Since Werner Bist left, this restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill. Yesterday, the air conditioning wasn't working – it was almost unbearable in this heat. The staff was visibly overwhelmed and completely exhausted, which is no surprise without air conditioning in these temperatures. It's a shame, it used to be really pleasant here.

Very unfriendly service. You're either not taken seriously on the phone or simply ignored. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience – I don't recommend it.

The food was good and tasty, and the restaurant was clean. The only downside: It was unfortunately very warm and there seemed to be no air conditioning, which made the stay very unpleasant.

1 hour wait for 2 chicken boxes.. Should be faster :)

We ordered delivery for almost €70. The food was cold and the delivery was wrong. This is unacceptable when you're driving less than five minutes. After calling the store, they only offered to accommodate us in a disproportionately small way. Absolutely disgusting. And finally, the replacement delivery was cold, and the ice cream they promised us as compensation was only drinkable. Simply disappointing.

MC Donalds actually they are all the same

I waited 45 minutes for my food, the table was dirty, and after speaking to someone, I waited 20 minutes for it to be wiped down. When I asked where the food was, I got no apology, just excuses. The burger came cold, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. Overall, it was very dirty, loud, and unpleasant to eat there. The concept urgently needs to be reworked. They need more staff.

We had breakfast here. Everything was freshly made.

Just ordered. Forgot the burger, hung up the phone and didn't answer. I paid a lot of money for it. Customer service is abysmal.

I was at your drive-thru today at 4:20 p.m. The order was taken so well, the young lady deserves 100 points 😊 Unfortunately, the delivery was lousy and the cold food I got - 10. Vechta McDonald's is and remains simply inedible. The staff also needs training. Oh yes, I already know what kind of statement McDonald's will make 🤣🤣🤣

The parking situation is completely unacceptable. They're opening a second McDrive and sacrificing parking spaces and the ability to make a decent turn around the existing parking lot to find a free parking spot. So you have to back out with the car... You have to search for clean, free tables inside.

If the employees make an error by overcharging for food or drink, you don't get your money back right away. You get a card with your contact information. Then you have to email them to explain why you were overcharged and that you want your money back. You provide your IBAN number, and then it takes over a week to get your money back. CATASTROPHE!! Whoever came up with such nonsense.

It's just a fast food restaurant. Service after ordering was very friendly, the tables could be a little cleaner, all in all it was okay.

The shop has lost its charm, but it's really okay in emergencies

Worse, the official times given are not correct at all, I was there at half past midnight and the service was too bad, not recommended

Saturday 04/12/25 Unfortunately, the food for collection was checked too late and not everything that was ordered was included. Even if there is a lot going on, you should pack up everything the customer orders. Unfortunately I wasn't the only one that evening

1. I specially wrote down as a customer note with an exclamation mark that we should knock and not ring the bell because our baby is sleeping. The doorbell rang and the baby was awake again, great. 2. Our nuggets didn't have our sauces from which we ordered a total of five, but there were mayonnaise in them three times, which means the food was served because you don't want to eat the nuggets with mayonnaise or dry and when you call, no one answers

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries and it's probably not that difficult to put sauces in the bag, I ordered 4 sauces and got 0. I then called and was told that I would get the sauces immediately and I had to wait for 45 minutes FOR JUST SAUCE?! Worse service

The tables are dirty and are not cleaned upon request. The staff understands little to no German. If customers leave trash lying around, it won't even be cleared away after 1.5 hours.

Everything great. Service is adequate. You don't have to wait long for the food you order.

It's been more than a week since you can't eat there without a jacket. The children are freezing because they seem to be saving on heating costs. This statement came from the employee who told me when I asked. This is not possible and should be changed urgently.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. If there are any problems or if some items were forgotten when ordering the food, this will be resolved quickly and politely.

The food wasn't good. It's way too expensive for what you get. The toilets could not be used. Everything dirty and shitty. I don't even want to know what the kitchen will look like.

My boyfriend bought me a Mc Smart menu around 3/4 o'clock tonight and when he got home I immediately saw 2 long blonde hairs in my fries. When I checked my burgers, I found one there too. I will never be able to eat at Mcs again. I've had problems before, but nothing so disgusting has ever happened to me. Thanks for that!

I will never eat there again. I had diarrhea all evening after I ordered a royal cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich. Other McDonald's chains have never caused this to happen to me.

The staff was rude, gave out the wrong drinks and forgot burgers

We were at Mc Drive in the morning. Placed a normal order. We were told you are missing 6 pancakes and just stand on the edge. So far it wasn't a problem until a number of guests got there before us and we were simply rudely rejected after we asked several times and the pancakes still didn't come to us for some reason. I'm really angry!

Food was standard...so 4 stars... However, the parking situation is modest. Of the 30 parking spaces, two are for electric... two were made as drive-thru (because you definitely need two mcdrive switches with the small Mecces) then there are 6 of our own delivery vans + the parking lot markings from 20 years ago... where is that Golf was still 20 cm smaller. That means a lot of people park in two spaces or you can hardly use every other space...really full during the lunch break... And then you have the people who buy takeaway and sit in the car and eat...🤦

I found this in my burger and I'm just shocked... I don't know what to think of it but I don't think it's good!

The disadvantage is the poor parking situation there. It's hard to get out of the parking lot if the line is a little long. There doesn't seem to be any heating this winter either. 90% of the customers are sitting in their jackets, freezing, because 1/3 of the employees also have jackets on. This is how you make sales 🤣

After almost three hours of driving, I was looking forward to a delicious meal at McDonald's. Unfortunately nothing came of it. After going to the toilet we couldn't even wash our hands because the faucet didn't work 😕

Unbelievable! Mc Donalds closed at 11 p.m., Mc Drive overcrowded until Meppen! No pace at work and also unfriendly. Annoyed employees and the food wasn't complete. When we drove back into the MC drive to get the food we'd forgotten, other cars were brought forward and we had to wait 30 minutes. One thing is clear, I will never come here again! Ordering via the app worked quickly. The pickup was quick. Unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the fries were missing from the menu 😩

Too slow service, which causes long queues. I wrote this earlier. Today I gave it a chance again and guess what? Massacre. I was the only one waiting and waited for 15 minutes to pack 2 hamburgers, 1 cheeseburger and 1 McRoyal. Then I got a cold one! When I turned back from the door after trying to see if it was cold, I came back and noticed that the lady, after carefully feeling the rolls and the meat, said that the meat was still warm and gave it to me. People don't understand this. I advise against it, I advise against it.

Today it's 34° outside and McD in Vechta they don't even turn on the air conditioning... I'd rather go to the competition next time.

Nice and quiet, go for a walk on Saturdays Evening wedding, the food was great the service was wonderful and very friendly.

It's nice to wear your hair "together", but with long hair you can't do it in a braid. Every time you move your head, your hair flies back and into your food. Shout out to the girl in the yellow shirt.

Unfortunately, the women's toilets were dirty and smeared with feces. Disgusting!!! And the water, soap, towel and disinfectant were empty and there was nothing to refill. It's a shame. So I didn't order any food and left the location. Not again !!!!

The food is ok. Unfortunately, Drive often lacks something. The table order comes quite quickly. However, you notice that the staff is completely overwhelmed or there are simply not enough people there. On the last visit, the tray trolley was overcrowded, so there were wrappers and full trays on the tables everywhere. The tables were also not wiped down. The faucet in the toilet was broken. Overall, the restaurant needs to be renovated urgently

There are so many flies, it's impossible to eat. They are all over your body, your food. The hygiene it's a disaster. THERE IS NO HYGIENE better said. In the toilet there is no soap, the water is running very low and i couldn't wash my hands. The drying automat is not working and there is not hand paper. Just go back to hand paper! No Desinfektion liquid as well. Often the Desinfektion automat is empty. I AM NOT GOING IN THE RESTAURANT ANY MORE. Never! NOW IT'S WARM, YOU COULD EASILY GET INFECTED. DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The new drive in system is completely ill-conceived and very, very annoying. You wait far too long. The employees still have to go further! The new boss is not customer oriented at all. Instead of waiting directly in front of the serving line, you have to drive further and park somewhere and then wait a long time for your food. In addition, you get the cold drink directly at the counter and while you wait at the parking lot, the drink becomes lukewarm again, a very clever arrangement. Ridiculous. Was satisfied for years. Now not at all!!

A clean McDonald's with a nice outdoor area and ordering that works well. Everything went smoothly, including ordering to the table. The food was hot, you can't expect more.

I was there yesterday and wanted to order with a code in the MC Drive. The employee couldn't find the code and left me standing in the Mc Drive without a solution. Then I go in to show the order in the app! Same employee and same disinterest. No suggested solution!!! Make me stand there again like I'm not a customer. Nothing like this has ever happened to me! The store manager's inability to communicate properly is appalling. It is unacceptable how recklessly he engages in inappropriate confrontations. The behavior of the staff was not only disrespectful but also extremely aggressive. Instead of clarifying customer concerns objectively, we were directly insulted by one employee and even threatened by another. This experience was extremely disappointing and calls the store's reputation into question.

I've been to this branch a few times and I'm a bit disappointed. The food is good but the waiting times are very long even when it's not full. Once I was there on a Sunday afternoon, the carts for the empty tablets looked like they hadn't been emptied in a week. I had to put my tablet on a table next to me, which some people before me probably did. I don't know if it's a lack of staff, incompetent staff or bad management.

full of chaos at the store. The parking spaces are so narrow that you can hardly get in with a normal car. That's why people park there like crazy. No consideration for routes and disabled spaces. The meal took quite a long time. I can't really recommend going there on the weekend.

If you offer the option of delivering all the incredibly expensive junk food, then you should also make it a point to deliver the entire order and not forget half of a €15.00 menu. It was offered to deliver the rest of the order, but then after 1 1/2 hours when I'm already full I don't want to receive the rest and eat it. Thanks for nothing, I was reluctant to donate my money to you with the campaign and the driver was also super rude when he came up with a sigh and complained about the one floor he had to walk.
