Had a meal there and got a parking ticket for parking too long, it was an expensive meal. If you want to drink a coffee and eat comfortably on site, absolutely not recommended.

Hello, I would recommend adding more salt to the fries. When asked for more salt - not to be confused with sea salt - the answer was “Enjoy your meal”. But it's good that they put up a sign to remind you: "Forgot something?" - Yes, salt on the fries!

Food on site, there was no menu on the screen. and the colleague didn't understand why I didn't get up to get my food. I'm just saying customer friendliness is a must! At Mc Don. It is brought to the table. Furthermore, the menu was put together incorrectly and the employees said there was no wifi, my cell phone said full reception just no access by employees. So a straight 6 for this visit, more than disappointed! Not here anymore!

i came very late but still got food and it tasted amazing. i was surprised as i didnt expected much from a fast food chain. it was a meal to enjoy for sure. the place was clean and the staff that served me was friendly.

Waited 45 minutes, received the first notification after 30 minutes. Then still put cucumbers on it and recup isn't even offered. Never again.

The path from the parking lot to the door leads directly via the entrance. Since there was nothing going on, it was manageable, but it was poorly planned in rush hour and with children. But the big negative was the food. I had a Big King menu which was ready within a minute of ordering. The cola was normal but both the fries and the burger were cold. Hunger drove it in anyway, but when it's empty, I don't understand why people prepare things instead of making them fresh.

I bought a coffee and it wasn't hot and it didn't taste like coffee either. Never again !!

The food was eatable but the "Coca Cola" was like a water.. one burger was missing and when my friend told that to the staff the main guy there was a bit rude.. at the end for that kind of prices everything should be much better

I was there Saturday to Sunday night and can only report positive things. Friendly staff, the food was prepared very quickly and the quality of the burgers was also good and not soggy or similar. Seats were clean - a very good Burger King in my opinion.

I had taken the food with me and started eating during the car ride. That was really bad food. The beef on the burger really tasted very rotten. I couldn't eat 2/4 burgers, despite being hungry -.- I had to throw away the nuggets and fries straight away. Could this be due to the oil not being changed? You couldn't enjoy the food at all.

Basically friendly staff, but sometimes limited in German. Unfortunately, the ordering terminals at Burger King are generally very slow.

Modernly renovated, food as you would expect from Burger King. And service, since you can order via these terminals, there are no errors but it could be faster.

Your menu has gotten worse and worse. The ambience too. The service has been consistently bad for years. And now you're asking for money to use your toilets? My way to the toilet was literally blocked. Because of their lack of knowledge of German, I couldn't make it clear to the "expert staff" that I would like to at least wash my hands before looking for change in my pocket. "First pay, then go to the toilet!"... The fact that my hands were smeared from eating the burger didn't bother him much. Perhaps there will soon be additional parking fees while you are inside or an extra surcharge for the drive-in? Sorry, but BK is absolutely no longer recommended. And especially in Hamburg you have significantly better alternatives in all respects. P.S. According to paragraph 7 of the GastVo, no fees may be charged for using the toilet in Hamburg. The trade inspectorate would certainly be happy to receive a tip.

So I love the big King XXL. It always works for me and it was really tasty. I usually eat the burger alone. This time I chose a menu which was a mistake. I always thought Fanta was yellow? Yours was orange and tasted like Mirinda. In any case, it's absurd to call something like that Fanta. And then the fries... I used to love your fries a few years ago and you were always better with the fries than the golden M. But what you presented to me as fries last week wasn't tasty. Crispy on the outside and mashed potatoes on the inside which tasted like disgusting fryer grease. In the future I will only eat the big King XXL on its own and save on the side dishes.

I felt sick after eating with you. Spent the rest of the evening on the Lokus. Maybe I don't even want to know how long the burgers have been in your storage or what you do with them to make one of them so sick🤢🤢🤮 Never again. Inshallah, the health department will soon close the shop.

I'll do an update: We are there several times a year and now people know us 🙈. The boss is too stingy for a soft ice cream machine, the excuse "machine is broken or out" doesn't count, there simply isn't one. I complain every time but nothing changes. Several people have to complain. We drive to moorfleet if we e.g. want a merger. There are 3 employees there who, for me, are among the top staff in the drive. When they are there it works. There are also 2 that have no place in the drive. Depending on the cast, it varies whether e.g. Mayo is forgotten or the wrong drinks come. But the fries are always great. Sometimes there's a lack of salt, but that doesn't bother you, you can add salt yourself. Definitely better than McDonald's. As of 3 years ago: Burger optics so-so. Not really anything on it. Ordered King Box and a menu via the drive in. After we had our food, we first had to sort out who owned what - which might be ok in the store, but it's annoying in the car. We discovered a burger was wrong. It was exchanged without any problems - which is a good thing. When I parked around the corner, I noticed that the nuggets were missing from the King Box, but the sauce was there - going back and complaining doesn't make much sense after several minutes. Two mistakes and chaos in the bags is not very professional for system catering, and there may be little evidence. Thanks to Corona, there wasn't much going on, so it was super stressful, which led to mistakes. Last drive visit was already 3 months ago but there were also errors in the compilation.

I don't find the staff particularly customer friendly. If you order in the drive-thru and you can't understand the loudspeaker announcement because it's just too loud and you then want to place the order, it's a shame that you can't take the order at the payment window. They don't even offer to show up to the window because the communication for ordering doesn't work well. Then you describe the problem, but you don't even get an answer. Then they asked if it was ketchup or mayonnaise and then said: "No thanks, neither" and then found out that you put it in the bag, which I think could be improved for customer service. Afterwards, when it's handed out, you'll be asked what order you had, then you'll tell them what it is and then it's still not ready, I don't know. That sometimes one component takes longer, no question, that's normal, but then the whole order. You don't have to give in often.

This is the only cafe in the world where you have to pay 40 euros to visit! After a meeting with a friend where we ate inedible food, drank diluted coffee and talked to each other for a little over 1 hour in a completely empty cafe, I have a bill from "Loayl Parking" for 45.10 euros for parking too long receive. For a normal person this is complete nonsense, but for a cafe that has no visitors anyway, it is the only way to make at least a little money ))))

Drive in keeps forgetting things that have been ordered even though you ask specifically, everything is there, they keep forgetting something. Very annoying.

People like to go to the restaurant. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the food is cold or the wrong one.

A good Burger King branch with delicious preparation. As is usual with such fast food chains, the employees are busy, but they are friendly and quick when it comes to delivering the order. Ordering via a terminal is also very convenient and works great.

NEGATIVE! - €45.90 fine for own customers!!! Hi, they fine their own customers if they park there for longer than 60 minutes. It was always different and suddenly like that. I have now received 2x fines amounting to €45.90 within two weeks. Extremely customer-unfriendly only 60 minutes!

Die Belegausgabepflicht ist hier anscheinend ein Fremdword. Bei meinen Drive-In Besuchen mit Barzahlung wurde kein Bon ausgehändigt. Liegt es vielleicht daran, dass ich Coupons bei der Bestellung verwende?

Die Personalnot ist gerade überall zu spüren. Hier scheint es immer noch nichts besser zu werden. Trotz der Entlastung des Personals durch die Bestellautomaten ist hier keine Verbesserung zu bemerken. Schade, den für ein Schnellrestaurant muss man dann doch recht lange warten

I was enjoying my meal until I found the hair in the fries. Think these guys need hair and beard coverings to keep the food from being contaminated. Outside of this event it’s a BK. Nothing new to describe.

Fast Food halt....Der X-tra Long Chilli Cheese(Patties) war leider sehr trocken und kalt, aber die Pommes und der Whopper waren gut. Die Parkzeit für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen okay.(Videoaufzeichnung des Kennzeichens) Man muss halt drauf achten, sonst gibt's halt nen Strafzettel.... Die Tische werden regelmäßig, nach jedem Gast gewischt und die Bedienung hat uns "guten Appetit" gewünscht.😀 Hört man auch selten beim Schnellimbiss....

Ist nen Burger King wie jeder andere aber nette und Hilfsbereite Bedienung. Besoffen ist dort noch viel besser.

BK halt. Das Essen ist OK, wenn man mal Bock auch ungesundes fettiges Essen hat. Im Gegensatz zu Mc Donalds schmecken die Burger - auch die Veganen - schön rauchig nach offener Flamme. Preise sind normal.

Bestellung funktionierte nicht am Automaten und mir wurde nicht geglaubt. Meine Zeit geht dadurch flöten und musste an zum zweiten Mal an die Kasse. Dazu gibt es keinen USB-C Anschluss, was sich für 2023 nicht in einem deutschen Land gehört. Ein Hoch auf die Technologie. Wir kamen nur hierher in der Hoffnung, dass wir unser totes Handy laden können. Damit meine Freundin nicht 100km weit mit der Bahn ohne Akku fahren sollte. Jedoch hat das Essen geschmeckt. Halb Danke❤️

Ambiente drinnen ist super. Der Service war unfreundlich, hatte mich aufgefordert nicht zu schlafen. Essen war wie immer.

Das Essen ist katastrophal....., zusammengematscht , lieblos. Für das Geld kann man schon gemütlich essen gehen. Ich kann das nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!!
