The food was way too salty, and I ordered chicken with pommes but they didn’t even send the pommes. They also didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call. This isn’t the first time the food quality and service have been poor.

Delicious burgers with a wide selection and various add-ons. Prices are higher than at other fast-food chains, but the quality is superior. Soft drinks can be refilled at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

We ordered a Family Bucket through the delivery service Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the food was already cold and of extremely poor quality when the delivery driver arrived. The burgers were barely edible, containing almost no other ingredients besides the meat, and in no way met the usual standards. The French fries were undercooked and tasted unacceptable. The meat in the Family Bucket was also delivered cold. Overall, both the entire ordering process and the quality of the food were completely unacceptable and unacceptable. The buckets are great, but make sure you check inside the bucket, as they literally forget to put things in, I bought the cheesy bucket, which includes 6 cheese bites and 2 cheese sauces, compared to only the 8 bites and 6 crispies bucket (+2 sides), and they forgot to add the cheese bites. altogether, I only found out at home, when the whole point of buying this bucket was me trying out the cheese sauce and the cheese bites.

I've rarely seen such a bad KFC. The food is only lukewarm, the place looks like a mess. The staff are sitting around on their phones. They should do some cleaning. The restrooms are a complete disgrace. I'd rather pay a euro for the train station restroom.

I had no other choice, exactly, I had to go back to the staff and they brought me a fresh burger 🍔. Conclusion: Even if I had everything replaced or freshly prepared, it shouldn't happen that I had to go back for service multiple times, and that if I hadn't gone for service, I would have been brazenly given bad food to eat multiple times without any checks or consideration. There are people who don't dare say anything and spend money for nothing! A big thumbs up 👎 for this KFC branch.

The burger was freshly made, but unfortunately it was cold. The BBQ SAUCE was so spicy that it was bitter and you couldn't taste any of the burger anymore. Was there on January 23rd, 2025 and was the worst KFC experience ever. 6 hotwings with fries and cola. Fries were okay but the hot wings were a disaster. Oily like anything else, the breading had little to no taste and the worst thing was the bone was blood red where there was blood still stuck between the meat and the bone but the bone was generally red. I've been to many KFCs but I've never seen one as disgusting as this one at Altona Bahnhof. The people working in the back of the kitchen are just disgusting. The toilets are unreasonable and they even shit on the tables everywhere in the store.

Employees totally rude, I stand there to pick up my food and then the guy looks at me and says "girl, what did I say" (i.e. what number did he call) I find it rude, if they had just repeated the number then it's okay . He had previously treated the customers very nicely, so I wonder if the workers there treat people differently because of their appearance. Es ist direkt im Bahnhof. Es fliegen Tauben im Sitzbereich. Das Essen teilt man sich mit Bettlern. Ich konnte noch nie etwas in Ruhe essen ohne nach Geld, Alkohol oder Essen gefragt zu werden. Die Glasfront nach draußen ist toll, man kann direkt in die Fußgängerzone schauen. Und man kann dort sehen, wie man Drogen konsumiert. Es ist nämlich für die Suchtis die einzig überdachte Möglichkeit. Vor diesem Fenster. Das Essen ist ok. Es dauert auch nicht lange bis es zubereitet ist. Alles in allem denkbar ungünstig dort Ambiente zu schaffen.

Bei dem Laden muss man aufpassen das man beim Bestellen , nicht von Mäusen aufgefressen wird.

Leider war mein Erlebnis bei KFC nicht so schön. Wenn man aber diese Art von Schnellimbiss mag kann man gerne dort Essen. Immer eine schnelle Bedienung, immer Platz.
