Very friendly staff with a smile - unusual for Mcdonalds. Everything clean. Food hot.

The restaurant was empty, the burgers are freshly prepared, but with a simple order (2Chickenburger, 5Cheeseburger) 1Burger is still forgotten. Why?

Was a great breakfast, staff were friendly and very nice. The breakfast was tasty

The slowest order machines in Germany! You have to experience this at least once in your life that an ordering process takes 10 minutes! Ms

The place says it is open till 1 AM, but they didn’t allow us around 12:15 AM itself as we wanted to use the toilet. However drive-in is open and the order fulfilled as expected. But they should have allowed is inside.

It's delicious on longer journeys or even for breakfast.

A normal McDonald's, except you have to check your entire order every time because a burger or something similar is regularly forgotten. Just got home with the order and noticed that one of 3 bugs was missing...

Super friendly staff, we haven't experienced that in years!!! To be fair, the employees should feel the benefits of such an achievement... no matter what, even if it is “just” praise! Freshly prepared food, clean restaurant! Stands out clearly from many other branches! Even far beyond the Hamburg border! Please continue :-)

A McDonald's like any other McDonald's

Good service, the order was brought quickly, everything was of high quality.

On the way to vacation we wanted to take a break at a Serways. It was very dirty outside the place, the prices for hot food were outrageous and they didn't want to serve us. Then we went to this McDonalds. Everything was clean, food was ordered quickly and delivered to the table and we paid even less than our planned break destination. On the way back we drove straight here. Everyone was happy. I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, but this one saved our lunch break and the kids were happy!

Ok, the food is like everywhere else in this chain. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the order number is not displayed, only announced. This quickly gets lost in the noise. The sauces for the menus were included in the Happy Meal. What was particularly noticeable was that employees who had apparently arrived to start work walked around the kitchen in street clothes. That doesn't work for me at all... Conclusion: for the same money I'd rather go to a Greek restaurant next time, at least there's ouzo...

I always say this branch is the cleanest I've ever been to. The employees are always friendly. Tap water is even provided to customers free of charge… I have only seen something like that in this branch. Keep it up !

MOST of the employees are very nice! Especially when you see how many people behave like 🙄. Food is always fresh and why, if not and things go wrong, friendly help is provided. Unfortunately sometimes it's not so clean but unfortunately a lot of it depends on the behavior of the customers and you can't clean it so quickly. We are there regularly and with pleasure!

It's just becoming increasingly technical. But otherwise tasty and clean.

My friends and I came to McDonald's and ordered ice cream, they brought us spoiled yogurt with sour chocolate 😳

It can always be worse, but finding a more chaotic Meckes would almost be a challenge. Nobody can do anything for the clientele, but a touch more structure and interest in the customer would be desirable

Bah, what a dirty shop. The toilets are so disgusting... There is old urine in the toilet (it already has a greasy film) 🤮 Toilet paper on the floor, urine stains on the toilet seats and floors. I wasn't there for 30 seconds. Straight back out again. Shame on you. Incomprehensible. Note: A handful of guests and 4 service staff. Unfortunately you have to give one star to be able to rate it.

Burgers 🍔 are getting worse and worse

I don’t know how to explain such a case, but today I came to Macdonalds before the establishment closed, there were 2 hours left, I checked when I was about to go, but when I arrived, they didn’t let me inside, in the sense that the door of the establishment is automatic and opens itself, and at the same time the Mac drive was working, which was already understandable that the establishment works great! But I knocked on the door to understand why I couldn’t come in, maybe it was a Holiday, but the Staff looked at me and no one opened the door, so I stood there for 5 minutes and no one opened it, so unfortunately 1 Star ⭐️😡😡😡 let the Staff advance warns or why are there problems in the establishment?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that certain things are missing when you pick them up! It's a shame that you can't hope that everything is in the bag! HERE it is highly recommended that you ALWAYS check twice to make sure the order is complete!!! Unfortunately the employees are not friendly on the phone either!

One of the best MCs I've seen. Even flowers on the table. And the store was super crowded. And still only 8 minutes until the food came to the table. Top Top Top!!!!!!

Impossible unfriendly service on Sunday March 3rd, 2024, burger cold, kids menu lukewarm, drinks consist almost exclusively of ice, first forgot fries and then limp! Only the male, older waitress was friendly and helpful.

One McDonald's of many. He is no different from others, neither positive nor negative.

The service has now reached the lowest level. If you manage to serve 4 Big Tasty without meat, you can only be amazed.

Modern McDonald's with enough space. Employees are stressed and moody as usual, but the self-ordering counter or the app helps. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Home delivery has always been fine so far. This McDonald's is definitely one of the better ones.

Unfortunately, the location is a little harder to reach without a car, but now during Corona they have really good bouncers. Otherwise, just McDonalds. Cheeseburger is always possible. Update: phew. Nice employees at the location, but unfortunately McDonald's has become very expensive for the quality, but the store can't help that, but now other restaurants are more attractive for burgers

Es ist jedesmal das selbe: Es fehlen die Salatsaucen und/oder die Dressings... jedesmal 😡😡😡

Ein typischer McDonald's! Ich finde die Bestell-Terminals ganz gut. Ich habe aber zu lange auf das "Fast Food" gewartet. Der Vanille-Milchshake war wie immer sehr lecker. Ich esse auch immer gern einen Wrap und Chicken Nuggets.

Es das Essen ist normalerweise gut, manchmal kommt allerdings das Essen kalt, da muss man aber bescheid geben und sie machen es sehr schnell wieder warm. Das Ambiente ist natürlich nicht so schön. Aber da kann man auch nicht viel erwarten, es ist ja immernoch ein Fast Food Restaurant.

Also als wir dort angekommen waren war alles gut bis wir bestellen wollten da wurden wir auf die selbst Bestellung gebeten mit ihrem gebrochenen deutsch also das nenne ich faul :(

Nuggets Box wie bestellt bekommen, aber keine Nuggets drin. Pommes in alten Fett gebacken, super ölig und wabbelig. Burger bis zum Ziegelstein verbrannt. Danke die komplette Bestellung war unessbar.

Schnell und ordentlich. Nette Bedienung. Ganz selten dauert es mal länger. Ab und zu parken und warten.

Burger hat, wie überall, gut geschmeckt. Netter Service und freundliches Personal. Insbesondere der Herr, der für Ordnung und Sauberkeit zuständig war. Top

Moin Moin Alles Top, aber was ist mit euren Lieferdienst los...? Kann seit Tagen schon nicht mehr bestellen. Eigentlich Schade...Bei Lieferando steht nur noch , nicht geöffnet...

Ich war mit den Kindern da. Ich persönlich bin nicht so der Fan von Burgern und Co. im Allgemeinen. Ich finde die Idee mit den Bestellautomaten sehr gut weil man in Ruhe schauen kann was man möchte. Die Handy App gefällt mir auch gut. Die Preise, na ja.

McDonald's eben Trotz großer Vollheit ging es schnell. Und wieder einmal sah der Burger nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild

Leider war an diesem Tag wohl etwas nicht ok in dieser Filiale.

Essen ok, aber fast jedesmal fehlt was oder ist etwas verkehrt gepackt worden (Vanilleshake statt Schokoladenshake, Barbecue dipp statt Süß-Sauer etc). Daher für Abholer: Immer kontrollieren!

War ziemlich voll und es herrschte etwas Verwirrung weil ein Bestellautomat nicht funktionieren sollte. Haben daher am anderen bestellt, und es hat alles geklappt. Essen war wie man es erwartet und vollständig. Getränke nicht warm& kohlensäurearm sondern einigermaßen frisch. Tische waren auch relativ sauber, es kam auch ein Mitarbeiter vorbei und hat zwischendurch die freien Tische abgewischt. Toiletten waren auch ok. War also alles sehr ok, vor allem wenn man berücksichtigt das ziemlich viel los war.

Die Mitarbeiter stehen unter massiven Zeitdruck. Das Essen ist manchmal noch nicht mal richtig warm. Pommes sind nicht immer durch. Auch wenn niemand hinter einem steht, wird man beim McDrive angewiesen auf dem Parkstreifen zu parken, weil ein Timer für die Mitarbeiter läuft.

Ein Burger fehlte aus der Bestellung und der Ice Shake... war anders, als gewohnt, aber die super Bedienung machte alles wieder wett und schick ist der Laden auch.

Schnell was Essen. Es war alles so wie man es erwartet

Dieser McDonalds ist der sauberste den ich je erlebt habe. Super Service. Tische werden immer abgeräumt und gewischt. Besonders der etwas ältere Herr ist sehr freundlich. Übrigens das erste Mal, dass ich einem Mitarbeiter bei McDonalds Trinkgeld gegeben habe.

Man kann persönlich, von Mensch zu Mensch bestellen, ohne auf diesen Display's rum zu tippen. 👍🙏

Es fehlt den Mitarbeitern der Blick für die Gäste, es fehlt etwas oder es ist leider das falsche auf dem Tablett. Es ist ein Problem der Wertschätzung, leider sind auch die Gäste immer genervter und unfreundlichen. Weil immer etwas andres nicht stimmt.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Dänemark in den Süden. Ich habe selten einen so super sauberen McDonald’s gesehen! Essen war auch schnell, warm und gut! Super Alternative nach dem Stau im Elbtunnel, zu den Raststätten!

BigMäc Upgrade war trocken , chillichese mhhh , die Vorfreude war definitiv besser. Und die Automaten da stehen alle neuen Gäste erstmal blöde zwischen rum sehr schlechte Erfindung, und Wartezeiten trotzdem 15 Minuten oder länger.

service zwar serviert am Platz, aber nur unvollständig geliefert Cheeseburger teilweise kalt und zu salzig

Irgendwie gibts immer wieder Probleme mit dem was man bestellt und eas dann tatsächlich in der tüte landet! Darüber hinaus oft nur lauwarm.......

MC Donalds geht man gerne.Preise, Services Alles okay.Bestellungen kommt auch Sehr schnell...

Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt schnelle Bedienung

Das Essen war noch heiß, es sind auf den Toiletten Reinigungsmittel für die Toilette vorhanden, es gibt einen Desinfektionsspender und die Bedienung war klasse! Wir wurden nett begrüßt, das Essen war schnell da, uns wurde nach dem Essen das Tablett abgenommen, uns wurde eine Tüte für die restlichen Sachen angeboten, und uns wurde noch ein schöner Tag gewünscht.

Waren schon öfters dort. Sonntags Frühstück ist super. leider jetzt kein Joghurt mehr und auch Croassants mit Nutella selber schmieren. Naja. Ist aber halt vorgegeben. Sonst im Mc Drive wird gerne mal etwas vergessen, was man leider direkt kontrollieren sollte ob alles da ist. Ist aber nur, wenn wirklich voll ist. Sonst OK

Ok, das Essen ist System. Da kann nicht viel schief gehen. Was an dieser Filiale immer wieder (!) stört, sind fehlende Dinge bei Ausser- Haus- Bestellungen im Mc Drive. Mal fehlen die Pommes, mal fehlt die Sauce oder manchmal fehlt auch mehr. Kontrolliert man den Inhalt seiner Tüten akribisch vor der Abfahrt, dann wird man noch gedrängelt. So geht das nicht und der Inhaber sollte seiner Mannschaft gehörig auf die Füsse treten. Im Laden könnte es auch manchmal etwas sauberer sein. Verschmierte Tische sind kein Aushängeschild für die Mutter aller Imbisse.

Akzeptable Wartezeiten, immer frisch zubereitete Hamburger, freundlicher Service und das Restaurant ist immer in einem sauberen Zustand.

Mc Donalds wie es sein soll sauber und ordendlich. Auch die WC's können hier aufgesucht werden. Bei Aktionen sind die hier immer dabei.

Mal schnell nen Hamburger , manchmal auch zum Mitnehmen. Kurzer Klönschnack mit Freunden oder Bekannten bei McCafe.Das paßt.
