McDonald's in München

It took too long and the ayris forgot to give me my curly fries. The employee said to me “it takes 2 minutes” then she gets it for me, I had to go there and say that they forgot it (there were still a lot of curly fries)

I actually like going to McDonald's but unfortunately it's always disappointing here on Landsbergerstr. Normally my apple bag is forgotten or simply replaced with a Schocko bag without asking. This time my chicken burger was forgotten. My fries are only half full and they are soggy The branch should change something very quickly or simply close it completely

The restrooms are clean, the food comes out quickly and the taste is satisfying! The inside is clean too.

However, the chicken nuggets and fries taste reasonably good, but it's still fast food. Dietary preferences are almost not followed at all. The staff is different for everyone, but most of them are very grumpy. The prices are not that good based on the quality and portion size, as it is only “fast food”. Overall, my visit here was relatively good. Recommended.

Quality and taste every time. Today I ordered a menu with a Big Mac, 2 McChicken and ice cream. I picked up my order and found at home that they only included 1 McChicken, which was cold and tasteless. Less than half a glass of ice cream. Big Mac is delicious.

It's quick when there's not much going on and unfortunately that's not always the case. Fries could be fresher, better. Big Tasty Burger is good, Mc Rip, it works like that, if you're lucky, it hasn't been around that long and is still good to eat.

After what felt like an eternity, more and more numbers were set to "ready for pickup", but orders that were actually ready for pickup only arrived sporadically, and then WITHOUT mentioning the number or a receipt that could have helped with orientation. In our case, an employee finally placed an order on the counter and mumbled an incomprehensible number under her breath. None of the approximately 8 people waiting dared to take the order. So I went there, showed the lady my number and said it out loud again, and there was NO reaction from the lady. She looked me straight in the face and just walked away. A little surprised, I waited until the lady came back and asked her directly about the number again and asked if that was our order. She looked at me again with wide eyes, turned away and left. Then a customer came out from behind me and said she had order xxx, but it was no longer on either list. She also asked the same lady, who again did nothing but look at the customer with wide eyes. And she got no reaction either. Instead, another customer came up to the customer from behind, held his bag in the air and said: "I think that's her order because it's not ours!". The customer took her bag, thanked the customer, and left. Meanwhile, I was still standing there with no clarity or food and asked the nearest employee at the counter again whether the bag that was on the counter was ours. His answer: "Yes, then maybe just take a look and see if that's what you ordered!?" (with a snarky undertone). The fact that the customer, whose food it could have been, would be happy when I rummaged around in the bag and touched and opened everything to see that it was mine, obviously left the gentleman cold. Apart from that, this branch has not managed to get the scanner function to work since ordering via the screens began! If you have a coupon, you have to enter it manually. This is the only branch where I have experienced this... In short: enough! Pure chaos, unfriendliness and arrogance as far as the eye can see, often the orders are not correct and you have to go back, reluctant to bring food to the table. These are just the things that come to mind. This branch will have seen me for the last time.

I've been to this branch several times, but at the beginning the faux pas were bearable. However, what happened on my last visit is bottomless: I ordered Plantbased Nuggets from this branch as I always do and again they gave me a pack of nuggets but not a green one, but a normal one, I always go there and ask if it really isn't meat. The one employee who doesn't like me personally because I don't eat meat always smiles at me very meanly and says that of course it's not meat...he always says it so ironically that I don't know what he means. Luckily, I have friends who eat meat and “taste it”, and it was precisely this last time that I thought to myself that they couldn’t be giving me meat instead of plant-based, and bit into my nugget. I immediately notice IT IS MEAT, give it to my friend and he confirms my suspicions. So we go back and I explain the situation at the pick-up station, no I'm sorry, no voucher, no nothing, except the man who always smiles at me, because he laughs. MC wants to offer the customer a simple, quick, clear service - these are various TV screens where you can order your own food. If you are on the road and don't have the opportunity to eat a BigMac while driving, then you resort to the alternative and just order a burger or Fishmac, which is more common in one hand, which is exactly the service you look for in vain while watching everything on TV Menu, desserts, finger food set. Yesterday I ordered via UberEats from McDonald's on Landsberger Straße and was very disappointed. The security brick on the order was open; according to the driver, McDonald's employees had not locked it properly. Whole nuggets were lying loose in the bag and the burger box was completely crooked. The highlight of the disaster was the McRib, which was spread all over the bag. The sauce was everywhere, cucumbers and onions were under the McRib instead of in it. I had to laboriously put the burger back together, but eventually I didn't feel like eating it anymore. My attempt to reach the McDonald's store by phone failed despite multiple attempts. The phone simply wasn't picked up. That's why I'm writing this review now. This experience was a total disaster and a massive disappointment. I absolutely cannot recommend this McDonald's location and will definitely avoid it.

I was there with my 93-year-old mother, who is in need of care and has mobility problems, so she relies on a wheelchair. Everything was perfect, food good, everything clean, nice place. We ate extensively with a good dessert and had a leisurely coffee to say goodbye. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I got a ticket with a 30 euro fine because we stayed too long, 2 hours and 23 minutes to be exact. It's a shame that McDonalds gets involved with such crooks and rip-offs. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars but 3 is worth it to me.
