McDonald's in Erfurt

First of all, I had to wait forever, even though there were easily 30 employees in the kitchen, and then they forgot my burger. A shame!!!! Spent €6 for nothing, now I'm in the red!!!!😤

Sometimes it's constantly full and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

All in all, just a fast food restaurant. The service staff are always friendly, even when there is a lot going on. Waiting times are quite moderate. And the food tastes good (so you get what you pay for)... BUT: and that's really not nice - If you order for several people in the app, i.e. get a few things together and then pick them up, something is missing almost every time. Which of course you also paid for. And that's not okay. Two weeks ago it was a large fries, yesterday a 6 piece nuggets. And you can't just unpack and repack three bags to check everything. It would be nice if the employees were a little tidier!! Then it's better to wait a minute longer, but get everything...

Toiletten verdreckt und ein starker Uringestank, wiederholt Teile der Bestellung vergessen, unfreundliche Bedienung und ein sehr klebriger Tisch. Also wie immer in dieser Filiale. PS warum kostet Spielen mit dem Ball bei euch 5 Euro ?

We feel like we're here every week because of our daughter. But today was the highlight. I haven't seen such an unfriendly person behind the counter in a long time. The staff is always friendly, but as a boss you should also have a certain decency and respect towards the customers. The staff gets 5☆ but only the staff.

Quick and easy ordering at the terminal. Food was quick, tasty and hot and the staff were friendly. Free parking in front of the door and barrier-free.

McDonald's is also becoming more expensive and a lot of things are being taken out of the range. Of course the tastes are different, but the price-performance ratio has gotten worse. The 🍔 and especially the Mc Chicken Classic are becoming smaller and more expensive. The fishburgers have also become very few. It's a shame and that's why I only go there with the vouchers.

Milky Way chocolate tastes like cardboard and the breading on the chicken nuggets was totally soft. Unfortunately, polite staff cannot make up for this. And the price-performance scale can only be read in the basement here.

Ordered coffee with sugar and milk specified, unfortunately I didn't get any sugar and milk was already added even though I didn't want it because I didn't know how much I needed, they didn't want to give me a new coffee either

I wonder why rating systems can't give 0 stars. After all, there are also companies that offer 0 service. This McDonald’s branch is definitely one of them. Supposedly you can order food there within 20-40 minutes, but I think that's an urban legend. It usually takes 30-40 minutes until the order is even “confirmed”, that should actually have been the entire delivery time, but so be it, the fun is just beginning… After about 40 minutes it is “confirmed”. and the timer is set to “29” (fun number with no connection to reality) minutes. When the first time limit expires, the timer then resets (29 minutes again), and when that expires, what happens? Is the food there then? Of course not! Then the timer is set again to 29 minutes. Don't even get me started on the quality of the "food" delivered... I would rather burn my money than pay these people a single cent in tips. Because the work these people do is not worth a single cent! If I had burned the 60 euros that we were charged here yesterday, it would have been warm for at least 5 seconds... If you order here, it's your own fault! For the brazen, ridiculous, completely unacceptable and simply unacceptable waiting time, I recommend the film “Falling Down – A Normal Day”, a cinematic masterpiece that you can take as an example...

You are sometimes ignored at the checkout. The fish burger was hard and cold. In short, everything was dry and cold. Too bad. But generally very clean and the atmosphere is very cozy.

Unfriendly and long waiting times

I was at the restaurant on 10/18/24. At first I wanted to redeem several coupons at the order terminal, but that wasn't possible. Only one was accepted. Based on experience, I decided not to continue trying this at the terminal and placed my order via my cell phone. (Sometimes the MC terminals are just quirky). After completing the order, I immediately went to the checkout to complete the order, which means paying in cash. After what felt like 4-5 minutes the food was brought to the table. The Spicy Nuggets have probably been in the OHC for a while and are therefore no longer very hot. The spice sauce has a new spiciness compared to last year. The crispy chicken was too dry for me personally. But the employees can't do anything about it if the development kitchen can't handle it. There's just no sauce at the bottom. Curly fries were fresh. Drinks chilled. My recommendation is fish mac (fresh) and curry sauce ;-) Restaurant area was clean so far.

Every now and then something is forgotten when an order has been paid for. A check is always better.

Edit 10/31/24: Exactly nothing has changed. Staff absolutely overwhelmed and unfriendly. Unfortunately, things from the order are constantly forgotten here. Something like this might happen once, but it shouldn't happen all the time!

According to the opening times, the McDonald's is open until 3 a.m. We were very rudely informed at 12:53 a.m. that it was only available for take-away. It should be noted that there were more than enough people sitting inside. End of the song we just sat outside in the rain.

Very unfriendly service at the Mc Drive when handing out the order. When we pointed out that we needed cardboard for the drinks, the waitress said: That could be friendlier. If you have to wait 15 minutes to get your food because the service can't figure it out, you'll get really angry. Especially since no guest in the restaurant was at the counter.

Rude young woman at the Mc Drive window today at 3 p.m.! Not at all customer-oriented and unfriendly. I had a code from the rewards category and I was supposed to pay for it at the window. After all, she didn't know what the colleague had put in there... When I asked if I really had to pay for it, I got the unfriendly answer: "It looks like that!" No follow-up with a colleague or I'm sorry... you I really still have a lot to learn in service!

Nice staff/ and very clean shop! I've never experienced the staff running around with rags and spray bottles and cleaning when there wasn't much going on. Very positive... because unfortunately the hygiene standard is not the same in every branch. Stay like that!!!

The store doesn't work at all. Waited 35 minutes and then had to go 3 more times to get everything and the right thing. It was definitely the last time!!!

So far good, the tables could be cleaned more thoroughly! And all without prompting. And a new street bessen for the colleagues who have to sweep the drive would be great! Because the broom the poor colleague had was no longer a broom!

Takeaway food was repeatedly not complete. This time a big mäc and 1x nuggets were missing! When I complained over the phone, I was told "there's nothing we can do now." That was the last time I honored you!

If the service doesn't know the main burger, likes to add curry sauce to the fries, and then gets a lucky dressing with the salad without asking because you're never asked, then you're at Mäckes on Dubliner Straße. Where you obviously aren't allowed to use the cash register without two per mille, and quality and service are in the small print, ordering bingo can only be expected of self-confident people. Instead of taking the order properly, it's more like a lottery where the service angel spins the wheel of fortune again and insecure people are quickly let through.

...it's not actually worth a star to us, considering that there are no longer any straws for small children upon request. Only if you buy a milkshake. The stinginess behind barring a straw for a small guest who would have carried his money more often is shameful. I could now write that it's just a McDonald's and you know what you're getting, but I was pleasantly surprised here. I always order at the self-service screens and use table service so that I don't have to stand around and wait unnecessarily. Depending on McDonald's, this sometimes takes longer, sometimes shorter. I sat here with my two children for less than two minutes and we had our food. Everything was still warm and nothing was forgotten. Very exemplary!

Probably nobody cares anyway, but the service staff almost never manages to complete an order. If a fries are missing, it doesn't bother me as much, but if half the order is missing you could almost think that this is a scam on the part of the branch. Everything should be included in the prices. It feels like larger burgers are just thrown into the box, even though the generous waiting times are actually enough for proper preparation. One can only hope that someone responsible reads the reviews and takes them into account.

The cheeseburgers have become smaller. Because we were in a different restaurant some time ago, this was even more noticeable. That's sad when you look at the price increase. Then we talk about the fact that the burgers couldn't be described as hot, no, not even warm. That's not very good service in my opinion. Raising prices is always possible, but the service should actually be raised much sooner. On top of that, it was dry. And the apple turnovers had dried lettuce leaves stuck to them. Didn't look very attractive. At least these were warm and tasty.

What we have experienced here today cannot be surpassed in terms of impudence. We stood in line at the checkout to place our order. When it was about 5 minutes into our turn, the lady asked me whether it would be a larger order and directed me to the terminals. Then she turned around and left. I have never experienced this kind of treatment of paying customers. Apparently they have absolutely no interest in sales here, because we left the restaurant and will never come back.

War leider in der Vergangenheit nicht immer so, wir beschwerten uns aber nie. Heute rief mir der Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe zu, ich solle weiter fahren, als ich ihm sagte das ich die Bestellung kurz prüfe, schrie er mir aus der Tür zu : „Fuck you“. Was extremely busy around 2pm on Sunday, but orders were filled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the food at McDonalds has deteriorated a lot (in my opinion) in terms of price/performance and taste. The pizza pockets in particular were a joke

The toilet is so dirty that a car wash is much cleaner. The tables are not wiped. The fries were all ice cold. However, the order was brought out quickly and the staff was nice. That's why it gets 2 stars. However, the food itself was not fresh. Nothing was hot anymore.

very unfriendly staff especially the francaise taker is very unfriendly and arrogant! The customers are shouted at and insulted! You have the feeling that you are disturbing those who work there during their break! There is no work ethic! During a visit, some of the employees were sick with a cold or flu. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired! The food leaves a lot to be desired, it tastes terrible. The cleanliness in and around the restaurant is more than bad! I can't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

The service here is terrible, and like last year, the manager is very unsympathetic. Last year he forced a friend to order at the terminal and said there was no option at the checkout, and then insulted him and expelled him from the restaurant just because he wanted to order at the checkout. Sharp comment today because he recognized the friend in question and my food was simply packed to take away even though I ordered to eat here. Then I asked for napkins, none of the employees could give me any because they didn't understand what I wanted from them. Top service, I would use a different manager here. You must know.

I'm extremely disappointed and would give 0 stars, unfortunately that's not possible. Our child was looking forward to the glasses and that's why we decided to eat there. Ordering was still uncomplicated but that was it. We ordered there for just under 50 euros and have now waited for our order. When the food was ready (5 bags), they only slammed a bag onto the counter when we asked (it used to be packed there). When we got home we noticed that the glasses were missing and weren't even on the counter. Is this a new trick on your part to not put the stuff there so that you can sell it twice or three times? Some burgers were cold and the ice cream wasn't mixed properly and was too runny. The atmosphere is more like a youth club. The staff stands behind the counter with their cell phones in their hands and, according to them, having a great conversation about the content shown. When I placed a "normal" order, a half-strong gorilla warned me that it had to be placed at the terminal (where the coupon unfortunately didn't work). The toilets should be closed before some customers catch any illnesses. The cleanliness of the entire branch should be checked as soon as possible.

There was hair in several of the burgers, but although they were replaced, they were still very disgusting. Toilets weren't clean.

Neither good nor cheap. I often have gristle in the nuggets, unseasoned fries and cold burgers. The Big Tasty used to be really good. The thing is just limp and cold. 2 stars because the ice cream, cake and coffee are ok. The service is so-so. If the place is full, you can't expect 1:1 "catering".

What irony: I was just talking to a colleague today about whether I should avoid McDonald's. It's not exactly healthy to eat there every week and then dig into pizza the next day. McDonalds has now made my choice easier. The service at the Mc drive has declined significantly in the last few months. First the napkins were missing, then the fries. That can happen, we are all just human. But it has never happened to me that I received a completely wrong order. I wanted a big Rösti for around €10, but I only got a bag of cheap €1-2 burgers (see picture). I only realized when I got home that they were the wrong burgers and that's why it ended up in the trash. Because it wasn't to my taste at all. I add a consolation star to the one star because I have been a customer at this branch for 20 years. But it has never happened to me that I have to go to bed hungry even though I paid. So now I'm starting to eat healthier. It was nice with you, but since the MC Drive is now like a lottery... Tip to everyone else: check what you got IMMEDIATELY after receiving it. Yes, it's annoying... Light on in the car... Look in the bag... count... But otherwise you can forget about Mc Drive here... Edit: after my complaint directly via the mc donalds system, I received an invitation and ended up getting the menu refunded. Therefore I give it a star and accept this apology.

Nice table service, hard-working staff that pays attention to cleanliness and order. Team works hand in hand. Even the displays were cleaned.

Four stars from us because we're not big fast food eaters. The restaurant in the north of Erfurt always feels full and is simply well attended. The orders still go through the table quickly, but when it comes to seating, things get a little more difficult. It's a shame that the guests spread their rubbish everywhere in the area, even though there are enough rubbish bins available😔

I'm really shocked by the humanity of the employees. A homeless person who sat thirsty in McDonalds and just asked for a glass of tap water should pay €4, something like that is simply inhumane and we felt really sorry for it, which is why we had to eat and drink took care of the man.
