I go here every now and then to eat, there is always something going on here.

Recommendation to eat somewhere else. Unclean, quality very poor for waiting almost 20 minutes for a drink.

It was normal, the food was good, they charged us extra dessert because we ordered a little too much, it was crowded, so I gave it two.

Extremely unhygienic store (return carts are full of rubbish), toilets are not cleaned, even if you order to eat on site you get packs to go. And the biggest impudence of all, you drive at 2 a.m. on a Saturday night for a snack after an event, are there with several people until closing time, stay in the parking lot of the closed restaurant for 30 minutes longer and receive a ticket from the parking space operator... Traditional McDonald's in a quiet part of Munich at the exit to highway 9. Breakfast menu was ok, orders completed quickly.

I've never really been dissatisfied before, but today it didn't work at all. At first the order came completely wrong (but they were then remade). Then there was an employee, tall, slim, dark hair a little darker. This man walks at a snail's pace through the aisles to distribute the food. While you eat he takes the tray away from you to clean up and make space. When we wanted to get up to leave, he tore our last tray off the table and said "NO NO, STAY CALM AND ORDER MORE, even more, more" we each ordered 1x normal menu and 1x a dessert. If this man doesn't feel like doing his job, he should quit and not make stupid comments to customers.

Order incomplete, long waiting time, coffee ordered in a cup and received in a reusable plastic cup even though cups were available, drinks far too hot, so hot that you scalded yourself. Also children's drinks. I would be a millionaire in the USA now...

Despite the high number of people, the service was surprisingly quick. However, the cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired. We had to wipe the tables ourselves as no one seemed to care. When we wanted to ask an employee about a high chair, she simply told us that she didn't speak German. No problem, we thought, and went to the counter to ask. Unfortunately, we were very rudely interrupted before we could even voice our concerns, as the employee loudly called out the number of the next order. A little more respect and friendliness would definitely be appropriate here.

Just incompetent at packing up orders Every time I order something there, something is missing and I don't know why they can't fix it. Simply pack the products that are on the order into this stupid bag. McDonald's simply allows itself to do this far too often and it simply isn't possible The Oberhammer, my husband and I ordered something via Uber Eats namely these new fries with the paprika seasoning, then these fries come completely unsalted, because of course you should salt them yourself with the seasoning but they didn't deliver the seasoning Just incompetent I don't understand how they sell so-called shaker fries and advertise that you can shake them up yourself. And then just the fries are delivered

Food was okay. The machines for ordering were all broken except for one. Ordering was not possible at the counter. Nevertheless, we will all keep coming back.

Due to the parking depot surveillance, you are forced to eat your food not in peace but within a specified time, otherwise you will receive a 35 euro parking fine. Even though you are a customer and pay for your food. The service in the restaurant is not the fastest, especially in the evenings, as you have to wait about 15 minutes for your food. It's a shame McDonald's used to be good.

Great job!! A big compliment for the whole team, please tell the manager. We don't live in Munich and were traveling. I ate such good food, so well prepared, 20 years ago. Juicy hot Double Big Mac, with delicious fries, what else can you say 😋😋. Very friendly service, we were even asked very nicely at the order terminal whether we needed help. Cleanliness was top notch, both ladies wiped clean on site. Great job guys, keep it up 😉👍

Typical McD. Staff is friendly, it's clean. Unfortunately, the children's tower playground is in need of renovation. The terrace is also in need of renovation. The air isn't the best either. Poorly planned and executed.

The food is good, but something has been done wrong with every drive-thru order we've had so far

How can a store manage to hand out the order incorrectly EVERY time at the drive in? I have no idea how, but this McDonalds ALWAYS does it, without a single exception. Years of experience, not just from us personally. But from now on this branch will be avoided. Food is also rarely fresh.

Rat alert!! I would like to give zero stars, unfortunately that's not possible. Were there yesterday. I'm shocked at how dirty and disgusting a McDonald's branch can look. Garbage everywhere on every table! At least 6...7 people. The floor is sticky and there is dirt and food everywhere. The tablet return flooded with garbage! Then the shock outside! Rats!! We made videos etc of the circumstances and rats and spoke to the branch manager that something like that wasn't possible. He then threatened us and pushed us away. Everything on video. This branch is life-threatening! None of us had any food and we all had stomach aches and diarrhea. Tomorrow the health department will be involved and the McDonald's headquarters will be notified of these catastrophic poor hygiene conditions. Until then, I advise you to avoid this branch if you don't want to get sick.

The waitress is absolutely unfriendly and you can tell from her look and gestures that she doesn't want to be there. Unmotivated and disinterested staff with an endless waiting time for three drinks and two normal burgers in a completely empty restaurant A pity

DON'T USE THE PARKING LOT!!! YOU WILL GET A PAPER !!!! Six of us ate at McDonalds in July. One of our friends received a fine for 30(!!!) euros today because we were there for 2 hours and parked in the McDonalds parking lot - and apparently you are only allowed to park for 90 minutes. What is something like that?

Not really much to comment about McDonald’s food in general.. every country has their own specialties.. the German ones are my least favorite. Also, another thing I don’t enjoy, is that you’ve to pay for ketchup.. Other than that, it’s the same regular McDonald’s. Quick food when you’re on the road. The service and restaurant were top.

I drove take away, the guy who taking the order speaking in Dutch when I was talking to him in English. When I asked for Pepsi he said this McDonald not Burger King in sarcastic way. The food was good but the service was not

Never again!! In the small fries there were maybe 10 fries in the bag when it came up, service unfriendly and bored and best of all a big dead moth in the salad. Among other things, the tables here are also very dirty. Well, thank you very much. Just disgusting!!!

One of the best McDonald's I know. Whenever I'm there, I get fresh and actually crispy (outside) fries, as well as fresh burgers and even the Chicken Mcnuggets, which I usually don't like at all, are crispy and obviously fresh here. In my experience, everything is freshly produced here and attention is paid to it. So far I haven't experienced any other Mc Donalds in Munich on this level - I rarely go to Mc Donalds but I don't always go to the same one either. I think this one is great! Friendliness is sola (neutral), the toilet needs better ventilation, cleaning with drying and ventilation, it is quite stuffy and quite full of all sorts of things including cleaning products but the essentials fit very well. I think it is highly recommended.

The staff works distractedly. The order was missing both burgers and selected gifts. When the order arrived, we hoped that they would bring what was missing. Then I had to ask the workers, the first of whom couldn’t figure it out and called another employee, who brought what she didn’t need. The store was full and so something was missing from the order. The employees gave us the missing food without discussion and even gave us a second toy with the Happy Meal. In addition, although according to the scoreboard there were no more glow glasses, we were apparently given the last glass. The branch is a lot more pleasant than the competition on Maria-Probst-Straße.

This McDonald's is situated in a nice location. A small walk away from Freimann U Bahn station, the opening hours of this outlet are fantastic. The food is the same as any other outlet, but on Saturday when we went here, it was freshly prepared. The coupons on the McDonald's app should refresh more frequently with better offers. The BigTasty Coleslaw Chicken was a really good burger. The patty was crunchy and hot. The Coleslaw consistency could have been thicker. The classic chicken burger was as tasty as ever. Usually it's difficult to time your visit to a McDonald's to get fresh hot fries, but when you do, they are one of the best out there!

Extremely bad service. I chose two cups, they didn’t give me according to my order. Then why you provide the options when I ordered? When I asked for a change to at least two different ones, the girl continuously saying ‘keine keine keine’ impatiently. So rude! with no explanation. I understand if you have this policy for ‘random’ gifts. But pleased be polite when you do the catering job. Such a bad experience.

Ok, we overlooked the fact that there is a parking depot here and that it monitors the parking lot electronically. Here we had to pay a fine immediately, which will certainly not happen to us again. In the future we will visit another McDonald's. You can cheat customers that way, but you probably don't need to!!!!

Eat: Fresh and delicious. Nothing that was reheated twice. The only criticism: there were still remains of the curly fries in the fries. In terms of taste, they're not my thing. Service: Prompt table service, even though the restaurant was busy. That went quickly and deserves praise. Cleanliness is also one of the focuses here. Floor super clean. Tables are wiped down immediately after use. No food on the floor like other McDonalds locations and the kitchen also looks very clean. Ambience: Typically MC. The only point of criticism: being 1.84m tall, I couldn't really get used to the legroom at the tables. Staff is friendly. Don't look stressed. For me this shop looks harmonious.

I ordered a menu with table service at the terminal today, after waiting 20 minutes I went to the cash desk and wanted my money back because I was in a hurry. In drm moment esr my tablet is strangely finished. The store manager gave me a Coke as an apology. The food was cold. I won't go here anymore. Received the wrong order once again. Be it when ordering on site to take away or via a delivery service (invoice matches the order, bag is "sealed") I have been checking on site every time for a long time. Unfortunately this is not possible with the delivery service I would teach the employees how to read and how to provide customer service. Then rude on the phone when you call saying the order doesn't fit and no insight or refund. Original sound: “You got something else in return... 2 points because it is still ok on site and clean.

We ordered fries without salt because we were there with two children 1 & 4. However, the little one doesn't get much salt yet. Then I wanted to add salt to the fries. We were refused this on the grounds that next time you'll have to order with salt.

The very last dirty shop in Munich every order via Lieferando, at least 2 hours. Nobody knows about any order. McDonald's on this street always tells you. It's not your fault. Lieferando, says McDonald's is the problem, shabby store shabby behavior

Diesen Mc Donald's kenne ich nun schon viele Jahre und habe viele Mitarbeiter Kommen und Gehen gesehen. Allerdings meistens nur die am Fenster des McDrive, denn normalerweise gehe ich hier nicht hinein. Aber wenn, dann passt alles soweit, was die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter betrifft, auch wenn man mit denen kaum noch in Berührung kommt. Durch die aufgestellten Bestell-Automaten wird ja heutzutage eh alles unkommunikativer. Aber ich ertappe mich selbst dabei, dass ich mein Eis schon vorab per App bestelle und zahle und dann nur noch am Fenster abhole.

Das schlimmste McDonald’s in München und in Umgebung. Die Bestellung bekommen wir IMMER unvollständig, Service ist schlecht., essen ist kalt. Personalwechsel würde nicht schaden…..

Wieder das gleiche. Dieses Mal waren wir extra drinnen um am Automaten zu bestellen. So kein „Lost in Language“ Problem. Trotzdem wieder nicht alle Speisen dabei. Soll ich jetzt auch noch die Tüten kontrollieren??? Dann kann ich es auch noch selber zubereiten vielleicht. Akuter Fachkraftmangel!

Extrem ineffizienter Prozess im Drive-In, Mitarbeiter schicken jeden zum Zwischenparken, statt die paar Minuten zu warten bis das Essen fertig ist (Auch wenn niemand dahinter steht). Rennen dann ständig nach draußen, was im großen ganzen einfach viel länger dauert. Dementsprechend auch unnötig gestresst und je nach MA auch sehr unfreundlich.

Minutes later we asked for straws as none were offered with drinks to which the same staff member completely denied this. Awful customer service. Visited on 25th Dec at 7pm. I hope the store manager will do something about this.

Kleiner feiner Mac Donald's, leider bei höherem Aufkommen (nach Konzert in der Nähe) überfordert und der Burger war kalt. Dementsprechend Chaos.

Ich hab mir hier das Essen am Automaten bestellt. Dann hat es angezeigt, dass mein Essen fertig ist und ich es holen kann. Es war aber nicht fertig. Erst auf Nachfrage und mehrfachen erklären, habe ich das Essen erhalten.

Drive ist miserabel. Super unfreundlich. Bestellungen werden falsch aufgenommen und man braucht wirklich Überzeugungskraft die Mitarbeiterin davon zu überzeugen, die Bestellung korrekt einzugeben. kein hallo, kein danke gar nichts. meist fehlen soßen usw. die mit murren herausgegeben werden.

Essen ist wie bei jedem anderen McDonald's auch. Das Ambiente, naja wer sein Menü gerne daraußen direkt neben einer Hauptstraße isst, für den ist es perfekt. Sonst ist alles eigentlich sehr sauber. Ab und An vergessen sie mal etwas bei einer Bestellung, aber da ist überall anders auch so

Sehr laut und viel los, vor allem, von den Menschen, die einfach da irgendwie chillen. Meine Cola war verschüttet, Burger zusammenquetscht. Was soll das? Bei Der Bestellung am Touchscreen, kommt keinen Meldung, das es Tisch Nummer gibt und man das eingeben kann. Es gibt nur die Möglichkeit diesen Aufsteller Nummer einzutragen, aber sind keine da...

Ein Klassischer MC Donalds wie es jeder kennt das Essen ist schnell auf dem Tisch das Personal "freundlich" wie man es erwartet und genauso schnell ist man auch wieder draußen. Ordentlich und gepflegt ist die Filiale für die Rollstuhlfahrer oder eingeschränkten ist es aber leider anstrengend und nicht sehr angenehm, hier würden parkmulben an der oberen eine deutliche Erleichterung sein.

Essen: es ist ein McDonald's Service: unschlagbar... ein super Personal dort, egal wann ich dort war, und Sonderwünsche hatte.... alles würde perfekt abgearbeitet und soweit möglich erfüllt. Diese Filiale ist nicht die schönste, aber das Personal dort ist überragend. Danke das es Euch gibt.

Die Mitarbeiter hier sind OTT. Over The Top: -So Freundlich. -So Lösungsorientiert. -So GENIAL. Jedes Mal wenn ich Filialen vergleiche fällt mir das auf. McDonald's ist immer gleich, denkt man. Tatsächlich gibt es Unterschiede. Sage einfach als Kunde auch Mal: "schön das du da bist!" Gehe Mal als Kunde zur Kasse und sag: (hier in BY) "Servus..." wie man in den Wald rein ruft, so hallt es.....

Günstig gelegen, aber innen sehr laut. Es hat Steckdosen an manchen Tischen, sowie über die Telekom 3 Stunden freies Internet.

Personal überfordert. Teilweise unfreundlich. Alles dreckig und versifft. Kein Tisch war geputzt. Viel lag am Boden . Burger fast kalt. Parkplatz vorhanden, aber zu wenig.

Mein Lieblings McDonald's kann ich heute leider nicht mehr loben. Mitarbeiterin hat uns normale Chicken McNuggets als McPlant Nuggets verkauft, auch auf direkte Nachfrage hin. Einfach dreist! Sehr schade! Gibt Sterne-Abzug!

Man kann bei McDonald‘s zwar nicht viel erwarten, aber hier werden selbst niedrige Erwartungen noch häufig nicht erfüllt. Fehlende Zutaten auf Essen, unfreundlicher Service und das alles bei Essen, was nun mal nur nach McDonald‘s schmeckt. Da gibt es bessere.

In letzter Zeit bekommt man nicht was man bezahlt hat Heute haben die Pommes und die Chicken Mc Nuggets gefehlt und das falsche Getränk , letztens waren keine Saucen dabei. Also bevor man geht, nochmal kontrollieren oder man stellt qualifiziertes Personal ein. Man kann doch erwarten das man das bekommt was man bezahlt hat

Der Ort ist klein und der Service ist nicht gut.

Dieser saubere McDonalds hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, einen McDrive, einen Kinderspielplatz im Freien mit Rutschbahn und ist relativ gut geführt. Das angebotenen Essen ist meistens auch warm genug.
