The first time I went it was good. But the second time the boy put what he wanted, chicken, when I wanted a mixed durum. He also gave it to me to take away when I wanted to eat at the restaurant and he didn't even ask me if I wanted to eat something else or if I wanted a drink. Seriously?

Very bad compared to other stores in the area and also the competition. Burgers aren't that fresh. Coupons cannot be redeemed either. POISON!!!

There were no plant based variants. When I wanted to redeem a coupon for fries, the employee “helped” me and pressed on my cell phone. I ordered and paid for them. After waiting for a while, I asked for my fries and he said that I couldn't redeem the coupon here. And then left me alone. Incredible. Pure disappointment. I'm never coming back.
