Typical, but still fine. I like going here.

Very long, unacceptable wait times. Those who want to pay in cash, in particular, have to endure an extra wait. I left without eating.

Friendly staff and typical KFC selections, very well prepared. This simple but clean fast-food restaurant is conveniently located. If you want ambiance, don't go here; if you like delicious chicken prepared in every conceivable way, go for it.

Really bad, not recommended. Hygiene is zero.

Extremely long waiting times, bossy tone, too few employees for lunchtime

We ordered two value meals and mashed potatoes with gravy to eat in. We forgot: a portion of fries, cutlery, gravy, and the salad on the burger. The chicken was good, but we couldn't finish the mashed potatoes and gravy, nor the burger without the salad (after the third time, I was tired of going back to the store).

KFC makes good burgers and chicken bites. Juicy and well-seasoned. We used the drive-thru and were the only ones there. Everything went smoothly. The employees on the intercom were easy to understand (not just technically, but also in terms of language skills), and the food was freshly prepared – we could see it through the serving window. The drive-through is a bit narrow. A Range Rover or BMW X7 might have trouble here. Friendly employees. Paying with the mobile app works great. On the downside: We specifically ordered extra mayo, but it wasn't included in the bag. Instead, we got three ketchup portions. And €45 for fast food (2 meals + 1 extra bite) is very expensive. I know of some good restaurants where you can eat for that price.

We ordered food for almost €90. Unfortunately, several items were missing. That's so annoying... It's simply not possible to check a €90 order immediately after receiving it at the drive-thru... The quality of the food we received was also abysmal. Cold... sometimes there wasn't enough chicken... Sauces had to be ordered separately and were ALL forgotten! We were still wondering why the store was so empty... But now we have the answer.

A larger, nicer Kentucky Fried Chicken, located off the highway. Huge, and you can get everything you need right there. Also a different selection than I've experienced before.

The service at this branch has never been good in my opinion; the fries are usually cold and rubbery. But the fact that they no longer serve regular fries, but only those with a seasoning mix that I find disgusting, and the fries are thicker and with the skin on. No thanks. For me, it's KFC.

I ordered two burgers with extra cheese at the drive-thru. They took a ready-made burger from the display, unwrapped it, and then added cheese. Then they wrapped it up and gave it to me at the drive-thru. If I hadn't paid, I wouldn't have exchanged my money for these products. The visit was on August 23, 2025, at 10:05 PM. Please retrain your employees.

Regarding the food 🆗, the tables and floor need to be cleaned better, the toilet is on the first floor, why not on the ground floor?

A nicely renovated KFC. Like all KFCs, it doesn't have a counter, but instead has these self-service kiosks. The employees are motivated and give you exactly what you order. A "Bon Appetito" would often be appreciated, though. During lunchtime, there can be some waiting times.

We are very rarely guests at KFC but what we noticed right away is that the employees are very friendly and accommodating 👌 Thank you

Well, nothing outstanding, nothing really bad. The food was okay. Cleanliness, okay. The atmosphere, well, it is what it is. A fast-food temple next to the highway entrance.

I waited 45 minutes for my food at a "fast-food restaurant." When I tried to cancel my order, I was kept waiting and constantly put off by a rude employee. The staff generally seemed overwhelmed.

It is a pretty clean place taken into consideration that it is on S-Bahn station. I understand that all KFC restaurants in Munich do not provide a toilett. So, please bare this inconvenience in mind.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my visit. The prices were significantly too high, especially compared to the quality and cleanliness offered. The tables were dirty, and it had obviously not been properly cleaned in a while – that's a real no-go for a restaurant. Another problem was communication with the staff: Hardly anyone spoke German, which made ordering difficult. This led to misunderstandings and problems with ordering.

I was at the KFC drive-thru for over half an hour today, waiting for my food – and haven't received anything yet. Despite the long wait, there was no explanation, no apology, and no service. I've never experienced anything like this before. Waiting that long at the drive-thru and still not getting any food is simply disappointing. Very poor service – this was definitely my last visit here.

Fast-food restaurants only work if the staff understands it. The store was packed... average wait time: 40 minutes! (For a 10-piece bucket... which only needed to be packed) The service staff were unfriendly and insulted each other because everything was taking too long. Apparently, they couldn't operate the ordering system.

The best KFC in Munich. The staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The place is very clean, spacious and looks modern. They have self-service drink machines, which is really convenient. And the food is great: neatly prepared, and they've never messed up our order. They even offer Squid Game-themed Korean chicken at the moment (June 2025), which is really delicious.

Any Slow Food restaurant is faster than this team with an empty shop. Waiting over 10 minutes for a zinger is a disgrace!

overpriced and even worse than you would expect

The next day after eating I had severe stomach pain.

If I could, I'd give it negative points. The food is generally good, and the staff seems very relaxed – but what good is that if you constantly fail to put together a simple order correctly? I regularly drive through the drive-thru, take the food home, and almost every time, something is missing. Sometimes a sauce, sometimes a small item. Annoying, but so far, everyone has at least been able to eat something. But today, I've really had enough. I ordered two hot wing boxes and a Twister. Nothing complicated. For once, I don't check on the spot because I think, "They'll surely remember that." Think again! When I get home, a Twister is missing. It's just not there. Paid for, but not delivered. And then I honestly ask myself: Is this incompetence or intentional? It's slowly starting to look like a system. Orders are processed sloppily, and the customer is left to figure out how to get by. What happens now? Will I get my money back? Do I seriously have to drive back to get my Twister, which I already paid for? Or do they just assume the customer will swallow their frustration? I'm disappointed, angry—and honestly, I'm getting fed up. It's unacceptable that such a mistake happens with such a small order. Over and over again. It's neither funny nor acceptable.

We were a little skeptical because of the mixed reviews. But honestly, we couldn't relate to the negative reviews at all. It's super clean. The staff is friendly and funny. The food was ready really quickly, hot, and delicious. What more could you want?

I don't know who at Kentucky Fried Chicken is so stingy as to get rid of the little pepper packets for the salad, no longer put butter on the corn on the cob, and set the entire beverage system to zero for a year, which no one drinks. They've already added a button with regular (with sugar) Pepsi, but the rest is still all zero. People should be allowed to eat and drink for themselves, and if it's too much to offer a little packet of pepper for half a cent with your salad, which you otherwise can't really eat, then that's a shame. Lemon wipes like they used to be aren't available anymore either. The main thing is that everything is getting so expensive that you can never eat there for less than €14 to €16 per person (then you get a meal and don't even get a sauce for that, which you have to pay extra for) - it's really just ridiculous... that's not a fast food restaurant, it's just patronizing and rip-offs, and then they even cut out the things that made you go there in the first place. is...😮‍💨 So the food is good, the service is okay, but the top people in the office who watch every cent are the problem and ruin everything with their savings (at the by far most expensive fast food restaurant) so that they probably have more in their pockets 😕 unfortunately a shame

Mixed feelings... The service is top-notch! Thanks to the always competent lady with the pigment disorder and the always cheerful gentleman who packs everything! Regarding the food, I have to say that I would have liked the chicken a bit crispier. Unfortunately, you're chewing on a soft coating. The ambiance has definitely improved, but the big M competitor does better! Therefore, a solid rating.

The food was very good, fresh and hot. But then the rest was rather poor. It was very dingy everywhere and just not great. The staff also seemed completely overwhelmed and it took almost 30 minutes to serve the food. The monitor with the pick-up number seemed more like a decorative element, as the numbers were called out, mostly only in English, and numbers that had been processed remained. It's a shame ☹️

As usual, food and drinks are delicious at KFC. The toilets are on the first floor. Unfortunately, they weren't as clean as I'm used to in other offices. There is room for further improvement here.

I visit this particular KFC often because it is on one of my routes to and from Munich....because the KFC in Pasing is too inconvenient for me, parking fees...queuing up to the bone...of course, because train passengers also want something....

This is my first time here and I have to say that I was positively surprised, the food was really delicious and I will probably stop by more often in the future

Unfortunately it has become way too expensive and the food in this branch doesn't taste good. A lot of things are totally salty. For the money you can eat in a decent restaurant. This branch never has many guests.

I loved the attention too much, especially from one of the workers who speaks Italian who was super friendly and very nice at all times 🥰✨✨✨ I highly recommend the place ✨

Extremely unhygienic, employees spit like a llama when talking. Orders are always incomplete or incorrect and deliveries are rejected and the money is only returned in a week, not recommended.

If you're in a hurry, very tasty fast food

It's unbelievable how expensive fast food is. Was at Kentucky Fried Chicken for the first and last time. For the money I can also go out to eat in a real restaurant, which I definitely prefer.

Yesterday, February 11th, my husband and I visited this KFC branch and ordered a burger, chili cheese fries and a basket. We found numerous hairs in the chicken wings - not just on them, but in the meat. When we complained about this, the staff only responded with confused looks, but without an apology or solution. The chili cheese fries were also faulty: they only contained chili sauce and no cheese. When asked, they said that it “had to be that way” and that it was the last portion. As this is not the first incident at this branch, urgent action should be taken. Fortunately, we had no health problems, but under these conditions the risk to guests is significant.

Tarik is the best KFC manager I have ever had the pleasure of serving. I really enjoy coming here!

Voucher number mixed up. Paid the expensive price but still received too few products. I can prove it with a voucher number and receipt. The KFC employees were in no way interested in my complaint about this. Which is also due to the employees' lack of German language skills. Paid at least 4 euros too much. Not recommended. 1 star is still too much in my opinion

It doesn't taste like Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore. It's seasoned differently. The shop is quite empty, so you also get expired food. Service very nice.

The bathroom was super dirty, and it wasn't because of the customers' lack of hygiene, but rather because of a lack of cleaning, you could see the dust on the edges of the toilet and it was clear that there had been no maintenance for at least three days. The floor and sink were the same. I went to the baby changing bathroom.

It felt like all the employees were inexperienced, long waiting times, a lot of things were forgotten, everything was extremely annoying.

They don't accept official KFC coupons, staff runs around like headless chicken :) and they always mess up the order. Not too clean, but food tastes ok.

I ordered a vegetarian takeaway meal from KFC. However, when I got home I realized that instead of a vegetarian burger, I was given a burger with meat. As I am a vegetarian this was very disappointing. I tried to reach the restaurant by phone to clarify the error, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. I hope that in the future orders will be monitored more closely and customer service will be improved.

I ate here at KFC. The food wasn't really good, it was average, and what was particularly disturbing was this green potato or whatever alien food it is supposed to be. All the specialists (potential doctors/mathematics professors) did a poor job

Just wanted to grab something quick. No special order. After 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I was finally allowed to order. It took another 10 minutes until I was able to take my lukewarm food with me. There were just 3 cars in front of me 😡

Really really bad here. I haven't been to KFC for a long time and it will certainly be long enough for me to go to a KFC. Ordered large fries, got small ones. When asked, they claimed that they were large fries. Burger cold and dry and very carelessly topped. Crispy chicken cheese was a total joke. The chicken was so small that half of the bread had to be without chicken. Really disgusting and not worth the money.

Located right at the beginning of the city in the west of Munich and the roundabout to the A8 motorway and therefore easily accessible. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and the mixing ratio between syrup, water and carbon dioxide in the drinks machine was not optimal. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired.

They give wrong items when the other one says it's Haram delete comes the other employee gives brings us new food very bad service you order what you get something else and then says it doesn't matter

Chicken pieces tasted dry and the breading was not up to the standard promised by the Colonel. The parts had probably been in the holding oven for a while. The staff was friendly but was a bit chaotic!

Apart from a few dead flies, the place looks okay. The food tasted good, but unfortunately, after the meal, my friends and I started having stomach aches. I won’t eat there again.
