Crazy Croque in Hamburg

Ordered 2 x tuna croque in the store. Both with very little sauce, the salad was rather mushy, and the staff was also unfriendly. A “good evening” is probably the least you can expect. Fortunately, there are enough alternatives.

Ordering should be there within half an hour I can't reach anyone on the phone and I don't know if my food will arrive at all

I've been a loyal regular customer for years, but today I've reached the point where I'm saying goodbye to this address forever! Called 9:30 p.m. Order taking disaster. Stressed staff, the employee thought I wanted to add to an order that had been placed until I told her that I would like to place one, which was met with surprise and an apology. Then it takes another good minute until she asks colleagues how it works. At 10:30 p.m., after a good hour wait, I asked if the driver was on the way. Answer: He was a few streets away, and when asked whether I could rely on him, the answer was 'Absolutely'. A good 1/2 hour later at 11:00 p.m., at which point the store had actually been closed for an hour. He's coming, I'm the last customer for today. It's now midnight and 2 1/2 hours have passed, luckily I still had something in the frozen food chest. If he had still appeared, I would have turned him away via the door intercom after such a long time. This should be dinner and not breakfast! Something like this happened years ago! Since then you've been on probation, so to speak, but now it's over! Close the shop, send this bunch of incompetent service vandals into the desert and spare future customers! p.s. What you need is a service promise. 1 1/2 hour waiting time 50% discount. 2 hour waiting time 75% discount. And beyond that, even if it's just 1 minute, the order is free, no matter how large and extensive, and is financially borne by the person responsible or the person responsible for it. Addendum October 2024 After a while I gave the store a chance and it went well for a long time. The other day I wanted to pay in cash and said on the phone that I only had a lot of money at the time. According to the service person on the phone, everything was no problem. Then the supplier showed up and couldn't change. Card reader as an alternative? No, not there! Come back later to pay even though I'm a regular customer? No ! The excuse I was given was that I was his first customer. Only then would it have to be well stocked with various banknotes, including an own goal. He probably speculated that I would give in and turn a 2 euro tip into 7 euros, but not with me! Goods returned, door closed, done. Called, but no one dared to pick up. Then they called back and wanted to deliver me the food, which was now cold, which I refused! The service has been so poor. Even on site, these unspeakable, impersonal order terminals through which everything takes longer but personnel costs are saved and there has been no product promotion for 2 years!

Food takes 6 weeks to arrive and then it's still wrong.

I think the quality has dropped significantly and the ordering terminals on site are really bad. When I asked whether I could order directly, I was told: only at the terminal or not at all. I always enjoyed being at CC for many years, but unfortunately that's over now.

Unbelievable, it was ordered for immediate delivery. 80 min waiting time. If you had ordered at a specific time, it would have taken 60 minutes. The food cold. The lettuce on the croque was more than brown and wilted. Onions - you had to look for them specifically on the croque. Never again. There are better croque shops there. Addendum: In the hope that the service would change, that was a shot in the oven. 2 hours waiting time for the food, after the first call it said 1/2 hour more, that wasn't the case, then it arrived sticky, the croque, double ham. Basically you just pay for the plain croque ham. The salad, as expected, was old from 4 days ago. If the food stays inside then 3 crosses on the calendar. The food was cold too. Kiddy Box - the crepe was supposed to have sugar and that wasn't the case. So I'll never order from a juice shop like that again. Ordered in Rahlstedt, the other stores are better and the ingredients are fresh.

Luckily I only read the previous reviews afterwards. I was just irritated when I picked it up that there was nothing going on - the store should actually be booming on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speakers... what happened to the Rahlstedter Crazy Croque? It was great back then! Now: Sticky bread, you had to look for the salad... minimal camembert toppings... cranberries smeared like jam, so at least it wasn't completely dry. The sauce in the cup was really the best and the croque itself was more like bread with dip. Really totally disappointing 😞

The crouque was wrapped in aluminum foil which made the baguette just taste like a sponge. I ordered garlic sauce as a sauce. In terms of taste, I would say that the sauce that was delivered was more of a herb sauce, or the garlic sauce just doesn't taste like garlic. It was the first time I didn't finish a crouque, but the sponge bun was just too disgusting.

Waiting over 70 minutes for the food and then getting the wrong things was a disgrace in my opinion. I ordered so many times and was always disappointed because people probably don't read the orders correctly. I'll never order again.

I've been a customer of CC for over 30 years, now it's over! In the store you have to order from the machine (which is very modern but also extremely impersonal!) The employees only know one sentence: There is no other way and they are very happy to say 'we can't'. Picked my order, no problem. Now I want to pay (I'm also modern and use my cell phone for this) but the machine has a problem with that. We are in HH and the account is from HASPA. Payment process not possible. I pay like that at every gas station and in every store. It's just not possible with CC. Question: Can I pay for this on your EC device and place my order with you? NO, that doesn't work. Solution, none. So the sales went somewhere else. By the way, the same thing was true months ago for the branch on Pezolddamm, just as bad. They are making modern use of vending machines, but they don't have the right software so that a modern customer can pay with their cell phone. Smooth 6

Soon you won't be able to afford a croque anymore, the prices are unrealistic, it has nothing to do with inflation and you can forget about the quality......so never again

I picked up 3 croques today...at home...soggy bread...sparsely topped...ok the stuffy one can come wrapped up from transport... But the absolute biggest hit is the prices... There was a brochure in the bag that advertised 20% for pickups...... And BEFORE the prices were increased by about 20%...... Dude...are you kidding the customers...???? Some of the big croques cost over 20! Euro....the madness.. .. No, that was the last time...I'm not paying 60 for 3 sticks of white bread with toppings! Euro....if I have it delivered to me..... That's why I'm going to eat at a restaurant... WITHOUT WORDS

The crispy chicken was missing. No response to complaint.

THE WORST Gyros Croque for €25, was ready after 3 minutes and could have eaten another one for €50. Rip-off of the finest, stay away from such a mess. Just defrosted the gyros in the pan and put it in the oven on the croque. The meat therefore has a mushy consistency. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately we would be very disappointed, my son had a children's box with chicken nuggets, unfortunately you couldn't eat them because they were like rubber and as a surprise a few lollipops (6) and balloons were thrown in. My croque (salami) no longer looked fresh...the lettuce was wilted and the salami was hidden so well that I thought I had the wrong croque...I then found a cucumber...wow! I used to. I enjoyed eating with you...unfortunately I can no longer recommend it.

Ordered croque with coleslaw online. When I unwrapped the croque from the aluminum foil, I noticed a strange smell. Coleslaw was completely gray and smelled like it had fermented. After calling the office they tried to convince me that this was normal... Eventually new ones would be delivered without coleslaw salad. However, we then had to spend a total of 105 minutes. Waiting for our food!

We've had it delivered again for a long time, the food was lukewarm, the baguette was wobbly and again instead of garlic sauce they put herb garlic sauce on it. That was definitely the last time we ordered today!

Unfortunately I have been super dissatisfied with the last four orders. I love Crazy Croque, which is why I've tried it again and again at certain intervals. Twice no new delivery was made nor was a credit issued! Today I was in the mood for croque and had cardboard delivered. This time there was a credit note which I'll still redeem, but I'm already looking around for a new shop. It's a shame... I've always ordered and eaten there regularly since I was a child... The employees are nice, but unfortunately that's not what defines the store.

Best burger ever in 28 years!!!!!!!

Ordered 1x normal croque with sauce in a cup, I got a mini croque with sauce on it for 18€ I really think it's a case of faith.. Otherwise always been satisfied, but that's the height!! Addendum: I called and got a croque as a credit, very nice lady, so everything is fine for me! .. :)!

Ate again after a long time. It's unbelievable how much Crazy Croque has deteriorated in quality. There is hardly any topping left on the croques! I hardly saw any of the iceberg lettuce either. I ordered 2 extra sauces but unfortunately only realized when I got home that there was hardly any sauce left. The sauces have become extremely small, if I had noticed it in the store I would definitely have asked for my money back! NEVER AGAIN! Better order somewhere else.

First had a burger delivered to me which was surprisingly tasty. The attempt the following day to buy food directly in the branch unfortunately went wrong. In a very unclean shop we were ignored by an unkempt, bad-tempered guy.

After half a year, tried again. Actually you should have asked for the money back. It was just a small order. The onions were missing from the croque. KidsBox without sauce. Out of 5 orders, 4 are incomplete or incorrect. Incredible. At prices like these you should still make an effort.

Unfortunately we didn't like it. The bread wasn't crispy and charging so much money for so little cheese/sausage is a bit cheeky. For us it's a warmed bread with cheese/sausage/sauce, but not a croque. It used to be better, it's a shame.

Mediocre food at expensive prices for this quality. Ordering through terminals is annoying. Food was only lukewarm.

You have to order this in advance by phone. And the food is really profit-optimized.

Unfortunately you can't reach anyone and then after two hours you get a cancellation saying that you don't get any food, very bad, unfortunately there were always mistakes when ordering, either the wrong salad or the sauce was forgotten or the drink was forgotten even though you paid for it. Ordered two Crocs for €32. Totally overpriced and still sticky and half warm. No longer recommended. Just a shame.

Today delivery 2 x croque pineapple. Roll was wobbly and not even warm anymore. Sauce served with garlic instead of chili. For a good 30 euros, it's a statement of poverty. It was much better...

Waited almost 2 hours for my food to arrive cold, the milkshake melted and dirty on the outside. I paid just under €32 for a croque with a milkshake. In my opinion, the prices are way too high for such a product and with such poor quality and service recently, they are simply no longer justified. I have ordered from you regularly and will now probably look elsewhere.

After taking over this chain, it no longer has anything to do with Crazy Croque. Reminiscent of the construction of the pyramids. Woe betide you if the overseer and whipper are missing. Then the choice of branch doesn't matter at all. As you can see, some undemanding people are also satisfied with it.

After the last disaster we thought we would try ordering a croque again. But we were disappointed again. We have never experienced so much indifference* and disinterest in a delivery order. We canceled the order again. No thanks, that's not possible. It was really the last time 🤦 The 1 star just so you can post it.

2021: It's best not to go there anymore. For years, CC has simply been the tastiest when it comes to croque. I doubt whether the pizza section is still needed there. Unfortunately, things (sauces, etc.) are forgotten every now and then. The anti-plastic offensive is a laughing stock. You no longer get a bag because of the environment, but there are no longer any napkins and the salads are still delivered in plastic boxes. The new XXL Croque are pure rip-offs in centimeters and more expensive than mini or normal ones Addendum 8/30/21: the prices have become so outrageously high (ham cheese cream from €4.20 to €4.70=+12%) and reliability is the last thing... if things are forgotten you will be given a credit for the next one Order stamped but next order says there is no credit. Then garlic sauce for the ham cheese crepe is sometimes charged and sometimes not... For years it was free... then the thing becomes €1.25 more expensive from one day to the next and you then have to pay extra... that's when you need it Boss probably has a second Porsche 2. Addendum 03/02/24: been there again after a long time. I wanted to order by phone, but there is no longer an option. Only online. There is hardly any staff in the restaurant itself, instead you have to order and pay impersonally at the terminal. Service = zero and the prices of course went up again. Ham cheese crepe now at €6.60 (from 2021 to today +40%)

The employee on the telephone hotline is very unpleasant. After 4 minutes on the hotline I simply hung up... He was obviously on the phone with someone he knew and was shouting aggressively in the background that he's still not a millionaire. It seems like a single employee runs the entire store by herself. She seemed extremely stressed, but was still very friendly. That's food is good as usual!

Food very ok and tasty…. but: order terminals…. Absolutely customer unfriendly! Press 10 to 15 buttons to place an order…no, sorry! It doesn't work at all! Ordering from the service staff would be MUCH friendlier and much quicker! Nice gentleman explained the system to me because as a man over 50+ I was overwhelmed by it! Sorry...but order terminals: it couldn't be more customer-unfriendly! Absolutely grade 6!!!!

Insane!!! Ordering and payment is now only possible via a complicated “touchscreen machine” in order to save an employee at the counter. No cash payment. The telephone is constantly busy because all orders now go through a central office. I've been a customer there for 10 years but no thanks, that was the last time. I'm now going to another croque shop where I can place my order individually and personally with a person. Maybe the boss should think about the fact that his employees are the company and customer contact is also customer loyalty.

Waited an hour longer. A total of two hours. Food cold, sticky, inedible. 39 euros for 2 croques!!! It was the last time we ordered.

Here the order is now only entered on the screen on site. That's OK, but I think it's a shame that even though you make the entry right next to the counter and then wait for your food, you're not even greeted anymore. It's also a shame that seats had to be given away for consumption on site for the two screens.

Unfortunately there are only ordering terminals left. There were no customers in the store apart from me. I had to spend ages gathering my order while 3 employees watched me. Then accidentally pressed Spicey Sucuc. My husband couldn't eat the expensive thing. The shop looks more than shabby, everything is worn out. Prices have been increased by 30%. And the lettuce on the croques was also brown.

Leider hatte auch hier die Geschäftsleitung die Idee ihr Personal durch Bestell-Terminals zu ergänzen. Wie bei MC Donalds. Aus Solidarität zur Arbeitenden Bevölkerung werde ich euch so lange meiden bis ich wieder bei einem mit Puls und lachen bestellen kann. Die Mitarbeiter finden es wohl auch nicht wirklich toll. Bisher ignoriert die Geschäftsleitung jedoch alles

Bestellung nur noch über Telefon, App oder Automat, keine persönliche Bedienung mehr, zentrale Rufnummer für Bestellungen, Mitarbeiter wissen nicht mehr ob etwas bestellt wurde. Somit leider erheblich schlechter geworden :(

80 min Wartezeit! Croque kalt und überhaupt nicht knusprig. Der Salat war braun, rest vom Belag auch sehr dürftig. Das einzig gute war die Chili Soße.

Dieser Laden ist das höchste Maß an Frechheit. Null Sterne sollte es geben. Leider bin ich nach über einem Jahr wieder auf diesen Laden reingefallen. Lieferzeit war okay, nur war das Essen lauwarm. Es wurden die Soßen zu den Croque vergessen. Den telefonischen Dienst dieses Sauhaufens aus Rahlstedt übernimmt die Filiale in Wandsbek. Nach fünf Minuten ging jemand ran und nach weitern drei wurde errichte er jemanden in Rahlstedt. Der völlig überforderten Person in Rahlstedt wurde gesagt das es eilig ist. Nach 35 Minuten ( der Croque war natürlich kalt ) kamen die Soßen. Nicht mal ein sorry oder sonst etwas. Diese Niederlassung in Rahlstedt gehört geschlossen oder Insolvent!

Ich bestelle schon Jahrelang bei Crazy Croque Rahlstedt. Die Qualität der Crouques wird immer schlechter. Gestern, an einem normalen Mittwoch um 17:45Uhr per App bestellt. Ankündigte Lieferzeit 70Min. Geliefert wurde dann um 19:42Uhr. Also fast 2 Stunden Lieferzeit! Der Burger papig und ungenießbar, die Crouques papig und gerade noch lauwarm. Für den Service gerade noch mal 2 Sterne, da der Fahrer sehr freundlich war. Ich bestelle bei euch nie wieder!

Essen lecker - Service ist halt immer von handelnden Personen abhängig - Atmosphäre: naja, nicht zu einladend, aber Mitnehmen geht ja immer!

Jetzt reicht es uns langsam auch, haben in letzter Zeit öfters mal einen Croque bestellt. Aber entweder ewig gewartet und das Essen kommt kalt an, brauner Salat ist langsam Standard und heute hat der Lieferant den Vogel abgeschossen. Ich wohne im 3 Stock, ja es gibt ein Aufzug, der ist aber gerade defekt. Im 2 Stock fing er schon laut an zu fluchen „ 3 Stock und das ohne Fahrstuhl“ oben angekommen drückte er mir unfreundlich mein Essen in die Hand und die mit bestellte Sprite stellte er einfach auf das Schuhregal. Augen auf bei der Berufswahl würde ich sagen. Ich bin ein Kunde der immer Trinkgeld gibt, aber bei so einem Service mit Sicherheit nicht. Werden uns jetzt nach einem anderen Croque Laden umschauen, uns habt ihr als Kunden verloren.

The food was passable. The service is cold. The place has an industrial ambience, which makes it unfriendly. And stairs... good for the disable or strollers.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder ausprobiert. Der Croque war ok. Leider war das Personal sehr unmotiviert und der Verzehrbereich schmuddelig.

Kurze online Bestellung und nach ca. 15 min war die Bestellung schon fertig! Top! Macht weiter so!

Für den schnellen Hunger super, macht richtig satt.

Mein Croque Laden seit 30 Jahren, bestellt am besten einen Croque Schinken mit Dänischer Sauce. Eigentlich schmeckt das auch noch wie vor 30 Jahren, aber ansonsten hat sich viel verändert. Insbesondere ist es recht teuer geworden. Ein Crep mit Zucker 3,70 Euro. Das ist schon heftig.

Ich bestelle immer über die App und hole es dann ab. Geht immer unkompliziert und schnell, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und der Laden ist sauber 👍

Machen ganz gute Croques. Personal meist freundlich.

Sehr gute Croques zu vernünftigen Preisen. Ich bestelle oftmals in der Mittagspause zum selbst abholen. Dauert in der Regel nur 5 Minuten, bis die Bestellung mitgenommen werden kann.

Bester Croque in Hamburg mit Abstand. Die Knoblauchsoße is phänomenal. Am besten Chili gemischt mit Knoblauch auf Wunsch. An manchen Tagen muss man beim Liefern etwas länger warten, aber wenn man einmal da war merkt man wie da teilweise die Hütte brennt. Der junge Südländer mit den langen Haaren belegt die Croques übrigens am besten. Der Laden sollte aber bald mal wieder renoviert werden. Trotzdem weiter so!

Essen ist durchschnittlich aber ok,Kein Wasser In den Toiletten bei den Männer steht defekt keine seife in den Toiletten sehr traurig weil beim Croque die Hände mal schmutzig werden,hätte mir gerne die Hände gewaschen.

20 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet, geliefert wurde es von einem freundlichen Lieferanten. Die Bestellung war vollständig und das Essen warm. Der Cheeseburger war unfassbar saftig, trotz der Einfachheit seit langem der beste Burger für mich. Vom Camembert Croque brauch ich gar nicht erst anfangen, purer Genuss. Pluspunkt für die biologisch abbaubare Verpackung.

Mit dieser Art räumt ihr das Brotlichtmilieu definitiv auf 😊 Sehr lecker 🍀👍🏼 und sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr lecker, kann das Croque Camembert sehr empfehlen zusammen mit dem Kräuterdressing. Ist jetzt eines meiner Lieblinge zum Bestellen, nur die Lieferung dauerte etwas länger als gedacht. Aber für einen Sonntag verständlich :)

Leckere Croques. Schon mehrfach dort vor Ort abgeholt. Nettes, höfliches Personal. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und das zügig, ohne ewig lange Wartezeiten für uns. Und das Beste, als Selbstabholer spart man auch noch ein paar Euro 😊👌Parkmöglichkeit ziemlich eng, aber ist ok.

Wir wollten uns am Mittwoch gemischte Salate mitnehmen, leider hat uns der junge Mann mitgeteilt, das es zur Zeit keine Salate gibt... Wir haben uns dann für einen Croque Frikadelle ( haben wir uns brav geteilt) , 1 Schinken / Käse Crepe & 1 Schoko Crepe entschieden...Alle 3 Speisen waren YAM YAM lecker 😋 😋 😋... Dennoch fanden wir es sehr schade, daß man an warmen Tagen, keinen Salat von der Liste bekommen konnte...

Für ein Imbiss, alles in Ordnung. Geschmacklich alles wie immer bei Crazy Croque. Ab und an einen Besuch wert.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste Croque Laden, nehme für diesen Croque gerne die Fahrtstrecke von 130km auf mich.

Seit Jahren mal wieder ein Crouqe gegessen. Vollkornbrot und viel Soße, danach ein Crepe und ich war satt und zufrieden. Komme gerne wieder!

Croque ist wie immer super lecker viel Sauce drauf... köstlich Bedienung ist Stressfrei... Viel Verkehr durch Lieferservice.... Direktes rauchen vorm Laden ist absolut tabu...es zieht alles rein...

Leider viel zu oft das falsche Essen bekommen! Ich wollte mir zum Feierabend einen croque Tuna mit dreikorn Brot kaufen und dazu noch einen Crêpe Apfelmus. Erhalten habe ich: einen Crêpe Nutella und ein Croque Tuna mit normalem Brot und zu wenig Soße. Der Salat sah auch nicht mehr wirklich frisch aus und für die Wartezeiten lohnt es sich nicht. Da kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen ein kleines Stück weiter zu fahren, richtung Busbahnhof und sich dort etwas vernünftiges zu kaufen. Traurig.

Essen vor Ort hat sehr geschmeckt. Freundliches Personal, schnelle Zubereitung. Habe selber noch nie bestellt, bin aber schon oft im Laden essen gegangen und wurde nie enttäuscht :)
