Whenever I order more than 3 things, 1 is missing. Complete orders only work for me when I order 2 things I don't mind paying 50 cents for the toilet, but not if you can prove you've eaten on site and the toilets are dirty. An employee came towards me, which is why I assumed that she had just checked the toilets. But the opposite was the case. In the women's toilet, one was obviously clogged, the rim of the next was covered in pee and the third and last toilet no longer even has a seat. There is no soap or paper towels.

This location has atrocious regular fries. They are often half fried. Beware.

Very unprofessional stuff specifically there was an Afghan guy which he had a very bad attitude no respect for the customer using very bad language. That's not possible, my milk shake was completely liquid for the third time even though I just got it, the fries have been sitting for too long and they forget a lot of things like extra cheese. In itself it's good but they also often fly in the places Customers

Every time you need to check the amount of food served to you in bags. Since employees are constantly making mistakes and underperforming, for some reason this isn't in your favor.

Since the absolutely disgusting toilets put me off (despite paying), I can't say anything more about the restaurant. Except I hope it doesn't look like that in the kitchen. Fries + ice cream was fresh.

Using the toilet costs even if you are a customer! No toilet paper, no disinfectant! Dirty and uncomfortable. Arrogant employees who get annoyed when you ask for toilet paper and shout stupid comments after you. The food is like everywhere else at McDonald's and is not a great art. I can only recommend NOT going there. There is better fast food in Erfurt's city center.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Chaos and no service. Ice cream sundae only half full. I often get ice cream at McDonald's, but definitely not here anymore. Use of the toilet must be paid for. Once and never again.

I ordered a Mc Flurry. After my number disappeared from the display, I asked. The answer from the unfriendly employee was just... I called out 5 times that I had to go to Mc Café. Terrible branch. Were just there, super dirty, unfriendly, annoyed employees. A girl was sent away by the would-be boss with the words: “Pee on the piss if you have to.” 😠 Not possible! The toilets are disgusting, no money should be charged for them! We'll definitely never go there again.

It's just disgusting, cold and not a meal. The only thing you can put your body through is coffee and even that takes some getting used to.

I was there again today and ordered something to take away for my family and I. I understand that it's always full in the evenings, but I've often had one or two burgers missing. I don't pay very little for them and at least I want to have everything.

It‘s alright It’s alright. I like mcdonalds but as this McDonalds is in a big station there are also a lot of people who want to eat there so the food is fresh but also you have to wait a lot. There was the one time they had forgotten to make my food so I had to ask. There a lot of people most of the time.

So we called and the employee hung up straight away

Very nice place, orders are processed quickly and the staff is nice. The only thing is that sometimes they forget to put something in if the order is large. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat and not expensive. True, if you are from another part of Europe, it will be difficult to get used to German burgers, the taste is different and for the first time you may not even like it very much (The cucumbers are not pickled, but salted. The burgers seem to have little sauce and the cutlets are less salty). The second and third time, everything becomes delicious 😌

An employee with glasses and half bald was very nice and attentive. One of our orders took longer than usual and he noticed it straight away and took care of it. Very friendly. Would love to come back

Pervekt the curly fries are great

The two of us had dinner there in the evening. As always, the food at Mäcces was warm and filled, as always. The atmosphere was relatively full and the food came quickly. A nice employee brought the food to our table and forgot our curry sauces and glasses. Unfortunately, we only noticed this while eating; our tray was full and the promotional glasses were missing. My friend then went to the counter with the receipt to politely ask about our missing glasses. The employee first gave her one glass and then looked in the warehouse for the second one, came back, took the glass away again and said that he had processed the order himself and had already handed out the glasses. When it was pointed out to him that this was not true, he realized this and became mushy and unfriendly. Finally reluctantly handed over our glasses and turned around without comment. Never again!

Totally bad......vouchers are not accepted....you should pay normally.....then ordered ice cream and cappuccino and had to have half my ice cream completed at MC Café and get my cappuccino there and go back and forth impossible.......

Recently, when I wanted to order ice cream from MacDonalds, I was treated rudely by an old woman. She showed me the place to order from in a rude manner. This marred my experience and left a negative impression. I hope the customer service team can handle such situations better in the future.

The food was basically okay. The wrap wasn't that nicely done as it was falling apart. The fries were a bit greasy and limp. I found the atmosphere here very cramped. The air was stuffy.

Was there for dinner today. What struck me negatively was that one employee instructed another to clean the window sills behind the tables. The new employee didn't understand German and had to be guided hand and foot. Gave a bad impression for this branch. The ambience itself is not inviting. It's something like, order, take away, go out. The train station passage would also be affected. The food was quite good, brought to the table quickly as I ordered via the app.

This McDonald's wasn't full, but the chicken patties weren't exactly warm and one was even missing sauce. The toilet in the Mc ended at a turnstile, if you want to go to the toilet it costs 50 cents, which will be charged if you want something to eat after using the toilet and then pay in cash. Not family friendly if you just want to wash your hands after eating. Who wants to buy a citizen again because of a few toilet receipts so as not to make a loss? But this is probably expected in this Mc that customers will no longer redeem this voucher. My kids don't want to go to this McDonald's anymore.

Pretty good MC's branch. However, it is very crowded at peak times due to the central location right in the city. However, weekends are usually the least busy. So eat well and quickly today.

A good McDonald's branch with a perfect location.

The food wasn't that good, something must have gone wrong... The service was very good, I like the staff. The location is like an ice cave! The toilet wasn't clean and they're still asking for money? I was afraid that the fish would fullbox me.

That jessen wasn't that good. Instead of a Coca Cola, we were served a mixture of fries, salad and a sweet and sour sauce. Nevertheless, everyone liked it. The nice old gentleman in the picture below was standing at the checkout but unfortunately he couldn't help me because he couldn't get up. All he said was "öööööööh" and "Thanks boy". The ambience was pretty icy like an ice cave. In the appendix you can see what the place looks like from the inside

Bad food, long service, outdated burger packaging, uncomfortable atmosphere that puts you in a bad mood.

Well, the establishment is clean, quiet place, but the staff is somewhat strange. I don't know if it's because they are dark-skinned or because they are tired of their jobs.

18 minutes from ordering at the terminal to delivery is unacceptable. 6 people stood at the counter and did nothing. Apparently there wasn't enough staff in the preparation/kitchen and no one was able to provide support there. Restaurant has hardly any seats and is very dirty.

That had nothing to do with a Big Tasty Bacon!!!!

Ich finde den mac Donalds für eine klein Filiale nahe der Stadtgrenze komplett in Ordnung und kann überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen wie hier einige vernichtend kommentieren Klar Großkonzern aber für mich als Anwohner halt oft unentbehrlich!

Das Essen ist wie bei McDonald’s üblich, ganz okay. Aber die Preis werden zunehmend teurer. Früher hat ein McSunday mal einen Euro gekostet, heut zu Tage, muss man schon das doppelte bezahlen. Was ich bei diesem McDonalds ganz schön finde ist, dass der Laden sich schön in das Stadtbild einfügt und nicht nur ein Flachbau ist, wie viele andere Restaurants der Kette. Aber auch hier bei meinem Besuch bestand das Problem, dass der Boden und die Tische nicht sehr sauber waren. Auf dem Boden lagen Dreck und Pommes und die Tische waren mit Ketchup und anderen Soßen bekleckert. Meiner Meinung nach ist es nicht zu viel verlangt, dass einmal in der Stunde jemand mit einem feuchten Lappen über die Tische geht.

Man bestellt ohne Salat und Soße und es ist trotzdem beides drauf und im Getränk waren obwohl ich ohne Eiswürfel bestellt habe Eiswürfel drin

Dreckig, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch oder wollen es augenscheinlich nicht, schmutziges Mobiliar, Jugendliche die nichts bestellen aber platz einnehmen und pöbeln. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert.

Hatte den McPlant bestellt ohne Käse. Was kam? Fleischburger mit Käse. Ist mir nachm 3. Bissen aufgefallen, seit dem häng ich überm Klo. Das hat nicht nur was mit ethischen Bedenken zu tun, wenn man eine gewisse Zeit vegan lebt, verträgt man so etwas auch nicht mehr. Ich sag schon mal danke für die Bauchschmerzen und wünsche baldige Insolvenz

Schlechte Bedingungen warte Zeiten länger als die Uhrzeit her ist und ignorierende Blicke ich bin sehr empört seit anderthalb Stunden gesessen und gewartet bei lehren mcs auf Bestellungs Aufnahme

Allgemein eigentlich ein schöner Mci ABER!!! DRECKIG!!!!! Erstens alle Burger waren Eiskalt 2tens Die Nuggets 3fach Frittiert schmeckten wie vom Vortag 3tens mann muss als Kunde noch für das WC Extra zahlen was sehr traurig ist deshalb bei allem 1 Stern WC EXTREM DRECKIG UND DAFÜR NOCH EXTRA GELD VERLANGEN Heftig

Das Essen ist wirklich super, absolut keine Frage. Allerdings lässt der Service, die Bedienung und der Abholprozess des Essens absolut zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe es so oft erlebt, dass ich mein Essen fehlerhaft bekommen habe und dann noch angemotzt wurde beziehungsweise die Leute hinter dem Tresen absolut nicht mit den Bestellungen der Leute klar kamen und meine Bestellung einfach verschwand. Das schlimmste Erlebnis hatte ich dazu in Erfurt beim Anger im Mcdonalds. Das Ambiente ist ganz okay, jedoch ist McDonalds nahezu zu 90% völlig überfüllt, wobei man immer meistens doch noch einen Platz an den doppelten Terminals bekommt. Kleine Kinder schubsen dich, doch wirst von Jugendlichen dumm angemacht.. All diese Sachen musste ich mir in meiner "McDonalds Besuch History" antun, weshalb ich so schnell wie nur möglich aus den Restaurants raus wollte. Dementsprechend hab ich mein Zeug auch immer mit genommen und nicht dort gegessen.

Lieferungen sind ständig geschlossen, bestellen fast unmöglich. Gutschein war die größte Punkteverschwendung, man kann ja nicht mal Abholung machen. Der Laden an sich ist sonst auch immer mega übervollt, im allgemein herrscht dort mega der Personalmangel.

Das McDonalds am Anger in Erfurt ist ein Schnell -Restaurant wie alle anderen dieser Kette auch. Es liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Erfurt. Die Preise sind Standard. Das Personal war freundlich und es war sauber dort.

Sehr überlaufen und nicht wirklich sauber

Haben bestellt essen kam kalt an den Tisch haben für eine Freundin mit bestellt die eig 2min später kommen wollte sie durfte nicht rein essen wahr nicht vollständig

Wow , obwohl der Laden gut besucht war , ging alles relativ schnell und das Essen war richtig frisch und warm. Bin jetzt ja nicht so der MC Donalds Fan aber mein großes Menü war richtig lecker. Muss zugeben hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die Mitarbeiter waren auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Danke , zu Euch komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

Sonntag Nachmittag MC Donalds früher immer voll mit Familien. Am Anger eher der Eindruck einer Wärmestube. Fast alle Tische belegt mit mehreren Leuten die nichts verzehren. Das war nicht sehr einladend. Aber der erwartete gute Kaffee hat gelockt. Im MC Café angestellt ein Gast vor uns wartete auf sein Getränk, der Mitarbeiter brauchte 7 Minuten !! Latte Macciato. Dann waren wir dran 2 Cafe Menü Latte Caramel und Chailatte mit Kuchen.. Der freundliche aber komplett Ahnungslose !!! (Kassenlayout und Getränkezubereitung) Mitarbeiter brachte 5 Minuten für die Eingabe der Artikel in die Kasse für die Zubereitung mehrere Anläufe, aber nach 10 Minuten bekam ich meine Getränke und Kuchen freundlich überreicht, leider ohne Serviette, und mit dreckigen unpolierten Löffeln. Latte ok, Chailatte in ner Tasse statt Glas. Hier sollte dringend ein Training der Mitarbeiter erfolgen. So richtig sauber wars auch nicht eine komplett unmotiviert rüberkommende Mitarbeiterin hat lustlos in der Lobby agiert. Schade !!! Da hat mich Mc Donalds in der Weimarischen Straße Bein letzten Besuch mehr überzeugt.

Schnelle Bedienung und zur Zeit gibts auch einen Lieferservice via Lieferando oder direkt bei Mc Donalds

Leider ist das Hotel mit vergessenem Eigentum nicht zimperlich. Wir haben im Zimmer eingepackte Dauerwurst vergessen gehabt. Also mind. 6 Wochen haltbar. Das Nette Personal hat diese dann am Abreisetag bis 16:00 Uhr im Müll entsorgt. Des weitern haben wir auch 3 Keramikblumenstecker vergessen. Ich kann verstehen, wenn man am nächsten Tag etwas wegwirft. Aber so etwas ist für mich eine absolute Gäste Unfreundlichkeit. Wer weiß, was mit unseren Sachen wirklich passiert ist

Leider wirklich nicht zu empfehlen, McDonald’s Standarts werden leider nicht eingehalten. Pommes: zu viele kurze Pommes, zu lange in der Friteuse gewesen, kalt bei Übergabe… Cheeseburger: Altes Fleisch wird verwendet, viel zu dunkel gebraten, vermutlich über eine Stunde warmgehalten. Nichtmal der Käse war geschmolzen.

Der Service hier ist super und das Essen eben "gewohnt McDonalds" (nicht schlecht, aber eben auch nicht gut), deshalb gebe ich 4 Sterne für das Essen. Was hier auf jeden Fall hervorgehoben werden sollte, ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen im Restaurant. Die haben echt viel zu tun, sind sich aber trotzdem für ein Lächeln nicht zu schade. Zudem sind sie sehr hilfsbereit. 5 Sterne für den Service! Was mich (leider) ziemlich stört, ist der dort "vorherrschende", nicht sehr freundliche Kundenstamm. Da fällt von einigen, die anscheinend keine gute Erziehung genossen haben, so gut wie jedes Mal die eine oder andere Beleidigung, weil man diesen Menschen nicht schnell genug bestellt. Leider kann ich deswegen nur 1 Stern für das Ambiente vergeben. Für das Verhalten der Kunden kann weder die Filialleitung etwas, noch können die Mitarbeiter*innen wirklich viel tun. Ein Vorschlag von mir wäre, ein paar grundsätzliche Regeln des Miteinanders an die Wand zu hängen und mit einer charmanten Kampagne an den Respekt untereinander zu appellieren...

Zu lange warte Zeiten, Restaurant war wie immer viele viele Leute! Es war nur eine Frau an der Zwei Kassen! Echt schade das bei MC Donald's! Deshalb nur 1 Dtern! Wo anderes wurde ich mehr Sterne geben wie in Gotha!

Es geht nun schneller hier. Für mich war der Bestellautomat neu. Auch das jetzt getrenntes Personal die Bestellung aufnimmt und anderes ausgibt kannte ich so noch nicht. Nervig im Restaurant finde ich die Endlosschleife bei der Werbung auf dem TV der da rumhängt.

Man sollte sollte da auf keinen Fall hingehen. Gibt keine Becherhalter, Strohhalme und richtige Tragetaschen mehr. Völlig sinnfrei.

Früher bin ich ab und zu zu Mcdonald’s gegangen, um mir eine Kleinigkeit für zwischendurch zu holen. Mittlerweile würde ich diese Filiale meiden. Wir waren im Winter nach dem Abendessen noch ein Eis essen, da man nachts in Erfurt nirgendwo mehr ein Eis bekommt, es war total kalt. Es wird extrem gespart, keine Heizung im Winter und keine Klimaanlage im Sommer. Im Winter saßen wir in dicken Winterjacken und Sommer haben wir nach einem sauberen Tisch gesucht, alles war dreckig und hat geklebt… ich weiß nicht wie die Menschen die drinnen gegessen haben, sich wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben unser Essen mitgenommen und saßen auf der Bank draußen. Wenn der Laden von außen schon dreckig ist, will ich gar nicht wissen wie es innen aussieht. Ein kleiner Snack für zwischendurch wird Mcdonald’s nicht mehr für mich in Frage kommen.
