McDonald's in Hamburg

Went there again yesterday and ordered large fries with mayo. Then came the price: 5.19 euros! I think that's far too expensive for the product (contains no meat, doesn't need to be prepared in a laborious manner).

So where do I start? I bought a fish-o-filet and the sauce was everywhere but not in the burger. I ordered a Sprite and got a milkshake instead. It's possible to forget/mix things up, but when I picked up my menu, 1. half of it wasn't right 2. I paid extra for cheese and curry, which weren't made either. + The store was almost empty, so I can't explain how they managed something like that when there were only 2/3 customers in the store? Is it so hard to make orders for 3 people and not get them wrong? I would clean up with the employees if I were them.

Order placed at McDrive, several burgers individually and a pack of nuggets. When you get home you notice that the part is missing! Thanks for that, cash collected, but goods not received! McDrive wasn't full either, so you weren't stressed at all.

Eating on site: Unfortunately, the order was incomplete, so not everyone could eat at the same time. Service tried to deliver it later. When it's windy/cold it always drafts like pike soup there. It doesn't invite you to linger because you can hardly stand it without a jacket. The parking lot was full to the last spot; It's a shame that currently (February) 2-3 places are blocked by a pile of gravel.

It was about half full, but the burger and small Coke came to the table after just two minutes of waiting. Burger as requested and hot, the cola cold. Okay so far. But the cleanliness of the seats and the toilets is not far off. Therefore only three stars.

Ordered via Lieferando an hour ago, now the delivery time has been updated to another hour. So now two (!) hours (!) delivery time.

No, unfriendly service. Expensive, quality is not good.

We ordered from this McDonald's 3 times and waited a really long time 3 times. The man on the phone argues with me endlessly. Liferando says the food will be with me in 30 minutes and the man said no, that can't be the case. Liferando says 90 minutes. We've been waiting for almost 2 hours now. Last time they didn't bring fries or sauce, nor any juice and the man on the phone said I was lying. Every time I should call and waste my time and lie to you? What's that supposed to mean. NEVER AGAIN.

Saturday, 9 a.m. Very slow service for an almost empty McDonalds. Took almost 15 minutes. Was pushed onto the McDrive, which was also almost empty.

I give 5 stars for the young lady working in the beverage department.

We just stopped at this McDonald's by chance. Happy Meal was OK so far. Unfortunately, the Hamburger TS was not tasty. Cheese doesn't run & too much mayo. The first store where the curly fries weren't fully cooked. Really a shame. We were there at a time when there was little going on.

Ordered to take away. I just took a bag, but it didn't have a handle. Unfortunately I wasn't offered one. Everything was complete and correct. As usual, the burgers were slippery. But this is now standard at McDonald's. No matter which branch.

No coupons could be applied and no accommodating solution was offered by the staff. So McDonald's, if you offer something, make sure it works.

This branch has probably made a fool of itself simply by the fact that if you order on the drive and pay the full price you only get half price... I CAN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO CHECK THEIR ORDER! Haven't made it today for ages and due to time pressure and promptly/unfortunately only saw it too late. Fries were missing twice. Thank you that at least there was mayo in the bag. Therefore check! It's best to say when you order that you really want to take EVERYTHING with you ;)

Really bad and unfriendly service. Then it's better not to hire any employees at all than to hire someone so incompetent! The store will never see us again!

It is neat and clean on site. The atmosphere was already decorated for Halloween 🎃, which was nice 😉

An average fast food restaurant with the usual selection. Floor, window panes and tables dirty smeared, very unappetizing. The food came very quickly. There was little going on. Service was inattentive and pushed the full tray return cart away while we wandered around with the trays looking for help.

Unfortunately, food is missing almost every time we pick it up. Yesterday it was the Chicken MgNuggets and that was very annoying. I no longer believe in coincidence...

We were there last night and I can already say: never again. The older man with black and gray hair, obviously the boss, really managed to ruin our evening. I ordered via the app, entered table number 32 and naively thought that the food would be brought to the table - after all, that's the point of it, right? Instead, the restaurant shouted loudly several times that we should pick up the order ourselves. The gentleman is “too busy”. Too busy for what, you ask? For the job he was supposed to do, obviously. Then he runs to another table and personally tells the guests that they should please get their orders themselves. He was kind enough to do this empty-handed. Because why bring the food with you when you can provoke an additional detour? Pure efficiency. To top off the evening, shortly after 11 p.m., we were told in the middle of dinner that we should sit somewhere else because the good man had “closed” this area. When I politely asked if we could at least eat in peace, I was generously allowed to say: “Yes, but not sitting. Eat and go.” Really big cinema. You immediately feel welcome. How one manages to be so unfriendly, lazy and overwhelmed at the same time remains a mystery to me. The gentleman is walking through the restaurant, the tables are all dirty, but he is too busy to do anything - apart from telling the guests to help themselves. There are really many restaurants where you can feel comfortable. This is definitely not one of them. If you like to be shouted at and pay for it - you've come to the right place.

My impression: This McDonald's is probably only able to survive because it has been saving on salads, vegetables and fruits for years. My impression that I've been trying to get rid of for a long time. But now I'm old enough and have the faxes, I'm turning my back on this branch and the employees who behave like Kasper Ronald McDonald. The last chicken burger was so full of ketchup that it completely ruined my white T-shirt. Thank you for that.

I've never been more dissatisfied with a McDonald's than I was with this one. The plant based nuggets received were anything but fresh but cold and dry. The employees in McDrive were friendly but seemed a bit uncoordinated.

We always come to this M when we are in HH because there are good e-charging stations in front of the door, and then we have a coffee. At just under €4, the cappuccino isn't exactly a bargain and the taste can be improved. Delicious ice cream. Unfortunately, the tables were dirty, the staff was bored (cleaning) and tried hard (table service).

So I entered this place for the first time this morning around 7:50 am. The door was open, so it must have been busy. 1 other guest, no one else to be seen. Well, first used the toilet, it was clean and OK. Then I wanted to order (and drink) a coffee, but there was no one from the staff there. Well, I used these terrible monitors to order, at some point I'll have to learn how to use something like that. Receipt printed out with the intention of paying for my coffee and even receiving it at some point. But it was nothing, no chance, I don't think anyone works in this branch, there was no one to be seen. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, I left again. Luckily you can still get coffee in the morning somewhere else ;)

Best McDonald's in Hamburg. Interference always works, it's never a problem and ice cream is always nice. Thanks to the employee who carries out the maintenance correctly. Food always fresh and good. Because McDonalds is rather unhealthy, the food doesn't get more than 3 stars even if it tastes good.

Unfortunately 1 star is still too much. People constantly forget to pack food and have to argue at the counter. Long waiting times are inevitable. You should give this McDonald's a wide berth.

When it comes to fries, people are now systematically cheating. I've been weighing it in the car repeatedly over the last few months and in 2/3 of all cases it was the same amount as in the medium fries. In the restaurant itself they are cleverly placed so that it is not immediately noticeable. Disaster!

After a long day at work you don't feel like cooking and just grab something from the McDrive... Sounds good? Not here! It has happened several times that something is missing when ordering! Delivery service works from all providers, only when it wants to. Food sucks and something is always missing. You always have to check beforehand whether everything is there. You can't order there with the My Mc Donalds app...

My salad had something strung in it and I accept 1 piece but 3 pieces are hard and real and I ate one of them that was brewed before I made the dressing and they also gave me the wrong dressing. Not recommended to eat there

It's nice that a fast food restaurant offers something warm almost around the clock.

Worst drive through experience in my life. The person taking the order clearly had anger issues. Get help dude. Or find a job that’s not customer facing.

I think the photo speaks volumes. What a piece of shit. That wasn't always the case! An increasing number of young employees have joined. You could send them all back home, I'm a young man myself. But that's not possible, so don't even apply there. Toilets looked horrible, at least the air dryer and desi/soap dispenser look really good😂. Tables mostly dirty, greasy as well as the floor and seats. The toilets stink, the floor in front of the goods receiving or ordering area is so greasy that I slip when I lean on it. Are there no foremen or other people who control things like this or is money ruling here again? In any case, juice shop, I only come there to pee because I wash my car next door, even there the floor is cleaner. The dirt on the ground is more edible than the shed. Everyone get out, letters of recommendation should be stapled to your back, you won't find a decent job with such behavior and you can dream of financial freedom for a long time.

Bad service! Ordered two normal hamburgers 🍔 and waited for almost 30 minutes. When asked why it took so long for two hamburgers, the answer was that breakfast had just ended. I would say bad management, because 30 minutes is not okay for a drive in!!!

Franchise headquarters in Germany described the situation. Employees are threatening and shouting at customers for the last time, for sure.

Absolute disaster wanted to order a cheeseburger with cash, the unwilling person behind the cash register said that wasn't possible and directed me to the machine to order.

The first time I was dissatisfied at McDonalds. Although my Big Mac was only prepared when I ordered it, the burger was cold (I don't mean lukewarm, but cold) and the meat was dry. That's why the cheese wasn't melted. Apparently the meat was pre-fried and then just lying around in a bowl. My burgers tasted the same. The atmosphere in the branch was cold, there was practically no heating and everything seemed depressing. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of a gas station and car wash. Most of the time the employees were busy making jokes with each other. Well done, a good mood is important. The rest of this McDonald's was very poor. Parking spaces are rather scarce.

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning. With few customers, the salespeople seemed completely overwhelmed, our entire take-away order was wrong NEVER THIS DIRTY STORE AGAIN!

This McDonald's is further away from my home base, but it is much cleaner and the service is also much better than some other stores. Therefore I can recommend this shop.

The whole store is very unclean... how about wiping the tables? Disgusting. Sweep/mop the floor? Removing smudges... I don't want to know what it looks like in the back of the kitchen... And a lot of things were wrong and cold... oh yeah, and one of the employees kept wiping his nose and getting the orders ready at the same time. BON APPETIT

I got 4 MC Muffin Eggs from McDonald's today. One of them was very crunchy because it had the eggshell on it. Very appetizing. 🤢

Breakfast: 25 minutes waiting time in the drive-in, even though there was only 1 car in front of me and the parking lot was almost empty. And then half the order was wrong and half was cold...

It was just a drive-thru. Friendly, quick and easy to understand.

Every now and then something was missing from the order, which was usually replaced immediately. And of course the ice cream machine is always broken. But otherwise nice branch.

Well, new staff and unfortunately worsened. The playhouse for the kids is rocked and the burgers are getting smaller and smaller. The answer to the question why the Mc Chicken Classic is as big as a chicken burger was that it comes from the toaster.

I'll never go here again. Such bad service, the apparent management is unfriendly and aggressive. We sang a birthday song to my brother and he forbade us because there was no birthday registered here. Crazy how heartless and disgusting.

Das Essen schmeckt wie in allen Filialen, so soll es auch sein. Mcdrive per App bestellen, bezahlen und essen erhalten. Hat überwiegend geklappt. Im Restaurant, die Schilder für den Service an den Tisch fehlen öfters. Die Tische werden überwiegend nicht abgewischt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht freundlich. Die Erfahrung sind aus mehreren Besuchern.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen kommt schnell und ist frisch! Kommen immer gern her.

Meiner Erfahrung nach der beste Laden im Osten Hamburgs. Essen immer schnell und frisch. Vor allem im Drive: Immer ALLES in der Tüte und zügige Abfertigung, das wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wenn, dann zu diesem Laden. Kompliment!

Ich habe noch nie so freundlichen Service erlebt. Alles wurde sofort abgeräumt. Das ganze Team super drauf! Und wir wurden sogar noch darauf hingewiesen dass wir bei Mehrwegbechern Pfand wiederbekommen! 😀

Vorsicht bei der Auffahrt zur Filiale. durch parkende autos an der strasse übersieht man leicht die Radfahrer.

Dieser McDonalds ist sehr sauber und hat ein sehr freundliches Personal. Leider gibt es zu den Getränken keine Deckel und keine Strohhalme mehr, dass liegt zwar an allgemein McDonalds aber man sollte nicht auf alles verzichten sondern eine Lösung finden. Ansonsten ist das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

Einer der sehr wenigen Filialen ohne Beanstandungen, Personal freundlich und schnell. Produkte noch heiß und frisch zubereitet. Tischservice innerhalb 4-5 Minuten auch bei Sonderbestellungen trotz tlw hoher Frequenz. Gasträume sauber , kein Abräum oder Reinigungsdefezite. Personal intern entspannt, trotz schnellen Service und hoher Frequenz. Klare Empfehlung für den Betreiber bzw. Standort.

Typischer McDonalds mit "der Kunde macht alles selber" Ambiente. Tischservice war OK, freundlich und relativ schnell, allerdings war auch nicht viel los. Toiletten waren OK. Allerdings sind selbst die McDonalds Preise inzwischen angezogen.

Die hatten 2 Cheeseburger vergessen, haben das auch sofort gemerkt und haben uns als Entschuldigung 2 Eis und 1 Spielzeug für unsere kleine gegeben mega lieb und aufmerksam danke 🙏❤️

Qualitaet einwandfrei. Sehr freundlicher Service insbesondere bei Problem mit der App. Man sitzt auf Terrasse in angenehmer Umgebung, Plaetze mit Sonne oder falls gewuenscht im Schatten.
