McDonald's in München

A McDonald's in northern Munich, on the corner of Schleißheimer and Schwere-Reiter-Straße – not pretty, not ugly, just there. I went there for breakfast, and the app had given me a McMuffin. The coffee came in a paper cup, the croissant surprisingly good – McDonald's has obviously improved that. The breakfast offering in the app: affordable, functional, almost charming. Inside: pleasantly empty. No comparison to the crowds at the main station, Stachus, or in the valley. The customer restrooms: available, freely accessible – a quiet luxury in the fast-food world. Conclusion: A place for a quick start, not for lingering. If you're looking for atmosphere, keep going. If you just want breakfast – with luck, even free – this is the place.

This was my first and last time ordering from Lieferando. The delivery arrived almost two hours after placing the order. I can only advise everyone against ordering from here.

I've been to many McDonald's in my life, but at this McDonald's, I've only had bad experiences so far. The employee was very unfriendly, as were her colleagues. 1. They gave me the wrong product, and then when I mentioned it, she said it was correct, which obviously wasn't the case. What if I'm allergic to apples? 2. When I went back to the checkout, she initially refused to replace it. I will never come here again.

Today I bought something else and I got something different than I ordered, more than once something was missing, I don't know who works there but they are not suitable for this job

An ordinary, unremarkable McDonald's, the food is delicious as always

They constantly forget either sauce, fries, or nuggets, even though you paid for them. Finally, you get served food that's been half-eaten by an employee! I don't understand how this place is still open! The food is not prepared and served hygienically, the employees are drunk, barely speak German, and do absolutely anything they want, and the wait always takes forever. Extremely disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it!

Instead of 6, I only got 4 nuggets. Apparently, the staff enjoyed them so much that they kindly left me a half-eaten nugget.

It's unbelievable that they always forget something from your order—either all the sauces/burgers/side dishes are missing. You have to check your order every time.

The service was fast and efficient, the menus were well prepared, and everything tasted good at the time. On the other hand, I unfortunately got food poisoning after my visit. It's a shame, because the experience there was positive, but it completely ruins everything else.

Thanks to the nice lady on the phone, the problem with Lieferando was resolved super quickly. Thank you for that.

I bought a McDonald's Sunday. The cup was only half full... never again

Guys... My wife has ordered from you three times since your McDonald's Around the World tour because they have some really exciting stuff, and I think it's really great. But delivering the wrong product two out of three times is a real challenge and completely unacceptable. Until the promotion ends, we'll be avoiding you for now.

Stay away! I've been ripped off for the umpteenth time. They always forget to add something. Last time they didn't add the sauce, today they didn't add the fries to the meal I paid for, and they ripped me off at the checkout by 3 euros.

Arrived 2 minutes late thanks to the first McDonald’s I visited not serving breakfast at all. The server took their time coming over and when I asked very nicely to order breakfast I was simply and rudely told that breakfast is finished. I pleaded some more, same response. Ridiculous. Zero for customer service.

Dirty tables, shoes stick to the floor, even in the restroom. The food is also tasteless. I ate at another Mac on the Austrian border where both the staff were friendly and the food was incredibly tasty. Instead of wiping down the tables, the staff snacks at the cash register. I don't recommend it. There's no parking.

It's getting worse and worse there. First, no one understands you, then they get rude, and in the end, you have to pack your own food. Thanks, very good service.

The service was great, but the food was terrible. The fries were lukewarm and unsalted, and the burgers were warm but lacked flavor.

I don't know if it was the day itself or if it's often the case, but unfortunately, it was pretty dirty. The staff couldn't keep up with cleaning, and the restrooms weren't particularly clean either. Anyway, the food is like any other McDonald's—solid and expected—but the wait time this time was somewhat unusually long, which shouldn't be the case with fast food.

What can I say? I can never complain. Always good food at 3 a.m. after partying. I can only recommend it. It's just a McDonald's.

Food as usual isn't the point. I've never experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful staff. The people who work there are so rude and don't bring you what you want, and you even have to argue over a second straw. Plus, the Ukrainian employees are a major language barrier. I'm really disappointed; the staff at McDonald's are usually friendly!

The nuggets were dry, the hamburger was dry and only lukewarm. This place can't even come close to competing with quality McDonald's like Sulzemoos or Reichertshofen.

Simply a poor system. The menu is displayed as ready for pickup when they start preparing it. You have to walk to the pickup line unnecessarily. The burger is placed on a tray from the warming area, then the fries are started. The burger cools for a few minutes until the fries are ready. The kitchen was simply chaotic on the day I visited.

This is a McDonald’s, isn’t it? But really great from the Jutes! Fries are crispy, burgers are neatly put together and the crew is as quick as nails. It's clean, you can't complain about it. If McDonald's, then third here. Jibt worse addresses in Berlin – uff everyone!

Ordered 3 hamburgers without onions and a cheeseburger without onions on the note it says without onions and there are more onions than meat inside

The order terminal didn't work and I had 600 app points deducted as a result. The employees showed no willingness to compensate for the error and just said “what can I do about it”. Something like this is the weakest service ever and that from a medium-priced, poor-quality fast food shop. Impudence!!!

Be careful of this location, both my son and I were poisoned with food. We took different meals and both ended up vomiting at night. Stay away.

Full of friendly Albanians No respect

I've never had a burger that was half raw at McDonald's. But it would be exchanged without any hassle.

Was only there once, ordered 4 items from the machine: 2x mighty hot sauce (I hope that's what it's called, I haven't seen it anywhere) + 2x chicken burgers. According to the display, other items were sold out, but this sauce wasn't... when I picked it up, it was pointed out that the sauce was no longer available... but said BBQ and pointed out that there should be 2 (dude only put one in...) I got a sour screem and a BBQ... ok so far stupid, even stupider - 1 burger came out frontally immediately after consumption, then ate something from Edeka, no problem, then tried the 2nd burger again, ended up in the Klo... we're all human, mistakes can happen, but that didn't seem like such a kosher coincidence to me

I ordered two Minecraft happy meals, we ordered a cheeseburger, a frise with the Minecraft sauce, a vanilla milkshake, and a Minecraft toy. but when we saw inside of the meal, there wasn't the Minecraft sauce and the Minecraft toy. I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO GO IN THIS MC DONALDS.

An employee poured coke on me, didn't apologize and didn't do anything. She forgot my friend's order and when she showed the receipt she didn't want to give her food.

Very small McDonald's. The orders are processed quickly. The only thing that needs to be significantly improved is the cleanliness of the store itself, especially the tables.

Giving a middling 3* for service and atmosphere because we got takeaway. 2* for food. Don't bother getting large fries from Lieferando, we got 2, and each carton was filled halfway.

So for me, in terms of the “freshness” of the burgers, it’s one of the best Mc D’s in the area (Food comes quickly and is 90% still hot.) Employees are mostly very friendly and usually very quick. As good as always, a clean branch.

Small McDonald's in the heart of Schwabing-West, recently modernized, unfortunately sometimes overcrowded and then uncomfortable. Burgers are sometimes cold.

It was very empty, someone was constantly yawning at the service counter, a small cup of coffee costs €2.49 and is getting more and more expensive.

First of all it's too small hall for McDonald's. I understand, it's a business, but I felt uncomfortable to seat in this compact zone. Also it was a bit weird feeling when employee served me and brought my tray. The food was a bit unorganized and no words from employee. I don't expect too much, but for will be enough: enjoy or something like this.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my last visit to your store. I was there between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and had to wait almost three minutes to be served. During this time, an employee with black hair saw me but was serving another customer who came in at the same time. I find it disappointing that the order of customer service was not respected. As a salesperson, I know how important it is to properly serve every customer, regardless of the situation. Therefore, I expect more professional behavior from your team. My son has just been cheated on with his friends again, the seller added a lot of extra dishes and sauces to the order, and when it came to paying and the boys said they hadn't paid, the seller directly threatened to call the police. Simply outrageous!

The food is McDonald's standard. But what is absolutely not possible here is cleanliness. The tables are not cleared and the floor is full of rubbish.

I ordered a big tasty bacon for the price of a Big Mac (coupon) unfortunately I got a Big Mac XO. The lid of the drink wasn't completely on and half of it ended up in front of the store. The only good thing here was the lattice fries, which were good. Another day where my order wasn't right 😭

After a concert at the Olympic stadium late at night we only found this fast food restaurant. They were crowded with other customers coming from the concert but the staff kept their composure and served the customers flawlessly. Unfortunately they didn't have time to clean the dining hall but it's understandable considering how busy they were. Taste and quality were maintained, typical of the chain. Greetings to the staff!

Unfortunately a very bad McDonalds. The store was hopefully crowded. In addition, they surprisingly don't redeem any points from the app. This should be clearly marked so that it doesn't end up in the wrong store like this. I'm glad I decided to eat here, so I think the restaurant is OK and worth going to ;) I ordered the McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola). The food I ordered was delicious and the drink, which was my favorite, was very refreshing. I recommend McZestaw and this restaurant ;)

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to complain about my last visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my McRib had far too little sauce and was therefore very dry. I am convinced that this is not the standard you want to offer your customers. I request you to fix this issue in the future.
