Food quick and okay. But the first Burger King where I have to pay for the toilet after eating for twelve euros. There really isn't anywhere else like this. Thumbs down for that

Looks good after the renovation. Finally you can also order with a machine. It's just a shame that it stops three times when you want to pay and then the cashier at the counter asks why I don't order from the machine! And you can't enter the app code at the checkout, it's only possible if you order yourself. Wow, trained staff that can deal with customers! Craziness

I was just at Burger King Boberg and I was shocked at Burger King's range of services. If you want to go to the toilet you have to pay. As far as I know, this is forbidden. The BigKing for €6.29 is smaller than a cheeseburger and looks exactly the same. It is served cold and does not correspond at all to the picture when I ordered it. For the price you just feel like you're being ripped off. Burger King never again!

Always check what has been packed because there is always something missing! Most of the staff don't speak German or are simply too stupid to take a correct order.

We are GSL students and many of the seniors drive to the BK in their cars during their lunch break. We were extremely positively surprised at how quickly this restaurant was remodeled. I think I saw last Friday that they started and today on Friday February 7th, 2025 they are already open. The entire interior is new, the roof is partly new, the large BK logo outside is new, and yes, on the interior, every single tile down to every single lamp and every single chair and table has been completely reinstalled. The entire restaurant was completely renovated and completely freshly painted wherever it was possible to paint. You have our respect. They now also have 6-7 new self-service counters where you can order yourself and a few service technicians helped us use the new devices today and were able to give us solutions. The KingDrive also has completely new loudspeakers and microphone systems. When I'm here, it's during the school lunch break, or after school, or when I get hungry at night, or when I drive by spontaneously. Maybe a little expensive, a small fries for €3.30 but with the coupons it's okay but yes, everything has become expensive. I am happy and would like to say congratulations on the successful work to the owners and also to the construction companies and service technicians!

We were just there to get something and we were horrified. First cold burgers. Nuggets and fries were not fresh and warm but tasted older. In addition, half of the sauces were forgotten. The only thing that was good about the 35€ was the drinking and that shouldn't be the case given what you pay, you should pay attention to that. That wasn't the first time we've experienced this. The store has seen us for the last time, we won't give the store any more chances.

It's really not normal how retarded some people can be. I ordered a chicken nuggets burger, which is a burger with three chicken nuggets on it, sauce, salad and that's it, there's nothing else. I just asked if you could take the salad down. That's what they did. After repeated explanations, I couldn't manage to get 2 menus right... First the burgers were wrong, then the fries were gone but there was one too many burgers ^^ absolutely frustrating. Then there is also an employee who simply cannot understand anything! 2 menus! What don't you understand about that?

I'm pretty pissed. We ordered at the drive in and paid €30 for all the fries that were missing from the menu and the chili cheese nuggets... plus the fact that my beef tortilla didn't have beef in it, but chicken. And the employee at the drive in was rude and very unmotivated.

Unfortunately, this branch has voluntarily made part of its parking lot available for police traffic control. I can't tolerate it, and after that I won't have any money left for burgers.

We asked extra 3 times (before we paid) if you could please scan it - but it wasn't done and just acted as if it had happened.. also shown that something was scanned, but still not OUR PURCHASE. We were very happy yesterday We were there at 5pm on a Sunday, it was moderately busy and our food came super quickly. We had 2 veggie menus with extra requests for changes, that wasn't a problem. I also can't understand many of the reviews about parking. If it says you can park for 90 minutes, that's just the way it is... no normal person needs more than 90 minutes to order and eat at a Burger King

We ordered 2 Big Whoppers with cheese and ate there. Unfortunately, mine was only lukewarm and I remembered the Whopper's taste better from elsewhere. By the way, eating here and perhaps going to the toilet for free, as is actually usual, is not possible. A guard sits in front of it

Seems a bit out of time and abandoned. I was there early in the afternoon and there were only two cars in the parking lot. From the outside it looked as if the branch wasn't even open, dark and empty. In fact it was open, I was shocked when I came in, someone was sitting in the passage to the toilets and wanted money to use the toilet. I've never seen it in a fast food restaurant. Otherwise, the ambience and furnishings make you feel like you've been transported back to the 80s. I don't know the last time I ordered directly at the counter. There are no known terminals here. The product selection is also manageable; there is only a fraction of the usual range. On the positive side, it was quite clean and the food was well prepared. All in all, one of the weirdest fast food shops I've been to so far.

Even though we were there three quarters of an hour before closing time, we were served extremely unfriendly when we ordered food here. The cleaner shouted in the kitchen that she would refuse to clean the tables shortly before closing time. We didn't feel comfortable and felt pressured to leave the store as quickly as possible.

The food is delicious, the service is always very good, the ambience is consistently fine, I like to go to Burger King Boberg 👍

Today, August 19th, 2024, I was here for lunch with my family and ordered two menus with a milkshake instead of a soft drink and a kids box. I have several points of criticism: 1. The fries were cold and tasted accordingly. 2. My wife clearly said please have the burger without fried onions, whereupon the waitress asked her foreman how to enter this in the cash register. The foreman then showed her this and the order went to the “kitchen”. Unfortunately that didn't work and a lot of fried onions were slapped on anyway. 3. And that's the reason for this review, because I'm actually not giving a bad rating just because the service was bad and the food was cold, there was some kind of hair or insect leg or something floating in my milkshake. My wife also had something similar in her milkshake and I thought she was imagining it. I also said, “It’s definitely a bubble, don’t act like that.” But then I discovered something like that and fished it out with a straw and put it on a napkin (see photo). We felt sick and left the rest of the food (on the tray and put it away of course) and left. That was the last time for me in this "restaurant".

Disgraceful service! 30 min. waiting time in the drive-in. After receiving the food, we immediately noticed that onion rings were missing. I rang the bell 8 times at the counter, which was another 15 minutes. When no one came, I knocked on the back door. Nobody opens! Then I noticed myself at the drive window, visibly annoyed. "What? You rang the bell?" I was asked, still surprised. Afterwards, the colleague actually had the audacity to discuss, after a total of over 45 minutes of waiting (!!!), what I was missing. While I was still explaining, the colleague simply walked away with the words "Yeah, yeah" and then came back with an incomplete bag of onion rings. NO APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION! After all this time, we were allowed to eat our order cold. Every time a new incident, but today the measure was finally full! 🤷🏻

Be careful when parking! The parking lot belongs to Smart Parking Germany GmbH and a fee of €48 is charged after 1.5 hours of parking. Showing the receipt doesn't help. That was the last time I'll come here to eat.
