Very good pommels, good kebab, pizza unfortunately too greasy, always fresh flatbread, service always friendly, clean shop, cozy seating area. Always happy to go there :)
The service is friendly, but that's about it, the kebab was really bad, a lot of it was completely apart and very small. Little meat which didn't taste good either. The price €9.80 👎Never again
The food taste was very good and the shop keeper was very generous in adding the sauces and salad to our order.
We had chicken shawarma pizza, salami pizza, margarita pizza, beef doner teller, beef and chicken shawarma (durum).
Ordered there several times, last time we thought kebab was a bit small for a large one... Ordered 3 yufka and 1 kebab today. What can I say, kebab is small again and you went looking for the meat, yufkas rolled really stupidly and everything was cold! Oh yes, we waited 1.5 hours for delivery, when I called and asked where it was, I was told it was already on the way! We live 5 minutes away by car, it took another 15 minutes to get there!

I hope this review will help you improve yourself and potentially achieve more success:
I've eaten kofte in flatbread at your place several times. The kofte product tastes really good. The salads are fresh. Therefore, I would only give this product 4 stars out of 5 because there really isn't enough kofte.
Now I come to my actual criticism: Please, dear people, your store is obviously doing very well because you have good products. But please pay more attention to cleanliness. Your furniture is old and sticky. Your salt and pepper shakers are also dirty. Please pay more attention to your glasses; they need to be washed more thoroughly. Your online pictures don't match reality. Overall, the counter is okay, but where the bar is, it looks like a crash landing. The chairs and tables are so old. It's not a problem that they're old; it should be clean, please. A fresh coat of paint in the store would also give a better overall impression. I would close the shop for a weekend and clean everything thoroughly and make it nicer for the customers who are happy to pay 2 euros more.
Sorry, absolutely no longer recommended. We went there at least once a week, the waiting time was always, ALWAYS over 1 hour, absolutely cheeky. The bread today was absolutely burnt and not edible. Waiting over an hour for an Adana kebab and burnt bread is absolutely disrespectful. That was the last time today. Unfortunately, the young gentleman in the front can't get anything done
It usually tastes good, but just don't order it over the phone.
I originally wanted to pre-order something and then pick it up in the store a few minutes later.
Apparently no pre-orders are possible because there is a lot going on (isn't it more practical, especially when there is a lot of traffic, if you can plan your orders in advance?). Instead, just come to the store in half an hour. There is still enough meat there.
About half an hour later in the store, the employee rejected the order, saying there wasn't enough meat.
Rarely have I seen something so incompetent. For the next while I'd rather eat at the other kebab shop, whose owner spontaneously prepared 5 meals for me.
Bought a kebab pizza and didn't even get any sauce with it, for a pizza that I pay over €10 for I expect a little sauce with it, when I expressed my opinion I was insulted.
The pizza was average, even below average.
I'll never buy there again.
