I ordered online, it did take a bit longer than I expected for the food to arrive but as I called the restaurant, the person on the phone was very very friendly and apologized. Also the food was fresh and warm. Compared to last year, they for sure improved and are working on getting better 👍🏻

A Burger King that feels a bit outdated. On site everything is still “classic”. Order at the counter and not at self-service terminals. Rooms are really spacious. However, the store obviously suffers from its downtown location. Parking spaces are limited in time and the toilet is secured via a turnstile. In and of itself you get what you can expect, I think

Food was ordered at 11 p.m., via Liferando! It would be confirmed by phone at 11:05 p.m.! Delivery was scheduled at 11:37 p.m. I called several times and asked if it was coming and when, after the delay... Now it's almost 1 a.m.... I haven't received the food yet. Of course you can no longer reach headquarters by phone. I am very very disappointed!!!!!!

Shabbiest Burger King in the greater Stuttgart area. 1 ticket office open on Friday evenings, around 25 people in line. Mayo is sold out. Ambiance like a subway station. Waited 20 minutes for food. Staff work here in private clothing. Food was not edible and had nothing to do with how the items were once designed. My Kings Emmentaler came without Emmentaler, but with ice-cold standard cheese, no rocket, no fried onions in the wrong bun. Looked like a 5 year old was playing with food...Whoever is in charge of this branch should be replaced immediately.

I thought the first time Burgerking would be cool or tasty, I was 100% wrong The floor is full of coke and sticky like crazy, you have to pay money to go to the toilet, everything is full of people, the service is terrible, there isn't even mayo and there are only 2 workers there who work at a snail's pace, it takes forever to get up waiting for his food, one of the employees wears a fanny pack like a woman and has no work clothes and the employees don't look well-groomed, they just make you puke never again. If something is out of stock, it shouldn't be figured out after I've paid. After a minute of airing, they I came out in a hurry and a queue was wasted.

Really not a good Burger King. Why don't we have order monitors in 2024? Waiting time far too long. When I wanted to pay, the entire cash register had to be shut down. My burger was solid, my friend's burger was cold. I got ketchup instead of mayo. There are so many things going wrong.

The following dialogue occurred when we asked to use the changing room: "Hello, can we use your changing room?" has a diaper.” “Oh yes. After ordering plant based nuggets and receiving meat ones, definitely would not recommend. It shows complete negligence and laziness from the staff to make such a mistake.

Parking has to be paid for, toilet use has to be paid for and then the toilets are totally dingy and dirty. Things are clean and tidy in Trier.

You just have to be friendly to other people and the service will be good :)

The rolls and “chicken bulette” had been on the grill for a while, but the cheese hadn’t. It was ice cold and hard. The salad was also ice cold. My companion's double cheeseburger had also been on the grill for at least an hour. The paper was completely soaked with grease. The staff discussed "in a whisper" that the burger was a normal cheeseburger and that they should just sell it to us as a double. After about 3 minutes of discussion between the two (a blonde woman at the grill and a guy at the cash register), the blonde took the burger, opened it, put a second slice of cheese on it and packed it up again. Both burgers tasted pretty disgusting and dry... Conclusion: don't get anything from them after 11 p.m. The staff didn't feel like making the effort to make the food "fresh" anymore - unfortunately it was very disgusting and sad... I felt pretty sick afterwards 😩😩😩

The SHIFT LEADER welcomed this warmly and said we would get fresh food prepared straight away. After 3 minutes, which can't be right because it takes longer to prepare fresh patties ;) the burgers were ready and I couldn't believe what a disappointment it was, the patties that were in the pans and kept warm were simply remade Placed in the deep fryer for a few seconds. How can you treat your guests like that? There was also an extra fries but we didn't want them at all, we just wanted fresh burgers and not burgers that had been tried to be made fresh again. Since we didn't agree with this, we asked for our money back and were told that we were no longer allowed to eat in this Burger King?!! Worst toilets I've ever seen in a Burger King. The toilets cannot be locked, are dirty, etc.

I just bought a cappuccino which had a good taste and the price was okay, there was just a few people so I got it right away.

Unfortunately I have to say that this experience was extremely disappointing and caused me to leave the restaurant early. After entering the restaurant, I noticed the employee in charge of taking orders standing outside in the parking lot smoking. When he had finished his cigarette, he went behind the pickup counter without washing his hands and tried to pack my order without first hand hygiene. I found this lack of hygiene and the unsavory behavior extremely unpleasant. As a customer, I attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene, especially in the food industry. It is unfortunate that such behavior is tolerated by employees in a fast food restaurant. Smoking in the parking lot and then acting without the necessary hand hygiene are clear violations of the hygiene guidelines and pose a risk to the health of customers. We've been standing in line at the drive-in for half an hour now. Then we wanted to order something and didn't hear the man from the drive-in counter. We then wanted to order at the front window. Arrive and he says 12:17€. I explain to him that I didn't hear anything and we wanted to order at the front. The man then became very loud and shouted (just like he was able to speak German), no no no. Then another man came and he also shouted at the man and said he should go. He then tried to give us such an illogical explanation as to why it wasn't possible to order at the front window but only via the hands-free system? Where does it change whether I order something using the hands-free system or at the window? Maybe I would have been able to understand this explanation, which was currently unclear to me, if the man had spoken some German. Well, we've been avoiding Burger King for the last few years because of the scandals and today I wanted to see what it's like again! It was probably a sign - never again 😙

Eternal waiting time even when there was hardly anything going on and everything was cold. The guy at the checkout simply says "You don't go out to eat when you're in a hurry". Everyone works like they're on horse anesthesia.

I ordered 2 nuggets burgers with fries and cola, but the fries weren't good at all, they were broken and instead of nuggets burgers I got 2 cruspy burgers. And I told them exactly what I wanted. When I got home I wanted to eat my food and when I saw it it wasn't what I ordered so I called and said it was the wrong order and the employee on the phone said I should come over I wouldn't have been able to close the door for 10 minutes so I said I'll be there tomorrow so he wrote my name and I wrote his so I wanted to go past the next one and pick up the correct orders with me. I don't pay for free and for the wrong order. So I went there today and the Asian boss was very unfriendly and disrespectful. He wanted the receipt which I didn't get when I ordered mc drive. This isn't the first time that they keep giving me the wrong food that I ordered. #disrespectful burger child Bad Cannstatt

Bad service, forever waiting, then half of it was missing

Worst branch there is far and away! Unfriendly team. Long wait for a fast food company. Making drama about a small dog that sits at the door and isn't even really in the branch. Want to tie the dog up in front of the door at the drive in where the cars come from. There is no real way to safely tie your animal outside. Don't even deserve one star.

Preferably 0 stars. Whenever you order you have to wait forever, a restaurant would be even quicker. The suppliers need 2 hours to deliver the order... just sad. The best thing about it: food is also cold... really speechless. It's better not to order here at all and cook fresh at home, at least warm and ready faster.

🤢 👎 I have never experienced this in my 37 years! I was on Tuesday 02/20/24 at 5:57 p.m. I ordered 3 burgers. Ate one, took two away. When I get home I open the packaging and I see it has been bitten off. Dear people, just disgusting 🤢. I really hope that the person is fired immediately. I still have the bill and picture of the burger... Compensation would be more than appropriate. I paid for the burger and then got a bite... sorry if you read my review, I'm a positive person and have only given 5 stars to date but that's disgusting! If it were possible to give no stars, I would give 0 stars for the promotion. And I advise everyone to look at what they eat to see what they are doing that you can't see directly.
