McDonald's in Freising

Open until midnight, it says here, was just at the store 20 minutes before 12 and was closed 🔒 very reluctant to have this McDonald's, there are better ones, the selection is also very poor and the staff doesn't speak German well.

Side dishes were added and charged for without ordering them separately. We only noticed it afterwards. A popular way to get ripped off during the Oktoberfest season.

If I could I would give this McDonald's 0 stars in service. The food order was correct, but the employees were very unfriendly. When asked what other toys there were, reference was made to a box. Paid and left - and still wanted to try it again because we wanted a specific Smurf. Result - extremely unfriendly staff who had no interest in showing us what else was available. The box was so full that I couldn't see what was inside (except for the red McDonald's logo), which I pointed out. Then there was only laughter and the suggestion that we should look in the exhibitor - what we did, the figure could be seen there. Also pointed out, yes then look in the box. When I then started to take the things out to be able to see anything at all, from their point of view that was wrong again. Is this the new way to treat customers?!

So very very little choice of food, you should think about changing the people and hiring someone who knows what they're doing, it's crazy. MCI is so run down, very sad and no ice cream or shake for over a year. Very sad, please change something

I've long since gotten used to the fact that German is no longer spoken at McDonald's. But this shop? Yesterday I wanted to bridge the waiting time for the train with something to eat and a coffee. I was able to stop myself from eating when I saw this store. (Dirt everywhere you look) Coffee? None - Isn't there right now - At least a guest toilet? No, it doesn't exist here either. I'm surprised this underground shop hasn't been closed long ago.

One word: horrible! You arrive and it stinks in the place, toilets stink for 300 meters and the citizen looks as if they would jump on them. Never again!

Since I'm here often for work, I only use McD for latte macchiato and maybe a breakfast muffin. Now that I've experienced it myself and read the reviews, it doesn't surprise me at all. I waited 12 minutes for my drink and the muffin even though I was the only one who ordered. Nothing happened for over 5 minutes. But why the 2 stars? This is given to the employee who was very friendly and prepared the latte with love. Thanks for that. The colleague, however, was grumpy, completely customer-disoriented and doesn't belong here. When asked if the milk was lactose-free, the answer was: yes. I say really? I don't see that. She replied: ours is lactose-free. Me again, but where does it say? Unfortunately, Mal didn't immediately see if that was her on the package. The colleague who came over then showed me the logo, small and hidden. For many it's a small thing, but for me and especially others who care about it, it's a shame that such people work here. So this McD is simply run down and becomes an avoid zone with such unfriendly employees. Of course, when I unpacked my muffin, it was hard to remember why. Was my last visit here. And if you read the reviews here, nothing changes even though you address the problems. And why there were so many blow flies here is inexplicable to me.

Absolute rip off!!! We were laughed at by the employees. It was just cheeky and disrespectful. They said that you can't pay with points even though someone next to us paid with points.

The station definitely follows through on its motto. Dirt as far as the eye can see and McDonalds is also joining in. I'm usually used to the normal standards of the chain's fast food restaurant. There are just two employees with absolutely no motivation standing around in a very filthy place. In addition, there is no proper toilet associated with it. The “menu” is limited to a minimum. All burgers are on display for ages, fries are basically unsalted, and the ice cream machine is sold out as standard. You definitely have to see McDonalds.

Absolutely lousy store. The staff is so unfriendly and inattentive. After I ordered apple spritzer, I was asked 3 times (!) in a row when I was packing up the food what soft drink I would like. After I say apple spritzer three times, Kevin puts Caprisoone in it for my child. Seriously? I almost expected that the toy would be forgotten in the happy meal. That's how it was. Dirty shop.

Worst McDonald's ever. The employees are nice but overwhelmed as soon as you order anything other than cheese or hamburger. There are no receipts or numbers. The employee simply puts the food on the counter and you can see for yourself who it is for. Coupons from the app can only be redeemed to a very limited extent. At least the food was pretty good as usual.

Was there while waiting for my train. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this McDonald's. Staff unfriendly. Staff write and play on their cell phones while serving. I continued to observe this behavior with other customers during the meal. The highlight was when the employee taking the orders went outside the restaurant to make a phone call while a customer was at the counter. Otherwise the shop is full of dirt. There is totally dried ketchup on the walls. The benches were totally dirty. Everything makes a rather dingy impression. The food was ok to normal. But the display was pretty full considering the place was almost empty. I don't want to know how long my cheeseburger has been there... The worst MC I've been to so far.

The food is ok. However, many coupons don't work because they only have the standard stuff and not new burgers or offers. Employees are almost always listless and don't even say goodbye. Ok for a stopover at the train station. In addition, the McDonald's branch is visited by dark figures in the evening. Rats run around in front of the entrance, which doesn't whet your appetite

I recently ordered a Fanta from McDonalds in Freising station. After I almost drank it, I saw something in the paper cup. It looks like the cup is infected with fungi. DISGUSTING!!!!! SELL THIS TO US!!! I will never buy anything there again!!!!!!!

The staff were unhelpful and more confused than me and they actually work there. Scanning coupons didn't work and when I asked what they could recommend to me, the employee said: look at the card yourself!!!😡😡. Yes, very disappointing but what else would you expect from the Freising train station

Opened 8:50 while oficial time is 8:00. Dirty chairs and floor, tempreture inside is basically the same as outsdie (no heating). One door won't open from outside and there were no sign about the problem, so people keep on pulling locked doors every few mins. Staff was friendly.

Most extreme basic offer. No changes possible. The employees were friendly but some of them barely understood German. No toilets. The public toilets next to the building were so smelly that you had to run backwards to escape the smell. Never again here again!

The staff here are really unfriendly. And I wanted to collect points but the clerk just pretended to scan but didn't. A place with fraudulent employees. Not recommended.

We actually wanted to eat there, but it wasn't possible. Far too small and overcrowded and not even a toilet. Although we were served in a friendly manner, the gentleman unfortunately spoke German poorly and was therefore unable to fulfill my special request. Unfortunately I can't recommend this McDonald's at all.

This McDonald's is really bad. The floor was sticky and dirty. The 2 employees were rude and annoyed. They also didn’t have many products. They didn't even have paper straws!!!!!!!

Naja. Burger sind fast immer alt und vertrocknet. Ist eher so die Notlösung unter den MC Donalds.

Leider hing heute keine Karte mit den angebotenen Speisen und deren Preisen aus. Da ich kein Stammgast bin, war so für mich keine Bestellung möglich, weil sich auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer mangels Deutschkenntnisse mühsam gestaltete.

Naja banhof halt essen wie in jedem mcis abends kein Eis wie in jedem mcis par gestallten immer mal da ich gehöre wohl dazu aber an sich nette Mitarbeiter und sind eig immer sehr nett und höflich geben ihr bestes :)

McDonald's ist schon lange nicht was es mal war, essen solala. Mitarbeiter gestresst und genervt, als ob sie jemand zwingt dort zu arbeiten. Und dem entsprechend schmeckt das essen. Kalt!

Vor kurzem einen Cheeseburger und einen Chickenburger zum Mitnehmen gekauft. Beim Cheeseburger war alles in Ordnung, aber der Chickenburger war unter aller Sau. Das Patty sehr trocken und fest. Wahrscheinlich länger als erlaubt bei der Wärmehaltung gewesen. Eine Renovierung würde dem Laden nicht schaden. 2. Stern nur für den Cheeseburger. Wo ist die Qualitätskontrolle von McDonald's 🤔?

Sehr inkonsistenter Service. Auch eine sehr lange Warteschlange mit einem kleinen Wartebereich. Junge, die nichts zu tun haben, werden hier herumlungern und asozial sein. Hier muss man die Erwartungen wirklich klein machen. Je nachdem, wer an diesem Tag arbeitet, wirst du um Bargeld ergaunert. Ich habe nur Pommes bestellt und als ich Ketchup wollte, musste ich 50 Cent bezahlen, obwohl er nicht danach gefragt hat! Allerdings wurde mir bei meinem letzten Besuch nie eine Gebühr für Ketchup berechnet. Sehr zweifelhaft.

Gute Qualität. Schneller Service. Leider kleiner Laden, ergo kleinere speiekarte.

Hier passiert es uns leider immer wieder,dass Bestellungen unvollständig auf dem Tablett landen. Kein Problem,wenn man vor Ort isst,aber ärgerlich, wenn man das ganze to go mitnimmt.

Der beschissenste Mc den ich kenne. Vor allem sonntags unglaublich unfreundliches Personal. Zu inkompetent den Coupon einzuspannen, hab mich schon sonntags mit der braunhaarige türkische Frau gestritten. Wurde sogar angeschrien! Nie wieder

Ich wollte meine Punkte aus der McDonald’s App einlösen. Die Dame an der Kasse hat mich dann ziemlich unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen dass das hier nicht geht. Die Pommes waren leider ziemlich versalzen. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass der Service hier außergewöhnlich schlecht und unfreundlich ist. Ich komme nicht mehr hierher zum Essen.

Obsluha nulový záujem, stoly špinavé a podlaha ani nehovorím. V rade čakalo asi 10 ľudí. Neodporúčam.
