To Joeyy: You know what a real McRib is supposed to look like? Just as. With lots of sauce and lots of mess. It's also logical that no one answers the phone, the people there have their butts full of work and stress! Complain to Uber Eats!

Clean chain restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. They're also offering breakfast here. Food was good but it tasted like the frying oil for the fries was a bit old.

Terrible service, paid for the chocolate, came to the cash register, then was informed that it was not available. Potatoes are as if they were prepared yesterday Terrible service!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. The food just wasn't good. The burgers I ordered were cold and tasted stale. The fries were particularly disappointing, as they were completely soggy and without any freshness. To make matters worse, the drink I ordered with it also tasted strange - like it was stale or mixed incorrectly. I've had better experiences in the past, but this time it was really disappointing. I hope that the quality will improve again soon.

I was there on Sunday evening and placed my order at the counter as usual. I waited until it was my turn to pay cash at the checkout. There was a crowd of about 20 people. While I was waiting I noticed customers walking out in the middle of the counter to the right Karkalakroaches!!!!!!! It's quick when there's not much going on and unfortunately that's not always the case. Fries could be fresher, better. Big Tasty Burger is good, Mc Rip, it works like that, if you're lucky, it hasn't been around that long and is still good to eat.

Very modern branch of the fast food chain. It was recently modernized and the ordering and preparation process was also adjusted. My feeling is that things are a little quicker now, but at peak times there is sometimes so much going on that there are waiting times. Unfortunately, this branch has now finally been disqualified due to various incidents over several years. I have never seen such a poorly organized, customer-unfriendly and over-planned store before. Yesterday we ordered something to take away. On the display board there were various numbers under “Preparing” and “Ready for collection”. After what felt like an eternity, more and more numbers were set to "ready for pickup", but orders that were actually ready for pickup only arrived sporadically, and then WITHOUT mentioning the number or a receipt that could have helped with orientation. In our case, an employee finally placed an order on the counter and mumbled an incomprehensible number under her breath. None of the approximately 8 people waiting dared to take the order. So I went there, showed the lady my number and said it out loud again, and there was NO reaction from the lady. She looked me straight in the face and just walked away. A little surprised, I waited until the lady came back and asked her directly about the number again and asked if that was our order. She looked at me again with wide eyes, turned away and left. Then a customer came out from behind me and said she had order xxx, but it was no longer on either list. She also asked the same lady, who again did nothing but look at the customer with wide eyes. And she got no reaction either. Instead, another customer came up to the customer from behind, held his bag in the air and said: "I think that's her order because it's not ours!". The customer took her bag, thanked the customer, and left. Meanwhile, I was still standing there with no clarity or food and asked the nearest employee at the counter again whether the bag that was on the counter was ours. His answer: "Yes, then maybe just take a look and see if that's what you ordered!?" (with a snarky undertone). The fact that the customer, whose food it could have been, would be happy when I rummaged around in the bag and touched and opened everything to see that it was mine, obviously left the gentleman cold. Apart from that, this branch has not managed to get the scanner function to work since ordering via the screens began! If you have a coupon, you have to enter it manually. This is the only branch where I have experienced this... In short: enough! Pure chaos, unfriendliness and arrogance as far as the eye can see, often the orders are not correct and you have to go back, reluctant to bring food to the table. These are just the things that come to mind. This branch will have seen me for the last time.

I've been to this branch several times, but at the beginning the faux pas were bearable. However, what happened on my last visit is bottomless: I ordered Plantbased Nuggets from this branch as I always do and again they gave me a pack of nuggets but not a green one, but a normal one, I always go there and ask if it really isn't meat. The one employee who doesn't like me personally because I don't eat meat always smiles at me very meanly and says that of course it's not meat...he always says it so ironically that I don't know what he means. Luckily, I have friends who eat meat and “taste it”, and it was precisely this last time that I thought to myself that they couldn’t be giving me meat instead of plant-based, and bit into my nugget. I immediately notice IT IS MEAT, give it to my friend and he confirms my suspicions. So we go back and I explain the situation at the pick-up station, no I'm sorry, no voucher, no nothing, except the man who always smiles at me, because he laughs. After a few moments, however, there is a co-worker who at least says that this time I'm really getting my plant-based nuggets... shortly afterwards I leave this restaurant and have eaten chicken for the first time in 12 years. Relatively small MC Stupid at least when you enter it, as far as I could tell there may be a first floor where you can look for a place. MC wants to offer the customer a simple, quick, clear service - these are various TV screens where you can order your own food. If you are on the road and don't have the opportunity to eat a BigMac while driving, then you resort to the alternative and just order a burger or Fishmac, which is more common in one hand, which is exactly the service you look for in vain while watching everything on TV Menu, desserts, finger food set. Yesterday I ordered via UberEats from McDonald's on Landsberger Straße and was very disappointed. The sauce was everywhere, cucumbers and onions were under the McRib instead of in it. I had to laboriously put the burger back together, but eventually I didn't feel like eating it anymore. My attempt to reach the McDonald's store by phone failed despite multiple attempts. The phone simply wasn't picked up. That's why I'm writing this review now. This experience was a total disaster and a massive disappointment. I absolutely cannot recommend this McDonald's location and will definitely avoid it.

I was there with my 93-year-old mother, who is in need of care and has mobility problems, so she relies on a wheelchair. Everything was perfect, food good, everything clean, nice place. We ate extensively with a good dessert and had a leisurely coffee to say goodbye. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I got a ticket with a 30 euro fine because we stayed too long, 2 hours and 23 minutes to be exact. It's a shame that McDonalds gets involved with such crooks and rip-offs. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars but 3 is worth it to me.

The dirtiest, most disgusting and unfriendly store there is among McDonald's stores. No matter which corner you look in, it's just dirty and disgusting. The tables are not cleared and/or cleaned. My visit to McDonalds Like any McDonalds there is this modern, clean, botanical decor. Of course, McDonald's isn't as clean as it looks. With the McDonalds app there are discounts everywhere and at some McDonalds there are also points collection campaigns where you can get a product for free with several visits. The burgers here are not very tasty. However, the chicken nuggets and fries taste fantastic. Dietary preferences are almost not followed at all. Sowohl Drive in als auch vor Ort gegessen. Der Laden macht einen guten Eindruck, auch wenn bereits die Anfahrt und Ausfahrt ein wenig stressig ist für die Autofahrer. Das Essen schmeckt typisch McDonald's - also solider Durchschnitt. Mir schmeckt es jedoch besser als bei 5 Guys aber lange nicht so gut wie ein 15 Euro Burger, der mit Liebe gemacht wurde. Daher auch nur 2 Sterne. Service ist eigentlich sehr freundlich, jedoch war die Dame am Drive in unfreundlich als wir zurecht unsere Flasche eingefordert hatten, die nicht übergeben wurde. (Immer gut sofort in die Tüte zu schauen.) Ich war auch nicht der einzige, wo die Lieferung unvollständig oder falsch war - auch ein anderer Fahrer musste reklamieren. Das Ambiente hat was vom Typ Bahnhof. Für Kinder habe ich keine dedizierte Spielecke gesehen. Das Klo im Obergeschoss erreicht man nur per Treppe - ich habe keinen Lift gesehen. Insofern schade für Mobilitätseingeschränkte. Die Tische waren nicht sauber. Mein Tipp ist die Ware vorher in der App zusammen zu stellen und zu bezahlen, dann kann man ganz nach vorne zur Ausgabe vorfahren, dann den Code zeigen und man kann weiterdüsen.

Für Drive-In Kunden ist das Wichtigste: Unbedingt die Bestellung kontrollieren. Sehr anfällig sind Couponbestellungen, bei denen gern mal der zweite Burger fehlt und die Saucen, die fehlenden Saucen. Ansonsten alles ok, Maci halt. Immerhin funktioniert die App-Bestellung inzwischen gut.

Die Filiale ist wirklich schön gestaltet, aber leider muss man hier auch immer wieder zurückstecken. Das in den Tisch eingelassene Display ist seit Monaten kaputt, teilweise sind die Toiletten gesperrt und die mehrwegbecher sollte man nicht nutzen, wenn man nicht lange Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen will für die Rückgabe. Auch bekommt man in den Happy Meals nicht unbedingt das, was man als Spielzeug für die Kinder dazu bestellt hat, aber das ist ja leider in vielen Filialen so... Es fehlt hier definitiv an Kinderbeschäftigung.

Ein McDonald’s zum vermeiden. Der Automat drückt keine bestell Zettel raus, musst du nach dem bezahlen (am Automat) bettelnd dass du derjenige bist. Der neue McCrispy war auch nicht besonders gut, die Soße hat nach Meerrettich geschmeckt, waren lauwarm, bei eine haben die Tomaten gefehlt, beim zweiten waren 2 Scheiben dafür kein Käse 🤦🏻‍♂️ aber egal, werde diese Filiale in Zukunft vermeiden

Mega voll , daher auch dreckig. Das Personal kam teilweise nicht hinterher , bei bis zu 20 Bestellungen auf dem Bord auch verständlich. Das Personal war nett und bemüht.

Kundenservice Fehlanzeige!!! Wollten um 7:53 Uhr gerne draußen sitzen um die ersten Sonnenstrahlen genießen zu können. Leider war draußen alles "nass" +. Als wir drinnen freundlich nachfragen ob es denn nicht möglich wäre uns einen Tisch samt den Sitzgelegenheiten abzuwischen damit wir nach draußen sitzen können, wurde dies vernein. "Das machen wir erst später, da heben wir jetzt keine Zeit dafür." Also der Laden hatte seit 2h auf und wir zwei waren die einzigen Gäste. Die paar Sekunden zum abwischen hätten den betrieblichen Ablauf sicher nicht aus der Bahn geworfen. Kamen bislang eigentlich regelmäßig zum Frühstücken hier her, hat sich dann aber ab heute auch erledigt. Gibt sicher Filialen die sich etwas mehr um ihre Gäste bemühen.

Hatte einen Royal mit Käse und einen McRib. Beide waren ganz frisch zubereitet, heiß und sahen auch so aus, wie man sich das vorstellt. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, weil ich in anderen McD Filialen deutlich schlechtere Erfahrungen machte! Zudem kann man draußen gut sitzen, man hat Platz und es ist den Randbedingungen entsprechend gemütlich sitzen. Danke!

Zwei mal war ich ib diese Mc drive... Das erste hat die Mitarbeiterin am microfon ein Kaugummis und schlechte Laune gehabt, heute hat ewig gedauert und die Bestellung war teiks falsch. Das einzige gute war dass teilweise Teile doppelt waren

Ich kenne diesen McDonald's nur nach 22 Uhr. ob es dann voll ist oder leer, langsam sind sie hier irgendwie immer. meistens ist das obere Stockwerk zum Sitzen abgesperrt, selbst wenns unten voll ist, aber wenn man dann bescheid gibt sind sie freundlich und lassen einen hoch. Die Pommes sind meistens sehr gut, die Burger sind oft sperrlich belegt oder auch mal falsch belegt. Die Parkplatz Situation ist ganz schön undurchdacht, weil man sich zum Parken in die Drive In schlange stellen muss wenn die ersten 4 Parkplätze belegt sind Naja, ist halt ein durchschnittlicher McDonald's

Die Sauberkeit lässt oft zu wünschen übrig (im Gästebereich) und die Qualität der Speisen - naja, McDonalds halt.
