The place is so easy to find. Is in a really nice square. The problem is, you can’t look the menu and choose quietly because the cashier is rude and they start to tell you to move on. The food is not really bad but is not really good too. After you pay the bill and you go upstairs to sit and eat where there are not many seats. You also have to pay to go in the toilet.

It's ok for the old mc system they can't convert to the new system omg they have to close in order to convert they can't afford that with the sales! Slow, disappointing and few fries. Is this really supposed to have been Germany's McDonald's branch with the highest sales? Only manual orders possible. No terminals, no app ordering. Only one person in front of me and a 10 minute wait. You hear complaints left and right about incorrect orders. I have experienced other branches as disorganized as at Stachus over 10 years ago. I wanted to order from this branch and couldn't be more disappointed. Next time I would prefer the branch at the main train station.

The food was made quickly, but unfortunately it was all pre-produced and then old and cold when you eat it. In addition, the toilets are expensive and there are far too few places to sit down inside. It’s always worth a stop into McDonalds not all are the same always different food offered. This is a great people watching area. The food was good and hot. My son really enjoyed his meal!

I completely understand that a Mcdonald's next to a Clubmile is overrun at 5 a.m. by hungry people who all want to eat, and that the food is no longer prepared with love. We ordered a menu after the club but the drink was forgotten even though we had paid for it.

McDonald’s has fast service and great customer service. The mini pancakes are especially delicious, and I also really enjoy their MC Wrap. Overall, the experience is very satisfying and a quick, pleasant dining option.

This McDonald’s branch was the WORST I have ever seen. There were a lot of disorderly queues waiting for me at the entrance. They could have at least separated the individual checkout areas with barrier tape. The reason for these large queues is the lack of ordering machines, which can be found at almost every McDonald's these days. I'm a big fan of the McDonald's app - but when I got to the checkout I was told I could only use one coupon, even though at every other McDonald's the number of coupons that could be used was previously unlimited. After I got my food, I looked for a place to sit, completely in vain, until I realized that the ketchup was missing, whereupon I had to buy it again. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one after this terrible experience is that there was a McCafe upstairs that had plenty of seating.

There was a lot going on when we were there, but placing the order was a bit of a challenge, as we as customers had to explain the order to the lady in detail about what was plant based and what wasn't, etc. It took a long time to get the order ready. The lady at the checkout was probably having a bad day.

In the evening the food is usually old and hard and the treatment of guests is miserable. If you ask politely for fresher food, you will get exactly the same food again, be ignored or treated very unfriendly. Wow, what an experience! As in every other branch, the food and drinks were very good and not objectionable. Everything went very quickly, even though it was extremely crowded. Somehow you don't know how to rate McDonald's. When it's not too busy, the fries are fresh, the burgers are tasty and the place is clean. Dear McDonald management, I know it’s pride and your toilet ladies might be stressed, but I find it unacceptable how she treated us. Although we might not be buying food, but each customer is paying 2 euros to the toilet ladies and they are getting rather rich today. They should treat us at least with some degree of courtesy. It is pride and there is a long line of ladies queuing up. As a queer man, I understood in these situations the men toilets might open up to ladies as well, so I very kind asked the African descent lady if as a man I wait on a separate line or all the way back on the same line with the ladies. She got really worked up and started insulting me, saying this is Germany what do I think am I dumb or what? I explained to her that in special occasion things might have change, which is true because there are women using the men’s toilet. I don’t want to be rude to the rest by cutting their line, so I just very courteously asking her if there’s two lines… She told me I talk too much and shouldn’t be asking questions and attempted to chase me away. What did I do wrong? By asking if the line starts here or there? Such a disgrace! I’m normally sympathetic towards POC because I am a member myself but this aggression from POC towards other POC must stop! (She let the other Europeans pass directly before me without making any comments). Get yourself together or at least provide them with some training!!!

I have problem with eyes and i tryed to take a picture of menu.Guy who works there was so arrogant,he attacked me with saying "Can you stop taking pictures".I explained him why im doing it and he continued.While i was talking with manager he had agresive posture and non stop eye contact with me like he is gonna attack me.I totally dont recommend this place.

There are no self order kiosks here. Unless you understand and speak German, it's difficult to order. Not very foreign speaker friendly. Tried to get 2 different burger meals but they only got 1 burger with fries and a drink, didn't ask me what drink and gave me a Fanta orange drink. When you order and pay, it seems that you stay at the desk and the person who took your ordered gets it bagged up and had it to you before taking someone else's order. Interesting setup I guess. Much prefer the Bahnhof location that has self order kiosks.

I ordered two menus (french fries and a spiral one), they brought everything mixed together, and one was completely wrong (that’s half the trouble), the manager took everything that spilled onto the tray and just poured it into a bag, it’s terrible. Atmosphete is 0 compared to other Macdonalds in Europe. The quality of food is very very very normal, I can make better. It is not tasty at all. I was the first customer for today. I went in at 7 in the morning when the shop opened. The service is impeccable and the people who work are smiling. Classic mac with fresh ingredients. I would easily come again.

The food is not prepared after ordering, there are whole cabinets of food lying around and they are served to you from the shelf, so everything is cold and lying around. as if that wasn't enough, the lady at the cash register is probably a punishment. I love this McDonald. It's still of the old style. No stupid touch displays, but a counter that feels like it extends into infinity. Memories of my youth come back here. Up on the second floor there is a brilliant Portafilter Cafe, it's a good place to spend some time up here. .... And my Duo Grande is cheaper than in other branches because each branch can set its own prices.
