Cold fries, sticky cheeseburgers

I got 5 large fries to take away today. I opened the bag at home, and you can see the result in the photo. €3.99 for a large fry, and there's nothing in it. The packages are extremely thin and not even filled to the top. Sorry, McDonald's, but that was no good. I'd rather get a pack of premium frozen fries for €7, and everyone will be full.

There was no food. Because the IT system wasn't working, coupons weren't accepted, so we had to pay the full price. The staff had little interest in the matter. They were just laughed at with pity! It's a shame there are no 0 stars.

Ordered and received two Big Macs this evening at 8:00 p.m. One was okay, the other, unfortunately, inedible because it was old. The patties were black after being reheated repeatedly, and the bun was old and dry. What a shame about the €6.29...

I'm generally not a big fan of McDonald's. But since I hadn't eaten anything until late afternoon and my bus was leaving soon, I got a small portion of fries today. They weren't much like fries; they were light and soggy, and lukewarm to boot. The staff were also pretty shabby.

This McDonald's is centrally located on the ground floor of Erfurt Central Station, but offers no seating. Those who want a Happy Meal tend to pay a bit more, and accessing the restroom in the basement via a cashier's permit is inconvenient. Coupons often don't work, and some customers report unfriendly, irritated service.

A great place for a McDonald's!! The building is very attractive!!🤗🤗 The burgers 🍔 🍔 are as always!! Consistent McDonald's quality!! I don't want to judge the staff!! They do their job, which isn't always easy!!🤫🤫🤫

The idea of service practically hovers over the employees' heads here. They do the bare minimum, nothing more and nothing less. If you ask for a splash of cow's milk in your coffee, you'll be referred to the creamer, which is also cow's milk.

The usual food but at this spot the highlight is racism and tourist hate. The old fashioned German lady who seems to run the place is extremely unpleasant and racist. Mcdonalds whom restaurants are all over the world and it's wealth comes from people from all ethnical groups shouldn't let people like that work in it's restaurants. Shame on you Mcdonalds!!!

It is obviously just a to go shop. No sea nothing. Food is what you expect a MC to be. But sometimes it is really fresh and hot food. They are exceptional fast in taking order and give the food to you.

The food and atmosphere are great, but the staff are always in a bad mood or annoyed when you try to order something. It's really sad, even though it's quite busy.

Satellite. There is a small selection of products, no ordering terminals. Train station - correspondingly quite busy. They were still friendly. Edit 2024: Actually just expensive, I don't understand the concept anymore. Doesn't take Amex. Downgrading to well-intentioned 2 stars. Edit 2025: Extremely unfriendly and rude staff. I bought a large vanilla milkshake. I've had it many times from McDonald's, and I've always liked it. This time it's very runny and so sweet it tastes like cotton candy with sweetener.

I bought McSmart Menu. The result: The bun is burnt black and the meat is dry. Potatoes consist of 50% salt. You can drink cola if you like. 9/10 for coke, 2/10 for food. But the service is good, quick and with a smile. Too bad it's not edible.

It doesn't take much time from choosing the food to receiving it. The selection is very limited and the burgers have always been lying around for quite a long time, so they don't really taste that good anymore. The standing area is usually not accessible.

Only have Bic Mac and big chicken burger as a big burger and the Milky Way didn't taste good even for McDonald's standards. But service was very nice

Ich komme aus Erfurt und bin gerne bei Mc Donald Hauptbahnhof gewesen um Abendessen mal für mein Sohn zu holen. Leider kam es zum 2 mal vor das mein Sohn sich an dem Essen so den Magen verdorben hat das er 3 Tage im Bett lag mit einer Lebensmittel Vergiftung. Nun ist die Entscheidung gefallen das es nie wieder mehr bei Mc Donald essen gibt

I've been ordering here off and on for a little over a year now. Here are my experiences: + Fries are usually warm and well salted + Queue is usually quite short + Employees have always been nice - Burgers are quite dry half the time and no longer edible - No matter which drink you try, there is always a lack of carbonation. In warm times there is often no ice cream - Sometimes the sauce is simply forgotten or the wrong sauce is put in the bag. It is forgotten often enough for me to mention it here

I didn’t like the place. The food was not fresh. There is no place to sit down and eat. The atmosphere is not the best. Overall even though I like McDonalds a lot, this place was not really mine. It is a big station so I expected the place to be bigger but not what I expected it. I had to stand to eat my food even though I was death tired.

In order to make my journey back from Erfurt a little more palatable, I decided to pay a visit to McDonalds late in the day. I was satisfied with my order, but the employees were less able to communicate with me in English, even though English was spoken among themselves. I just wanted to adapt to this in order to prevent possible misunderstandings, but unfortunately I was met with a lack of understanding. A pity.

Die ältere Dame mit kurzen blonden Haaren und kantiger Brille hat uns infolge einer Frage ob wir „mit einem Handy, 2 mal Coupons nutzen können“ (welches Funktioniert da dies bei jedem anderen Mc‘Donalds auch funktionierte) , absolut genervt und unhöflich geantwortet das dies nicht ginge. Daraufhin musste sie uns unhöflich und weiterhin sehr genervt bedienen. Da das mit den Coupons nicht funktionierte und ich am Ende ein absolut schlechten Burger und mehr klebenden Käse am Papier als im Burger hatte, entschied ich mich eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Wenn Sie für Ihre Familie ein geeignetes Fast-Food Restaurant suchen, machen Sie einen großen Bogen um den Mc‘ Donalds am Erfurter Hauptbahnhof.

Leider habe ich kein Frühstück wie immer bei MC nicht bekommen, sollte 6.25 Uhr Bürger essen, es ist die erste Filiale bei Mc die kein Trost oder ei anbieten. Sehr schlecht im Bahnhof einer Landeshauptstadt

Freitag Abend 13.10 circa 20 Uhr: wenn man plant based bestellt, aber Fleisch erhält ist das schon sehr ärgerlich. Hauptsache sie haben die Nuggets noch Alibimäßig in eine Plant Based Verpackung - doppelt frech. Leute ernähren sich BEWUSST vegan. Wie kann man so Inkompetent sein.

Die Mitarbeiter sind privat nett, weil sie bei der Arbeit nicht nett sein können. Ich bin ein ehemaliger Mitarbeiter. Und ehrlich gesagt, ich kann diesen Ort als Arbeitgeber nicht empfehlen! NICHT JETZT !

Der Service hier ist sehr sehr schlecht, unfreundliches und schlecht gelauntes Personal. Die Qualität des Essens lässt hier sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten hier zu essen.

Ich Frage mich, wieviele schlechte Rezessionen ( leider jetzt erst gelesen) es noch braucht, damit etwas angepasst wird. Die Bestellung war unvollständig (leider erst zu Hause gemerkt), Nuggets waren weich, und die Pommes pappig. Wenn man sich mehr um die Arbeit und Kundinnen kümmern würde als um die privaten Geschichten, wäre wahrscheinlich auch die Qualität etwas besser.

Hier wird sich mit Sicherheit nicht an die Franchise Richtlinien gehalten, finde ich sehr schade.

Filaliee ist schön gelegen, zentral am Erfurter Hbf. Eine wahre Augenweide unter den Bahnhof Lokalen. Kritikpunkt (früh gegen 6.00 Uhr) Es gibt nur eine geschmälerte Speisekarte (also nur die Basics, keine Weinkarte), Coupons wurden von den Mitarbeitern nicht aufgenommen, und auf die Frage nach einfachen Pommes sowie McFlurry wurde uns schroff mitgeteilt das dies aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich sei.....dies resultierte in einer Aufgebrachten Kundschaft welche schlussendlich ihr Geld anderswo im Bahnhof hinbrachte. Das Essen ist halt....naja McDonald's halt....jeder sollte wissen was auf ihn zukommt, auf eigene Gefahr.

Haben mir eine mit Schokolade vollgeschmierte Wasserflasche gegeben und als ich sie drauf ansprach mit einem Alkoholtuch abgewischt und mir die nach Ethanol riechende Flasche geben. Ich war einfach verblüfft... Bedient hat mich eine kleine Frau mit Brille und Tattoos auf dem Arm, meidet die.

Ein Stern ist leider noch zu viel, das Personal ist absolut inkompetent und unfreundlich und weiß nicht mit Technik wie Coupons umzugehen. Wenn man zu alt ist sollte man vielleicht auch einfach langsam mal in Rente gehen

Solche unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter sieht man selten. Ich würde sagen diese haben wohl ihren Job verfehlt und sollten etwas ohne Kundenkontakt machen. Einmal und nie wieder. Das Essen war auf die Schnelle in Ordnung. In anderen Filialen war es jedoch wesentlich besser.

Hab mich hier kurz angestellt nachdem mein ICE so ne Stunde hier stehen musste und ein Mitarbeiter hatte Stress mit Kunden. Nichts gegessen war aber funny daher 5 Sterne

Vor Arbeitsbeginn sollte man sich besser informieren...Ist sehr schade, wenn man sich drauf freut. Des Weiteren sind sie sehr pampig u sollten einfach mal ne Schulung besuchen mit Thema Kommunikation mit Gästen!Oder einfach zu Hause bleiben wenn sie keine Lust haben! Am besten den Laden schließen oder Personal komplett austauschen!!!

Sehr kleine McDonalds Filiale. Es gibt nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Cheeseburger waren am Brötchen mit Fett überzogen..Die Big Macs sind ganz okay. Schmeckt nicht so gut wie in anderen Filialen aber als kurzen Snack akzeptabel.

Ist mir ein Rätsel wie man mit solch unfreundlich und nicht gerade motivierten Personal ein Geschäft halten kann. Der einzige Grund der mir da einfällt ist das den Leuten nix anderes übrig bleibt sa es nix anderes gibt. Die Notlage der Gäste so auszunutzen ist unterste Schublade. Selten so eine schlechte Filiale gesehen...

Bei der Bestellung waren 2 von 3 Produkten der Bestellung falsch. Die Burger waren bereits fertig und lagen erwärmt herum daher pappig und mit wenig Geschmack. Bedienung so lala… kein Tipp.

Finde die Bedienung mega unfreundlich dort und es war finde ich ein bisschen dreckig, aber nicht allzu viel

Ganz schlecht wenn der Scanner nicht mehr funktioniert und man seine ganzen Punkte nicht bekommen bzw. nicht Einlösen kann.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich gut und preiswert. Auf den ersten Blick sieht diese Filiale sauber aus. Allerdings könnte die Bedienung etwas höflicher sein und das Ambiente könnte besser sein.

Also Coupons kann man selten einlösen, denn von den Classics fehlen einfach immer die Hälfte. Aktueller Coupon ist 2 von 6 Classics. Also es gab nur Nuggets und Chickenburger. Aber natürlich gab es Cheesburger, wenn man ihn einzeln bezahlt hat. Desweiteren total unfreundliches Personal, wenn man darauf hinweist, dass es schon cool wäre, wenn er einfach trotzdem einen Cheesburger nimmt, aber nein, muss ich extra kaufen, der gehört nicht zu den Classics. Desweiteren war heute fast alles durchgestrichen und da war es kein Wunder, dass heute mal nichts bei denen los war. Hatten sicherlich auch keinen Umsatz.

Ich würde heute um 2 chicken nuggest betrogen habe mir 20 bestellt aber 2 fehlten ich habe meine letzten 9 euros gegeben und bei den teuren preisen heutzutage ist das fürchterlich
