Doing it way too early I don't know of any other fast food chain that closes so early...

Very bad place 2mall ordered via Lieferando a journey of 20 minutes and the driver arrives after 1h39min and there are no fries and dips and last time there were no lattice fries because it was a holiday.

My first review from 5 years ago has been removed. Worst BK in Stuttgart and the surrounding area.

I ordered an ice cream with cookies dough and chocolate sauce, without asking he gave me a small ice cream. I didn't know that it was available in small sizes and I actually wanted a large ice cream. The cookies were very hard and dry. My nuggets on my burger were also very hard, please make them fresh next time! And the atmosphere didn't seem so harmonious or welcoming to me either.

I ordered through Lieferando and paid online, they called and said they couldn't deliver because the driver had an ACCIDENT and they WILL CANCEL the order. Lieferando refuses to refund because BURGERKING DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL the order!!! And on site it takes 100 years until they see you have served. It will definitely stay that way.

By far the worst Burgerking I've seen so far. The smell inside the bathroom made me gag, the Burgers almost did so too. Who doesn't like flat Coke and cold and soggy burgers? 0/10 wouldn't recommend!

I ordered online, it did take a bit longer than I expected for the food to arrive but as I called the restaurant, the person on the phone was very very friendly and apologized. Also the food was fresh and warm. Compared to last year, they for sure improved and are working on getting better 👍🏻

Shabbiest Burger King in the greater Stuttgart area. 1 ticket office open on Friday evenings, around 25 people in line. Mayo is sold out. Ambiance like a subway station. Waited 20 minutes for food. Staff work here in private clothing. Food was not edible and had nothing to do with how the items were once designed. My Kings Emmentaler came without Emmentaler, but with ice-cold standard cheese, no rocket, no fried onions in the wrong bun. Looked like a 5 year old was playing with food...Whoever is in charge of this branch should be replaced immediately.

Parking has to be paid for, toilet use has to be paid for and then the toilets are totally dingy and dirty. Things are clean and tidy in Trier.

The rolls and “chicken bulette” had been on the grill for a while, but the cheese hadn’t. It was ice cold and hard. The salad was also ice cold.
