Güllü Lahmacun in Berlin

Mediocre. An overrated place. It's not even cheap. The ready-made manti we ate was better, that's all I can say. (13.5€) Hygiene is non-existent anyway. Seeing the oven cleaned with Vilada for the first time made me despondent. I tried to console myself by saying, "I hope the floors aren't cleaned with the same brush." ​​I'm convinced that even the lahmacun and gözleme are mediocre, so my expectations in Berlin must be quite low, considering they're hyping this place up so much.

I went in to try the lahmacun. In the past tense, they first heated it up and brought it back, but it was half cold and half hot, and the filling was flavorless. I chose the menu and it was supposed to have pickles, and I asked if they'd forgotten them. He said, "I'll get them," very rudely, then stuck his gloveless hand into the can, scooped it up, and placed it on my plate. My stomach churned. The place's hygiene is already spotless, and then he topped it off by playing full-blown organization music (he was saying "serhildane" or something). You can't even enter such places through the door.

A disaster. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Food without a gift, burnt. Unappetizing.

We tried the lahmacun and manti. The portions were quite generous and super fresh. For today's prices, I find them more than reasonable.

I found this restaurant through Instagram. The food (goezleme) was freshly prepared right in front of me. Finally, something different from doner kebab or pizza! Definitely recommended.

In this canteen (not like a restaurant), hygiene regulations are definitely not being followed. The person preparing the lahmacun comes out of the restroom and continues without gloves. I don't think the lahmacun contains minced meat because it smells so bad, and besides, they're just reheating it there, even though it's already been baked. So yes, lahmacun is cheap at €2, but your health is at least as important.

We suddenly needed more lahmacun for our family celebration. The friendly lady on the phone even offered to deliver the food. We ordered 50 lahmacun and received them in 3 hours. Excellent service!

For this quality, it's truly exceptionally affordable. The preparation is traditional and feels like a handmade work of art. The shop on Perlaberger Straße is clean, cozy, and the service was very friendly. A real insider tip – we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Very, very good and nice. It's delicious, and the portions are filling. The food and the ambiance have an Anatolian feel, making you feel like you're on vacation. You can see how the food is freshly prepared. Everything is hygienic. I highly recommend it.

The boss is talking loudly on his cell phone next to his guests. It echoes across the street. It's a disgrace. Man, just be quiet for once.

Unfortunately, very disappointing! I've known this shop for over 10 years and was always satisfied, but the quality has declined significantly. The gözleme was completely blackened and burnt on one side, and they had turned it over on purpose so it wasn't noticeable at first glance! The manti was also "covered" with a blob of red sauce. There was significantly more yogurt than manti and red sauce. The same goes for the lahmacun: €2 for a small lahmacun; they used to be bigger.

We ate manti with minced meat and yogurt on recommendation and were not disappointed.

Best shop! The food is amazing!

It is very stuffy inside, like sitting in the steamy kitchen neat smoking oven. If you cannot live without manti the best solution is to preorder and takeaway.

We took the tram there on our visit to Berlin. Really delicious and handmade mantis and gözleme, stuffed zucchini. Super tasty and finally no kebab or currywurst!

I wanted to get Gözleme here for breakfast since it is right near our hotel. According to the opening times, the store should be open from 9:00 a.m. I got there a little early and waited. After 9:00 a.m. someone came, but the door remained closed - cleaning work was being done inside. When I knocked on the window around 9:10 a.m., I received a gesture indicating that it would take another 10 minutes. I waited until just before 9:30 a.m. but I still couldn't get in - that's just disrespectful to me. I would have really liked to try the food and only wanted to form an opinion afterwards. But dealing with customers like that just doesn't work. If you specify 9:00 a.m. as your opening time, you should also be ready to receive customers - or honestly adjust the time.

The woman's style is terrible, don't go there, don't make money for them.

I took a short trip to Berlin and came here purely by chance. Food and service were great. The Manti in particular really surprised me positively. I definitely come here more often now when I'm in Berlin

Friends, I have known this shop for many years. O.heat. Güllü Abla, the manager of the shop, was not present during our YouTuber friend's visit. Let's not criticize the shop so much because of the wrong actions of the sister from Urfa. I hope they see the video of our orc friend and do what is necessary. Because Güllü sister has been working there for more than 10 years. The food is truly wonderful.

Simple place, serving great and very cheap freshly cooked food. We just had a spinach and cheese gozleme and a drink, sitting outside in the evening, all of which was really pleasant. It was quiet when we arrived but by the time that we left, all 4 outdoor tables were full. It's a popular place! There is indoor seating too. No alcohol is served here and because of street construction works that are going on in the daytime, it was very quiet and peaceful at 9pm on a Saturday evening. The main chef speaks English too which helped us Like so many other places in Berlin, it's a cash only place.

Were there today, the gözlme were very tasty, the lentils tasted burnt, I had a no go, not fresh like lachmachun, unfortunately not fresh either, manti is also very good 2 points for manti and 2 points for the gözlme.

First time trying manti and surprisingly taste so good. The yoghurt sauce was not overpowering, overall everything combined very well. Definitely will come back. They also sell the manti for you to cook at home

Ordered online and received an unbearable order. I have no idea what they were thinking when they released it as gözleme. Spinach with Edam cheese is available online. That’s definitely not it!! There was some kind of cream cheese in it. Some of the spinach was still raw. The dough too... if you want to eat good gözleme then go a long way from here, there are much better shops. Disappointing and a shame to charge money like that! The lady who prepared this should find another job! Never again
