Something always goes wrong with the order: Sometimes the nuggets are rock hard and not edible, sometimes the fries AND THIS IS NOT AN UNIQUE CASE

Was there on Sunday evening with a friend. After a busy weekend, we just wanted to have something to eat and have a nice chat. Something went wrong with each of our orders. The shift manager (at least I think) reacted quite annoyed, which didn't surprise me that much. Everyone else present also had to complain again and again. The best thing of all was that around 10:30 p.m. a few workers a few tables away suddenly blocked something off and then started drilling and flexing loudly. We left shortly after because it was too loud....customer focused means something different to me!! The branch leaves a lot to be desired and more competent staff should urgently be hired.

People, it's too much to ask to get what you ordered. The flower pickers can call me whatever they want, but is it too much to ask for food in Germany with the German language? The people who work there don't understand anything, so I'm not surprised that it never works. Every visit to mc always ends badly....

Actually 1 star. But given the advanced time (Sunday morning 2.30 a.m.) I'll add an asterisk. The elves weren't in the mood. They gave away fries, but they were cold. Somehow a lot of it tasted like plastic flowers. Oh well, actually I should give another star for creativity and architecture, because I got another perfectly solid burger in the box - upside down. Yes, it was funny. But the review is not intended to represent my enjoyment...

!!!SCANDAL!!! There was a MEAT PATTY in my VEGAN burger. After the burger was handed to me, I immediately noticed that something was wrong here. I took a bite and immediately realized that I had bitten into meat! I then immediately went to the employees and complained. The first three employees simply sent me on my way because they didn't understand me. Another employee came to the checkout and took the burger from me, then said he would bring me a new burger. After 20 MINUTES OF WAITING, I was clearly getting tired of it. I went to the checkout and complained to every single employee, but most of them didn't even listen to me. When the manager finally came and I had to tell this story 500 times, this manager also had the nerve to incorrectly correct me that it was a veggie burger and not a vegan burger, which is not true at all. After further complaining and discussing, he finally gave me my money back. I have experienced such unfriendliness, irresponsibility and disrespect even in a McDonalds. Shame on this store!!!

“Fast food” here you have to wait 30+ minutes :-(

Actually I should be able to give it 2 1/2 stars. In terms of quality, everything is as you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, it has now happened several times that parts of the takeaway meal were charged for but were then missing from the bag, which is annoying. If the line is long, one of the employees looks at you to take the bag and leave. But I can only recommend taking the time and checking every product - is it packed correctly - is it complete?

The last time I was here was 4 months ago and it was already very dirty. I don't think it has been cleaned since then? Definitely the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to, I feel the need to clean my shoes because the floor was so sticky, especially in the toilet... it doesn't help if the food is OK because then you wonder how clean the kitchen is 🥲 I won't come back here.

Now the store has been closed for a long time due to renovations, but they don't really have anything under control. With every order something doesn't fit, you're always chasing something. The employees are always friendly when there are complaints. Cleanliness at the tables leaves a lot to be desired. Toilets also leave a lot to be desired, everything stinks and is dirty. I've noticed it many times, so it's not a coincidence, bad luck, an isolated incident or anything like that.

If you eat here, it's your own fault. Hygiene is a foreign word for this branch.

I ordered a small breakfast in the morning about half an hour after the store opened. Had to wait half an hour. Instead of the chicken breakfast sandwich I ordered, I got one with eggs. The lady who served was in a really bad mood. Everyone has a bad day, but you don't have to let it out on your customers. Never there again.

It's endlessly dirty, you can hardly go to the toilet because the floor is sticky. The music is so loud that you can no longer talk.

A catastrophe since the renovation. Eternal waiting time, food cold, sloppy toppings (fileto fish) only had half a slice of cheese on it, the M and BigTastyBacon looked like it had just been thrown in a box. Plus everything is cold. McDonald's with the new terminals means you can place even more complicated orders in peace. Only drawback. Parking lot is too small. Had to park in a parking bay on the other side of the street

I got a Minecraft menu. They forgot my fries. I cried the whole car ride. please never forget😔

McDonald's was worse than I ever expected. Not only was the service unprofessional and poor, but the restaurant manager behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unacceptable manner. Their interactions were rude and disrespectful which made the entire experience hugely disappointing. It is unfortunate to encounter such behavior in a place that is supposed to provide respectful and friendly service. I hope that the necessary measures will be taken to improve the quality of service and ensure that customers are treated with respect in the future.

It is a very bad restaurant, the meat is mixed together

I find it extremely unhygienic to work with long nails, let alone artificial ones! Both the employees and the shift manager had grown-out artificial nails! This should be banned when working with food!

Ordered takeaway food. Half was forgotten. A total of 3 burgers were forgotten. 24€ just gone. We only noticed it at home.

I have to give a shout out to the crispy chicken burger, which was freshly made and, yes, really crispy! Food came quickly. They work very hard. The toilet was clean. The only thing that bothered me was that the waitress walked very quickly and somewhat chaotically/restlessly through the salon to find the table where the food was ordered. They often raced past me while I was eating and it was a bit annoying...

For the third time in a row the burgers were cold. So not cold again but never warmed up, the cheese not melted. The fries were only half filled and completely unsalted. Something is fundamentally wrong here!!!

It's a McDonald's. Nothing less, nothing more. Recently redesigned interior with McCafe inside, looking good.

Probably the dirtiest McDonald's we've ever been to! An employee actually started sweeping the floor, as quickly as he was there he was gone and the tables were left with ketchup, old fries and leftover food. But not only were the tables and the floor in the entire MC completely dirty, the toilet didn't look any different either. Dirty toilet, empty soap and last but not least, my daughter and I's shoes were stuck to the floor. Impudence!

For the second time! Fries and burgers are missing from Happy Meals! You have to open everything and check.

Not too good at getting our order of 2 burgers, salad, fries, mayo, cola zero & caramel macchiato correct! No caramel in the Caramel Macchiato, Bacon missing on the McCrispy Curry, no fork for the salad, but a plus point was an unordered Cola!! They did manage to supply the strawberry cakes for dessert without any problems though and the staff were very willing to correct the mistakes.

I've been to this branch several times now and every time it's absolute chaos. The waiting times are extremely long - even for small orders you wait in line forever. And when you finally get your food, the order is often wrong or incomplete. Particularly annoying: Instead of plant-based nuggets, I got chicken nuggets every single time. For someone who consciously eats plant-based, this is absolutely unacceptable. In addition, the entire store is often dirty - tables are not cleared, packaging and garbage are lying around. The staff seems overwhelmed and not particularly trying to improve the situation. I was hoping that things might get better, but after several visits I can only say: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this branch.

This McDonalds is probably still in hibernation. It was cold like the tundra. The food was also cold. Not lukewarm. Cold as icicles. And incomplete. The tables were dirty and there was no soap in the toilets. The departure was a relief.

Complete disaster since renovation. You wait forever, whether you eat there or take it away. The employees seem completely overwhelmed. The whole process is a farce - unfortunately. There was a motorcyclist standing on MC Drive who no one noticed inside. Many cars were running again. In the end everyone went in. Over 30 minutes until I finally had my menu. If MC Drive with a motorcycle is not possible you should hang a sign there ☹️

!!!!! Dirty cups!!!!! On December 13th, 2024 I bought a menu using a reusable cup. When the drink was empty, I was horrified to discover that the cup had not been cleaned!!!! I then complained directly to McDonald's. I was informed by MC Donalds that they had forwarded the incident to the franchisee in Freising. To date I have not received any response from the operator. Maybe the health department should take a closer look!!! Something like that shouldn't be allowed!!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty, annoyed staff, disgusting food. 20 minutes waiting time for a burger with fries and a drink (everything was cold except for the drink). During the 20 minutes I was also able to observe the work flow in the kitchen, which was catastrophic. They throw the food around, the opened burgers were sometimes completely covered on the worktop for several minutes, sometimes all the employees had disappeared, I have no idea where they all suddenly went. The ladies at this McDonald's are truly the slowest employees I have ever seen at this chain.. On the holiday (exactly 4 people were sitting in the restaurant) we waited 15 minutes for 2x pancakes and 1 breakfast menu. The “nice” lady handed us the tablet and left without a word The sanitary rooms are also by far the dirtiest.

From a former McDonalds with an airport/airliner atmosphere to a no longer so fresh NormaloBurgerStation with unfortunately always unclean toilets. The burgers are slapped together carelessly and unfortunately there are often long waiting times in the drive-thru. But I would like to emphasize that there are super nice and fast employees in this branch, but they aren't always there, so the feeling of well-being or welcome changes to "quickly gone again". In summer there is often no ice cream, otherwise products often run out, e.g. spicy nuggets or cheese wedges...

I often use different Mc Drives when I'm out and about. But here in Freising it is really underground. The staff is annoyed, unfriendly and overwhelmed. It's a big coincidence if you don't have a fork, salad dressing or something like that. I gave the change as a tip last time. There wasn't even a thank you.

For me one of the worst McDonald's there is. Unfortunately, it gets worse every time. The burgers are carelessly thrown together so that half of the cheese is on the burger and the other half is in the packaging. Plus it's cold and the pettis are so dry that you can't eat them. The nuggets ice cream cold and dry. They've probably been there a little longer. We also managed to forget the fries with a Happy Meal. After you point this out, the fries are hand-printed into your hand without a word and turned over. Unfortunately, not the first time. Conclusion: Despite the team change, things are getting worse instead of better. You should work on the “kitchen” again and reconsider the service idea.

Staff seems hopelessly overwhelmed. Tables dirty. Although fries were ordered, a box of half fries was unfortunately cold. Annoyed when I complained, they threw back the fries that had already been prepared in boxes and then put them back in the box. Lukewarm again. But no wonder either. €2.89 for 14 fries… that’s a joke! You take four bites of the chili cheeseburger and it's gone... I don't usually write reviews unless it's particularly good or particularly bad. And in this McDonald's the quantity for the money is a disgrace! 15€ for that little bit of food. That was the last time, definitely! And besides, I hate these self-service kiosks! All communication will be abolished. It's not just in McDonald's, it's annoying everywhere!

Die Mitarbeiter hatten zu tun,es war Mittagszeit.Allerdings waren alle miesepetrig,überfordert &dazu echt unfreundlich!Als ich verständnisvoll und freundlich nach den fehlenden Tomaten und dem Salat auf dem Burger fragte wurde er mir unfreundlich aus der Hand gerissen! Während ich wartete, beobachtete ich, wie dem sehr jungen Kollegen für den „Tischservice“ ein Tablett entglitt und ein Teil der Pommes auf dem Boden landete.. diese wurden schnell wieder mit der bloßenHand aufgehoben und einfach wieder zurück gelegt… Mahlzeit ! Die Führungskraft die mir meinen neu bestückten, kalten RoyalTS brachte warf ihn auf die Theke, wie andere dem Hund den Knochen zuwerfen und sah mich dabei nur böse an. Danke dafür. Wenn ich euch zu viel Arbeit gemacht habe, weil ihr den Salat und die Tomaten vergessen habt ..tut es mir leid ! Sorry kommt nicht mehr vor ! Im Eingangsbereich sieht es schon unsauber aus … aber die Toiletten ein Paradebeispiel dafür wie es nicht aussehen und schon garnicht müffeln sollte ! Einfach nur schmutzig verschmierte Wände und Griffe..

I'm not used to something like that from Maci. Visited on November 21st. at 11:15 p.m. I had to find a table that was reasonably clean. The toilets were dirty and the fries were lukewarm. Luckily this maci is only an isolated case, everyone else can do it better.

Had to wait 50 minutes for our food. The waitress said it was busy (people only came after we ordered). The shop was dirty and full of rubbish!

A whole 11 minutes just waiting at the pickup window because the employees prefer to play with their cell phones. 2 loose cups were handed to you and when you asked for a cup holder the window was thrown so close that it almost broke. Despite the table number, I had to serve myself. I've only had bad experiences in this store. The last time I had to wait over 20 minutes for a coffee. The drive-in was being served at high pressure, unfortunately the people in the restaurant weren't served!

I ordered two bacon and egg McMuffins for breakfast. There were slight traces of mold on both rolls. That was my last visit there.

Have been here again for a long time. Unfortunately very disappointed. With fast food, one might assume that it would be quick. Instead, a long wait for the food. We picked it up and immediately opened it in the car and ate it. However, the ice cream was already melted and the fries were old, lukewarm and rubbery. Overall just poor service. This should be better coordinated in the system catering.

When I ordered at McDrive, the ketchup and mayo I ordered was missing, but I had paid for it. The fries were not, or almost not, salted, and without the sauces 😖😖😖 It's difficult to check your order in a line of cars. Napkins were also completely missing, the cheeseburgers were cold, not even lukewarm, but cold 😞, even though there was a huge rush. The girls had a lot of fun together at the serving window. I've never experienced anything like today. I drove to the drive at 8:30 a.m. and wanted breakfast. For the first time, one thing was already sold out at this time (Mc Toast, breakfast wrap) and then the lady at the counter told me that you had to take everything on the menu (1x Mc Muffin, 1x a hot drink and 1x O-juice. But I just wanted to 2x the McMuffin and 1x OJ. Apparently that's not possible, she said. I've gotten breakfast there several times and it's always worked. And the best thing is that there were almost no guests there and I still had to wait almost 15 minutes. Wait. I'd rather go to the one in Landshut, it's 1000x better and they always have EVERYTHING there.

Been there this evening, MC Drive... doesn't work... everything inside is dirty and most of the tables are littered with rubbish,... tray shelves full and littered, tables dirty... old cold fries,... burgers luke warm.....thanks you don't need it...

Eating was like this, I know it better but also worse from McDonald’s. But when it comes to cleanliness, I've rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's. The tray returns are overflowing, the staff is busy with themselves and celebrating to Arabic music in the kitchen.

The McDonalds could actually be good, BUT the employees are incompetent. The employees are having fun with very loud Albanian music, which was probably played from a private speaker, while the customers were made to feel very uncomfortable. It doesn't work at all. Food is okay. Tray drop-off very full as the employees are busy "elsewhere".

2 x cold cheeseburgers (cheese not melted) unusually poor quality of the Big Mac (2x) and the cheesecake was still partly frozen

Today, for the 2nd time in a row, only half of the order was received at the DriveIn. The staff just shrugged their shoulders at my complaint. Everything in this branch has to be checked before you leave the counter, no matter how long the stop is.

Food disaster, didn't get what I ordered, they can't notice 2 simple things, it was the third and last time here, I've never seen such a bad McDonald's!

The best thing here is that it is not as crowded as other McDonalds. At lunchtime you can sometimes eat here almost alone. In McDrive it can happen that you only answer "Yes?" or “Yes, please?” is greeted, which I actually find quite amusing. Never had to wait long at McDrive. Fast food as it should be.

Everything worked, which rarely works with an order of 60 euros. However, the statement sue gave onl8ne bought and paid for. Today it worked for one in a hundred. It's not what you want to hear after selecting 1/2 on your cell phone

We've been going to this Mc's for a long time and it's getting worse and worse. The food is really just “slapped together”… If (now comes the service problem for me) everything or the right thing arrives at the place.
