McDonald's in Dingolfing

Leute helft mir mal, was ist mit MC Donalds Burger passiert????? Ich war ja schon sehr lange nicht mehr da, aber was ich heute bekommen habe war das Geld und den Geschmack nicht wert. Hatte 2 Royal TS aber die waren furchtbar. Der Scheiblettenkäse war nicht mal geschmolzen am Rand aufgedreht und das Patty war doch auch mal viel saftiger und nicht so trocken. Wenn die viele Sauce nicht gewesen wäre, hätte ich ihn wahrscheinlich nicht in den Magen gebracht vor so viel Trockenheit. Also für mich wars sicher der letzte Burger, für den Preis hol ich mir einen super leckeren Kebap.

Der Service dieses McDonald's war leider alles andere als Freundlich! Und sogar unverschämt.

Es wird ständig die Soße vergessen und teilweise sogar die Burger man muss immer alles kontrollieren und wenn man es nicht vor Ort kontrolliert und man es zu Hause erst merkt hat man selber oder die Kinder kein Essen obwohl es bestellt und bezahlt wurde dann kann ich auch gleich rein gehen und bestellen dann brauch ich genau so lang… es wir immer schlimmer und sobald es mehr zu geht ist es sowieso Katastrophe am besten geht man nur hin wenn man Zeit hat und keine Stoßzeiten sind und das hat dann leider gottes nichts mehr mit Fast Food zu tun dann kann ich auch in ein Restaurant gehen da ist dann auch die Bedingung besser und man versteht auch deutsch!!!

Leider halt total ungesundes Essen… schlimm dass sowas legal ist

die Kassiererin ist bisl slow und hat uns nicht das mcs schild gegeben dann dauert das essen unverschämt lange und die tische waren sau dreckig

McDrive immer wieder Probleme, entweder nichts verstanden, das falsche eingebucht und grundsätzlich lange Wartezeiten Update vom 12.05.2026: Dass vor wenigen Tagen die online Bestellung für 7 Personen NICHT vollständig war, okay, da kann man schon die Übersicht verlieren Aber heute 12.05.2026 drin nur für eine Person am Terminal bestellt und trotzdem unvollständig und die vegane Variante nicht als solche ausgezeichnet... Wieso kriegt es der McDonald's in Dingolfing einfach nicht auf die Reihe???

Die Löffel gehören mal ordentlich geputzt. An Sonaten ois paaast

Schon wieder kam das Essen falsch an (bei etwa 90 % der Fälle läuft was schief). I habe bestelen Wrap ohne (ich hasse diese Sauce). Der Wrap kam mit einem Aufkleber, dass er ohne Sauce ist, aber im Inneren war er mit Sauce. Er liegt schon im Müll. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei euch bestellt habe.

Gut erreichbar, Parkplätze ein bisschen eng dafür aber in ausreichender Anzahl

Hab mich gestern spontan entschieden bei euch mein Essen zuholen, war sehr enttäuschend... In meinem Wrap waren zwei Haare zu finden🤮 wurde so weggeschmissen wie ich ihn ausgepackt hab.... Soße wurde vergessen...aber die Pommes war gut.... War wohl eine falsche Entscheidung dorthin zu fahren

Leider sind einige Vegane Produkte aus dem Sortiment genommen worden. Sehr enttäuschend.

Wurde ohne Grund rausgeschmissen musste Boden putzen ohnegrznd nur ich musste gehen und die anderen nicht

15 Min. im Lokal auf das Essen gewartet. 2 von 3 Burgern waren kalt. Im Servicebereich wurde unter den Angestellten noch lautstark geschrien und gestritten. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind schon sehr abgenutzt und sehen sehr gammelig aus.

Schlechtestes Restaurant von dieser Kette das ich je gesehen habe, hat eine halbe Stunde vor Schließungszeit (die die auch an der Tür ausgeschildert war) mir vor der Nase dicht gemacht, Essen dauert oft zu lange und sieht jedes Mal aus als würden sie es von 3 Metern Entfernung in die Schachteln werfen, immer wieder sprachlos

Ich war dort und es war sehr sauber. Das hatte ich von McDonald's nicht erwartet. Die Angestellten waren wirklich sehr freundlich.

Bürger sind nicht fertig belegt gewesen. In der Tüte sind die Pommes so gelegen das alles in der Tüte verteilt war. Happy Meal 2 bestellt mit zwei verschiedene Karten..nur einen bekommen und das war was anderes als ausgesucht. Kein Grund da noch mal hin zu fahren

Der Schichtleiter bekommt es nicht hin eine Bestellung fehlerfrei anzunehmen und schiebt es auf die Kunden. Dann verpackt er "womöglich mit Absicht" die falschen, minderwertigeren Burger. Absolute Frechheit

Ein eigentlich schöner und belebter Ort, besonders am Wochenende und bei sonnigem Wetter ☀️ Die Spielbereiche für Kinder (innen und außen) sind toll, und der Parkplatz ist groß – man muss nur beachten, dass die Parkzeit auf zwei Stunden begrenzt ist. Ein großer Kritikpunkt: Wie in vielen McDonald's-Filialen lässt die Sauberkeit der Toiletten sehr zu wünschen übrig 🙁 Oft sind sie schmutzig, teilweise defekt und der Geruch ist wirklich unangenehm. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Hygiene an Orten, an denen Lebensmittel zubereitet werden und viel Kundenverkehr herrscht, oberste Priorität haben und kontinuierlich kontrolliert werden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle sind sehr respektvoll, freundlich und arbeiten zügig 🤗

Anscheinend ist es jetzt schon zu schwer drei Burger richtig zu machen. Ich wollte einen big Tasty Bacon einen bigmac und einen TS und das hat sie schon überfordert. Der TS hatte die falschen soßen der bigmac nur ein patty. Und beim letzten Burger fehlte einfach der Salat

I recently visited this branch. Unfortunately, the cutlery and cups weren't properly clean, which significantly detracted from my overall experience. The food itself was otherwise fine. Of course, I can't comment on the kitchen, but I hope that hygiene is being prioritized more in general.

This is the second time I've gone there to order food at the drive-thru. Each time I waited 10 minutes, but no one answered! Even when I pulled up to the window, I was ignored! It's best to just leave when the place closes!

The McDonald's in Dingolfing has become a prime example, in my opinion, of how to drive customers away rather than serve them. On my last visit in the summer, the restaurant was practically unusable inside: We were constantly attacked by flies while eating, and it was a real struggle to keep them away from the food. Furthermore, the parking system is in a league of its own: Only two hours of parking, now even limited per day. The detailed parking terms and conditions are only posted at the entrance, making it impossible to read them quickly from inside the car!! (See photo!) So it's too late to change your mind. Two people in my circle of friends have already been fined €40 each this year for minimal overstaying of the time limit. You really get the impression that this system is more about generating revenue than providing customer service. Caution is advised, and the signs should be checked regularly for any changes to the parking time limits; otherwise, the parking lot can become an expensive trap for customers. The parking lot is a real money pit. Inside, it was chaotic during our visit this time because a large group of teenage boys showed up, blocked tables, sat there without ordering anything, and just talked loudly to warm up. The staff seemed to tolerate it. The parking time limit seems like an attempt to keep such groups away – but it doesn't seem to work, since many people come on foot, while the paying customers who drive are left to deal with the parking restrictions. And then there's the shrinkflation: The burgers now seem noticeably smaller, while the prices, in my opinion, have increased by over 30-40%. Value for money? For me, it's nonexistent.

It's getting worse and worse. You always have to check if what you ordered is there, and that it's exactly as you ordered it, meaning if you've left something out or added something. The language is difficult, but not ideal. It's a real shame. We're only going to Wörth from now on.

Beautifully decorated, but the gas fireplace was unfortunately out; quick and good service in German! (late evening); table reservations don't work here (yet?); there are no paper towels in the toilet, only that disgusting contactless fan. 👎🏻

With regard to espresso, this offer there remains unbeaten on the one hand. Hosting service by female staff at Café Max is undisputed excellent, both in quality and generosity, after receiving a two-digit Euro cent tip as the consumer

A tribute to the chain restaurant industry: the same quality, the same taste, the same texture, the same sensory perception, the same appearance, and everything in the same architecture, with truly customer-focused and friendly service staff. We ordered via the McDonald's app, so our order was almost ready by the time we entered the restaurant. As always, the value for money is top-notch. You get exactly what you want and expect: Perfect 🍟🍔🥤‼️

I redeemed a few vouchers there, and yes, it's still expensive, but what can you do? If you eat there with colleagues, I think it's fine, but you shouldn't overdo it.

Unfortunately, I can't give it a good review. The Big Mac I ordered was dry, cold, and contained two pieces of lettuce. The salad was stringy and coarsely chopped, tasteless, and the coffee was exceptionally bad. The restroom needs cleaning.

Ordered 15 minutes after arrival. After "lunch," I treated myself to a leisurely coffee. On my way out, I ran into an acquaintance, and another 20 minutes passed quickly. Now here comes the... €40 fine because I exceeded the permitted two-hour parking time! What? I have to look at my watch if I want to enjoy a leisurely meal and drink on a day off. No thanks. That's unacceptable. The parking lot was practically empty. Sorry, but that was definitely the last time. That's a great way to scare away your (regular) customers. People, go to a pleasant restaurant where you'll be served and not rushed.

It's just sad that I was ripped off like that. I had to pay €13.43 for my order. I paid €50 and only got €6.57 instead of €36.57, and they didn't even respond when I asked what that was. Thank you very much.

The lady at the checkout was completely unhelpful and didn't speak German very well. I asked for a new product—a green latte—and her response was, "What can I tell you? Coffee is coffee." Our orders were also mixed up several times, and I should emphasize that we were traveling with a bus full of children. This McDonald's was truly strange. I only know one thing: I probably won't be going there again.

The pancakes were rock hard, but you're supposed to eat them before your burgers. The staff was unfriendly.

I'm constantly being attacked by flies. I'm sitting at table 33. There were 8 flies. I'm not the only one complaining about flies! I'm disappointed.

If you want to eat with more flies than in a barn, you're always welcome. While you're eating, you're only concerned with keeping the flies away so you can eat in peace.

Slow, uncoordinated, and overwhelmed. So, somehow not at all what you'd expect from McDonald's.

Service was nice and courteous, everything looked very clean, but this was by far the worst food we've ever eaten at McDonalds. The hungry children didn't touch their cheeseburgers because they just tasted stale.

Burger was cold, cheese not melted. Table service via app order was good. We sat outside and cleaned the tables ourselves.

Double the price for halved portions. Great rip-off club. Ice cream is always expensive and the cup is half full.

It's all ok. Medium-sized McDonalds with the usual range. The prices are as usual and the advantage program can also be used. There are enough parking spaces and there is also outdoor seating. For the little ones there is a slide that is familiar from various other branches.

Without many words...eating is fine. Waiting times ok. It's easy to forget a little thing when ordering... additional sauces ordered, or the still water...

Today was the last time I ordered something at the Golden M restaurant in Dingolfing. The order was not complete and everything was processed very poorly. I feel betrayed. I can't say anything about the employees, but they are polite but often very polite.

Unbelievable how many more times you gonna mess up with my order,not just that I don't get what I order,but today was the best,I ordered double hamburger menu( I mean it's not cheap) to take away ,coming back home and there it is a single burger with almost nothing on it!!! Nothing special, just normal McDonald's. At lunchtime around 1 p.m. there was a long waiting time and there were a lot of visitors on site

I have an aversion to wooden cutlery, so I asked if I could get a coffee spoon with my ice cream because I wanted to eat my ice cream in a reusable cup. The statement was that it is a requirement to add holes in the wood to the ice cream.... It has never happened to me in any MC Donald that the customer was treated as badly as in Dingolfing.... I will never order anything there again, catastrophe this way of dealing with customers.

Not child friendly and the employees lie to the customers! Apparently there are empty straws for the 6 year old daughter, even though 2 children at the next table got one. Nobody here can speak German for a long time anyway. Brazen and absolutely not recommended.
