Burger King in Zirndorf

...just miserable... even to take an order for 3 different items, the employees now lack the GERMAN knowledge. I drove on without being able to order food because he didn't understand me...

Employees totally overwhelmed. You have to wait 10 minutes for your food.

Unfortunately, this is one of the less good Burger King branches. First I had to wait forever in the drive-thru until I could order (no one on the intercom) and when I received the food it was almost cold.

Unfortunately, the children's playground has been removed, which is a shame

Been waiting for 25 minutes... and waiting and waiting. While I'm waiting, I just have to post a review here. The waiting time is simply catastrophic. There are probably 20 customers around me who are in an even worse mood than me...

Smaller branch on the day we were there, clean and well maintained 👍. Food BK Typical staff a bit chilled out when serving.

17 minutes from my order to delivery. Definitely not fast food. In between, three other customers were sooner finished and ordered after me

Now for the third time we had a cola that not only contained no carbon dioxide, but also tasted so much like mold that we had to throw it away. Well, it was a long time ago as we don't eat there that often. But if you read the other reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case. Shame about the money. And it's a shame that we'll avoid Burger King in the future.

We've been here several times before, but this time it was just terrible 😔 the cola tasted strange, stale plastic and the fries tasted like old grease. More attention should be paid to this and not only there but also customer service. Unfortunately not even worth 1 star.

I don't go there often, about 2 times a month, but every time I go to the drive in something is missing from the order. The fries are inedible. The last time I had to wait 18 minutes for the order. won't go to BK anymore.

Branch looks old-fashioned and chaotic. Compared to other Burger King, not so nice. Service seemed overwhelmed.

Got the wrong food at the drive-in today, just a normal Whopper instead of a Big King XXL. Of course I only noticed it when I got home, so dinner was very disappointing. Unfortunately, you always have to check here, you can't rely on your cooperation.

I love the people who work here. the food from. BK itself is ok, the ambience is just BK, not my cup of tea, but you can also eat outside when the weather is nice. I think it's really nice, especially right after the swimming pool, which is next door.

3 hours after ordering still not received. Staff incompetent and rude. Even family members of staff are rude and insulted after you get upset. What would you expect from Burger King?

2024-08-22 at 7:58 p.m. ordered a menu. For 15 minutes I was able to watch the burgers I ordered getting cold as they were served at the warm counter. Then the cold burgers were served to me. The “nice” service responded to my request that I would like to eat the fresh, warm burgers on the spot Removed the burgers from the tray and warmed them up in the microwave. It wasn't my intention to order reheated burgers. When I asked to get freshly made burgers, the lady from BK replied that if customers order warm burgers, they are warmed up in the microwave and then served. I will not visit this BurgerKing again. The staff is overwhelmed, doesn't know what you ordered, etc.

We only ordered something to drink. The cola didn't taste good at all, the carbonation was completely missing in taste. After more than 3 days it tasted stale

The last shop really, the lady in the drive doesn't feel like working, moves in slow motion, can't be overlooked and has now forgotten it 3 times when I ordered 2 Long Chicken and today my tie broke at home, I ended up paying a lot of money for it . Colleague Weechahy's nerves were really on edge today. I don't know which devil rode him today but that was awful. We order at the drive-thru with coupons and wanted to take them back for one that he overcharged through his own fault, well our colleague Weechahy doesn't seem to have that option. Order not yet completed, food not yet prepared and not yet paid for, well the grumpy guy still didn't allow it. Paid €8 too much for food that wasn't eaten because more than enough was ordered. Thank you Weechahy for finally opening my eyes. Thanks to you, I know that McDonalds is the better alternative after all. @BurgerKing please have a serious employee interview with the colleague in question, thank you!

Bad service. Doesn't get going. The atmosphere was very dirty and the food... well, fast food. Make a bow. Never again.

It's getting worse and worse, unfriendly female service, slow because there are too few staff and hot because the air conditioning is broken or not available... kebabs in the area have much better price-performance ratio

Cheaper than the yellow competition, but there are always vouchers (just google Burger King vouchers PDF) and there are always great promotions. Veggie products are top, taste very good and the staff is friendly.

The ordering machines make it easier for me to order for my family's special requests. Unfortunately it doesn't exist here. The children's menu, as I know it from other Burger King branches (nothing inside, closed outside) could also be a little better. Food in the usual Burger King quality.

Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't make a good impression. Toilets dirty and no soap available. So washing your hands before eating is not an option. The employees were friendly and helpful when ordering and preparing the food, but unfortunately they quickly became overwhelmed. We won't come here anymore.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Impossible! I just wanted to get a quick milkshake at the drive-in on the way home - after waiting 15 minutes it was handed to me and when I asked if it was really chocolate I said "Yes, of course". Tried it, opened it and just had a tasteless white mush in the cup. So parked and went inside. The DriveIn employee took the cup and made a new one without comment, it also looked exactly the same, without chocolate. When I commented that either the chocolate syrup was obviously empty or the machine was broken, the supervisor was called in. She looked confused and said “it’s chocolate”. I pointed out the picture above her and the fact that it was obviously not chocolate, and she was welcome to try it. I asked to get strawberry when the chocolate was empty. A third tasteless white shake was slammed onto the counter and my understandably annoyed reaction and that I wanted my money back was insulted. Absolutely crazy! First there was an eternity of waiting, then zero service and in the end the money was sloppily paid out and no drink. Next time I'd rather go to McDonalds.

What great thing can I tell her? Everyone knows Burger King. Unfortunately you have to wait longer for your food here and somehow I always suspect that the food here isn't the freshest. I hope that the times when goods have to be thrown away are actually adhered to. Since the last BK report, I really don't have a good feeling in the store anymore.

A service force for restaurants and drive-ins. Completely overwhelmed. Waited in line for 22 minutes. When ordering, drinks in the bottle were not possible, even though the refrigerator was full of them (only for Lieferando). But I don't feel like the concentrate stuff. I left again. Drink your garbage alone, save more on staff and instead include a few more creations for the weed eaters. Simply underground. Then everyone is surprised when they have to close. Maybe the marketing department should turn their brains on.

Don't understand the negative reviews! We (two large families with children) were here at Burgerking after the Playmobil Funpark excursion. Important! All coupons went! A very clean little BK with friendly staff. Food also tasted good. What more could you want ☺️ The staff does their best and I think it shows 👍

Understaffed and completely overwhelmed for a long time. But mostly very nice staff. Anyway… The scanner for the Payback card has probably been broken for a year. The employees then always want to use their cell phones to type in the number manually. It doesn't work at all.

We went to the drive-in once and went to Burger King when we were hungry. Eat good. The employee was absolutely friendly, in a good mood and extremely polite. Burger King Oberasbach, absolutely recommended. Extremely nice staff and good food.

Essen für 34 Euro bestellt alles kalt außer Pommes Einmal in den Burger gebissen , zurück gegeben und gesagt ich hätte ihn gerne frisch und warm da ich extra hier esse. Die Bedienung nimmt ihn und gibt ihn mir angebissen aus der microwelle zurück . Assozial. Erst war er kalt jetzt ist er eklig lätschig. Nie wieder .

Die Mahlzeiten werden immer Frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vor allem sind die Räumlichkeiten sauber.

Ein Burger King, also weiß man was es zu essen gibt etc. Daher ist die Bewertung bezüglich Freundlichkeit, Service etc. Nettes Personal und schneller Service. Essen schmeckt wie es sollte.

Typischer Burger King halt. Positiv stach hier aber das freundliche Personal raus und das sehr frisch zubreitetr Essen. Es war alles fast schon heiß und auch die Zutaten waren alle frisch. Aber ansonsten wie jedes andere Fast Food Restaurant auch

Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, ist halt BK. Allerdings waren die, die hinter der Theke stehen mit dem eher geringen aufkommen an Gästen ziemlich überfordert.

Fast food war gestern. 10 bis 15 Minuten sind viel zu lange. Kein Vorwurf ans Personal, der Betreiber sollte sich lieber gedanken machen.

Zu wenig Personal für die Uhrzeit, der junge Mann an der Kasse wurde angelernt. Ich habe etwa 45min vom Betreten des Ladens bis zum Erhalt des Essens gewartet. Das lokal war klebrig und stickig.

Drive-In funktionierte einwandfrei, leider wurden Soßen und ein Burger vergessen.

Weiß nicht is halt bk wenn man ultra Hunger hat zieht man sich das rein. Aber jeder weiß das es eig absoluter Müll ist.

Ein typischer Burger King, hier gibt es alles wie in jedem anderen Laden auch. Was soll ich sonst sagen.

Lieber doch eine andere Fastfood Location besuchen.. machte einen deutlich dreckigen Eindruck. Tische, Stühle, Boden… alles voller Abdrücke, Krümmel und klebrigen Flecken. Wir kommen nicht nochmal!

Ich und mein Kumpel haben hier 2 Cheeseburger bestellt. Wir haben zwar zwanzig Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet, aber weil wir vergessen wurden haben wir als Entschädigung 2 Cola und Pommes und Chicken mac Nuggets bekommen als hat dieser bürger king nur 5 Sterne Verdient.

Burgerking ist nicht mein Laden. Irgendwas ist immer zu bemängeln.

Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Mitarbeiter waren zu mir eigtl immer freundlich. Außerdem erkannten sie mich direkt wieder, als ich das zweite Mal in folge da war und haben mich dementsprechend auch behandelt (z.b. haben sie sich dafür bedankt, dass ich schon das zweite mal in folge komme. Ist zwar kein muss, aber eben deshalb find ich es so gut) Es ist relativ gut zu erreichen und gleichzeitig aber gut genug vom starken verkehr an der hauptstraße entfernt. Von mir 4 Sterne, da leider die Milchshake Maschine schon seit Wochen kaputt ist🤷‍♀️
