Apart from a few dead flies, the place looks okay. The food tasted good, but unfortunately, after the meal, my friends and I started having stomach aches. I won’t eat there again.

I've been looking forward to it again for a long time then I got the wrong burger and handed it over to the front with a note. They said they were sorry and I got the wrong burger again. Win the second time you just don't go there...

Chicken pieces tasted dry and the breading was not up to the standard promised by the Colonel. The parts had probably been in the holding oven for a while. The staff was friendly but was a bit chaotic!

Everything was great again, but it is extremely high in calories. I think 3 times a year is enough

You can't buy normal sugary cola, only this zero garbage. Leave the option to choose! I don't go to KFC anymore.

So so dirty, unfriendly, no Internet for customers, terrible untaken care of bathrooms. Stay away!

We went with our friends and ordered a combo meal. The food was really good. We tried Schwip Schwap orange flavour for the first time and it was too good.

Only inedible, disgusting zero and light pepsi are offered, all people who have a functioning sense of taste are shown the middle finger. Apart from the fact that many sweeteners are suspected of being carcinogenic.

I know much better branches of the chain, here the fries are always extremely greasy and not crispy, very light and probably come out too early. Some of the chicken parts are already cold and could be better. Update after 5 months and new visit: The store has been modernized a bit inside, ordering panels are now also available. Unfortunately, the chicken pieces were not mixed and were probably made too quickly. Everything is considerably more expensive now and the worst thing was the dirt on the tables, floors and there was a real lake of cola at the drinks machine > that's not possible!!!

Our food was prepared, we asked if everything was inside because my husband knew that the citizen and the warp were missing. When we come home, the salad is missing. The employees are overwhelmed

I'm here often, but unfortunately the drinks are very warm and there are no ice cubes 😌

Nasty, no free Internet for customers, rude staff, water down drinks, only ZERO/no sugar available drinks (which were water down to nothing and chemical taste), dirty bathrooms, dirty restaurants, dirty employees and bad food, typical east European standards, Germany has fallen under. The food was poorly made (you really need to be terrible employee to mess up the Colonel's recipe when all you need to do is follow the training, if it ever was any). I will never ever in my life come back to this place, and they barely spoke German let alone English. Most horrible fast food experience of my life. I guess the flies were the one having a feast. 🤢

I ordered food to take away today and then the employee said they hadn't received any payment and that I should order again so pay twice, which was an absolute disgrace

A big KFC located nearby the highway. It has ample carparks for diners.

Food is too expensive, far too expensive for the “quality” offered. When ordering to take away, various things were missing (drink, salad). It shouldn't be particularly demanding to work as a temporary worker at a restaurant of this type. But apparently for some it is However, the prices should include money for capable staff. In terms of staff, this is the worst restaurant in this chain. No attention is paid to manners. Order processing is haphazard and it feels like a bazaar.

The food was miserable, dry, stored for too long, expensive, the portion of fries was a joke. Everything was dirty, not cleaned, no soap in the toilet, paper towels lying around. I actually wanted 0 stars, but that's not possible.

We haven't been to KFC for probably 15 years and it will take that long again after today's experience. We ordered and waited outside. Yes, it says on the display board when it's ready to be picked up. After 25 minutes I asked how long it would take. No display on the board. Apparently the number was called, but you just can't hear it outside. Lt. Employees have already thrown away our order🙄 waited again. In the meantime I've been to the toilet, very dirty and full of germs. The food was bad, the chicken was totally sticky, as were the fries. Burger was totally dry. And the Cola has no ice and is super sweet. Terrible. The worst fast food experience in years. All the best KFC, you're going to need it.

The food is cold, employees prefer to talk to themselves rather than look after their customers. Forgot half of it.

The customer service was poor. Employees were busy on their cell phones or chatting among themselves instead of attending to customers. All the burgers we had were cold and there was no response to our complaint. We will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it.

I've tried KFC at many outlets, and this is one of the few places where I've enjoyed freshly cooked, delicious chicken. It has plenty of seating, including an upstairs area, and a large parking lot. The service was quick, and they offer unlimited drink refills. I highly recommend visiting this place to experience its great taste.

Everything is a big construction site, will come back when everything is finished.

Unfortunately, I didn't check my order on site. Missing a large burger. Now they say, good things happen, but there's always something missing at the branch. Always check your order on site!!

The worse KFC where I have been.

Normal KFC with the usual menu. The food (Colonel Burger, combo menu, hot wings) was ok overall, only the burger sauce didn't taste like it usually does. The ambience was definitely negative - it was very dirty and the furnishings were quite run down. This significantly spoils the “enjoyment of the meal”.

The food itself was okay, but the shop is dirty and the floor is sticky everywhere. The disgusting toilets aren't any cleaner either, they stink.

Welcome to Punjabi, I thought to myself when I ordered when there were already communication problems. There was even discussion when zooming in on the product description in the app. Well then just a crispy burger and drink. Unfortunately the drink didn't come out of the dispenser - the syrup was empty.... And then India life really came like in Indian street food reels - one of a total of 5 Indian employees ran past the dirty table next door and smeared leftover food with his bare hands, without anything, picked it up and put it in your pocket! Then straight to the counter to hand over fresh orders. All the clichés were fulfilled and I will definitely avoid this KFC

The food is probably already there from the lecture...at least it tastes like it was warmed up in the microwave. Burger buns weren't even toasted

We didn't come to eat, we went backwards back out. There was a huge crowd in front of a single order desk - it looked like a riot. The path to the first floor was blocked...I doubt whether they all have room downstairs

The fried chicken is very delicious, the environment is good, and the transportation is convenient.

I used to really enjoy going to KFC but not anymore. There was a lot of breading on the chicken pieces followed by sticky fat, little meat and the rest was bones. The taste is also no longer like it used to be, where there were also spicy parts. And the cardboard straws are just disgusting like everywhere else.

The conditions were bad, the staff speaks almost no German, they insist on ordering in Arabic. They expect a large fry but give a small one. I order chicken nuggets - I get half a chicken in parts. It's too expensive for such poor service.

I often ordered from the restaurant. But the employees always give me the wrong products or something is always missing from my order! Sometimes I check on site. But unfortunately I don't check every time. Today it's happening again and this time there's even a burger missing!!! A pity.

1st floor closed. Ground floor overcrowded, stressful, drafty. The food was OK but you're happy when you're back outside.

Very bad. Never again kfc pipingerstr. I paid €69 for the meal and got cold, long-standing fries and no sauce when I asked. The answer was very rude and no, you have to pay extra for them.

I particularly liked this CappaEffeCi. The chicken was crispy and the fries were well seasoned. However, I have a dark fear when it comes to customers. I have attached a few photos of the food and my reaction to it.

Veggie Colonel bestellt, veggie Classic bekommen. 3min anstehen mit dem Burger bis mich jmd beachtet (es wird privat gequatscht). Ich bitte um Korrektur, werde erst mal weggeschickt "ja, das ist der Veggie, nein, es gibt keinen anderen" bis sich sein Kollege einklinkt und mich fragt, ob ich falsch bestellt habe - lässt sich anhand der Rechnung aufklären. Oh,der Bürger den ich bestellte ist also doch ein anderer. Fehler an sich ist nicht schlimm, kann passieren, aber dieses Gehabe nervt. Es wird versprochen zu korrigieren, 2min später Krieg ich den gleichen Burger wieder, inzwischen einigermaßen erkaltet, nur mit Scheibe Käse und kalter Tomate drauf. Anderes bun, andere Sauce, neu gemacht weil kalt? Fehlanzeige. 0 Bock auf Kundenservice, zumindest von manchen im Team. So Mal wieder das letzte Mal, nächstes Mal wieder zur Konkurrenz, wenn es KFC werden soll (Pasing). Schade, ist eigentlich um die Ecke.

Puhhh...ganz ehrlich...dieser KFC hat gegenüber Früher bös abgebaut. Der Zinger schmeckt plötzlich total anders, das Brötchen total wabblig und kalt. Die 3er Box mit mini Teilen (eine Brust,zwei Flügelchen), die Bites auch nicht kross. Sehr schade!

Essen nicht gut, Fleisch trocken, lokal nicht unbedingt sauber

Die Hotwings sind mega lecker. Bei uns im Ort soll dieses Jahr auch einer eröffnet werden und dann gibt's die Wings öfter.

Unterirdisch, Servicepersonal schlecht gelaunt, Apfelschorle gibt's nicht nur miranda,wasser, Cola,seven Up free, unsere Enkel trinken nix mit Sprudel. Fehlanzeige, würde uns aber an der Theke so versprochen. Die Tische kleben, der Fußboden auch. Es gibt nur ein einziges Klo, das für Behinderte, und da willst du nicht rein, Waschbecken bestimmt Tage nicht geputzt, Papierhandtücher und Klopapier auf dem Boden, Klobrille von oben und unten verspritzt. In dieses "Lokal" müsste man das Gesundheitsamt schicken. Ich wollte gar nicht wissen wie die Küche ausschaut. Sehr schade

Pommes waren kalt nur ein Dip und sehr altmodisch

Ich besuche dieses spezielle KFC öfters, weil es an einer meiner Routen nach und aus München liegt....da der KFC in Pasing mir zu umständlich ist, Parkplatzgebühren...Anstehen bis in die Puppen...klar, weil Bahnfahrende auch was wollen....

Unfreundliches Personal an der Theke

23 Uhr schließen, aber 22:30 schon kocht man nicht mehr neue Burger oder Wings… alles leer. Dann sollte man richtig Uhrzeit eingeben, z.B. 23 Schließen, aber 22:00 Küche schließen!

Sehr unsauberer wirkender Laden , KFC , 3x das falsche eingepackt , sehr ärgerlich

Leider der bisher schlechteste KFC bei dem ich war. Essen war versalzen, Pommes waren labrig und die Burger sehr trocken. Pepsi MAX war leer, es hat sich aber auch keiner darum gekümmert. Es gibt nur eine einzige Toilette für alle Gäste.

Habe dort Mal vor Ort gegessen. Das Ambiente ist wie meist bei Fastfood Tempel nicht so prickelnd. Deshalb nehme ich mir das Essen lieber mit.

Zu teuer und teilweise muss man lange warten und es gibt keinen Kaffee weil die Kaffeemaschine ständig kaputt ist deshalb kann man woanders besser essen ein Vorteil ist es das LKWs draußen auf der Straße kurz mal stehen können um einen Kaffee zu trinken falls es einen gibt

Ich finde es schade, dass mittlerweile der zweite Stock immer komplett abgesperrt ist. Dort befinden sich auch die Toiletten. Im Erdgeschoss ist nur eine Behindertentoilette für alle (inkl. Personal). Das finde ich nicht okay. Essen okay, wie zu erwarten. Bedienung schnell, freundlich, versteht deutsch (genug), kann sonst nicht klagen.

If you want chicken wings in Munich, unfortunately this is one of only a few places that sells "southern style deep fried wings". Tuesday wings is recommended

Always a must when we arrive back home. Mom loves KFC and of course I have to stop and bring some to her.

Früher war es besser, die WC's und das obere Stockwerk waren geschlossen. Alle Gäste mussten das Behinderten WC im EG benutzen. Leider gibt es keine scharfen Hähnchen Teile mehr. Hygienisch war das gesamte Lokal schon mal besser in Schuss 🤔

Wir waren dort vor 3 Jahren. Es war top! Besser als KFC in München Hbf

Im Drive-Inn sollte man mal die Technik aktualisieren. Der Speaker versteht nicht viel von dem was man sagt.

Sehr schmutzig. Auf dem Boden lagen überall Essensreste. Tische werden nicht abgewischt und kleben wie die Sau. Essen war Ok aber preislich nicht auf dem Niveau was das Ambiente ausstrahlt. Personal sehr unauffällig/unaufmerksam.

Bekanntes Chickenburger Restaurant. Burger normal, wie erwartet, Pommes wie jeher, labbrig, alt,aufgewärmt ! Nein danke! Zur Mittagszeit fast leer(!)

Preisgestaltung mittlerweile sehr fragwürdig für das Original Bucked 19,90€ verlangen und dafür zwei mickrige Hühnerteile plus ein paar Nuggets, die fast nur aus Panade bestehen zu bekommen, ist schon ein Witz. Zumindest waren die zwei Packungen Pommes. Geschmackvoll und frisch und heiß. Trotzdem muss ich echt sagen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich nicht mehr.

Freundliches Personal. Könnte nur etwas sauberer sein insbesondere die Tische.

Wir haben heute hier im Drive-In bestellt. Weil die Gegensprechanlage defekt war, sollten wir zum Fenster fahren. Dort begrüßte uns Golab, ein überaus freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Er erklärte sehr geduldig uns, die wir sehr selten bei KFC speisen, die Menükarte. Und beriet uns sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich! Vielen Dank für deine wunderbare Art! Geschmeckt hat's auch noch sehr lecker! Danke

Obwohl die Hähnchenteile wirklich gut schmecken, wird das positive Geschmackserlebnis durch die hohen Preise getrübt. Stühle und Tische mit teils großflächig abgeplatzter Beschichtung sollten zwingend ausgetauscht werden. Und wenn sich das Personal mehr mit den Gästen als wie mit sich selbst beschäftigen würde, wäre das bestimmt auch nicht schlecht.

Essen war super aber leider dauert es ein wenig wenn viel los ist da die Mitarbeiter nur zu zweit sind.

Halt ein Schnellrestaurant. Das Essen war Durchschnittlich. Der Service wozu ich auch das Ambiente zähle könnte sauberer sein auch die Toilette. Es gibt bessere und saubere KFC's
