McDonald's in Erfurt

Unfortunately, the MC Donalds team was already in the evening mood and told us when we paid that they were only open for 5 minutes. The toilets were already closed. After 10 minutes we were all swept out of the restaurant, even though according to the internet and the signs it would have been open for another whole hour (12:00 a.m.) At this time of day, I won't be coming to this MC Donalds anymore.

I find it impossible that you can only order at the terminal. A big queue, many people don't know their way around and therefore take longer at the terminal. I then went to the checkout and asked if I could also order at the checkout and was met with an unfriendly no. The food was cold and the tables under the tables were not cleaned for a long time.

Needless to say, I don't have high expectations at McDonald's on Friday evening at 10:15 p.m., but I don't repeat my order over the intercom for nothing! I order and go over the order with your employee. Nevertheless, the Spicy Nuggets are missing for my good friend and Captain Carlo! This is unacceptable! Apart from the €3.99, I find this simply humanly reprehensible, we were polite and friendly, yet the guy with the black hair, who is on shift at 10:15 p.m. on December 13th, 2024, simply wants to char us. I used to regularly visit the McDonald's in Görlitz, but unfortunately the quality no longer seems to be the same. The food used to be much better. The meat tastes different - probably due to a new buyer - and even the hamburger buns often seem squashed and unappetizing. As prices rise, I at least expect the quality to stay the same or get better. If it's just a matter of adjusting the minimum wage without changing anything in terms of taste or quality, I see that as a long-term threat to customer loyalty. The restaurant looks modern and clean, and the sanitary area was always clean when I visited. The staff works quickly and is friendly.

You can't complain about the ambience at McDonalds Weimar. There have always been fresh flowers on the tables for a few weeks and today, November 21st, there were already beautiful Christmas decorations inside and outside. It's actually always clean.

Bought a McRib at the drive thru today. The bun was so old and hard that I couldn't eat it and the guy who took the orders was under the weather. He mumbled and looked like he had just fallen out of bed. Definitely not again.

One star because you have to give one for a review. Clothes messed up and hardly any reaction from the employees. Ordered food and used table service. When the order was brought, the drink was poured over my pants, shoes, T-shirt and jacket. The food was also showered. After you squeezed out an apology, you were apparently done with it. The request to please remake the food was noticeably unwelcome. When I asked how we deal with the slutty clothing and whether there might be any accommodation from McDonald's, they expressly said no. Been there today. A thousand things were forgotten when I ordered. It's chaos there... hardly anyone understands you. Employees seemed stressed and under pressure. Of course you can't be friendly there. There are loud arguments about things. Something like that doesn't belong in the guest area. Too bad.

Great McDonalds, with delicious food as you are used to. Quick preparation, lots of seating inside and outside. Good location, lots of parking spaces.

The food tastes good but unfortunately it has become very expensive. The service is okay, but people there don't seem to know many words. Thank you and please only come casually and a smile is often missing. (maybe I'm just asking too much for today's times) the atmosphere is okay but I find the chairs a bit uncomfortable. And the earlier style, which was more reminiscent of the 50s and 60s, definitely had more charm. All in all, I'm already passing by and will continue to do so. I'm usually just at the drive in anyway.

Once the order was not checked after the drive in, half of it was missing.. and there is no indication that something was forgotten.. It's getting worse here... Often you don't understand the staff well at all.

Service was super friendly. But instead of my 20 vegetarian nuggets, I got non-vegan nuggets mixed with some dumplings that I didn't order at all.

Menus okay but why the hell is the McFlurry only half the portion and warm chocolate sauce with the ice cream, even other MCs have cold chocolate sauce.

Went to the DriveIn and ordered both the “Bill” and the “Tom” Kaulitz menu. When making the selection, it was said that both had curly fries, not (as mentioned in every advertisement) the plant-based nuggets in the Tom menu. When asked, the employee was then pushed away by a stroppy old man. He just hissed at us that the advertising only referred to some app codes that we couldn't find in the app even after some research. We were super disappointed, both by not getting what we were there for and by the completely unfriendly manner of the (we assume) boss. This branch has long since reduced its service, so in the future we'll prefer to go to the friendly competition a few meters further 😌 Addendum: Both menus were supposed to be plant-based, both burgers had meat on them. With that, McDonalds is completely done. (Below again the advertising from McDonalds on Instagram, which the gentleman wasn't interested in either)

I ordered 6 mini pancakes today and unfortunately had to exchange them for 6 new ones because they were very hard. But the next 6 were also hard. The staff was annoyed with me and made it clear to me. It's really a shame but I'll never go there again.

We wanted to eat at McDonald's today. As always, we had our dog with us. So far that has never been a problem. Today we were informed that the dog has to get out of here. I do not know why. A pity. We then drove to McDonalds in Gispersleben, where we were warmly welcomed with our dog.

You are constantly being attacked because the staff work sloppily and items are missing from the order. The last time I ordered, another 6 nuggets were missing, for which I at least paid €3. Unfortunately, it's always only noticeable when you get home. In the future, I will unpack my order at the counter and check it for completeness because it almost borders on fraud that something is constantly missing. In addition, even with low customer throughput, it always takes 10-15 minutes for an order to be ready.

No breakfast before 11 Sunday. Already left in Drive and driven again after almost 10 minutes. Coffee tastes absolutely undrinkable. Ordered 2 McMuffin Bacon Eggs and got 1. The other was Sausage Egg. Worst branch ever.

According to Google Maps, open from 8 a.m., but when you arrive, according to the notice, it only opens at 10 a.m. due to staff training. It's not the first time. It's a shame because my wife and I had planned to have a leisurely breakfast while we changed the car tires. No other restaurant in the area was open. If we had known in advance that the restaurant would open later, we would have planned differently. What was that? Things have never been this bad at McDonalds. So the quality is at the very bottom. The burgers looked like they were made by children in the sandpit. The rolls were totally limp and the rest of the ingredients were probably thrown by a blind man. It couldn't be worse. I've never experienced anything like that. The tables were all super clean, employees were constantly on the move taking care of the cleanliness of the tables and the floor. The food came super quickly and was freshly prepared and still hot! The (presumably) branch manager or owner (?) was extremely friendly and asked all customers about their well-being, took time for everyone and, for example, explained the order via cell phone. Top service! We will be back definitely!

The employees were today on February 9th. go at 10:30 p.m. very unfriendly, we wanted to order at the checkout because the machine didn't accept our coupon. At first this wasn't a problem but then it was refused. When asked why this wasn't possible, the employee reacted very aggressively, gesturing with "how, why can't this be done?" a request for the employee's name was not answered and the employee said he was the boss. Sure, sometimes there is a lot to do, but no customer should be treated like that.

Friendly staff, clean tables and the food came to the table quickly and completely. That was really noticeably positive today (especially compared to other McDs but also to our last visit here a long time ago)

Went here for a coffee for a change. The employees had high praise, even though a few things went wrong, they were friendly and tried to correct the errors quickly.

The service on site is an absolute disaster. Completely non-transparent behavior of the employees: While two customers in front of me were able to place their orders at the checkout, I was informed that orders are not possible at the checkout and can only be made at the terminals. So after I turned away from the checkout in disappointment, the customer behind me's order was accepted again. #I love it

I wanted to book a children's birthday party at my child's request. This party will be advertised by McDonald's in its stores and on its website. Minions, Bibi&Tina etc. Maxi Party, Mini Party in selected branches. However, NONE of the surrounding McDonald's restaurants offer this party. Lack of equipment, they would not be equipped for this. I'm really wondering... I ended up "partying" in Erfurt on Weimarischen Strasse. They have the necessary separate room, but of course none of the theme parties offered. It was neutrally decorated and a few sweets were laid out plus a gift for the birthday child. So far everything is good. Aaabut we were sitting in an unheated room in winter!!! There was a mobile heater inside, but the plug wasn't plugged in. We had to keep jackets on so as not to freeze. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The rest of the restaurant, however, was warm. So we'll never do that again. Only bad.

Schweine kalt,auf Toilette ist es wärmer und sauber als im Restaurant, Essen kalt und Kaffee auch, schlechtere McDonald's

Das war wohl nichts und so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! 1. Ende Dezember bei niedrigen, einstelligen Außentemperaturen lief die Heizung auf Minimum, so dass man Jacke dasitzen musste. 2. Die Burgerzutaten waren lieblos "zusammengeworfen". Die Hälfte ist beim ersten anfassen herausgefallen. 3. Unsaubere Tische wurde nicht abgewischt. Das Personal hat einfach darüber hinweg gesehen. 4. Beide Abräumstationen sind übergequollen und würden auch während der gesamten Zeit nicht gelehrt. Nicht zu empfehlen... Service geht anders!!!

Das McDonalds-Restaurant typisch (wie auch andere Filialen) aufgebaut. Leider war es beim heutigen Besuch an der Stelle, an welcher ich saß, ziemlich kalt. 🥶 Das Essen war relativ lecker, aber (wie zu erwarten) nicht überragend. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren super freundlich und haben die Bestellungen sogar an die Tische gebracht. 😊

Wir waren spontan mit unserer Tanzgruppe (20 Kinder und 6 Erwachsenen) dort. Wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen, das Essen wurde uns sehr schnell gemacht! Das Personal war trotz vollem Haus sehr professionell und freundlich!Weiter so! Tolle Filiale!

Zwölf Uhr Bestellung aufgegeben am Terminal, 20 Minuten an der Kasse gestanden (als erste in der Reihe), man wurde einfach nicht beachtet, obwohl fünf Leute im Kassenbereich standen. Nachdem ich abkassiert wurde, habe ich die Tischnummer bekommen. Nach weiteren 20!!!Minuten bin ich selber vor zur Kasse und habe nach der Bestellung gefragt- diese wurde noch nichtmal begonnen und musste neu zubereitet werden. also weitere Wartezeit. Kein Entschuldigung, nichts.

Essen war okay. Hatte einen Big Rösti der zur Hälfte sehr pfeffrig war. Ambiente ist okay aber es ist drin sehr kalt da fühlt man sich nicht wohl. Und die Toiletten, sind so ekelhaft. Toilettenbrille und Schüssel sauber ABER der Fußboden wurde schon anscheinend Monate oder Jahre nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Die WC Bürstenhalter können auch mal neu werden. Wenn man rein kommt stinkt es so nach Urin, ekelhaft.

Waren lange nicht hier, und war wiedermal sehr lecker.
