This Burger King is really a disgrace. At first they only give us cold food. All 4 burgers and all 3 fries were completely cold. We got new warm fries and they wanted to offer us the cold burgers to put in the microwave. Very disgraceful in my opinion and a visit not recommended.

I was there for coffee with a friend two weeks ago. And what can I say, coffee was so-so. But I think it's a shame that I've now received a €48 fine for parking. You probably can't stand there for longer than 90 minutes. Which is total nonsense because we were the only customers there at the time. Maybe management should think about why that is. I definitely won't come again either.

Very clean and relatively cheap.

As is the case at Burger King, the staff is very pleasant, polite and nice. There are also enough parking spaces.

It is not possible to have a leisurely meal here: If the car is parked in the camera-monitored parking lot for longer than 90 minutes, a payment request for exceeding the parking time in the amount of € 48.00 will be sent by post. An absolute disgrace, especially since you usually have to wait a long time for your food in this “fast” food “restaurant”. Due to these circumstances, I will avoid this Burger King location in the future! I cannot understand why an operator would want to forcefully get rid of his customers in this way.

Disgraceful service! 30 min. waiting time in the drive-in. After receiving the food, we immediately noticed that onion rings were missing. I rang the bell 8 times at the counter, which was another 15 minutes. When no one came, I knocked on the back door. Nobody opens! Then I noticed myself at the drive window, visibly annoyed. "What? You rang the bell?" I was asked, still surprised. Afterwards, the colleague actually had the audacity to discuss, after a total of over 45 minutes of waiting (!!!), what I was missing. While I was still explaining, the colleague simply walked away with the words "Yeah, yeah" and then came back with an incomplete bag of onion rings. NO APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION! After all this time, we were allowed to eat our order cold. Every time a new incident, but today the measure was finally full! 🤷🏻

Order made incorrectly. The food was ok. Annoying cameras in the parking lot instead of parking discs, so we as a family have to watch the clock when the children want to play a little more.

The manager is totally unfriendly and she doesn't understand how to deal with customers.

Nice team and the things taste good, which is not the case everywhere at Burger King. Some of the fries are too weak or too salty, or the burgers have too much/not enough sauce on them, etc... Everything is right here and that's why I give it 5 stars with a clear conscience. It's worth a visit.

I visited this drive-in for the first time. Since the HP family waiting in front of me obviously had problems with the procedure, it felt like a quarter of an hour before it was finally my turn. The food we ordered was very tasty.

What kind of way is this to communicate with customers? The employee in his early 20s addresses me as a customer as “boss”. After the 3rd time I replied, I'm not your boss. All that was missing was "jo digger, sure bro........

Be careful when parking! The parking lot belongs to Smart Parking Germany GmbH and a fee of €48 is charged after 1.5 hours of parking. Showing the receipt doesn't help. That was the last time I'll come here to eat.

The café doesn't taste good at all, I ate there and then got a €40 ticket delivered to my home because I had exceeded my parking time! The receipt doesn't do anything, the operator doesn't care! Never again.

Rip-off branch, customers who park for more than 90 minutes should pay a fine. Even though you bought twice.

The current team is probably the worst team I have experienced here in the last 20 years. If there are 3 customers in front of you, you are a good 20 Minutes in queue. Fast food works differently.

The location is good and there is plenty of parking space. Restaurant and toilets are clean. The people behind the counter are also nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the quality of the food is only worth one star. Sometimes the burgers are too dry, sometimes the fries don't taste good because the oil is old, sometimes the ice cream isn't really cold and is more like a milkshake. This is much better! That's why unfortunately only 2 stars.

Unfortunately, something is constantly forgotten in the drive and something should be worked on. Otherwise, fast food for a snack in between... Got the wrong order again today. Somehow they can't manage it

Very nice atmosphere, nice staff and everything was clean.

The quality of the food is almost the same in all restaurants at BK. The employee was very friendly and the waiting time was significantly shorter than in the other burger chain's restaurants. The only thing I noticed negatively was the lady at the sanitary facilities because she demanded money when she left the clean and well-maintained sanitary area. "Hey, what about paying!". This is very presumptuous in my opinion.

April 3, 2024 / 10:35 p.m I stand at the checkout for ages while two employees talk and joke around behind the checkout with their backs to me. An MA who comes along asks the employee to please serve me. She looks over at me, turns around again and continues making small talk with her colleague. Then the colleague, annoyed, takes over and takes my order. Even while I'm eating, people are having loud private conversations, laughing and joking and running back and forth between the "staff room" (I'm assuming: on the left behind the ice cream machine). No problem. Having fun at work is very important, but the customer and the service should not be neglected and incompetence should not be conveyed as a result.

Had a Big King with fries and coke for 5.99. Good Deal, good burger, hot and crispy fries, OK Coke and sub par mayo, made of water, thickener and oil.

Biggest dirty shop people incompetent to process orders always missing something when ordering on the drive last time I was there. All untrained staff.

It's just Burger King. Only the toilets have their own cleaners who charge money. Whether system catering needs this remains questionable.

Wait a long time to get your turn even though there was nothing going on. Forgot sauces.. ok it can happen. Apparently there are no Quetschies on the children's menu (never), even though it is shown on the website.

And been there again. Take some things with you for the family. Everything works very well and quickly. 👍🍔🍔🍔

Everything happened quickly... We rarely had our food so quickly in a fast food restaurant. Everything we ordered was there, which doesn't happen often.

Now the Burger King wants money for the toilet and hires a toilet attendant. We're not at the motorway service station here...you drank ink.

Mostly quick service. The cleanliness is OK. What I don't understand and find annoying: toilet women/men who distribute towel paper in order to collect change in return. Is it really necessary to support such business practices?

This is the only shop where a toilet lady sits in front of the door and wants money. Never seen anything like it at BK or anything like that.

NO RECOMMENDATION! Hi, The fact that I spat from this food there twice 3 years ago is quite intense, but now I was there to have something to drink (not eat ;) and I got a fine because the maximum parking time of just 60 minutes was exceeded !!! 45 euros!!! Incomprehensible!

Ein Standard Burger King. Hier muss für die Benutzung der Toilette bezahlt werden, dafür sind diese in einem 1a Zustand.

Lieber ParkKing, Ihr solltet euch zu tiefst schämen Eure Frust gegenüber McDonalds bei euren Kunden rauszulassen. Ich werde die 45,00 Euro zahlen wegen zu langen Parken und werde NIE wieder euch besuchen! Zudem hatte ich es satt lauwarme Burger zu essen! Wir sehen uns bei McDo!

Alles ist immer in unserer Bestellung enthalten. Auf besondere Wünsche wird eingegangen und die Bestellung wird Nochmals vor Abgabe an den Kunden, kontrolliert. Die Mitarbeiter haben den Laden im Griff ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren ebend dort essen ...burger kalt und sah sehr grau aus ...0815 zusammen geklatscht und denn hieß es wenn ich ihn warm haben möchte muss er inne Mikrowelle...nie wieder burger king ...dafür isses zu teuer

Etwas älterer Burgerking ohne Bestellterminals. Trotzdem hat alles Reibungslos funktioniert. Essen war Burgerking typisch.

Ist alles okay aber jetzt auch nichts besonderes für ein Burger King ist es schon gut nur nicht so modern wie jetzt andere Standorte aber alles sehr entspannt nette Mitarbeiter und immer nicht zu viel los sowie viele Parkplätze und alles geht relativ schnell

Ein toller Laden! Trinkt ein paar Kaffee, entspannt euch dort und nach zwei Wochen erhaltet ihr ein Strafzettel, weil ich länger als eine Stunde dort wart! Gern immer wieder!

Essen war sehr lecker. Bedienung war professionell. Bemerkenswert war, das sie einen extra Angestellten haben, der für die Sauberkeit zuständig ist. Und das merkt man deutlich. Dieser ist mega aufmerksam und diszipliniert. Er säubert die Tische und stühle direkt nach dem Verlassen der Kundschaft. Es ist einfach alles mega Ordentlich. Dieser Burgerking ist wirklich ein Musterbeispiel, so wie es sein sollte.

Personal freundlich. Essen war warm . Die Tische waren sauber . Waren zufrieden. Für ein schnell Restaurant war es okay.

Viel zu teuer mittlerweile. Unmotiviertes Personal beim Autoschalter. Nicht mal ein Deckel fürs Eis habe ich bekommen da die Servicekraft zu faul war um nachzugucken ob es evtl. einen gibt

Einer der besten BKs die ich kenne. Blitzsauber, Service zumeist flink und gut - und das Essen auf gewohnt gutem BK-Niveau. Und man kann direkt am Tresen ordern!! Nicht an irgendwelchen Terminals/Flatscreens oder sonstwas. Dazu viele Parkplätze vor der Tür, saubere, betreute WCs und ein wunderschöner Blick auf die B5.

Ein BK wie jeder andere auch. Burger waren die letzten zwei Male trocken und lauwarm.

Leider hört das Personal häufig nicht gründlich zu was man bestellt( zb. Cola OHNE Eis, Pommes MIT Ketchup...) sowas ist vorallem ärgerlich wenn man im DriveIn bestellt. Und ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit wäre nicht schlecht

Absolut enttäuscht. Der erste Burgerking wo ich aufgefordert werde für die Toilettennutzung zu bezahlen. Als wenn die Menüs nicht schon teuer genug sind.. Sauber ist der gesamte Laden das kann man sagen.

Halt ein Burger King, wie viele andere. Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen ist der Drive In Abends gerne mal mit Wartezeit. Drinnen geht es meist sehr viel schneller.

Kein schönes Erlebnis … whopper war ok, Pommes schmecken seit ein paar Jahren einfach nicht mehr so richtig, aber das ein Kind jetzt nicht mehr auf Toilette gehen darf, sondern erst von seinen Eltern 50 Cent holen muss, geht gar nicht … 20€ für nen paar Burger reichen wohl nicht mehr …

Kühle Einrichtung, hat etwas von einer kleinen Halle. Die Qualität und Frische der Speisen ist sehr unterschiedlich. Ich gehe trotzdem ab und zu hin, wenn ich vorbeifahre und gerade Hunger habe. Quasi für den Notfall zwischendurch.

Im Gegensatz zu meinem letzten Post hat sich nichts Wesentliches geändert, es wird jedoch mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet

Gute Lage und großer Parkplatz nur die Eismaschine ist "gerade" kaputt.

Wie jeder Burger King einfach Klasse.

Auf nem Montag 23:45 Uhr zwei Long Chicken geholt. Beide frisch zubereitet und heiß, ohne allzu lange Wartezeit. Kosten: 3,98€ Geschmacklich kommt es nicht an selber machen heran, aber für den schnellen Appetitkiller reicht es erstmal.

Ein Burger King aus dem letzten Jahrzehnt. Aber immerhin nette Mitarbeiter!

Ab und zu nutze ich hier das "Drive thru"-Angebot, immer freundliche Mitarbeiter, zügige Bearbeitung und gleichbleibende Qualität, für Liebhaber von Burger King zu empfehlen.

Die indische Dame sollte lieber mal die Tische und Bänke/Stühle /verstaubten Lampen/und den Boden richtig reinigen statt wie auf dem Catwalk hin und her zu stolzieren und mit den Haaren wedeln und immer wieder mit den Fingern durch die Haare zu kämmen und dann noch das Essen anfassen

Für einen Burger King sehr typisch, allerdings war der Burger noch ein bisschen liebloser zusammen geworfen als man das gewohnt ist, außerdem nimmt der Laden weder an den Coupons Teil noch gibt es den King des Monats oder andere Angebote. Die Anfahrt bzw das Verlassen des Parkplatzes mit Google Maps ist etwas verwirrend, da man laut aufgemaltem Pfeil auf dem Boden nur rechts abbiegen darf, Google Maps schickt einen aber auch links, und es gibt auch kein Schild oder eine durchgezogene Linie die dem widersprechen würde - wobei man Hamburg-typisch die Linien nur noch halb erkennen kann und daher unklar bleibt was man jetzt darf oder nicht.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, schnelles und leckeres Essen. Nie eine Bestellung falsch. Da können sich die Kollegen beim goldenen M was abschauen

War gestern dort. Wallraff folgen leider erkennbar. Wartezeit im Drive waren länger als gewohnt, was wohl heißt diesmal frischer zubereitet. Hat man auch geschmeckt. Sonst nicht so schlecht aber Unterschiede zu frisch zubereitet schon vorhanden. Bleibt bitte dabei.

Unmotivierte Mitarbeiter und lauwarmes Burger. Sauberkeit unterdurchschnittlich.

Nicht so toll das Ambiente und der Aussenbereich der Service und das Personal sind okay
