If I were to look at work like that and roll my eyes because you don't pay appropriately at the checkout, I would already be unemployed. My god, how can you be so annoyed with your customers when there are only 2 other customers there and nothing is going on.

Arrived from Cologne today and ate a burger there. Disaster. Meat coal black and disgusting. The burger one looked unhygienic.

Very nicely decorated store with very nice and international employees. The food was delicious as well as the knocker in the parking lot. Unfortunately, a member of our drinking group was stung by a wasp in the store (-2). However, the wasp had chosen absolutely the right group member (this group member went to bed while drinking at 10:30 p.m.) to sting him (+1). The toilet smelled awful (-1), but since this smell was caused by ourselves, we rate it neutral overall (+1)

Just a Burger King. Burgers were good as always. Fries tasty and crispy. It was also pretty empty at lunchtime.

Never again --- Customer returns Long Chicken (opened), other customer returns Cheeseburger due to defects.. Service packs the burger in the back of the kitchen.. another employee packs these burgers again and puts them on display. BK... what's that supposed to mean?

The burger was surprisingly tasty - I would definitely want to eat it again. The only thing that was a shame was that the service could have been friendlier. In addition, American Express is not accepted.

Update August '24: I waited 20 minutes for my order. They only started placing my order after 12 minutes and this after I specifically asked for it. And the employee at the checkout/counter is so rude.... Anyone can make mistakes, just admit it, apologize and that's it!!!!!

Ordered at 11:50 p.m. in the drive-in on August 1st, 2024, the voucher code would be wrong even though it says redeemed in the app after reading beforehand. The employee at the counter scared me! He then rounded up the amount to be paid and kept the remaining money.

While I was passing through, I wanted to get some burgers. Since nature called, first go to the toilet. The hair in the urinal could have been used to make half a wig. Of course everything else is full of splashes. It was disgusting. There definitely hasn't been any cleaning here for days. This BK doesn't seem to care about hygiene. Of course I left straight away without buying anything.

We were shocked at the prices and decided to go to our favorite Greek place for dinner tonight. We only ate a children's menu + an extra cheeseburger. There were 2 parts missing from the box. Were subsequently delivered.

Despite asking and mentioning my order number, the staff tried to sell me the wrong food: "that's their food" Interior was OK. The outdoor area was a tragedy, unkempt, fewer chairs and tables (didn't look very inviting), children's play equipment run down.

Unkindness personified Employees are completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. Because of the unfriendliness, we left without eating anything.

As expected, it was a citizen king. The food tasted and looked the same as always and everywhere. Nothing unexpected happened 🙈

Last night there was an absolute disaster. You were either locked in or locked out 45 minutes before closing time on the grounds that it would now be closed. There was shouting from the employees. Something was missing from the meal, but since you couldn't get in, you obviously couldn't complain about it. It is therefore advisable not to visit after midnight, even if the opening time is set at 1am.

The branch was locked from the inside during opening hours in the evening on two consecutive days without comment. No communication from the branch management present to the customers waiting outside, who felt like they were being taken for a ride. There were <10 customers in the branch.

Clean, nice service. Eat as usual at BK. However, the heat in the store is unbearable when it is hot outside. No aircon and therefore endlessly stuffy. This doesn't have to be the case...

Parking is a bit strange, but otherwise everything is fine

Food is Burger King-like. But honestly, a chimpanzee would have been friendlier to serve! Especially since we received a completely wrong order! After pointing this out, the lady behind the counter became even more unsympathetic... never again!

Long waiting time for two customers. No milkshake machine!

Well, still no WiFi... Fries cold, burger ok. No more salad early on Saturday evening, embarrassing. It happens to me here often, I will drive a little further to my competitor in the future. A pity! After a few weeks I can only write the same thing again... I don't like cold fries... And another addendum - I still don't like cold fries. The thing about the WiFi is still up to date!

Normal Burger King, drive in used, went quickly

You always get a place. The wooper is nice and juicy. Ordering on the display works really well. It's just a shame that you can't automatically increase an order you've entered. If 3 or 4 people want to eat the same thing, you have to go through the whole process 3 or 4 times instead of simply increasing the order to 3 or 4.

Always enjoy going here. Clean and nice staff.

If people don't feel like working there, they should just leave it! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly at the drive-thru at any other store. But of course I understand that when you're on your cell phone and then a customer actually comes and has the audacity to order something, your mood is already at an all-time low.

Well-kept store with very nice employees! Burger King is still my favorite fast food restaurant. The food tastes great!

The fries are horrible, burgers are bland. They should consider using these “exotic” spices, called ‘salt and pepper’, once England allows them to, that is. 🤓 The ringing tone is ultra loud and horribly annoying.

A standard product was ordered Burger steakhouse. At the checkout they said the burger was sold out. No replacement product could be named by employees. This was explicitly asked for, but the employees were overwhelmed by it. There was no indication when ordering and the product was not marked as sold out outside. A pity. This meant the waiting time was extremely long.

I've been standing here in the drive-in for 20 minutes and nothing is making any progress. If you have to slaughter the animal yourself - fine, but it only goes into the deep fryer. Simply unnecessary and the purpose of the drive-in has probably not yet been internalized.

Whoppers here are juicy and freshly made.

We were there shortly before noon today and the young woman who served us was super friendly, asked us what we had planned and told me not to let my son bite into the nuggets straight away because they were still very hot . I would come back just because of an employee like that.

I ordered there for the 3rd time and for the 3rd damn time they forgot something when I ordered. Employees are listless and unfriendly; they make you think twice about whether you really want to order something. I will not visit this store again!!!

I wonder how much money they make if they never put sauce on their citizens. And whether the other branches of this GmbH do the same. How many euros more is that per month?

The employees look very exhausted, the exit situation is very adventurous, for me personally the quality of the burgers is better in other branches, but that's just a matter of taste.

Good shop, but very small and a bit unpleasant atmosphere

Food was dry and cold, not that tasty, cola was okay and also cold. Unfortunately, employees were very stressed. I would recommend hiring more people or paying higher wages.

Nice service and very helpful. The preparation and taste of the food was not good. The worst were the onion rings, they tasted like they had been fried again and were hard to bite into, nothing like my friends and I are used to. That's why I'll personally avoid this shop if I'm hungry in the area again. There are much better chain stores.

Be careful, for the umpteenth time we had meat nuggets in a bag that actually promised to contain plant-based nuggets (just like we ordered them!). This Burger King is truly a complete disaster. Every time there is something wrong with the order, but I don't find the "confusion" between meat and plant-based acceptable.

An absolute disaster... I was never a fan of Burgerking and so that was confirmed... That was probably the absolute worst coffee I've ever had... A gas station is much better!!! Not only was it far too small for the price (mind you, I ordered the large size), it was also incredibly disgusting and the foam was more like dishwater! After 2 sips I was so sick that I threw the coffee away... I wouldn't recommend

Unfortunately, the burgers were cold and the sauce for the fries was also missing. The chicken nugget burger had dark brown nuggets and a very hard bun, making it impossible to eat. I'm disappointed because there is no alternative in the surrounding area. This was the third and probably last visit as there were problems every time, a shame. The shop and the surrounding area appear to be in need of renovation.

So for the review I have to digress, I come to Burger King here at 2:47 a.m., order two Planburger burgers and chili cheese nuggets. The chili cheese nuggets were already burnt. The fries were delicious. The Double Chilli Cheese Plant Based was, to put it bluntly, inedible. The Pace Long Chicken was a smooth one in comparison. With ten out of ten I give the Dithmarscher Pilsener that I made myself. At least it tasted full-bodied and fresh.

Classic Burger King. The staff was very friendly and also pointed out a savings option. Food was freshly prepared, nothing was left on the shelf for a long time. If you're looking for a good Burger King, you're in good hands here.

Couldnt order what i wanted. So walked out as i didnt couldnt order just a burger.

Friendliness is not practiced here. The food was served to us without comment.

Man ist mir DREI Mal nach gelaufen weil Teile der Bestellung fehlten und dann hat man mir auch noch komplett falsche burger eingepackt. Leider war ich in Eile, dass ich nicht alles kontrollieren konnte, auch vorher hat man sich nicht entschuldigt oder sonst irgendeine Regierung gezeigt. Ich hab zwei whopper jr zum Preis von zwei Big King bekommen. Betrug? So kann man natürlich auch Umsatz machen, passt super zur Wallraff - Reportage.

Ein BürgerKing halt, ganz ok. Immerhin mussten wir nicht lange warten. Das Essen war ganz ok, die Preise auch. Die Tische waren sauber, dir Toiletten ebenfalls. Da kann man schonmal hingehen.

Die Angebote / Coupons sind immer super. Nettes Personal.

Liebe den BK! Aber könnt ihr bitte die Markierung für die Behindertenparkplätze erneuern? Man erkennt die bei Dunkelheit sehr sehr schlecht... wurde eben rotzfrech von einer Frau angemacht, weil ich da stand.

Irgendwie scheint es überall das gleiche Problem zu sein : kaum Kunden , aber das Personal zieht es bor zu quatschen , anstelle mal die Servicestation zu leeren bzw mal durch den Dtore zu gehen und auf Sauberkeit zu achten

War ganz okay, patties hätten frischer sein können, schmeckten schon als lägen sie eine weile in den warmhalteschubladen. Die mitarbeiter hätten etwas freundlicher sein können, aber alles in allem noch besser als jedes mecces 😀👍

Das vegetarische Essen war super. Also wie erwartet. Wir waren zufrieden gestärkt für die weitere Reise.

Ist halt Burger King. Nicht besonders Gut oder schlecht. Essen schmeckte aber frisch von daher alles gut.

Ich hätte dort nicht angehalten, musste mich aber anpassen. Essen war "ok", aber zu teuer. 22€ für 3 Burger und 1 Pommes.

Wie erwartet, alles in Ordnung, der Laden war sauber. Leider waren im Laden einige Baustellen, die aber abgesperrt waren. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung.

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr schnell. Leider war der Geruch in der gesamten Filiale sehr unangenehm, möglicherweise nach ranzigem Fett. Sowohl die Burger als auch die Pommes waren geschmacklich enttäuschend, weshalb ich die Hälfte davon in die Tablettrückgabe gestellt habe. Obwohl ich 16 Euro bezahlt habe, war eigentlich nur die Cola genießbar. Die wenigen Bisse haben meinen Hunger gestillt, aber ich fühlte mich nicht wirklich satt. Vielleicht ist es im Endeffekt gar nicht so schlecht, spart unnötige Kalorien. Beim nächsten Mal gehe ich lieber in ein richtiges Restaurant, preislich nah beieinander.

Leider nur sehr zweckmäßig und kein schöner fastfood laden. Da macht Fastfood seinem Namen alle Ehre. Ach ja, die Eismaschine ist defekt. So gut wie immer.
