Waiting over 90 minutes for food is really bad. You can't reach anyone and they just direct you to another branch. Not very accommodating, and their response is that they can't do anything. They used to be really great!

It's gone downhill a lot. I used to order from there a lot and was always satisfied. I haven't been there in a while. Since the renovation, you order via a terminal and are completely alone in the shop. Very, very impersonal. Now for the croquette: The bread tastes stale, the lettuce is wilted, and the sauce is only sporadically applied, making it very, very dry. I definitely won't be ordering from there again!

I usually really like ordering my croque from Crazy Croque, and in the past, they've even been able to accommodate minor changes, even if they weren't in the system. However, with my last order, I wanted only half of the croque topped with cheese, which was unfortunately refused. This isn't a criticism of the staff – they're just doing their job, of course. With today's competition, though, a little more flexibility with special requests would certainly be a plus. I ended up ordering from Smiley's, and everything went smoothly there.

Just to explain: the staff was incredibly friendly!! The young employee at the counter was extremely helpful, as I was completely overwhelmed by the ordering terminal! I find this technological marvel so unnecessary and alienating. Why is there still a reliance on technology instead of human labor?!? If the young man hadn't helped me, I would have left. I ordered in person for the first time instead of by phone and will definitely go back to ordering by phone. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff (the people) were fantastic! The atmosphere was small but cozy! Greetings to the staff who were there on November 5th, 2025, around 6:00 PM – you guys are great!

Even though the people actually speak very good German, I'm still told that I confused the driver, which I can't understand at all, because I'm the end customer who actually wants something to eat and doesn't need to check the food. 😂🤦🏽 But that was also the last time.

I ordered a croque for the first time in a long time, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The bread wasn't fully cooked, the topping (gyro) was meager, and the entire croque tasted like nothing more than soft bread with sauce. At €15.90, the croque was simply too expensive.

I can't understand the reviews for deliveries. Seriously, what do you expect when you get croques delivered? They're usually wrapped in aluminum foil, so of course the bread won't stay crispy!

The croque was good. Definitely worth eating. It's just a shame that you don't have any contact with the staff, as instead of a cashier, you only have a terminal for ordering. But if that doesn't bother you, you'll be in good hands here. The ambiance isn't special, but it's not a big deal. Parking is a bit tight, so it can be tricky at times. EC and card payments accepted.

It used to be an absolute institution in Rahlstedt. Unfortunately, after switching to vending machines, that's gone. It feels uncomfortable. The emphasis at Crazy Croque used to be on "croque," but today it's more on "crazy." You look at the recent reviews and long for the good old days, when the price matched the service. Unfortunately, it's too expensive for what you get. Simply sad.

The bread is no longer the same as it used to be, nice wide baguettes, today the bread is almost half as thin/wide...like a hidden price increase. We were always full from a small croque...since it was now only half as wide, we were all hungry for it. Unfortunately, the new narrow bread is also sticky and doesn't taste good. The lettuce here has never been the best, you often get brown spots or the stalk. We have gone through a lot of changes over the years and have always given this store a chance. That's it, the quality at the prices... By the way, we've been collecting for two years because before that it wasn't working to get the right products delivered (and according to other reviews it's still the case).

The croques are delicious. Service only 2 stars because for me such a stupid machine in which you have to type everything in several times makes me rather aggressive and stops me from coming and buying. I prefer to order from 'speaking people'...that's service! Ambience is hardly possible in the small shop. Still recommended because Coroque is so delicious!

I would prefer not to give a star.. picked up food last night and that was the last time.. Salad was supposed to be a feta bowl. I had lettuce (brown) which also tasted like it hadn't been washed!!! a bit of feta 2 small tomato pieces 3 pieces of corn that was it and that for 10€??? Bitter!! The cheeseburger had dry tomatoes with hardly any sauce on the stalk and the bun was hard so it was a real disaster.. The staff is also unfriendly.. we won't eat anything from this shop again!!

The quality is still quite high and the taste is great, but the way you deal with customers when you make your own mistakes is subpar! When I order the sauces of 2 croques separately in a cup at the terminal, but one of them already has the sauce on it (probably accidentally), the "product" was produced incorrectly, but instead of admitting the error and fixing it, I was portrayed as an idiot in an aggressive manner (because everything is correct as ordered) which is demonstrably not true. When I asked, I was told that I was already talking to the boss, which really shocked me and I would boycott this branch from now on and would advise everyone to do so choose another branch!!! It's a shame, but when you spend around €50 a month in a store, you also want trust and a good feeling, which I unfortunately lack here now! There is simply no friendliness and customer-oriented attention to the orders placed, it's all about making a profit and mistakes are undermined. It's really a shame

We ordered a normal and big croque. We got two croques that were almost the same size. In other words, the big didn't correspond to 36cm but only 30cm... When I asked, I was offered a replacement delivery within 30-45 minutes, for which I unfortunately couldn't wait that long. There was no apology or other accommodation! From now on you will only pay in cash and everything will be checked on site! Now let’s talk about the taste. Yes, the bread used to be better but it's still okay. I'm happy with the occupancy so far. All in all, I would order something there again but check it carefully.

I have known the shop since 1984 when I was stationed in the Graf Golz barracks. At that time there was already a delivery service and on weekends or at the police station, cropues were delivered from which the toppings, cheese and sauce oozed out. Even in later years I always ate and ordered well there. There was still a personal approach at the counter, you could express your individual wishes and the quality and quantity were still good. After more than twenty years I returned to Rahlstedt and was totally surprised that MY Cropue shop still exists. The disappointment didn't take long to come. You can only order at the terminal, even though there is a bored Jraft behind the counter. Extra requests, queries are non-existent. Online or terminal only. Quality? I had to look for dry bread, tuna, cheese as well and the rest was drowned in industrial-tasting sauce. All of this at a price at which I could get a good gyros or kebab from any mediocre Greek or Turkish restaurant. Very unfortunate. We won't see each other again.

Lunchtime food for delivery via internet, ordered via the Crazy Croque website. The order confirmation came quickly and advised a delivery time of 30 minutes. (The store is 5 minutes away from me by car.) After well over 60 minutes nothing had arrived. So I called and asked where my order was. The man on the phone was anything but friendly and listening was not his core competency. After waiting for a while, I was informed that my order would be going out soon. I then, now really angry, said that I no longer wanted the order because I now had telephone conferences and couldn't eat. I was then told, “That will just be canceled.”. No apology nothing. The gentleman on the phone didn't seem to care at all. I then told him that none of my friends and acquaintances in the area order there anymore, because of the lousy service and poor quality of the food (which I haven't been able to understand yet). He didn't care about that either. When I told him that they had lost another customer with this attitude, I was told not to keep repeating myself. I paid via PayPal. I still haven't received my money back 24 hours later. So a dispute is opened. Crazy Croque seems to really need it. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN. And if any of you are in the position of having to order there, you can only pay in cash. Otherwise, you can still run after your money if, like me, you don't receive your goods. ADDENDUM: Thanks to PayPal, to whose messages Crazy Croque incidentally responded just as little as to mine, I got the money back after a month. Without PayPal I would certainly never have seen the money again.

We recently went to this croque shop with our family, which we actually had positive memories of in the past. Unfortunately, our impression has completely changed. The store now seems poorly organized and run down - old furniture and an unclean overall impression. Ordering is now done through machines which have malfunctioned on several occasions, causing delays and additional hassle. The staff was largely overwhelmed, although the service at the front was at least friendly. Unfortunately, the lady who prepared the croques seemed annoyed and unfriendly and also made mistakes during the preparation. My croque got cold because the order wasn't processed properly. The taste was okay, but the ingredients and sauces were significantly saved. Price-performance absolutely disproportionate. We paid 43 euros for a normal croque, a small croque, a children's croque and 3 drinks. Considering there was hardly any sauce or toppings on it, it was very poor. All in all a disappointing experience. We will not visit this store again.

I ordered something on the website. After ordering, it was said on the website and in the confirmation email that delivery would take 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I decided to call the number provided. The employee on site answered the phone and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to ask how long my order would take and was immediately hung up without an answer. I find that audacious and I will no longer order from this branch in the future and would not recommend it to anyone, as such incidents have unfortunately been increasing for some time. Machine order that didn't work when paying - so it took a long time. Industrial concrete lock and feel - well that's fine for my taste. The personal charm that the shop once had is gone, as is the Croque Vegan Beef for a long time. My croque of sheep's cheese was only lukewarm and once again it had iceberg on it instead of coleslaw. I've been a loyal regular customer for years, but today I've reached the point where I'm saying goodbye to this address forever! Called 9:30 p.m. Order taking disaster. Stressed staff, the employee thought I wanted to add to an order that had been placed until I told her that I would like to place one, which was met with surprise and an apology. Then it takes another good minute until she asks colleagues how it works. At 10:30 p.m., after a good hour wait, I asked if the driver was on the way. Answer: He was a few streets away, and when asked whether I could rely on him, the answer was 'Absolutely'. A good 1/2 hour later at 11:00 p.m., at which point the store had actually been closed for an hour. He's coming, I'm the last customer for today. It's now midnight and 2 1/2 hours have passed, luckily I still had something in the frozen food chest. If he had still appeared, I would have turned him away via the door intercom after such a long time. This should be dinner and not breakfast! Something like this happened years ago! Since then you've been on probation, so to speak, but now it's over! Close the shop, send this bunch of incompetent service vandals into the desert and spare future customers! p.s. What you need is a service promise. 1 1/2 hour waiting time 50% discount. 2 hour waiting time 75% discount. And beyond that, even if it's just 1 minute, the order is free, no matter how large and extensive, and is financially borne by the person responsible or the person responsible for it. Addendum October 2024 After a while I gave the store a chance and it went well for a long time. The other day I wanted to pay in cash and said on the phone that I only had a lot of money at the time. According to the service person on the phone, everything was no problem. Then the supplier showed up and couldn't change. Card reader as an alternative? No, not there! Come back later to pay even though I'm a regular customer? No ! The excuse I was given was that I was his first customer. Only then would it have to be well stocked with various banknotes, including an own goal. He probably speculated that I would give in and turn a 2 euro tip into 7 euros, but not with me! Unbelievable, it was ordered for immediate delivery. 80 min waiting time. If you had ordered at a specific time, it would have taken 60 minutes. The food cold. The lettuce on the croque was more than brown and wilted. Onions - you had to look for them specifically on the croque. Never again. There are better croque shops there. Addendum: In the hope that the service would change, that was a shot in the oven. 2 hours waiting time for the food, after the first call it said 1/2 hour more, that wasn't the case, then it arrived sticky, the croque, double ham. Basically you just pay for the plain croque ham. The salad, as expected, was old from 4 days ago. If the food stays inside then 3 crosses on the calendar. The food was cold too. Kiddy Box - the crepe was supposed to have sugar and that wasn't the case. So I'll never order from a juice shop like that again. Ordered in Rahlstedt, the other stores are better and the ingredients are fresh.

Luckily I only read the previous reviews afterwards. I was just irritated when I picked it up that there was nothing going on - the store should actually be booming on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speakers... what happened to the Rahlstedter Crazy Croque? It was great back then! Now: Sticky bread, you had to look for the salad... minimal camembert toppings... cranberries smeared like jam, so at least it wasn't completely dry. The sauce in the cup was really the best and the croque itself was more like bread with dip. Really totally disappointing 😞

The crouque was wrapped in aluminum foil which made the baguette just taste like a sponge. I ordered garlic sauce as a sauce. In terms of taste, I would say that the sauce that was delivered was more of a herb sauce, or the garlic sauce just doesn't taste like garlic. It was the first time I didn't finish a crouque, but the sponge bun was just too disgusting.

I've been a customer of CC for over 30 years, now it's over! In the store you have to order from the machine (which is very modern but also extremely impersonal!) The employees only know one sentence: There is no other way and they are very happy to say 'we can't'. Picked my order, no problem. Now I want to pay (I'm also modern and use my cell phone for this) but the machine has a problem with that. We are in HH and the account is from HASPA. Payment process not possible. I pay like that at every gas station and in every store. It's just not possible with CC. Question: Can I pay for this on your EC device and place my order with you? NO, that doesn't work. Solution, none. So the sales went somewhere else. By the way, the same thing was true months ago for the branch on Pezolddamm, just as bad. They are making modern use of vending machines, but they don't have the right software so that a modern customer can pay with their cell phone. Smooth 6

I picked up 3 croques today...at home...soggy bread...sparsely topped...ok the stuffy one can come wrapped up from transport... But the absolute biggest hit is the prices... There was a brochure in the bag that advertised 20% for pickups...... And BEFORE the prices were increased by about 20%...... Dude...are you kidding the customers...???? Some of the big croques cost over 20! Euro....the madness.. .. No, that was the last time...I'm not paying 60 for 3 sticks of white bread with toppings! Euro....if I have it delivered to me..... That's why I'm going to eat at a restaurant... WITHOUT WORDS

THE WORST Gyros Croque for €25, was ready after 3 minutes and could have eaten another one for €50. Rip-off of the finest, stay away from such a mess. Just defrosted the gyros in the pan and put it in the oven on the croque. The meat therefore has a mushy consistency. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately we would be very disappointed, my son had a children's box with chicken nuggets, unfortunately you couldn't eat them because they were like rubber and as a surprise a few lollipops (6) and balloons were thrown in. My croque (salami) no longer looked fresh...the lettuce was wilted and the salami was hidden so well that I thought I had the wrong croque...I then found a cucumber...wow! I used to. I enjoyed eating with you...unfortunately I can no longer recommend it.

Ordered croque with coleslaw online. When I unwrapped the croque from the aluminum foil, I noticed a strange smell. Coleslaw was completely gray and smelled like it had fermented. After calling the office they tried to convince me that this was normal... Eventually new ones would be delivered without coleslaw salad. However, we then had to spend a total of 105 minutes. Waiting for our food!

We've had it delivered again for a long time, the food was lukewarm, the baguette was wobbly and again instead of garlic sauce they put herb garlic sauce on it. That was definitely the last time we ordered today!

Unfortunately I have been super dissatisfied with the last four orders. I love Crazy Croque, which is why I've tried it again and again at certain intervals. Twice no new delivery was made nor was a credit issued! Today I was in the mood for croque and had cardboard delivered. This time there was a credit note which I'll still redeem, but I'm already looking around for a new shop. It's a shame... I've always ordered and eaten there regularly since I was a child... The employees are nice, but unfortunately that's not what defines the store.

Ordered 1x normal croque with sauce in a cup, I got a mini croque with sauce on it for 18€ I really think it's a case of faith.. Otherwise always been satisfied, but that's the height!! Addendum: I called and got a croque as a credit, very nice lady, so everything is fine for me! .. :)!

Ate again after a long time. It's unbelievable how much Crazy Croque has deteriorated in quality. There is hardly any topping left on the croques! I hardly saw any of the iceberg lettuce either. I ordered 2 extra sauces but unfortunately only realized when I got home that there was hardly any sauce left. The sauces have become extremely small, if I had noticed it in the store I would definitely have asked for my money back! NEVER AGAIN! Better order somewhere else.

First had a burger delivered to me which was surprisingly tasty. The attempt the following day to buy food directly in the branch unfortunately went wrong. In a very unclean shop we were ignored by an unkempt, bad-tempered guy.

After half a year, tried again. Actually you should have asked for the money back. It was just a small order. The onions were missing from the croque. KidsBox without sauce. Out of 5 orders, 4 are incomplete or incorrect. Incredible. At prices like these you should still make an effort.

Unfortunately we didn't like it. The bread wasn't crispy and charging so much money for so little cheese/sausage is a bit cheeky. For us it's a warmed bread with cheese/sausage/sauce, but not a croque. It used to be better, it's a shame.

Today delivery 2 x croque pineapple. Roll was wobbly and not even warm anymore. Sauce served with garlic instead of chili. For a good 30 euros, it's a statement of poverty. It was much better...

Waited almost 2 hours for my food to arrive cold, the milkshake melted and dirty on the outside. I paid just under €32 for a croque with a milkshake. In my opinion, the prices are way too high for such a product and with such poor quality and service recently, they are simply no longer justified. I have ordered from you regularly and will now probably look elsewhere.

After taking over this chain, it no longer has anything to do with Crazy Croque. Reminiscent of the construction of the pyramids. Woe betide you if the overseer and whipper are missing. Then the choice of branch doesn't matter at all. As you can see, some undemanding people are also satisfied with it.

2021: It's best not to go there anymore. For years, CC has simply been the tastiest when it comes to croque. I doubt whether the pizza section is still needed there. Unfortunately, things (sauces, etc.) are forgotten every now and then. The anti-plastic offensive is a laughing stock. You no longer get a bag because of the environment, but there are no longer any napkins and the salads are still delivered in plastic boxes. The new XXL Croque are pure rip-offs in centimeters and more expensive than mini or normal ones Addendum 8/30/21: the prices have become so outrageously high (ham cheese cream from €4.20 to €4.70=+12%) and reliability is the last thing... if things are forgotten you will be given a credit for the next one Order stamped but next order says there is no credit. Then garlic sauce for the ham cheese crepe is sometimes charged and sometimes not... For years it was free... then the thing becomes €1.25 more expensive from one day to the next and you then have to pay extra... that's when you need it Boss probably has a second Porsche 2. Addendum 03/02/24: been there again after a long time. I wanted to order by phone, but there is no longer an option. Only online. There is hardly any staff in the restaurant itself, instead you have to order and pay impersonally at the terminal. Service = zero and the prices of course went up again. Ham cheese crepe now at €6.60 (from 2021 to today +40%)

The employee on the telephone hotline is very unpleasant. After 4 minutes on the hotline I simply hung up... He was obviously on the phone with someone he knew and was shouting aggressively in the background that he's still not a millionaire. It seems like a single employee runs the entire store by herself. She seemed extremely stressed, but was still very friendly. That's food is good as usual!

Food very ok and tasty…. but: order terminals…. Absolutely customer unfriendly! Press 10 to 15 buttons to place an order…no, sorry! It doesn't work at all! Ordering from the service staff would be MUCH friendlier and much quicker! Nice gentleman explained the system to me because as a man over 50+ I was overwhelmed by it! Sorry...but order terminals: it couldn't be more customer-unfriendly! Absolutely grade 6!!!!

Insane!!! Ordering and payment is now only possible via a complicated “touchscreen machine” in order to save an employee at the counter. No cash payment. The telephone is constantly busy because all orders now go through a central office. I've been a customer there for 10 years but no thanks, that was the last time. I'm now going to another croque shop where I can place my order individually and personally with a person. Maybe the boss should think about the fact that his employees are the company and customer contact is also customer loyalty.

Here the order is now only entered on the screen on site. That's OK, but I think it's a shame that even though you make the entry right next to the counter and then wait for your food, you're not even greeted anymore. It's also a shame that seats had to be given away for consumption on site for the two screens.

Unfortunately there are only ordering terminals left. There were no customers in the store apart from me. I had to spend ages gathering my order while 3 employees watched me. Then accidentally pressed Spicey Sucuc. My husband couldn't eat the expensive thing. The shop looks more than shabby, everything is worn out. Prices have been increased by 30%. And the lettuce on the croques was also brown.

I was here back in the early 80s, when the croques were top-notch. They've gone bad. Now it's €12 for one croque ($24 for 24 DM!!!). The staff is rude, insults me, barely speaks German, and after a problem with PayPal, he says I've been blocked. They always accepted returnable bottles, but now they're not anymore. I'll NEVER order from here again!

Very unfriendly service. You walk into the store and are immediately yelled at, saying it's actually already closed and you should go through the drive-thru. That's not what good customer service looks like!

The food was way too salty, and I ordered chicken with pommes but they didn’t even send the pommes. They also didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call. This isn’t the first time the food quality and service have been poor.
