Clean restaurant. The burger was stuck between my stomach and throat all night long. But Burger King can't help that.

Just one like thousands of others. Sometimes you feel like it, but an hour later you're still hungry again ;-)

Simply underground, after the last few very bad experiences I thought I would give the BK another chance. Was a mistake. You order (already solved with screens) and then you can't get it for ages. Should you eat your own dog food? Lure with advertising offers that turn out to be nothing more than hot air. Never again for me.

It just doesn't taste good here anymore and everything comes out wrong every time. Plus long waiting times at the drive-in. It wasn't like that before. That was really my last time today. I ordered a King of the Month with a cheese melt burger, cola (normal) and fries as well as nuggets and onion rings. I got a cheeseburger and Cola Zero. Fries without salt. Nuggets mushy. 6 instead of 9 onion rings. The only thing that was right were the sauces. But that really can't be the claim. It's one thing that everything didn't taste good, but I was also actively cheated out of money because of the inferior burger and the missing onion rings.

Delicious burger, crispy fresh fries and a hot coffee. It was tasty. Despite the calories, I treat myself to a visit here every now and then and a delicious meal.

Unsympathetic employees, unhygienic property on the premises are rats. Not recommended

35 minutes for an order, you're actually not allowed to give a star but you have to take some away! And after 30 minutes you get the answer from the staff that it wasn't their fault! Am I in the kitchen or the incompetent staff! The worst thing is that 6 people ordered after me and received their orders way before me, including a large order!

Has deteriorated a lot since the conversion/renovation. From extremely long waiting times at the drive-in, where it is more profitable to park and then order to take away, to the fact that there were initially two self-service machines for drinks reduced to one and now the old one has been replaced with a “new” one, but supposedly only one The standard drinks no longer have the variety you are used to from other Burger Kings in my opinion just to save costs from franchise owners...

One of the worst branches in all of Germany. The service takes forever. The food is unappetizing to the tenth degree. The restaurant is very unkempt and not clean. The bottom line is that it is well known that fast food stations are, on average, less clean and appetizing. But this branch is well below average.

Unfortunately, fries were only lukewarm, burgers - Big King as well - buns crumbled apart!!! Were there again after a few years!! But that's it for the next time!! There is better quality elsewhere!!!!

By far the slowest Burger King. Most of the time something is still missing... even after repeated attempts at different times there is no improvement. Three customers in the drive-thru and it takes 30 minutes to place an order.

Impossible behavior by employees. When asked what King of the Month is, the answer is: I won't answer that, I'm on break. So friendliness doesn't count in this restaurant! Some people think that because they are the son of the store manager, they can talk to customers however they want. Then you'll be portrayed as if you're lying! No, the burger was totally dry and I didn't like it at all - just like ketchup and warm pickle... the cheese wasn't even warm 😖 and you pay €4.29 for that... and there was no salad at all!!! I don't think the price is right at all... I know why I always make it myself at home... it's stupid when you get hungry on the go and get tempted - it'll never happen to me again And the table wasn't clean either 🙊

Very clean Burger King, fast and tasty food, friendly staff.

At the drive-in we were served quickly and friendly. The burgers and fries tasted as expected. Nothing special and nothing to complain about, that's how it should be at Burger King.

The police were called because of 4 fries that we paid for but didn't order and my little cousin was banned from the house.

The boss there yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of all the customers because I asked if something could be canceled. She then said paid is paid and you won't get your money back and threatened me if I didn't leave the house that she would call the police.

The employee at the counter is quite annoyed, waves his hands and responds aggressively to my questions. And as always, the fries taste just terribly cold

Terrible location! The meal takes like in a posh restaurant and it is stuffy in there, absolutely no air because there is no air conditioning. You can no longer express your wishes when eating because you can ONLY order via a machine. Never again! Awful!

A plant-based beef patty did not meet my expectations. The remaining burgers were ok and the fries were fresh. The freestyle machine worked, which made me happy. The employees were friendly and wished “bon appetit and a nice evening” when handing over the food. That's no longer so commonplace these days. That's why I can overlook the wayward Patty.

Food was cold, we were the only ones in the store at the time. It's nice that the cold chain is maintained, but customers admit that ice cold, especially when it comes to meat. Unfortunately, after I returned it, things didn't get any better - the citizen's fracture was completely gone. Only bad.

I had ordered 2 burgers and only got one even though I had paid for 2, and when I got to the checkout the lady lied and didn't even give me my receipt. But after going back and forth several times, the manager picked it out and gave me my burgers. The payment receipt was in front of the employee but she had specially pretended that she couldn't find it. Then there was a Bengali here who wanted to get involved for free.

Ordered three vegan terijaki burgers and got three vegan cheeseburgers. You always have to check whether what is being published is correct. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. This isn't the first time that I've received something completely different from what I ordered.

Hello, I was at this Burger King today at 1:20 p.m. and ordered my menu with my wife. When I went to the table and wanted to eat, I unpacked my extra long chili cheese and right on the roll I saw a lot of green mold with hair. I then went to the branch manager and had to have a discussion. There was a police officer and several guests who agreed with me. Then I said I wanted my money back. After a long discussion I got it but I won't leave it like that. This will be reported to the health department and public order office

I accidentally ordered the Vegetarian Whooper version... It can't be that bad, I thought... This is by far the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a long time. The meat substitute is absolutely tasteless and rubbery. If you had at least added a lot of sauce here, it would make the whole thing a little easier to swallow. Unfortunately none. I'm sorry about the 9€. I would have gotten more out of flushing them down the toilet. I'm an absolute fan of Burger King but you haven't done yourself any favors

MONDAY 05/27/2024 between 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. I placed my order and wanted to pay with sodexo. The manager in the house happened to be white. The cashier tells me that a withdrawal is not possible. and only when the manager came near her before it looked like she was going to pay it out. Because SHE has ALWAYS paid me back money from sodexo!!! (I know you're not actually allowed to) but she always did it, only today not because of the manager. I told her this in front of the manager. Whereupon she became very aggressive. You can look it up and watch the recordings. After a long conversation with the cashier and watching the manager, the lady insulted me and uttered other curses! It's a shame that the manager didn't bother to reprimand the cashier and show her respect for customers! The cashier is not in the mood to work at all in the evenings. You should train your STAFF; Treat CUSTOMERS with respect! Aggressiveness control and not insulting customers (as ar.l.h)... Managers should be able to assert themselves against their staff. She really didn't do anything in this situation, just watched. There was also no response when I asked her about it.

Very clean environment and always enough seats. There is even a play building for children.

The atmosphere has changed. Now there are order terminals. There is always someone going around and cleaning the tables. Unfortunately there is no longer an Offenbach Post Office.

Very successful, large, modern, beautiful Burger King branch even with an electric gas station ;) What's great is that you can refill drinks for free, even in this day and age... :() The service is great and the ladies are very nice :)

It's hard to say anything about the food - it supposedly tastes the same everywhere in Germany. Nevertheless, there was little cheese in the "Chili Cheese Fries" and even less chili - it just looked like it had been blotted out - and it was homeopathic too. Otherwise everything was as expected with the meal. However, the service team does not make a “fresh” impression at all, despite being polite and speedy. Slow-flowing service with a long waiting time after ordering - as a result of this fact, which also existed for customers before me, there was of course a longer waiting time for their own order. Seemingly listless disregard for customers and their wishes - at least that's how it seems. At "lunchtime" only two cash registers/ordering places were occupied, and the service employees working there were almost always "in the back". Due to the "corona distance", new customers were confused about where they could and could not queue (there was no one at the terminals). There are really comparable things in this city, where things are quicker and nicer - whether it is tastier there is another question.

Total disaster!!!! We were just at the drive-in and the employees at the counter couldn't or didn't want to understand me, even though we only gave them the numbers of these vouchers. In the end we had one burger too few but onion rings which we hadn't ordered. If at all BK is no longer in Dietzenbach.

When I was with you today, I observed something very frightening and deeply inhumane. An older man was treated very rudely by the employees because he couldn't use the self-service machines and wanted to order from an employee at the checkout. The staff responded to him in a very rude and disrespectful manner and intentionally kept him waiting for 20 minutes. It can't be right that you treat customers like that. Are all older people treated so badly because they can't keep up with technology? I am really deeply disappointed and will definitely not come here again. You have lost a customer! Such behavior is intolerable! After this campaign, I didn't order anything else and went home. I don't want to support a company like that.

Ein herkömmlicher Burger King. Die Zubereitung der Speisen hat trotz geringen Besuch zu dem Zeitpunkt zu lange gedauert. Der Geschmack war ebenso Burger King typisch, wobei der Wopper etwas wenig gewürzt war.

Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen, ich habe mir dort eine Kaffe geholt. Der Service war sehr schnell und der BK war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Auch die andere Kunden haben nicht lange gewartet. Der BK Besitz 4 schnell Bestellterminals. Was cool ist er ist richtig hell und dort kann sich kurz gemütlich aufgehalten werden.

Beim "King"wie immer alles bestens. Super nette und freundliche Bedienung. Völlig unkompliziert. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Essen war fix gemacht. Kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich weiß nicht was heute los war. Ich kenne Burger zu gut meine Kinder und ich essen einmal im Monat dort. Ich habe mir auf den Weg zum Training heute was geholt. Beim öffnen der Tüte kam mir schon ein seltsames Gefühl. Aus der Tüte kam ein merkwürdiger Duft. Nichts dabei gedacht und reingebissen in den Cheeseburger. Ausgespuckt und weggeworfen. Der Geschmack und der Geruch ganz übel. Reingebissen in den Xtra-Long. Weggeschmissen. Mir wurde übel und mein ganzes Auto hat gestunken. Sowas passiert mir bei BK das erste mal. Mir ist seit einer Stunde übel. Entweder habt ihr was m Geschmack geändert oder es war was schlecht. Ich kann mich in meinen ganzen Leben nicht daran errinern jemals sowas erlebt zu haben.

Ich weiß nicht wie man hier noch was essen kann.Die Tische und der Boden alles klebt und ist nicht sauber. Das Personal ist nicht in der Lage, die Bestellung mal richtig zu machen. . Dann diskutieren Sie sie noch 10 Minuten, was alles falsch ist. Das Essen war zum Schluss kalt und nicht zum Verzehr geeignet.

Halbe Stunde warten auf Bestellung, und dann pures Enttäuschung, Bürger ist Kalt, Nachos komplet zerkleint, etc etc.

War beim Drive In, dauert immer etwas.

L ambiente era carino, ma il cibo non molto buono. I Nuggets non mi sono piaciuti per niente, a parte che erano un gusto nuovo,non adatto per un bambino e poi erano stati fritti in olio vecchio. Il servizio piuttosto veloce.

Bei diesem Burger King hat wirklich alles gestimmt: Das Essen war sehr flott fertig und tadellos, alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, Ladesäule für E-Autos direkt dabei. Da kommt man gerne wieder her.

Geht auf ein Milchshake 20 Minuten gewartet im Drive in. Drive in Schalter 10 Minuten lang nicht bedient. Hat keine Bedeutung mehr „Fast“.

Achtung! Plant Based Nuggets bestellt, Hühnchen bekommen. Die zuvor schon sehr unfreundliche Kassiererin lachte darüber. Für mich nicht lustig. Das hat sie auch erst verstanden als ich sie fragte wie sie es finden würde, wenn sie einen Döner bestellt und Schweinefleisch serviert bekommt. Leider ist es da so das "die Gäste" nach dem Essen ihren Müll nicht entsorgen. Da man dort auch draußen sitzen kann hinterlässt es leider kein schönes Bild, da das Personal dort auch nur den Innenbereich "richtig" säubert.

Es gibt eine große Veränderung. Es gibt Touchbildschirme wo man seine Bestellung aufgeben kann und alles digital Bezahlt. dann bekommt man eine Nummer und wartet bis die Nummer über der Ausgabe angezeigt wird. Fertig ist alles.

Essen wie immer Aber das Ambiente ist Schick.... Der modernste BK in dem ich war...

Leider gehen wir ständig nicht die Eiswürfel am Getränke am Automat und man kann auch immer noch nicht über die App bestellen. Über die App bestellen halte ich aber für sehr wichtig weil es viele hygienischer ist und auch schneller geht.

Warum ist bei 90% der BK filialen keine Klimaanlage eingeschaltet ? Draußen voll mit wespen und drinnen gefühlt 35°. Klimaanlage kostet geld wenn man sie betreibt und wenn betreiber schon bei sowas spart will ich garnicht erst die Küche sehen

Na ja, eben Fastfood. Aber sauber, ausreichend Platz jedoch unschöne Lage. Blick auf Hochhäuser und am Rande eines sozialen Brennpunktes - nicht unbedingt so traumhaft. Service / hinter dem Tresen Essen ausgeben, Bestellungen über Maschinen? Service??? Wie ich bereits schrieb: eben Fastfood

Nachtrag nach Umbau 2023: Schönes neues Ambiente. Aber Leute, macht bitte EINEN Schalter für manuelle Bestellungen auf, anstatt nur noch Bestellung via schlechtem Touchscreen. Besser als sein Ruf und besser als die Skandal-Filialen, die einst von Günter Wallraff vorgeführt wurden. Diese Filiale gehörte wohl zum Glück nicht dazu. Ist natürlich 'nur' Burger King. Jeder kennt die Qualität und das Angebot. Wer richtig gute Burger will, der besucht in Dietzenbach das Galao in der Hügelstraße.

Noch Langsamer geht's nicht. Alle Bestellungen werden vorgezogen obwohl sie erst später kamen und es sieht auch nicht so aus als ob da richtig gearbeitet wird. Der IQ zum geld wechseln ist auch nicht vorhanden. Nach 30 Minuten ist die Bestellung immer noch nicht fertig mit 2 Menüs war auch das letzte mal das ich hier her gekommen bin.

Vor kurzem Renoviert. Schmeckt wie man es von Burger King her kennt.

Ich bestellte einen veganen Burger bei BK Dietzenbach. Diese sind mit Petersilienpanade gekennzeichnet zur besseren Unterscheidung. Meiner war definitiv nicht vegan.... nach dem Essen bekam ich Bauchschmerzen, da ich schon lange vegan lebe und Fleisch nicht vertrage.

Also ich wohne in Offenbach und wenn ich mal Lust auf Bk habe, komme ich bis Dietzenbach gefahren um lecker zu essen. Der Bk ist der sauberste in dem ich je war. Und ich war sxhon an vielen deutschen Bks. Und alles wurde neu renoviert und die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Top weiter

Einer der schöneren Burger King. Der Service sehr nett. Plus lange Öffnungszeiten und Getränke zum nachfüllen machen diesen Burger king etwas besonderer.

Das sauberste Fast Good Restaurant, in dem ich jemals war. Alles ist wie neu und die Qualität vom Essen ist sehr gut. Sehr frisch und vorallem wird es schnell zubereitet. Ich bin sehr positiv von Burger King überrascht und kann jedem einen Besuch hier empfehlen. Den bisher schlechten Ruf von BK kann ich gar nicht bestätigen. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und vorallem ist jedes Getränk am Automaten vorhanden, was nicht immer üblich ist. 👍
