Super friendly service, the food was delicious! The food was beautifully presented and prepared with love and care! Great consideration was given to our gluten allergy sufferers, and alternatives were offered. We felt very welcome and well looked after. Thank you for that!

The food is okay but I find it a bit overpriced for what you get. And I looked into the kitchen a bit - I have to say, it was quite a mess in there.

When I was in Berlin before, we came to this place but it was full, we didn't wait, we went to another Turkish restaurant, I really regret it, I wish we had waited that day too. We preferred it for dinner this time, of course we made a reservation, otherwise it is impossible to find a seat, first of all the staff welcomed us with the smiling face, sincerity and warmth of the Turks. The inside was full of customers, our table was reserved, I hesitated to choose the soup, I chose the tripe soup, believe me, it is a legendary taste, those who know me know that I have visited all 81 provinces of Turkey, they see me as an expert in local flavors, people around me ask me where to eat, so start with the tripe soup at Tuğra, it is very successful, 10 full points, then we preferred the mixed grill plate. The meat was very tasty, the marination was nice, the cooking degree was great, in short it was super. We didn't want dessert because I am diabetic. By the way, there is brewed tea, it was also delicious. From now on, when I go to Berlin, Tuğra Restaurant will be my first and only choice. I would like to thank everyone individually, from the boss to the waiter, from the chef to the bellboy.

By far the best Turkish restaurant in town. Great atmosphere, great food and very friendly service.

unfortunately closed - no stop on the entrance door. That was the case a while ago when four of us wanted to eat there. No warning that the porch would be torn down. Now the shop has actually become nicer without the porch. In the front you can make a nice front garden. Food tastes good, portions could be a little bigger (at least for men) and prices could be a little lower, then you would come more often. But very nicely located in the good Halensee.

Excellent fine Turkish cuisine. The stuffed artichokes are awesome. As are the lamb dishes and their special puff bread tray with dips.

Unfortunately I can't give a star. According to the opening times, it opens at 11:30 a.m. At 12:30 p.m. I wanted to visit the restaurant for a business lunch and unfortunately the door was closed.

We were there with 4 adults and 2 children. It is a very well-kept restaurant with very good service. Even if the meat could have been seasoned a little more spicy, we were very satisfied.

Das Tugra ist gut besucht, von daher empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Ds Personal ist sehr umsichtig und die Portionen sind ausreichend. Wer einen der leckeren Vorspeisenteller nimmt sollte den Hinweis geben, dass der Hauptgang erst auf Abruf erfolen sollte. Sonst wird es ehktisch und der Tisch ist zu voll.

I come from Hanover to Berlin every now and then for business reasons. There are many restaurants in Berlin that are also good, but this restaurant overwhelmed me. The landlord is a very nice and friendly man. He likes to take time for his guests. You can see that everyone only wants the best for each guest. The service in the restaurant is very good, they are quick and try to fulfill the wishes of the guests. The food there is definitely very tasty and brings a nice taste experience! Meat is tender and beautifully tasty, and there are many variations and variety in the different dishes. I can definitely recommend it to everyone for Turkish cuisine. The ambience is very nice, as is the atmosphere there. I will definitely come back in the future and several times! :)

We wanted to end a relaxing time in a private sauna from "My Wellnes" on the Kudamm with a delicious meal in the "Tugra" directly opposite. When we entered the restaurant, which was still almost empty at that time, around 6 p.m. and asked for a table for two people, we were greeted with frowns and the information that we were very well booked today, but were then given a table right at the entrance. The drinks came quickly and the menu seemed promising. The dishes we chose, we chose the starter and main course, took a long time to arrive and were unfortunately just plain tasteless across the board. We had to add a lot of salt throughout to get any taste on the plate. Last but not least, when we were paying, we were told that no card payment was possible because the reader had been defective for days, which caused us considerable payment difficulties and would certainly have been worth informing us before ordering. Conclusion: Disappointing!

Our reservation was simply 'forgotten'. Well, it can happen. I also once worked in the catering industry. In return you can expect great service! We were then seated apart at a bare, uncovered table. 4 different cellars forgot or ignored our request for the order every time. We have never experienced anything so unprofessional. It took exactly an hour before we could finally order. Absolutely unprofessional behavior! Especially after forgetting the online reservation! The food wasn't classic Turkish either! There was no free plate of bread and salad, instead you had to pay 5 euros per bread. Even with the main courses there was no side salad or bread. Never experienced this in a Turkish restaurant. Definitely not recommended!

The Tugra offers a special kind of culinary experience. The Turkish specialties taste really good and the menu leaves nothing to be desired. A visit is worth it just for the delicious dishes. The service is friendly and attentive, but sometimes seems a bit overwhelmed. Although orders are processed quickly, small delays/errors occasionally occur. We got a completely wrong dish and since we didn't want to wait, we ate it. Was good too. The ambience is modern and clean, but feels a bit cool and the noise can be a bit annoying at peak times. All in all, Tugra is a good address for anyone who likes Turkish food and doesn't want to compromise on quality.

Simply delicious and more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is very friendly, the menu reads very well and you immediately felt at home here. The food was fresh, lovingly prepared and the portions were really large, so you'll be full even if you're very hungry. I can only recommend everyone to stop by here, something completely different. Price-performance ratio is also right here.

This evening, my wife and I went to the Tugra restaurant, which was recommended to us, to have a nice dinner. The environment was clean and calm. A gentleman from Antalya was close to us. I can't write down his name because I don't know it. When we asked him what you would recommend for us to eat, he said to my wife, "Are the meatballs ready or do you make them? It's good." And when he said we were making it ourselves, we ordered the veal medallion. It was very soft and nice, but I said I couldn't eat the meatballs, they were too hard, even a knife wouldn't cut them. He suggested that I make something else, but he said something like changing the cook for the hardness of the meatballs, which I said I didn't want, and after eating hummus and lahmacun, I said I didn't want to wait for anything else. They took the bill for the meatballs that I didn't eat when we asked for them, I was very upset and since we came to Berlin as tourists from Istanbul, Tuğra Restaurant was very shameful.

We were looking for a restaurant that served steak or meat and came across this one. We liked the restaurant. The service, the ambience and most importantly “the food” met our expectations. We definitely recommend it.

Very friendly, food can be adjusted upon request (without garlic, as there are still business contacts after lunch). My lamb oven dish was very good and I would happily recommend it.

Sadly, we visited this restaurant on a BAD night? At least I hope it was a bad night and not customary. The concierge at the Hotel Adlon, who has until now been flawless in referrals, sent us here as we looked forward to a marvelous Turkish dinner. Unfortunately we received no greeting or attention upon arrival. Instead we waited quite a while until going on a hunt to find assistance. Once seated our waiter showed no interest at all, only contempt and misery in his job. We order warm and cold appetizers which we receive. They are delicious but waiter doesn’t bother to tell us to order breads needed for all the appetizers. Finally we get them. By that point we realize this place doesn’t care and we don’t want to suffer any more of this awful service. Meanwhile, our waiter has left for the night without even a “Good Night”. We’ve spent 60 euros on transport to this restaurant and we don’t exist. I find the manager, who speaks very good English, and he apologizes for trouble finding capable waiter. I really want to ask the manager where he has been all evening. When one of the best hotels in Berlin sends their clients, he better make sure to provide a warm, gracious, hospitable setting. It certainly wasn’t that tonight. I hope your experience is better. And I hope the manager finds capable staff. Perhaps he should consult with his friends at the Adlon, where service is superb, warm, friendly, impeccable, attentive and immediate.

Preferably no star! I called this restaurant a few days ago and asked if the meat dishes offered were also helal, as we wanted to inquire before visiting this restaurant for religious reasons. We were assured over the phone that this was the case and that we didn't have to worry. However, the opposite turned out and the meat dishes are not healthy, as we were assured. In my opinion, you should be honest with your customers and respect other people's religions.

It was a recommendation from a friend we were there with. Service: were nice and accommodating, had a nice saying and had a nice chat with us. Food: we had a very tasty meal. The portions were good, not too much and not too little. An optimal size so that a dessert fits in 🤭 Ambiance: the restaurant has a nice appearance from the outside as well as the inside. Toilets are clean, which is not always the case when you go out to eat 😉

The restaurant makes a good impression from the outside. But the first glance can quickly be deceptive. More appearance than reality. Unfortunately, you are not greeted nicely at the door and you are not shown nicely to the seat either. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. The first defect occurred directly at the table. Dirty cutlery at the table which was changed quickly. The waiters look around and don't know how something is brought to the table. The plates are not served directly to the seat but are passed from guest to guest. The water is not poured into the glass, which actually had to be done. If you ask the waiters to come to the table, they come to the table in an angry manner and do not speak to you politely. In such a large restaurant there are only 3 waiters, which is a bit small. The food was ok. The meat was dry and the starters were not well seasoned and bland. I am a chef myself and expected a lot from this restaurant. Overall, unfortunately not good. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Super attentive service that always has a funny saying in store. The food was to die for and the portions were generous! We were here years ago and were pleasantly surprised that it hasn't changed at all. We had the dumplings and grilled plates, as well as mocha and künefe for dessert, all very tasty! If you like good Turkish cuisine in a chic atmosphere, this is the place for you!

Dips at the beginning with puffy bread were great. Starter could have been a bit more, but it also tasted good. Ordered a platter for 2 people. Unfortunately, since my colleague couldn't do it anymore, it looked like a lot. Still, everything on the record tasted good. The price is rather too high. Since all sorts of alcohol are offered and bottles etc. are visible everywhere on the walls and the name starts with a Bismillah right outside the door, I found this rather disconcerting.

Per Zufall haben wir dieses Restaurant gefunden und es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Wir würden sagen, dieses Restaurant die beste Türkische Küche in ganz Berlin ist. Das Kompliment ist wirklich verdient, da es sehr leckere Speisen gibt, alles stilvoll und dazu eine freundliche und unaufdringliche Bedienung. Von sehr schmackhaften und stilvollen Gerichten (wie z.B. Lammrücken mit Pflaumensoße etc.) Stoffservietten, bis kleinen gerollten Handtüchern im Bad, eher wie eine gehobene Klasse wirkend, zum Wohlfühlen. Bei den Speisen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Von einer Vielzahl an kalten und warmen Vorspeisen, bis FleischGrillgerichten und Vieles mehr, alles sehr überzeugend. Auch Weintrinker kommen nicht zu kurz, da es eine sehr große Auswahl an türkischen Weinen gibt. Es ist erstaunlich, das trotz der sogenannten guten Lage am Kurfürstendamm - die Preise im normalen Preisniveau liegen. Darum ist alles in Allem, dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hier kann man wirklich schön u. in einem sehr ansprechenden Ambiente brunchen,auf den Kudamm schauen u. 4 Std. gemütlich u. vor allen Dingen in Ruhe ausharren.Das Buffet ist so facettenreich u. sowas von lecker,dass man gar nicht weiß was man zuerst essen soll. Durch TripAdvisor dieses Restaurant entdeckt. Wirklich lecker. Selten so lecker türkisch gegessen. Service vorbildlich. Der Eigentümer Mustafa ist ein wirklich toller Gastgeber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Tugra ist immer meine erste Wahl, wenn ich in Berlin bin. Die frische Küche und die Gerichte vom Holzkohlengrill sind einfach lecker. Der Chefkellner, welcher schon viele Jahre dort ist, macht einen klasse Job. Die Ambiente ist hochwertig und es stimmt absolut das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wirklich immer gerne wieder!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es gab leider ein paar Punkte, die zu dem Sternabzug führen. - Vorspeisenteller wurde verwechselt - Radler wurde mit Fanta gemischt (hat der Kellner aber vorher angekündigt) - statt einer großen Cola kam eine kleine - bis zur Bezahlung warteten wir über 30min trotz doppeltem Bescheid geben Ansonsten waren alle Kellner sehr sehr nett und auch bemüht. Das Essen schmeckte uns gut. Wenn es voll ist, wird es sicher lange dauern. Unser Essen kam an einem Montag Abend aber sehr schnell.
