Very, very dirty, not all the staff know English, hide the dirt. Dirty tables, chairs and floors. Food without salt is not always tasty.

I advise against eating at this restaurant. The staff is always rude. One man refused to call the manager. The portions are always very small. The meatballs are non-standard, as if they were homemade and no one knew how they should be. I will never come here again. Unfortunately, experiences like this make you lose interest in eating at McDonald's.

A quick burger? Then you've come to the right place. I had a Double Cheese Royal. It wasn't finished, it was freshly made. It was so hot and delicious that I almost burned my mouth. That's how it should be, hot and fresh. What I like is that I don't have to order through a display but can still talk to the seller. In my opinion, this seems friendlier and more appreciative towards the customer. Staff was friendly, quick and helpful. Payment possible by card, mobile phone and cash. Everything clean and tidy.

Experience from May 25, 2024, 3:00 p.m.: All checkouts were staffed, so I was able to place my order after waiting less than 1 minute. Since you get a free pin set with every order for the Kaulitz menu and I still needed the set with the burger pin, the employee checked in the back office to see if one was still available. The McPlant Tomato Chargrill was prepared à la minute and after about 3 minutes of waiting I was able to take my menu with me. The McPlant Tomato Chargrill looked great visually and the temperature and taste were also top notch. The rooms on the upper floor appeared inviting and clean, as did the toilets. Overall a very positive experience. 👍🏻

Dirtiest McDonald's I know! You stick to the floor everywhere and when you walk, even the cake counter is full of stripes.

There is a McDonald's restaurant at Marienstrasse 12 that in no way meets 21st century standards. You won't find an ordering terminal here, which leads to long waiting times at the checkout. In addition, free products from the McDonald's app could not be redeemed, which caused additional frustration. It is urgently time for McDonald's in Stuttgart to be modernized. The introduction of ordering terminals, the possibility of redeeming free products from the app, improving cleanliness and hygiene and a comprehensive renovation of the restaurant are essential. McDonald's in Stuttgart cannot continue like this. This is a tragedy for our state capital.

The quality of the food is up to McDonalds standards, however there are significant deficiencies in terms of hygiene. The tables are dirty and the staff doesn't seem motivated to improve the situation.

Two smoking men greet me at the door and tell me to come in. Inside, 20 minutes before closing time, an angry lady told me there were only three burgers left and they wouldn't make the rest shortly before closing time. In a short time, a total of 5 McDonald's employees came and told me, among other things, to leave the store with the words "f*ck off." A complaint was made to McDonald's and so far there has been no response. I will never order from this store again.

The man with the almost bald head is extremely rude. If you don't like your job, look for another one. That kind of behavior is just not acceptable. When I'm working and I'm annoyed, I don't take it out on customers. Oh and I'm pretty sure the homophobe was the way he stared at me and my friend. Disgusting. 10€ für einen BigMac und eine Fanta die schmeckt wie Wasser mit einem Spritzer Zitrone. BigMac war außerdem kalt und nicht einmal gab es Servietten dazu. Nicht zu empfehlen. 👎

Normaleweiss ich will kein negatív komment lassen. Aber heute morgen hab ich erfahrt, hat mich uberrascht. Hab ich uber 5 minute gewartet Für mein bestellung und nicht wegen mitarbeiter. Sondann wegen Schichtfuhrer. Sieht so Aus wie er weiss nicht wie soll er arbeiten, war er muss zu tun. Hab ich so was noch nicht erlebt. Er hat kein bestellung gemacht wann sein mitarbeiter hat was anderes zu tun. Frau war sehr lieb und sie arbeitet viel, aber krieg auch kein unterschutzung. Tut mir leid Aber so geht nicht. Als Schichtfuhrer er soll bei sie helfen und bestellungen machen. Aber er nur laufen in kuche und was nicht was ist los. Schade. Big Mac war zu trocken und fleisch war alt und trocken. Sauce ist sehr wenig mit salat zusammen. Andere seite Royal TS war full Aber fleisch ist auch alt. Soll bischen mehr auf quality nach gucken.

Большое уютное место. Отсутствует табло для предварительного заказа. Очень грязный и маленький туалет. Руки нечем вытереть, сушилка не работает! Почему такое такое имеет место быть? Наведите порядок!

Für die nette Dame an der Kasse, die mich auf ein Menü hingewiesen hat 4 Sterne! Für die Sauberkeit leider Abzug. Ich finde es schlimm, dass es Obdachlose gibt. Aber leider sehr geruchsintensiv und das verdirbt den Appetit. Am 26.12. mittags so gewesen.

Komisch was vor der WC Anlage los ist.

Eine der weniger schönen McDonalds: Bettelnde Leute drin; viele Laute Jugendliche, eher dreckig im Vergleich zu anderen; in meinem Fall eher abweisend es Personal. Schade, oftmals sind die Filialen deutlich besser und gemütlicher.

Wir hatten nur 2 Kaffee... Klofrau??? Barierrefrei??? Die Kassierin sehr nett, aber der Tisch klebrig, kann mal vorkommen. Gegen später habe ich die Toilette besucht und festgestellt dass ab der Treppe der ganze Boden klebt, das hörte sich auch sehr unangenehm an. Einen Aufzug habe ich nicht gesehen, deshalb habe ich die Treppe genommen. Oben war ich überrascht wie offen es ist, hatte mich untern etwas unwohl und auf dem Präsentierteller gefühlt. Auf dem Weg zum WC habe ich trotz Sehminderung eine Frau bemerkt von der ich den Verdacht hatte dass sie Geld möchte fürs WC. Ich hab gedacht ich steh im Wald, das geht ja gar nicht... Ich bin zahlender Kunde, und so sauber war es da jetzt auch nicht. Als ich dann die Treppe wieder mit meinem Langstock runter wollte habe ich gemerkt dass ich mich gar nicht richtig festhalten kann, denn das Geländer ist einfach zu kurz. Wer hat sich denn das einfallen lassen?????? Ganz ehrlich im Rahmen meines Langstocktrainings habe ich gelernt dass so ein kurzer, zu kurzer Handlauf sehr gefährlich ist. Was auch gar nicht geht, als wir uns hingesetzt haben wurden wir vom Nebentisch angebettelt von einer Frau mit einem Kind im Kinderwagen. Ich gebe gern, aber nicht so. Sie hielt mir die Hand hin und meinte ihr Kind habe Hunger, aber sie saß daneben und hat Burger gegessen. Ob die Kassierin diese Situation mitbekommen hat weiss ich nicht, es war nicht viel los. Rollstuhlgerecht und barrierefrei ist es hier definitiv nicht. Aber nach diesen Ereignissen werde ich mir überlegen ob ich noch einmal wieder kommen möchte.

Das Essen war schnell bestellt und auch schnell zum Essen bereit! Außerdem waren die Pommes hier im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen McDonalds Fillialen noch warm. Allerdings enthielt meine Cola deutlich zu viel Eis, neben deutlich zu vielen Eiswürfeln befand sich im Becher ein großer massiver Klotz aus Eis.

Die Apfeltasche war wie immer lecker und ein super Mitternachtssnack! Leider war dem Personal die Arbeitsaufteilung nicht ganz klar, deshalb hat sich die Bezahlung etwas gezogen.

Wie alle McDonalds gleich aus schauen und gleiches Essen. Ab und zu kann man ja mal hingehen um was zu essen und trinken. Auf Dauer wird es langweilig

Centrally located near Stadmitte. Has multiple cashiers and the lines were not long. Has upstairs and a McCafé. Restrooms upstairs and the place was clean. Ate on ground floor near the back and had a comfortable couch and away from other patrons. Good experience for a fast food restaurant. Recommend if you are downtown.

I have posted this review over a Year ago, but I have just noticed now MCD took it down. So here we go again! I am surprised at the abominable performance that came from McDonald’s. Let’s start of with the McMuffin (pic.1). It was horrendous. It was bland, the egg was overcooked, the bun where spongy, and all in all just a poor performance at a breakfast sandwich. Next was the hashbrown (pic.2), and we also continue the trend of bland food, it was cooked good, but it was WAY too fatty (you can see the fat oozing out). Again, nothing which I expected from Micky D. Next is the coffee (pic.3), and idk what was wrong with the coffee, but it was very hot. Also the sugar was underperforming, because even when I put 3 sugars in it, it still tasted bitter. And alas, the star of todays show, it’s the Bagel Double beef and cheese (pic.4). I was most excited about this one just out of the fact because this one was the only one having actual meat. And out of all of the stuff I just reviewed, this was better than the other contenders. Now, I said „better“ and not „good“. I liked that it was just all cheese and Beef, but the cheddar was not melting, and that is just wasted potential, but also the fact that the trend is here up and running and everything is bland. I had to drink the awful coffee just so that I will get at least some flavor. The mayo helped, it was just too much of it. I was also thinking about taking their version of a breakfast wrap, but The time crunch has gotten real to go to work and I was so disappointed by the food that I didn’t wanted it anymore. All in all, just full of wasted potential due to how bland the food was. Which I find sad because McDonald’s is known to season their food very good. And then we get this. If they would’ve gave us more seasoning (and I don’t mean something fancy like Caraway Seeds or something like that, just a bit of salt would go a long way), then I would give them a higher rating. And also something worth considering, this meal that I had was around 800 kcal. Unless I am working a very physically demanding job or I am a bodybuilder (of which I am either nor) then this is WAY too much calories for the average adult, especially for breakfast. Outside of the food, the service was very good and the staff where friendly and they also brought my Bagel Double Beef and Cheese to the table, because it was being freshly prepared I believe. I didn’t times the service, but I took around 5 mins for the whole service (this includes them bringing my bagel to the table), which is a nice gesture. The facilities where clean and comfortable. Nothing else expected. Since it was the start of the day they where cleaning the whole restaurant and cleaning detergent was everywhere around the restaurant, which is also a health code violation when little children see the colorful bottle and they accidentally drink the detergent. Now to the final word and score „Ambitious, but rubbish“ 10/10 IGN

Man kann sagen was man will bei diesen ungesunden Dingen.. Es schmeckt, man fühlt sich geschätzt und man versucht alles mögliche möglich zu machen. Danke! Immer wieder gern

Schnell einen Cold Brew Kaffee geholt... ging superschnell!

While I do applaud the choice to hire staff with obvious cognitive disabilities, this does however also negatively impact the quality of the service. Alas, very few people these days actually have to work for minimum wage, so I guess one has to settle for those with an atrophied prefrontal cortex. But in all sincerity, you shouldn't hire a cashier who can't tell the difference between glass and plastic.

A menü (crispy chicken spicy) amit rendeltünk ehetetlen volt. Rengeteg szószos zöldség került a húsra, amitől a panír elázott. A fűszerek közül a só volt a domináns, egyszerűen csak nagyon sós volt tőle a burger. A sültkrumpli szottyadt volt, korábban süthették. Kértük cseréljék ki frissre, ami némi kommentár kíséretében megtörtént. Amennyire lehet igyekszünk elkerülni az üzletlánc éttermeit, de ha olykor bemegyünk vásárolni csalódás a vége.

Essen war schmackhaft, aber ist ja auch Mcces Der Service ist leider weniger gut, da die nie wirklich verstehen was man jetzt bestellen will und beim letzten Mal wollte ich Pommes und Potato Wedges, aber habe nur die Wedges bekommen und die Kassiererin war auch noch unhöflich und hat mich angemotzt. Außerdem funktionieren die Gutscheine aus der App irgendwie fast nie und die Eismaschine auch nicht.

Ist halt ein McDonald's in der Innenstadt, als ich da war , konnte ich mein eigenes Wort vor arabischem gebrabbel, türkischen Kindern auf den Tischen und indischen palaber nicht verstehen. Ansonsten halt einfach ein mecces.

Ganz gewöhnlich wie Hauptbahnhof sehr schlicht Mitarbeiter am Telefon gibt falsche Informationen lügt einfach und sagt Bestellung unterwegs obwohl ich nach 1 Stunde anrufe und es noch nicht ausgeschickt wurde

Si quieres el menú de desayuno normal, buena suerte. El año pasado hicieron salchichas y muffins de huevo, pero este año han eliminado del menú más de la mitad del desayuno y no servirían un batido durante las horas del desayuno. Menú diurno normal bueno, pero no llegue cerca de la hora de cierre ya que dejan de cocinar frescos y tuvieron que elegir entre sobras. ! !

Diese Filiale sticht durch nichts besonders von anderen McDonalds hervor. Gewohntes Essen bei gewohnter Qualität. Ich finde es nur erstaunlich, das bei der Masse an Laufkundschaft der Laden trotzdem einigermaßen sauber zu halten ist.

Was macht denn einen McDonald's aus, bzw. was können denn eigentlich die unterschiede zwischen den Filialen sein? Das Essen ist eigentlich immer gleich. Also geht es eher um Sauberkeit und Personal. Die Filiale hier ist modern und sieht auch sehr sauber aus. Das Personal? Hm.... die erste Dame war absorbiert am Telefon tätig und ließ die Kundschaft einfach stehen. Liegt das daran, dass man sich von hier aus scheinbar Essen liefern lassen kann? Der Kollege, der dann einsprang war nett, freundlich und prompt. Allerdings: Hätte ich nicht ein hungriges Kind dabei gehabt, ich hätte keine 10 Minuten auf einen einfachen Cheeseburger gewartet.....
