I recommend this place to everyone. There are 4 döner restaurants in this area, I've been to all of them, but this is definitely the most delicious one, so thank you Exra Döner for offering us such delicious products. 🙏🙏

I've been here several times. The doner kebab costs €5, with both chicken and beef. The service was first-class! The sauce was plentiful, the portions were generous, and the meat was also plentiful. For €5, it's a perfect doner kebab in Pankow!

In one word, it was very delicious. I liked the service and the jewelry very much. The employees are very friendly people. I really recommend it.

You'd better not eat meat here! Otherwise, you risk stomach cramps and worse, sorry guys, but the quality used to be good! When I arrived there recently just before midnight, half of the meat was still on both skewers, apparently because they're selling less due to the current road closure. So, on Friday evening, a single employee is happy to sell beyond opening hours because several customers still want to order, resulting in a longer wait. One customer is supposed to pay for the already packaged Dürüm + Döner box the next day, because unfortunately, there are no card payments on that day, even though it says so (from €8). For €5, I get little vegetables in my kebab, but a lot of meat. Later at home, I think - hmm, that doesn't taste anything like the kebab I just made all the way there for, and it smells a bit strange, but hunger is taking over. Unfortunately, unfortunately, because it wasn't until a day and a half later that I slowly started eating rice and carrots again... and I'm definitely not sensitive when it comes to food! Otherwise: The employee was reservedly friendly, and the store seemed clean.

Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. Instead of grilling the usual way, the patties were deep-fried, which severely affected the flavor. The new employee—young, around 23, with a mustache and a somewhat heavyset build—seemed unpleasant and clearly didn't take his job seriously. This can't continue. I hope management reacts and takes the appropriate action, perhaps even terminates the contract. Quality and customer service must once again be the priority here.

Delicious and affordable, also good fast delivery service

Guys serving doner are so rude, Food is okay but I don‘t understand the attitude. Will never visit again, there are many doner shops in the area, would rather spend money where people are bit friendly.

As already mentioned, the veal tastes strange. Preparation is careless, but the portion (dürüm) is very large. But it doesn't taste good at all. Card payments start at 8 euros, of course, even though there are acceptance stickers hanging outside. It tastes much better opposite and you can pay normally with a card.

Service was friendly for a kebab shop shortly before midnight. I liked the kebab itself, the bread was crispy and toasted. On the table there was a bowl of chili to take yourself. There was a nasty surprise when paying when leaving. Card payment was not possible, even though it was advertised on the door and it was not pointed out that card payment was not possible here. The only reason I'm in is so I can pay by card. That really doesn't work. Actually only 1 star for this, but the food was really good, so I was able to get the second one.

Veal tastes somehow strange. They are on offer but I prefer to go opposite. The meat tastes perfect there. Good meat just costs more.

That was really, one of the worst experiences in a long, long time. Doner crispy, but not crispy clean, but total damage. Burnt, half-baked, stuffed, served rudely, it really wasn't great. Maybe someone shouldn't be so stoned at work.

Overall quality is good, but varies from visit to visit and depending on the employees/mood. Colleagues are usually very nice. Since the actually hefty offer started, kebabs and dürüm have become noticeably smaller - so in the end it's not really a deal.

Yesterday I was in the restaurant at 9pm and ordered fries for 4 euros. They were the worst fries I have ever eaten. After I ordered, they were ready in just 30 seconds. They were not freshly prepared, but probably came out of the fridge and were warmed up. It was just lukewarm mashed potatoes with ketchup. Unfortunately I ordered takeaway and only noticed it in the car. Inedible. It seems that the restaurant or the staff who prepared them are in no way able to guarantee customer satisfaction. The restaurant was empty, so there was no stress. My visit there is not to recommend.

I always give the store a chance. The quality of the food depends heavily on the staff. Guests are also prosecuted differently. While one person doesn't have to pay anything for an extra, it costs another. There are also occasional difficulties with ordering, whether it's the number or entire dishes. I've had good and bad experiences here. Unfortunately the last three times were bad.

Please don't buy kebab here if it doesn't taste good. And it's not clean

A kebab shop that isn't above ripping off its customers and instead delivers cold, small kebabs. Go to Aris opposite, they are nice and the kebab is big and tasty 😋.

Ordered a takeaway pizza there for the first time. Currently on offer for €6. What can I say? I was very surprised at how delicious the pizza was. The pizza crust was airy and crispy and not too thick. The topping was also great. In this area you can only get pizzas or pizzas with "cookie dough" for €10+. Keep it up! I'd love to come back!

A kebab with fries and just meat for 7€, you all think your own part, but that's a rip-off and has nothing to do with Berlin's kebab culture. Zero goodwill there never again.

We ordered two kebabs here for lunch, the shop isn't the nicest, but it's clean. Service depends on whether you value the kebab. In my case, my bread was badly burned and should not be sold that way. The meat (veal) and garlic sauce were delicious. All in all, I can recommend the kebab. Maybe we just had a bad day...

I placed my order and two minutes later comes an uber with a passenger rushing out and in the shop being served before me: "Sorry Miss, the Uber is waiting!" Greetings to your snitch dude. Requested my money back and left. Certainly never going back there. What a discriminating place.

Order not received, called several times but no one picked up. Bad store, lieferando and Paypal reported. It's okay if they were to criticize me for the delivery not being delivered, but otherwise it looks like they don't value their customers.

Extra Doner definitely deserves five stars! The pizza is the best in Berlin, and their kebab doesn't disappoint either. The staff is friendly and the service is lightning fast, with wait times of just 5 to 6 minutes. The restaurant also offers indoor and outdoor seating and toilets for customers. The furnishings are a matter of taste, but the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. A must for anyone who appreciates excellent food and service.

In winter and summer, the kebabs are unfortunately always delivered cold.

27€ für 2 Dürum und eine kleine Dönerbox plus Getränke.. leider lief bei der Bestellung/ Belag auch noch etwas schief. Dafür hätte man vielleicht ein Getränk abziehen können und nicht noch aufschlagen beim Kopfrechnen..

Tonight I went home late from work, so I stopped by at this kebab to eat something. I ordered a currywurst with fries, but when I knew I couldn't pay by card I changed my order to just fries, cause I didn't have enough cash, and even in that way some cents were missing. The very nice man who served me said it was fine, and when I grabbed my order I saw it was currywurst with fries! He made my day!

Geschmacklich war der Döner garnicht mal so gut . Für 7 Euro erwarte ich frischen Salat, und vorallem heißes Fleisch , und das vorallem zur Mittagszeit . Beim nächsten Mal gehe ich gern in den Imbiss auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite :)

Selten einen Döner mit so wenig Fleisch gegessen. Geschmacklich ok, aber nichts besonderes. Auf dem Plakat draußen steht 5,00 €, man zahlt aber 6,00 € , zum mitnehmen. Hier wird der Kunde abgezockt. Mitarbeiter freundlich, arbeiten aber unkoordiniert, es braucht zwei Mitarbeiter um einen Döner zuzubereiten. FAZIT: Nicht empfehlenswert, das Geld nicht wert.

LEBENSMITTELVERGIFTUNG ! Ich war mit einem Kollegen Vorgestern jeweils einen Döner essen. Der Nachgeschmack im Mund war sehr unangenehm und penetrant stinkend. Im Nachhinein litten wir beide an Übelkeit und mussten die ganze Nacht Erbrechen ! Nie wieder ! Vergammeltes Fleisch wir da verkauft !!!

Ein üblicher Döner-Imbiss der nachts am Wochenende offen hat um sich nach einer Party oder ähnlichem noch etwas zu essen zu holen bevor man seinen Rausch ausschläft. Leider hat sich bei meinem letzten Besuch gezeigt dass der Mitarbeiter dort nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig war und ich lange Zeit brauchte ihm zu erklären dass ich einen großen Döner wollte. Nervig und sowas sollte gar nicht sein...der Döner war aber ok.

Habe Pommes mit Currywurst bestellt. Riesenschild für 4,50 €. Portion war klein, aber geschmacklich o.k. Dann wollten sie aber 5,00 € haben. Habe auf die große Anzeige verwiesen. Nein, hier drinnen steht 5 €, hieß es. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich dort etwas gegessen habe.

Zwar große Portionen aber überzogene Preise. Lieber weniger aber auch entsprechend weniger abkassieren. Innerhalb von zwei Jahren den Preis von 3,50 auf 4,50 angezogen.

In Pankow herrscht Dönerarmut, die die zu überteuerten Preisen führt und von der Regierung komplett ignoriert wird. Die Preis/Leistung ist demnach nicht gut. Höchstens bei Notfällen oder an Angebotstagen würde ich hier Döner empfehlen.

Erst auf 4€ und jetzt sogar auf 4.50€ erhöht. Bei drastisch sinkender Qualität gar nicht gerechtfertigt. Es wird sich immer weniger Mühe gegeben und die Mitarbeiter werden unfreundlicher.

Ich esse immer Pizza, und hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis also Qualität für einen Imbiss sehr gut, und Preise OK.

Essbar und nicht so unverschämte Preise wie bei den Anderen mit der selben Qualität

Es kommt hin und wieder vor, dass mir Falafel zunächst mit falscher Sauce serviert wird, ich also nur mit scharfer Sauce bestelle, aber dann scharfe Sauce und z.B. Knoblauchsauce (oder auch nur Knoblauchsauce) hinzugefügt wird, oder unten im Brot nur scharfe Sauce ist und obendrauf eine andere Sauce hinzugefügt wird. Die Mitarbeiter fertigen dann nach meinem Hinweis immer ohne Probleme eine neue Portion an.

Ich habe mir zwei Döner bestellt für je 3,50€ die waren so klein, da sind Schüler Döner für 2,50€ größer. Und vom Geschmack waren die nicht gut. Ich war jetzt zum zweiten und zum letzten mal dort. Geht lieber gegenüber zu Ari's Diner, da bekommt man leckeren Döner.

Schutzmaßnahmen sind nur von Kunden zu sehen. Bedinung trägt kein Mundschutz und berührt Waren ohne Handschuhe und kassiert auch so. Landsleute werden vorgezogen und man bekommt nicht das was bestellt wird obwohl kein Andrang ist. Beim aufmerksam machen des die falsche Soße genommen wurde und man schon 3x sagte bitte scharf, wird das ignoriert und dann bekommt man noch gesagt. Ja sollen wir das nun weck schmeißen

Nie wieder ! Der Typ mit der Glatze hat mich fünf mal gefragt wie ich meine zwei Dönerboxen haben möchte... BEIDE WAREN FALSCH. Zu Hause angekommen habe ich sofort angerufen und dann erwidert man mir am Telefon... was soll ich jetzt machen... tschüss Frechheit!!!!
