Very unfriendly service. You come into the store and are immediately yelled at that it's actually already closed and you should go through the drive. Good customer service looks different!

Das Essen ist wie in jedem McDonalds. Leider hat sich das Bestell-Terminal nach dem Bezahlen aufgehangen, die Bestellung ist nicht im System angekommen aber das Bankkonto wurde belastet. Jetzt muss ich diese Buchung über die Bank zurückbuchen lassen.

Schon lustig, wenn auf der Kartenabrechnung "O. Bayer SG Stellingen" steht und man dann feststellt, dass es einfach nur der Mecces war :D Nichts für ungut, ist ne nette Filiale!

hectic employees annoyed by customers. I ordered my bubble tea with jellys and tapioca, when I saw that no jellys were added I asked again and the drink was pushed under the vacuum machine and I was told “too late”. Plus the tapioca are absolutely overcooked!

The quality is still quite high and the taste is great, but the way you deal with customers when you make your own mistakes is subpar! When I order the sauces of 2 croques separately in a cup at the terminal, but one of them already has the sauce on it (probably accidentally), the "product" was produced incorrectly, but instead of admitting the error and fixing it, I was portrayed as an idiot in an aggressive manner (because everything is correct as ordered) which is demonstrably not true. When I asked, I was told that I was already talking to the boss, which really shocked me and I would boycott this branch from now on and would advise everyone to do so choose another branch!!! It's a shame, but when you spend around €50 a month in a store, you also want trust and a good feeling, which I unfortunately lack here now! There is simply no friendliness and customer-oriented attention to the orders placed, it's all about making a profit and mistakes are undermined. It's really a shame
