The woman at the toilet collects €50 in 20 minutes because everyone has to pay €1. Calculate for yourself what she earns after eight hours. The branch manager will take care of it when customs is at the door.

this was the most tragic mcdonald’s i have experienced in europe so far 💔 burgers were pre-made and cold. my partner wanted a milkshake as part of his meal deal to which the employee just replied with a “no”? ordered a strawberry milkshake anyway and it had no strawberry in it?? the cashier was very rude. i asked for curly fries as we don’t have them in ireland and she said “no” so i got regular fries instead, no biggie! but then as we sit down, a group of german girls come upstairs with a tray of 2 curly fries.. :/

The “ladies” at the toilets are a disgrace - they point their finger at the plate telling you to leave money there - next to them the cup full of coins is a disgrace because there is no soap and the toilets are dirty and they are also used for toilets at Mc Donalds for free!!!!!!!! A huge swine and they should disappear with the coin cup, it's fraud and should be reported!!!!!!

The MC was OK Since it is an old system, the food is pre-produced, which means that everything sits there for a long time. The fries weren't that fresh either

New Year's Day 2025. Wanted to try the McPlant burger which we don't have in USA. Cashier was rude and he gave me a burger that happened to be made already and on a tray with what looked like a used paper tray cover. Great location in a historic area, though.

Very large McDonald's with lots of space and ordering is done quickly. Unfortunately no digital ordering terminals. Toilet costs 50ct.

Unfortunately, not only does the quality of the food decline, but the service people are more than unfriendly when placing the order and, much worse, they don't know the range. They're not supposed to explain quantum physics, but the burgers should already know it. The fries weren't salted, some were cold, the salad was stale. Only mass counts here. It's a shame, other branches try much harder.

Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly. The atmosphere is also very dirty and the food was of course nothing special.

How should you describe it?? Loud, overcrowded, chaos at the checkout, staff unfriendly and large fries only three quarters full. Not a nice McDonalds! App coupons also not possible to redeem. Cashiers spoke bad German, This made ordering a bit complicated.

There is no self-service (very modern), children are running among the tables. The receipt is also not given for an unknown reason. The toilet supposedly costs 0.50€, which is OBVIOUSLY nonsense. The food in general is ok but nonsense with their application for coupons (it works sometimes) the choice of sauces was ketchup and mayonnaise (in Slovakia there are about 7 of them) and also in other countries there are very frequent seasonal delicacies. There are no staff on the floors, the furniture is old, as is the design (from the 2010s) Ours is better :(

Service could have been a little nicer when ordering

Was cheated out of money by staff. The bill for €12.99 was deducted from my account twice. The manager on site did not want to refund me the amount, even though he recognized the error (overtyping the cash register). A chargeback to my account as promised never took place. McDonald's customer service is unresponsive. Absolute impudence. If there is no further response, legal action will be taken against the franchisee.

The workers were so helpfull, we couldn’t speak german and they helped us and their english were so good.

I noticed in this McDonald's that some people take off their shoes and eat with their hands, which I find inappropriate. I also find the paid toilets with time limits unpleasant.

Fucking crap, in the truest sense of the word. But delicious. 🤤 🍔 But a little TIP. Be careful, you don't always get what you order here. 😉 Right now again, wrong dip. The last time it was the wrong burger, I think I slapped it right. And again I didn’t win €100,000😔.

Having to pay to use the toilets in a McDonald’s is a joke

The MC-Rip was disgusting, passed through and cold, no table service, I was with my roommates from the STZ Wartenberg open area for a company outing in Munich at the Museum für Kunst im Jugendstil Galerie moderne Klassik, then at the beginning of the Christmas market at Marienplatz Munich, then at MC Donalds at the Alter Peter near the Viktualienmarkt. For €10.00 without a drink I could have gotten something to eat, but then I felt sick and had to vomit from eating this soggy MC-Rip! When you order (instructor + new employee) you say exactly what you want, drink, ketchup and "to eat here". Then you are asked what you would like to drink and ketchup or mayo. So repeat. Afterwards you have the to-go bag in front of you in which there is neither ketchup nor mayo.....great achievement, there wasn't even much going on for this branch.

If you have a choice please go to another place, I was surprised first when I got my meal within a minute then when I taste it everything got clear, they prepare it in advance, fries dry, burger bun and cheese inside also dry, no matter how busy it is I never saw McDonalds like this.

Ambiance is theoretically good with different levels to sit on, but relatively narrow and too many people. It's never clean and stinks. Ordering only possible on the ground floor without table service. There are no panels. Very old school. Overall, a McDonald's experience from the last millennium... I'm used to much better from the brand now. I will avoid such branches in the future. By the way, we went to the Christmas market, it wasn't even completely overcrowded, but nothing. Too bad even for a quick meal.

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for some McMuffin Egg and Cheese – and that was at a fast food restaurant. The manager noticed the situation but did not respond or apologize. What was particularly annoying was that we had to pay 70 cents to use the toilet. It almost felt like blackmail.

To put it bluntly: I just accidentally got into a conflict between the toilet staff and an apparently underage customer. She had to go to the bathroom and didn't have 50 cents on her. She was told in a very rude manner that she wasn't allowed to go to the toilet without paying money. I eat here regularly when I'm out and about and I'm also regularly told that I'm not allowed to use the toilet if I haven't paid. A cleaning lady once charged me €2 for it. I don't think that's part of the McDonalds concept... or do the cleaning staff work here for free? After today I would like to appeal to the operators, in my opinion the girl was on the verge of crying until her mother came along.

A wonderful place to spend 4 hours at night waiting for the train. Only aggressive Bayern fans who encourage you to fight prevent the Five-Star here.

The order was accepted very quickly and while one lady was giving the rest, the other had already prepared the order. We were very surprised at the speed, but the burger turned out to be just warmed up, giving the impression that it was almost a day ahead. That's where the speed comes from

It's a little crowded inside. According to my expectation, food quality and prices were good. It can be preferred for a quick meal. I had to change the cashier because some cashiers did not speak English at all. I think it is necessary to know the word Hot Sauce in English. Apart from that, my food arrived hot and the surroundings were clean. I waited an estimated 8-10 minutes for dinner.

One thing in advance...if you stop at McDonald's, you've generally taken a wrong turn somewhere. But what is “served” here is really the very last thing. Greasy burgers or not...if the shit is pouring out of your burger when you look at it, the package is completely soaked and you're getting sick with every bite, there's a lot going wrong here. 1 star for the cashier, after three attempts I didn't have the feeling that she really understood me, but at least she seemed to have tried. I can't say the same about the guys in the kitchen. A shame this store, in this prominent location.

The WORST service. If you get up in the morning and feel like you're craving rock-hard burgers, then when you make a complaint you'll be called by the disrespectful, aggressive cashier, yelled at and finally told "shut up". Then you've come to the right place in this low-level branch. Where the cashier has more say than the shift manager.

A request to McD. Make sure that babies (!) don't have to stay in the restaurant at 9:30 p.m.... 😞😟 They belong in the bed and not in an environment like that. Even if the young parents are of the opinion that everyone does what they want. Yes...that's exactly why they start crying. It is not quiet in the restaurant and disturbs the well-being that it needs. Here more attention would be required for the baby's sake than for the big business.

Why don't they give me a check? There are some additional payments that are not included in the application. Lots of people and very long waiting times. There are no self-service terminals, which would obviously speed up the order processing process. I didn’t receive a jar of promotional forfeits as in the coupon... In short, don’t worry about service and reviews here.

Took my boys here for a quick bite to eat while we were on a short break in Munich. Staff serving food were under attack from rude German people, staff doing their best despite customers expecting a Michelin star experience. When paying for food in a restaurant, you do expect free access to toilet facilities, not sure if the charge was official or a grift being administered by staff. Atmosphere slightly affected by a grumpy woman standing by our table and staring at us until we left.

A poverty of McDonald's, the potatoes are not edible

Well, this terrible place angered my master when a lackey dared not to give him a tubular aid to accompany his tasty drink made of phosphoric acid, served in a polyethylene-coated vessel. You are greeted listlessly by the employees, reaction, body language, facial expressions and gestures say it all! 2. Private things have no place at work, put them in your pocket, in your locker or somewhere else and don't take them out again until after work! 3. Tables are dirty, no staff to wipe them with a cloth or sweep the floor. 4. If you don't feel like working with customer contact, then you should leave it and look for another part-time job/mini-job/job as quickly as possible! 5. Not every day can start well, of course no one is perfect, but no one benefits from it and especially not the customers who come by relaxed and happy! A friendly smile says more than words 🙂

Disgusting cold fries and I gather in Germany they charge you for Ketchup by the packet. Back to the bad food. Cold unsalted fries and the “M” double patty burger was also barely warm. Yuck. The good news may it be another year before I even think of eating there again. So all this nonsense of the McDonald’s are better in Europe than the US is hogwash. What I did like is that they have a person monitoring the bathroom to keep it clean and someone to pick up all the food and paper left on the tables.

The toilet staff extorts money from everyone and won't let you in until you pay! In the toilet, the employee at the entrance said that the toilet is paid and you have to pay and then go in (there was a queue). There are no signs indicating that the toilet is chargeable! There is no ATM in the toilet and the employee could not give a check for entry(( Put an ATM at the toilet and give checks as the entrance fee is paid (there was no sign saying you have to pay for the toilet!)! You can't order anything through the app from your phone!

I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations around the world, and I would say I’ve never seen such great buns on the burgers as I did at this one. However, I didn’t like that you couldn’t place an order using the self-service screen. There also wasn’t much space, and it was a bit dirty. I have mixed feelings about this place.

These were by far the two nastiest burgers (RoyalTS + Cheeseburger) that I have ever eaten at McDonalds. They both looked like they were easily 7 hours old, even though I had to wait 10 minutes. The fries were okay, Fanta was good.

When you need a little piece of home before a early bus tour.... You can't Go wrong with McDonald's.

The place is so easy to find. Is in a really nice square. The problem is, you can’t look the menu and choose quietly because the cashier is rude and they start to tell you to move on. The food is not really bad but is not really good too. After you pay the bill and you go upstairs to sit and eat where there are not many seats. You also have to pay to go in the toilet.
