Never again! We wanted to order several meals using this app, but unfortunately, there's no internet access in the building. The cashier wasn't interested in helping us, so we had to place all our orders individually and pay over €85. Another time, we ordered food for work, and it took over an hour for a distance of just 1 km. And the food was cold and soggy. Yet another time, we tried to order using the app. I had the code, but the employee said it couldn't be scanned. After two months, I finally received a very unsatisfactory response to my email complaint.

I don't understand the bad comments. We were there today, as usual at Burger King, for a quick meal. It was good and the service was friendly. :-)

I've been waiting for my food for over an hour now, it's 12:23 AM. Where is my food? I've called several times, no answer. After a few more calls, I finally got a response. He told me the delivery driver was very busy. I completely understand, but I'm still waiting, and the place closes in an hour. Honestly, an order shouldn't take this long.

The cola was heavily diluted with water, and to order food you had to wait about 7 minutes until someone came.

I really like how incredibly fast the staff works. Also, they are very helpful cooperative and obviously take their Business seriously. The clean and cozy atmosphere ist very inviting.

It's just one bad restaurant in an otherwise ok franchise. Either the owner doesn't care or they have too many restaurants to manage. I have never seen this restaurant full, and even though there are few customers, there is always a queue to order, and it always takes too long to get the food, considering how few customers there are. The floor is always sticky and it doesn't feel like hygiene is taken seriously.

It's dishonorable to charge money to use the toilet.

Dude, I was there with my sister. First off, we walked in, it was empty, we were the only ones there, and we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone took our order. Then, the woman was incredibly unfriendly and rude when we finally got our food after another half hour of waiting. And when we opened it at home, we found no ketchup on the fries. The doner kebab fries were so garlicky they were spicy. The fries were soggy and cold, and we only had a 5-minute walk to our place. Our drinks were so warm, like they'd been sitting on a radiator. Worst experience ever! Never again. I called to tell the employee, and he was immediately unfriendly too. It's a real shame.

Disastrous service at the drive-in: 10 minutes per car, and the staff were as competent as 3-year-olds.

I find Burger King to be completely different from the others. The staff are very friendly, it's very clean, and the wait time isn't long. I've been to many Burger King restaurants, and this one was one of the best. The food is hot and served after a short wait. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was good, and the restrooms were clean – although the soap was empty. If it were up to me, I'd give it 0 stars. Truly disappointing.

Unbelievable! You buy a kids' meal for your child – and later it turns out there's no toy included. Apparently, it wasn't delivered. That's truly outrageous of Burger King! Additionally, the store was unhygienic, and the staff were unfriendly. Burger King should urgently review this branch.

The cashier was so damn rude. She rolled her eyes and had a terrible tone of voice. Because she wasn't speaking to you properly, she even ran after you because something was wrong with the payment. Never experienced anything like that before.

I went in today and was pleasantly surprised: Good, friendly service, an excellent burger (with honey sauce and vegan chicken), plus fresh, hot curly fries, a cool Diet Coke without ice, as is only right, and free in the clean (!) restroom. I parked my car outside and easily kept to the 1.5-hour parking time (free period, after which each half-hour costs €2). The machine provides information after entering my license plate number (it's recorded by an automatic camera upon entry, and the time is saved). I don't have any negative criticism at all; after all the negative posts on G-Mäps, I was pleasantly surprised, because I was actually expecting a truly hellish dump full of monsters. In contrast, the atmosphere was relaxed on a Monday, the shop was clean, the customers were quiet, and the ambiance was typical of BK. It was early lunchtime!

The fries taste like frying oil and are completely cold. The cheese on the burger is also still cold, and the employees show zero interest in customer satisfaction. I've had a stomach ache since my visit. Even drunk, the place isn't an option. Thanks for nothing!

Never seen a worse shop, I don't know what people are thinking... every time something is missing or bad, it looks like it's been thrown out. If I pay for the food I want to get everything and not one less person or the wrong order every time, this shop should close down!!!!!!!!!! The staff were very friendly to begin with but then they kept shaking their heads because if you can't handle the work yourself, then find something else, you have to be able to deal with people!!!

We went out to eat today. My brother's burger was raw. When I showed it to the staff, they said it wasn't raw. But when I told them to eat the burger, they said no because it was raw. A chicken bone in chicken nuggets?!?!? Very dangerous—you can easily choke on them. Never again.

I'm supposed to rate Burger King to be allowed to use the restroom there. It's only logical that I automatically rate the restroom. The faucet is broken, I can't wash my hands, the lock on the stall is broken, but at least the restroom is clean. Food and service were good!

Here, the ordering experience is still authentic and, above all, wonderfully slow-paced. Digital ordering terminals? None. App vouchers? A foreign concept from a distant future. Redeem King points? This seemed to pose an unsolvable, philosophical question for the staff. Instead, you can practice patience and let the friendly employee explain the in-house product range – an interactive experience in which the guest becomes a product training leader. Things get particularly exciting with the drinks. Whether the Coke comes still or sparkling today is apparently a matter of chance. A sparkling gamble for a mere €3! After all the hurdles, asking for a free refill was met with a look that said, "Be glad you got anything at all." The culinary finale was the churros and frickles, whose taste made you wonder whether the fryer oil dates back to the time the restaurant was founded. A unique flavor from "yesterday" that you won't soon forget. One star is for the courage to defy any kind of service mentality. Chapeau!

This is my first review but it's worth it. As a big fan of fast food restaurants, I recently walked into Burger King in Bad Cannstatt and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service I received from the staff. I ordered the famous Whopper and I can honestly say I have never had such a delicious burger in my life. The Whopper was juicy and flavorful, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly grilled patty. The fries were crispy and hot, and the drink was refreshing and cool. I also had the pleasure of experiencing the friendly staff who were willing to answer my questions about my specific requirements and ensure my food was exactly how I wanted it. I am really impressed with the quality of the food and the service I received here. The store itself was clean and well organized, with various seating areas and enough space for all customers. I could see that the staff worked hard and strived to provide the best possible service to each customer. Overall, my experience at Burger King in Stuttgart was very satisfactory and I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for quick, tasty food and appreciates the best possible service in a friendly and welcoming environment. The employee didn't want my coupon just because she had already typed it in. She couldn't have reversed it, just a stupid excuse. Lazy and probably didn't want to help a customer, especially if you're a woman and not 40 kilos overweight like her. I have to mention that I was the only customer, there was no queue behind me. And the fries were ice cold.

What can I say? Burger King, hygiene-wise, not exactly top-notch. We had a salad, and there were several leaves in it that still had bits of dirt on them. So, washing it before serving was probably not appropriate. And let's not even get started on the chicken, or the diarrhea we had afterward...

About 10 minutes before closing time, I ordered a burger. I saw one of the employees in the back wiping and cleaning without gloves. After I placed my order, I saw the same employee making my food, without gloves. I could only convince myself that he had washed his hands.

I ordered from there, and they forgot something from my order. I was annoyed at first, but then I called them. An employee answered and assured me they would send someone out and I would receive my items. No one showed up, and I paid for something I never received. I'll never order from there again. Shitty store.

So you should always check extra orders. Among other things, I wanted the chilicheese fries with extra cheese and both were not met. I haven't experienced such unmotivated staff in a long time (including the branch manager). It remains my favorite in Waiblingen after this visit!!!

Even though we chose a vegetarian menu, they gave us a meat menu because the cashier entered it incorrectly. Even though we stated that it was wrong, they said we were not making changes. Employees are indifferent and uncaring! The meatballs tasted terrible!

All these people who are saying it is dirty are people WITHOUT their own opinion because I work at Burgerking and I see the cleaning and the people who do it. Every day the cleaning, oil changes, disinfection. COME TO BURGERKING BAD CANNSTATT STUTTGART and you will see what it is like. Don't order anything there! Everything arrives cold and rotten. You can eat fresh on site and complain if something happens, but don't order anything. I've had bad experiences several times. Can I show you an example picture of how the Crispy Chicken arrived, soft and rotten in the cold!!!!!!
