Burger was "ok", the fries were cold. All the free tables were completely dirty with food or spilled drinks. Cleaned our table ourselves. We got our food pretty quickly. But the worst thing was the toilets, in my case - women's toilets. One toilet was completely filthy and you couldn't even lock the toilet in the other cubicle, toilet paper was flying everywhere, no towels, no soap... nothing. Super disgusting, if I had seen this before we definitely wouldn't have eaten. Definitely a case for the health department!

Be the first to make any other KFC taste better! The one at the HBF is not good compared to Henstedt Ulzburg, Braunschweig and co, but it is better than the one in Altona. Service isn't really there, ordering on the tablet is picked up at the checkout, some empty tables are dirty, pigeons or homeless people are not uncommon, but oh well, it's a large central train station. Was there on January 23rd, 2025 and was the worst KFC experience ever. 6 hotwings with fries and cola. Fries were okay but the hot wings were a disaster. Oily like anything else, the breading had little to no taste and the worst thing was the bone was blood red where there was blood still stuck between the meat and the bone but the bone was generally red. I definitely don't want to know where the chicken came from or what it had in it, was the chicken bought from the supermarket and frozen and then just thrown into the deep fryer? Next time I'm in HH I'll go to the Reeperbahn then I'd rather take one train later. At least pigeons are no longer so bad, but you can't or don't want to solve the problem with a closed dining area. It's also strange that only Kfc is deaf, while the other shops in the station have none or hardly any

I've been to many KFCs but I've never seen one as disgusting as this one at Altona Bahnhof. The people working in the back of the kitchen are just disgusting. The toilets are unreasonable and they even shit on the tables everywhere in the store.

First of all, right in the store, some junkie asked me in Klingon either for money or for my organs, I have no idea. I've now had hot wings 3 times in a row 16/17 instead of 18. The price was recently increased from €14.99 to €15.99. Today I got 17 pieces but all the wings are half the size they normally are. If employees aren't hired soon who can count correctly, or if two more wings are added if the first 5 are only the size of a grape, I'll never come back.

Quote end... This KFC is completely out of place there! You can see for the most part the other reviews in which pigeons are portrayed as "wankers". Everything was bad about this stay. Dirty, the staff didn't understand, the chicken was gristly and there are pigeons lying around in the restaurant. By the way, I was there with a friend who can at least partially confirm this, as she was not involved in the ordering process or the conversation.

I think one star is too much for this branch. The toilets stink to high heaven and the tables and floor were very dirty and sticky. Employees totally rude, I stand there to pick up my food and then the guy looks at me and says "girl, what did I say" (i.e. what number did he call) I find it rude, if they had just repeated the number then it's okay . He had previously treated the customers very nicely, so I wonder if the workers there treat people differently because of their appearance. Before that he asked me if it was mine and I said yes, I don't think it's that bad.

Waiting at least 20 minutes is standard here! It has nothing to do with fast food. And when you sit down, the beggars come to the table and want my food.

Es ist direkt im Bahnhof. Es fliegen Tauben im Sitzbereich. Das Essen teilt man sich mit Bettlern. Ich konnte noch nie etwas in Ruhe essen ohne nach Geld, Alkohol oder Essen gefragt zu werden. Die Glasfront nach draußen ist toll, man kann direkt in die Fußgängerzone schauen. Und man kann dort sehen, wie man Drogen konsumiert. Es ist nämlich für die Suchtis die einzig überdachte Möglichkeit. Vor diesem Fenster. Das Essen ist ok. Es dauert auch nicht lange bis es zubereitet ist. Alles in allem denkbar ungünstig dort Ambiente zu schaffen.

Bei dem Laden muss man aufpassen das man beim Bestellen , nicht von Mäusen aufgefressen wird.

Leider war mein Erlebnis bei KFC nicht so schön. Wenn man aber diese Art von Schnellimbiss mag kann man gerne dort Essen. Immer eine schnelle Bedienung, immer Platz.

Die Mitarbeiter haben einfach über die Kunden gelästert bevor ich bestellen wollte. Kartoffelsalat sieht nicht so lecker aus. Burger sind oke.

Ich habe den Laden an einem Sonntag besucht und bin eigentlich zufrieden. Essen war gut, Preis-Leistung solide (ich empfehle nach angeboten in der KFC-App zu schauen). Die Atmosphäre lässt natürlich zu wünschen übrig aber es ist einen Besuch wert, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss.

Bei meinem letzten Besuch bei KFC hatte ich eine positive Erfahrung. Das Personal war freundlich, und das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Allerdings könnte die Sauberkeit im Restaurant verbessert werden, da die Tische etwas klebrig wirkten. Geschmacklich war das Hähnchen aber köstlich und die Auswahl vielfältig. Insgesamt eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung, die durch kleine Verbesserungen noch angenehmer werden könnte.

Ein Ort für alle Tierfreunde! Der Schwerpunkt wird hier klar auf die klassische Taube gesetzt. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten eine der Natur nachempfundene Spielwiese für die kleinen gefiederten Racker, die sich auf den Tischen, zwischen den Tabletts und dem Boden tummeln können. Einfach nur ein Traum und definitiv etwas für die ganze Familie!

Sanırım bir tren istasyonunda bulunan en yavaş çalışan fast food restaurantı. 15 dk beklemek gerçekten uzun bir süre. Tuvaletler çok keskin ve iğrenç idrar kokusu. Eskimiş ve çalışmayan bir musluk. Sanırım KFC burayı hiç denetlemiyor . Sipariş ettiklerim arasından chicken burger ve kola iyiydi o yüzden 2 yıldız veriyorum .

Pommes wahren lecker, aber leider kann man sich die Getränke nicht nachfüllen. Wenn es gutes Wetter gibt ist es schön draußen zu essen, wenn man die Menschen die vorbeilaufen ignoriert.

War mein 1 Besuch in nem KFC und ja was soll ich sagen war nicht ganz begeistert. Der Service und Ambiente war ok hatte das Essen auch recht schnell , nur war mein essen leider Kalt und es sind Tauben durch den Laden spaziert. Würde da nicht nochmal so schnell hingehen.

more like Kentucky Fried Pigeon - habe mich mit einer Taube um meine Pommes gestritten. Außerdem sind die Damentoiletten in einem fürchterlichen Zustand.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Essen heiß und lecker. Ambiente schön und alles sehr sauber. Wenn ich mal in der Nähe eines KFC bin, gehe ich sehr gerne hin.

Gegessen habe wir nicht. Wir haben Milchshakes bestellt. Die waren gut. Der Papierstrohalm war allerdings eine Zumutung. Die Erdnussbutter hat den Strohhalm verstopft. Ich mußte den Shake dann ohne Strohhalm trinken. Das Lokal ist im Bahnhof. Daher ist das ganze Umfeld äußerst unangenehm. Die Betrunkenen und Bettler sind da noch nicht mal das größte Problem. Um es vorsichtig auszudrücken. Tauben, die über den Tischen in den Lampen leben, sind ein weiteres Übel und ein Fall für das Amt. Tauben übertragen Krankheiten und Parasiten. Ich verstehe nicht, warum der Laden offen bleiben darf. Aber zumindest der Shake war gut.

Von einem Chicken-Burger-Laden erwarte ich, dass die Burger besser schmecken als der Chickenburger von McDonalds. Doch leider ist das für meinen persönlichen Geschmack nicht der Fall. Das Fleisch im Burger waren lediglich ein etwas größeres grobpanierter Nugget oder wie KFC es schimpft Bites und die dazu bestellten Crispys müssen schon etwas älter gewesen sein. Diese erinnerten mich an den Gummiadler, den wir vor vielen Jahren mal zu Weihnachten hatten. Bestellt hatte ich für außer Haus, serviert wurde mir alles fein säuberlich auf ein Tablett zum verzehr vor Ort. Muss nicht noch einmal sein.
