Even for a standardized fast food chain, there are no standards here. Orders are actually almost always wrong. If you actually want the “food” you ordered, you can basically forget about the drive thru. This Big Tasty has nothing to do with a Big Tasty anymore. The food is often more comparable to wet, juicy cement and yes, I'm aware that this is a McDonalds but even for that... Then I'd rather go with plankton. The staff is also a story, some are nice but most of them seem like they hate you because you ordered something. Funny experiences.

Unfortunately very dirty, floors, tables inside and outside. Toilets also dirty and broken, flies etc.

The staff was friendly and polite, it was very clean (and you could always see someone tidying up or cleaning something up). And there were even roses in vases at some tables! In contrast to the filthy and stuffy MC train station in Freising, it was really nice here.

We were just there and ordered food. Unfortunately we couldn't eat our food because someone crashed into our car outside. So we spent half an hour outside making phone calls to the insurance company. Afterwards we went back in and I asked nicely if we could get something new to eat as a gesture of goodwill. Because of course everything got cold. But the answer was just that it wasn't his problem. Thanks for that. Spent €30 for nothing.

Unfortunately one of the worse MCIs we've been to. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food in an almost empty restaurant during breakfast time Part of it was almost cold by then In general the restaurant is pretty dirty, especially the toilets In addition, the feet of a few chairs were missing, meaning they did not sit properly on the floor

The location here closes at 3am and at 2:30am we were here and ordered. The burger was raw, after we spoke to the staff, they said the grill was cold because cleaning started at 2 a.m. and no more food was actually made. Even though it's open until 3am. The staff also came and said that there were no more fries because it had already been cleaned even though I had paid. After we said it was open until 3 a.m. they said they only had an hour to clean. So the bottom line is that the store here is just rubbish

Was there again today in the McDrive and on the way back noticed that the wrong thing was repeatedly in the bag. I have no idea why it keeps happening...

Nothing changes....no fork with the salad, no napkins...unfriendly staff Update: slowest mc drive, 15 minutes waiting time for 2 customers before.... Some employees don't even understand the order. When ordering something is always wrong or something is missing. There is almost never ice cream. There doesn't seem to be any cleaning going on. Toilet sink is clogged. No forks or napkins on the tray. There are no ice cubes either.

I'm speechless. We arrived about an hour before closing time and wanted to grab something quick to eat. When you come in and want to order, only half of the terminals work and many of the chairs are already on the table so you can't get to them properly. We then wanted to pay in cash and waited at the checkout. What you see there in the kitchen is a catastrophe. Food on the floor, it beeps louder than in an intensive care unit, 2 employees had a fit of laughter in front of us and then disappeared and only came back after a while, hardly anyone speaks German. Some of the guests next to us had been waiting for their food for 20 minutes and we still hadn't paid after 10 minutes. We then sat down at a table to wait. Neither tables nor chairs, let alone the floor, were cleaned. An employee then cleared out the trays with the old food and it started to smell and the flies came out of the top. We also observed employees helping themselves to the fries with their hands, touching their hair and faces and not washing their hands. When we finally got our food, half of it was ice cold. My iced tea tasted disgusting and just like water. When I pointed this out to the employees, they replied that they actually had no more iced tea and then, after a short discussion, gave me another drink. There was no more water either. The toilets are extremely disgusting, it stinks and the urinal in the men's toilet is almost overflowing, there is no more soap and no cleaning has been done. In general, the cleanliness of this branch is unreasonable. We also talked to other guests who were just shocked. Not recommended!!!!

We waited 15 minutes for a slightly smaller order, but that was okay because there were a lot of customers there (it was 10:50 p.m.). It took 5 minutes for our order to even show up on the screen as taken. Unfortunately the tables were very dirty. The atmosphere was very loud due to the employees. All but two of the staff stand outside the restaurant and chat. After 5 minutes on the mcdrive we went to the restaurant...

The food was as expected. The toilets were unclean and the tables were wiped with a napkin from your pocket.

Worst service ever. I pointed out to the shift manager/boss that she should have the tables outside cleaned. She answers, pissed off, OK. After 15 minutes I went to the checkout myself, got a rag from the cashier and cleaned the table myself for my father. Under all hell. The employees also hardly speak German. We wanted to make it clear that we would be sitting outside and the food should be brought out. 3 employees didn't understand what we meant. The service is terrible. Should give you something to think about.

McDonald's just like everywhere else

I am aware that it is difficult to find staff for a fast food restaurant. That’s all in advance. But I don't understand why people can't count to 4 when putting products in a bag. Neither does the composition of a Bigmac. Of course you can be new, but it should seem strange to me if there are 2x meat at the bottom of the box and 3x bread on top. I find it unbelievable to run a company like this. If you don't manage to line up 3 slices of food, it becomes critical...

Just waited over 10 minutes for a small coffee & a McMuffin. Nothing going on in the store. Coffee tastes bitter and the McMuffin was just barely warm. What's going on here please?

Repeatedly wrong products, repeatedly unfriendly and incompetent staff

Ice machine is almost always broken. Long waiting times. The dining tables need to be cleaned more often. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is attractively designed and I feel comfortable. Sockets and USB available. Otherwise a Maci like any other.

There were four of us in this McDonald's. The order didn't fit for anyone. Cola without taste, cheeseburger without cheese and cucumber, cold fries. An order was left somewhere, which we then picked up ourselves. Someone stranger received an order and then brought it to the table. Unbelievable, nowhere was cleaned. I've never experienced a McDonald's like this. Never again

If you're going to double the prices on some products, I also want quality. What's been going on there for about 2 years is just too embarrassing for a McDonald's. Some of the employees don't speak German, they hardly say hello, something is always missing from the order, burgers are sloppily prepared, fries are old. I've been meaning to complain for a while and always said I'd give them another chance as a long-time customer, but slowly you just feel like you've been ripped off. I prefer to cook my own burgers and fries at home. 1. much cheaper and 2. it tastes 100x better! It's a shame...if it continues like this, you'll end up like the Burger King at the Schlüterhallen!

In itself a humane alternative for quick hunger. But no matter what time of day, the ice cream is strangely sold out or the device is broken.

05/24: unfortunately the team was completely overwhelmed at breakfast time. Wait 15 minutes at the checkout in the half-empty restaurant + 30 minutes for the food. Unfortunately the breakfast burger was dried out. If we had known that, we would have connected the car to the charging station... Fast food restaurants are different.

Standard food, but a long wait!

The tables are quite messy and the floor is sticky from spilled juice. I ordered a latte and was given a dirty spoon. Horror.

Big Mac and fries were fresh and very good. The service at the drive in was quick, well coordinated and very friendly

I've never seen such a dirty, broken toilet. No household paper, the tap doesn't work... the toilet can't be used because it obviously hasn't been cleaned for weeks and is blocked. Wurx.

05/23/24 Time approx. 10:37 p.m. Once again, alleged problems when ordering in MC Drive. If you come to a restaurant, here's the problem: you don't order anything. If the communication via the head set works then why can't I order??? When the MC Drive works, you stand in line forever, as long as you can count three or four cars in front of you as a line. One of the items you ordered is usually only lukewarm. In my opinion it is the worst MC within a 50km radius. Well then just went to the gas station and got something to eat 🙂

WORST McDonalds EVER! Bathrooms filthy, no toilet paper and basin had no water, realized once my hands were already full of soap! Informed the staff so they can put a notice on the door to be told - “the other bathroom works” not sure if she meant the disabled or mens bathroom, either way, I would have IF there was a sign telling me the bathroom is broken 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ordered chicken nuggets to find a box of plant based nuggets. Turned the car around to return it, just yo be told there is a sticker on it, that magically makes it chicken nuggets - again, maybe INFORM customers you have packaging issues 🤷🏻‍♀️ And then to top it off - was given the SAME box back, this time with a “sweet” little note on it…. Sarcasm off! Seriously, you call this customer service??? she just filled the toilet paper in the filthy bathroom and then write a note on what I am supposed to eat, hopefully the health inspectors will pay them a visit soon and close them for good!

The ice cream machine regularly doesn't work or you get chocolate instead of vanilla. Sauces are forgotten or mixed up...

Ordered to take away. Once again, fries, toys and the drink for the happy meal were forgotten. Very annoying for a toddler!!!!

We didn't get any more ice cream at 2:30 a.m. even though it was still shown as available on the order board. We were then ignored and didn't get any real compensation.

We ordered a menu of curly fries and you forgot about them. We went there a second time to request the curly fries and instead they gave us hamburgers.

As usual, self-service checkouts. The late-night meal was as expected. At least there was little going on.

Somehow they forgot to bring us food to the table. Not bad, but it was our first attempt. Overall, you get a bit much out of the MA's votes. There is loud blaring in the area. Not so great. There's no music playing either. Overall, not very satisfactory, sorry

Automated McDonald's. Few staff, slow preparation. Fries barely salted. On-site food sat on the counter for 5 minutes, was not shown as ready and was not brought to the table.

Der gesamte Gastraum macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, der Reinigungsprozess muss dringend optimiert werden. Das Geschirr (Kaffeetassen & Untertassen) war extrem schmutzig.

We received cold fries, but it's no wonder that there are over 10 portions waiting in the warmer with average traffic!! The bull meat was reheated a few times because it was already black and dry, but it was still cold.... After pointing out to the "nice" young lady that the children did not receive a gift with the set of 2 toys, they were simply thrown on the counter!! It's a pity that employees give bad reviews to such a brand...

We've noticed before that when you order something from MC Drive, something is always missing. For this reason I always avoided MC Donald in Freising. Unfortunately, Saturday afternoon was no different, so I thought, well, maybe something has changed. Here I was bitterly disappointed again. My partner is in the hospital and finally wanted a burger again after 4 weeks, so I stopped at McDonald on the way to the hospital and bought 2 BigTasty Menus and 4 cheeseburgers. I trusted the ability of the employees and did not immediately control them. The 4 Cheeburgers were missing!! Since this is not an isolated case, I assume this is a scam by the company or the Francise partner.

As with all McD products, the products are standard goods. I don't rate that at all. I have known this branch since the beginning and have always met friendly and competent staff. There are now staff working there who barely speak German. When ordering directly, you sometimes have to repeat what you want to order three times. Processing orders via the terminal takes far too long compared to other branches. The Mc Coffee area is no longer permanently occupied and when it is, you are greeted in an unfriendly manner. When you order at the drive counter, you notice at home that the food wasn't given as requested. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The branch manager has a lot to do to bring this once top branch back into shape!

It's not bad to eat there, but if the waitresses and cashiers spoke a little better, it would be easier for us

I can highly recommend this fast food restaurant for those who want shakes lukewarm and liquid and like soft drinks without the accompanying ice. The service is courteous and dismissive. The cold burgers are worth highlighting. I like to spend my money here

I don't rate food here, it's standard. But I have never experienced that not a single order was prepared for about 5-10 minutes. I haven't had to wait this long since I always order in advance using the app. But the other customers who were waiting were also surprised at the inaction of the three employees. And waving the broom at head height in the food distribution area was the hygienic low point

Filet o fish dry like stale bread. Fish had the consistency of rubber. Royal cheese patties were unsalted.

Toilets are not clean, it smells of urine. The children's chairs and indoor playground were very dirty.

Today I ordered a Hamburger Royal Cheese Menu from McDrive. Like the last few times, the fries were almost cold and therefore limp, and unsalted. Consumption took place at the McDonalds parking lot. No fun and it was the last time I would go there.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen die wegen jeder Kleinigkeit gleich schlechte Bewertung schreiben,kann ich nur positives für diese Zweigstelle sagen. Ich komme schon Jahre hier her. Ich werde immer höflich behandelt. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Were there on March 19, 24 at around 5:10 p.m. and there was NOTHING to eat apart from fries because supposedly "the kitchen was broken", staff was unfriendly, there was no voucher or something similar as "compensation" either... Bad McDonald's ever - and I say THAT as a former owner of a MC Donald Goldcard. 👎🏼

It's just McDonalds, what annoys me is when I order something to take away at the drive in and when I'm home something is always missing. This has happened to me a few times in Freising.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is in good condition. However, 2 out of 3 urinals were blocked.

A branch with friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and gives a pleasant impression. We visited it as we were hungry after our arrival from the airport.

Unfortunately, the quality has continually declined. Now I don't like going there anymore. Service is often very unfriendly or you are simply ignored. There are at least some exceptions. The cleanliness is often mediocre. When eating, you save on sauce and generally on the fries/curly fries. Burgers are often very soggy. There has been no McFlurry for months.

I won't come here to eat again! Two menus were ordered, plus four cheeseburgers. There was hardly any cucumber in the cheeseburger, there were no fries on the menu, but we got Pudel-Cola. When we wanted to correct the fries so that we didn't drink twice as much Coke, they said it couldn't be corrected. In other words, I paid for their own mistake. How long will this place sink? Outrageous!!!

The worst McDonald ever! Pomes and burgers cold. They even didn't put the toy in Happy Meal. On the plus side, after this visit, we won't go to McDonald's for at least half a year.

Schlecht geführt, überforderdes oder unhöfliches Personal. Cappuccino okay. Pommes labbrig, Burger trocken und lauwarm. Und bei diesem ständigen gepiepse in der "Küche" kann man nicht entspannt essen, extrem nervig. Da tun mir auch die Mitarbeiter leid, die das stundenlang ertragen müssen!

Faktycznie fast food obsługa bardzo szybka i profesjonalna z uśmiechem, nie mówi po angielsku. Burgery trochę pogniecione, wyglądały na robione 15 minut wcześniej i trzymane pod lampą grzejną. To samo z frytkami. Ruch w południe jak na lotnisku w Monachium, dlatego 5* dla obsługi.

Seit Monaten gibt es kein Eis oder Milchshakes. Da es seit der Schließung des (ebenfalls schlechten) BK wenig Alternativen gibt, muss man wohl noch weniger auf Qualität achten. Zu jeder Tageszeit ist der Laden dreckig, da helfen auch ein paar Rosen auf dem Tisch nicht. Die Burger schwanken zwischen OK und mangelhaft. Vom vollkommen kalten Burger über McRib mit mikroskopischer Menge Soße bis zu fehlenden Zutaten war schon alles dabei. War früher mal wesentlich besser, da hat man sich irgendwie gefühlt auch noch Mühe gegeben.

Personal nicht gerade freundlich. Auch der sonst sehr gute Cappuccino schmeckte nicht (kein Schaum und zu viel Milch)

Also an sich bin ich ja echt zufrieden mit dem McDonald in Freising aber heute Abend war ein neuer Mitarbeiter im Laden der besser wieder gehen sollte. Lieblos die Essenstablets hingeschmissen sodass die Cola schon übergeschwappt ist und dann hat er einfach auch noch angefangen zu Staub saugen während bestimmt 15 Kunden am essen waren, echt eine Unverschämtheit man konnte sich nicht mehr wirklich unterhalten. Kein Front aber er sah auch noch aus wie Fishmc ( nur kleine Info am Rande). Aber egal ansonsten eigentlich alles wie immer, ist halt mci.. Update 05.2023 : Fishmc wurde jetzt gefeuert, also ab jetzt wieder essen ohne Staubsauger :) Update 12.2023 : Monopoly ist am Start doch trotz 50 gekauften Apfeltaschen gönnt mci überhaupt nicht, aber letztens hat eine Mitarbeiterin dann doch gegönnt also die Sticker natürlich :) Mir fehlt von allen Farbgruppen immer nur eine Straße aber ist ja gefühlt auch jedes Jahr das gleiche. Trotzdem Mci echt lecker wenn man so 2 Wochen nicht mehr war. So jetzt aber auch mal genug. Ein schönes Wochenende wünsch ich und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr 💯

The Big Tasty bacon did not have any bacon. I realized as soon as I got home and started eating. The cranberry sauce in the Big Rosti was about a teaspoon size in the middle of the bun.

Food is like a sponge 🧽.. pommes is cold.. they didn't put toy in my kids. Happymeal .. when i complained, they just ignored me. ... Service is really slow .. We waited long ..and on the end went home hungry .. I will definitely never come there again . I am usually McDonald's fan, but I wanted to try because of my kids .. and I am sorry that I did . I had to cook dinner after visiting this restaurant 🫠... and almost forgot to write that they were no parking spots ..is only few in front and of course they were all busy .

Abends meist viele Kunden und längere Wartezeit sonst aber recht in Ordnung.

Einer der schlechtesten Filialen überhaupt. Scheinbar sind 90% der Mitarbeiter schon mit dem kleinsten Andrang von Kunden überfordert. Bisher hat immer mindestens eine Sache gefehlt oder es war nicht mehr warm so wie es sich gehört. Ich gehe da äußerst ungerne rein.

Frisches Essen. Keine lange Wartezeit. Ansprechendes Ambiente. Sauber.
