The staff was rude, gave out the wrong drinks and forgot burgers

We were at Mc Drive in the morning. Placed a normal order. We were told you are missing 6 pancakes and just stand on the edge. So far it wasn't a problem until a number of guests got there before us and we were simply rudely rejected after we asked several times and the pancakes still didn't come to us for some reason. I'm really angry!

Food was standard...so 4 stars... However, the parking situation is modest. Of the 30 parking spaces, two are for electric... two were made as drive-thru (because you definitely need two mcdrive switches with the small Mecces) then there are 6 of our own delivery vans + the parking lot markings from 20 years ago... where is that Golf was still 20 cm smaller. That means a lot of people park in two spaces or you can hardly use every other space...really full during the lunch break... And then you have the people who buy takeaway and sit in the car and eat...🤦

I found this in my burger and I'm just shocked... I don't know what to think of it but I don't think it's good!

The disadvantage is the poor parking situation there. It's hard to get out of the parking lot if the line is a little long. There doesn't seem to be any heating this winter either. 90% of the customers are sitting in their jackets, freezing, because 1/3 of the employees also have jackets on. This is how you make sales 🤣

After almost three hours of driving, I was looking forward to a delicious meal at McDonald's. Unfortunately nothing came of it. After going to the toilet we couldn't even wash our hands because the faucet didn't work 😕

Worst McDonald’s in the world. Employees incompetent and unfriendly, no one speaks German. Orders are wrong every time, sometimes half of them are missing. If it were possible I would give 0 stars.

Unbelievable! Mc Donalds closed at 11 p.m., Mc Drive overcrowded until Meppen! No pace at work and also unfriendly. Annoyed employees and the food wasn't complete. When we drove back into the MC drive to get the food we'd forgotten, other cars were brought forward and we had to wait 30 minutes. One thing is clear, I will never come here again! Job missed I would say

Ordering via the app worked quickly. The pickup was quick. Unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the fries were missing from the menu 😩

Too slow service, which causes long queues. I wrote this earlier. Today I gave it a chance again and guess what? Massacre. I was the only one waiting and waited for 15 minutes to pack 2 hamburgers, 1 cheeseburger and 1 McRoyal. Then I got a cold one! When I turned back from the door after trying to see if it was cold, I came back and noticed that the lady, after carefully feeling the rolls and the meat, said that the meat was still warm and gave it to me. People don't understand this. I advise against it, I advise against it.

Today it's 34° outside and McD in Vechta they don't even turn on the air conditioning... I'd rather go to the competition next time.

Nice and quiet, go for a walk on Saturdays Evening wedding, the food was great the service was wonderful and very friendly.

It's nice to wear your hair "together", but with long hair you can't do it in a braid. Every time you move your head, your hair flies back and into your food. Shout out to the girl in the yellow shirt.

Unfortunately, the women's toilets were dirty and smeared with feces. Disgusting!!! And the water, soap, towel and disinfectant were empty and there was nothing to refill. It's a shame. So I didn't order any food and left the location. Not again !!!!

The food is ok. Unfortunately, Drive often lacks something. The table order comes quite quickly. However, you notice that the staff is completely overwhelmed or there are simply not enough people there. On the last visit, the tray trolley was overcrowded, so there were wrappers and full trays on the tables everywhere. The tables were also not wiped down. The faucet in the toilet was broken. Overall, the restaurant needs to be renovated urgently

There are so many flies, it's impossible to eat. They are all over your body, your food. The hygiene it's a disaster. THERE IS NO HYGIENE better said. In the toilet there is no soap, the water is running very low and i couldn't wash my hands. The drying automat is not working and there is not hand paper. Just go back to hand paper! No Desinfektion liquid as well. Often the Desinfektion automat is empty. I AM NOT GOING IN THE RESTAURANT ANY MORE. Never! NOW IT'S WARM, YOU COULD EASILY GET INFECTED. DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The new drive in system is completely ill-conceived and very, very annoying. You wait far too long. The employees still have to go further! The new boss is not customer oriented at all. Instead of waiting directly in front of the serving line, you have to drive further and park somewhere and then wait a long time for your food. In addition, you get the cold drink directly at the counter and while you wait at the parking lot, the drink becomes lukewarm again, a very clever arrangement. Ridiculous. Was satisfied for years. Now not at all!!

Damn, where's my burger? Since people get hungry here, I had to eat Nick Nacks in the evening.

A clean McDonald's with a nice outdoor area and ordering that works well. Everything went smoothly, including ordering to the table. The food was hot, you can't expect more.

I was there yesterday and wanted to order with a code in the MC Drive. The employee couldn't find the code and left me standing in the Mc Drive without a solution. Then I go in to show the order in the app! Same employee and same disinterest. No suggested solution!!! Make me stand there again like I'm not a customer. Nothing like this has ever happened to me! I won't spend another cent at McDonald's in Vechta!!! Bad service and worst employee ever!!!!

The store manager's inability to communicate properly is appalling. It is unacceptable how recklessly he engages in inappropriate confrontations. The behavior of the staff was not only disrespectful but also extremely aggressive. Instead of clarifying customer concerns objectively, we were directly insulted by one employee and even threatened by another. This experience was extremely disappointing and calls the store's reputation into question.

I've been to this branch a few times and I'm a bit disappointed. The food is good but the waiting times are very long even when it's not full. Once I was there on a Sunday afternoon, the carts for the empty tablets looked like they hadn't been emptied in a week. I had to put my tablet on a table next to me, which some people before me probably did. I don't know if it's a lack of staff, incompetent staff or bad management.

full of chaos at the store. The parking spaces are so narrow that you can hardly get in with a normal car. That's why people park there like crazy. No consideration for routes and disabled spaces. The meal took quite a long time. I can't really recommend going there on the weekend.

If you offer the option of delivering all the incredibly expensive junk food, then you should also make it a point to deliver the entire order and not forget half of a €15.00 menu. It was offered to deliver the rest of the order, but then after 1 1/2 hours when I'm already full I don't want to receive the rest and eat it. Thanks for nothing, I was reluctant to donate my money to you with the campaign and the driver was also super rude when he came up with a sigh and complained about the one floor he had to walk.

Yes, what can I say, one star is still too many. You order two menus, ask the clerk for help, and you only get one menu. App for the bottom, the employee had no idea. It's a real shame that employees there can't read. I ordered Iced Shake Choc twice and just got a milkshake. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and couldn't go in to clarify this. But that really spoiled my mood. Please ensure the CORRECT orders are completed!!!

Thanks to the conversion, the entire ordering process is carried out very quickly and conveniently. No long queues in front of the checkout waiting for everything to be laboriously typed in. Ordering at the terminal is a very good thing. Thanks to the renovation, the McDonald's restaurant is very modern and pleasantly furnished. Tastes like you know or are used to from McDonald's. I've never noticed any differences.

Es ist ein großartiger Ort! Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und preisgünstig. Das Personal ist freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen. Es ist sauber und die Atmosphäre ist festlich

Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich, doch die Sauberkeit hat in den letzten zwei Jahren merklich nachgelassen. Besonders ungewöhnlich erscheint die Praxis, Fahrzeuge im McDrive auf dem Nachbargrundstück warten zu lassen, was den Eindruck erweckt, als würden Qualitätssicherungsmerkmale umgangen. Dies dürfte nicht im Interesse der Kunden liegen.

War wieder einmal mal zum Essen hier! War wirklich sehr viel los um die Mittagszeit. Mal was anderes habe ein BigMac mit Pommes gegessen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr kompetent und sehr schnell. Nach kurzer Zeit stand das Essen auf dem Tisch. Einfach super weiterso 👍

Bestellung bereiter hat Pommes vergessen hinzuzufügen, sonst wäre es richtig gut. Alles warm zumindest, gut geschmeckt und mit gute Laune weggefahren:)

Das Restaurant war sauber, die Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet. Wir waren allerdings von dem neuen Big Mac mehr als enttäuscht. Das Fleisch ist so dünn geworden, dass man es überhaupt nicht mehr schmeckt. Alles schmeckt nur nach Sauce. Schade. Wir werden (wenn wir denn mal Fast Food essen) zu Burger King wechseln.

Der wenn man es so nennen will "Service" ist eine Katastrophe und gefühlt wird es immer schlimmer. Kleiner Tipp den MC Donalds direkt in der Stadt besuchen, dort gibt es gutes freundliches und vor allem nettes geschultes Personal das alles im Blick hat. Dort ist das Essen wirklich Fast Food und warm.

Leider hat man bei der Bestellung mal wieder nicht richtig zugehört ( Falsche Soßen).Die Softdrinks total verwässert. Eine Empfehlung kann ich nicht geben.

Bin nach ca 10 Jahren das erste Mal wieder bei McDonald's gewesen. Der Geschmack und die Qualität hat sich nicht geändert. Ich mag diese Automaten Restaurants überhaupt nicht viel zu unpersönlich.

Eigentlich ein Typischer McDonald‘s, allerdings stimmen die Öffnungszeiten nicht, ab 2:30Uhr ist der Laden nur noch für Außerhaus Bestellungen geöffnet. Selbst auf Nachfrage der Öffnungszeiten wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass nur noch per Drive bestellt werden darf

Mega viel Betrieb und trotzdem voller Service.

Was soll man da schreiben, wenn man zu Mc Donalds fährt weiß man was man bekommt, hier wenigstens frisch aber leider meistens nicht vollständig, es fehlt eigentlich immer etwas....

Moin Also entweder haben die mich auf dem Radar oder es ist immer und bei jedem so. Egal wann ich mit der Familie hier bin, es ist grundsätzlich mindestens so daß zwei Sachen in der Bestellung falsch sind oder etwas vergessen wir. Ich weiß das es schwer ist Personal zu finden, aber dann muss ich zusehen das ich die die ich bekomme vernünftig ausbilde. Lesen einer Bestellung und das zusammenstellen nach dieses Liste, ist keine Hexerei.

Mitarbeiter sind höflich, freundlich. Bei den Menü bin echt unzufrieden. Die Portion Pommes sind einfach zu klein. Eine große Portion Pommes beträgt bei McDonald's ca. 150 bis 158g. Eine normale Portion Pommes beträgt bei 230g bis 275g. Man bezahlt für diese Beilage einfach zuviel. Die Qualität bei dieser Beilage ist meistens unterschiedlich. Mal zu lasch und einige Male merkt man, dass zwei mal die Fritten fritiert wurden. Die Burger sind zu lasch und zu einfach zu bereitet. Zuwenig Gurke, Tomaten, Fleischbulette zu dünn und Sossen viel zu gering. 🙄 Die Preise zu der Qualität der Lebensmittel ist einfach zu hoch angesetzt. Ich wollte eigentlich satt und länger Satt bleiben. Und nicht nur schmecken. Über die Portionen der Beilagen sollte neu überdacht und schnellstens umgesetzt werden. Momentan ist so einfaches Menü viel zu teuer und es wird leider nur argumentiert, wieso die Preise so angesetzt werden. Ich lese und höre aber nicht, wie man da überhaupt mal versucht wird, da einen Ansatz zu finden die Preise Fair zu gestalten. So bezahlt man zuviel. 😮‍💨
