McDonald's in Hamburg

I ordered home, the food was delivered very cold, crispy chips was not crispy at all and cold! Very bad!!

It's just McDonald's, I can't say anything more about it. Normally they forget half of it but the last two times everything was right.

Yes. Absolutely. It's clean and colorful. I was particularly impressed by the fresh spring flowers on the tables and the help of the very friendly employee when I didn't know how to claim my reward. She even gave me a delicious free coffee.

Finally a decent McDonalds. Service was top and the atmosphere was chic. Still, it's just a McDonalds, the food used to be better.

I was there with my family on February 23rd and ordered something to take away. Since we don't eat meat for religious reasons, we got the McPlant menu and vegan nuggets. The order was for take away and we noticed beforehand that 2 McPlant Burgers were missing. It was very stressful for the employees, so that's not so bad. We noticed it and got both of them. At home, however, we noticed that the vegan nuggets were unfortunately made of meat - but in the McPlant package! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened with the nuggets and it's very annoying!

No recommendation from me. I wanted to go there for my birthday to get a delicious meal. The nuggets and fries were okay for McDonald's, but instead of my triple chocolate cookie they packed a really unbeatable donut. I can't say whether that really was one. Completely dry and only tasted like spread bread. Absolutely disgusting. I don't recommend ordering anything there if you exchange it for something you can't eat.

Absolute favorite branch!!! All employees are very committed to making all guests happy. The restaurant is always tidy and even the toilets are clean 😳🤩🎉 I also noticed the "older gentleman" positively, who travels with passion and maximum friendliness ☀️❤️ Thank you very much, I am happy every time you are there...🫶 Thank you also for the loving decoration, which always corresponds to the season. Honestly a branch that makes you feel good! 😍

I ordered something at the terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout. Then I wanted to order something with it and the person who wanted to charge me didn't understand that I wanted to order something with it and after about a minute I told her. “I forgot to order something. Can I order something else?” She looked at me with a big question mark. Until she brought her colleague out of the kitchen and he understood me.

Particularly worth mentioning is the 'older gentleman' who takes care of the cleanliness of the restaurant with honest passion. Always wiping the tables again, always keeping the floor clean and taking the tray out of your hand before you could even make your way to the storage truck. This gentleman with his always friendly manner is really the good soul of this restaurant, so you always feel welcome.

It's almost ridiculous that the staff at McDrive sends you from the counter to the parking lane so that it looks like you're processing your receipts faster. This McDonald's was the place to be for breakfast for a long time but recently it has become unbearable. There are staff who are chronically stressed and therefore loud, while others are unfriendly to the guests. During one visit, the wrong sauce was put on the tablet, and when I wanted to exchange it, the new one was thrown on the counter with the words "My face...".

The place says it is open till 1 AM, but they didn’t allow us around 12:15 AM itself as we wanted to use the toilet. However drive-in is open and the order fulfilled as expected. But they should have allowed is inside.

It's delicious on longer journeys or even for breakfast.

Super friendly staff, we haven't experienced that in years!!! To be fair, the employees should feel the benefits of such an achievement... no matter what, even if it is “just” praise! On the way to vacation we wanted to take a break at a Serways. It was very dirty outside the place, the prices for hot food were outrageous and they didn't want to serve us. Then we went to this McDonalds. Everything was clean, food was ordered quickly and delivered to the table and we paid even less than our planned break destination. On the way back we drove straight here. Everyone was happy. I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, but this one saved our lunch break and the kids were happy!

Ok, the food is like everywhere else in this chain. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the order number is not displayed, only announced. This quickly gets lost in the noise. The sauces for the menus were included in the Happy Meal. What was particularly noticeable was that employees who had apparently arrived to start work walked around the kitchen in street clothes. That doesn't work for me at all... Conclusion: for the same money I'd rather go to a Greek restaurant next time, at least there's ouzo...

I always say this branch is the cleanest I've ever been to. The employees are always friendly. Tap water is even provided to customers free of charge… I have only seen something like that in this branch. Keep it up !

MOST of the employees are very nice! Especially when you see how many people behave like 🙄. Food is always fresh and why, if not and things go wrong, friendly help is provided. Unfortunately sometimes it's not so clean but unfortunately a lot of it depends on the behavior of the customers and you can't clean it so quickly. We are there regularly and with pleasure!

Modern McDonald's with enough space. Employees are stressed and moody as usual, but the self-ordering counter or the app helps. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Home delivery has always been fine so far. This McDonald's is definitely one of the better ones.

Ein typischer McDonald's! Ich finde die Bestell-Terminals ganz gut. Ich habe aber zu lange auf das "Fast Food" gewartet. Der Vanille-Milchshake war wie immer sehr lecker. Ich esse auch immer gern einen Wrap und Chicken Nuggets.

Es das Essen ist normalerweise gut, manchmal kommt allerdings das Essen kalt, da muss man aber bescheid geben und sie machen es sehr schnell wieder warm. Das Ambiente ist natürlich nicht so schön. Aber da kann man auch nicht viel erwarten, es ist ja immernoch ein Fast Food Restaurant.

Also als wir dort angekommen waren war alles gut bis wir bestellen wollten da wurden wir auf die selbst Bestellung gebeten mit ihrem gebrochenen deutsch also das nenne ich faul :(

Nuggets Box wie bestellt bekommen, aber keine Nuggets drin. Pommes in alten Fett gebacken, super ölig und wabbelig. Burger bis zum Ziegelstein verbrannt. Danke die komplette Bestellung war unessbar.

Ich war mit den Kindern da. Ich persönlich bin nicht so der Fan von Burgern und Co. im Allgemeinen. Ich finde die Idee mit den Bestellautomaten sehr gut weil man in Ruhe schauen kann was man möchte. Die Handy App gefällt mir auch gut. Die Preise, na ja.

Leider war an diesem Tag wohl etwas nicht ok in dieser Filiale.

Essen ok, aber fast jedesmal fehlt was oder ist etwas verkehrt gepackt worden (Vanilleshake statt Schokoladenshake, Barbecue dipp statt Süß-Sauer etc). Daher für Abholer: Immer kontrollieren!

War ziemlich voll und es herrschte etwas Verwirrung weil ein Bestellautomat nicht funktionieren sollte. Haben daher am anderen bestellt, und es hat alles geklappt. Essen war wie man es erwartet und vollständig. Getränke nicht warm& kohlensäurearm sondern einigermaßen frisch. Tische waren auch relativ sauber, es kam auch ein Mitarbeiter vorbei und hat zwischendurch die freien Tische abgewischt. Toiletten waren auch ok. War also alles sehr ok, vor allem wenn man berücksichtigt das ziemlich viel los war.

Die Mitarbeiter stehen unter massiven Zeitdruck. Das Essen ist manchmal noch nicht mal richtig warm. Pommes sind nicht immer durch. Auch wenn niemand hinter einem steht, wird man beim McDrive angewiesen auf dem Parkstreifen zu parken, weil ein Timer für die Mitarbeiter läuft.

Ein Burger fehlte aus der Bestellung und der Ice Shake... war anders, als gewohnt, aber die super Bedienung machte alles wieder wett und schick ist der Laden auch.

Dieser McDonalds ist der sauberste den ich je erlebt habe. Super Service. Tische werden immer abgeräumt und gewischt. Besonders der etwas ältere Herr ist sehr freundlich. Übrigens das erste Mal, dass ich einem Mitarbeiter bei McDonalds Trinkgeld gegeben habe.

Man kann persönlich, von Mensch zu Mensch bestellen, ohne auf diesen Display's rum zu tippen. 👍🙏

Es fehlt den Mitarbeitern der Blick für die Gäste, es fehlt etwas oder es ist leider das falsche auf dem Tablett. Es ist ein Problem der Wertschätzung, leider sind auch die Gäste immer genervter und unfreundlichen. Weil immer etwas andres nicht stimmt.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Dänemark in den Süden. Ich habe selten einen so super sauberen McDonald’s gesehen! Essen war auch schnell, warm und gut! Super Alternative nach dem Stau im Elbtunnel, zu den Raststätten!

BigMäc Upgrade war trocken , chillichese mhhh , die Vorfreude war definitiv besser. Und die Automaten da stehen alle neuen Gäste erstmal blöde zwischen rum sehr schlechte Erfindung, und Wartezeiten trotzdem 15 Minuten oder länger.
