We only got a coffee and two teas for the ride home from the airport around 11 p.m. We waited over 20 minutes for three drinks. In the end, we also got the wrong one. The women working there preferred to listen to loud music and dance rather than work.

The service is very, very poor. I waited 20 minutes for my order. When I asked how long it would take and why my pickup number had been deleted from the display, the lady said she'd be finished in a minute and they had to delete the number. It still took a long time because the staff apparently thought they were at an Albanian party with very, very loud music. I'll never go to this store again.

The food tastes good, but the staff are in no hurry. The staff behind the counter are always on their phones. The employee who's supposed to bring food to the table is on his phone in the broom closet most of the time, coming out every 10 minutes to bring 2-3 tablets, and then the same routine. So, if you want to eat here, you'll have to make time. This place isn't much of a fast-food place.

I found my dream woman there. We divorced five years ago, but our little Julius is always happy when we go there because there's nothing there to remind him that he always loses at Clash Royale because he's bad. Unfortunately, Julius is now obese and weighs a whopping 60 kg and is 1.40 m tall. Otherwise, the food tastes very good.

The only quick option here is to go to the bathroom. The service is rather sluggish...

This is the fourth time I've ordered a Big Tasty without bacon and I've gotten it with bacon... four times in a row. Cold fries... cold burger. That hurts. What can I say, we're all lost. The employees who work there look at you as if you wanted to take something away from them... that has nothing to do with catering or the catering system. They seem a bit like prisoners who have to work there. Oh, why am I getting so upset, they're only McDonald's employees... I'm embarrassed to think and speak about people like that, no, actually you should be embarrassed that people think and speak about you like that. I've given up, one less customer doesn't hurt McDonald's.

Great McDonald's, friendly staff, and the food arrives fairly quickly. The menu is also extensive and better than in the Netherlands.

The food is good, but I think there's far too little in the wrap. It looks much better in the photo, so I think it's too expensive.

Food OK but wasps everywhere, even dead ones in the shop. Avoid if possible and do not take small children there.

The employees are overwhelmed and speak/understand German poorly. Everyone has long hair and no hairnet. My order was packaged incorrectly (something was missing), but I couldn't complain because I ordered it to go. I was confused. Hot, fresh fries, not ones that have been sitting out forever. This, too, was not understood or taken into account. The fries were cold, and that for the price. It's ridiculous.

I really understand when things get really stressful. But that wasn't the case with us. The Big Tasty was simply freezing cold. Here, they gave me a replacement, which I really appreciated. But like many of the previous speakers... the wrong dressing on the salad, forgetting apple cones for the kids, and so on... I just don't understand it.

Two of us went to McDonald's for dinner. Both orders were handled very arbitrarily. Paid-for extras weren't added! The drink was ordered without ice, but a large amount of ice was added despite it. The other order had too many items. The order took over 10 minutes longer. We saw another couple check their order immediately. There was nothing wrong there either. (They completely "forgot" the sauce for the chicken nuggets.) Unfortunately, you can't trust this McDonald's. I've never experienced such rudeness and lack of motivation at any other McDonald's... The new counter design is also bad. The display board is obscured by a column. Furthermore, as a customer, you constantly feel like you're in the way. It was much better before.

Everything was good, but the sanitary area was not very clean.

Truly a terrible place! The tables were all wiped down with a dirty rag. Every table, literally every single table, was sticky. The McFlurry simply had a fork in it instead of a spoon. Half of our order was completely forgotten and was brought out with a drastic delay. We didn't even get napkins. Simply avoid this place!

I was there this afternoon at the McDrive and ordered a McSmart meal. The fries were lukewarm, if anything. No idea how long they'd been sitting around?! €3.99 for a medium portion of fries, and the quality was that good... The burger was warm and overall okay.

The burgers were cold, the tables were dirty, and special requests weren't accommodated. It's a shame, too expensive and not very tasty in my opinion.

Very dirty. There's food everywhere. On the floor, benches, and tables. Order receipts are on the Biden at the kiosks.

And again, the same old story: You order three burgers, one you don't get at all, and one is completely wrong. When you complain, you're rudely told that you ordered something else. I had the order slip in my hand, and it definitely said what I wanted to eat, not what I got. It's getting worse and worse here in Freising.

I placed my order at 12:25 on the app and got my food at 12:47. I thought this was a fast-food restaurant.

I wanted to try out the new parking feature, where you order via app and have the food delivered to your car. Unfortunately, it was disappointing: A cheeseburger was left behind, the lid on the Coke wasn't properly closed, and the food overall seemed carelessly prepared. For a major brand like McDonald's, I would have expected significantly more care. The only positive point: the order parking is a good idea – but the service behind it desperately needs improvement. I'll honestly think twice about ordering there again.

Too expensive, so bottomless Burgers keep shrinking, they don't taste as good as they used to, and the prices are skyrocketing. I can't understand. Fast food should be affordable for everyone. Especially when it comes to quality.

It's a shame that for years now, we've found nothing but substandard quality: Once again, no sugar and not enough milk in the latte macchiato we ordered with 3 sugars, a double cheeseburger that wasn't even lukewarm, and a very unloving samurai burger that certainly didn't look anything like the advertisement or the poster, with a heavily grilled, barely chewy meat patty and a dollop of very simple Japanese sauce. For us, it's increasingly not a pleasure, but rather a necessity that brings us here. Until the next emergency next year.... Given the prices, better quality and more sauce and side dishes are absolutely necessary, in my opinion.

Dirty spoon for coffee, dirty glass for latte, incomplete order, had to be asked for everything, table not wiped even after asking five times. Ice cream only half full, milkshake only half full. After the vacation, this was top-notch service in Germany again.

This was my first and probably last time here. My son's Happy Meal order was missing two items. I had to chase after the items three times in total. The employees were rather unfriendly with my complaints, and unfortunately, there was no apology. The Happy Meal gift was also the wrong one, but I just didn't feel like running back to the front of the line. My burger from the "Around the World" range was extremely dry and had very little sauce on it; the taste was also a disaster. The cleanliness at the tables really leaves a lot to be desired. It took me at least five minutes to find a decent, but not entirely clean, table. The restrooms also leave a lot to be desired; everything smells and is dirty. The visit was definitely not worth the money!!!

I've rarely had such bad food. I picked it up from a McDrive in Freising and wanted to eat it straight away, but it was all cold: 1 Burger Mac, 3 chicken burgers, and fries, all cold, as if it had been sitting for half an hour. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it. A weeping willow for over €16. The Coke had more ice than a drink. I haven't had such food in a long time. But it's a long wait for these standard things.

The worst service we've ever experienced. The lady with headphones and a white shirt literally threw the drinks on the table. When we politely asked her to be quiet and careful, she ignored us. This is the first time we've experienced such poor behavior from a customer service representative. Please consider this a serious complaint and check the cameras for clarification. Absolutely overwhelmed staff, everything is sticky and dirty...

I went to McDonald's, but apparently my order wasn't there. Maybe it's gone on a world tour—who knows. In any case, it was never spotted. A real highlight was the look from the staff, who wordlessly told me, "Why are you even here?"—a legitimate question, as it turned out. Next to me: a growing group of like-minded people, also waiting for their missing burgers. I almost felt like I was at a club meeting for people with too much hope and too few fries. Service with a smile? No thanks. Here, you get the feeling you should apologize for breathing. The crowning glory: a mixture of annoyed, unfriendly, and "we're just pretending to work." In short: If you're happy to pay and then go home with an empty stomach and new trust issues—highly recommended!

Coke is watery. Fries are bland. Burger sauce is too greasy. Staff is unorganized. Not recommended.

You get your food faster in a restaurant than at McDonalds in Freising. 30 minutes waiting time for 1 chicken box is a disgrace

The burger was lukewarm, the bacon cold. The burger was falling apart in the box, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were lukewarm. The staff, however, were very friendly.

We've been there several times, but today I've lost my appetite for the time being. Most of the employees are quite helpful, to be fair, but I still expected a bit more today, especially from the store management. We ordered three "Sour Dragon Tongue" milkshakes (McDrive) and on the way home we almost threw up. The shake was so bitter, I even felt like cleaning products. My husband and son agreed with the bitter taste. So I went back and explained the situation. The issue was addressed, and the store management tried it themselves and agreed. However, they couldn't explain where the taste came from. They just said they were checking and something was wrong, since all the shakes tasted like that. After getting my money back, but unfortunately no other compensation (at least for my son, who, at his young age, was looking forward to the shake and then had to deal with nausea), I just said that I hoped we hadn't consumed any chemicals (apparently, that can't be true, and they blame it on the syrup in coffee shakes). We'll probably never know what it really was... I would have expected a bit more. We won't be seeing McDonald's again for a while because no matter where you go, there's always something different: either something's wrong with the food or things are forgotten. The employees are probably too overworked... I don't usually rate, but here I have to warn you...

Long wait times (20 minutes). The staff were friendly and helpful, but completely overwhelmed. We had to correct our drink orders twice until they were correct. The biscuit was unfortunately half-raw. The rest of the food was okay, but I wouldn't go there again.

Very bad service, drinks didn't quite reach the line (even with ice cubes). When you mention it, they tell you it's normal. Then the toy was missing. When we mentioned it, the staff gave us a hard time and told us to open our eyes, it was on the tray in front of us, and there was no toy. When they noticed that there really wasn't one, they put an old dinosaur figure on it for us because they didn't have anything else (the table next to us all had the toy that was available that day (Ravensburger), and when we spoke to another member of staff, they replaced it for us. So, honestly, once and never again, the service at other McDonald's is worlds better and friendlier.

One of the worst McDonald's I know. We waited a full 18 minutes for our two McDonald's meals today. The restaurant was only half full. On top of that, the fries and burgers were cold, or rather lukewarm! It's absolutely outrageous, but when there are always one or two employees smoking outside in the parking lot, it's no wonder!

We were last at McDonald's in Freising a few months ago. Today, the tables weren't cleared or cleaned, and they were full of leftover food and sticky sauces. Napkins and cardboard packaging were on the floor. We were only able to sit down at the third empty table without feeling disgusted. The employees walk by, but they don't care. Our table service food sat in the counter for ages and was, of course, only lukewarm.

Ordered a Chicken Big Mac and a regular Big Mac, got two regular Big Macs...

The food is super delicious, well-seasoned, and the menu is very varied—there's always something new. There are screens where you can order everything manually and pay by card or cash. If you decide to eat here, you won't have to wait long for your order. I would definitely come back!

I only went there for the glass of Coke and bought a meal. What didn't you pack? The glass, even though I told them which one I wanted. I didn't notice until I got home. So cheeky, really. That's one way to rip off customers.

Unfortunately, orders were incomplete or incorrectly prepared. The fries tasted strongly of old fryer oil. However, the staff were very attentive and seemed engaged.

I drank a large cappuccino, a slice of New York cheesecake, and a cheesecake (with Oriole cookie sauce). The latter piece of cake has nothing to do with dessert.

The floor in the toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The order wasn't fully brought to the table and we had to complain first. The same problem at the next table. Several employees don't feel like saying hello back. Since the renovation, sugar and salt have been even more stingy; if you want some, you are treated like a criminal. It's really a shame what happened here 😐

Was there on Sunday evening with a friend. After a busy weekend, we just wanted to have something to eat and have a nice chat. Something went wrong with each of our orders. The shift manager (at least I think) reacted quite annoyed, which didn't surprise me that much. Everyone else present also had to complain again and again. The best thing of all was that around 10:30 p.m. a few workers a few tables away suddenly blocked something off and then started drilling and flexing loudly. We left shortly after because it was too loud....customer focused means something different to me!! The branch leaves a lot to be desired and more competent staff should urgently be hired.

People, it's too much to ask to get what you ordered. The flower pickers can call me whatever they want, but is it too much to ask for food in Germany with the German language? The people who work there don't understand anything, so I'm not surprised that it never works. Every visit to mc always ends badly....

Actually 1 star. But given the advanced time (Sunday morning 2.30 a.m.) I'll add an asterisk. The elves weren't in the mood. They gave away fries, but they were cold. Somehow a lot of it tasted like plastic flowers. Oh well, actually I should give another star for creativity and architecture, because I got another perfectly solid burger in the box - upside down. Yes, it was funny. But the review is not intended to represent my enjoyment...

!!!SCANDAL!!! There was a MEAT PATTY in my VEGAN burger. After the burger was handed to me, I immediately noticed that something was wrong here. I took a bite and immediately realized that I had bitten into meat! I then immediately went to the employees and complained. The first three employees simply sent me on my way because they didn't understand me. Another employee came to the checkout and took the burger from me, then said he would bring me a new burger. After 20 MINUTES OF WAITING, I was clearly getting tired of it. I went to the checkout and complained to every single employee, but most of them didn't even listen to me. When the manager finally came and I had to tell this story 500 times, this manager also had the nerve to incorrectly correct me that it was a veggie burger and not a vegan burger, which is not true at all. After further complaining and discussing, he finally gave me my money back. I have experienced such unfriendliness, irresponsibility and disrespect even in a McDonalds. Shame on this store!!!

Actually I should be able to give it 2 1/2 stars. In terms of quality, everything is as you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, it has now happened several times that parts of the takeaway meal were charged for but were then missing from the bag, which is annoying. If the line is long, one of the employees looks at you to take the bag and leave. But I can only recommend taking the time and checking every product - is it packed correctly - is it complete?

The last time I was here was 4 months ago and it was already very dirty. I don't think it has been cleaned since then? Definitely the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to, I feel the need to clean my shoes because the floor was so sticky, especially in the toilet... it doesn't help if the food is OK because then you wonder how clean the kitchen is 🥲 I won't come back here.

Now the store has been closed for a long time due to renovations, but they don't really have anything under control. With every order something doesn't fit, you're always chasing something. The employees are always friendly when there are complaints. Cleanliness at the tables leaves a lot to be desired. Toilets also leave a lot to be desired, everything stinks and is dirty. I've noticed it many times, so it's not a coincidence, bad luck, an isolated incident or anything like that.

I ordered a small breakfast in the morning about half an hour after the store opened. Had to wait half an hour. Instead of the chicken breakfast sandwich I ordered, I got one with eggs. The lady who served was in a really bad mood. Everyone has a bad day, but you don't have to let it out on your customers. Never there again.

It's endlessly dirty, you can hardly go to the toilet because the floor is sticky. The music is so loud that you can no longer talk.

McDonald's was worse than I ever expected. Not only was the service unprofessional and poor, but the restaurant manager behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unacceptable manner. Their interactions were rude and disrespectful which made the entire experience hugely disappointing. It is unfortunate to encounter such behavior in a place that is supposed to provide respectful and friendly service. I hope that the necessary measures will be taken to improve the quality of service and ensure that customers are treated with respect in the future.

It is a very bad restaurant, the meat is mixed together

I find it extremely unhygienic to work with long nails, let alone artificial ones! Both the employees and the shift manager had grown-out artificial nails! This should be banned when working with food!

Ordered takeaway food. Half was forgotten. A total of 3 burgers were forgotten. 24€ just gone. We only noticed it at home.

I have to give a shout out to the crispy chicken burger, which was freshly made and, yes, really crispy! Food came quickly. They work very hard. The toilet was clean. The only thing that bothered me was that the waitress walked very quickly and somewhat chaotically/restlessly through the salon to find the table where the food was ordered. They often raced past me while I was eating and it was a bit annoying...

For the third time in a row the burgers were cold. So not cold again but never warmed up, the cheese not melted. The fries were only half filled and completely unsalted. Something is fundamentally wrong here!!!

Probably the dirtiest McDonald's we've ever been to! An employee actually started sweeping the floor, as quickly as he was there he was gone and the tables were left with ketchup, old fries and leftover food. But not only were the tables and the floor in the entire MC completely dirty, the toilet didn't look any different either. Dirty toilet, empty soap and last but not least, my daughter and I's shoes were stuck to the floor. Impudence!

I've been to this branch several times now and every time it's absolute chaos. The waiting times are extremely long - even for small orders you wait in line forever. And when you finally get your food, the order is often wrong or incomplete. Particularly annoying: Instead of plant-based nuggets, I got chicken nuggets every single time. For someone who consciously eats plant-based, this is absolutely unacceptable. In addition, the entire store is often dirty - tables are not cleared, packaging and garbage are lying around. The staff seems overwhelmed and not particularly trying to improve the situation. I was hoping that things might get better, but after several visits I can only say: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this branch.

Not too good at getting our order of 2 burgers, salad, fries, mayo, cola zero & caramel macchiato correct! No caramel in the Caramel Macchiato, Bacon missing on the McCrispy Curry, no fork for the salad, but a plus point was an unordered Cola!! They did manage to supply the strawberry cakes for dessert without any problems though and the staff were very willing to correct the mistakes.

This McDonalds is probably still in hibernation. It was cold like the tundra. The food was also cold. Not lukewarm. Cold as icicles. And incomplete. The tables were dirty and there was no soap in the toilets. The departure was a relief.

Complete disaster since renovation. You wait forever, whether you eat there or take it away. The employees seem completely overwhelmed. The whole process is a farce - unfortunately. I am correcting it to 1 star after I was allowed to wait 40 minutes to be on the safe side and then was insulted stupidly by the employees.

There was a motorcyclist standing on MC Drive who no one noticed inside. Many cars were running again. In the end everyone went in. Over 30 minutes until I finally had my menu. If MC Drive with a motorcycle is not possible you should hang a sign there ☹️

!!!!! Dirty cups!!!!! On December 13th, 2024 I bought a menu using a reusable cup. When the drink was empty, I was horrified to discover that the cup had not been cleaned!!!! I then complained directly to McDonald's. I was informed by MC Donalds that they had forwarded the incident to the franchisee in Freising. To date I have not received any response from the operator. Maybe the health department should take a closer look!!! Something like that shouldn't be allowed!!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty, annoyed staff, disgusting food. 20 minutes waiting time for a burger with fries and a drink (everything was cold except for the drink). During the 20 minutes I was also able to observe the work flow in the kitchen, which was catastrophic. They throw the food around, the opened burgers were sometimes completely covered on the worktop for several minutes, sometimes all the employees had disappeared, I have no idea where they all suddenly went. When I asked where my order was, the only answer I got was really stupid: “Yes, it just takes a little longer!!. I'll never set foot in that disgusting food stall again.
