise Atmosphäre und entspannt. (Nicht die ganze zeit das pipen was man sonst bei Mcdonalds immer hört) Zusammenfassend war ich sehr positiv überrascht von diesem Laden!

Es ist ein europäisches McDonald's... einfach nur „McDonald's“ mit Akzent und 20 % Aufschlag. Aber ich bin freiwillig hier!

Schrecklicher Service, ihre Begrüßung, kein Service. Obwohl es abends keine Gäste gab und ich die Einzige war. Die junge Mitarbeiterin, die am 29. Dezember um 21:36 Uhr arbeitete, bot keinen Service. Aber ich habe bemerkt, dass nach mir keine Migranten kamen und sie diese angemessen bediente.

Ein Restaurant, das ich definitiv nicht wieder besuchen werde.

Der Laden ist sowas von schmutzig, abartig! Toiletten dreckig, aber drei "Reinigungskräfte" davor, die auch noch Geld wollen für diese verschmutzten Räume. Das Essen war alt und ewig warmgehalten. Bürger trocken und kaum Soße drauf. Bestellung war unvollständig, der Mitarbeiter diskutiert aber es sei alles richtig gewesen. Leider war es dann doch falsch. Ein Getränk komplett vergessen, 1 Burger falsch, mit Quittung bewiesen, dann endlich getauscht bekommen. Der Gesamteindruck des Restaurants ist furchtbar, ekelig, dreckig und unfreundliche Mitarbeitende. Leider wurde ich von meinen Kindern überstimmmt, sonst wären wir gleich gegangen. Nochmal werde ich 100% nicht mehr da hin gehen. Hier sollte MC Donalds vielleicht mal überprüfen, wie der Laden geführt wird. Hinterlässt einen absolut negativen Eindruck für die gesamte Kette

Ich bestellte knuspriges Hähnchen, einmal mit und einmal ohne Speck. Da der Burger ohne Speck war, ging ich mit beiden Burgern zurück, um sie zu zeigen. Die Dame an der Theke misstraute mir, was ich nachvollziehen konnte. Sie zog Handschuhe an und überprüfte die Zubereitung. Dabei stellte sie fest, dass alles total verdreckt war, da sie mit den Fingern zwischen Salat, Käse und Soße hantiert hatte. Ihr fiel auf, dass kein Speck drauf war. Zu meinem Entsetzen legte sie dann einen Streifen Speck in denselben Burger, trotz des ganzen ekelhaften Zeugs, und gab ihn mir zurück. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Normalerweise hätte sie mir einen neuen Burger servieren müssen. Ich weiß nicht einmal, ob sich der Manager darum kümmern wird. Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem ekelhaften Service in der Gastronomie. Ich werde dieses Restaurant niemandem empfehlen. Bettler kommen in den McDonald's, stellen sich an den Tisch und betteln um Geld und Essen, und die Angestellten sagen nichts oder unternehmen nicht einmal etwas dagegen. Es ist so unangenehm, dort zu sitzen und zu essen.

Schlechtes Essen und schlechter Service.

Mitarbeiter essen Pommes direkt aus der Schütte. Ranziger Laden. Der versiffteste McDonalds der mir bekannt ist. Durchfall garantiert.

Das Personal spricht weder Deutsch noch Englisch und wird wütend, wenn es etwas nicht versteht. Unfassbar unhöflich.

Das ist nie im Leben fast food, mit dem Schildkröten Tempo Personal. Wer Zeit schätzt ist im diese laden falsch.

Wir sind Ausländer aus Rumänien. Die Dame, die die Bestellung entgegennahm, schrie uns dauernd auf Deutsch an, obwohl wir höflich waren und nach einer Nugget-Karte gefragt hatten. Wir fragten nach Twisted Fries, dann schrie sie uns dauernd auf Deutsch an und wurde unruhig. Dann gab sie uns die falsche Soße, das falsche Sandwich mit einer anderen Soße. Als wir sie nach dem Sandwich fragten, machte sie eine Szene, schrie uns an und drehte die Tafeln oben um, wo sie ihre Produkte ausstellen.

Das Personal ist den Kunden gegenüber so respektlos. Ich wollte bestellen und das Personal fing an, mich anzuschreien, weil sie kein Englisch konnten.

Everything is not good, everything is forgotten

When I arrived there after a 14-hour drive, simply wanting a Bic Mac, there were, believe it or not, two whole Happy Meals scattered across the entrance floor. And not to mention, I got a Big Tasty, the cheese already melting on the outside of the wrapper. I honestly don't know what anyone would be doing in a place like that. What I wouldn't even consider going there again is anything. Please listen to this review I wrote myself, and don't go there unless you want to subject yourself to something so disgusting. Why asking for money to use the toilet?!!! this is illegal, reported to the corporate

A truly lousy branch. No milkshakes for a while, no ordering kiosks, and shady characters and people outside shaking hands with each other. Bä...

McDonald's food is generally controversial. When I go there, I know what to expect: fast food. However, this branch is completely off-putting. The tables are dirty, the chairs and seat covers are broken. The staff is completely overwhelmed by language and organizational issues. The only presentable aspect of this location was the restroom and the cleaning staff, whom I was happy to tip.

I've never waited so long for my food as I did here! Never again.

We often come to McDonald's because the cafe is still affordable. It's never crowded here at McCafé. It's simply good. The cake is really fresh and delicious. The price is reasonable.

Never seen such a bad McDonald's. (July 12, 2025, 1:45 a.m.) -Tables and chairs not clean -Floor dirty -Only two cash registers open with slow and unfriendly staff -No order man for self-ordering. Everything was fine, then the food arrived: -Bread, dry and falling apart -Taste was also unfamiliar, but, as you can see from the picture, it makes sense. -That's not the Big Mac I was in the mood for -McFish, the fish was very good but practically no sauce, and the bread was also a problem. -Hamburger, unfortunately, also because of the bread, too unusual and not tasty. Thrown away and no longer hungry.

Caution – serious hygiene deficiencies and aggressive behavior by the alleged store manager! I was in this store on June 30, 2025, at approximately 11:25 PM and witnessed an incident that left me shocked and stunned. Hygiene standards? None! – An employee in the preparation area was talking on his personal cell phone while working. – The cashier, who had previously accepted cash, went straight to the fryer and fried the fries without washing his hands. – Other employees touched the fryer without wearing gloves or washing their hands and then prepared burgers, etc. When I politely and matter-of-factly pointed this out to the responsible "supposedly as issued" store manager, I was ignored, provoked, and ultimately even forced out of the store under threat of violence. An apology? None. Instead, they even refused to give me the name of the person responsible – apparently because they knew the behavior was unjustifiable (“data protection justification”). Such conditions have absolutely no place in a company like McDonald’s. I will report this incident to the health authorities and have already informed McDonald’s Germany in writing. Never again!

The outdoor area is always dirty and attracts strange people who shout insults at people with their vodka bottles. Not recommended.

Of you are hungry,eat different restoran

Enjoyed the breakfast for my first time eating there. Definitely worth it.

By midnight, half of the menu items were gone. And by 5:00 a.m., only cheeseburgers were available.

So no offense intended, but during my trips to Germany it was one of the worst McDonald's I've experienced. Cashier didn't get anything done. If you say Cola without ice, it puts ice in it. The children forgot mayo and ketchup, then brought the mayo and ketchup again twice, etc. etc. The whole order went through like this. Tables where we went were still dirty and the place really wasn't full. There are 5 people behind the cash register and they would have had time. And the absolute worst thing is that a beggar with a child comes in and asks everyone here if anyone can buy food. Nobody cared about her being moved out.

This is still an old school McDonald's. No ordering terminals, but super friendly employees who have fun with each other and obviously enjoy working there. It's worth eating here. We'll definitely be back.

I think this McDonald's in Stuttgart is the best and the cleanest. The employees, especially the ladies, are really nice. People are always served with a smile. The stupid thing is that you can't redeem any rewards there. But for me it's not the end of the world

Top McDonald’s – 5 out of 5 stars! I was at McDonald's on Marienstrasse in Stuttgart and was really pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is super clean, everything looks neat and tidy - you immediately feel at home. The employees were very nice and friendly, the service was quick despite it being busy. The toilets were also clean and in very good condition, which unfortunately is not the case everywhere. The food tasted as always, everything was fresh and hot. Overall, a really good McDonald's where everything was right - from the cleanliness to the service. 5 stars – gladly again!

This was not a great McDonald's but decent. Switzerland and Rome were much better. Still European McDonald's food is so much better than in the USA.

The employees in this store are really the last thing. 1.5 hours before the store closes you either won't be served at all or you'll only be allowed to help yourself to the things that have been lying around there since midday and no one else wants. Employees at the checkout and shift management are both immediately aggressive, condescending and very quickly abusive and insulting. So I'm sorry, but if you're still open for over an hour you should prepare something again or at least be able to communicate in a friendly manner without insults. Everything is dirty, tables look like they were last cleaned 10 days ago. Shift manager coughs over all the menus, washing his hands afterwards is of course overdue - I don't even want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. 0/10 stars if it were possible. It's better to give it a wide berth and the owner should think about what kind of staff he is hiring.

We (two people) arrived 15 minutes before closing time, there was a cash register open and three employees visible. There were about 4 people in front of us. There was another person behind us. When it was our turn, one of the employees said they were closing (it was five minutes before closing time). We would have been very happy to have been informed about this earlier so that we could have looked for an alternative. We stood in line for 10 minutes and finally walked out of the store empty-handed. We were offered two cheeseburgers, which I, for example, couldn't have eaten. The man had already shown an impatient and unfriendly attitude towards the customers in front of us. He showed no change towards us. This was not an isolated incident. It has happened several times that we were unable to order our menu or did not have a friendly encounter.

Middle old woman, shouts at the young, helpful employees, in front of all the clients he is being finished off and humiliated, just disgusting and disrespectful. The boy was always hard at work and always tried hard.

These Mac Donalds are definitely better than the ones from Spain. The burger is much better, it reminds me of a Mac Donalds from 20 years ago, with good burgers! Additionally, they do not have self-service to place the order.

It looks beautiful from the outside, but it is also deceptive from the inside. The staff who served us didn't seem so happy and weren't really friendly to us. The food was comparatively bad to other McDonald's, the food had been on the counter for several minutes and was therefore cold and wrapped up. There were also no ordering terminals, which I haven't had in any McDonald's before. No recommendation. 👎🏻

We wanted to ask the employee something and he simply said I don't have time for you...... He was rude and the toilet was dirty and broken.

My little boy always loves the children's food

The big mac is really disgusting... I could eat two bites and the rest ended up in the trash. You can eat it well in other locations. Unfortunately mine was inedible here

The toilet facility itself made a modern impression. However, the visit was marred by an extremely unpleasant incident. When attempting to use the toilet we were stopped by two rude staff and asked to pay a euro as one of us had already used the facility before. This restriction of only being allowed to enter the toilet area once per visit was neither communicated to us in advance nor did it seem appropriate to us. The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional and gave the impression that the staff was primarily concerned with collecting fees rather than providing a clean and pleasant stay. Aside from this incident, the toilets themselves were relatively clean, although there were bits of paper and suspicious liquid on the floor here and there.

No coupons (app) will be accepted.

Unfortunately this is a very bad area of Stuttgart and this reflects directly in the McDonalds. The food is not so good, and the service is ok but nothing special. There are a lot of crazy and homeless people arround and inside. Would not recommend this place,I would go to a different one.

In the McDonalds branch on Marienstrasse Stuttgart you can still order at the counter 👍. A few times a year I just need a BigMac🤭. From us also available as a McMenu. Unfortunately there are sometimes long queues. There is enough seating on the ground floor and first floor. The toilets are on the first floor.

Employee accidentally overcharges. It's clear what you're doing there. Does the cash register need to be in order again or what's your scam. Next time I see you there I'll let your boss know what you're doing here.

The tastiest Fishmc. Service is very quick with orders. I always had a short wait.
