Burger King in Erfurt

One of the best Burger King restaurants I know. All the staff are always friendly…no complaints here. The food is always hot and delicious.

As always, everything was clean and delicious.

All in all, it was as expected, only the deposit return is a bit cumbersome and takes a long time.

Burger King abroad is quite expensive, we would be happier if we went and ate at a restaurant.

Everything's fine, good service. You can talk to them clearly if there are any problems. Free parking. Plus, a slide and climbing frame for kids. Outdoor area open in good weather.

We were not allowed to use the toilet during opening hours, even though we had ordered something, and were thrown out by the manager because it was his restaurant and his rules, he said, absolutely disrespectful.

The chicken garlic burger was very tasty, juicy, crispy, nicely seasoned, and substantial. Enjoyed in a lovely south-facing conservatory.

The waitresses speak poor German, very tiring

The communication on-site is an absolute disaster. It's unacceptable that as a German customer, you're barely understood because the staff obviously speak or understand very limited German. Every simple question turns into a frustrating misunderstanding, and a smooth experience is simply out of the question. What's particularly disappointing is that it used to be really good there – excellent service, friendly staff, and professional processes. None of that remains. Instead, everything seems chaotic and disorganized, and as a customer, you feel neither taken seriously nor welcome. For a company based in Germany, it's completely incomprehensible that language barriers pose such a significant problem. This is how you lose loyal customers – myself included. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.

A very nice salesman, especially when it came to the intercom, I immediately felt a great sense of sympathy - there needs to be more people like him who can tell a little joke on the loudspeaker now and then. Thank you very much for that, it really brightened up my life.

Nope, better not. The burger was cold. Bing... microwave. Hot and soggy. The restaurant manager was very unfriendly. It wasn't a pleasant visit and won't be going back. Not recommended. Just drive by.

The food was okay. What I do question, however, is...when you enter the restroom at 11:30 a.m. and it was supposedly checked by 1:00 p.m. When I asked the manager about it, he simply replied, "How can I help you?" and "There's no date listed." Such an unprofessional response is extremely questionable. It makes you wonder how management handles hygiene in the kitchen? Honestly, better no inspection than a false inspection. The manager in charge should be retrained.

I had lunch there today, and it was delicious again. And the service was very pleasant and friendly.

The vending machines are always full. You're often served faster at the counter. The food is okay. The staff is friendly. The tray trays need to be emptied more often.

I ordered chili cheese fries, but there was barely any sauce on them—just a hint, which made the dish completely dry and tasteless. Very disappointing, as I was looking forward to the typical taste. For the price, I expect better quality and more care in the preparation.

This is truly one of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to. I moved to the city and have eaten there several times now because I really love Burger King. In my previous city, the Burger King was simply perfect. But here in Erfurt, the food is old 8 out of 10 times (no burger or nuggets are fresh). You usually only get what you ordered after complaining about the wrong order... instead of getting it right the first time.

The ungodly short opening hours. Back in the day, you'd stagger to BK at 2 a.m., completely drunk like a normal person, to ungodly gorge yourself on a coupon for two Whoppers. Those were the good old days.

The food is ok as always, but nothing more, the prices have doubled in the last few months, but the quality has not. For the price I would eat better in a real restaurant, sorry, I'm gone as a customer.

A Burger King that will be remembered very positively

As always, I selected everything I wanted with the app and entered the code at the drive in and just under 5 minutes later I was at the exit again. Unfortunately the fries weren't fresh but the rest were very good and you can do that once a month.

That had absolutely nothing to do with the photos or the advertising of the products, what a shame! Hopefully today was a mistake. It's a shame about the 30 euros we spent.

It went very quickly and the staff tried hard

Ordered plant-based, got bacon on the burger. We ordered 2 burgers and both were not vegan. Both I and an employee had to explain to the employees in the kitchen and at the counter what “plant-based” meant. This shows that you simply don't know what you're getting on the burger at BurgerKing. That was the last visit.

After several years I have to revise my rating downwards. The current employees' poor German language skills lead to constant incorrect deliveries at Mc Drive. It used to be that bad. However, things have been better in the last few years. The curly fries were also quite over-salted. I still had stomach problems after December 9, 2024.

Service much better than McDonald’s. Very friendly and the food is of a very high quality for fast food. We like to go to Burgerking on weepy street.

I don't have any food allergies, but have been noticing the same reaction to Burger King food for a while now. I have a dry cough and my throat feels tight. I thought it was because of a disposable cup or paper straw. Today I used a reusable cup and not a straw and I'm feeling bad again. My husband also had the same symptoms today. That's really weird. We didn't have that kind of reaction to Burger King before. We'll probably have to avoid Burger King now. Do you use new ingredients? What's different now?

Yes, it's easy to get the wrong thing in the bag and I doubt whether what my wife ate was always without meat, but I didn't tell her!😅

Getting bad food, missing things and repeating this

Hello pirates, I was just here for the t-shirt. Unfortunately the BBQ burger was just mediocre. The chicken tastes good.

I ordered food via Lieferando on November 17th, 2024, the food wasn't as tasty as I expected but no matter, the worst was the Lieferando! He was so rude and unfriendly. I've never experienced anything like that before. That doesn't work at all!!!

Standard Burger King. The new staff seems to have problems with the German language here and there. A really poor performance for a global service provider. This caused problems when paying for the second time. IT when ordering does not replace language skills among staff.

Sometimes the food is normal, sometimes it's very tasty, and sometimes it's bad, and I like everything that way.

ABOUT EATS Absolutely dubious service! The driver didn't even ring the bell, just left my order in front of someone's entrance, took a photo and then left. The food was gone! Something like this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Uber Eats, this is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Never again!

Unfortunately we got burnt food.. Carcinogenic? The quality has deteriorated extremely recently. Sometimes you forget a burger, sometimes the cola is warm at 30°. You don't change the frying oil anymore?? Extreme aftertaste. Previously 5*, now 1* is too much.

The food is expected to be good but of course no comparison to the top restaurant. I'm quite satisfied with the service so far, but I often don't understand the employees very well because of the obvious migration that comes with it. (particularly not so advantageous when driving in). The ambience is good, but the cleanliness is a bit too little for a full 5 stars. All in all, I still go there relatively often and will probably continue to do so in the future.

Actually, I always liked it there. The burgers are delicious, the employees were very nice (even if it was sometimes difficult to communicate), but everything was good. That's why we've been eating there at least once a week for years. Last time, however, a cockroach was running around between the tables when we were taking the tray away. Disgusting. And yes, it really was a cockroach. That was probably the last visit there. Too bad.

Actually stopped there every now and then. Today I had a burger, half of which I threw away because it tasted rancid. I've been burping for 3 hours now and I keep having this disgusting taste in my mouth. This is so disgusting that I probably won't be able to stick with a BK for years

In the past you received a greeting when you entered. Today there are annoying ordering machines that you have to deal with forever, then you are told what to eat with a beeping tone and you leave without a good appetite. Instead of standing around at the counter, you could clean tables. When asked, they reluctantly came to spread the dirt! Food could be stacked a little nicer. Onion rings are so thick that it's impossible. They have a starch for frying meat, not for eating on citizens. Well, I always loved being here, but like everything else here, everything is wearing thin! A pity.

The prices are now beyond good and bad, but it still tastes better than at Mäc Doof. My favorite all these years remains the Big King XXL and the Chili Cheeseburger, the fries are also edible and the milk shakes are also very nice.👌🏻 If you ever have an appetite for a fast food snack, you can safely go to Burger King.
