I was here two days ago and wanted to pay for a doner kebab for €6.50 by card. However, I was told that card payments were only accepted for purchases of €10 or more. Even though I didn't want a drink, they still insisted I order one to reach the minimum amount. Since I didn't have any cash on me, I ended up not receiving the doner kebab, which had already been prepared. I found this rather unusual and not very customer-friendly.

This newly opened restaurant, as the name suggests, belongs to the snack bar next door. Friendly staff, friendly owner... The interior is completely new and looks accordingly cozy and high-quality. Prices seem reasonable. I haven't tried much yet, but what I have tasted was delicious. The only drawback seems to be the workflow. Since everything is new, this is to be expected. However, there's a constant back-and-forth between the snack bar and the restaurant. It would be better to separate them. This also negatively impacts the processes at the snack bar.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) We had breakfast here, and the value for money is really good. We enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service wasn't so great – there's room for improvement there. On the plus side, they have a very wide selection: from breakfast to doner kebabs and grilled specialties to pizza, they really have everything.

10 out of 10 tried it myself. Much better than that old sushi place before.

I regularly eat doner kebabs there and they taste perfect every time. The price is also unbeatable. The workers are sometimes a bit stressed, but it's totally fine.

I paid €17.50 for this table. Side dishes and salad were free. The meat was fantastic, with a great charcoal flavor. I wanted rice instead of fries, even though it wasn't on the menu. They made it without hesitation. The interior design was amazing too. A mini-trip to Istanbul for a song!

No, really not that good. I had a falafel dürüm. The taste was okay, but it was incredibly thin. Unlike other places, they only put two falafel in the dürüm instead of the four I'm used to, and there was very little salad. Also, the food was unfortunately cold, as the bread was only warmed very briefly before being filled.

I really like eating there, but the big guy is always rude, just works however he wants, as long as it's wrapped in aluminum foil, it completely falls apart, a real rip-off, and it's always that one big kebab guy, forget everything, talks rudely, yeah, you can tell it's not his place.

Unfortunately, customer requests are completely ignored here – I specifically asked for more meat and was prepared to pay extra for it. Instead, I received almost nothing but sauce and bread. My order was only half-heartedly taken – instead of a large doner kebab, I got a regular one. The falafel dürüm was a joke: barely two falafel in it. The sauces tasted artificial and chemical. Not recommended. There are snack bars that are a bit more expensive, but the food there tastes significantly better – and you don't get half a tub of sauce instead of meat.

They just opened but their customer service is non existent and everything was very bad. We waited for 35 minutes for them to take a single order. Their food is not good at all. I would not recommend this newly opened place to anyone.

What a shame! A real shame! First they serve a cold kebab, then they try to salvage the situation with pointless excuses instead of simply saying, "We're sorry, we'll take care of it right away." Everything happens! What's unacceptable is loudly gossiping about the customer at the next table! I hope they learn from this review and put in more effort in the future!

Rude and unhygienic, hamburger with curry sauce.

I've been a customer there since the beginning and I'm so satisfied. I always get kebabs there for my husband and me. Mine is always made without sauce, with salt and lemon. Everyone is very friendly. The meat is fresh, and I often see the delivery man when I come back from shopping. We only get our kebabs there. Best, Marion

I came here for the first time because friends and acquaintances praised the kebab. When I was hungry around 7 p.m., the skewer was unfortunately empty. Instead of fresh meat, they simply hung an old skewer from the day before (or even older) on the grill 🤢. A couple in front of me ordered – the man got his kebab, but as soon as he took the first bite and saw that an old skewer had been used, he threw the whole thing away and left the shop angrily. I had already ordered, but when I saw this, I got hungry and walked out right away. The prices are reasonable 💰, the service was nice and the staff really friendly 🙌, and the ambiance looks really nice ✨, but what's the use if the quality is so poor? I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. I preferred to get a pizza next door instead. 🍕

Food is great but staff I just say no

This is the fifth time I've had diarrhea because I ate Turkish pizza there. The food is usually tasty, but constantly getting diarrhea just because I'm there is a bit strange.

Unfortunately, this shop is very disappointing...it's best to learn Turkish or Arabic so that the people can understand you as a Berliner...I don't know what's wrong with you, but Adana dürüm simply takes 2 hours and then they don't even turn on the grill...it's not my problem if you don't work under stress...last time I ordered something there 🤬

I have to say, I was initially absolutely thrilled with the value for money. However, the quality and especially the service have deteriorated considerably! Last time I went, I also noticed that they were wearing gloves, but even handling the money. Disgusting!

I ordered durum falafel and got halloumi. It's okay, mistakes can happen. I called them and the answer was, "We don't have falafel, so we made halloumi!" "Yes, but I don't want to eat halloumi!" "But halloumi is okay!" Are you vegan? "Really!" Back and forth, and they didn't want to return the money and in the end said I had to come to the store to get it!!! Hired a company to remove all the bad reviews. I actually had a 3.6 rating, and I haven't had a good experience here. They handled the food with their hands, and they wanted to re-fry old fries. Don't be fooled by the 4.6 rating.

The kebab is very good considering it's not a homemade kebab. The price is also more than reasonable. Nicely decorated and there's plenty of parking.

Adana Dürüm is highly recommended! Tastes great, bread is top notch. It was also finished quickly. Great prices!

I can't understand the many very bad reviews. Yes, it's a minced meat kebab, but I've never had the skewer or salad look old there. And given the throughput, that would really surprise me. We really like it there. Why only 4 stars? Sometimes the sauce was swapped (spicy instead of garlic, really stupid), sometimes there was a little less meat in it than usual (but still OK), sometimes it was a little undercooked (but well done, I was just missing roasted aromas), the organization was irritating for me at first (but it works well), ... But these are small things and they really make an effort there. That's why I really can't understand the 1 and 2 star ratings.

Surprisingly good Dürüm for a reasonable price. It was very tasty and the bread was baked in-house. You could have put it briefly on the contact grill so that it gets warm to the customer...Especially if you're eating on site. Chai tea for €0.50 is absolutely fine. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. I will definitely visit the store again when I'm in the area.

The best kebab in the world for me

Ich habe dort immer gerne Döner gegessen, aber der neue Mitarbeiter ist sehr unhöflich. Here we go again. I used to go there all the time to eat doner kebab, but the new employee is very rude. Just because of him, I won't eat there anymore.

The store used to be great, the employees were courteous and very friendly. Today I am very disappointed, unfriendly and annoyed employees. From a favorite shop to a kebab shop that I no longer want to visit.

We've been there twice now...Food was already cold after it was handed over...I have no idea what they're doing with the food...It feels like there are 100 employees there but you still have to wait forever for your food...Maybe that's a reason for cold food...Food was OK so far...And we didn't have any diarrhea afterwards...So it seems hygienic...The store looks clean too! Hot sauce unfortunately not really hot...Could be improved...Although it shouldn't "kill" the normal customer...I think I'll go there again, but it won't be my regular shop...

Recently re-managed. Staff very friendly, you get free black tea, very clean. I haven't tried kebab meat yet. Adana minced meat skewer is incredibly tasty. Salad selection good. Dürüm dough was a bit tough because it was unfortunately cold. A very hot, slightly bitter spice is used for the lahmacun filling and the vegan mince, which is too dominant for me. I'll probably stick with the minced meat skewer and make sure that the dough is warmed up better.

Doner kebab, dürüm, sauce bread and halloumi kebab taste good and the price is right too.

It's actually always been good, but today I took halloumi and you really can't call something like that "doner". It's more like a toastie with a little salad and cheese. Hygiene is also questionable; everyone is allowed to touch the bread once, whether with unwashed hands or torn gloves. My colleague recently wanted to warm-fry old fries for me again, but that doesn't work either.

I have to give the food 5 stars because they deserve it. I give 3 stars for the service. I don't like that they prepare the food without gloves. Another thing that is even worse in my opinion is that they take bread and money with the same hands. Please have one person to just take the bill and others to prepare the food. I can't imagine how much bacteria is transferred from the money to the kebab when you touch it with the same hands. I hope that my review resonates with the employees and owners.

I had a delicious Adana Kebap in bread with salad for lunch here today. One of the best Kebaps I've eaten in a long time, well cooked, properly spicy and the bread was very fresh. All the other dishes on offer looked good too and all made fresh in house. I will be back! Afiyet olsun!!

Lahmacun wird frisch vor Ort gemacht und schmeckt gut. Döner ist auch empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und es gibt Parkplätze vor der Tür. Das Ambiente könnte etwas besser sein - aber sonst top ! Danke

Die Bedienung immer unter Hochspannung, man hat das Gefühl, man bekommt das falsche, aber dem ist nicht so. Das Essen ist OK . Für heute nix kochen, OK.

Komme hier nur wegen der türkischen Pizza, die wirklich gut schmeckt und jedesmal muss ich hier leider, mehr als 6 Minuten warten, obwohl ich meist der einzige Gast bin. Heute war mein record, mit länger als 10min. Das ist eindeutige zu lange und in meinen Augen kein Fastfood mehr. Als ich dann fragte ob es noch länger dauert, sagte mir der Verkäufer nur;…jetzt gleich machen wir deine, wir müssen erstmal Brot backen… ich finde, so was sollte man den Gast gleich erzählen, dass zeugt auch für mich, für guten Service, der hier anscheinend nicht gegeben wird. Ich stornierte dann meine Bestellung, da sie auch noch nicht in Arbeit war, und verließ den Imbiss. Kein es tut mir leid oder jegliche Entschuldigung vom Verkäufer. Traurig für die verschwendete Zeit!!!

Das war das schlechteste Döner die ich je bisher gegessen habe

Das Brot von meinem Halloumi-Döner war von außen knusprig, von innen weich. Der Käse war nicht kaputt frittiert. Die Kräuter-Soße war ok. Ein bisschen mehr Grünzeug und Gewürz hätte drin sein können :) die Bedienung war freundlich und die Tische und Stühle frisch sauber gemacht. Die Tische haben eine Decke und darauf eine Glasplatte - finde ich originell. :)

Immer germe wieder bin Bei BEI CEVDET USTA , in Mein Pause bin dort habe fast alle Spieße Sorte probiert, alles frisch gemacht vor mein Augen , mitarbeite sind echt Toole Menschen, Ich esse Zeit 20 Jahren Döner in ‚ verschiedenen Bistros , Sie haben echten Döner Kebab Qualitäte, und Soße kann mich rein legen, daher das ich Leber gerne esse mein Favorit ist Leber braten im Dürüm Brot ,und bekomme nach jede Essen mein Orginal türkischen CAY Tee, Noch da zu gehen andere Bistros ist Günstiger, Colle Besitzer angenehmen Familien betrieb , Sehr sehr gerne bin morgen wieder bei CEVDET ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💫💫💫💫💫💫

Seit neustem haben wir hier bei uns in wittenau diesen schönen Imbiss familienbetrieb so weit ich mitbekommen habe. Mit viel Auswahl und lecker / bezahlbar ist es auch noch. Der Laden ist in kurzer Zeit zu einem meiner lieblings Döner Buden geworden, so daß ich gerne mit meiner Familie da essen gehe. Was ich bis jetzt probiert habe ist cigköfte, lahmacun, döner und dürüm. Alles sehr gut aber lahmacun toppt alles wird immer frisch zubereitet und schmeckt wie es schmecken sollte und nicht die Dinger die man immer aus der tüte unterm Tresen erwärmt bekommt. Im grossen und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit Preis Leistung und kann das lokal auch mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. PS. Bitte die scharfe Soße etwas schärfer machen

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber und das Essen hat wirklich sehr gutes Geschmack. Das Geschmack macht auch richtig süchtig. Ich liebe diesen Laden. Auch Familien sind hier sehr Willkommen. Nach jedem Essen oder auch beim Warten der Mahlzeit kann man türkisches Schwarztee trinken. Das Döner ist Efsane Döner, also das Beste Döner mit süper Qualität. Ich gehe hier gerne Essen.
