McDonald's in Erfurt

We were there on Sunday evening and it was just too crowded and therefore very loud. Food was ok - McDonalds

According to the opening times, the McDonald's is open until 3 a.m. We were very rudely informed at 12:53 a.m. that it was only available for take-away. It should be noted that there were more than enough people sitting inside. End of the song we just sat outside in the rain.

Very unfriendly service at the Mc Drive when handing out the order. When we pointed out that we needed cardboard for the drinks, the waitress said: That could be friendlier. If you have to wait 15 minutes to get your food because the service can't figure it out, you'll get really angry. Especially since no guest in the restaurant was at the counter.

The food is served cold, the fries are Labrich net potatoes, poorly seasoned and also cold. When I asked for a new fries, money was asked again even though it had already been paid for

Es ist sehr kalt und es zieht. Klimaanlage wurde nicht ausgeschaltet. Wir haben das Personal mehrmals darauf aufmerksam gemacht.Leider ohne Erfolg! Essen war ok.

Nice staff/ and very clean shop! I've never experienced the staff running around with rags and spray bottles and cleaning when there wasn't much going on. Very positive... because unfortunately the hygiene standard is not the same in every branch. Stay like that!!!

Rude young woman at the Mc Drive window today at 3 p.m.! Not at all customer-oriented and unfriendly. I had a code from the rewards category and I was supposed to pay for it at the window. After all, she didn't know what the colleague had put in there... When I asked if I really had to pay for it, I got the unfriendly answer: "It looks like that!" No follow-up with a colleague or I'm sorry... you I really still have a lot to learn in service!

The store doesn't work at all. Waited 35 minutes and then had to go 3 more times to get everything and the right thing. It was definitely the last time!!!

So far good, the tables could be cleaned more thoroughly! And all without prompting. And a new street bessen for the colleagues who have to sweep the drive would be great! Because the broom the poor colleague had was no longer a broom!

Takeaway food was repeatedly not complete. This time a big mäc and 1x nuggets were missing! When I complained over the phone, I was told "there's nothing we can do now." That was the last time I honored you!

If the service doesn't know the main burger, likes to add curry sauce to the fries, and then gets a lucky dressing with the salad without asking because you're never asked, then you're at Mäckes on Dubliner Straße. Where you obviously aren't allowed to use the cash register without two per mille, and quality and service are in the small print, ordering bingo can only be expected of self-confident people. Instead of taking the order properly, it's more like a lottery where the service angel spins the wheel of fortune again and insecure people are quickly let through.

...it's not actually worth a star to us, considering that there are no longer any straws for small children upon request. Only if you buy a milkshake. The stinginess behind barring a straw for a small guest who would have carried his money more often is shameful. MC Keep your cardboard straws, it's not worth another visit to us and also consider your Happy Mailbox what kind of pointless cheap toys these days are worth to the little guests who bring the money into your house! I could now write that it's just a McDonald's and you know what you're getting, but I was pleasantly surprised here. I always order at the self-service screens and use table service so that I don't have to stand around and wait unnecessarily. Depending on McDonald's, this sometimes takes longer, sometimes shorter. I sat here with my two children for less than two minutes and we had our food. Everything was still warm and nothing was forgotten. Very exemplary!

Probably nobody cares anyway, but the service staff almost never manages to complete an order. If a fries are missing, it doesn't bother me as much, but if half the order is missing you could almost think that this is a scam on the part of the branch. Everything should be included in the prices. It feels like larger burgers are just thrown into the box, even though the generous waiting times are actually enough for proper preparation. One can only hope that someone responsible reads the reviews and takes them into account.

The cheeseburgers have become smaller. Because we were in a different restaurant some time ago, this was even more noticeable. That's sad when you look at the price increase. Then we talk about the fact that the burgers couldn't be described as hot, no, not even warm. That's not very good service in my opinion. Raising prices is always possible, but the service should actually be raised much sooner. On top of that, it was dry. And the apple turnovers had dried lettuce leaves stuck to them. Didn't look very attractive. At least these were warm and tasty.

We pre-ordered breakfast via the app at 10:20 a.m. and were at the drive-in counter at 10:35 a.m. Then we were told that we would no longer get breakfast. I find that cheeky. Under all hell. You pay a lot of money and then something like that. The burgers are stacked next to each other instead of on top of each other, everyone is totally unfriendly and every move seems to be too much. Not even the toys made it into the happy meal. What we have experienced here today cannot be surpassed in terms of impudence. We stood in line at the checkout to place our order. When it was about 5 minutes into our turn, the lady asked me whether it would be a larger order and directed me to the terminals. Then she turned around and left. I have never experienced this kind of treatment of paying customers. Apparently they have absolutely no interest in sales here, because we left the restaurant and will never come back.

Ich war mit meinen Kindern, heute, den 25.06.2024 um 19:15 Uhr im MC Drive, MC Donald Erfurt Gispersleben, nachdem wir unsere Bedtellung erhielten, parkte ich kurz auf den Halteplätzen um nachzusehen ob diese vollständig ist. War leider in der Vergangenheit nicht immer so, wir beschwerten uns aber nie. Heute rief mir der Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe zu, ich solle weiter fahren, als ich ihm sagte das ich die Bestellung kurz prüfe, schrie er mir aus der Tür zu : „Fuck you“. Was extremely busy around 2pm on Sunday, but orders were filled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the food at McDonalds has deteriorated a lot (in my opinion) in terms of price/performance and taste. The pizza pockets in particular were a joke

Ordering for three items takes 30 minutes or more.

The toilet is so dirty that a car wash is much cleaner. The tables are not wiped. The fries were all ice cold. However, the order was brought out quickly and the staff was nice. That's why it gets 2 stars. However, the food itself was not fresh. Nothing was hot anymore.

The service here is terrible, and like last year, the manager is very unsympathetic. Last year he forced a friend to order at the terminal and said there was no option at the checkout, and then insulted him and expelled him from the restaurant just because he wanted to order at the checkout. Sharp comment today because he recognized the friend in question and my food was simply packed to take away even though I ordered to eat here. Then I asked for napkins, none of the employees could give me any because they didn't understand what I wanted from them. Top service, I would use a different manager here. You must know.

very unfriendly staff especially the francaise taker is very unfriendly and arrogant! The customers are shouted at and insulted! You have the feeling that you are disturbing those who work there during their break! There is no work ethic! During a visit, some of the employees were sick with a cold or flu. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired! The food leaves a lot to be desired, it tastes terrible. The cleanliness in and around the restaurant is more than bad! I can't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

I'm extremely disappointed and would give 0 stars, unfortunately that's not possible. Our child was looking forward to the glasses and that's why we decided to eat there. Ordering was still uncomplicated but that was it. We ordered there for just under 50 euros and have now waited for our order. When the food was ready (5 bags), they only slammed a bag onto the counter when we asked (it used to be packed there). When we got home we noticed that the glasses were missing and weren't even on the counter. Is this a new trick on your part to not put the stuff there so that you can sell it twice or three times? Let's go back to Bürgerking

Some burgers were cold and the ice cream wasn't mixed properly and was too runny. The atmosphere is more like a youth club. The staff stands behind the counter with their cell phones in their hands and, according to them, having a great conversation about the content shown. When I placed a "normal" order, a half-strong gorilla warned me that it had to be placed at the terminal (where the coupon unfortunately didn't work). The toilets should be closed before some customers catch any illnesses. The cleanliness of the entire branch should be checked as soon as possible.

There was hair in several of the burgers, but although they were replaced, they were still very disgusting. Toilets weren't clean.

Neither good nor cheap. I often have gristle in the nuggets, unseasoned fries and cold burgers. The Big Tasty used to be really good. The thing is just limp and cold. 2 stars because the ice cream, cake and coffee are ok. The service is so-so. If the place is full, you can't expect 1:1 "catering".

What irony: I was just talking to a colleague today about whether I should avoid McDonald's. It's not exactly healthy to eat there every week and then dig into pizza the next day. McDonalds has now made my choice easier. The service at the Mc drive has declined significantly in the last few months. First the napkins were missing, then the fries. That can happen, we are all just human. But it has never happened to me that I received a completely wrong order. I wanted a big Rösti for around €10, but I only got a bag of cheap €1-2 burgers (see picture). I only realized when I got home that they were the wrong burgers and that's why it ended up in the trash. Because it wasn't to my taste at all. I add a consolation star to the one star because I have been a customer at this branch for 20 years. But it has never happened to me that I have to go to bed hungry even though I paid. So now I'm starting to eat healthier. It was nice with you, but since the MC Drive is now like a lottery... Tip to everyone else: check what you got IMMEDIATELY after receiving it. Yes, it's annoying... Light on in the car... Look in the bag... count... But otherwise you can forget about Mc Drive here... Edit: after my complaint directly via the mc donalds system, I received an invitation and ended up getting the menu refunded. Therefore I give it a star and accept this apology.

Nice table service, hard-working staff that pays attention to cleanliness and order. Team works hand in hand. Even the displays were cleaned.

Four stars from us because we're not big fast food eaters. The restaurant in the north of Erfurt always feels full and is simply well attended. The orders still go through the table quickly, but when it comes to seating, things get a little more difficult. It's a shame that the guests spread their rubbish everywhere in the area, even though there are enough rubbish bins available😔

I'm really shocked by the humanity of the employees. A homeless person who sat thirsty in McDonalds and just asked for a glass of tap water should pay €4, something like that is simply inhumane and we felt really sorry for it, which is why we had to eat and drink took care of the man.

Wir waren Samstag Abend mit den Kindern essen, es war sehr voll und das Essen war leider nicht gut mein Mc grispy war total trocken. Ich kann den Stress in der Küche nachvollziehen, aber die Qualität sollte trotzdem gleich bleiben Ansonsten ging alles recht schnell und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich

Als wir unsere Bestellung eingetippt hatten, stürzte der Bildschirm ab, also alles nochmal von vorn. Das hat sehr genervt. Bedienung war mäßig freundlich. Das Essen war ok.

Die Burger waren auch schonmal besser.

Nutzung des "Corona-Drive In"...sehr schnelle (bei ca. 7 Fahrzeugen vor mir, Essen nach ca. 10 Minuten erhalten), unkomplizierte und geschulte (Nutzung der Coupons aus der App ohne Probleme) Abwicklung, freundliches Personal. Beliebter Ort für Kindergeburtstage oder auch längere Aufenthalte, da ein großes und modern ausgestattetes Spielzimmer zur Verfügung steht. Ambiente, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit sind sehr lobenswert.

Am terminal bestellt und sehr schnell an den Tisch beliefert. Essen war warm. Restaurant war abends gut besucht aber trotzdem kurze Wartezeit.

Sehr schlechter Service. Unordentlich als Mac Kaffee bekommt man einen guten Kaffee der über 3 Euro kostet nur in Pappbechern!! Das geht garnicht...

Größter Saftladen. An allen Tafeln versucht einen Code zu scannen/ einzugeben hat nicht bei einer Tafel funktioniert. Ein Freund hat auch einen Chicken Bürger bestellt und kriegt einen Cheesebürger was haben die Mitarbeiter nur in der Ausbildung gemacht? Nicht empfehlenswert.

Essen OK, Mitarbeiter manchmal unhöflich. Meistens klebt hier der Tisch oder die Sitzbank, müsste also sauberer werden.

3 Mal besucht ,3mal etwas gefehlt oder falsches bekommen . Ich empfehle immer vor Ort alles zu kontrollieren.

Also der Service war nicht besonders. Man muss seine Bestellung selber machen. Keiner Hilft einen wenn man nicht weiß, wie es geht. Habe dann noch nach einer Gabel gefragt, welche ich in diesem MC Donalds auch nicht bekommen habe. In unseren MC Donalds zu Hause gibt's es auf Nachfrage immer eine. Das Essen hat aber gut geschmeckt und war auch heiß genug.

Wenn auch ab und zu sehr gut besucht, bleibt das Personal immer freundlich. Am Service ist nichts auszusetzen.

Ich muss sagen, die Burger sind nicht mehr das was sie mal waren. Aus generellen gesundheitlichen Gründen hatte ich Fastfood lange Zeit vermieden. Nach dem Eindruck hier, wird das auch so bleiben. Was einst mein Lieblings Burger war, ist nun nur noch eine kummerliches belegtes, pappiges Brötchen. Big Tasty Bacon ist allemal noch ein Hamburger (von vor Jahren) mit anderer Sauce. Nur noch armselig für den Preis.

Restaurant meist sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich und guter Parkplatz. Essen ist halt Fast Food aber für einen kurzen Snack zwischen durch mal ok. Eis & Desserts sind sehr gut.

Immer wieder und wieder und wieder und wieder werden Dinge vergessen. Sein es die Pommes oder ganz und gar ein Burger. Unfreundlich und dann noch böse werden wenn man als Kunde was beanstandet. Das war heute das letzte mal in Gispersleben das ich mein Geld dort ausgeben werden.
