McDonald's in Dietzenbach

Definitely the last time I've been there, you can't get what you're charged for to be packed. There's always something wrong. This is clearly fraud. There is no response to these Google reviews either.

The burgers are delicious, the fries are crispy, and the atmosphere is colorful and inviting. No matter whether I feel like a quick snack or just want to eat something in a relaxed environment - it always works. Sure, there are a lot of options out there, but every now and then I just enjoy the easy, delicious food at McDonald's.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to... You go to the McDrive at half past 1 and all you get are ice-cold fries, the chicken nuggets from two hours ago and a burger just slapped on there. There's super loud music playing in the kitchen (I understand that people want to get off work too) but unfortunately you can't hear anything from the front. There are 1-2 friendly employees there, the rest don't even say hello. I think even if it's just before work, it should at least be somewhat warm so that you can eat it at all...

Today we visited the McDonald's McDrive. The service was slow, the fries were not fully delivered, and all the products were not completely fresh. The impression was bad.

Quality of food okay. Ordered burger without sauce. Received with the no sauce sticker. Received with sauce 🙈 Chocolate cake available in the order terminal. After ordering, we were informed that we should check first whether it was available.

Cold fries and unfriendly employees

Even when I handed over the order at the serving window, I explicitly asked whether the surprises from the Happy Meal were in the bag. The question was answered in the affirmative... When we got home, there was no answer. Children disappointed and I annoyed. Next time we'll go to N-I or OF New opportunity, old problem... the quality of the food was okay (Mc Donalds), the man at the counter was also super friendly... when we got home, the nuggets were missing from the Happy Meal. Ich war die letzten Monate regelmäßig hier und habe leider auch einige Kritikpunkte. Also das Essen schmeckt ja, deshalb komme ich auch gerne wieder. Aber. Beim Big Mac gab es verschiedene Variationen des Aufbaus. Zum Beispiel. Ende und Anfang und oben drauf das Mittelstück des Brötchen. Dann zum Beispiel zwischen dem Ende und dem Mittelstück des Brötchen alles drin und zwischen dem Mittelstück und dem Deckel nichts drin. Also das ist schon ziemlich armselig, wenn man keinen Big Mac hinbekommt, sollte man nicht bei MC Donald arbeiten dürfen. Aber es geht noch schlimmer, von der Bestellung fehlt die Hälfte. Zum Beispiel 2 Chees Burger bezahlt und keinen bekommen. Bitte bekommt das in den Griff, denn ich liebe MC Donald. Danke.

A Big Mac costs 6 euros absolutely outrageously, then it was still cold 😩

We've been there 4 times now. Of the 4 times, my son received a completely different book than the one he ordered at the order counter. He is autistic. Anyone who knows autistic people knows what a trigger point this can be and the drama that can arise from it. Luckily he accepted it very calmly and was content. But why can you choose books if either the employee doesn't care or the books are no longer there?! And last time I had enough and said something (in a friendly way because we already had the book). Then you get an expression on your face that can't be beaten in terms of listlessness.

I don't believe it myself... but: That was the cleanest and most pleasant visit to Dtschl so far. In a McDonald's. Very tidy... not sticky anywhere... Everything clean. Also the service... great. Keep it up. I ordered and paid at one of the terminals and then only waited 4 minutes for my order to arrive. The food was like McD... you know what you're getting because it's system catering... But I had an extra request that I expressed to an employee in between. This was no problem and was dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. I didn't know that before. An absolutely recommended McDonald's branch. ...if everyone were like that...

I've never had any problems with my orders or anything else here. Everything was always great as usual 👌

Been a regular customer here for 5 years, always getting 20 McNuggest in the menu. Now from one day to the next it is claimed that the menu does not exist. This is how you scare away your regular customers! Then in the future we'll go to the Burger King around the corner or to the McDonalda in Dieburg where there won't be any problems.

I've always received friendly service and the products were fresh. Go there regularly. Only the parking lot is a disaster, or rather the access there, the 6 hills in a row cannot be driven on with a normal car. There is a risk of damage to the wheel suspension and axle. Yesterday I went to eat at Dietzenbach McDonald's with my children. I was so hungry that I was shocked when I saw the bread. I still can't believe how they can give such burnt bread to the customer. The staff is very rude and the service is very slow. You don't even deserve one star!!!

Children are ignored here for ages and no orders are accepted. You have to go to them as a parent and are then yelled at to get out of the way. Simply anti-social behavior. Absolutely not family friendly. You should be ashamed The boss just laughed when I said that this behavior was disgusting! Focus of the year!

It's just bad, I want the McDonalds from 25 years ago. Whoever wants what, can say it was better. Small selection, simple but tasty. I try again and again and regret it every time 🤦🏼‍♀️

My husband and I went to McDonald's in Dietzenbach with our granddaughter last Saturday. The hamburgers look bad, the buns and meat are smaller than before and even drier and more unappetizing. The portion of fries is very small. McDonald's is done for us.

What's a McDonald's without a milkshake? A pity. Menu with water or cola is not the same.

Zum Ambiente muss man bei McDonald’s ja nicht viel sagen. Hier ist nur die Frechheit dass die Angestellten einem ganz und garnicht das Essen geben welches man bestellt hat. Eine Sauerei!

Mitarbeiter kennen sich mit Unverträglichkeiten nicht! McCafe bietet laktosefreie Kaffeegetränke. Nur die Mitarbeiter können nicht zwischen laktoser freien Milch und pfanzlichen Milch unterscheiden. Ich habe eine Laktose und Glutenallergie, ich bestellte ein laktosefreie Capuccino. Ich erhielt diesen mit Hafermilch. Ich war seit 2 Tagen krank! Nächstes Mal gehe ich zur Gesundheitsamt!

Wie man die Kinder unglücklich machen kann, wenn das Personal nicht aufpasst. Wir haben zwei Happy Meals bestellt, einmal mit Cheeseburger und einmal mit Nuggets. Es wurden beide mit Nuggets erhalten. Leider mag einer des Kindes keine Nuggets – Enttäuschung für das Kind. Und es war nicht mal viel Betrieb. Die Gerichte waren zum Mitnehmen.

Da möchte man nen kaffe in seinen thermobecher von mc und bekommt gesagt man muß nen pappbecher nehmen Müllvermeidung geht anders und freundlichkeit auch

Wieder mal ein Hamburger vergessen und Sachen vertauscht. Hamburger waren, wenn sie mal wieder nicht vergessen wurden, total zerdrückt. Es kann doch nicht so schwer sein alle bestellten Sachen ordentlich zu verpacken und nicht zu vergessen. Es kann doch nicht sein das man jedes Mal seine Bestellung kontrollieren muss.

Hier war es wirklich gut. Essen wurde schnell gebracht. Leute waren nett. Essen war gut. Hatte eine Steckdose für den Labtop und kostenlos Internet. Das Restaurant war sauber und Reste wurden schnell abgeräumt

Die Reinigung der Tische ging etwas schleppend. Auf einer Toilette fehlte Klopapier.

Gutscheine werden nicht eingelöst. Bestellterminals oft dreckig, Spender mit Desinfektion für die Hände ist immer leer. Tische auch oft dreckig. Burger Zubereitung geht so schnell das der Käse nicht mal ansatzweise warm ist

Wenn es Gutscheine gibt ist es preislich OK aber den BigMäc noch BigMäc zu schimpfen ist schon dreist. Heute der BigMäc für 1€ dafür muss ich jedesmal ein neues Konto anlegen um den Code zu erhalten. Update WLAN ist Grotte langsam!!

Food is always cold and dry, tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. They make it feel like they purposely don’t want to give out good food because they won’t get paid more if more customers come and it less customers come then that means less work for them.

Leider wurden die Tische nicht gereinigt aber zum Glück hatten wir Feuchttücher dabei und konnten somit den Tisch säubern. Bei der Bestellung wurden dann diverse Sachen vergessen, Geschenk, Mayo, Apfelsaft.. Essen war wie erwartet.

Klasik bir MC etrafı öyle çok temiz beklemeyin. Bence en uygunu eviniz yakında ise alıp evde yemek en azından yediğiniz ortam masa temiz olur.

Eine Stufe unfreundliche Bedienung, alles was ausser gelernten Info bestellen will, kann man nicht, Monitore für Kunden ausgeschaltet..." weil ich tippe in die Kasse" , Filialen Schicht Leitung ,nach Nachfrage nach Ihren Namen" Datenschutz", ist nur Katastrophe. Sollte man vielleicht dS Team wechseln? In diesen leeren Laden fühle ich mich wie Störfaktor.

Wer sein Geld Einfach los werden will und dafür nichts bekommt soll zu McDonald gehen alles kostet einen Haufen Geld und bekommst nichts dafür.

War um 1:20 an nem Freitag da. Laut Öffnungszeiten ist bis 02:00a Uhr geöffnet. Sehr schade.

Wir waren am autoschalter, es hat stark nach altem Fett gerochen. Die Cheeseburger waren sehr trocken. Für einmal im Jahr, um zu schmecken ob es besser wird, reicht es dann auch.

An der Freundlichkeit der Kunden gegenüber kann echt noch gearbeitet werden, das richtet sich besonders an die launische Mitarbeiterin hinter der Café Theke. Ich finde es auch sehr unhöflich,was auf der Landessprache hinter dem Gast her zu sagen,macht man einfach nicht!!!!

Diese Filiale ist eine Katastrophe! Ich war bis dato öfters da, nun nicht mehr. Wenn man dort nicht alles kontrolliert was man bekommt, wird man ruck zuck über den Tisch gezogen, so kann man natürlich auch Geldverdienen! Mittlerweile schon das 4 mal und ich möchte nicht wissen wie oft das noch passiert. Ansonsten eine normale Mc Donalds Filiale!

Naja, die Tische waren sauber und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Die Abzüge gibt's eher beim Ambiente. Das eine Damenklo war bis oben hin mit Papier vollgestopft, der Mann hinterm Schalter unterbrach meine Bestellung gleich zweimal, weil eine andere Frau Fragen hatte oder was tauschen wollte. Und als wir dann am Tisch saßen, sah ich auf den Sitzen gegenüber halbvolle SaftFlaschen liegen. Mein Fazit: muss ich nicht nochmal hin.

Eine Katastrophe! Nicht das erste Mal das dieser Laden meine bestellte Ware nicht einpackt. Immer wieder fehlt ein Burger. Oder die Nuggets. Das ist uns jetzt schon 3 oder 4 Mal passiert. Kann die Filiale nicht weiter empfehlen.

Völlig unfreundliche Leitung dieses Mc Donalds sollte nicht auf Menschen los gelassen werden sehr schade!!!

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Beschwerde bei der Restaurantleiterin hat nichts gebracht außer der Feststellung, dass sie auch sehr unfreundlich ist. Das Restaurant ist sehr unsauber. Der Boden klebt. Der Gestank auf den Toiletten ist ekelhaft. Nie wieder!!!!!

Mitarbeiterin, die keine Ahnung hat was sie tut... ist uns schon das letzte Mal aufgefallen, als wir warme Milch für unser Kaffee haben wollten, ging es erst nicht, daraufhin meinten wir, dass es gestern bei der Kollegin ohne Probleme geklappt hat,ging es plötzlich doch. Wenn man keine Lust hat mit Menschen zu arbeiten, dann sollte man es lieber lassen. Gewohnte McD Qualität. Leider fliegt draußen doch einiges an Müll rum. Das liegt sicher auch an den Gästen, die nicht ihrer Tabletts selbst wegräumen. Super, dass es endlich so viel plantbased gibt. Top.

Was soll man zu einem McDonald´s sagen. Kennst du einen kennst du alle. Dieser hier ist nicht besser oder schlechter als jeder andere auch. Tische waren sauber und die Bedienung freundlich. Schade ist das man, wenn man vor Ort ist weder Strohhalm noch Deckel bekommt.

Ich bekomme meine Coca Cola Gläser nicht

Ein klassischer Mcdonalds. Die Zubereitung ging schnell und es war auch alles dabei (Zum Mitnehmen) Zudem Essen lasse ich es bewusst auf 4 Sterne, da Mcdonalds spezifische Rezepte hat und es ja normalerweise auch immer gleich schmecken sollte. Zum Ambiente finde ich diesen McDonalds innerhalb von Deitzenbach etwas außerhalb, auch die Einrichtung ist eher ok weder 1A Klasse noch schlecht. Ein solider Mcdonalds wie man es kennen sollte (Gibt wesentlich schlimmere Fillialen), da schneidet dieser gut ab!

First all burgers like big mac barbeque cheese was like from last week its old burgers and the co workers are worst ind there, i have eat in 7 diferent countrys and many city but this was the worst. I was there 4-5 times and always the same. NEVER EVER AGAIN. 🤮

Leider eines jener McD-Restaurants, welche man kinderbedingt besuchen muss und man keine Alternative mehr ansteuern kann. Unfreundliches und genervt wirkendes Personal, Arbeitsanweisungen werden quer durchs Restaurant gebrüllt, Burger werden - im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants- sparsam zusammengefügt, Abfallentsorgung und Tischreinigung finden offenbar kaum statt. Achso, mein Highlight: Wer vor Ort speist, bekommt generell weder Strohhalm noch Deckel für seine Getränke. Macht leider keinen Spaß, sich dort für einen Snack nieder zu lassen.
