There were only 2 at work. There was a long wait and then they didn't have everything for their children's menu, but they didn't say anything and didn't really care about the customers. It was also extremely dirty.

Renovated. Top. Quality is great.

Actually the shop was always very good, but apparently closed? Or under renovation? According to the sign drive in it was open, but it was ignored, everything was full of trailers and cables, there was rubbish everywhere, look outside, big chaos... it's a shame, then you should change it to closed on Google

Hygienically questionable behavior – absolutely unacceptable! On February 7th, 2025 around 8 p.m. I ordered a menu plus chili cheese nuggets at the Burger King branch at Stader Straße 302 (Heimfeld). When I sat down at my table, I noticed that the nuggets were already old - sticky and dry. I complained about the nuggets and asked for them to be fresh. However, while this was being prepared for me, I observed extremely worrying behavior: an employee checked my returned nuggets at the burger station and then put them back in the warming tray! This means that other customers may receive food that was already on someone else's table! No one can know if I (or another customer) have a contagious disease or what happened to the returned food. When I pointed out to the employee that returned food should be thrown away, I was only laughed at. The disinterest of the staff was obvious. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable! Not only does it show a lack of hygiene awareness, but also a clear disregard for customer safety. I will no longer visit this branch and can only hope that the management takes urgent action!

Pure rip off!!! King's beef menu costs €16.09 here. Where are the remaining €3.50 because according to the price tag it should cost €12.59? Or are employees helping themselves at the expense of customers? Food itself is good, but something like this...🫣

We ordered 2 extra long chili cheese menus for over €25. The burger buns were hard and the burgers were extremely dry, as if they had been warmed up in the microwave. An ABSOLUTE NO-GO for us. ABOUT APPROX. We've had cold burgers for 3 months now, which can happen. But the quality has deteriorated beyond extremes. I was then able to communicate well with the nice employee in English; he was always very sorry. It stayed that way. So NO RECOMMENDATION from us!!! FOR THIS PRICE YOU DEFINITELY EXPECT A REASONABLY FRESH BURGER. We won't eat there anymore

The food is always very fresh and hot, but something from the order is constantly forgotten. The fries are unbeatable. The employees are usually not in a good mood, but there are also friendly employees. With the vouchers you pay around €20-30 for a decent meal for two The Burger King is on a highway.

I was recently with my friend and ordered a burger and I have a tomato allergy, so I ordered the burger without tomatoes. My friend went to the checkout to point out to the server that we ordered without tomatoes. They simply took out the tomatoes and gave us the burger back in our hands. My friend went back to the service to say that they should make a new burger, they said no, then my friend said that I had an allergy and even then they didn't do it and from that moment on it was mine Broken collar and that's why the bad rating for Burger King.

Always good for a quick stop in the drive thru and no long waits

The pattis on the burgers are hard and taste like they have been in the deep fryer for too long. The store obviously looks clean… quite understaffed and you have peace and quiet

I've actually been pretty happy with this BK branch over the last few years, but I didn't bother queuing when I received the wrong burger when I ordered, complained and they gave me the wrong burger again. Plus the seller wasn't really interested in making it right.

Order placed using the app at checkout. Quick preparation and delivery. When we got home, we were surprised that not the entire order was in the bag. Maybe next time. From now on I'll check the bags before I start again.

Wrong products were given at the drive-thru and they tasted like they had been there all day. Not fresh at all. Unfortunately it ended up straight in the trash can. It doesn't work at all!

So really bad and cheeky.overpriced.and then you say what you want.then you get something completely different.so not even worth a star.I argued about giving out the wrong food then in the end I took away the stupid double chilichese and packed a small one. It's a shame that the citizens are silent. They're being ripped off and still gossiping. There has to be more quality and control when it comes to food ripped us off while we were working hard...a shame for Germany.

By far the worst BK branch where we have ever bought our burgers at the drive-in. Every time something is missing or the wrong product was put in the bag. You always(!) have to check the contents of the bags so as not to have an annoying surprise at home, which is often difficult because the bags are half torn and the fries are spread all over the bag. Not to mention the ambitious prices at BK, with the unsatisfactory quality of the burgers. And the staff at the drive-in counter is usually overwhelmed just by accepting the order. That was definitely our last visit to this branch of horror.

It used to be okay for fast food, but it also got worse. That's why it hasn't been there for a long time. Today again because it was on the way. Order took 5-7 minutes to arrive. Which would have been okay if the burgers weren't dry and old. So they were already lying around. The rolls and patty were therefore dry and cold. The fat the fries were made in must have been at least half a day old, if not older. Disgusting. His order was informed in a curt military tone and very loudly. No hello, no goodbye. Very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the quality from back then has not been improved, but has become significantly worse. I don't like being a customer here anymore and can't recommend it.

It's just a Burger King, pretty good considering the circumstances. Staff a bit slow but friendly. The restaurant was clean, nothing major to complain about.

I haven't even experienced that I received exactly what I ordered and Payback points are generally not counted, but what I got was always delicious. From 3 stars now down to one. Because of an allergy, I ordered a burger without onions and was told about the allergy and then got one with onions anyway.

A classic Bürgerking near the motorway entrance. If you're on the way to work, you can quickly drive in here and then head to the racetrack.

Why is there no ice cream!!!!! For ages! Why doesn't anyone care? If you ask the staff, they'll just say: "Yes, it's broken." Thanks!

Great BK but I always love BK. It looks like it's from 2005, a little time travel, but the food is 10/10 delicious, the employees are nice and friendly and the organization is great. Food was ready instantly and delicious. Some tables are super low but yolo

Standard Burger King, deduction because there is no ice cream machine and there is still advertising for it

Burgers were old and cold Addendum Checked it out again after 3 years. Burger still old, cold, hardly any sauce and two small old pieces of lettuce. Then we got fries that we didn't order, when we asked they said that we had ordered them and didn't want to take them back, very unfriendly, the fries were also cold and hard. Conclusion: Not again!

One star because it has to. Food is underground. Chili cheeseburger without cheese! When asked 'that's what the cheese sauce is for'. Rolls hard, fries that were not ordered were cold and chicken burgers hardly any sauce and old yellow lettuce, dry! Drinks were delivered twice. Conclusion. NEVER AGAIN!!

The Burger King is no longer what it used to be. There is no ICE CREAM MACHINE!!!! The orders are made incorrectly. The employees don't feel like it. Something has to change, otherwise they will close soon. The ice cream machine has to be returned, that should be mandatory. It can't be that you don't have an ice cream machine. You should complain about them at the top.

Catastrophe, nothing more can be said about it. 2 burgers were ordered without sauces, asked twice and confirmed both times. Both came with sauces. When I complained about it, people looked at me as if I had insulted them. It felt like it was only corrected reluctantly. Customer orientation is 0 here and to be honest the food doesn't even taste good. Next time I'll eat dry bread instead.

Very nicely decorated store with very nice and international employees. The food was delicious as well as the knocker in the parking lot. Unfortunately, a member of our drinking group was stung by a wasp in the store (-2). However, the wasp had chosen absolutely the right group member (this group member went to bed while drinking at 10:30 p.m.) to sting him (+1). The toilet smelled awful (-1), but since this smell was caused by ourselves, we rate it neutral overall (+1)

Never again --- Customer returns Long Chicken (opened), other customer returns Cheeseburger due to defects.. Service packs the burger in the back of the kitchen.. another employee packs these burgers again and puts them on display. BK... what's that supposed to mean?

Just a Burger King. Burgers were good as always. Fries tasty and crispy. It was also pretty empty at lunchtime.

The burger was surprisingly tasty - I would definitely want to eat it again. The only thing that was a shame was that the service could have been friendlier. In addition, American Express is not accepted.

Update August '24: I waited 20 minutes for my order. They only started placing my order after 12 minutes and this after I specifically asked for it. And the employee at the checkout/counter is so rude.... Anyone can make mistakes, just admit it, apologize and that's it!!!!!

Ordered at 11:50 p.m. in the drive-in on August 1st, 2024, the voucher code would be wrong even though it says redeemed in the app after reading beforehand. The employee at the counter scared me! He then rounded up the amount to be paid and kept the remaining money.

While I was passing through, I wanted to get some burgers. Since nature called, first go to the toilet. The hair in the urinal could have been used to make half a wig. Of course everything else is full of splashes. It was disgusting. There definitely hasn't been any cleaning here for days. This BK doesn't seem to care about hygiene. Of course I left straight away without buying anything.

We were shocked at the prices and decided to go to our favorite Greek place for dinner tonight. We only ate a children's menu + an extra cheeseburger. There were 2 parts missing from the box. Were subsequently delivered.

Despite asking and mentioning my order number, the staff tried to sell me the wrong food: "that's their food" Interior was OK. The outdoor area was a tragedy, unkempt, fewer chairs and tables (didn't look very inviting), children's play equipment run down.

Unkindness personified Employees are completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. Because of the unfriendliness, we left without eating anything.

As expected, it was a citizen king. The food tasted and looked the same as always and everywhere. Nothing unexpected happened 🙈

The branch was locked from the inside during opening hours in the evening on two consecutive days without comment. No communication from the branch management present to the customers waiting outside, who felt like they were being taken for a ride. There were <10 customers in the branch.

Last night there was an absolute disaster. You were either locked in or locked out 45 minutes before closing time on the grounds that it would now be closed. There was shouting from the employees. Something was missing from the meal, but since you couldn't get in, you obviously couldn't complain about it. It is therefore advisable not to visit after midnight, even if the opening time is set at 1am.

Clean, nice service. Eat as usual at BK. However, the heat in the store is unbearable when it is hot outside. No aircon and therefore endlessly stuffy. This doesn't have to be the case...

Parking is a bit strange, but otherwise everything is fine

Food is Burger King-like. But honestly, a chimpanzee would have been friendlier to serve! Especially since we received a completely wrong order! After pointing this out, the lady behind the counter became even more unsympathetic... never again!

Long waiting time for two customers. No milkshake machine!

Well, still no WiFi... Fries cold, burger ok. No more salad early on Saturday evening, embarrassing. It happens to me here often, I will drive a little further to my competitor in the future. A pity! After a few weeks I can only write the same thing again... I don't like cold fries... And another addendum - I still don't like cold fries. The thing about the WiFi is still up to date!

Normal Burger King, drive in used, went quickly

You always get a place. The wooper is nice and juicy. Ordering on the display works really well. It's just a shame that you can't automatically increase an order you've entered. If 3 or 4 people want to eat the same thing, you have to go through the whole process 3 or 4 times instead of simply increasing the order to 3 or 4.

If people don't feel like working there, they should just leave it! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly at the drive-thru at any other store. But of course I understand that when you're on your cell phone and then a customer actually comes and has the audacity to order something, your mood is already at an all-time low.

The fries are horrible, burgers are bland. They should consider using these “exotic” spices, called ‘salt and pepper’, once England allows them to, that is. 🤓 The ringing tone is ultra loud and horribly annoying.

The cashier we had looked very listless, which was evident from her unfriendliness...

A standard product was ordered Burger steakhouse. At the checkout they said the burger was sold out. No replacement product could be named by employees. This was explicitly asked for, but the employees were overwhelmed by it. There was no indication when ordering and the product was not marked as sold out outside. A pity. This meant the waiting time was extremely long.

I've been standing here in the drive-in for 20 minutes and nothing is making any progress. If you have to slaughter the animal yourself - fine, but it only goes into the deep fryer. Simply unnecessary and the purpose of the drive-in has probably not yet been internalized.

We were there shortly before noon today and the young woman who served us was super friendly, asked us what we had planned and told me not to let my son bite into the nuggets straight away because they were still very hot . I would come back just because of an employee like that.

I ordered there for the 3rd time and for the 3rd damn time they forgot something when I ordered. Employees are listless and unfriendly; they make you think twice about whether you really want to order something. I will not visit this store again!!!

I wonder how much money they make if they never put sauce on their citizens. And whether the other branches of this GmbH do the same. How many euros more is that per month?

The employees look very exhausted, the exit situation is very adventurous, for me personally the quality of the burgers is better in other branches, but that's just a matter of taste.

Good shop, but very small and a bit unpleasant atmosphere

Food was dry and cold, not that tasty, cola was okay and also cold. Unfortunately, employees were very stressed. I would recommend hiring more people or paying higher wages.

Nice service and very helpful. The preparation and taste of the food was not good. The worst were the onion rings, they tasted like they had been fried again and were hard to bite into, nothing like my friends and I are used to. That's why I'll personally avoid this shop if I'm hungry in the area again. There are much better chain stores.

Be careful, for the umpteenth time we had meat nuggets in a bag that actually promised to contain plant-based nuggets (just like we ordered them!). This Burger King is truly a complete disaster. Every time there is something wrong with the order, but I don't find the "confusion" between meat and plant-based acceptable.
