McDonald's in Stuttgart

Das Restaurant ist klein und leider sehr schmutzig. Der gesamte Eindruck wirkt ungepflegt und enttäuschend. Für ein Restaurant, das das McDonald's-Logo trägt, ist dieser Zustand wirklich beschämend. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf – sowohl bei der Sauberkeit als auch beim Service und der Produktverfügbarkeit.

Das Essen ist super und wird direkt zubereitet. Es gibt halt nicht so viel zur Auswahl an Essen aber es ist okay. Tische sind meist schmutzig und klebrig ebenfalls ist innen sehr eng sonst gibt es davor Tische und Stühle dann sitzt man halt direkt in der Bahnhofs Halle.

Hier wird ganz gezielt Unhöflichkeit und Respektlosigkeit gegenüber Kunden gelehrt! Und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig! Ist es etwa Ihr Vorteil, ausländische Kunden wegen ihres Akzents zu verspotten? Meiden Sie diesen Ort unbedingt!

Leider nicht bekommen was ich bekommen habe. Bürger waren leider auch nicht sonderlich gut.

Bestellte 20er Nuggets mit 3x Mayo für die Frau, dazu 2 Cheeseburger. Bekam 3x Mayo und ein Bigmac mit 2 Cheeseburger. Ich bin Happy, die Frau weiß davon nichts. 4 Sterne weil ich mir eine Ausrede ausdenken musste. Ambiente? Ist halt ein Bahnhof aber zu der Zeit und vor allem für ein Samstag eher "Ruhig" Beim nächsten Mal checke ich meine Tüte und packe die nicht direkt in den Rucksack.

Das war wahrscheinlich der beste McDonald's-Burger, den ich je gegessen habe. Er sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und hat super geschmeckt. Ich war echt beeindruckt. Die Pommes waren allerdings etwas zu weich. Komisch, denn ich dachte, das wäre ein automatischer Prozess. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.

Filialleiter denkt er wäre der Chef von allen Sachen und will mehrweg becher nicht annehmen, weil er keine Lust hat. So ein schlechten McDonalds hab ich lange nicht mehr gesehen NIE WIEDER DAHIN!

Ich habe diese Filiale kürzlich besucht und war insgesamt sehr enttäuscht und ehrlich gesagt auch schockiert über den Zustand und den Umgang mit Kunden. Zunächst zum Vorfall: Wir haben uns nur sehr kurz im Restaurant aufgehalten (deutlich unter einer Minute), als uns plötzlich Hausverbot erteilt wurde – ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung. Der Umgangston dabei war aus meiner Sicht unangemessen und respektlos. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut nicht akzeptabel und hinterlässt einen sehr negativen Eindruck. Noch problematischer fand ich allerdings die hygienischen Zustände. Mehrere Tische waren sichtbar verschmutzt und wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Essensreste, klebrige Oberflächen und allgemein ein ungepflegter Eindruck lassen Zweifel daran aufkommen, wie ernst hier Sauberkeit und Hygiene genommen werden. Gerade in einem Gastronomiebetrieb sollte das oberste Priorität haben. Auch das Essen entsprach leider nicht dem gewohnten Standard. Es wirkte nicht frisch und qualitativ deutlich unter dem, was man erwarten kann. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich lediglich, dass ein Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht wirkte – das zeigt, dass es auch anders gehen kann. Dennoch reicht das nicht aus, um den insgesamt sehr schlechten Eindruck auszugleichen. Ich hoffe, dass die zuständigen Stellen hier genauer hinschauen und Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Hygiene und den Umgang mit Gästen.

Mir ist der spontane Hunger vergangen! Ich hoffe, dass das eine Führungskraft auch liest. Wird ein Mann, der vor mir dran gekommen ist, des Klauens beschuldigt, ohne Basis. Der Mann hat bestellt, bezahlt und sich Kaffeesahne genommen. Nach Aufforderung diese zurück getan. Betreiber ruft die Polizei… als ob die Beamten nichts besseres zu tun haben… Liebes McDonald’s, sowas zerstört Kundenzufriedenheit und scheut Gäste ab, die euch Umsatz bringen sollten… Super, dass der Betreiber vermutlich Inder ist und der Gast deutsch. Naja für „Machtmissbrauch“ ist es egal, von wo man herkommt. Mit besten Grüßen

Das Restaurant im Bahnhof Bad Cannstatt ist einfach furchtbar. Das Essen schmeckt immer alt, die Tische sind schmutzig und das Personal ist unkompetent. Nachdem wir bestellt hatten und alles auf dem Tablett war sagte man uns dass das Spielzeug zum Happy Meal aus ist. Die Kinder waren natürlich enttäuscht. Im Restaurant kam dauerhaft ein Alarm aus der Küche, es war einfach ätzend. Keinem hat es geschmeckt und jeder wollte so schnell wie möglich gehen. Einfach nur schade ums Geld. Ein Stern ist fast schon zu viel.

Sehr langsame Bedienung und Essen war so naja, die Cheeseburger waren definitiv nicht frisch und der Big Mac hat auch schon mal besser geschmeckt

Extreme unsauber und alte Produkte die zerquetscht und ungenießbar sind. Vor meinen Augen wurde das Brötchen auf den Boden geschmissen und danach mir angeboten.

Habe gerade ein Smart Menü bestellt mit Doppel Cheeseburger,der war mir zu trocken,war bestimmt vor einer Stunde gemacht wurden und die Pommes waren ziemlich versalzen und lauwarm!Mal echt Leute, bemüht euch ein bisschen mehr und arbeitet mit Liebe! Zudem war mein Sitzplatz ziemlich dreckig!Nie wieder hier!

Der Burger war trocken, Pommes war wie Karton und hatte auch so gut wie kein Salz.

Mehr schlecht als recht. Tische sind unglaublich schmutzig. Essen wird zwar schnell zubereitet aber ohne Handschuhe anzuziehen oder mindestens mal die Hände zu waschen. Will nicht wissen wo sie überall mit den Händen davor war 🤮

Ich versteh nicht wie man so extrem unfreundlich mit anderen Menschen umgehen kann … Ich wollte einfach nur einen milchshake und vegane Nuggets, hab die als Coupon ausgewählt und steh an der Kasse, erst heist es vegane gibt es nicht mehr, dann meinte der sowieso schon sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter total unverständlich „alles weg“ ich hatte keine Ahnung was er damit meint und dachte ich kann jetzt für den milchshake zahlen, nachdem er mir mein Handy genommen hat und dort in den Coupons rum getippt hat, dem war aber nicht so, als ich erst mal rum stand wie ein idiot meint er alle Coupons sind weg und hat einfach direkt die Person hinter mir weiter bedient als würd ich gar nicht in der Reihe stehen …. Noch nie in meinem Leben einen so unfreundlichen Menschen kennen gelernt… Ich arbeite auch im Kundenservice und selbst wenn ich die schlechteste Laune habe geh ich nicht so eklig mit Kunden um. Wie kann man nur so scheisse sein … es ist ja nicht schwer einfach dann schonmal den milchshake vorzubereiten bis ich den Coupon ready habe aber einfach dann so tun als wär ich unsichtbar und so abwertend und genervt mit mir zu reden ist wirklich nicht ok und ich rede da vom menschlichen. Nie wieder setz ich einen Fuß da rein (Mitarbeiter hat heute um 22:25 gearbeitet)

Eigentlich eine Schande den Namen McDonald‘s hier zu benutzen. Es fehlt immer was, und wenn man was sagt, wird man angeschnauzt. Der Filialleiter ist echt unfreundlich und auch unverschämt!! Selbst bei den Junkies am Bahnhof bekommt man besseren Service als in dieser McD‘s Filiale!

Mein Kollege hat vorhin 2 Big Macs abgeholt. Das waren die zwei besten Big Macs aller Zeiten. Heiß und weich, voller Soße. Danke.

Das ist das schlimmste McDonald's, in dem ich je war. Es gibt nicht einmal eine Möglichkeit, sich die Hände zu waschen, geschweige denn eine Toilette.

Leider haben wir hier sehr oft Probleme. Das Arbeitstempo ist eher gemütlich. Bei größeren Bestellungen fehlt fast immer etwas. Auch heute fehlten wieder 2 Cheesburger in der Bestellung. Leider ist es inzwischen die Ausnahme, dass eine Bestellung vollständig ist, anstatt andersherum. Die Tische werden zu Stosszeiten nicht gereinigt. Der Service ist nicht gut. Es gibt auch keine Restaurant Toilette, sondern nur die kostenpflichtige Bahnhofstoilette. Insgesamt ist das Restaurant für einen schnellen Burger geeignet, aber lädt ansonsten nicht zum Verweilen ein und es ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man ständig unvollständige Bestellungen in den Tüten vorfindet, weil das Personal schlicht inkompetent ist. Hier wäre mehr drin.

Kein guter Franchisenehmer. Ich war schon öfter vor Ort. Die Tische sind ab mittags verschmiert. Abends werden keine Tabletts ausgegeben oder der Sitzbereich ganz gesperrt. Bei Personal in Fastfoodketten bin ich sonst nicht anspruchsvoll, aber „Bitte“ und „Danke“ wäre schön und, dass keine Augen verdreht werden, wenn man sich bei der Größe des Kaffees umentscheidet. Das Essen selbst ist unauffällig.

Das war wahrscheinlich der schlimmste McDonald’s, den ich in 40 Jahren als McDonald’s-Kunde je besucht habe. Es war dreckig, die Bedienung langsam, die Speisekarte sehr eingeschränkt, und ein Obdachloser wühlte in den Mülltonnen nach Essen.

Absoluter MÜLL!1!1!1!!!!111 Mann kann in der App bestellen und das steht auch online nur bekommen tut man nichts und vor Ort sagen sie, sie könnten das nicht ändern was Online steht. Mann bekommt sogar einen Code aber es wird nicht einmal versucht diesen einzugeben.

Ambiente katastrophal, kaum Platz. Keine Self-Service-Terminals. Natürlich Missverständnisse beim Bestellen... Nervig.

Wir waren gegen 18:30 Uhr beim McDonald’s in Cannstatt. Ich wartete mit unserem Kind im Auto, während meine Frau mit unserer anderen Tochter etwas im Restaurant holte. Zuhause bemerkten wir, dass die Nuggets für unsere Tochter fehlten. Also fuhren wir nochmals zurück. Vor Ort schilderten wir der Mitarbeiterin unser Anliegen. Sie sprach kurz mit meiner Frau über das Telefon und klärte alles sofort – professionell, freundlich und völlig stressfrei. So einen unkomplizierten und kundenorientierten Service habe ich seit Jahren nicht mehr erlebt! Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken – auch für die Pommes, das Eis und die Cola als Entschuldigung. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team! 👍🏻 Top Service – weiter so!

That tall black guy was so incredibly rude and unpleasant; I'll never go back because of him. I really wonder how he could have been hired. I'm very disappointed.

Dirtier than my hand, no napkins, only one drink, only two sauces, and those were in poor packaging. They didn't have enough trays, so they gave me a bag. 🫤 Bad boys

The food is mediocre, the service is okay, but the atmosphere is so bad. There are stains everywhere. The tables aren't cleaned properly, and the place is generally super-dirty. I wouldn't recommend going there, as there's another McDonald's nearby that's much, much better. Overall, this McDonald's is very, very bad.

The cashier lady behaves so badly you can’t even have a conversation with her. She doesn’t have the knowledge how to edit an order and we are the ones who are dumb and bad people. Talk back on our face and makes us feel that we are the ones who did a mistake! Yes we did by coming to this McDonalds!!!!! All my life mcdonals has been the one place people would never talk back or have a grumpy face but here it’s like the world is upside down and they are stuck! The man who served us was extremely rude! We bought two burgers, and he only gave us one packet of ketchup and one packet of sauce. When we asked if it was possible to exchange the sauce for another packet of ketchup, he replied very rudely and sarcastically: "Where are you from?" Then he threw the ketchup packet at us. Friend, we are tourists in your beautiful city. It would have been completely understandable if you had simply explained or told me that this wasn't possible! But why so rude? Wasen's indoor area would be closed. One of the worst MCs I've been to, simply because they don't accept coupons. My group was tricked into eating meat instead of vegetarian options. They also didn't offer the full range. Overall, what's on offer here is an absolute disgrace.

By far the most incompetent McDonald's in the world. You wait forever, 10-20 minutes, for common items like hamburgers and cheeseburgers. It's served stupidly, and everything tastes like it's been warmed up.

What a lousy place! How can you forget the drinks on a meal? They also forgot the toys in the Happy Meal 🤔 The food was completely burned. The atmosphere is completely run down. Disgusting!! I hope they close this branch soon.

Honestly! McDonald's isn't a 5-star restaurant, of course, and I know which part of Stuttgart I'm in. But the tall, southern-style gentleman does the Bad Cannstatt district proud by addressing customers in a commanding tone and making comments like, "Hey, buddy!" I have no idea what the standards are for dealing with customers in the restaurant system at McDonald's. But shouldn't you treat customers with respect? I hope for your sake that you have a different employee at the checkout. Because the other employees are really friendly and respectful. Enjoy your meal 🍔 😉

The floors are incredibly sticky and all the tables are dirty.

I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. The staff was extremely unfriendly and aggressive. Everything was done very slowly, with expressions as if I had done something wrong. When I asked for a sauce other than ketchup or mayonnaise, I wasn't asked which one I wanted—they simply gave me sweet and sour sauce. And this was only after repeated requests. The employee initially only wanted to give me ketchup or mayonnaise, which I find inappropriate when I specifically request something else. Although there were hardly any customers there, there was no preparation at all—we had to wait a long time for the fries to be freshly prepared. And even then, they were still half-raw and undercooked. We had already waited in line for about 10 minutes just to place our order. For a restaurant like McDonald's, this is unacceptable service.

It's just a nightmare. The cheeseburger was stale, like it was stored in a public restroom—a pungent, disgusting smell that was truly unsettling. The meat is dry, the loaf is like a sole. The restaurant is dirty, the tables are sticky, and the floor is covered in crumbs. It feels like they've forgotten about cleanliness. It's impossible to eat and be indoors. I wouldn't advise anyone.

First, I went inside and ordered. I wanted to eat inside, but they said there were no trays, so they stood in front of me and hid them under the table. I wanted to choose a sauce to go with my potatoes, but there weren't many sauces available. I went to eat and saw a very dirty table with a trash can next to it that smelled of garbage. I had to wipe the table myself with wet wipes. Then I started eating and realized the burger smelled of urine. Afterward, I vomited and didn't eat it anymore.

The employees are very unfriendly and mostly know nothing about their job. They also constantly say that the McCoupons supposedly don't work here. Even if the coupons do work, they don't have any of their menu items. The Coke tastes like a mixture of water and garbage, and the store is constantly dirty.

So, I went in there because Google Maps told me there was a McDonald's there and so on. And then I went in there and I really only wanted an apple turnover, brother just an apple turnover and maybe some caramel ice cream with it. And then he said that the apple turnover would take about 7-10 minutes. 7-10 minutes! Do you know what you can do in that time?! Well, anyway, I thought that was taking way too long and so I went out again, but then I went back in because I thought that if I go to a different McDonald's it would take a lot longer than if I waited the 7-10 minutes and then could eat the apple turnover. And I swear to you. I was so kind and gave it a second chance, I never do that, but this time I thought, take heart. And then I wanted ice cream with caramel sauce, and then he looked into the caramel sauce and said it was empty and there was only chocolate. What the heck is that?! That man has a job! Well, then I definitely went to Premium McDonald's—you know where you get off the highway. 1,000 points for the other McDonald's—that's really nothing here. Don't go there.

There are no self-ordering machines, but the menu is posted on the wall inside the store, so you won't have any trouble ordering. It's open both in the morning and evening, so it's a convenient place to fill up on a quick meal.

Absolutely unacceptable! Customers stand in line and wait while employees chat with each other instead of doing their work. No eye contact, no greeting, no interest. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. McDonald's should urgently rethink its personnel management at this branch.

I was asked if I wanted to take it with me or eat in. I wanted to eat there, but was given a paper bag to take it with me. The fries were soggy, maybe an hour old, and the double cheeseburger was a bit too much.

There is no vegan burger or fish burger, they only offer vegan nuggets. The milkshake is all ice, it's impossible to drink. The tables are dirty.

Lazy employees who didn't want to get the McDonald's glasses from the warehouse. Open burger boxes in the display and an annoyed reaction when you point out that you don't want an open box that has been there for a while. Tipped drink when handed over but made no move to refill it or give a new drink. Unfriendly treatment of customers, annoyance and disrespect - all experienced on the first visit under the new owner.

You call and want to order but the worker is very rude and tells you to come over. Why should I order when I can come over?

The food just feels thrown away again and again. It's repeatedly disgusting in the packaging and then of course you expect the customers to eat it. Definitely the last time I left money in this megges.

This is the least inviting McDonald's I've seen in the last 30+ years on earth. I actually like going to McDonald's and I've been to far too many of them, but everyone who can should avoid the one in Cannstatt train station. Besides, it's called a burger, the citizens are you my dear reviewers, you don't even know the difference.

The young saleswoman served all the customers alone, the other employees stood behind them, drinking coffee and watching the customers. The fries smelled like old sunflower oil and the cheeseburgers were terrible.

I went to this fast food restaurant today and all I can say is: Wow! The food was simply incredibly delicious! The quality of the ingredients was top and the preparation was perfect. Every bite was a delight! The portions were generous and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right here. I felt completely comfortable and am more than satisfied. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely stop by here again – absolutely recommended!

Visit St. Nicholas Eve '24.. Lots going on?.. yes.. football game and world Christmas circus.. We wanted a quick snack before the event. If we had looked in the seating area before ordering, we would have happily stayed hungry. Leftover drinks and food leftovers everywhere, trash bags overflowing, trash on the floor and tables, everything messy and extremely sticky... in short: disgusting. Photos have already been posted by JR. The food wasn't actually that terrible, but given the surroundings you lost your appetite... The very sparse staffing situation certainly didn't allow for any clean-up work, but events of this size are known long in advance and an increased rush on a branch is quite predictable.

Pictures say more than words. I'm normally a "positive" reviewer, but after the team on site was unreasonable, MC doesn't allow direct feedback without a receipt, here's the recession. I hope the licensee can remedy the situation.

Guys, check whether everything you ordered is really there!!! I pass the restaurant every day on the way to work. Unfortunately, something was always missing from my last three orders. The first two times I went back from home and the staff made amends. Last time I went to the hospital, ordered several things and unfortunately didn't look in the bag. It wasn't until I was there that I realized that I ordered 6 burgers but only got 3 burgers. This is a fast restaurant, you should NEVER look in the bag to see if everything you ordered is really there. The cashier just has to pack up the citizens. How can something like that be difficult?

Well, a branch and a very small one at that

Very unfriendly lady at the drive in counter in the morning. As a regular customer, you are literally harassed by the lady every morning when you go to get your coffee. The unfriendly lady is probably a shift manager on the morning shift.

9.10, 11pm: There is no cappuccino on the BigMac menu because the "system has been changed". The coffee machine was still on... order also incomplete. If there's a really bad McD, it's this one.

Instead of plant based nuggets we got normal ones. The nuggets were served in non-plant based packaging, whereupon the woman at McDonald's said that they were plant based nuggets and only the packaging was different. My friend also ordered plant based nuggets and received hers in plant based packaging, but hers too were normal ones. Under no circumstances should something like this happen!!! doesn't work at all!!!

Central branch with a small kitchen. Therefore, unfortunately only the standard products and menus. But it's really quick and there are lots of seats. I find the service from basic to very friendly :)

Very unfriendly shift manager!!! And when McDonalds doesn't offer vegan products at an important branch station in Stuttgart, it doesn't work at all. and then the shift manager at the checkout pointed it out in a very unfriendly manner, which was almost annoying! With such employees, you shouldn't be surprised that no one stays longer.

The order was ready in less than 2 minutes. Burgers and fries were hot. Payment by credit card was quick and smooth. The employee was friendly and quick.
