The first time I went, it was fine. But the second time, the guy brought me whatever he wanted, chicken, when I wanted a mixed durum. He even gave me a takeout order when I wanted to eat in the restaurant, and he didn't even ask me if I wanted anything else to eat or a drink. Seriously?

There were no plant-based options. When I wanted to redeem a coupon for fries, the employee "helped" me by pressing a button on his phone. I ordered them and paid. After a while, I asked about my fries and he said I couldn't redeem the coupon there. And then he ignored me. Unbelievable. Pure disappointment. I'll never come back.
