Burger King in Hamburg

Seems a bit out of time and abandoned. I was there early in the afternoon and there were only two cars in the parking lot. From the outside it looked as if the branch wasn't even open, dark and empty. In fact it was open, I was shocked when I came in, someone was sitting in the passage to the toilets and wanted money to use the toilet. I've never seen it in a fast food restaurant. Otherwise, the ambience and furnishings make you feel like you've been transported back to the 80s. I don't know the last time I ordered directly at the counter. There are no known terminals here. The product selection is also manageable; there is only a fraction of the usual range. On the positive side, it was quite clean and the food was well prepared. All in all, one of the weirdest fast food shops I've been to so far.

Food is always great here! Outside area looks pretty dirty. Unfortunately, the appearance is currently not that nice. And please change the maximum parking time to 2 hours. That would be justified. After all, there are enough parking spaces.

Food doesn't taste like Burger King standards, all the citizens were already cool and had been lying around for a while, and there was a lot of savings on sauce. It's better to drive a few kilometers further towards the city and enjoy good food.

they don't have a self-service screen, but the churas were great!

It was surprisingly clean inside and the food was good. Just a toilet attendant who wants money in a branch, this is the first time I've seen something like that.

I tried to redeem rewards here via the app. The points were also deducted from me, but the cash register didn't register anything. In the end I was told to just wait for the points to come back. The branch manager had no understanding of the problem and took a long time to even listen. Under no circumstances should you try to order anything using the app at this branch. The usual ordering terminals are also missing here; perhaps the employees were just surprised that someone wanted to order using the app.

It's nice that orders can still be placed here in person. I much prefer that to typing around on a touchscreen. The staff was friendly and nice. I'd love to come back.

Just a Burger King. Open quite late on Christmas Eve and had a late snack there. Or sometimes used as a meeting place with a quick burger coffee. Toilet with toilet attendant.

Went there for dinner and was badly surprised two weeks later. Letter from "Smart Parking" in the mailbox demanding a total amount of almost 50 euros because I stood in the parking lot for too long. A PARKING LOT THAT WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY EMPTY. It's really a great idea, you can also drive away your customers. I'll never go to this store again!

Pure disaster! Food is not even served warm, the meat looks absolutely raw, no traces of the grill! When I complained they said it was normal! Sorry, you know what's normal from other stores - but not here! Never again!

Even though we were there three quarters of an hour before closing time, we were served extremely unfriendly when we ordered food here. The cleaner shouted in the kitchen that she would refuse to clean the tables shortly before closing time. We didn't feel comfortable and felt pressured to leave the store as quickly as possible.

The food is delicious, the service is always very good, the ambience is consistently fine, I like to go to Burger King Boberg 👍

Today, August 19th, 2024, I was here for lunch with my family and ordered two menus with a milkshake instead of a soft drink and a kids box. I have several points of criticism: 1. The fries were cold and tasted accordingly. 2. My wife clearly said please have the burger without fried onions, whereupon the waitress asked her foreman how to enter this in the cash register. The foreman then showed her this and the order went to the “kitchen”. Unfortunately that didn't work and a lot of fried onions were slapped on anyway. 3. And that's the reason for this review, because I'm actually not giving a bad rating just because the service was bad and the food was cold, there was some kind of hair or insect leg or something floating in my milkshake. My wife also had something similar in her milkshake and I thought she was imagining it. I also said, “It’s definitely a bubble, don’t act like that.” But then I discovered something like that and fished it out with a straw and put it on a napkin (see photo). We felt sick and left the rest of the food (on the tray and put it away of course) and left. That was the last time for me in this "restaurant".

This Burger King is really a disgrace. At first they only give us cold food. All 4 burgers and all 3 fries were completely cold. We got new warm fries and they wanted to offer us the cold burgers to put in the microwave. Very disgraceful in my opinion and a visit not recommended.

You probably can't stand there for longer than 90 minutes. Which is total nonsense because we were the only customers there at the time. Maybe management should think about why that is. It is not possible to have a leisurely meal here: If the car is parked in the camera-monitored parking lot for longer than 90 minutes, a payment request for exceeding the parking time in the amount of € 48.00 will be sent by post. An absolute disgrace, especially since you usually have to wait a long time for your food in this “fast” food “restaurant”. Due to these circumstances, I will avoid this Burger King location in the future! I cannot understand why an operator would want to forcefully get rid of his customers in this way.

Disgraceful service! 30 min. waiting time in the drive-in. After receiving the food, we immediately noticed that onion rings were missing. I rang the bell 8 times at the counter, which was another 15 minutes. When no one came, I knocked on the back door. Nobody opens! Then I noticed myself at the drive window, visibly annoyed. "What? You rang the bell?" I was asked, still surprised. Afterwards, the colleague actually had the audacity to discuss, after a total of over 45 minutes of waiting (!!!), what I was missing. While I was still explaining, the colleague simply walked away with the words "Yeah, yeah" and then came back with an incomplete bag of onion rings. NO APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION! After all this time, we were allowed to eat our order cold. Every time a new incident, but today the measure was finally full! 🤷🏻

Order made incorrectly. The food was ok. Annoying cameras in the parking lot instead of parking discs, so we as a family have to watch the clock when the children want to play a little more.

Nice team and the things taste good, which is not the case everywhere at Burger King. Some of the fries are too weak or too salty, or the burgers have too much/not enough sauce on them, etc... Everything is right here and that's why I give it 5 stars with a clear conscience. It's worth a visit.

I visited this drive-in for the first time. Since the HP family waiting in front of me obviously had problems with the procedure, it felt like a quarter of an hour before it was finally my turn. The food we ordered was very tasty.

Be careful when parking! The parking lot belongs to Smart Parking Germany GmbH and a fee of €48 is charged after 1.5 hours of parking. Showing the receipt doesn't help. That was the last time I'll come here to eat.

The current team is probably the worst team I have experienced here in the last 20 years. If there are 3 customers in front of you, you are a good 20 Minutes in queue. Fast food works differently.

The location is good and there is plenty of parking space. Restaurant and toilets are clean. The people behind the counter are also nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the quality of the food is only worth one star. Sometimes the burgers are too dry, sometimes the fries don't taste good because the oil is old, sometimes the ice cream isn't really cold and is more like a milkshake. This is much better! That's why unfortunately only 2 stars.

The quality of the food is almost the same in all restaurants at BK. The employee was very friendly and the waiting time was significantly shorter than in the other burger chain's restaurants. The only thing I noticed negatively was the lady at the sanitary facilities because she demanded money when she left the clean and well-maintained sanitary area. "Hey, what about paying!". This is very presumptuous in my opinion.

April 3, 2024 / 10:35 p.m I stand at the checkout for ages while two employees talk and joke around behind the checkout with their backs to me. An MA who comes along asks the employee to please serve me. She looks over at me, turns around again and continues making small talk with her colleague. Then the colleague, annoyed, takes over and takes my order. Even while I'm eating, people are having loud private conversations, laughing and joking and running back and forth between the "staff room" (I'm assuming: on the left behind the ice cream machine). No problem. Having fun at work is very important, but the customer and the service should not be neglected and incompetence should not be conveyed as a result.

Had a Big King with fries and coke for 5.99. Good Deal, good burger, hot and crispy fries, OK Coke and sub par mayo, made of water, thickener and oil.

Biggest dirty shop people incompetent to process orders always missing something when ordering on the drive last time I was there. All untrained staff.

It's just Burger King. Only the toilets have their own cleaners who charge money. Whether system catering needs this remains questionable.

Lieber ParkKing, Ihr solltet euch zu tiefst schämen Eure Frust gegenüber McDonalds bei euren Kunden rauszulassen. Ich werde die 45,00 Euro zahlen wegen zu langen Parken und werde NIE wieder euch besuchen! Zudem hatte ich es satt lauwarme Burger zu essen! Wir sehen uns bei McDo!

Wir waren ebend dort essen ...burger kalt und sah sehr grau aus ...0815 zusammen geklatscht und denn hieß es wenn ich ihn warm haben möchte muss er inne Mikrowelle...nie wieder burger king ...dafür isses zu teuer
