Very unfriendly service. You walk into the store and are immediately yelled at, saying it's actually already closed and you should go through the drive-thru. That's not what good customer service looks like!

Das Essen ist wie in jedem McDonalds. Leider hat sich das Bestell-Terminal nach dem Bezahlen aufgehangen, die Bestellung ist nicht im System angekommen aber das Bankkonto wurde belastet. Jetzt muss ich diese Buchung über die Bank zurückbuchen lassen.

Schon lustig, wenn auf der Kartenabrechnung "O. Bayer SG Stellingen" steht und man dann feststellt, dass es einfach nur der Mecces war :D Nichts für ungut, ist ne nette Filiale!

Rahlstedter Str. 123Waiting over 90 minutes for food is really bad. You can't reach anyone and they just direct you to another branch. Not very accommodating, and their response is that they can't do anything. They used to be really great!

Sieker Landstraße 126We really enjoyed everything! I got the wrong coffee at first, but after I mentioned it, I immediately received my correct order. We had a very good impression – the staff was friendly, the tables were clean, and there were lots of families with children in the dining room. There's also a large terrace outside, which is also very pleasant to sit on.
