McDonald's in Freising

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty, annoyed staff, disgusting food. 20 minutes waiting time for a burger with fries and a drink (everything was cold except for the drink). During the 20 minutes I was also able to observe the work flow in the kitchen, which was catastrophic. They throw the food around, the opened burgers were sometimes completely covered on the worktop for several minutes, sometimes all the employees had disappeared, I have no idea where they all suddenly went. When I asked where my order was, the only answer I got was really stupid: “Yes, it just takes a little longer!!. I'll never set foot in that disgusting food stall again. The MCs in Weixerau is simply perfect

The cheeseburger is missing from my order for what feels like the 100th time. I have the feeling when I drive through the drive that items are deliberately forgotten. The store is simply bottomless.

Absolutely unwilling staff, even one star is too much... if you don't like dealing with people, DON'T DO IT!! Never again

The ladies at this McDonald's are truly the slowest employees I have ever seen at this chain.. On the holiday (exactly 4 people were sitting in the restaurant) we waited 15 minutes for 2x pancakes and 1 breakfast menu. The “nice” lady handed us the tablet and left without a word The sanitary rooms are also by far the dirtiest.

It has slowed down a lot in the last year, very long waiting times, sometimes seems chaotic, and sometimes really borderline trashy. By the way. I've just been standing at the drive-in for 20 minutes, any questions?

Fries not ready, nuggets not ready and taste like old oil, burgers already cold!

From a former McDonalds with an airport/airliner atmosphere to a no longer so fresh NormaloBurgerStation with unfortunately always unclean toilets. The burgers are slapped together carelessly and unfortunately there are often long waiting times in the drive-thru. But I would like to emphasize that there are super nice and fast employees in this branch, but they aren't always there, so the feeling of well-being or welcome changes to "quickly gone again". In summer there is often no ice cream, otherwise products often run out, e.g. spicy nuggets or cheese wedges...

Cold food, wrong orders, before they realized it and made new burgers, the rest of the food was already cold, I don't recommend it ❗❗❗

The breakfast is no longer edible and I'm not just speaking for myself...where did the scrambled eggs with bacon and rolls go??? We will never have breakfast there again

I often use different Mc Drives when I'm out and about. But here in Freising it is really underground. The staff is annoyed, unfriendly and overwhelmed. It's a big coincidence if you don't have a fork, salad dressing or something like that. I gave the change as a tip last time. There wasn't even a thank you.

For me one of the worst McDonald's there is. Unfortunately, it gets worse every time. The burgers are carelessly thrown together so that half of the cheese is on the burger and the other half is in the packaging. Plus it's cold and the pettis are so dry that you can't eat them. The nuggets ice cream cold and dry. They've probably been there a little longer. We also managed to forget the fries with a Happy Meal. After you point this out, the fries are hand-printed into your hand without a word and turned over. Unfortunately, not the first time. Conclusion: Despite the team change, things are getting worse instead of better. You should work on the “kitchen” again and reconsider the service idea.

Staff seems hopelessly overwhelmed. Tables dirty. Although fries were ordered, a box of half fries was unfortunately cold. Annoyed when I complained, they threw back the fries that had already been prepared in boxes and then put them back in the box. Lukewarm again. But no wonder either. A lot of boxes of fries were prepared and placed in the waiting position. There was hardly anything going on locally. Overwhelm incomprehensible. The mayonnaise we ordered is missing anyway. Then ordered coffee with milk, what was missing was milk. When asked, “take it in front.” Unfortunately there was no milk there. Staff totally annoyed.

€2.89 for 14 fries… that’s a joke! You take four bites of the chili cheeseburger and it's gone... I don't usually write reviews unless it's particularly good or particularly bad. And in this McDonald's the quantity for the money is a disgrace! 15€ for that little bit of food. That was the last time, definitely! And besides, I hate these self-service kiosks! All communication will be abolished. It's not just in McDonald's, it's annoying everywhere!

There wasn't even such an embarrassing paper straw when I asked for my daughter because she had Fanta instead of a milkshake. Super embarrassing!! Shame on you!! 👎 In addition, some of the food we ordered was missing, but it was served without any problems.

Dirty toilets, disorganized service, the fries without salt and totally weak, burgers only lukewarm, coffee bar totally dirty, coffee cups not really clean and the milk is left outside without refrigeration...

Dies ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen der zweite, allerdings auch vorläufig der letzte Besuch dort! Der Royal TS kam wie beim ersten Mal ohne Salat und ohne Tomaten. Die Mitarbeiter hatten zu tun,es war Mittagszeit.Allerdings waren alle miesepetrig,überfordert &dazu echt unfreundlich!Als ich verständnisvoll und freundlich nach den fehlenden Tomaten und dem Salat auf dem Burger fragte wurde er mir unfreundlich aus der Hand gerissen! Während ich wartete, beobachtete ich, wie dem sehr jungen Kollegen für den „Tischservice“ ein Tablett entglitt und ein Teil der Pommes auf dem Boden landete.. diese wurden schnell wieder mit der bloßenHand aufgehoben und einfach wieder zurück gelegt… Mahlzeit ! Die Führungskraft die mir meinen neu bestückten, kalten RoyalTS brachte warf ihn auf die Theke, wie andere dem Hund den Knochen zuwerfen und sah mich dabei nur böse an. Danke dafür. Wenn ich euch zu viel Arbeit gemacht habe, weil ihr den Salat und die Tomaten vergessen habt ..tut es mir leid ! Sorry kommt nicht mehr vor ! Im Eingangsbereich sieht es schon unsauber aus … aber die Toiletten ein Paradebeispiel dafür wie es nicht aussehen und schon garnicht müffeln sollte ! Einfach nur schmutzig verschmierte Wände und Griffe..

The food is fine, the service is nice, but you have to do the math, unfortunately. You don't always get everything, and that can be infuriating. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not the strength of the business either.

I'm not used to something like that from Maci. Visited on November 21st. at 11:15 p.m. I had to find a table that was reasonably clean. The toilets were dirty and the fries were lukewarm. Luckily this maci is only an isolated case, everyone else can do it better.

Had to wait 50 minutes for our food. The waitress said it was busy (people only came after we ordered). The shop was dirty and full of rubbish!

20 minutes in Mc Drive with 2 cars in front of us. And that with online ordering and payment. Simply a disaster. A whole 11 minutes just waiting at the pickup window because the employees prefer to play with their cell phones. 2 loose cups were handed to you and when you asked for a cup holder the window was thrown so close that it almost broke. This store is a complete disaster.

Terrible. You can only pay by card. The food takes forever and has little to do with almost stupid. Overpriced, carelessly prepared burgers, portions of fries are a joke. The wrong gift was included in the Happy Meal even though it was selected. That didn't exist anymore. Unfriendly service when exchanging the gift. My food was still lukewarm. Thank you never again

Despite the table number, I had to serve myself. I've only had bad experiences in this store. The last time I had to wait over 20 minutes for a coffee. The drive-in was being served at high pressure, unfortunately the people in the restaurant weren't served!

I ordered two bacon and egg McMuffins for breakfast. There were slight traces of mold on both rolls. That was my last visit there.

Have been here again for a long time. Unfortunately very disappointed. With fast food, one might assume that it would be quick. Instead, a long wait for the food. We picked it up and immediately opened it in the car and ate it. However, the ice cream was already melted and the fries were old, lukewarm and rubbery. Overall just poor service. This should be better coordinated in the system catering.

In the evening there are usually a lot of customers and longer waiting times but otherwise it's quite okay.

When I ordered at McDrive, the ketchup and mayo I ordered was missing, but I had paid for it. The fries were not, or almost not, salted, and without the sauces 😖😖😖 It's difficult to check your order in a line of cars. Napkins were also completely missing, the cheeseburgers were cold, not even lukewarm, but cold 😞, even though there was a huge rush. The girls had a lot of fun together at the serving window. I've never experienced anything like today. I drove to the drive at 8:30 a.m. and wanted breakfast. For the first time, one thing was already sold out at this time (Mc Toast, breakfast wrap) and then the lady at the counter told me that you had to take everything on the menu (1x Mc Muffin, 1x a hot drink and 1x O-juice. But I just wanted to 2x the McMuffin and 1x OJ. Apparently that's not possible, she said. I've gotten breakfast there several times and it's always worked. And the best thing is that there were almost no guests there and I still had to wait almost 15 minutes. Wait. I'd rather go to the one in Landshut, it's 1000x better and they always have EVERYTHING there.

Been there this evening, MC Drive... doesn't work... everything inside is dirty and most of the tables are littered with rubbish,... tray shelves full and littered, tables dirty... old cold fries,... burgers luke warm.....thanks you don't need it...

Eating was like this, I know it better but also worse from McDonald’s. But when it comes to cleanliness, I've rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's. The tray returns are overflowing, the staff is busy with themselves and celebrating to Arabic music in the kitchen.

The McDonalds could actually be good, BUT the employees are incompetent. The employees are having fun with very loud Albanian music, which was probably played from a private speaker, while the customers were made to feel very uncomfortable. It doesn't work at all. Food is okay. Tray drop-off very full as the employees are busy "elsewhere".

2 x cold cheeseburgers (cheese not melted) unusually poor quality of the Big Mac (2x) and the cheesecake was still partly frozen

Today, for the 2nd time in a row, only half of the order was received at the DriveIn. The staff just shrugged their shoulders at my complaint. Everything in this branch has to be checked before you leave the counter, no matter how long the stop is.

Food disaster, didn't get what I ordered, they can't notice 2 simple things, it was the third and last time here, I've never seen such a bad McDonald's!

The best thing here is that it is not as crowded as other McDonalds. At lunchtime you can sometimes eat here almost alone. In McDrive it can happen that you only answer "Yes?" or “Yes, please?” is greeted, which I actually find quite amusing. Never had to wait long at McDrive. Fast food as it should be.

Everything worked, which rarely works with an order of 60 euros. However, the statement sue gave onl8ne bought and paid for. Today it worked for one in a hundred. It's not what you want to hear after selecting 1/2 on your cell phone

Usually McDonald's food tastes the same everywhere, except for this one. In the last 10 orders spread over 1 year, not a single one was complete. Something is always forgotten or mixed up.

The most disgusting McDonald's branch I've ever been to. There were less than 10 customers in the store and there was trash everywhere, food and drinks on the tables, chairs and the floor!

Yesterday around lunchtime I ordered 2 St. Cheeseburgers here. Since the evening I was sick with diarrhea and severe stomach pain for 1 day. I couldn't sleep or work either. I'm not sure if it was because of my food, but it could be. Otherwise I ate the same as my wife and daughter. They have no symptoms. So please be careful.

Different but very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Well-salted fries and a paper straw for the Coke were also available upon request. They are allowed, as CC wrote to me when I asked.

There were 3 items missing from my order and there was no response to service queries or constructive criticism.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's! The tables must not have been wiped for a long time because the napkin was brown when I wiped it! The toilets were not accessible and the trolleys for the trays were overcrowded! Terrible!

We ordered 2 large milkshakes but then got 2 small ones and one of them was in a used cup (the lid was full of coffee stains and the cup also + tasted like coffee) really disgusting. The staff couldn't even speak German!!!

Be careful at the drive in!!! I was there yesterday as we were traveling and ordered for my children. If I hadn't checked, my children would have been cheated out of a cheeseburger and fries. When I informed the lady at the counter about the missing meals, I was given a blunt answer: “No, ONLY the fries are missing,” as if they had been “forgotten” on purpose. It was in the direction of a discussion or dispute, because I know what I ordered, paid for and then received... In this branch you basically have to be careful at the drive-in, because something is almost always missing! It's hard for me to say that it's a mistake because it happens extremely often (for us) and as I said, the lady knew what she had "forgotten" before I spoke to her...

They always remove an item from the order or replace it with a completely different one...it's a disaster...

Even for a standardized fast food chain, there are no standards here. Orders are actually almost always wrong. If you actually want the “food” you ordered, you can basically forget about the drive thru. This Big Tasty has nothing to do with a Big Tasty anymore. The food is often more comparable to wet, juicy cement and yes, I'm aware that this is a McDonalds but even for that... Then I'd rather go with plankton. The staff is also a story, some are nice but most of them seem like they hate you because you ordered something. Funny experiences.

The staff was friendly and polite, it was very clean (and you could always see someone tidying up or cleaning something up). And there were even roses in vases at some tables! In contrast to the filthy and stuffy MC train station in Freising, it was really nice here.

We were just there and ordered food. Unfortunately we couldn't eat our food because someone crashed into our car outside. So we spent half an hour outside making phone calls to the insurance company. Afterwards we went back in and I asked nicely if we could get something new to eat as a gesture of goodwill. Because of course everything got cold. But the answer was just that it wasn't his problem. Thanks for that. Spent €30 for nothing.

The location here closes at 3am and at 2:30am we were here and ordered. The burger was raw, after we spoke to the staff, they said the grill was cold because cleaning started at 2 a.m. and no more food was actually made. Even though it's open until 3am. The staff also came and said that there were no more fries because it had already been cleaned even though I had paid. After we said it was open until 3 a.m. they said they only had an hour to clean. So the bottom line is that the store here is just rubbish

When ordering something is always wrong or something is missing. There is almost never ice cream. There doesn't seem to be any cleaning going on. Toilet sink is clogged. No forks or napkins on the tray. There are no ice cubes either.

I'm speechless. We arrived about an hour before closing time and wanted to grab something quick to eat. When you come in and want to order, only half of the terminals work and many of the chairs are already on the table so you can't get to them properly. We then wanted to pay in cash and waited at the checkout. What you see there in the kitchen is a catastrophe. Food on the floor, it beeps louder than in an intensive care unit, 2 employees had a fit of laughter in front of us and then disappeared and only came back after a while, hardly anyone speaks German. Some of the guests next to us had been waiting for their food for 20 minutes and we still hadn't paid after 10 minutes. We then sat down at a table to wait. Neither tables nor chairs, let alone the floor, were cleaned. An employee then cleared out the trays with the old food and it started to smell and the flies came out of the top. We also observed employees helping themselves to the fries with their hands, touching their hair and faces and not washing their hands. When we finally got our food, half of it was ice cold. My iced tea tasted disgusting and just like water. When I pointed this out to the employees, they replied that they actually had no more iced tea and then, after a short discussion, gave me another drink. There was no more water either. The toilets are extremely disgusting, it stinks and the urinal in the men's toilet is almost overflowing, there is no more soap and no cleaning has been done. In general, the cleanliness of this branch is unreasonable. We also talked to other guests who were just shocked. Not recommended!!!!

We waited 15 minutes for a slightly smaller order, but that was okay because there were a lot of customers there (it was 10:50 p.m.). All but two of the staff stand outside the restaurant and chat. After 5 minutes on the mcdrive we went to the restaurant...

The food was as expected. The toilets were unclean and the tables were wiped with a napkin from your pocket.

Worst service ever. I pointed out to the shift manager/boss that she should have the tables outside cleaned. She answers, pissed off, OK. After 15 minutes I went to the checkout myself, got a rag from the cashier and cleaned the table myself for my father. Under all hell. The employees also hardly speak German. We wanted to make it clear that we would be sitting outside and the food should be brought out. 3 employees didn't understand what we meant. The service is terrible. Should give you something to think about.

McDonald's just like everywhere else

I am aware that it is difficult to find staff for a fast food restaurant. That’s all in advance. But I don't understand why people can't count to 4 when putting products in a bag. Neither does the composition of a Bigmac. Of course you can be new, but it should seem strange to me if there are 2x meat at the bottom of the box and 3x bread on top. I find it unbelievable to run a company like this. If you don't manage to line up 3 slices of food, it becomes critical...

Just waited over 10 minutes for a small coffee & a McMuffin. Nothing going on in the store. Coffee tastes bitter and the McMuffin was just barely warm. What's going on here please?

Repeatedly wrong products, repeatedly unfriendly and incompetent staff

Ice machine is almost always broken. Long waiting times. The dining tables need to be cleaned more often. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is attractively designed and I feel comfortable. Sockets and USB available. Otherwise a Maci like any other.

There were four of us in this McDonald's. The order didn't fit for anyone. Cola without taste, cheeseburger without cheese and cucumber, cold fries. An order was left somewhere, which we then picked up ourselves. Someone stranger received an order and then brought it to the table. Unbelievable, nowhere was cleaned. I've never experienced a McDonald's like this. Never again

If you're going to double the prices on some products, I also want quality. What's been going on there for about 2 years is just too embarrassing for a McDonald's. Some of the employees don't speak German, they hardly say hello, something is always missing from the order, burgers are sloppily prepared, fries are old. I've been meaning to complain for a while and always said I'd give them another chance as a long-time customer, but slowly you just feel like you've been ripped off. I prefer to cook my own burgers and fries at home. 1. much cheaper and 2. it tastes 100x better! It's a shame...if it continues like this, you'll end up like the Burger King at the Schlüterhallen!
