Happy Meal toys from the advertised collections are always out of stock at this branch, but you'll only find out when you pick up your order. Couldn't they at least let you know in advance? There wasn't a single free seat! And after 15 minutes, the table we were sitting at was completely filthy!

The tables weren't cleaned; there were still leftovers from previous occupants. The fries were cold, and the drink wasn't completely refilled. Only the chicken nuggets were hot; the burgers were rather lukewarm. The cart (cabinet) where you drop off your tablets was overflowing. Unfortunately, a very poor experience at this McDonald's.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the blonde Albanian woman. She was a super friendly and competent employee! She greeted everyone with a smile and immediately struck up a conversation with us :)

I was there for breakfast on Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was super clean, the staff friendly and quick to respond. There's free Wi-Fi for 3 hours – and it actually works, unlike the McDonald's at Pasing train station. USB charging ports are also available, which is really handy, especially in the morning. And the hot drinks? Always in porcelain cups, with no deposit required – a small gesture, a big impact. The 5 stars aren't for the food (we're used to that), but for the pleasant experience, the good service, and the amenities. That's what makes McDonald's fun. The 5-star rating doesn't refer to the food – it's the same everywhere.

As a pregnant woman, I was denied access to the restroom, even though the sign on the restroom door indicated that it was for pregnant women and people with disabilities. Thank you so much for that!

Is this normal for big size fries? And I don’t like the attitude of that stuff. And the fries are not fresh. I just remind last time the powder of the fries is missed. That’s the new one that you can shake the fries within the bag. Not sure it’s just me or anyone else has the same problem. I don’t want to argue every time but I will pay more attention to what they me next time.

Recently, I picked up something at the McDrive-thru there. The waitress hands us a bag and drinks, then turns around without a word. When I ask both a colleague and herself whether we should leave or if there's something else coming, they both just stare and shrug so stupidly that I can't think of anything else to say.

I won't recommend this McDonald's to anyone or visit it again because, for the umpteenth time in six months, we've received a strawberry shake or an iced coffee shake because the machine is broken every time. This happens very often, especially in the summer. The tables don't always look very clean, even when eating in.

The only place I've experienced worse service than here is McDonald's in Israel. When I ordered from the vending machine, I wasn't asked if I wanted a Coke or extra fries. When my order was brought to me and there was no drink, I went to the cashier and sympathetically asked why that was the case and asked for the fries to be replaced with a drink. However, before the manager arrived, the employee began cursing me in her native language (probably assuming I wouldn't understand the insults) and also made hand gestures that people in her country would normally use for a swear word. When I asked the manager to send such an employee home because this wasn't up to McDonald's corporate standards, all I heard was, "I'll talk to her." But talking isn't enough. This person doesn't meet your company's standards. And how many more people will she insult with her language and waving? Please fire this employee. The food they brought me didn't meet McDonald's standards either. The burger box was stuffed with ingredients, the bun was on its side, as if a pig had been given leftovers. You can clearly see that in the picture. But we're not pigs, we're customers. And it's not your company's standards to treat customers like pigs and just throw food into a box.

Unfortunately, there are so many flies inside. It makes it impossible to eat and is very unappetizing. Please do something about these pests!
