I have rarely been so dissatisfied with Burger King. No Payback or Burger King app at the register, resulting in a loss of Payback points and Krone. I didn't receive a receipt, so there was no information about the condition of the restaurant. I ordered a steakhouse burger with beef, but received a steakhouse chicken burger. The fries were incredibly greasy and completely salted. The chili cheese long with balls was tasteless. The drink size was wrong, and the contents were wrong. I ordered a Coke Zero, but received a regular Coke. The Coke tasted stale and disgusting. None of the burgers were properly heated and had no flavor whatsoever. Regarding the ambiance: It's obvious that some of the furniture is missing. The outdoor seating area is unusable. The furniture is worn out and some pieces are damaged. The parasol was broken, making it unsafe to sit down. Never again.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, especially in the restrooms and outdoor area. The burger was lukewarm. And then, instead of real meat, the Whopper had a plant-based patty. That's completely unacceptable. And then they wouldn't even admit it.

Disaster! I just wanted lunch during my break, arrived at 11:35, food wasn't ready until 11:55, my break ends at 12, and all that for Burger King! Sick, man, seriously sick!

Ich habe vor Ort eine Bestellung gemacht und wollte mit der Karte zahlen. Das Gerät hatte aber gesponnen oder sonst was und Zack meine kompletten Punkte waren weg…. Dann hatte ich gefragt ob man dort was machen kann aber angeblich geht das nicht sprich meine kompletten Punkte sind weg.! Das is eine Frechheit.

Das war der schlechteste Burger King, in dem ich je gegessen habe. Ich habe einen Burger bestellt, und als ich zu Hause ankam, war das Brötchen so hart, dass ich ihn nicht einmal essen konnte.

Wir haben Essen dort bestellt. Die Pommes waren datschig und die Gitterkartoffeln auch! Die Nuggets sind VIEL zu ölig und bei dem Cheeseburger war der extra Käse (für 80 ct) nicht auf dem Burger sondern an der Verpackung.

Achten Sie auf IhreBankkarte und Konto, wenn Sie dort zahlen. Mir wurde gesagt, das Terminal hat ein problem, und dass ich auf einem Anderen terminal zahlen sollte. Danach bemerke ich dass das Geld 2 mal von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde. Ich rufe an, weil ich nicht in der Nähe wohne und ich bekomme als Antwort: Sie können mir ein zusätzliches Menu anbieten und nicht das Geld zurück erstatten. Ich wohne 3 Stunden von dort entfernt und trotzdem sagen die, dass ich muss vor Ort sein um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Also Achtung wenn jemand dort geht.

So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie gesehen. Da steh man im Drive in und muss 10min warten bis da jemand mal was sagt falls überhaupt was gesagt wird. Und die Coupons in der App haben sie anscheinend garnicht laut den Kollegen. Ist anscheinend keine Burger King Filiale.

If I'm going to eat a burger 🍔, I usually prefer the Whopper from Burger King with grilled meat and plenty of toppings. However, the Dingolfing location isn't very inviting. Everything seems rather neglected and kind of run-down. The staff doesn't exactly make a friendly impression either. I also don't really understand their ordering system. In the end, the burger and fries were okay. The restaurant seems clean.

The whole place is disgusting. It couldn't get any worse.

We ate at the restaurant this evening. It was practically empty, yet we still had to wait over 15 minutes for our food. To then receive the wrong burgers, which were also lukewarm, is unacceptable. The cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant was appalling; there were food scraps under the tables, cobwebs hanging from every lamp, and it was absolutely disgusting that even the floor was sticky almost everywhere. We will never go there again, and it reflects very poorly on the Burger King chain. Absolutely not recommended.

Tables, floors, and chairs are all clean. Restrooms are also very clean. I hardly had to wait. The food was prepared very quickly and was hot. Overall, a very good restaurant.

I'm truly completely satisfied with this Burger King! You receive a friendly greeting as soon as you walk in, and the employees are consistently attentive, helpful, and cheerful. Today I went to Burger King with my family in Dingolfing. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

We were just there and ordered takeout. We ordered and paid for two double crispy chicken garlic patties, but only got one patty. A kebab burger with a fake bun and three pieces of kebab meat. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered from BK Delivery. Wait time: 1 hour 45 minutes. Food was lukewarm. The lattice potatoes were cold. The Kings Whisky BBQ didn't have arugula, despite the description. Ordered without jalapeños, but it came with them. Ordered a Hot Blondie for dessert, but it came with a Hot Brownie. The quality of this Burger King continues to decline. Every time, something isn't as described. Therefore, I won't order from there again.

We were passing through, and the branch was empty except for one table. Unfortunately, what immediately caught our eye was the cleanliness. Sticky floors and everything else wasn't so clean. The restrooms were okay. We then ordered at the terminal, and when we picked up our food, the server (a male around 50) didn't pay much attention to us. The cola was watery, diluted, non-carbonated, lukewarm, without the ice cubes I ordered, and tasted awful. The veggie burger was two dried-out, burnt patties and a tiny dab of mustard. Everything was lukewarm to cold. (Except for the cola.) Overpriced...we were the only customers...haven't eaten so awful in 20 years! Hunger drives it down! Never ever!!

Also, the service terminal crashed the first time I tried. The food was good overall, hence the 2 stars. Overall, the worst Burger King experience I've had so far.

We went to Burger King Dingolfing again after a long time. I was truly shocked by what I saw, which explained the "emptiness" in the restaurant!! Everything was dirty and really "shabby" – the floor, tables, chairs, and doors. The windows were blind with filth. The employees, too, were wearing baggy clothes and looked unkempt. They were shouting numbers across the counter, even though it was empty anyway. I was honestly surprised that the food was good, but there was no question of enjoyment in this environment. I wonder what the kitchen looks like? Don't even think about it. That was probably our last visit, too!!!!

Ordered at 8.45pm and nothing delivered until 9.28pm. Now it's 10pm. I guess nothing will come

Update: Hygiene is back to normal. Food is top-notch. Service is perfect. Thanks to the attentive and customer-oriented Asian employee at this restaurant (I don't know her name). We'll be back. 🙂 The food was okay. The restroom is a total disaster! 2. Urinal hasn't worked for weeks, soap dispenser doesn't work, restroom door broken, no toilet paper. And: Hygiene is a disaster! We were there at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. The restroom was completely filthy. So it must have been from the previous Friday. Doesn't anyone check it? When a Coca-Cola costs almost €4, it's desirable that it's chilled and carbonated and doesn't taste like warm puddle juice. I'm definitely not stopping here again. All six of my companions had the same experience.

We just ordered a meal for four people for about €70. Meals and ice cream. At the cashier, after completing the cash payment, we were told that they currently had no soft serve. When we asked about a refund, we were just annoyed and pointed to a small note on the other ordering terminal that read "no ice cream." Restrooms dirty, floor sticky throughout the restaurant. Unfriendly and unaccommodating.

I ordered from this restaurant via the app. I was able to track the delivery until the courier arrived. I didn't receive a notification that it had arrived. I received too little money back from him. The food is prepared super fresh and doesn't sit around for ages like at other chains. The service is really super friendly. The cola was warm and the heat in the restaurant was really building up, so you just wanted to get out quickly. Nuggets and burgers tasted okay (but not anymore). We probably won't come back. The competitor, who is known by name, performs much better in all respects.

Update: at least the restaurant would have delivered later - hence two stars instead of just one. Delivery doesn't work. I have a food intolerance - now I have a stomach ache thanks to the wrong delivery. And it would be my fault because I wasn't there myself but had it delivered 🤯

Unfortunately the opening times take some getting used to...they close early in the evening....
