Everything is just bad! It can't be worse! Far too few staff, staff stressed and very slow. When driving, you stand in front of the counter for at least 15 minutes and no one answers. After honking and shouting several times, it becomes clear to the employees that someone is standing there and then they start insulting you why you can't wait...

There is finally enough parking space, and as a long-term visitor, I always feel helpless looking at the few people in the restaurant, but the parking lot is always full. Each time, my family and I had to find another restaurant with parking to arrange our dinner. The store has finally taken a step to limit those who are always brazenly occupying parking spaces. Disaster, food is cold. Digitalization is a foreign word here. We were asked three times what we had ordered. The whole store looks very old. There are no ordering terminals which makes ordering very difficult as the sellers give out wrong items than what you ordered. In general, there was still rubbish from people in front of each of the many tables, and it wasn't taken care of. The waiting time for our food was also longer than average, it has to be better! It's a shame, BK is always great, but this one needs a completely new opening.

I ordered online, it did take a bit longer than I expected for the food to arrive but as I called the restaurant, the person on the phone was very very friendly and apologized. Also the food was fresh and warm. Compared to last year, they for sure improved and are working on getting better 👍🏻

Shabbiest Burger King in the greater Stuttgart area. 1 ticket office open on Friday evenings, around 25 people in line. Mayo is sold out. Ambiance like a subway station. Waited 20 minutes for food. Staff work here in private clothing. Food was not edible and had nothing to do with how the items were once designed. My Kings Emmentaler came without Emmentaler, but with ice-cold standard cheese, no rocket, no fried onions in the wrong bun. Looked like a 5 year old was playing with food...Whoever is in charge of this branch should be replaced immediately.

The rolls and “chicken bulette” had been on the grill for a while, but the cheese hadn’t. It was ice cold and hard. The salad was also ice cold.
