I redeemed this beef menu for 1800 crowns. Due to an internet outage, the crowns were debited but the order was not registered. 1800 crowns!!!! How am I supposed to feed my family now???? But the employee was nice. Now comes the review from my friend Paul: My burger was good - different from our mood... 1800 crowns! That's 3600 DM Kronen... That's an absolute disgrace. If something like this happens again, we will probably have to switch to the competition or leave the country. It doesn't work that way.

I would like to share an unfortunate experience I had at this branch on November 1st around 9pm. My visit, which was supposed to be pleasant, was severely affected by the behavior of one of your employees. I ordered a McFlurry and discovered that there was very little sauce in it - barely visible and not particularly satisfying. So I politely turned to an employee (she had a rose tattoo on her neck) and asked for a little more sauce. She explained to me that there was only one serving of sauce, and when I pointed out that there was actually hardly any sauce, she literally threw the McFlurry on the counter and made me a whole new one as if I was a nuisance. The meaning behind it must also be questioned. The way she handed me the new McFlurry was very disrespectful. It felt like she was taking her frustration out on me even though I was just asking for a small touch-up. I then politely asked her to treat me with respect. When I asked her her name, she replied that she wasn't allowed to reveal it. At this point another employee came along and apparently tried to mediate. Although she seemed nice, I had the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and the disrespectful treatment was not addressed. I find it very disappointing that this kind of treatment occurs in a restaurant where hospitality and respect should be fundamental. Every guest has the right to be treated with kindness and respect, and I expect your employees to implement this in their daily work. No one is forced to work in the restaurant industry if they don't enjoy what they do. I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the situation. It would be unfortunate if other guests had to have similar experiences.

The last time I was at this McDonald's was 4 years ago. Now I've been to the branch twice in a row. The lack of service started when I asked if they would please provide toilet paper in the women's toilets. Annoyed, people were talking in their local language and at first they just looked at me. Again I would be asked what is it?! I noted it again and it said that the extra parts of the roll won't come out if you pull it out. Yes, but I can't get to it. It didn't move any staff. A drink must have been spilled under the table for a long time because it stuck the soles of my shoes to the floor. Very unpleasant. I chose this place because I had met someone and I thought it would be good to stop there to eat and talk before he had to get on the highway. Now comes the blow...we read the parking conditions, but what we didn't realize was that it also applies as a guest. A short time later the mail came, both he and I received a parking ticket with 40 and one with 45 euros. We now pay a total of 170 euros for our McDonald's stay, just before Christmas. I went there again yesterday, explained the situation, apologized and proved that we ate and drank there and also got supplies while we were there. The department management is not willing to accommodate and dismissed it saying it was their own fault - the statistics say customers stay 20-40 minutes. 90 minutes is the grace period, anything over that is our problem. The sign says at least 30 euros, no other amounts are visible. Those were the most expensive McDonald's dates I've ever had and will always have bad memories of. I like to go to McDonald's often, but this is a blow that hits me very hard before Christmas. Have your own experiences, mine are a lesson to me.

Even for a standardized fast food chain, there are no standards here. Orders are actually almost always wrong. If you actually want the “food” you ordered, you can basically forget about the drive thru. This Big Tasty has nothing to do with a Big Tasty anymore. The food is often more comparable to wet, juicy cement and yes, I'm aware that this is a McDonalds but even for that... Then I'd rather go with plankton. The staff is also a story, some are nice but most of them seem like they hate you because you ordered something. Funny experiences.

The disadvantage is the poor parking situation there. It's hard to get out of the parking lot if the line is a little long. There doesn't seem to be any heating this winter either. 90% of the customers are sitting in their jackets, freezing, because 1/3 of the employees also have jackets on. This is how you make sales 🤣

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life, the employees are very unfriendly, you can't have a meaningful conversation, I ordered normally with my children and we just wanted to sit down where the employees told me that we should go out because they supposedly to open the shop where others had just sat down and eaten, we also mentioned this, they didn't care and we went out and apart from that so many things were missing and nothing was properly packed when we wanted to go back that was all already closed and didn't let us in. I can't recommend such an unfriendly and disrespectful McDonalds to anyone.

Clean. Food hot and fresh. There was a bit of a backlog at the drive-in at lunchtime, but we didn't have to wait long in the restaurant. Small drawback: there are no ordering terminals and no drinks station here

It's a shame that everything is now only done via computer. No more communication with staff possible. Instead of taking the customer by the hand and explaining everything to him, you just shrug your shoulders. There will definitely not be a next visit. The store was absolutely empty. Apparently many people don't like this system. Great concept that sends customers to the competition.
