As 2 Turks, we wanted to eat trotter, an indispensable flavor of Turkish cuisine. The service forgot to give a spoon for trotter, the bread was ice cold, they gave the half bread left over from the meatballs, they served the onion they put between the meatballs, which was ice cold, next to the soup. I have doubts about the meat in the trotter, this is not trotter, it is something else, I have not eaten the other dishes, I do not recommend trotter.

We were there at 2 a.m. and received friendly and quick service. The food tasted excellent, as always, even at that time of night. I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

The salads are fresh. Therefore, I would only give the product 4 stars out of 5 because it really doesn't have enough kofta. Now I come to my actual criticism: Please, dear people, your store is obviously doing very well because you have good products. But please pay more attention to cleanliness. Your furniture is old and sticky. Your salt and pepper shakers are also dirty. Please pay attention to your glasses, they need to be washed better. Your pictures on the internet do not match reality. Overall, the counter is okay, but where the bar is, it feels like a crash landing. Chairs and tables are so old. It's not a problem that they are old, but please keep them clean. A fresh color in the store would also give a better overall impression. I would close the shop for a weekend and clean everything thoroughly and make it nicer for the customers who would rather pay 2 euros more.

There is a waterfall on the side, instead of paying here, go and throw it there, it makes no difference. Rice was known to be two or three days old. Not to mention the meat, it was no different from chewing gum, burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside. The employees were nice, if only they could cook, everything would be better.

The meat wasn't cooked through and the pre-ordered delivery still arrived 30 minutes late. Unfortunately, communication with Lieferando's supplier was also not possible because he didn't speak a single word of German :)

Yesterday I visited this shop with friends, which is obviously primarily concerned with making a profit, with employees who are new to Germany and want to make money quickly. What we got was more like a salad and bread-heavy dish without enough meat. In addition, you couldn't even pay by card because supposedly there was no WiFi available. I also had a stomach ache after eating. I will not visit this store again. Soup tastes very chemically

Euer Essen ist Super… was aber richtig Doof ist man kommt rein und es riecht nach Urin… ich war mit auf Eurem WC und es war dort unerträglich…. WC-Tür zum Gastraum offen… geht garnicht im WC unerträglicher Gestank…. 2 Urinale abgedeckt…. Das eine war schon länger abgedeckt…. Hallllo Eigetümer habt Ihr keine Lust mehr???? Euer Laden wird immer ranziger…. Warum…. Ihr hattet mal so einen super Ruf…..sehr schade 🤔🫣

Hab schon öfter dort essen gekauft, fand es es bis jetzt von der Qualität und dem Geschmack gut. Allerdings wurde schon zwei mal mehr Geld gefordert als eigentlich bezahlt werden musste. Ich mussste sogar die Leute darauf ansprechen und diskutieren. Also achtet auf euer Rückgeld!!!!
